I report that two DAP members resigned after Burke’s appeal revealed breaches of fair procedure. The High Court struck out the proceedings against the DAP, even though ASTI member Geraldine O’Brien remains. Burke, dismissed for not using a student’s preferred pronoun, has spent about 600 days in Mountjoy. The DAP was meant to embody fairness, but I see it as a caricature of justice—an abuse of power and accountability.

@EnochBurke - Enoch Burke

BREAKING: NO JUSTICE IN HIGH COURT AS ENOCH BURKE RETURNED TO PRISON It is now two weeks since the shock resignations of two members of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel (DAP) appointed to hear Enoch Burke’s appeal. Sean Ó Longáin and Jack Cleary resigned after Enoch Burke brought High Court proceedings revealing the panel’s appalling breaches of fair procedures. In the December appeal Enoch Burke was subjected to a panel that blocked cross-examination of witnesses from the school, privately solicited documentation from the school in advance of the hearing and abruptly ended the hearing without closing submissions and during the attempted cross-examination of Principal Niamh McShane. Today, in a naked and appalling abuse of power, Mr Justice Brian Cregan struck out these High Court proceedings against the DAP. He did this even though Geraldine O’Brien, a panel member and nominee from the Association of Secondary Teachers in Ireland (ASTI), has not resigned and remains on the DAP. Enoch Burke was dismissed from Wilson’s Hospital School after he refused to call a student by a new name and the “they” pronoun. He has since spent almost 600 days in Mountjoy Prison. The DAP was supposed to be the "embodiment" of fair procedures and natural justice, where  "independent" and "impartial" decisionmakers would hear Enoch's appeal. Instead, it turned out to be an absolute caricature of justice where almost every rule of fair procedure was broken. Geraldine O'Brien's organisation, the ASTI, advises schools to "use the pronoun that a child wishes to be used". Ms O'Brien herself stated at the outset of the DAP hearing last December: “If I were instructed by my Principal to call a child whatever, I have to implement that instruction, I don’t make the instruction”. At the last Court hearing on 4 February, Judge Cregan admitted that while Geraldine O'Brien remained on the panel, Enoch Burke's case was not moot. Today - notwithstanding the fact that Ms O'Brien has not resigned and still sits on the DAP - Judge Cregan had a totally different view. The striking out of these proceedings is an abuse of power and wholly unlawful. Official Department of Education rules governing disciplinary processes are clear that an appointee to the DAP remains on the panel unless or until he or she resigns. Judge Cregan has gifted an illegal escape route to Geraldine O'Brien - not provided anywhere in the Department of Education rules - for her to simply "disappear" without tendering her resignation and therefore without any public accountability for her actions. Before the other two members of the DAP resigned two weeks ago, one of them — the Chairperson, Seán Ó Longáin — lied in an affidavit to the court. Today Enoch Burke made a formal application to Judge Cregan to refer this matter of alleged perjury to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). The judge did not make any ruling on this application or even acknowledge it. Today's proceedings are a mockery of justice by a judge who is desperate to wrap up Enoch Burke's case in any old way regardless of what the law says. He has told the school to get a new DAP panel up and running urgently. This would be the third Disciplinary Appeal Panel. Enoch Burke has been denied his constitutional rights from the start by the Courts who are now trying to pass it on to the DAP which is not working out. Sin and treachery can’t be hidden easily.

At the high court in Dublin, Enoch Burke’s supporters describe today’s proceedings as a wholesale denial of the law and justice. Isaac Burke (Enoch Burke’s brother), Martina Burke, and Ami Burke claim Enoch was manhandled by three prison officers at the door of the court and then brought back to Mountjoy Prison after attempting to make a submission inside. They say Justice Brian Cregan overruled him and sent him back to the prison van, calling it a total disgrace and breakdown of order. They allege ongoing issues with the disciplinary appeal panel (the DAP) process. They state that two panel members, Sean O’Longán and Jack Cleary, resigned after swearing lies on oath, while Geraldine O’Brien (a representative of ASTI) did not resign and remains on the panel. They describe Geraldine O’Brien’s continued presence as a violation of rules governing the panel, insisting that the panel is still alive and that Cregan is pretending there is no panel and that a new panel is needed. They assert that the DAP has been proven shambolic on at least two occasions and that Enoch Burke did nothing wrong and should be teaching at Wilson’s Hospital School. Rosemary Mallon (referred to as Rosemary Mallon or Mallon) is described as a foreign presence in the room, representing the board of management and pressing arguments about a future DAP arrangement rather than addressing the current case. The speakers contend that the existing DAP remains in existence with Geraldine O’Brien on it, while a new DAB (disciplinary action body) is being urged by others. They claim the judge allowed Mallon to advance arguments about a new DAP, effectively sidelining the existing proceedings. They assert that the judge is attempting to wrap up the case and dismiss concerns, and they accuse Cregan of bigotry, arrogance, and hatred toward those who demand constitutional and legal respect. They allege that the Department of Education and the state are pushing a policy requiring the use of non-binary pronouns (the “they” pronoun), contrary to Enoch Burke’s religious beliefs, and that this constitutes a broader religious and constitutional conflict. They claim Burke’s constitutional rights are being denied and that the case reflects a broader pattern of corruption and cover-up in the judiciary. Towards the end, Enoch Burke made a formal application to refer affidavits containing alleged false statements by Sean O’Longán to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for possible perjury. The speakers note that the judge did not acknowledge or rule on this application. They describe Burke’s removal to the prison van, handcuffed and treated like a criminal, while a large number of guards were present, and insist Burke’s case centers on his religious beliefs and refusal to use the pronouns, rather than any criminal activity. They conclude that the DAP remains in operation, that the judge’s actions amount to corruption in their view, and that Enoch Burke’s constitutional rights have been denied.

Speaker 0: Step back, please. Back, please. The squeeze on behavior. I feel. I need to squeeze your behavior. Stop this abuse. Stop this abuse. How dare you behave like that? That's abusive behavior. So Enoch Burke has been brought back into prison here abusively. He was, manhandled here at the door of the court by these three prison officers, who who acted abusively. They physically manhandled me and Enoch Burke also. And he's been brought back to prison. He was simply trying to make a submission in there, and, mister justice Kreegan simply just overruled him and threw him back into the prison van here. It's a total disgrace, a total breakdown of known order here. I'm here at the high court in Dublin with Martina Burke and Ami Burke. I'm Isaac Burke. I'm Enoch Burke's brother. We were here attending Enoch Burke's case at the high court in Dublin today again. And, what happened today was simply a wholesale denial of, the law, a breaking of the law, a denial of justice by this judge, mister justice Brian Cregan. And, as you know, the DAP process, board board of of management management before the hearing and statements, like if I was asked to call a child whatever, I'd have to do that, from these panel members. Speaker 1: Yes. Totally biased. Yep. Speaker 0: Two of the panel members resigned, mister Sean O'Longan and mister Jack Cleary. But the third member, miss Geraldine O'Brien, she did not resign from the panel. Speaker 1: No. They they did resign, Isaac, after swearing lies on the oath. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 2: Yes. Speaker 1: That's important know. State for our country today. Swearing lies on the oath. And there are barristers Speaker 0: Park Lyon senior counsel and Hugh McDouell Speaker 1: Hugh McDouell. Standing watching this swearing of lies on the road. That's the state of our judiciary. Perjury. Speaker 0: Perjury. Perjury. And and those lies in particular Sean O'Longan, he said that the they had always intended to reconvene the hearing after the December 13. And he said that the issues Enoch raised, Enoch forced to write these letters from a prison cell saying that he'd been denied fair procedures. He said those those letters Enoch wrote after the hearing, he said they had nothing to do with the fact that the DAP decided to arrange another date. Speaker 2: A complete lie. Speaker 0: A complete lie. A blatant lie. Yeah. And this was demonstrably, so. It was shown up in the affidavits. But today, we had Geraldine O'Brien Still on the panel. Still on Speaker 1: the panel. Speaker 0: And the the the the rules governing this, make it clear that she is on the panel. She's there. She's the representative of the ASCI. She remains an emperor. And she remains there and, refusing to resign as Speaker 1: you Absolute refusal to resign. So therefore, the the the panel is still alive. Yes. It is current. It's there. And, yes, because Geraldine O'Brien, will not resign, George Cregan is pretending that there is no panel now. We need a new panel. Yes. Well, the panel is still alive and well. Geraldine O'Brien, representative of ASTI, appointed. He's sitting there refusing to resign. But judge Cregan does not want to deal with these issues. Yes. He wants to let them all off the hook. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: The dApp has been proven to be shambolic because Enoch Berth did nothing wrong. He should be sitting at his desk teaching his students in Wilson's Hospital School today. The law, the judges, the courts have failed him. They denied him his constitutional rights. They have done wrong. And they're trying to pass it over now to the DAP. And the DAP has been proven on two occasions to be shambolic. And now we have judge Cregan removing us from the room today. Could we speak up? Speaker 0: Yes. And he he he was he he's he's just a full of full of of bigotry, I would say now. On on unbridled bigotry, arrogance, and I'd have to say hatred. Just oozing with hatred today now for people who come in and simply ask that the constitution and the laws be respected. And, I have to agree with what Martina said. This is an action now, a wholly unjust and a lawful action by this judge to try to wrap this up quickly. He wanted these proceedings under the car. Speaker 1: What's the corruption covered up? Speaker 0: Yes. And Speaker 1: And he's closing his eyes, a blind eye. Two weeks ago, he acknowledged that the the DAP was alive and well, and he tried to get the Lyons to to to get rid of her, to get her to resign. But she won't resign. She will not resign. And she's totally biased. She's in favor and promoter of transgender ideology. So she won't resign. But instead of judging and dealing with the situation, judge Cregan wants wrap it up and pretend the DAP is over, but it's not. No. It's alive and well. Speaker 0: No. And he's let let her off the hook. Speaker 1: And he's allowed Malin, of course, to come in now. Speaker 0: Yes. Allowed Rosemary Malin for the school to come in and to make her arguments. Speaker 2: She was given the floor essentially this morning to make arguments about a new dApp, which is completely wrong. As Martina and Isaac have said, the dApp is in existence. Geraldine O'Brien is sitting on the panel. And what Greg did, as we understand this morning, is he has essentially dumped Enoch's proceedings against the DAP. Enoch raised serious questions about the cross examination, the denial of cross examination, serious questions like this, but the judge has said that the entire case now is moot, and he's, effectively terminated the case and ended it, which is very, very Speaker 1: serious. Judge Cregan has got a big problem on his hands because he's fighting against almighty god. Enoch Burke has a constitutional right. He should be at his desk today. This should never have happened. He has a right to his religious beliefs as has every citizen in this country. He was commanded to call to use the they pronoun. He doesn't do that. He's a Christian. We agree with god on that one, male and female. Yes. The department of education has come out and said there's absolutely no Legal basis. Legal basis Speaker 0: Mhmm. Speaker 1: For for a head headmistress to to command anybody to use the they pronoun. So why is Enoch Burke behind bars, judge Cregan? Because you refuse and your cronies Yes. To do your duty. And you you've agreed with the government, agreed with the church now, sadly to say, in pushing this upon the people of Ireland. And the people of Ireland do need to stand up, fight for your sons and your daughters. It's happening again. We can cry out about the abuse in the past, and it was terrible, the abuse of young children. It's happening again across our across our nation in our schools. And, you know, there's no law. But yet, he now Burke is in a prison cell because he's saying no to transgender ideal. It's a new religion. Yes. I have my belief. I believe in almighty god. I believe in the authority of the scriptures. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: It never changes. It's wonderful. Thanks be to god for his holy word. God made them male and female. But either birth is in a prison cell because they thought they'd wrap this up. And judge Cregan today has a problem. He's fighting against almighty God. Yes. He has, renamed on his his vow to uphold the constitution, and it's law. And that's the big problem. That's why this is ongoing because it's absolutely wrong what's happening. It's it's an atrocity what's happening that my son is locked in a prison cell today Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: Brought in in handcuffs Speaker 0: It's outrageous. Speaker 1: Like a common criminal. Speaker 0: Absolutely outrageous. Scandal. Speaker 1: Yeah. It's disgraceful. It is an outrage that our our our nation isn't on the streets. Speaker 0: It's a Speaker 1: knocking on the doors here. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: It's telling them to ex exercise righteous judgment. Yes. They have reneged on their oath to uphold the constitution. They have no respect for the Irish constitution. They have no respect for the Irish people today. And the Irish people need to do to fight for their sons and and daughters, just to to prove themselves through men and women, and stand up to this corruption. It's absolutely wrong what's happening. When we walked into court this morning, the first thing the judge said that was he was going to put Edelburgh back in prison if he didn't behave himself and if he Speaker 0: Well, really? Yes. If he spoke if he said anything at all that the judge considered was was out of place, he would be whisked back into Mountjoy Prison again. And what happened then was Enoch spoke. He made his initial application, his initial remarks. And then within a few minutes, Rosemary Mallon from the school stood up, and she began to start talking about things that really she had no right to be talking about at that time. Enoch interjected, and he said this wasn't allowed, and the judge immediately ordered that he be whisked back to prison. And we were all treated. Speaker 1: But we were removed from the court because I did tell Rosemary Mallon that she was a foreign presence in the bill. She had no right to be in that room. She had no right to be given an audience. She's not part of the Speaker 2: of this hearing. And her main point was talking about the future about a new DAP, a DAP to be appointed when seriously today a DAP is in existence and Geraldine is on the Speaker 1: line We've got to sit there for fifteen minutes listening to Rosemary Malin talking about the new DAP, the third DOP, when the second DOP is still in existence. And judge Cregan is is putting a a straight face on him and listening to it. And then when we raise any objection, we've got seven or eight guards, pushing us out the door, and that's where we're at. That's that's what happened today. Speaker 0: These proceedings were between Enoch Burke and the disciplinary appeal panel. That's who the parties were. This woman, Rosemary Mallon, she represents the board of management. She, had no business, as Martina has said, being in in that room and making submissions this morning. She was a foreign presence. And, what she wanted to talk about the reason why we say that is because why what she wanted to talk about was future draft Yes. Future arrangements, other things that might happen down the road. When on the table this morning, we had a panel, obvious with two members resigned, but one member still stubbornly sitting there by the name of Geraldine O'Brien, the former vice president of the ASCI, who has refused to resign. And even at this moment, this is the ludicrous state we're in now that after this, judgments, by Brian Cregan, we still have her sitting Speaker 1: Sitting there. Speaker 0: On the DAP. Appointed. And meanwhile, the board of management are being told at the same time to go and appoint a brand new DAB. Speaker 1: New DAB. Speaker 0: Yeah. So what we have is this judge can do anything now Speaker 2: Yes. Speaker 0: He likes. He can disregard the constitution. He can disregard the law, and he can disregard the Department of Education circular that governs these things. So that's the situation we're in. Speaker 1: It's very it's very difficult to hide your sin and your corruption. It keeps shooting up in different places, and that's what has happened. This should have been dealt with the first day in court. Enochburg has a constitutional right. Back back to Speaker 0: your school, Enoch. You you have a right to say, no. Speaker 1: I can't use the the pronoun. That did not happen because there was there's plans in operation, all agreed together. Get this out there across the country. This is the new religion. This is the new it's antichrist. What do you see? They agreed together, but it's not working because it's just not right. And Enoch Bourke has a right to his beliefs as is every other person in this article. 44 of the constitution. A lot of other things going on. Enoch Bourke is suffering abuse. Speaker 2: Yes. Speaker 1: He has been denied his rights. That he has. They're his rights. Yes. He has constitutional rights. He's been denied them by the judges. So they're pushing us onto the dApp. The dApp isn't working because it's filled with corruption and wickedness. And they're protecting Niamh McShane, who shouldn't have done what she did. She had no right to tell my son to command him to use the day. Speaker 0: Just at the end of today's proceedings, Enoch made an application to the judge. He said he wanted these, false statements in those affidavits by mister Sean O'Longan, to be referred to the director of public prosecutions to the DPP. The court has the power to do this. When someone swears something that's false, that's that's they know to be false, the court can then, refer that matter to the DPP Yes. For alleged, to be, to be possibly investigated for perjuries, which is a criminal offense. Yes. So Enoch made this application. And when the judge, came to making his findings, his ruling on today, he didn't even mention it or acknowledge this application. So this is this is just It's not a corruption. It's just corruption. This is what we're dealing with. You make an application and there's not even a a ruling or even an acknowledgement of it. Speaker 2: The judge essentially turns a blind eye to lies being told by the other side. Speaker 0: When Enoch was, hauled out then by those prison officers only a few minutes into this hearing this morning, he was brought, out very quickly to the prison van outside. And as he was being brought out, he wanted to make sure that he had the documents he needed, because he knew that he'd have to make his application from a a tiny boot now in Mount Troy Prison. And the officers were having none of this. They just they weren't letting him pulled him out Speaker 1: like an animal. Speaker 0: Order order his documents. They just pulled him out like an animal, and you can see that in the footage. They manhandled him as he got to the door outside and he was Speaker 1: handcuffed. Absolutely. Speaker 0: The handcuffs are are are are are forced into his wrists. He's being treated like a murderer Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: Or like a drug baron or someone who's a a threat to society. Speaker 1: This place is full of guards today. This is treating my son like an animal, pulling him out. You can see the handcuffs on. We think he was a danger to the public. And our streets are full of criminals, gangsters, drug barons, murderers, child abusers, sexual abuse on every hand. And yet this is where the guards are today. Yes. This is my son simply for having a Christian belief and speaking the truth to the judge who is denying him every right he has in that court today. Denying him and giving a place to Rosemary Mallon who shouldn't be listened to in that place today. And as we said, the damp is up and running, and judge Cregan acknowledged that two weeks ago. He's denying it today. He's contradicting himself today. Yes. That's how absurd our courts are now. It's a disgrace.

I report that a High Court judge blocked Enoch Burke from attending in person; prison planned to bring him, but a barrister’s appearance changed that, so he must appear by video-link. Judge Cregan refused to give judgment while Isaac and Sean Burke were present; Isaac asked why Burke’s name was removed from the Mountjoy list, and Gardaí removed him and his father. This is Ireland in 2025—justice behind closed doors; Burke says he’s been slandered, media not reporting truth.

@EnochBurke - Enoch Burke

BREAKING: High Court Judge blocks jailed teacher Enoch Burke from attending court in person Prison authorities had initially planned (as normal) to bring Enoch Burke to the High Court today. This changed after barrister for Wilson’s Hospital School Rosemary Mallon appeared in court yesterday - utterly unbeknown to Enoch Burke or his family. After this, it was ordered by Judge Cregan that Enoch Burke appear by video-link from prison. This meant he would have no legal support from family. Today Isaac Burke and Sean Burke attended the High Court in Dublin. However Judge Brian Cregan refused to give judgment in Enoch Burke’s case while Isaac Burke and his father Sean were in the courtroom. Isaac Burke had asked why Enoch Burke’s name had been removed from the Mountjoy Prison list to be produced in person for the High Court hearing. Approximately five Gardaí removed Isaac Burke from the courtroom for simply asking a question and subsequently removed Sean Burke. This is Ireland in 2025 - “justice” is being done behind closed doors, contrary to the constitutional guarantee that justice be administered in public. Enoch Burke has been slandered by Judge Cregan, who referred in his judgment last week to affidavits by “pupils and teachers in the school” in order to sully and blacken his character. These affidavits simply do not exist. This is treachery in the courts. Judge Cregan stated that Enoch Burke was “stalking the school, its teachers and its pupils”. A stalking offence under Irish criminal law carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison. It is a matter of the utmost gravity that a High Court judge would recklessly toss such an accusation against a young man without a shred of evidence to back it up. Tragically, media present in the room — RTE, Irish Independent, Irish Daily Mail and others — are continually failing to bring true reports to the public.

At the Four Courts in Dublin, the speakers describe a controversial High Court proceeding involving Enoch Burke. They allege that Burke is being forced to abandon his Christian beliefs and conscience, and express concern that constitutional rights are being trampled. Key points: - Enoch Burke was imprisoned, with authorities indicating he would be produced in person for today’s hearing. However, Rosemary Madden, the barrister for the school, obtained an ex parte order the previous day to allow Burke to attend only by video link, without Burke’s input. The High Court, led by Mister Justice Brian Cregan, granted the order, keeping Burke in prison and attending virtually. - On the morning of the hearing, Burke’s case was listed as the first item. Judge Cregan appeared around 10:50 after a delay attributed to “technical difficulties.” Burke was not produced on the video screen, and the judge moved on to other matters. - One of Burke’s supporters publicly questioned why the ex parte order had been granted without Enoch Burke’s consultation. The judge responded that there were “technical difficulties,” then ordered that the speaker be removed from the courtroom. The speaker, along with Burke’s father and others, was removed by guards. The removal occurred without explanation or opportunity to respond, which the speakers claim violated the principle that justice is administered in public. - The speakers allege that Judge Cregan had previously delivered a judgment based on slander, asserting there were affidavits from teachers and pupils stating Burke was a danger. They contend no such affidavits existed regarding Burke or his conduct. They specifically challenge statements in the judgment that Burke was a “baleful and malign presence” and that he was “roaming the corridors” and “stalking” pupils and teachers, calling these claims baseless. They note that the principal, Noel Cunningham, stated Burke never threatened or touched anyone, and none of the purported affiants appeared in the judgment despite their relevance. - The speakers argue that the court is using slanderous language and unsupported findings to justify Burke’s continued confinement and to pressure him to abandon his religious beliefs. - They criticize the press presence, asserting that journalists from RTÉ, The Daily Mail, The Irish Independent, and others are not accurately reporting what is happening in court, contributing to a denial of justice. They remain confident that the truth will emerge. Additional context: - Burke’s supporters emphasize that the case involves defending constitutional rights, including the free exercise of religion, and condemn what they describe as an all-time low for the Irish courts in terms of fairness, openness, and the treatment of public participants in proceedings. They stress the importance of public access to justice and insist that the issues raised—ex parte orders, the basis of the judge’s findings, and the treatment of the Burke family in court—are central to the case.

Speaker 0: They've trampled on the constitution, and they're doing all this to force Enoch Burke to give up his Christian belief, to deny his conscience, which he will not do. Thank god. Speaker 1: I'm here at the four courts with Sean Burke, my father. We were here to attend the case, Enoch Burke's case, again this morning at the high court where mister justice Brian Cregan was due to deliver a judgment in the case. Now very concerningly, Enoch is is in prison. As we know, he was imprisoned on Wednesday last. He was informed by the prison authorities yesterday that he would be produced in person for today's hearing. They told him that he was on the list for production in person at the hearing this morning. But then yesterday, we we just learned in the newspapers that, Rosemary Madden, the barrister for the school, had gone to court ex parte without any consultation of Enoch Burke asking that he would be produced virtually so that he would only be able to attend by video link at the at the courts this morning. Of course, this was done without any notice to Enoch. Enoch had no input into the decision, and the high court, mister justice Brian Cregan, quickly granted that order that Enoch remain in prison and simply attend, via video link. It shows how one-sided, affairs are here at the high court at this stage Yes. Yes. That such a thing can happen. Now when we came this morning then, Schoenberg and and I came, we attended court this morning, and that judgment was due to be delivered by mister justice Brian Cregan as, I think, a 10:30 in Court number 2. So we attended at 10:30, and, there was a long delay. The judge only appeared at about 10:50. And when he came in, there was some talk about, technical difficulties. No sign of Enoch Burke being produced on the video screen. So the judge immediately went into other matters, which he dealt with, for some time. And then after about twenty minutes, I simply said, what is happening with the first item on the list, Enoch Burke's case? I had simply, pointed out that miss Malin had come in the day before ex parte, and an order had been granted to her without consulting Enoch. Whereupon the judge, said to me, oh, we're having technical difficulties. And then he he just immediately turned and said, I'm not having you in my courtroom, he said. I'm going to order that the Gardee remove you. I was removed then by the Gardee from the courtroom. Speaker 0: Now I'm Isaac's father, and I did not speak, to the judge or in the court. And, yes, he ordered that when he was giving his judgment, he would remove me from the courtroom as well as Isaac. Then he rose and the guards came to remove Isaac, but they also removed me totally illegally. Shocking to see it. We are as a member of the public, justice is supposed to be administered in public, but it's not anymore. We I was removed without any given any reason, without any right to reply, I was simply taken, never opened my mouth to the judge, but simply removed by for by forcibly by guard thee from the courtroom. Speaker 1: I think that Speaker 0: This is an all time low for our courts in Ireland. Now this isn't you know, countries might come to your mind where things like this could happen, but this is Ireland. We are here at the forecourts in Dublin, and this is a terrible state of affairs when a member of the public is removed without any, any reason given, without ever opening his mouth from the courtroom. Speaker 1: And I think, what what we're seeing really is that the the judge simply said he didn't want me and my father in the courtroom, he said, while he was delivering his judgment. Of course, we know that judgment last week by Brian Cregan was really based on slander, and that was one of the matters which Enoch Burke was intending to raise here this morning. He had written to the court pointing out that the judge had made baseless comments damaging his character. The judge said that the teachers and pupils in the school had sworn in their affidavits that Enoch was a potential danger to them. No such affidavits existed. No no teacher or pupil has ever sworn an affidavit in these proceedings regarding Enoch or regarding his conduct. The judge also said that Enoch was, I think he said he was a a, baleful and malign presence at the school. The meaning of bailful means, threatening harm and malign has a similar definition. And this is an absolutely baseless, claim. It's astonishing that a high court judge would see fit to put it into his judgment. A baseless claim about Enoch Burke. In fact, the affidavits of the the principal, the current principal, a man called mister Noel Cunningham, they bear that out. He said that I've never seen mister Burke threaten any form of physical violence. I've never seen him touch or handle any person, he said. None of those affirmants by mister Noel Cunningham, principal of Whittleson's Hospital School, none of those affirmants appeared in mister justice Quiggan's judgment even though they would have been obviously highly relevant to his finding that mister Burke Enoch Burke was a malign presence at the school. But these are the most widely comments reported comments in the judgment. There was a comment that was roaming the finding that Enoch was roaming the corridors of the school and thought he had, been stalking, I think it said, the pupils and teachers of the school now this is an outrageous finding. Yeah. Stalking is a criminal offense in this country. It's punishable by a by a sentence of up to ten years in prison. And it's a matter of the most utmost gravity that a high court judge would put a finding like that into a judgment. Baseless. Completely. Baseless indeed. The affidavits clearly show that Enoch Berk's pattern of behavior at the school, as everyone knows, was to report for work and to stand in a position in the school and remain there until the end of the school day and then leave. He never engaged in any sort of behavior as has been alleged, of roaming and stalking in the school. This is a a a a an abuse of power where a judge can simply say anything about you and not a shred of evidence to back it up. Speaker 0: So when you see what he has already said about my son how he has had to revert to slander in order to bring him a judgment to put him back in prison. What we've just heard there, you can see now why he wants to remove us from the courtroom. Totally illegal. And I'd say again that justice is is should be and is supposed to be administered in public. Well, that has gone today in the four courts in Dublin. Yes. That is how low we have sank. Now in order to to rob a young man of his constitutional right to the free profession and practice of his religious belief. In order to do that, justice is departing. You know, they have trampled on the constitution, and they're doing all this to force Enoch Berk to give up his Christian belief, to deny his conscience, which he will not do. Thank god. Speaker 1: The real tragedy of what's happening is that there is a line of journalists, as we know, on the on the right hand side. Here today, I think there was Orlo O'Donnell of RTE, The Daily Mail, Shane Feeling, The Irish Independent, and several more others there besides. And the tragedy is that these journalists are not giving a truthful account of what's happening in court. The public are not being informed of the facts the the the the facts of what's really happening in these courts. There's a denial of justice, but the tragedy is it's not being conveyed to the public. But we're confident that the truth will, spring up out of the ground. It cannot be silenced Yes. And it will prevail in this case.

Enoch Burke has been fined €225,000 for refusing to comply with a school directive to address a student by a new name and pronoun. Despite winning a Court of Appeal case regarding the composition of the disciplinary panel that dismissed him, the High Court continues to uphold his suspension without assessing the legitimacy of the principal's instruction. Judge David Nolan has dismissed Burke's claims and threatened contempt for raising issues in court. I believe the silence of Church leaders has contributed to Burke's plight, as they have failed to defend the Christian ethos of the school.

@EnochBurke - Enoch Burke

BREAKING: ENOCH BURKE FINED €225,000 AFTER REFUSING TO BOW TO TRANSGENDERISM Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. Today he was fined almost a quarter of a million euros by the Irish Courts. Enoch Burke won his Court of Appeal case last July against the make-up of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel appointed to hear the appeal of his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School. The panel had included Kieran Christie, the General Secretary of the ASTI and promoter of transgenderism. There is a major discrepancy between the recent Court of Appeal judgment (which ordered the removal of Kieran Christie) and the behaviour of the High Court today in continuing to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. The Court of Appeal ruled that the principal’s “overarching complaint” against Enoch Burke was his refusal to comply with her instruction to address a child by a new name and the “they” pronoun. The Court of Appeal further ruled that “indisputably” the disciplinary authorities must assess the legitimacy of that instruction. The High Court has never assessed whether the principal’s instruction was legitimate. It has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the true basis for the disciplinary action against Enoch Burke and has never determined Enoch Burke’s claim that there has been a breach of his constitutional rights. Notwithstanding, it has purported to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. In all of these matters the High Court is wholly at odds with the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal. Today Judge David Nolan refused to have regard to the findings of the Court of Appeal and threatened to find members of the Burke family in contempt of court for raising the issue. Judge David Nolan refused to allow Enoch Burke’s affidavit or submissions to be opened or addressed in court. This behaviour is extremely concerning. Judge David Nolan stated today he does not want to put Enoch Burke back in prison. In the same breath he has accused Enoch Burke of having “a perverted sense of justice”. The truth is that Judge David Nolan knows that the public is appalled and outraged at the perverted actions of the Irish Courts over the past three years as Enoch Burke has been repeatedly denied his constitutional rights, the very rights which Judge David Nolan and others have solemnly vowed to uphold. All of this would never have happened but for the silence of the Church. The Church has betrayed Christ and been silent. For the last three years Enoch Burke has been made a pariah and a scapegoat for refusing to affirm transgenderism. The ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School, a Church of Ireland school, is Christian. Its teaching is “God made them male and female”. ‘Bishop’ Patricia ‘Judas’ Storey, the Patron of Wilson’s Hospital School, has betrayed this ethos, as has Archbishop John ‘Judas’ McDowell. Enoch Burke stood up for the ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School in 2022 when Principal Niamh McShane instructed all students and staff to use the ‘they’ pronoun for a male student. He objected to this demand. Storey and McDowell were silent and agreed with corrupt judges who upheld Enoch Burke’s unlawful suspension. When you see these people in their pulpits, making their fair speeches, think of Enoch Burke - locked up for over 500 days, stripped of his salary and denied his constitutional rights. Do not be deceived. These so-called Church leaders are Judases who have  betrayed Christ. Their silence has been the prime cause of this whole situation.

The speakers frame the Burke case as systemic corruption: "This is insanity what's happening to Weanoke Burke, an upright, intelligent, kind, lover of his students, young teacher... betrayed Christ" and "they've got their 30 pieces of silver." They say the church did not stand up, and "parents... they're Judases." They describe Enoch Burke's refusal to bow to "transgenderism" and to obey principal Niamh MacShane's instruction to call a young boy "day, an abomination." The Court of Appeal reportedly recognized that "the principal's overarching complaint against Enoch Burke" and asked if "that instruction must be looked at. Was it a legitimate instruction?" They allege judge David Nolan refused to read a submission; note "not a normal court." Fines of "€225,000" and calls for Burke's return to "Mount Joy Prison" after "five hundred days." They condemn archbishop John MacDewell as a "Judas" and oppose "indoctrination center" "promotion of LGBT" in the school.

Speaker 0: This is insanity what's happening to Weanoke Burke, an upright, intelligent, kind, lover of his students, young teacher. This should never have it would never have happened only for the church who was silent, never came on to the playing field because it's betrayed Christ. It has agreed with the corrupt judge and the government, and they've got their 30 pieces of silver. But it won't end good for you. It never ends good when to betray Christ. You get your 30 pieces of silver, but no thank you. And just remember that parents, when you see them on the pulpit, they're Judases, and this should never have happened. It would never have happened if the church had stood up for the ethos of this school. Doesn't believe it. Speaker 1: We're standing outside Wilson's Hospital School here in County Westmead. Now I was at the High Court this morning with my father Sean Burke and my sister Amy Burke. We attended the court this morning because the board of management of Wilson's Hospital School had yet another application to have Enoch Burke arrested and imprisoned, put back into Manchoy Prison for refusing to bow down to transgenderism and to to, obey that instruction by principal Niamh MacShane three years ago to call a young boy day, an an abomination. And we had, a paper is before the court this morning. There was a court of appeal decision only six weeks ago, a major development in this case where the court of appeal came out and did something that had not been done before, recognized simply, number one, that the principal's overarching complaint, those were the words used by the court of appeal against Enoch Burke. The principal's complaint against Enoch Burke was that he refused to comply with her instruction. And then the court of appeal secondly said that that instruction must be looked at. Was it a legitimate instruction? And those are two things which the high court has persistently refused to acknowledge or to do since the very beginning of these proceedings. And we've had, since the very first day this case came before the court, it came before judge Siobhan Stack on the August 30 2022, and she said this has nothing to do. She agreed with counsel for the other side with Enoch Burke's views, a manifestly false statement. Then we had, judge Max Barrett saying this is not a transgender issue. Like, another manifestly false statement. And then we had judge Alexander Owens, and he came out and upheld the lawfulness of the suspension of Enoch Burke without once without once considering was that instruction legitimate? Was it accordance with law in this country? And all of that has been called into question by the court of appeal. Speaker 0: And, of course, we all know it wasn't lawful. Of course. A child would know it's not lawful. Speaker 1: A child would know. Speaker 0: And did judge, Nolan listen to that today? Speaker 1: Judge Nolan didn't listen to it. No. And Enoch did travel up he and he traveled from, up to Dublin yesterday. He duly affirmed the affidavit before the high court. He went through the normal procedure stamping. That was before the court's also a submission which he carefully prepared showing the discrepancy between the court of appeal and the high court. And shockingly, judge David Nolan refused to read it. He refused to open us, or to have any of it aired in court this morning. Speaker 0: He can't because it's it reveals how corrupt he is, Speaker 1: and every either one of them. I will simply say this is not normal. That is is not a normal court. When you bring in your documents, when you have a positive court of appeal judgment, which undermines what's happening at the high courts, and that is, refused to be looked at by judge David Nolan. That's not a normal court. It's a shocking state. Speaker 0: And now he says he wants to wash his hands of everything, and he's putting it back on the school. And this is the corruption we have been subjected to for three full years. Edith Burke made a scapegoat, made a pariah because he would bend to corrupt judges. It's no wonder people leave those courts at the end of their lives. Yes. It's a sad day our country is in with such corruption in the high court. Absolute corruption. Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 0: Judges allow unto themselves. Speaker 1: Yes. And if you open your mouth then to speak, if you simply request that those papers be looked at, the guards are ready to take you out. And I believe they were up on, 10 guard e there this morning, and there was a guard a van. It's not in the news reports. There was a guard a van backed up to the door of the four courts. And we also had a journalist sitting there. And, course, the journalists are not telling the truth. They're working hand in hand with corrupt judges like David Nolan. Speaker 0: They're prostrate. They're in obeisance. They're in homage to the judges. They they they they you know, they're not they're not proper journalists. They are not bringing the truth to the public. I don't want to tell lies. They are not bringing the truth the public. Was even said today that the Berks were removed from the court. That's not true. Yes. It's simply not true. Speaker 1: The Irish examiner, I believe. When we went into the courts, the really, we felt we faced an angry judge, a judge who really was losing the plot. He he he he was was angry. He he had no there was no rhyme, no reason to what he was doing. Speaker 0: No. Because you're not breaking the law. Enoch Berk is not breaking the law. The courts are breaking the law. They're breaking their vows. And that's why they're so frustrated and so corrupt and jumping up and leaving the chair because they're breaking their oath to uphold the constitution and its laws. They're denying in a work his constitutional rights. Speaker 1: Yes. And, of course, we see these fines, these ludicrous fines being clocked up. €225,000. These outrageous fines, I would say. Yes. And clearly, a judge who who is losing the plot, who's trying to pretend he has some authority, while at the same time is denying a a right standing teacher, the constitution, the protection, the guarantees that he should enjoy. Speaker 0: Yes. And and it's it's it's very serious that he says that Enoch Berk has perverted justice. This corrupt judge sitting in the church, judge David Speaker 1: David Nolan. Speaker 0: Today. He the the the Wilson's Hospital School has asked that Enoch Bourke be put put back in Mount Joy Prison behind bars. Now he didn't want to do that, he said, because it's accomplished nothing. And yet, Enoch Burke is a man who has perverted justice. Very strange, isn't it? He doesn't want to put him behind bars. He doesn't want to put him behind bars because the public aren't stupid. They know that he's been denied his constitutional rights, and it is utterly corrupt that this man would get away with what has happened for the past three years. It should never have happened. And Enoch Burke is in here today waiting for his job back. He was he was thrown out of here unfairly and brought to the courts from there to Mount Joy Prison where we spent five hundred days. We could talk about this forever. It's unjust. It's simply wrong what happened. But let us never forget, Wilsons Hospital School, a Christian ethos. We are a Christian school. We believe that God made them male and female. Come to our school. Send your children here. That's the school Enoch Berk was employed by. Has a Christian ethos. The archbishop, John McDouall hasn't spoken a word. Very strange, isn't it? This would never have happened if the church had done what it should. But John MacDewell is a Judas. He is a Judas. I would call him archbishop John Judas McDewell. He hasn't uttered a word. He has betrayed Christ. He has sold his soul. He has sold it for 30 pieces of silver, and it was sold well before that, I'd say. With government, a corrupt government and corrupt judges. And while Enoch Burke is made a pariah today, he's been a scapegoat because he simply won't be insane and encourage a young 50 year old boy to be a girl. Yes. He won't encourage him. He won't he won't help him, support him down that path by using the pronoun. You know, Judas MacDewell is silent while he's incarcerated, while he's locked up, while the courts, the corrupt courts are charging him 225,000. It's costly to be a Christian, isn't it? It's costly to be a Christian. And then you have Bishop Pat Judah's story. And this is Bishop, story that is the patron of this school and also has remained quiet. Mhmm. Working together with the courts, with the corrupt judiciary, and with the corrupt government, bringing in not Christian agenda, not a non Christian, an anti Christian agenda. And, you know, these are Judas. I would say to the world, pass Judas story. And I would say to any parent, any man, any woman, any boy, any girl, do not be deceived by her fair speeches and her fair, smile, her sweet smile, her fair speeches. I would say when she stands on her pulpit, or when John Judas MacDougall stands on his pulpit, remember Enoch Burke. Please remember Enoch Burke locked away for five hundred days in Mount Joy Prison, made a pariah, made a scapegoat because of this Christian ethos that John MacDewell has betrayed, has sold it, has sold it off. This is a wonderful estate here, bequeathed by, Andrew Wilson Speaker 1: Andrew Wilson. Yes. Speaker 0: Over three hundred years ago Yeah. As a hospital for elderly men. Speaker 1: I'm Christian. What a Speaker 0: vision. What a vision. Yeah. A hospital for elderly men. Yeah. Respect for the elderly. A nice place for elderly men and a school for young boys. How I need to encourage our young boys to be strong men, to have a vision, to go out into the world, to be the salt of the world, to be the light of the world. And that was his vision, our young boys. But instead of that, John Judas MacDougall and Pat Judas story want this to be an indoctrination center, an anti Christian agenda, promotion of LGBT, encourage every young boy in this country to wear a skirt, to wear a dress, to wear high heels, And we know where that ends because it's antichrist. It ends in depression and suicide and hopelessness. But you know, God will never be defeated. But remember that this should never have happened.

Enoch Burke's bank account has been emptied to €0.00 after the courts seized €40,617.69 due to his refusal to support transgenderism in his school. The Irish Courts have also allowed the Attorney General to pursue the seizure of any other assets he may own. This situation arose from a principal's directive for staff to refer to a male student by a new name and "they" pronoun, which lacked legal authority and has not been evaluated for its constitutionality or legality by any court.

BREAKING: ENOCH BURKE’S BANK ACCOUNT NOW HAS €0.00 BALANCE AFTER COURTS RAID €40,617.69 Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. His entire bank account has now been seized by the Irish Courts. The Courts have also directed that the Irish Attorney General Rossa Fanning may apply to seize any other assets owned by Enoch Burke. The root cause of this case was the principal's direction to all staff to address a male student by a new name and the "they" pronoun. This demand had no legal authority and has never been assessed for its constitutionality or lawfulness by any Court.

Speaker 0: Enoch Burke here. I'm standing outside the Bank of Ireland branch in Casabar County, Mayo. When I left my workplace today, Wilson's Hospital School, at about half past five in the evening, I checked my bank balance, and this is what I found. €0 in my bank account. I have been robbed of €40,617 by the courts. Judge David Nolan, mister Russell Fanning, the attorney general, and the government all working hand in hand. These people are millionaires. They're driving out of the four courts in their big cars, but they're vultures sniffing around now to take from me everything I own, to strip from me every asset I have, and to look for anything that I might have that they can take away. That's what these people are doing. We know it all goes back to, the fact that in 2022, I was demanded by principal Niamh McShane to promote transgenderism, in the school where I worked. A demand made by that principal, Niamh McShane, still a principal in a school down in, Cork, a demand that should never have been made and should not be made today because there is no shred of legal authority for that demand to be made. But, of course, the, minister for education, Norma Foley, now the minister for children, when she was confronted by my family, or asked by my family when I was incarcerated, about this issue in 2022, she ran away. She was telling the public lies saying that this wasn't being taught in schools and classrooms, that it wouldn't happen, but, of course, it did happen. And the Department of Education is dealing illegally in this matter. The current minister for education, Helen McEntee, she is dealing illegally in this matter, And that's the whole problem here from the very beginning. When you go to court, the judges are running out the door. They will not deal with this issue. And it's very sad, to be in that state in the country where the judges are telling lies, where the government's working along with them. And, of course, we now know that we've got very bad we've been told now today that, you know, the country is going, to have a great recession, tens of thousands of jobs to be lost, maybe a lot more than that, hundreds of thousands. We've been told this by Pascal Donohue. He's, telling us that hard times are coming. You know why? Because he's not fit to rule this country. We know they went to America. There was a lot of spin, but, you know, the Americans, it didn't go down well with the Americans, because, they could smell, I would say, simply the spin. Pascal Donoghue is looking to Europe now, but he's defying God and the rest of the government. Meehaw, Martin, Helen McIntyre, they're defying God in this country. But righteousness exalts a nation. Righteousness, giving people their just liberties, giving them their due, giving them the right to live uprightly and morally and and righteously. That is what exalts this nation. And it's a shame that the church, has been silent on this matter, hasn't stood up and exalted God. Our religious freedom is being taken from us in this country. So that's the situation as it stands now tonight. €42,000 and more taken from my bank account, every penny stripped from me.

Today, Judge David Nolan ordered the release of teacher Enoch Burke after making an unlawful statement in court, threatening to ban anyone who spoke. Burke objected, but the judge denied making the statement. This incident is documented in the court's Digital Audio Recording. However, national news reporter Orla O’Donnell failed to report on these critical events during the lunchtime broadcast, which I believe undermines the public's right to know and protects the judge's questionable actions.

BREAKING: Judge orders release of teacher Enoch Burke after lying on the bench Judge David Nolan announced in court this morning that if anyone spoke in the court he would permanently ban them from all future hearings. The Supreme Court has ruled that this is illegal. Enoch Burke immediately jumped to his feet and objected to this sinister and unlawful direction. Judge Nolan refused to retract the statement, later denying he had even made it. All of this is available on the court Digital Audio Recording (DAR). On the national lunchtime television news (RTÉ), reporter Orla O’Donnell did not mention one word regarding the above events. The public deserve to know the full truth. By withholding this, Orla O’Donnell and RTÉ are utterly failing in their duty and protecting this judge in his unlawful behaviour.

Speaker 0: Good afternoon. We're standing here outside the forecourts in Dublin. Enoch Burke has just been, told he's been released from Mountjoy Prison after, over 500 days of incarceration because of his religious beliefs. He was told, that he had to call, to students by the they, them pronouns. He, of course, said that he couldn't do that. It was against his religious beliefs. He was put into Mountjoy Prison, and he was told by the judge today in Dublin that he's going to be released. Now we know, of course, that that's because of the public pressure, and I want to make it very clear today that Enoch Birk has been released from Mountjoyed Prison, but he is not a free man. Because what we heard today was, threats, intimidation from the judge. I believe it's a €1,500 fine per day if he returns to his place of work where he's on full pay, where he has a right to turn up to his place of work and teach his students. He did nothing wrong. Many other things happened in the court today. You know, you can tell us. We we came into court, and, mister Justice Nolan came in for the court rose and sat down. And one of the first things he said was, said that if anybody disrupted the court, they'd be removed and they'd be prohibited from attending any future hearings. Now that's illegal. And Yes. This has been made very clear by Chief Justice O'Donnell and the Supreme Court, the Walsh case, you cannot ban people from attending court hearings. You just can't do that. It's against the law. It's against the constitution. The the the requirements that justice be administered in public. Yes. So that's what happens there today. It's illegal, and the judge simply refused to acknowledge what he had said. Never mind that it was a lie, that it was false, and that it should taken back. But that is what happened here today. No no nothing else that the hearing was heard because the judge simply refused to acknowledge that he had told a lie. And this is the story really Yeah. Since August 2022, since I have come in here and as of this building here, this is the story. Judges telling lies. Coming in with a robe on, at a wig on and strange in the law and refusing to acknowledge the truth But this case is simply about transgenderism. But I was told to use the they pronounce to really put poison into a child's mind, something that would destroy them and the judges refusing to acknowledge that every single time. Absolutely. Yes. Speaker 1: Of course, they've they've agreed with the, government and with the, they've agreed with the government and the, the the ASTI. Yeah. They've come out and, encourage all teachers to use the they pronoun and to support the union of Ireland. Yes. And to support young people along that path of mutilation and, puberty blockers, irreversible, things that they would, go through. Medications that would be irreversible. It's tragic what's happening in our land. Government and judiciary agreeing together. It's signed. It's on the books. That's why from the word go, they cannot acknowledge that Enoch Burt's case is about transgender ideology, which it is. Speaker 2: Yes. Speaker 1: And, of course, we had Moira Wheeling on the bench. She shouldn't be there put in the back door, sitting at the at the table, with with put in by Leo Radker, an activist for transgender LGBTQ plus ideology. And that's, that was the the the the place that it began. Edelburg seen in front of the appeal court. And, of course, they came back with the results and, it wasn't about transgender ideology, and we oppose that because we cannot, sit and listen to lies. We don't expect lies from the judiciary. Nobody should accept lies Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: From the bench. Speaker 0: And that was the day that was the day that my father, Sean Burke, told those judges. Judge Myra Whelan, slipped in there, not a judge before, slipped face kept for her. That was the day he told her that the case was about transgenderism and that she was lying. And that is why my father, Somburg, is in prison today. That's the reason why. Make no mistake about it. A terrible thing to do to my father, a shop owner from Casaubar, a good man, a righteous man, did nothing wrong, innocent, but put into Mount Joy prison, an oppressive, sad place because he told the judges they were lying. Speaker 2: Yes. And one of the most, concerning things about Sean Burke, you know, he's been put into prison now for 2 months. It's not capricious and arbitrary nature of that sentence that was imposed upon him by judge, Ronan Monroe. In the earlier trial in the district court, the judge in that case agrees that nothing intentional was done by Sean Burke, that people have simply been passing through a narrow and congested passageway and that Sean Burke was simply focused on his wife who was ahead of him. And she, left him without a conviction and effectively The judge gave them no sentence in the district court. Yep. And then fast forward to the appeal, and judge Ronan Monroe hands down a 2 month, sentence. This is unprecedented and really shows a disregard, for the law and the facts by that judge Yes. In that case. Speaker 1: Well, the allegation, Isaac, there was that Sean Burke, my husband, had taken Agarda, Victoria Fisher, and, thrown her against the heater and, left her guard in some way. Bruised. Bruised. And now anybody who knows my husband, Sean Burke, knows that if he was paid a £1,000,000, he wouldn't do that. He doesn't do that kind of thing. Hear. Hear. Yeah. And as, I think you've said, he was cleared totally. Speaker 2: He will be the the district court found that nothing intentional was done, and that's why she left him without a conviction and effectively without any sentence. Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 2: But it's the change, this this drastic change that's happened this week in the circuit court that's very concerning. Speaker 1: And that was 2 days we saw it in the circuit court in front of judge Monroe. They were horrific days, I have to say. My husband was demeaned. He was made a laugh of by judge Monroe. You felt totally demeaned and brought as low as possible. He was laughed about. He was asked the meaning of words. Yes. You just felt Speaker 2: you were Speaker 1: in a room. You were in a a quiet room with Judge Monroe and the guards working together from word go. You know, he was mocked. He was told he shouldn't be representing himself. The judge was yawning loudly. He was lifting his eyes to heaven. It was a joke, and we felt utterly demeaned, and my husband was made to feel worthless. Mhmm. The, sergeant, Speaker 2: Sergeant Brian Griffith was the prosecuting Garda when he was questioned on the change of evidence that he was giving in the circuit court compared to earlier. He actually cursed while in the witness box. He used the f word. Speaker 1: So after taking up the bible and swearing before almighty god, he's he uses the f word. That is fine. There's no reproof by judge Munro. Mhmm. And when judge Munro began to curse himself, I very willingly left the room and didn't return for the final, for the, for Speaker 2: the For the sentencing. Speaker 1: Sentencing. I couldn't return. It was a desperate place. And at this moment, my husband, Schonberg, is, in in prison. He's in Mountjoy Prison for a crime that he didn't commit. Yes. He has done nothing wrong. He has done and people who know him all over the country. He worked in the public sector for over 30 years. People who know him know without the shadow of doubt that my husband would never do that. Absolutely. So it's, it's a very sad situation we're in, and it's a very sad day for our land when we have lying from the bench. Mhmm. Lying. And Enoch Burke is out now to save their faces like they did last year. Like they did last year. Speaker 0: I was but not a free man with a fresh intimidation of this corrupt judicial system hanging over his head. That's where we are today. Enoch Burke is out at the moment. Sean Burke is in Mountjoy Prison, on the on the 7th of March 2023. The judges lied on the bench at that Court of Appeal period. They've lied again today, and the pattern continues. And it's it's right and proper to stand up and speak guys and protest when anybody, especially those who are in positions of power like judges in our land, tell lies and break their oath and tear up the constitutional rights that you have. It's right and proper to stand up. And justice is Speaker 1: extremely important. Yes. Judiciary is extremely important in any country, and it's a very serious thing when, the judiciary and the government are working hand in hand. No separation of powers. Yep. No separation of powers. The government pushing a hard left ideology right across this country, minister for education, a hard left ideology, a removal of Christian belief, and the government, working with the judiciary Yeah. Hand in hand. Speaker 0: Yeah. Herbal situation. Speaker 1: Yeah.

Enoch Burke has been sent back to Mountjoy Prison after refusing to accept transgender ideology, having spent over 442 days in jail for not using the "they" pronoun. During a recent court hearing, Judge David Nolan suggested that children as young as 12 have a right to transition, raising concerns about the implications for students. The SPHE curriculum is under scrutiny as parents worry about inappropriate content being taught, and Minister for Education Norma Foley has faced criticism for her statements regarding teacher training. The painful history of abuse in schools reminds us to question authority and protect our children.

@EnochBurke - Enoch Burke

BREAKING: JUDGE SENDS ENOCH BURKE BACK TO PRISON - IMPLIES CHILDREN AS YOUNG AS 12 HAVE A “RIGHT” TO “TRANSITION” TO ANOTHER GENDER Enoch Burke was sent back to Mountjoy Prison today after refusing to bow to transgenderism. He has to date spent over 442 days in jail after refusing to affirm transgender ideology and use the "they" pronoun. High Court Judge David Nolan ordered Enoch Burke back to Mountjoy Prison today. Shockingly, during the hearing, Judge Nolan (appointed 2023) implied that children as young as 12 have a "right" to "transition" to another gender. This is in fact wholly contrary to Irish law. When Enoch Burke read to the Court the section of the Principal's Report that stated that "Mr Burke's public statement of his refusal to accept transgenderism ... has implications not only for the particular student, but other students who may wish to transition in the future", Judge Nolan said "Isn't that their right if they wish?" SPHE controversy rages across the country as parents fear for their children being taught obscenities, graphic sexual content and sodomy sex in the classroom. Young 1st year students are now required to sign a contract in which they promise to keep confidential all matters discussed in the SPHE classroom. Last week on Newstalk radio Minister for Education Norma Foley told blatant lies to the people of this country regarding SPHE/RSE training for teachers. Her ongoing position as Minister for Education is a scandal. Why is there not a clear call that she be removed? Recently, we were reminded of a dark part of our past as a nation. Margaret Best’s non-verbal son Kenneth was one of thousands of sexual abuse survivors documented in the Government’s Scoping Inquiry into historical sexual abuse at schools. Kenneth was the subject of horrific sexual abuse during his time at Lota boarding school in Glanmire, Co. Cork which he began attending at the age of 5. Margaret Best was led to believe that her son was being looked after. Her complaints of the suspected abuse of her son over many years went unheeded. “I'm living with my guilt of listening to so-called professionals when I was a very young woman”, Mrs Best said on Primetime last month.  Today we are once again being told to “trust the professionals”, as they poison the minds of children with unspeakable depravity through the SPHE curriculum.  We must not make the same mistake again. It is time to stand up and speak out.
