Speaker 0: There is absolutely a crowd out there who is trans hateful. There's a crowd that wants to eradicate transgender people. There is a crowd who does not want me to exist. And I know we're also sick of hearing that, right? Because that's the narrative that's being used all the time now against anybody who has any criticism of anything about queer me.
But I think we need to acknowledge that there are certain groups, and the radical feminists are one of them, who genuinely do not accept the existence of someone like me. It's not about what pronouns are used. It's not about what washer might use. It's the fact that I exist. Because even though I don't do any of those things that would upset them, they still say really horrible things about me.
I actually had a and she was quite shocked. She is somebody who works in the gender critical space quite a bit someone I've come to know recently and she was really horrified by what she saw and when she reached out to her friend to try to understand what was going on she came to understand what radical feminism is and that these people truly do view me as women face. My mere presentation and the way that I am they take as viscerally offensive as the erasure of women and they are out for blood with people like me. I wanted to highlight this because as long as real transgender hate does exist, the narrative of the LGBT hate stands and it's valid. And when people see that narrative, they hear it and they know it's true because of people like these individuals who have been going after me for the past 72 hours.
And if we want to get to a point that we can push back against that. And we can argue that hate is not pervasive in our schools and in our policies and argue that some of the queer theory stuff that's been taken into our institutions has on too far then we need to deal with this kind of hate that does exist because this discredits everything that we're going for. I really appreciate the support and encouragement that I've had today.
