I read that a Pakistani man on trial in Brooklyn says Iran recruited him to assassinate President Trump at a rally, gave a rally-site sketch, told him to hire hitmen, and paid undercover agents thinking they were killers, jotting plans on a hotel napkin; he links Iran to the Butler shooting as revenge for Soleimani.

HOLY CRAP: The Pakistani man on trial in Brooklyn admits Iran recruited him to assassinate President Trump at a rally. He testified Iranian leaders gave him a sketch of a rally site, told him to hire hitmen, and even paid undercover FBI agents thousands thinking they were killers, all while writing plans on a hotel napkin. He was arrested just before the Butler shooting and said Iran was behind that too, seeking revenge for Soleimani. That's a bombshell.

In the federal trial in Brooklyn, prosecutors accuse A Sif Merchant, a 47-year-old man from Pakistan, of plotting to assassinate American political leaders, including President Trump. Merchant testified in his own federal trial, claiming that Iranian leadership told him to “hunt down president Trump, hire a couple of guys that can take him out at a political rally.” Prosecutors say the evidence is damning, noting that Merchant paid two FBI agents thousands of dollars in cash, telling them to take out President Trump, and that he wrote the entire plan down on a hotel napkin. The case centers on Merchant’s assertion that Iran was behind the plot, based on his belief that the attack on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania—arrested one day before that incident—was similar to the plan given to him. Merchant says Iran wanted revenge for the killing of their top military leader, Qasem Soleimani, and that threats continue as the U.S. recently bombed Iran and took out its Ayatollah. Authorities describe the alleged scheme as involving an elevated rally site setup intended to create chaos that could facilitate the gunman, with Merchant claiming Iranian leadership provided the instructions. The closing arguments are underway as Merchant remains inside the Brooklyn Federal Courthouse, facing federal terrorism charges that could put him behind bars for life.

Alexis McAdams is outside the Brooklyn Federal Courthouse in New York City. Alexis. Speaker 1: Hi, Harris. Yeah. An interesting case that really not a lot of viewers knew about when it happened in 2024 because president Trump was out in the campaign trail, and there was so much going on and so many other threats. But that's when police say a Sif merchant came here from Pakistan because he says Iranian leadership told him to, said hunt down president Trump, hire a couple of guys that can take him out at a political rally. So take a look here on your screen. This is who we're talking about. He's sitting there inside of that Brooklyn Federal Courthouse right now as those closing arguments are underway. 47 years old. He's facing federal terrorism charges and could spend the rest of his life behind bars. Merchant testified Harris in his own federal trial, and he explained this, making this drawing again that he said Iranian leaders gave it back in 2024. Really doesn't look like there's much to it. It looks like, you know, like a kid drew it or something, but that's the sketch of a rally site. Merchant was arrested just one day before Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, and later told the feds that he believed Iran was behind that attack because it was so similar to the plan that they gave him. Kinda get up in an elevated place, go to a rally, and create all this chaos so the gunman can get Merchant says Iran wants revenge for the killing of their top military leader, Qasem Soleimani. And threats continue as The US just bombed Iran and took out its Ayatollah. So we're expecting even more threats here possibly on the homeland according to the feds. Back out here live in Brooklyn, prosecutors say the evidence Harris is pretty damning in this case. They say he actually paid two FBI agents thousands of dollars in cash telling them to take out president Trump because he thought they were hitmen and then also, a lot of other things including writing the entire thing down on a hotel napkin. 🚨 BREAKING: New Yorkers are LIVID after Mayor Zohran Mamdani announced ILLEGAL ALIENS will get UNIVERSAL taxpayer-funded child care. “We are proud to be a sanctuary city… These programs are for ALL.” FAFO. New York COOKED itself. They’re about to LEARN the hard way! Should have deported him.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker outlines inclusive programs intended for all New Yorkers, emphasizing that these programs will not inquire about anyone’s immigration status when enrolling children. The assertion is that all children, regardless of where they were born or come from, should be enrolled in pre-K and 3-K. The speaker also notes pride in being a sanctuary city, and proceeds to define what that means in practice for the city. According to the speaker, sanctuary city policies have existed for years and restrict ICE agents from accessing certain locations unless they present a judicial warrant signed by a judge. Specifically, the speaker states that ICE agents are denied entry into schools, hospitals, city properties, or the properties of city contractors without such a warrant. The speaker also claims that, in most instances, ICE does not present this kind of documentation. When documentation is presented, it tends to be an administrative warrant, and there are often times when no documentation is provided at all. In sum, the speaker emphasizes two core points: first, a commitment to universal enrollment for children in pre-K and 3-K without regard to immigration status or birthplace; and second, a declaration of sanctuary city protections that restrict ICE access to key city spaces unless a judicial warrant is provided, highlighting that the typical or actual documentation from ICE is frequently lacking or limited to administrative warrants. The overall message underscores protecting the rights of every New Yorker within the framework of sanctuary city policies and long-standing city practices designed to limit immigration enforcement actions in certain contexts.

All of those children are New Yorkers. They should all be enrolled in pre k and three k no matter where they were born or where they come from. And we are also proud to be a sanctuary city. What a sanctuary city means is that we have policies in place, policies that have existed for years in the city that deny ICE agents access into schools, hospitals, city properties, or even the properties of city contractors unless those ICE agents can present a judicial warrant signed by a judge. We know that the vast majority of the time, ICE agents are not presenting that kind of documentation. If they're presenting any documentation, it tends to be an administrative warrant, and oftentimes, there isn't any documentation even provided. So we want to make clear the rights of every New Yorker that they have in

🚨 BREAKING, MORE FRAUD: Nick Shirley & David just unleashed a BRAND NEW BOMBSHELL VIDEO exposing ANOTHER $16 MILLION in fraud in Minnesota! Tim Walz must resign, now. https://t.co/Fel7bthSMv

Video Transcript AI Summary
The documentary-style segment follows Nick Shirley and David as they investigate widespread fraud in Minnesota, centering on nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT), daycare operations, and the way state funds are billed for services that may not be delivered. They present a pattern where transportation companies appear to underpin multiple fraud schemes across childcare, adult daycare, autism services, and interpreter services, with transportation acting as the “belly of the beast” that ties these lines of fraud together. Key findings and claims include: - The investigation asserts that Minnesota’s NEMT sector is dominated by Somali-owned companies. David notes about 20 NEMT companies in Minnesota, with more than 90% Somali-owned, many hosted in addresses that appear noncommercial or vacant (an apartment, a house, a convenience store, or a vacant building) with little or no signage or staff. - The group argues the average national vehicle count per NEMT company is 20. They estimate Minnesota could have approximately 800 Somali-owned NEMT companies, each with about 20 vehicles, and claim payments from the state are based on electronic submissions of trips and miles, with trips typically paid at about $50 per trip (round trips $100). They contend many trips are never performed, yet payments are made once the electronic form is submitted, with no verification of actual service delivery. - The symposium of fraud is described as consisting of daycares, adult daycares, autism services, and other welfare providers that rely on the transportation brokers to create a paper-trail justifying payments to the providers, even when services aren’t delivered. This paper trail allegedly enables continued state funding for many supposedly operating centers. - Safari Transportation (607 Cedar Avenue South, Minneapolis) and Dreamline Transportation (617 Cedar Avenue South) are presented as examples of fraudulent listings: Safari Transportation is alleged not to exist at the listed address; Dreamline Transportation is said to be housed in a liquor store at 617 Cedar Avenue South, with multiple addresses showing confusing or false registration. On-site checks reveal no functioning transportation company or vans, and staff acknowledge the addresses are misleading. The reporting team notes that the listed addresses often correspond to other, non-transport businesses (e.g., money-wiring shops or liquor stores), with no observable fleet and no evidence of active transportation services. - They visit other addresses tied to transportation, such as Epimonia Transport (at 305/308 area) and Crescent Transportation in Saint Louis Park; Epimonia is described as lacking vehicles and consistency in address listings, while Crescent Transportation is found to be an apartment complex rather than a storefront, casting doubt on the legitimacy of these entities. - The Hopkins Child Care Center is highlighted as an example of large state funding for a facility licensed for 118 children, with reported funding of around $2.25 million for a given year and millions across multiple years, yet the center is observed as shuttered or lacking visible child activity, with many vehicles reportedly idle and windows blacked out. Similar patterns are noted at other daycare centers such as Quality Learning Center and Proud Child Care Center in Eden Prairie, which also show high funding receipts (e.g., $1.9 million for Quality Learning Center in a given year; Proud Child Care Center receiving about $1.25–$1.26 million in recent years), but with no apparent foot traffic or detectable enrollment. - The investigation connects the fraud to political actors and public officials, alleging cover-ups or complicity, and raises questions about accountability for figures like Tim Walz. They assert that investigations and governmental actions have been insufficient or misdirected to address the alleged fraud. - In a broader fraud narrative, they claim millions of dollars were being funneled through TSA at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, with whistleblowers recounting large sums (often in the millions) moved by Somali-descent individuals, sometimes via routes through Atlanta to Dubai before wiring money to Somalia. A former TSA narcotics investigator describes routine cash movements at checkpoints, suggesting that declarations of large sums did not trigger meaningful enforcement, and implying the funds were linked to the daycare and welfare networks described earlier. Throughout, the speakers attempt to confront individuals at various sites, record responses, and juxtapose the alleged abundance of funding with the lack of visible services or vehicles. They emphasize that even when fraud is spotlighted, participants often respond with hostility or denial, while security is required to manage confrontations. They conclude with a call for accountability and reforms, asserting that the fraud spans the entire state and that transportation companies are central to the ability to sustain fraudulent payments.

Speaker 0: I'm asking Speaker 1: No. No. No. No. You don't ask me nothing, man. Speaker 0: $2,250,000 Speaker 1: the only community that does fraud. Speaker 0: How come they said this building was closed? Do you guys know where advanced mobility is? Speaker 1: Advanced mobility? Speaker 0: Yeah. We're looking for it. Never heard of it. Speaker 2: They know we're shining the light on the fraud, and they have no defense. Speaker 0: Would you like to see anybody in the government here held accountable? Speaker 3: Most definitely. Most definitely. Because there can definitely be an allocation of funds. Speaker 0: The Minnesota fraud scandal continues to get worse and worse as billions of dollars of fraud has been exposed. And as I showed the world the blatant fraud taking place at daycares and other locations across Minnesota, it became the most viewed video expose on the Internet and created instant change within government as the Fed sent thousands of federal agents to Minnesota and the HHS froze over a $185,000,000 in all payments to childcare. And while politicians like Tim Walts call people like me white supremacists and far right delusional conspiracy theorists for exposing the fraud. Meanwhile, he actually dropped out of running for reelection. The Minnesota fraud scandal has erupted the nation as protests and riots took place all starting because daycares like Quality Leering Center were exposed. However, the daycares is only a small portion of the fraud taking place in Minnesota. In this video, I will take you into what has continued to allow this fraud to happen and connect all of the dots for you, exposing all of the fraud from strange connections of the business owners and the politicians who have openly admitted to the fraud on live TV. And to dive deep into the fraud, I met back up with the local David who has been investigating this widespread fraud scandal for years. So here in Minnesota, have daycare fraud, you have adult daycare fraud, you have health care fraud, and you even have more fraud. What's some of the fraud that's also taking place here inside of Minnesota? Speaker 2: Well, what I think might be sort of the heart of the beast here is this transportation fraud. And what I mean by that is in Minnesota, we have something called nonemergency medical transportation, NEMT. My research has shown that there are about a 20 such companies in Minnesota, and more than 90% of them are Somali owned. Speaker 0: And so right here on the table, what do we have? All this information right here. Speaker 2: So I have a number of companies that are located in the Twin Cities, and this is just a fraction of the companies that are out there. What I found was that the average the national average for a nonemergency medical transportation company is 20 vehicles per company. A lot of these companies, their address is an apartment, some are in a house, some are in a convenience store, some of them in a vacant building. There's no signage. There's nobody there. Speaker 0: And so why would there be such a need for all these transportation companies here inside of Minnesota? Speaker 2: So if you think of this transportation as the the hub of the wheel, So childcare is a spoke, adult daycare is a spoke, autism is a spoke, the interpreter services, we can get into, that's another spoke. It all ties back to transportation. Why? Because those meals had to be someone had to deliver those meals. Someone has to deliver the kid to autism or say they did, so it all revolves around the transportation. And so when when you're looking at this, you say, okay. Well, let's just be conservative. Let's go on the low side. Let's say there are only 800 Somali owned non emergency medical transportation companies in Minnesota. Well, again, the average is 20 vehicles per company. So that's 800 times 20. And the way these a m NEMT companies are paid is if they bring someone to a to a doctor's appointment, whatever the case might be, or Costco or whatever they're wherever they're going, because remember, it's non emergency medical transportation. Well, we went to Costco because they have to eat or they'll die. So that's considered. Right? So it's almost impossible to figure out from the outside what exactly the payments are for each of these trips, but I have a pretty good idea. So when someone provides a a a transportation to a facility or a location, they're also paid for the time to sit there and wait for the appointment to end and then drive the person back. So they're paid three different ways, and it the average is going to be $50 per trip. So it's going to the appointment as a trip, coming back trips. That's a $100 per round trip. So if you have 800 companies in Minnesota that are NEMT companies, they all own 20 vehicles, and they're all making 10 trips a day, and it's $50 per trip. So it's 800 times 20 times 10 trips times $50 a trip. Do the math. And the reality is, how many of these trip how many of these trips are being provided? Zero. They don't have to provide any. Why? Because when they are paid by the state of Minnesota, these companies go online and they fill out a form, and it just says, okay. How many trips? How many miles? They submit that electronically to the state, and boom. They get paid. Nobody bothers to check. They don't call the dentist to this kid show up. They don't call the they don't do anything. As soon as that form is filed with the state of Minnesota, that payment goes out immediately. Speaker 0: And so essentially, these transportation companies are what hold all of the fraud together because you have the day care centers working with the transportation companies, the adult day care centers working with the transportation companies, the health care companies working with the transportation companies. So it's just another way to bill and to also make it look like something's happening here inside of Minnesota. Speaker 2: This is the belly of the beast. All of this fraud revolves around these transportation companies. All of it. This touches every part of fraud here in Minnesota. Speaker 0: And today, we're gonna go confront these people. We confronted them last time. There was no kids in any of the child care centers. And today, what do you expect to see? Speaker 2: I think we're gonna see some vehicles because, you know, when I drive around the cities here, I see these these Somalis driving. Mostly, it's like a Plymouth caravan or whatever. And there's never ever ever been a passenger. And in seven years, I've never seen a passenger in any of these vehicles. I followed some of them. They're going to Costco. They're going to Sam's Club. They're going to Walmart. The driver gets out, goes in there, loads up a shopping cart, comes in, puts it in the van, and off they go back to where they live. Speaker 0: And now we're gonna go out and see what's happening with these transportation companies. Speaker 2: And here's the other thing. Tim Walls and Department of Human Service, you threw the people of Minnesota under the bus. Shame on you and I'm coming for you. Speaker 0: You heard it here first, David. Alright. Let's go. So where's the first location we're going to? Speaker 2: The first location is a company called Safari Transportation, Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis. Speaker 0: And so what makes Safari Transportation Company an interesting transportation company? Well Allegedly fraudulent. Speaker 2: Well, thing about Safari is that they've been registered since 2015 with the state of Minnesota as operating vehicles. And, again, the national average for a nonemergency medical transportation company is 20 vehicles. So if they've got 20 vehicles and they're at 607 Cedar Avenue, I have no idea where there's parking them. Parking them because there is no parking anywhere near this office. Speaker 0: We've arrived to the transportation company. We're outside. And right there, we have a loving arms adult daycare. All the windows are completely boarded out right there and there's supposed to be a transportation company registered right here. It's six seventeen, but it's a liquor store. So the location here is 607 and also 617. These are two transportation companies. We're all in a main road right now and this is 607 and it is not a transportation company. It's actually a money transfer, but it's registered here. 607. This does not look like Safari Transportation. Where is the transportation company? Speaker 2: I don't see any signs denoting that there's any transportation. It's all just looks like money wiring. But if you look at the secretary of state's office, state of Minnesota, Safari Transportation, 607 Cedar Avenue, and it's been registered here since 2015. That was the original filing. Speaker 0: So let's see if we can we have the manager. Let's see we can find Fod. Hello. How are you? We're looking for the transportation company. Speaker 2: Safari Transportation? Speaker 0: Looking for Safari Transportation? Speaker 1: No. No. There's no there's no Safari Transportation here. Speaker 0: No Safari Transportation? Speaker 2: Safari Transportation is 6 Or 7 Cedar Avenue. Speaker 0: We're just looking for Safari transportation. Know. So but this is registered for Safari transportation six 07. Address. Speaker 1: Okay. We don't know. Speaker 0: We're asking where Safari transportation is. Speaker 1: Notes. We don't know. Okay. Speaker 0: So the business is not Speaker 1: here. Doorker. Speaker 2: Fuad Omar. Speaker 1: Fuad Omar. We don't know this. Do you see this? What is this? Speaker 0: Money transferring. Speaker 1: That's it. Speaker 0: Okay. Well, this is understand. This is fraud taking place. This is supposed to say this is for Safari Transportation. Speaker 1: Go find out. Speaker 0: Yeah. We did find out. This is fraud right here. Speaker 2: Registered here. Speaker 0: This is registered. 2015? Speaker 2: Safari Transportation, State of Minnesota. 2015. Well, but it's registered now. This is current just off the State of Minnesota website today. Please. This is from today. I printed this off today. Omar. Speaker 1: Go check it out. Speaker 0: We're here. This is 607. We're at Safari Transportation. Speaker 1: It's not Safari, period. Speaker 0: Okay. So it's a fraudulent business. Speaker 1: Did you see Safari, anything here? Speaker 0: Exactly. Speaker 1: Did you Speaker 0: see? Exactly. It's not here. Here? It's a fraud. Speaker 1: Do you see, sir? Okay. Speaker 0: Thank you. We're gonna go to the next address. Speaker 1: Alright. Speaker 0: Let's keep moving on. So 607, this is supposed to be Safari Transportation. No transportation company. And now we're going to six seventeen, another transportation company. However, it is actually Cedar Riverside Liquor. Where is the transportation company? 617. Speaker 2: Six seventeen Transportation for the state of Minnesota is registered to 617 Cedar Avenue South. Speaker 0: And it's a liquor store. David, they they aren't even trying to hide that these are transportation companies. Where are the vans at? Speaker 2: Should we ask? Speaker 1: Let's go ask. Speaker 2: Hey. We're looking for a Dreamline Transportation. What's that? Speaker 0: We're in six seventeen Dreamline Transportation. No. Where is the transportation company? Speaker 1: No. We don't have this. Speaker 2: You ever heard of Safari Transportation? Speaker 1: Safari? I know Safari that money wiring. 607. Speaker 0: The money wiring? Yeah. Okay. That's money wiring. Yeah. Safari We're looking for Safari Transportation. Speaker 1: Six zero seven. Speaker 2: They said they never heard of it. Speaker 1: I never Safari company, the money wiring, they send money there. That's the 607. Speaker 2: So Safari gets the money, and then they wire it out? Speaker 0: Yeah. The money. That man just said that Safari is actually a money money wiring company. So therefore, they're receiving money and then wiring it somewhere underneath the name of a transportation company. Speaker 2: So he said to go here. Speaker 0: Suite A right here. And then you have 617 A right here, but this is reliable services, immigration, travel, and tax. I do not see a transportation company anywhere. Speaker 2: Good morning. Hey. We're hoping we're hoping to find Dreamline Transportation. Have you ever heard of it? Speaker 1: I've never heard of it. Speaker 2: Ask next door. He said to ask here Oh. That you would know. Speaker 4: Ask next door. This is a mailbox. It's not a roof off. Speaker 2: So Dreamline Transportation could be nothing more than a mailbox. 834. Speaker 0: So it could be one of these mailboxes. Speaker 1: Well Speaker 2: Okay. See you later. Speaker 0: 607, Safari Transportation doesn't exist. It's actually a money wiring business. 617 Dreamline inside of there, it's actually a liquor store, and then 617 A is a place where there's a bunch of mailboxes and it says reliable ITT services. How are you doing, man? Just wanna ask you. Yes, sir. Speaker 1: Why are you sensationalizing the propaganda? Speaker 0: What are we sensationalizing? Speaker 1: To attack our community. What's your final objective? Speaker 0: We're not attacking your community by any means. Speaker 1: Are you making money from this? Speaker 0: We're looking for fraud. No. I'm For instance, can you answer our question? Where is Safari Transportation Company? 607. It's not there. How much How Speaker 1: much money are you making? Speaker 0: You answer the question where six seventeen Dreamline Security. Speaker 1: How much money are you making? Speaker 0: Off of YouTube. That's how I make my money. Speaker 1: Exactly. Exactly. So you're making money off of sensationalizing That my job attacking the Somali community. Speaker 0: I'm not attacking you guys. We're asking Speaker 1: I'll tell you the reason Speaker 0: why this is fraud. Correct? Yes. We're this has nothing to do with race. This is fraud. This is fraud. Speaker 1: Has to do with us being Muslim? Speaker 0: No. It does not. Alright. And us being Speaker 1: from Africa. This is a constitutional argument. If you don't want us here, change the freedom of religion. Say, listen. We don't want Muslims in this country anymore. Speaker 0: We're not saying that. Speaker 1: No. No. Speaker 0: No. We're not saying that. Speaker 2: When when I go to Speaker 1: your comments fraud. You're talking. I go onto your comments My comments are me. Is people that say we do not want Muslims here. Kick every single Muslim in Minnesota out of Minnesota. Speaker 0: That's a comment. Speaker 1: You are listen. You're preparing you're preparing for the Somali community to meet to maybe be taken to concentration camps, just like your Japanese community. Alright? You're sensationalizing. Speaker 0: No. We're not. Alright. Something that Speaker 1: can do question. Where That's Speaker 0: something answer can jeopardize Speaker 1: the question. Safety and the protection of Speaker 0: fraud. We're Speaker 1: talking about happens to the Somali We're Speaker 0: talking about fraud. Speaker 1: I'm not doing anything. I'm not physically You're getting very close. I'm not I'm not physically touching No. I'm not physically touching you. Speaker 0: This is fraud. Speaker 1: We're talking about fraud. Well, you're you're defending fraud. I'm I'm following Speaker 0: the comments. You're defending fraud. Speaker 1: People who hate Muslims want us out of here. People can say what they want. I'm not censoring anybody. Your material. Islamophobes, use your material. People who hate Islam, use your material. Say to us, we don't want you here. Change the constitution. But guess what? Let me tell you something. Guess what? It. Say it. We're asking about fraud. You are you are you're Speaker 0: asking about fraud. Speaker 1: You you hate Muslims. Speaker 0: I'm not saying I hate Muslims. Speaker 1: We're talking about frauds. Why are attacking us? This is the community that suffers because of fraud? We're talking about fraud. The only community that does fraud. Are we the only community that does this? This we have what? A thousand providers? Speaker 0: Yeah. You guys have a Speaker 1: Even even it's 2,000 providers. K. You're gonna sacrifice the safety of 80,000 people We're not because of fucking 2,000 providers. Are you fucking mad? Are you stupid? I'm not stupid. You're stupid. Speaker 0: Where's the transportation company? Speaker 1: Nobody will mess. Listen. Happens in Minnesota. It will be because of you. It will be because of you. If any Somali gets hurt in Minnesota, it's because of Nick fucking Charlie. Listen. Any Somali Speaker 0: This is about fraud. Speaker 1: Single somebody gets hurt. Speaker 0: This is about fraud, sir. Speaker 1: Of you sensationalizes. You son of a bitch. Sensationalizes. Wow. You're very nice. Out of my neighborhood. Speaker 0: Very nice. Speaker 1: Get the fuck out of my neighborhood. Speaker 0: Sir, can you tell me where the transportation company is? Speaker 1: Out of my neighborhood. We don't want you here. Get the fuck out of here. Speaker 3: Calm down, sir. Speaker 0: Calm down, sir. Speaker 1: Get the fuck out of here. Speaker 0: Sir, this is about fraud. Speaker 1: Stationize you want it clicks? Speaker 0: You're sensationalizing yourself, sir. Clicks? You're stationizing yourself. Speaker 1: You want it clicks? You want it to you Tell me where the transportation vehicle is. Clicks. You got YouTube clicks. Now get the fuck out of our community. Speaker 0: Tell me where the Speaker 1: transportation our community. Tell me where the You Oh god. This is about fraud. Motherfucker. This is Say I don't want Speaker 0: This is about fraud. Speaker 1: Say I don't want Muslims here. Say it. I'm not wanna change the constitution. No. Don't wanna change the constitution. Religion, and I don't want Muslim Somalis in Minnesota to kick them out. I was born in this country. You have to take the passport away from Speaker 2: me. Relax. Speaker 1: That is what you are arguing We're not tied. Change the constitution. Speaker 0: This is about fucking fraud. Speaker 5: I appreciate it. Get Speaker 1: the fuck out of our community. Speaker 0: This is about fraud. Speaker 1: Get the fuck out of our community. Get the fuck out of here. Get the fuck out of here. Stupid fucking idiot. Tell me Speaker 0: where the transportation company is then. Speaker 1: Get the fuck out of here. Speaker 0: Obviously, for this video, we had to get security because look at this now. Alright. Speaker 1: We're going. We're going. But Speaker 0: there is no transportation company in there. Fraud. There were no transportation companies. Speaker 2: No. None. Speaker 0: This isn't about race. This isn't against religion. This is about fraud. We're fighting fraud here. We're not fighting a race. Speaker 2: Well and this is what happens when you put a spotlight on fraud. The people who are benefiting become extremely violent, and the Somalis are the most violent people I have ever met in my whole life. Speaker 0: Because he couldn't answer the question. Where was the transportation company? Speaker 2: He wouldn't answer the question. All he did was make it about race and then issue threats. Speaker 0: Neither business was there or operating and giving a very conservative estimate based off of David's numbers and other numbers online. It's fair to say each business is operating with an average of 20 vehicles and with a much lower and generous rate of $25 per trip. And with 10 alleged trips a day, each business is pulling an estimate of $1,300,000 in gross revenue. And with those two locations alone, there's over $2,600,000 in estimated fraud. Alright. We're going to the next location. Speaker 2: What's interesting, Nick, is that one of the places we just visited, the 617 Cedar Avenue South, that's for Dreamline Transportation. That's the address listed with the state of Minnesota. But the place that we're going right now is going to have vans that say DreamLine Transportation on them, but they haven't moved in months and months. You'll see they're covered with snow. There will be no tire tracks. And so why are they using this address and all that was in there was a liquor store? And he told us to talk to the guy next door, and those were all just Malvaxes. And then the guy next door said, go talk to him. I said, we just talked to him. Obviously, the cover up and you see how they all stick together and it's all this intimidation. And thank God we had the security we did there because that would have been bad. Speaker 0: Now we're outside of this transportation vehicle company right here. Speaker 2: Yeah. And so you can see these are the vans that say Dreamline. You can see the sticker on the window and the numbers on the rear. None of these vehicles have moved in eight months. I've been taking time stamp, date stamp photos. All these vehicles are in the exact same spot they were eight months ago, and look, there's no tire tracks, so they haven't moved. Speaker 0: And this van as well, this is Dreamline. Dreamline was the location where we got chased out from the Somalis on 617 Cedar, and this is a vehicle from Dreamline that actually didn't even exist. It was a liquor store, and now it's here and the vans haven't moved at all. Literally, no vans and no tire tracks anywhere. If these vans are being used to transport people, whether it be health care, child care, there would be snow tracks. And there's one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven vehicles here. No snow tracks anywhere. These vehicles are not being used, and these transportation companies are making lots of money. Meanwhile, there's actually nothing to show for. Here's all of the vehicles right here. And the vehicles that are coming in and out like this Toyota, it does not have anything to do with transportation company because there's no stickers on it and there's snow tracks, but the vehicles that are supposed to be used for transportation are literally locked in. Snow is building icicles. No one's even came out to remove the snow off the window. These transportation vehicles are not moving. And then right here, David has more paperwork for Silver Mountain, and there's three different companies in the same address. Yeah. So when we talk about how all these companies are intertwined, this is a perfect example of that. And this is why these transportation companies are so essential to the fraud in Minnesota because they allow the fraud to be supported as the majority of the fraud is from welfare programs like daycares, autism centers, and adult daycares, and health care services. They need to leave a paper trail to make it look like something is happening. Therefore, use these transportation companies to create that paper trail by saying they are moving people from an adult day care to health care provider, for example, but they actually never provide the service at the health care provider. But that paper trail allows them to continue to build the state for the money and everyone gets paid. That's why this fraud is so deep and hard to dismantle because quite literally everyone is involved. Speaker 2: And it's all because the state of Minnesota never checks. Speaker 0: Alright. So this is actually the location for Silver Mountain Inc, LLC And Co. Let's see if any Yes. We're wondering where Silver Mountain. Speaker 2: Silver Mountain? Speaker 0: Silver Mountain. Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know that. Where it is. Speaker 2: It says 2722 Park Avenue. Where is Silver Mountain here? Speaker 1: Fuck Silver Mountain. You don't have a permission to do that. Speaker 0: Okay. So Silver Mountain does not exist. Speaker 2: You were No. The the name the name is not the name is not Fox Silver Mountain. It's just Silver Mountain. Ask me that. When you come Alright. Speaker 0: Silver Mountain So Silver Mountain does not exist. Business. You're making a business Park. Speaker 1: Have millions of people watching you. Speaker 0: Okay. Sir, you have millions of people watching Where is Silver Mountain I Speaker 1: don't know where Mountain is. Speaker 0: Okay. Well, that's what we're looking for. Alright. We're moving on. So Silver Mountain does not exist. David, we're just simply asking for where is Silver Mountain Home Health Care? Speaker 1: Find any Speaker 2: of these companies. I mean, this is shocking. Three companies are supposed to be in that building, and he's never heard Speaker 1: of them. He doesn't know anything about them. Speaker 0: And look. So they don't exist there. Right there is Somali Senior Center and Adult Day Services, a day care right there. All these welfare companies are in the same location, but their businesses that business didn't even exist. Speaker 2: It's all fraud. All of it. Speaker 0: So right there is a transportation company. No passenger, just a driver. How come you think when it comes time to take accountability for what's happening or just to answer simple questions about the fraud they can't answer? Speaker 2: Well, I think their reaction tells you all you need to know. The the reaction is so violent that if there was no fraud going on, they would say, what what what are you talking about? They would have a civil conversation, but they can't because they know we're shining the light on the fraud, and they have no defense. So in their mind, being loud and using profanity is their only defense. Speaker 0: Because I'm trying to get them the opportunity to say, where are the transportation companies? Where are the day care? Where are the children? Where are the companies now? Yet they can't answer. Speaker 2: And to this point, Nick, the transportation companies we've been to, we haven't seen a single vehicle at any of them. In fact, some don't even exist. We can't even find them. Going and we're going to the addresses that are listed on the secretary of state's website as their business address. Speaker 0: This is a massive parking lot here. We're gonna go ask them where their vehicles are. They should not have any excuse as to why they don't have their vehicles here other than if they are out driving right now. And what's the story behind this business? Speaker 2: Well, this business is new as of March 2024. It's Mohammed Malim is the registered agent for seven thirteen Mini High Avenue East. Speaker 0: Me and David headed into this building. However, the owner was not there. We're here at the suite of Epimonia Transport LLC. There's actually not even a sign here in anyone here. Looks like there's a guy over here. Let's see if we can talk to him really quick. Do you know about Epimonia transport transport here? Speaker 5: So there was a transportation company here in 305 for a long time, even before I joined the building a few years ago. He's never really here. I've seen the office a couple times. There's barely anything in there but a couch. And then I see him maybe twice a month at If. So Speaker 0: And there's no transport vehicles outside? The massive parking lot. Speaker 5: I've never seen one. I've been here for three years and I'm always here. I'd I I'm a workaholic. I'm just nonstop here. So I know everybody in the building and this specific space here is probably the most sketchy out of any other business here. Everyone else is here. They're friendlier. It's he just pops in and out. Speaker 0: For instance, this guy, Mohammed, he should have his business business in 308. There should be transportation vehicles outside. There's nothing. Speaker 5: That's weird that you say 308 because he's always been in 305 for the last three years. Speaker 0: Wow. So he's even lying on his public records with the government. Speaker 5: I would assume if he was to make and doing fraud, it makes sense to switch it up and throw people off track. It would be the first thing somebody would do, I would think. Speaker 0: So since the fraud has started to be exposed, Mohammed has left the scene, and that guy just said, he confirmed that there was never even been transportation vehicles outside. So Mohammed has completely left the scene. He's nowhere to be found, and this parking lot, massive parking lot, actually never even had any transport vehicles according to the guy who lived or had his office next to Mohammed. How quick do you think the fraud would dry out here in Minnesota if they were to cut out the transportation side of the fraud? Speaker 2: I think it would have a massive effect and that the signal that that would send would let people know the party's over. Speaker 0: Because if me and you were to go to the doctor, we either have to find a family member, drive ourselves, or pay for an Uber. How come they have even how come they even have this set up? Speaker 2: Yeah. I tried to get I tried to arrange a ride with one of these transportation Somali transportation companies. They said they were all full. So now we're at 2833 13th Avenue South in Minneapolis, and they're supposed to be a nonemergency medical transportation company here called Advance Mobility Incorporated. And what's interesting about this company is that state state records show that it first registered with the state of Minnesota in 1999. Speaker 0: And they have been in business for over twenty six years. Yes. Correct. So gonna go inside. Speaker 2: They must have a lot of vehicles. Speaker 0: So this is Advanced mobility two eight three three boarded up. All these windows are covered right here. We're gonna see if we can go inside. There There's a bunch of shops in here. We have money transferring shop. We got clothes in here. There's a coffee shop. Let's see if advanced mobility is in here. We got spices. Is advanced mobility here? Speaker 2: You know 224? Speaker 1: I don't I don't think you Speaker 3: guys are allowed to record here. Speaker 0: Do you know where advanced mobility is? Suite 224. She's recording over there. So Suite 224. Do you know where do you guys know where advanced mobility is? Do you guys know where advanced mobility is? Speaker 2: Advanced mobility? Speaker 0: Yeah. Never heard it. We're looking for it. Never heard of it? Speaker 1: What is this? What that? Speaker 0: My name is Nick Shirley. We're just asking looking for advanced mobility. Hey. Where's advanced mobility at? Speaker 1: We don't care about advanced mobility. Speaker 0: That's what we're Speaker 1: asking for. Speaker 0: Alright. We're looking for advanced mobility. Nobody can help us right now. We got a whole group of people trying to get us out of here. Get out. We're looking for advanced mobility. Speaker 1: I don't care about that. Speaker 0: Advanced mobility doesn't exist. Speaker 1: Out of here, man. Get out. You need to get out. Get Get out. Now they're Speaker 0: pushing us out Speaker 1: of here. Get out. Speaker 0: Get out. Where's advanced mobility at? Speaker 1: We don't care about advanced mobility. Speaker 0: That's what we're asking for. Speaker 1: Get out. Get out. Speaker 0: Would you like that give a statement on where advanced mobility is? Speaker 1: Nope. Go ahead. Get out. We don't care. Speaker 0: So advanced mobility is not Speaker 1: Get out of here. Speaker 0: Anywhere here. We're leaving, sir. Would you like to give a Speaker 1: statement on what's happening here in Minnesota? You make stuff up. This is from line. I don't care. Who do you work for? Who do you work for? No. Who do you work for? Nick Shirley. Who do you work for? Speaker 0: Nick Shirley, sir. Speaker 1: I don't care about Nick Shirley. That's you. Yes, sir. But who do you work for? Speaker 0: For Nick Shirley. Speaker 1: I don't care about Nick Shirley. Speaker 0: That's who he's working for today. Nick Shirley. Speaker 1: This is from the studio. We don't care about that. Get out of here. Stop here. So you Speaker 0: guys say, I can't film, but look at you guys filming. You can do that. You can film here. Advanced mobility doesn't exist. Well, so Speaker 2: what was interesting was we walked in there, and on the state's website, it says it's in Suite 224, but it's a one story building. None of the suites had the number two on them. It doesn't exist. And it's been registered since '9, and it doesn't exist. Speaker 0: Alright. Next location. David, where are we at? Speaker 2: We're at what's called Ray's, r a y z transportation LLC. Speaker 0: And this is Ray's transportation. We're on a street. There's no parking lot for any transportation vehicles. We'll see what happens. This is the address for Ray's transportation. See if anybody is here. Is Ray's transportation here, sir? Speaker 5: I don't know. Transportation place. There's no transportation places here. Speaker 0: Oh, okay. Well It's just Ray's. Places. Speaker 2: R A Y Z? Speaker 0: Well, I think it's confirmed they're not here, David. So it's confirmed that Ray Transportation, all of these transportation companies, they're kinda like ghost companies. They exist on paper, but they don't actually exist in person. Would you like to see anybody in the government here held accountable? Speaker 3: Definitely. Most definitely. Because there can definitely be a allocation of funds. And what's your message to Tim Walls? Make a change. Make a change. Because there's definitely even when it comes down to, the Kias and stuff, there's definitely stuff that, like, we need we need spaces for for the things that are going on that they're not doing. We need these type of spaces for it. Now this is this is some crazy stuff, but I'm I'm glad that you're bringing light to it. It is a crazy, interesting situation. Speaker 1: What you got going on, man? Hey. Hey. Keep keep that that that false narrative that you be be be going on is a nonsense. Speaker 0: You should be in your car because Speaker 1: there's You should be not be doing that. Right? You you are creating misinformation. This is not fair. It's not fair for the American people to be doing that. Speaker 0: For fraud to Speaker 1: be happening? It's not fair what you mean. You cannot be doing that. You're not being fair. How? This country is built on fairness. You're not being fair. You cannot come into the community and be doing that. Speaker 0: So we shouldn't allow fraud to be happening. Right? Speaker 1: Let the let the legal system do its job. Speaker 0: Well, it's failed. Speaker 1: Got a governor. We got a attorney general. Let them do the job. You're not you're not in a position to do the job. You're not. You're not a prosecutor. If you wanna run for office, go ahead. Run for office. But you cannot be doing this. This is misinformation. This is the information. Speaker 0: How is it misinformation, sir? It's from the Speaker 1: This is what you're doing, dude. Speaker 0: Coming from Speaker 1: You're coming everywhere. Where you coming from? You Speaker 0: see what I mean? We're we're talking about the facts that's happening here. Speaker 1: You can't to the South Side. It's blocked through. Get it. Speaker 0: Sir, so you we were just having a civil conversation. That guy hopped out of his car in the middle of the road in the middle of the road about the fraud that's happening. And he's saying that I'm the bad guy for showing and showing light of what's happening here. Speaker 3: They're they're passionate they're passionate people. They don't want this type of stuff either going on or being brought to light. So that's what they're gonna do. They're come it's a very tight knit community. Speaker 0: You saw it firsthand how crazy he gets out here. He hopped out in the middle of the intersection. Speaker 3: Y'all say. Speaker 0: So we're this isn't about race. You're a black guy. They're black. Right? We don't have no ill feelings towards you by any means. We're talking about the fraud that's happened. So god bless you, sir, and thank you very much. Why are we doing this? So Speaker 2: we're doing this, a, because it's the right thing to do. The people of Minnesota and the people of America want this done. Fraud is fraud. And when we try and talk with these people and say, look. The main reason we're doing this is to find out why is why are all these checks being written by the state of Minnesota for companies that don't even exist? That's what we're trying to figure out. It's not a race issue. It's a fraud issue, and fraud is fraud. Speaker 0: And so what most people don't understand about this fraud is it is literally in the entire state of Minnesota. It's not just in one part of Minneapolis. Speaker 2: Right. And so I think what happens is the people in the suburbs of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, they get lulled into a false sense of security because they say, oh, that's in Minneapolis. It doesn't affect us, or that's in Saint Paul. And we're showing that this fraud spreads throughout the entire state of Minnesota, including all of the suburbs, and we're going bring to light exactly what's going on in those respective suburbs. Speaker 0: And so what's happening in this suburb of Saint Louis Park? Speaker 2: Well, this is one of the Somali NEMT non emergency medical transportation companies that's registered with the state of Minnesota in Saint Louis Park. And so let's see if this one actually exists. Speaker 0: This is the location of Crescent Transportation. We have no vans outside right now. Does not look like any vans are outside. Let's go inside, see if Crescent Transportation exists. Here we are and it's an apartment complex. There's no signage of any crescent transportation company. Once again, another fraudulent business where they don't even have a storefront to show where that this is an apartment complex. So this is an apartment complex right here? Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: And have you ever seen Crescent Transportation out here? Nope. And what do you think about the fraud taking place here in Minnesota? Speaker 1: I'm a tax payer. I don't like it. Speaker 0: What's your message to all the fraudsters? Speaker 1: Prosecute that. Taking them to jail. Speaker 0: And how do you feel knowing that, for instance, right here, a transportation company that receives money from the government is not even here. It's a apartment complex. Speaker 1: I can say it. I don't like it. I'm a taxpayer. I work hard for my money. People out here fraud, they should go to jail. Speaker 0: And should Tim Watts go to jail? Speaker 1: Oh, he he oh, he's cricket too, All them cricket. All the politician. My daddy ain't never liked none of them. Speaker 0: So that man right there just confirmed that this is an apartment complex. Speaker 2: Right. And so the cities have specific rules governing operating businesses out of apartments. They do not allow transportation companies to park vehicles in an apartment parking lot. None of the cities in the Twin Cities allow that. Speaker 0: Because even if you were to be running a transportation coming out of your apartment, there's nowhere to park the cars. Speaker 2: Well, where are they? There aren't there aren't any. Crescent I don't see anything with Crescent on Speaker 0: it anywhere. More fraud taking place here. Speaker 2: So this is called Hopkins Child Care Center. This facility is licensed to hold a 118 children. So this should be a really big facility. And this year alone, they have received $2,250,000 from the state of Minnesota. And last year, they received 1,920,000.00 from the state of Minnesota. And this facility, in the past five years, has been in the top 10 for the most money received from the state of Minnesota. Speaker 0: So there should be plenty of children. There should be footprints of children walking in and out. Speaker 2: This should be a very busy place. Yes. Speaker 0: So this right here is Hopkins Child Care Center. They're receiving over $2,000,000 a year. All of the windows are completely blacked out. You can't even get in. And for a place that's supposed to have over a 100 children, there's no footprints anywhere going into the store. And it's locked midday right now. This is the backside of the daycare ringing the doorbell right now. See if anybody comes. Hello, sir. How are you doing? How are you doing? Yes, sir. Speaker 1: You cannot that. Get Speaker 0: out. No. Speaker 1: You cannot you cannot do that. Where? This is fucking ground, guys. No. Get out. Out. Speaker 0: No. Sir. Speaker 1: You have to ground. This is our White. Can I ask you about the day care? I have the paperwork right here. No. Get out. Speaker 0: What's the Speaker 1: need for $2,250,000 for a daycare? Get out. Get out. Speaker 0: Can you answer the question? Speaker 1: Get out. No. I don't ask you. Are you question? Talking. You can't. Get out. You can't answer the question. Get out. No. What are you what what who are you? Speaker 0: My name is Speaker 1: Nick No. Don't give a shit. Get out. Could you could you Yeah. Could you answer the question? No. I don't What's the need for $2,250,000 for a daycare? No. No. No. $13,000,000. I don't. Get out. Speaker 0: Out. And it's licensed for Speaker 1: a 180,000 children. Get out. But I Speaker 0: don't see any footprints of any children here. I don't see any footprints of any children here. Speaker 1: Get out. Get out. I'm joking guys. Get out. Don't Are you asking nothing, man? I'm just asking you about what we're No. Seeing No. No. No. Get out. Get out our business. Get out. Sir. This is my brother. You have millions of people watching right fucking fucking fucking fucking dollars. Fucking million dollars. Fucking million Get out. Answer the question. Speaker 0: Where are the children? No footprints of any children around here. No footprints of any children. Speaker 2: This is fine. Yeah. Speaker 0: They can't even answer the question. We gave them so many opportunities. Speaker 1: Wait for him. Him. Speaker 0: We gave them plenty of opportunities to just answer some simple questions. Millions of people are watching right now. Speaker 2: They came out with guns blazing. All we wanna know is where are the children? A 118 children. No footprints in the snow. The all of their vehicles were sitting there with two feet of snow on them. They haven't moved in months. Speaker 0: The windows are all blacked out. Yeah. It's the same thing at all these daycares. Four men came out, yet they couldn't answer the simple question. We had it right here. A 118 children. $2,250,000 this year. Speaker 2: Welcome to Minnesota. Speaker 0: Now this day care center, how much money has this one received? Speaker 2: So this day care this child care center is called Proud Child Care Center, and it's in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, which is a very high income area. It's a further out suburb of from Minneapolis, but there are a lot of multibillion dollar homes right in this neighborhood. And this childcare got 1,250,000.00 in funding in fiscal year twenty twenty five. It got 1,080,000.00 last year. It opened in 2021. Let's go see if we can find any kids. Speaker 0: There there should be at least 40 children here. Looking at the snow prints, does not look like there's any snow prints of any young children. And all of these windows are completely blacked out. Let's see if we could, just talk to somebody. Could I enroll my son Joey into daycare here? Well, do you have the paperwork where I could enroll in child a child? Speaker 1: Who are you? Oh, my name Speaker 0: is Nick Shirley. I was wondering if I could enroll a child. My name I have a son named Joey. Speaker 1: Who are you? Speaker 0: My name is Nick Shirley. Speaker 1: So where you come from? Speaker 0: Yeah. I'm just coming out and see if I could enroll my child, Joey. We just wanna get a statement as to why this day care needs $1,260,000, and if it's even possible to enroll somebody like my child, my imaginary child, Joey. No. You guys can't give a clear statement, or could you even give me a paper to enroll a child into the daycare? That's not your business. Just to show that you guys are a legit business. I I Why would you would you need to do that? It would debunk all claims if you could just give me a piece of paper saying where to enroll a child. Speaker 1: I'm sorry. We never did that. Speaker 0: You can't do that. Okay. Well, thank you very much. And, I hope this place actually is holding 47 children because you guys are receiving 1,260,000 in this year alone. So have a great rest of your day. They won't even Speaker 1: give us a Speaker 0: paper to enroll a child. Could could have debunked all their claims. They can't even do it. One of the big talks about the fraud is about Quality Leering Center. It's a daycare that has received $1,900,000. It's licensed for over 99 children. Instead of quality learning, it says quality leering outside. But the big controversy about the quality leering center is that Somalians, after the video went live, they all all of a sudden start shuffling children into the daycare. By the same time, the commissioner of children of Minnesota was on a livestream saying they had closed the daycare a week ago. Speaker 1: Quality learning center closed just over a week ago. Speaker 0: How much money has this place all received? Speaker 2: And what's So this is the one that's licensed for 99 children. This fiscal year, they've received 1,900,000.0. And in fiscal year twenty twenty four, they had received about 2,200,000.0. So about 4,000,000 in the last two fiscal years. Speaker 0: We're up in the Quality Learing Center, one eight hundred fraud. As now, they had been confirmed that this place was closed down, and now they're shuffling children into the daycare. Speaker 2: So Tiki Brown said this facility was closed. Speaker 1: She said a week ago. Speaker 2: And now magically, there it's full of cars. So how can it be closed if people are coming Speaker 0: a simple question. Look. Now he's going inside. Speaker 1: Sir. Sir. Sir. Don't run, though. It looks suspicious when you run, brother. And you can smile, but you look You bro. Speaker 2: Sir, I'm Speaker 0: right here. Speaker 1: He's right Speaker 2: here to speak to Speaker 1: you. Speaker 0: I'm right here. Speaker 1: Don't do that. Speaker 0: Oh, defend the fraud. Speaker 1: Come on. At the daycare, do it. Speaker 2: Hey. Not at the Speaker 1: daycare doing the middle finger, bro. We have, a 100 cameras on. Speaker 0: Now both of these people have interesting ties with politicians inside Minnesota. For instance, the man who's running the daycare, he was celebrating with mayor Fry after he won reelection of mayor inside of Minneapolis. And then this lady right here seems to be a friend of Ilhan Omar as she has photos with her outside of the restaurant, and she also has videos of her giving a tour to a separate daycare to mayor Fry. It really makes you wonder why these politicians haven't fought against the fraud knowing that has happened in locations like Quality Learning Center. Meanwhile, they're taking photos and celebrating with them at events. What's your message peel on the fraud here Minnesota? Speaker 2: This is part of the cover up. They're trying to cover their tracks. So let me say this on camera. If you can prove that any of the information that I have here is false, I'll give you a $100,000 cash. Speaker 0: Okay. If Speaker 2: any of it's false or inaccurate in any way Speaker 0: Don't call any patter. Speaker 2: Anybody wanna take me Speaker 1: up? And Speaker 2: if you can't prove it, you have to give me a $100. Speaker 3: So you're saying all that's real? Speaker 2: 100%. It I'll give you a $100,000 if you could dis thousand dollars. If you could disprove my information. Okay. Speaker 0: So See, they all went silent. Speaker 2: See. See. Silent. Anybody? 100 your 100 versus my 100,000 cash. Speaker 1: Yeah. Give me the Speaker 0: They're all silent. Speaker 1: Give me the What do Speaker 0: you think about the fraud here? Speaker 4: Hey. The Speaker 1: fraud here in Minnesota, I go lie. Speaker 4: It's crazy. Like, what what do you mean specifically? What what do you mean? Speaker 1: Yeah. How do Speaker 0: you feel about this day care for instance receiving $1,900,000? And they couldn't even spell learning right. They spelled leering. Hey, man. Speaker 4: Somalis, they're they're an interesting creature. Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie. Speaker 4: I can't say too much. I'm already too hot. But, I mean, Tim Waltz, you gotta you gotta solve this stuff. Minnesota really cracked down on this because they've been doing this for years. They've doing this for years. Speaker 0: So Should Tim Waltz be prosecuted? Hell yeah. And at this point, you're probably wondering where all the millions and billions of dollars has gone. Well, it's been well tracked that a lot of the money, millions, hundreds of millions of dollars has been funneled through TSA at the airport inside of Minnesota. It's been well tracked and documented. Even in 2017 there's reports coming from the local Fox News station and I was actually able to meet up with a whistleblower who used to work as a agent at TSA on the side of narcotics and he saw millions of dollars go through TSA. And what kind of fraud did you see take place here in Minnesota? Speaker 6: So I worked for the airport police for thirty one years. Twenty four of those years, I worked in narcotics at MSP Airport. And my recollection was from about 02/1516 to 2021 when I retired, I would see I would I would get emails from our dispatch saying, like, two male Somali descent individuals. They would give us their names. They claimed the cash at that they had a large amount of cash at the checkpoints. We'd get all this information in an email, and it would I believe they would send it right away. So TSA would contact our dispatch telling us this, then our dispatch would relay the info via email to us. Speaker 0: And how much was the money? Speaker 6: The money, the smallest amount in a suitcase that I heard was, like, 750,000. But, generally, it was anywhere from 1,000,000 to 6,000,000 in a suitcase. And there usually was there I as far as I can remember, there was always two individuals traveling. So you would have maybe one guy with 2,200,000.0 and another guy with 3,000,000. And at airports, you're able Speaker 0: to take $10,000 without declaring it. How are these guys able to take millions of dollars? Speaker 6: Because as far as I know, as long as they declared it, they were fine. So then TSA would contact HSI and customs, and I'm sure they they got the information. We got the information. My administration knew about it, and I trust that they sent that on to higher state officials on this, but but nothing was ever done the whole time I was there. I I talked to one individual. We were we were going after narcotic cash leaving the airport. This was always fraud. We had no nexus to that this cash was related to narcotics. So our hands were kinda tied. We couldn't do a whole lot. Speaker 0: How do you suspect these Somalians had millions of dollars to move in an airport? Speaker 6: We we would rack our heads all the time, like, where are they getting this? Where in the world are they getting this money? And I had heard about these daycares and and whatnot, but I I mean, I thought at the time, okay, maybe they had 10 daycares, but apparently, they have a lot more than that. We were we were all just racking our heads trying to figure this out. So you openly saw just millions of dollars get moved throughout these Speaker 2: little parts. Speaker 6: I saw saw one time, I saw an open suitcase with the cash because we were looking into seeing if it was narcotics related, which it was not. How much money do you think moved through the airport in your time? Millions. Literally millions and millions. I mean, we're talking for a good five, six years, you're talking, I don't know, 5 to 6,000,000 a week. It would happen twice a week. You would get twice a week where there would be somebody flying two people flying out with one to two to three to four or five million dollars twice a week, every week, without fail. Speaker 0: And where were those people traveling to? Speaker 6: So they this is the word I got, that they would fly to Atlanta, take a a flight from Atlanta to Dubai, And then apparently, what I had heard was it was too busy to or too dangerous to go any further with it, they'd wire the money to Somalia. Whether they scraped a whole bunch off the top and did that, Speaker 0: I don't know. Wow. So they take the money from Minnesota, take it to Atlanta, and then take it to Dubai. And then from Dubai, they then wire the money. Speaker 6: Correct. That's I don't know that for sure, but that's what I was told by other Speaker 0: investigators. So all the taxpayers' dollars were getting funneled through the airports and then taken to Dubai to be sent to Somalia. Speaker 6: Yes. Yes. It appears that's how it all went down. Yes.

A breaking update on the Saturday shooting targeting border patrol agents in Chicago: a suspect is now in custody, according to DHS. The suspect is described as a criminal illegal alien from Mexico with a prior felony conviction. The information was provided as federal investigators move forward with the case. Details from the reporting indicate that border patrol agents were conducting operations in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood on Saturday morning when a man drove up in a Jeep, opened fire, and then drove away. There were no reported injuries, but investigators collected shell casings and video from the scene. The incident prompted a joint investigation involving the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and Chicago police. Officials confirm that the suspect is from Mexico and is now in custody. He is described as having a past felony conviction for firearms. Investigators are pursuing leads based on this suspect, and it appears he was the person in the Jeep and armed at the time of the shooting. In related weekend developments, DHS released photographs showing damage to federal vehicles. At least four border patrol cars were rammed, and those vehicles were boxed in and pelted with objects such as bricks and paint cans during operations over the weekend. Additionally, authorities issued an alert noting that the leadership of the Latin Kings street gang has issued a directive to shoot on-site immigration officers and federal agents operating in Chicago as part of Operation Midway Blitz. The report emphasizes the alleged direct threat to federal agents in the area. The updates come as authorities continue to respond to incidents involving federal agents in Chicago and pursue leads stemming from the Saturday shooting. No injuries have been reported in connection with the attack on the agents, and the investigation involves collaboration among federal and local agencies. The breaking news underscores ongoing concerns about safety for immigration and federal enforcement personnel operating in the city.

A suspect is now in custody in connection with Saturday's shooting targeting border patrol agents in this mess in Chicago. DHS says he is a criminal illegal alien from Mexico with a prior felony. Senior correspondent Mike Tobin joins us live from Chicago with the breaking news on this. Hi, Mike. Speaker 1: Hey, Martha. That is a breaking development that border patrol agents or federal agents, I should say, now have a suspect in custody for firing at border patrol agents on Saturday. The video we have is after the shots were fired. People mobbed to the scene. Chicago police showed up control the scene, but DHS says Saturday morning, border patrol agents were operating in the predominantly Hispanic Little Village neighborhood when a man drove up in a Jeep, opened fire, and drove away. No one was shot, but investigators collected shell casings and video from the scene. There was a joint investigation of the FBI, ATF, and Chicago police. That suspect is from Mexico and, again, in custody. Speaker 2: They've got a suspect in custody, an illegal alien that has a past conviction for firearms, a past felony conviction for firearms. This suspect's in custody, and they're pursuing leads based on this suspect. It appears he was in the Jeep, and he was armed. Speaker 1: Now over the weekend, DHS also released pictures of federal vehicles that were damaged. The agency says at least four cars were rammed while operating over the weekend. They were also boxed in and pelted with everything from bricks to paint cans. On top of that, an alert went out to border patrol, warning them that the leadership of the street gang, Latin Kings, has put out a directive to shoot on-site immigration officers and federal agents operating in Chicago as part of Operation Midway Blitz. Martha, back to you. Speaker 0: Incredible. Mike Tobin, thank you very much. HHS secretary.

🚨BREAKING: There have been TWO RESIGNATIONS in the Southern District of Florida, and MSNBC is saying that the investigation is looking into a VAST CONSPIRACY. The TRUTH is coming out and this MELTDOWN is a sign that the DoJ is OVER THE TARGET! Lock up EVERY LAST CROOK! https://t.co/aWIAm5Bunv

Video Transcript AI Summary
Breaking news from the Southern District of Florida (SD-FL): two junior assistant US attorneys have resigned after being asked to participate in a broad investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. A source familiar with internal concerns tells MSNBC that US Attorney Jason Redding Quinones called a division-wide meeting this afternoon to address the resignations and the investigation. The reporting notes that at least 30 subpoenas were sent out late Friday by SD-FL to individuals including former CIA chief John Brennan and former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. In addition to the resignations, it is reported that one of the junior ASAs who resigned felt unable to participate because doing so would violate their ethical responsibilities. The resignations are notable because it would be unusual for junior ASAs to be pulled into such a major investigation. Significantly, the subpoenas were signed by SD-FL’s number three, the executive assistant US attorney, rather than by a career prosecutor in leadership. This is presented as abnormal, with a comparison made to past instances where leadership signatures were absent from such actions, such as Lindsay Halligan signing indictments in the Northern District of Virginia due to a lack of available career prosecutors. The developments prompted SD-FL US Attorney Quinones to convene a unit-wide meeting of two to three dozen prosecutors in the major crimes division. The scope of the ongoing investigation remains unclear, but it is connected to the broader claim—involving Trump administration officials—that former Obama and Biden administration officials undertook to undermine the candidacies and presidencies of Donald Trump. The report also notes that President Trump has explicitly called for the jailing of Barack Obama and referenced other individuals in relation to the investigation. Subpoenas have been issued, and at least two SD-FL assistant US attorneys have resigned so far. In summary, two junior ASAs resigned after being asked to participate in a high-profile investigation tied to claims of Russian interference in 2016, with subpoenas issued to notable former officials, and the sign-off on those subpoenas coming from the office’s number-three official, prompting an internal meeting at SD-FL.

Speaker 0: Breaking news out of the Southern District Of Florida. MSNBC has just learned that two prosecutors there who were asked to take part into a vast conspiracy investigation into Russian interference in the twenty sixteen election have now resigned. A source familiar with the internal concerns among career prosecutors tells MSNBC that US attorney Jason Redding Quinones called a rare division wide meeting this afternoon over the resignations. Joining us now, MSNBC senior White House reporter, Von Hilliard, and MSNBC senior legal reporter, Lisa Rubin. Von, I I read through the piece. It's it's hard to follow in places because there's so many different things going on. Can you try to untangle it for us and simplify what exactly is at concern here in Florida? Speaker 1: Right. We must start with the basis here that there is this vast conspiracy that Trump administration officials have alleged that former intelligence and law enforcement officials during the Obama and Biden administrations undertook to undermine the candidacies and presidencies of Donald Trump. That is the baseline for this year. And late on Friday, we reported that at least 30 subpoenas were sent out by the Southern District Of Florida US attorney to people like John Brennan and former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. And now along with our White House colleague, Laura Barone Lopez, and myself, we are reporting here that there are two junior US attorneys who have since resigned from the Southern District Of Florida after being asked to be a part of this investigation. I am told that one of the individuals who resigned, felt like there was something they could not take part in because it would violate their ethical responsibilities. It is worth noting here that these were two junior US assistant attorneys. I am told by somebody familiar that it would not be ordinary to have these junior U. S. Attorneys, assistant U. S. Attorneys be called up for such major investigations like this. We have also learned that the individual that signed off on these subpoenas was the number three at the Southern District of Florida US attorney's office. Now this is abnormal. This is the executive assistant US attorney because usually somebody in leadership doesn't sign off on indictments or subpoenas. Think back to when it was odd that Lindsay Halligan signed off on the indictments in the Northern District Of Virginia, for instance, because she couldn't find any career prosecutors in the office to move forward with the indictments themselves. And that is what we are seeing down there in the Southern District Of Florida, that the number three in the office is the one who signed off and released some of these subpoenas. Now that is what led this afternoon, we are told, to the U. S. Attorney of the Southern District Of Florida, the Trump appointed Jason Reddy Quinones, to call a unit wide meeting of two to three dozen prosecutors in the major crimes division here this afternoon to address the concerns, stemming from not only the investigation, but also the resignation of those two attorneys who were asked to be a part of the investigation. We still don't know the full scope of this investigation, but, of course, president Trump has explicitly called for the jailing of Barack Obama to clap her to a series, a litany of other individuals. And we know that there's an investigation that is ongoing. Subpoenas have been sent out, and at least two US assistant US attorneys have so far resigned down in that district where this investigation has been conducted. Speaker 0: Alright, Vaughn. Thank you. Lisa, I've got a couple of questions here. One, on Speaker 1: the Speaker 0: issue that Vaughn was just

I am appalled that Westland Middle School taught a lesson on LGBTQIA+ to sixth graders. I see it as propaganda from mentally unwell teachers. They discussed how people know if they are a girl or boy. They are who they were born as; anything else is evil and aims to undermine families. This must stop; we did not vote for radical left propaganda pushed on our children.

DISGUSTING: Westland Middle School was BUSTED for giving an entire lesson on LGBTQIA+ to SIXTH GRADERS! This is exactly the kind of propaganda that gets pushed on children by mentally unwell "teachers." The topics covered things like: "How do people know if they are a 'girl' or 'boy'?" This is SIMPLE. They are whatever they were BORN AS. Anything else being pushed on them is evil and seeks to further undermine and destabilize children and their families. This has to STOP! We did NOT vote to have radical left propaganda shoved down our children's throats.

Serena and Joe Wales, two parents from Colorado, are suing a local school district after alleging their 11-year-old daughter was forced to share a room with a transgender student during an overnight field trip two years ago. The daughter was told she would be rooming with three female students, but one of them was a transgender girl. The daughter called her mother—who was serving as a chaperone at the event—and was later moved to a different room, with instructions not to discuss the reason. The Wells’ family joined as part of a case brought on behalf of four families. The couple initially tried to address the issue with the school district directly but felt unheard, ultimately turning to legal action two years after the incident. They say the case was dismissed by a Biden-appointed judge, Regina Rodriguez, with prejudice in August, who ruled that while parents may have the right to instill moral and religious values, they do not have the right to replace public education with their own personal views or to control every aspect of their children’s education. The Wells say the decision left them frustrated and indicates a broader concern that parents are excluded from information and decision-making about school policies. The case has now been appealed to the Tenth Circuit. Attorney Matt Sharp, senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, represents the Wells and the other families. He explains that the plaintiffs want parental rights protected, for parents to be informed about policies, and for their requests—such as not having their child share a room with a transgender student—to be honored. The plaintiffs argue that the school district should respect girls’ privacy and protect parental rights, and they seek to have the policy enjoined and ultimately changed. During the discussion, Sharp notes additional concerns raised by another family in the suit: a boy was forced to share a cabin with a girl for an entire week, with a girl assigned to monitor the boys during showers, dressing, and changing. The Wells emphasize that this incident and others represent privacy violations affecting multiple children and highlight a perceived need for parental involvement in policy decisions. Serena, Joe, and Matt express that this case is a matter of parental rights, school transparency, and protecting students’ privacy. They say the issue relates to broader debates about opt-out rights and parental involvement in education. The conversation concludes with the expectation that the case will be closely watched at the Tenth Circuit.

The daughter called her mom, who at the time was, at the same time serving at chaperone of the event. The daughter eventually got to switch rooms, but was told not to discuss why. So her parents sued the school district, but the case was initially dismissed by a Biden appointed judge. Now it's being appealed to the tenth circuit. Here with me exclusively are those parents, Serena and Joe Wales, and their attorney Matt Sharp, senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom. Serena, I remember when this first happened, I believe we covered it. So how why was your daughter told not to discuss why she was being moved? Speaker 1: Originally, they said that because they wanted to protect the privacy of the other students. And our thoughts are, well, what about the privacy of our daughter? But initially, that's exactly why Speaker 0: she didn't deserve any privacy. Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 0: Well and and to your husband, as a father of a daughter, especially, I I can't frankly imagine my reaction to this. It probably wouldn't have been as genteel as yours going to court. But did you try to make, you know, make it known to the school early on before this lawsuit that this was not this was completely wrong? And what was their initial response? Speaker 2: We didn't talk to the school after this. We we looked at the different options, and we felt like the best course was taking legal action to make a difference. There's several issues going on within the Jefco schools where we didn't feel like we'd be heard. We didn't feel like we'd get anywhere by talking directly to the school or even to the district. We felt like we needed to do something to really take a bigger action. We felt like, know, we're two years into this now, so it's definitely been a grind. Speaker 0: This is Speaker 2: But we like, we made the right choice. Speaker 0: This is just insanity. I just did this whole angle on how the family is under attack by the culture, society, education, woke educators. And, Matt, you know, this case was brought on behalf of four families. What sort of relief are you hoping for? You you looking for just, you know, the school to change policies? Is there damages here? And if so, what are they? Speaker 3: Yeah. We want parental rights protected. We want parents to be informed about bad policies like this, and we want their request to be honored. When they ask schools, don't force our daughter to share a room with a boy. The school needs to honor that. It needs to respect parents. It needs needs to protect girls' privacy. So we wanna see this policy enjoined and ultimately changed. Speaker 0: But is there are there damages that the parents here are claiming because of what the girl was told? Speaker 3: Well, the the real damage is the the violation of the girl's privacy, and not just the Wells' daughter, but in one of the other families, their boy was forced to share a cabin with a girl for an entire week where this girl was assigned to monitor the boys when they were showering, dressing changing. So there is damage to these kids, to their privacy rights, and ultimately, parental rights as well. Mhmm. Speaker 0: This is completely insane. I can't even believe we're doing this segment. Now, Serena, a Biden appointed judge dismissed that original, filing with prejudice back in August, but judge, Regina Rodriguez wrote in that ruling, while parents may have the right to instill moral and religious values in their children, parents have no right to replace public education with their own personal views nor a right to control each and every aspect of their children's education, etcetera, etcetera. What does that make you feel like as a parent when your tax dollars are going to support that attitude? Speaker 1: It makes me angry because this this is a parental rights issue. Schools and parents should be joining each other in order to do what's best for their children. And when when the school district hides information from us, it doesn't allow us parents to be part of that conversation, and then it puts our kids in in risk situations that we could have resolved before all of this even happened. Speaker 0: When it came to the curriculum issue, the supreme court said earlier this year that parents must be given essentially a right to opt out of this, and you all should have been given at the very least a right to opt out of this before they ever got Mhmm. As far as it did. Serena, Joe, Matt, we'll be watching this case very closely at the tenth circuit. Thank you very much.

BREAKING: The news is calling for Trump to withdraw National Guard troops from deployments nationwide due to the increased risk of another attack. Let me get this straight, our military should cower in the face of what's shown itself to be a vast network of people and entities willing to carry out heinous acts of violence? This is exactly what Trump shouldn't do. This kind of act must be met with the strongest force possible. The news is doing everything they can to pin this on Trump. It's disgusting and shameful.

Felicia Ashley has given us some good reporting about their role in Washington DC since August because it has been, contentious to some. There are plenty of people who did not like the National Guard being here in the city. We don't know if that's the case as why this person acted the way they did talking about the gunman. But nonetheless, as Michelle, as you've pointed out, this is a struggle that's been going on in cities across the country right now where there is a lot of push back from some others welcoming them with open arms, but about sending the National Guard as the president would like to multiple cities to try and what he says, cut down on crime. I was in Portland, Oregon just earlier this month reporting on on some of the pushback there as members didn't like the idea. Members of the political parties there didn't like the idea of the National Guard coming in. But Memphis, Chicago, there are plenty of other places where there's a a genuine debate, and you can only imagine that that debate is gonna get much stronger and intensify over the next few days. And and then the the the quick reaction from Pete Hegseth over at the Pentagon, the secretary of war, to say, okay. We're sending 500 more National Guard into Washington DC in light of what just happened. Shows you that there certainly won't be a scaling back. Yeah, and there's a question of whether that will agitate more. Incidents like this. We don't know. But that is something that we will be following in the days ahead. But right now, top of mind is this investigation. With this case playing out in Downtown DC. Our Christian Flores standing by. Christian, you have new information for us. I'll keep it on. You know, just wanna kind of take you back to what we're looking at right now. I mean, again, it's just an absolutely packed scene still several hours later. I mean, look, we've been talking about it pretty much throughout the entire afternoon. We're so close to the White House. You're used to seeing just more amped up police presence and security presence around this area. But, of course, you have a shooting and not just a shooting, but a shooting targeting two National Guard troops, and it's just gonna be amped up to eleven. I mean, earlier this afternoon, we spoke with someone who saw the aftermath. He didn't see the shooting, but he saw the aftermath. All of the first responders rushed to the scene. People, you know, trying to get some help to the scene. And he said he hasn't seen a police presence like this since, really, 09:11. And he's been here for a number of decades. Now, obviously, those are gonna be very, very different levels of police presence.

I report Homan’s claim we’re at 65,000 beds and will soon hit 100,000, with 100,000 beds equaling a million turnovers. Mamdani threatened ICE; Homan said we’ll flood the zone into sanctuary cities like Chicago and New York, into Rikers instead of releasing offenders, to make New York safer with or without him. Every criminal alien off the street saves a neighborhood. ICE is unleashed.

🚨 TOM HOMAN WENT NUCLEAR: “We’re at 65,000… hold on tight because we’re going to soon be at 100,000.” “100,000 beds… turn over 10 times a year… you got a million.” Commie Mamdani thought that he could THREATEN ICE trying to keep them away, and Homan reminded him of the TRUTH: “We will flood the zone… in sanctuary cities like Chicago and New York.” “Let us into Rikers… rather than him releasing people to the street to re-offend.” “We’re gonna make New York safer… with or without him.” Every criminal alien off the street = another American neighborhood saved. ICE IS UNLEASHED!

Tom Homan and the host discuss ICE detention capacity and trafficking concerns, along with political rhetoric and safety in sanctuary cities. - Kevin Cork highlights the administration’s efforts to curtail trafficking across the border, noting it as a major issue for young women and children who are trafficked. He references reporting that there are around 66,000 ICE detainees, a 70% increase since the president took office, and mentions ICE considering large warehouses to hold more detainees. He asks for insight into whether capacity is a real issue and how it’s being managed. - Tom Homan updates ICE detention figures at the time of the conversation, stating about 65,000 detainees, and says a surge to 100,000 beds is coming soon. He explains that the plan is to have 100,000 beds because an average bed turns over 10 times a year, with an average stay of 30 to 35 days. Therefore, 100,000 beds could effectively handle about a million bed-overnights annually. He emphasizes the need for a bed for every person arrested to coordinate travel documents and removal itineraries, and asserts the administration’s goal of bringing 100,000 beds online along with 10,000 new agents. He notes there have been historic deportation numbers under President Trump and suggests those numbers will compare to the next year. - Nicole Sapphire transitions to the New York City mayoral race and cites mayor-elect Zoran Mandani’s threats toward ICE. The discussion returns to safety for ICE personnel, with Sapphire asking what is being done to protect agents and whether current laws deter violence or if Congress must do more. - Tom Homan responds by pointing to the actions of Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice, highlighting prosecutions under 18 U.S.C. 111 (impeding and injuring federal law enforcement officers) as at historic levels and continuing. He criticizes sanctuary cities like Chicago and New York for releasing perceived public safety threats back into communities, and asserts that the administration will flood sanctuary zones with more agents, planning to hire 10,000 more officers to operate in those cities. He says they will arrest thousands of people in Chicago weekly, with operations tonight and tomorrow, and asserts a commitment to make New York safer with or without cooperation from local leadership. He references the President’s promise to make neighborhoods safer by removing criminal aliens, including in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, and urges people to thank President Trump for making neighborhoods safer. - The program closes with gratitude to Tom Homan and acknowledgment of his ongoing work.

Speaker 0: The station today. Speaker 1: And you're doing such a great job, Tom. Kevin Cork here. You're also limiting trafficking. People don't talk nearly enough about that. This administration has done so much to try to curtail what has been an absolute disaster for so many young women and children who've been trafficked across the border. Now I wanna turn for just a moment to ICE detainments. You may have read this. CBS is actually reporting that there are somewhere in the area of 66,000 detainees in ICE custody. That's a 70% by the way, since the president took office, and it's a new record high. But there are others, Tom, reporting that ICE is now considering buying large warehouses to hold the influx of illegal aliens. And so I'm wondering tonight if you can give us any insight on this, and is capacity becoming a real issue? And if so, how are you dealing with it? Speaker 0: Well, we're I looked at the numbers about, you know, an hour ago. We're about 65,000. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 0: But hold on tight because we're gonna soon be at a 100,000. Right right February, spent hundreds of trips up to Capitol Hill talking to the senators and congressmen, the big beautiful bill, telling them why we need a 100,000 beds. We're gonna get those 100,000 beds very soon. And the reason why there's 100,000 beds, because an average bed turns over 10 times a year. Right? The average length of stay is thirty to thirty five days. So every ice bed turns over 10 times a year. Well, you got a 100,000 beds, and those beds turn over 10 times. What do you got? You got a million. So, you know, a 100,000 beds will come online soon. And and so if if people are having to fit about 65,000, you're gonna really have a fit when a 100,000 beds are online. That's what we need to do this operation. Everybody we arrest needs a bed because we don't simply arrest somebody and put them on a plane within a half hour. They gotta be bedded down. They gotta get travel documents and and, you know, and plane arrangements and removal, you know, itineraries and put in place. So we need a bed for everybody to rest. So a 100,000 beds with the game plan, and it's go and it's coming soon. And when we get the 100,000 beds and 10,000 new agents, do you think we're doing well now? We got historic number of deportations right now under president Trump. Those numbers gonna pair with comparison to next year. Speaker 2: Hey, Tom. It's Nicole Sapphire. I wanna switch gears, go to the New York City mayoral election. It took one day for mayor elect Zoran Mandani to start threatening ICE. Take a listen. Speaker 3: To ICE agents and to everyone across this city is that everyone will be held to the same standard of the law. If you violate the law, you must be held accountable. And there is sadly a sense that is growing across this country that certain people are allowed to violate that law, whether they be the president or whether they be the agents themselves. Speaker 2: Now, Tom, you had mentioned earlier that political rhetoric rhetoric such as this really emboldens these bad guys for violence against ICE officials. And the DHS has reported up to 800% increased assaults against ICE and border patrol officers this year, all while staffing remains stretched thin. So my question to you, Tom, is, you know, what are we doing to protect these agents on the ground? Are the current laws strong enough to deter violence against them, or does congress need to do more? Speaker 0: Well, Pam Bondi and Department of Justice really stepped up. I looked at the number of it's eight title 18, United States code one eleven. That's that's impeding and infirming license ICE law enforcement officers. I'm just federal law enforcement officers. And we're at we're at historic level prosecutions. We're going to continue to prosecute. So Mamdani needs to take a take a look at what in Chicago. Mayor Johnson's pushing back. He's not helping. But guess what? We're arresting thousands of people in Chicago every week. We're gonna arrest people there tonight. We're gonna arrest people there tomorrow. All these, you know, all these mayors who who don't want their community safer, they can scream and yell and protest all they want. We're gonna be out there tomorrow and probably the next day. And like I said, months ago in sanctuary cities like Chicago and New York, we will flood the zone. The more agents we hire, we're hiring 10,000 new officers. They'll be flooding the zone in sanctuary cities. Why? Because we know we have a problem in sanctuary cities. We we we know they're releasing public safety threats from their jails every day back in the community. If he was smart, he let us in the Rikers Island so we can arrest the bad guy in the safety and security of a jail rather than him releasing people to the street to reoffend against his get against citizens of the city. So we're gonna make New York safe again with or without him. We would like his partnership, but if you wanna stand by and let us do his job for him, that's what we'll do. We're gonna make New York safer say New York City safer. President Trump made that promise, and we're keeping that promise. Every criminal alien we take off the street of Chicago, Los Angeles, New York makes those neighborhoods safer. So y'all be calling president Trump up and thanking him for making this neighborhood safer. Speaker 1: Tom Homan, thank you so much for joining us. Thanks for bringing all this information. And, again, good luck with all the work you're doing. Thank you, Tom. Speaker 2: Thanks, Tom. Speaker 0: Yeah. You got it. Yes, sir. Okay.

Portland doesn’t feel like America; Speaker 0 says police are infiltrated by a leftist militant group, and downtown is post-apocalyptic with graffiti, vandalism, and boarded-up windows. He asserts police aren’t protecting residents and that conservatives are treated as criminals. He was assaulted and then arrested for disorderly conduct after Antifa militants allegedly attacked him, breaking his camera and throwing him into a hole; the DA later dropped the case. He and about 12 officers waited 45 minutes for charges to be clarified, then were driven to jail. Rioters attack cars and are not arrested; police allegedly defer to Antifa to control traffic. He cites a DOJ investigation, Harmeet/Harmit Dillon, Rose City Antifa, and the possibility of federal control over Portland Police to reform it; a Secret Service agent was fired for praising Charlie Kirk’s assassination. He hopes for a forensic review and warns this could spread to other cities.

Speaker 0: It doesn't feel like America, Tucker, at this point. It feels like and I know it's a cliche, but it feels like a third world country. I mean, you have police that have been totally infiltrated by a leftist militant group. And, you know, right now, you can see police cars behind me. These police cars would protect me if somebody were to come up and assault me. That's not how it works in Portland. The the the the Portland police arrested me instead when I got assaulted. It's a different world out there, and not even just around the ice facility. Like, your your monologue was spot on here, Tucker. But if you go downtown, and it looks like it's it's post apocalyptic almost. The graffiti everywhere, the vandalism, the boarded up windows. There are no people in Downtown Portland. It is it's quiet as hell. There's nobody walking around. People don't go there for leisure anymore or for vacation. It's because they're afraid, and they should be afraid. You you the the chance of you getting beat up or stuck with a needle or robbed in the street is through the roof because police there aren't actually allowed to be police. So Speaker 1: So what happened to you, if you don't mind explaining? You were arrested for being assaulted? Is that a cry is it a crime in Portland to be assaulted? Speaker 0: It's a crime in Portland to be a a a conservative, Tucker. I mean, as as weird as that sounds, the the video evidence and even the DA has come out and said because the DA refused to to to go through with the case. So they ended up dismissing all of the, the the charges. The video very clears, clearly shows me telling the person to back away as I'm walking down the sidewalk, and then the Antifa thugs you know, this stuff is coordinated. Right? They come up with an umbrella to try to block other cameras. And as soon as when they do that, they're gonna they're gonna commit some sort of act of violence, and that's exactly what they did this time. One of their thugs decided to swing on me and hit me in the face before breaking my camera and then throwing me in a hole. Was that person arrested? Absolutely not. Was I? We know the story now. Speaker 1: What did they charge you with? Speaker 0: Well, they charge me with disorderly conduct too, which is really weird considering the amount of screaming and, vandalism and assaults on officers and explosions of fireworks and such that happened in the middle of the night in the streets out there. You know, they they butt break in the cars. If you try to if you're not a member of Antifa and you try to drive down that street, they're going to hit your car. They're gonna break your windows. There's plenty of videos of that happening, and none of that is apparently disorderly. They call what I did disorderly because it's a what I'm doing is a threat to the order in their city, which is a basically leftist authoritarianism. Speaker 1: So you got your face in the way of an Antifa fist, and so you're the criminal. What are the did the cop apologize as he was arresting you? Like, what I mean, it's I it's hard even to imagine the scene you're describing. Speaker 0: Yeah. And and so I actually went to this group of police. There are about 12 of them. They're way down the road. They don't they don't do anything ever. Obviously, that situation changed a little bit as time went on, but I went over there to seek refuge with them to, hopefully like, I wasn't even reporting anybody. I was just standing back hope like, hoping that the situation would, you know, get like, ease up a little bit. And I I'm standing there joking with a bunch of them for seven to eight minutes or so. And then a sergeant rolls up on a bike and says, cuff him. And that's exactly and they're like, that guy? This guy right here, cuff him? And he said, yeah. Cuff him. He's under arrest. And they had no idea why. They couldn't explain to me for over forty five minutes, Tucker, what my charges actually were. They go they they started driving to the jail very slowly, hoping that somebody would fill them in on why I was actually being arrested. And so they had to pull over on the side of the road near the jail and just sort of twiddle their thumbs, waiting on a call from a lieutenant. And as soon as they got that call from the lieutenant, the lieutenant instructed the officer to get out of the vehicle, presumably so I couldn't hear what they were talking about on the phone. Something stinks over there. I mean, I there were three people all night long in Portland that came through that jail. It's the only jail in Portland, and three people, including myself, ended up coming through there that night. It's wild. Speaker 1: And there were riots underway. Oh, Speaker 0: yeah. Yeah. That same night my car was vandalized. There were fires in the street. They do that every single night and that no nobody has ever arrested for that. Speaker 1: It's it's so far from the America that you imagine when you think of America. I mean, this is kind of my point. So for example, like, a place Palm Beach or Miami or Jacksonville, even Tampa, you know, big cities in Florida. That's the opposite of what would happen. And so you wonder, like, how can Speaker 0: Yep. Speaker 1: Portland, Oregon share a flag with Miami, Florida? Speaker 0: Yeah. It's a it's a it's a great question. And as you've as you very well said, this stuff doesn't happen in Florida. It never people aren't going to block the roads in Florida. Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 0: Because what happens? You're gonna get run over. Because, you know, the these these people will take residents that live right near the ICE facility and box their cars in with people. They'll surround them and terrorize them. But there's nothing that the driver can do about it. If they defend themselves, they go to jail. If they try to drive through the crowd to save their family from these thugs, these violent mentally ill thugs, they are the ones that get arrested, not the thugs that held them hostage. Speaker 1: So what does that tell you? It tells you that if the rioters don't get arrested, but anyone who resists the rioters get arrested, that tells you that the rioters are in effect working for the state. They're the militia then. Right? I mean, what else would that tell you? They're on they're Speaker 0: on the Speaker 1: same side Speaker 0: as the state. Essentially. Yeah. Of course. And then people ask me all the time. It's like, okay. Well, are are these, what what are the what are these Antifa folks' thoughts on the Portland police? And it's there's no ill will between the two groups at all because they're practically working together at this point. Yeah. Just the other day, there was a a business owner or a manager of a restaurant, that's at the end of the street where the ICE facility is on. There's only one street to get to that to that business. And he walks up and begging and pleading with the officers there to open the road, not because the police had closed the road, but because, the the Portland police had relegated traffic control duties to these Antifa militants that were not letting through, employees of the restaurant or patrons of the restaurant, only letting through their own people, and Portland police were letting it happen. Portland police ended up I have it all on video. I posted it all on my ex. Portland police walk up to these militants that are controlling traffic and say, hey. We need you to we need you to open up the road. Would you mind opening the road so that people can get to the spaghetti factory? And they said no. And so the road just never opened and police just walked away. I mean, I I that that's how deep this rot runs. Like, who is giving these officers orders to stand down and defer to Antifa? Speaker 1: So you've just changed my mind on this completely. I mean, so I went into this thinking, well, the problem is these groups, Antifa and others, whatever Antifa is, no one's even really ever defined it that I can tell. But these, you know, these groups of radicals angry about something committing violence against people, but it sounds like the DOJ needs to come in and take control of the Portland Police Department on on civil rights grounds. I know they're very busy policing antisemitism on Ivy League campuses. It's kind of critical problem in America. But if a police department is indistinguishable from Antifa, that might even be a bigger problem, and maybe they should take it over tomorrow. Why wouldn't they? Speaker 0: Yeah. And that's something that I should probably I I'd like to talk to to attorney general Pam Bondi about. She's been very responsive to this entire situation. She put Harmeet Dillon on it. They've launched an investigation into the into the practices of the Portland Police Department. And and Tucker, we we actually put in this demand for discovery after my arrest, and we were demanding all communications between, Rose City Antifa, which is an organized group that isn't an entity that exists, and the Portland Police Department. And literally within an hour of us doing that, my attorney got a call, an angry call from the, the DA's office, and then eventually said, okay. Well, you know what? We're we're just we're not gonna move forward with this case. They were clearly bothered by the fact that we were demanding discovery relating to the discussions between Rose City Antifa and the Portland Police Department. So there's something there. There's something there. If we didn't make that demand, I don't think they would have dropped this case. Speaker 1: That's an incredible story. It's not the story I expected to hear from you at all. That's an amazing story, and it's a horrifying story because where does it leave the citizens of Portland? I mean, if the police department is in here, where do you go? Speaker 0: Yeah. I spoke with a resident. There's an apartment building that is directly it's adjacent to the ICE facility, and they are these residents are terrified to speak publicly. I finally got one to speak to me on camera. I haven't released it yet, but he wanted his face blurred because they're terrified of what happens when they walk out of their apartment building when they're complaining about what's going on in the street and the lack of action on the on the part of police officers and the city of Portland. The city Of Port there is a noise ordinance in the city of Portland. You know, people have the right to, the the quiet enjoyment of their home. Right? And, and the Portland police and the city have selectively decided they're not going to enforce it there to the detriment of the multiple veterans that live there with PTSD that are hearing them the, the Antifa folks in the street shooting off fireworks in the middle of the night, scaring the crap out of them. They're talking about children in elevators that are crying because it's like a war zone out in front of their house every single day, and the police are just letting it happen. For for what reason? I don't know. Is it political? Is it because they're totally infiltrated by these leftists? I mean, there's there's a lot of reasons that it could be, but it's something that we need to find out because there are this is not a a victimless situation here. The victims are the people of Portland that are just trying to live their lives and go about their daily business without fear of, of being, you know, beaten in the street for complaining that people wanna scream in front of their house at 03:00 in the morning. That's how bad it is. Speaker 1: I think a lot of Americans are under the impression that nothing has changed in the last forty years, and the law enforcement and intelligence agencies are fundamentally pro American and committed to the rule of law. That would include the US military, CIA, NSA, and and police departments and National Guard units. You know, you you think they're sort of on your side. And I think you're hitting at something that most people don't understand, which is a lot of these organizations, these institutions have been completely taken over by people who sympathize with Antifa. And I would include the US military in that. Many many members of the US military cheered the assassination of Charlie Kirk, many online. And that seems like a problem that needs that seems like the problem. Because if things go south, the people with the guns have to be loyal to the constitution. They can't be loyal to Antifa. Right? Speaker 0: Right. And, I mean, you're you're you're absolutely spot on there. It's, it's chilling the amount those are just the people that we have that are have the weirdly enough, have the balls to say that stuff publicly, like condoning the assassination of Charlie Kirk and stuff. I mean, it's terrifying to think how many of these people are in the background working for these police agencies. Actually, we we were able to get a secret service agent fired, one that works on protective details fired for saying that Charlie Kirk had it coming. He said that publicly on Facebook. Somebody that works on a protective detail. That should terrify everybody because then it it leads back to think, okay. Well, did they did people within the Secret Service just let what happened to Trump and Butler? Did they just let that slide? You know? We know these people exist. We know they're on these protective details. We know that they've infiltrated the military. That that that that's that's terrifying, and we really need systematic reviews of all of this stuff. And I know down there in in Portland, I'm actually so well, here in DC, anyway. Here in DC, I will be meeting tomorrow, with Harmit Dillon and the Department of Justice, and they'll be doing a a a full interview from start to finish on, from what happened and what their next steps are going to be. They I I spoke with president Trump about it today personally. They are not going to let this go. They want to expose all of the rot within this police department out there because, ideally, that will, that model will be able to spread to other, police agencies across the country. Like, what they find in in Portland may help them in Chicago, for example. So a can of worms has been opened here. The police chief out there in org or in, in Portland has been on TV every day slandering me saying that it is provocative to film in public with a light on your camera even though it's dark and so you need a light. I mean, any reasonable human being can figure that part out, but they're terrified. They know that that we're not letting this go, that we're that I know they got the DOJ on their backs. I I I'm just hoping that that the political pressure keeps up, and people don't just forget about the story. Speaker 1: Yeah. I I I hope not. I know that Hartmeet Dillon, who I know very well, my former lawyer, is a really serious and smart person and a very tough person. So I have full confidence in her, but I I hope that we don't devolve into, like, an endless conversation with Antifa and, like, you know, some angry 19 year old. Yeah. I'm against all that. But cops with guns and handcuffs and the power to arrest citizens, if they're corrupt, boy, there's nothing scarier than that. US military officers Yep. Many of whom are, like, lunatics, like, left wing lunatics. And, of course, the foreign policy establishment doesn't care because all they want is another profitable war or they wanna extend their wars and, you know, Ukraine, etcetera. They want a war with Iran. So they don't really care about whether the people who run the US military are loyal to the constitution of The United States. They don't care at all because they're not loyal to The United States. So but we should care. And I I just really hope when you're up there, you're up there, you'll encourage a forensic look at law enforcement, number one. Speaker 0: Yeah. Absolutely. And I think you brought up a a really good point that needs to be, talked about more where if there is a way and and I'll definitely ask about this. If there is a way to put more federal power within the Portland Police Department, I don't think it's able to be saved as is. I think it would need to be totally just turned on its head or maybe scrapped and started over. You know? I I I I that that would be you know, I I feel like that might be the only way to save it unless you can take federal control over that stuff. I think that was a really good point that you made. Now definitely definitely ask about that. Look. I mean, this is just what we've seen in one city so far. How many more Yeah. Of these cities are having the same issues that we're not talking about? I know Chicago's a hot topic and stuff right now, but, you know, I'm sure like, is this stuff happening in Seattle? Like, how how many other cities are you having this same issue, with corrupt political hacks that are that have arrest powers? I mean, that's that's very concerning. It should concern everybody. Speaker 1: Well, that you you really changed my mind, Nick, and I appreciate your reporting. Thank you for doing this, and I hope you'll come back.

After reports that Comey was set to surrender today, he's gone missing. I recall him joking in 2019 about fleeing to New Zealand if Trump won in 2020. This raises concerns about him being a flight risk. The DOJ should consider house arrest or immediate custody.

@GuntherEagleman - Gunther Eagleman™

BREAKING: After MULTIPLE sources reported that Comey had planned to surrender himself to the authorities this morning, he's NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Keep in mind that in 2019, he "jokingly" told Nicolle Wallace from MSDNC that he would flee to New Zealand if Trump won the 2020 election! He is a FLIGHT RISK! The DOJ needs to either get Comey on house arrest or have him remanded into custody IMMEDIATELY!

We have nothing in common except a set of values." "That's the glue in The United States Of America that holds Republicans, Democrats, and independents together." "Our leaders must reflect the glue that holds us together. They can't be people who lie all the time. They just can't." Speaker 0: There was recently a New York Times article about how I don't wanna summarize it, but what sticks out to me is the picture. You're standing in your living room in a in a sea of toys. I mean, talk about your life and what you want for the country and for the end of this presidency. Do want it to come sooner rather than later? Speaker 1: The the change in this administration? Yeah. That that I'm optimistic that even if there isn't an impeachment proceeding and a removal from office, whether or not that happens, the American people are gonna pass judgment on what kind of country we wanna be. We have strong disagreement on policy grounds, and I hope there's diversity in policy here. I don't care what your views are. I hope you articulate them and defend them and listen and debate them. That's important. But we have something in common. And I said it when I said it with the first question you asked. We have a set of values that are at the core of this country that hold this place together. I try to explain to kids something that most of you know. We shouldn't exist. We don't have the normal human glue that holds this country together. We don't have common ancestry, common language, common faith. We have nothing in common except a set of values. That's the glue in The United States Of America that holds Republicans, Democrats, and independents together. And so I think that the American people are alert to the threat that is above our policy disagreements, which are important. Guns are incredibly important issues. Immigration, abortion, taxes, really important. But above that is something that we have in common that's nonnegotiable. Our leaders must reflect the glue that holds us together. They can't be people who lie all the time. They just can't. And I hope people see that's true whether they're Republicans or Democrats. And so I'm What if Speaker 0: he wins again? Will you still believe that? Speaker 1: I will be from my new home in New Zealand, I will but I I I still will believe in America.

Speaker 0: Thank you. I'm I saw the Grateful Dead in this arena in 1987. I was seated right there. How weird. It's it's so it's such an honor to be here, and it's wild. Just another day following Bobby Kennedy Jr. At a Donald Trump rally in Madison Square Garden. I mean, what? That's totally normal. Liz Cheney is out there with Kamala Harris. And there's Bobby Kennedy calling to protect women's sports at a Trump rally. It's a realignment. It's unbelievable. And the fact that it's here is even sweeter. Imagine if you're and just pause for one moment. Imagine you're Donald Trump, you're from New York City, you become famous in New York City, you make your fortune in New York City, and all of a sudden the leadership of New York City decides they're going to destroy you because they don't like your politics. And so they Yeah, boo. Imagine if that were you though. And they try and take everything that you have. They try and put you in prison. They try and put your children in prison. If that happened to you, how often do you think you'd be going back to New York City? How about never? And yet he's here. It's like getting thrown out of a bar. And you think to yourself, well, you know, all my friends are in the bar. And you approach the door and there's the bouncer like, you're not allowed in here. But from behind the bouncer, you hear the cheers of your friend, come on in. And the bouncer hangs his head in shame. He's embarrassed that he's working for the man trying to keep the most popular person out of the bar. And that's Donald Trump back in the city that produced him with no embarrassment at all in a room full of his friends. The stones that takes, the bravery that takes is incredible. Donald Trump's gonna win. He's gonna win. I know that that's true. Why is Donald Trump gonna win? The people he's about to defeat have no idea. And they're panicked. They have no idea why people like Donald Trump. And their first theory was, well, Donald Trump is evil, so half the country's evil also. And that's one of reasons they spent the last four years trying to destroy the country because they're mad at its voters for liking Donald Trump. How much easier would it have been just to pause for twenty minutes and ask yourself honestly in some silent place, why do people like Donald Trump? And if they had been honest enough to ask themselves that question, they would have come up with the two main reasons and here what they here's what they are. The first reason that people like Donald Trump is because he likes them. That's why. And it's real. Affection is something you can't fake. I don't care how many times Kamala Harris would tell me she loves me, I don't believe her. I saw her kiss her husband with a mask on. A mask on. That's her version of love. It's fake. It's not real. They spent ten years telling you Trump is a hater. Do you feel that on him? No. You don't. Because it's not there. I've spent a lot of time with Trump. And there's not one moment I've ever been with him off camera where he's spending his time grousing about people he hates. Ever. He's talking about the people and the country he loves in his private time. Trust me. And people know in a country that's been taken over by a leadership class that actually despises them and their values and their history and their culture and their customs really hates them to the point that it's trying to replace them. They know someone who actually has affection for them, and that's Donald Trump. And it's requited. It's requited. They know. When he goes to McDonald's and serves fries, he's not faking that at all. That's why that worked. Democratic media consultant's like, how how is that working? Because it's real. That's why. And the second reason that people love Trump, and I put myself in this category, it's why I'm here today, is because he's liberated us in the deepest and truest sense. And the liberation he has brought to us is the liberation from the obligation to tell lies. Donald Trump has made it possible for the rest of us to tell the truth about the world around us. And that's the single most liberating thing you can do for people. If you want to enslave people, if you want to degrade them, force them to tell lies. And they have. They forced us to lie about everything at gunpoint effectively. They put people in prison for refusing to lie. And not just the obvious lies that men can become women or Vladimir Putin blew up the Nord Stream pipeline. No, honestly, he did. January 6 was an insurrection. They were unarmed, but it was very insurrection y. Not even the obvious ones, but the big lie. You know what the big lie is? The big lie is that they're impressive. That's what the big lie is. That the people in charge have somehow earned the right to rule over you, and they haven't. And you know that. These are the single most useless people in The United States. They have no skills whatsoever. They've got three quarters of the money and they didn't earn it. They set up a system precisely for the purpose of awarding themselves wealth and power when it's undeserved. You look at Liz Cheney and you ask yourself honestly, what skill could she possibly have that allowed her to send hundreds of thousands of people to their deaths? Did she earn that? I don't think she did. No fair system would make Liz Cheney powerful. No fair system would make Larry Fink rich. No fair system would elevate someone like Kamala Harris to a presidential nomination. She's never been accused of doing anything useful. She has precisely no achievements. She's a nominee without getting a single vote. She is a metaphor for the system they created to make themselves rich and powerful, and then they have the gall to lecture you that people can actually change a flat tire and repair a power grid, who have useful jobs, who pay your taxes and work forty hours a week, lecture you that you are somehow immoral. And Donald Trump has empowered the rest of us through mostly to stick it around in the face of their hate and abuse and persecution. He has given the rest of us the right to call BS on the charade. No. You are not better than us. No. You are not smarter than us. No. You do not deserve what you have. You probably stole it. No. You're not gonna bully me into silence anymore. And I can promise you at this point, nine days out when Robert f Kennedy junior and Elon Musk and Tulsi Gabbard and pretty much every high school senior and college shorty girl in the country has come out finally saying, yeah, I am for Donald Trump, actually. When the entire country has realized there is nothing embarrassing about this, what's embarrassing is to take a perfectly great country and destroy it as they have. I'm not ashamed. You should be. At that moment, it's gonna be pretty tough for them ten days from now to look in the eye to America with a straight face. It's gonna be pretty hard to look at us and say, you know what? Kamala Harris, she's just she got 85,000,000 votes because she's just so impressive. As the first Samoan Malaysian low IQ former California prosecutor ever to be elected president, it was just a groundswell of popular support. Anyone And who thinks otherwise is just a freak or a criminal. At this stage of the game, after nine years of listening to their lies and finding every single one of them totally false, no, it's not safe and effective, and no, she's not impressive. It's very hard for me to believe the rest of us are going say, know what, Joe Scarborough? You're right. You're right. She won fair and square because she's just so impressive. I don't think so. And to me, that is liberation. It's the freedom to say what's obviously true as a free man and not a slave. And I just wanna say thank you Donald Trump for that.

I just saw AOC on the House floor explaining her No vote on the resolution honoring Charlie Kirk. She described him as ignorant and accused him of trying to disenfranchise millions. AOC criticized the resolution's claim that he promoted unity, calling it misleading. I find her comments infuriating, as she seems to use Congress to spread divisive rhetoric against her political opponents. Many believe she doesn't belong in Congress and question her sincerity, especially regarding her so-called "prayers."

BREAKING: AOC just took to the House floor to defend her No vote on the Resolution honoring the life of Charlie Kirk. This is going to make your blood boil. AOC: "We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was... His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant, uneducated, and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans." "Far from the quote working tirelessly to promote unity, unquote, asserted by the majority in this resolution." AOC is a VILE and DISGUSTING woman who just used Congress to push the SAME RHETORIC that incites violence against her political opposition. She does NOT belong in the halls of Congress. She can leave her supposed "prayers" at the front door, we know who you really are @AOC.

On the floor, Republicans advanced a resolution honoring "the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk." The speaker calls Charlie Kirk's assassination a horrific and vile attack and says condemning his murder is a straightforward matter to help stabilize an increasingly unsafe political environment. He argues the resolution is partisan and contrasts it with bipartisan options "to condemn political violence," as with Melissa Hortman, warning it brings pain to millions who endured segregation, Jim Crow, and bigotry. He states Kirk "believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake," cites his remark after the Paul Pelosi attack that "some amazing patriot" should bail out his brutal assailant, and claims Jews "not just the colleges. It's the nonprofits. It's the movies. It's Hollywood. It's all of it." He urges unity to defend free speech while condemning censorship and notes threats to shut down ABC by Trump and the FCC; ABC Corporation's responsibility to refuse to embolden and participate in this corruption and escalation of censorship. Prayers for Kirk's family.

Speaker 0: I thank I thank, the gentleman representative Green for his graciousness. Today, the Republican, house majority brought to the floor a resolution honoring, quote, honoring the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk's assassination was a horrific and vile attack and incident of a male of political violence. And condemning the depravity of Kirk's brutal murder is a straightforward matter, one that is especially important to help stabilize an increasingly unsafe and volatile political environment where everyday people feel more at risk. We can deeply disagree and come together as a country to denounce the horror of this killing. And it is not a license for the abuse of power and whitewashing of American history. Today's resolution only underscores the majority's recklessness by choosing to author this condemnation and honoring on a purely partisan basis instead of uniting congress in this tragedy with one of the many bipartisan options to condemn political violence and Kirk's murder as we did with the late Melissa Hortman. Instead, the majority proceeded with a resolution that brings great pain to the millions of Americans who endured segregation, Jim Crow, and the legacy of bigotry today. We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was, a man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake, who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that, quote, some amazing patriot, unquote, should bail out his brutal assailant, and accused Jews of controlling, quote, not just the colleges. It's the nonprofits. It's the movies. It's Hollywood. It's all of it, unquote. His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant, uneducated, and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans, far from the working, quote, working tirelessly to promote unity, unquote, asserted by the majority in this resolution. It is equally important that congress does unite to reject the government's attempt to weaponize this moment into an all out assault on free speech across the country. All in the name of Charlie Kirk, President Trump and the FCC are now cynically threatening to shut down ABC and any outlets who give airtime to the administration's political critics. This is a disgusting attack on the American people and the very first amendment rights that define us as a country. It is also the ABC Corporation's responsibility to refuse to embolden and participate in this corruption and escalation of censorship. We continue to pray for mister Kirk's family and loved ones in the wake of this terrible act. I am thinking especially of his children and his wife whose grief cannot be measured. And with that, I yield back to the gentleman. I bid the lady good day and we'll proceed now

And I think it's really important we need to stand up against this. Fascist takeover. That's not a bad word. It's a fact. And here in DC and across the country, it is so incredibly important, mister chair, that this committee does not allow rhetoric that defames and or or paints Washington D. C. Speaker 0: Well well, congressman, we actually just heard from Brendan Carr, the chair of the FCC, moments ago. He's on Fox talking about this this announcement. I want you to listen to to what the FCC chair had to say. Speaker 1: President President Trump ran directly at these legacy broadcast outlets, and he exposed them to these market forces. And a lot of these affiliate groups said, to your point, we're tired of carrying this stuff. Late night shows, something's gone seriously awry there. They went from going for applause from laugh lines to applause lines. They went from being court gestures that would make fun of everybody in power to being court clerics and enforcing a very narrow political ideology. And Nexstar, as you noted, stood up and said, look. We have the license, and we don't want to run this anymore. We don't think it serves the interest of our community. Sinclair did the same thing. So there's more work to go, but I'm very glad to see that America's broadcasters are standing up to serve the interest of their community. We don't just have this progressive foie gras coming out from New York and Hollywood. Speaker 0: What's your reaction to those comments? Speaker 2: It would it it was not remotely market market forces. The market was operating before. It was pure government coercion and threats from Brendan Carr and from Donald Trump and the brow beating of corporations who need the FCC's approval for various broadcast licenses and so on to go and do this. And the second thing is the, you know, the guy obviously understands nothing about the First Amendment because he is openly broadcasting the fact that this was what we call under the First Amendment viewpoint discrimination. He doesn't like what they're saying. He doesn't like the point of view that they're representing, and he's using the full power of the government to squelch their speech. Speaker 0: If someone is watching right now and listening listening to this, and they heard what we played, just Jimmy Kimmel's in in his own words on Monday night, and they say, well, those comments were distasteful, and maybe he shouldn't have this position. What would you say to that person, about the the call that ABC has made here? If they believe it's just a a company an individual company making this call on their own. Speaker 2: Okay. First of all, Jimmy Kimmel was obviously punished, and they went after ABC because they simply exposed what Donald Trump said when they asked how he was faring. So they insulted the dignity of the president king just by showing, how deeply he felt about the situation. Let's leave it at that. So it didn't seem remotely distasteful for me. But in any event, under the First Amendment to the constitution of The United States, you have the right to engage in speech that is distasteful and offensive and disagreeable to other people. If you don't, we don't have a First Amendment because everybody is offended by somebody's offended by MSNBC. Somebody's offended by Fox News. Somebody's offended by CNN. That's fine. You can turn it off if you don't like it, but you don't get to go around as the government and police other people's people's speech. I mean, understand. If we go down this road and it seems like this is where we are, we are destroying the freedom of expression in America. And these late night talk show hosts and whatever TV networks have the courage and the backbone to do it have got to fight the FCC and fight Donald Trump's attempt to clamp down our freedom of speech. This is like the intolerable acts by King George in the eighteenth century. These are intolerable violations of the rights of the freedom press and the freedom of speech. Speaker 0: I wanna ask about some oversight that happened on Capitol Hill today, but but just on this, does congress have oversight?

Speaker 0: Long. FCC chairman Brendan Carr is here now with the latest. Sir, welcome to the program. Can you explain that difference? Go into more detail. Speaker 1: Yeah. Broadcasters are different than any other form of communication, including here. We're on cable right now. Fox News doesn't have an FCC license. CNN doesn't. But ABC, CBS, NBC, those broadcast stations do. And with that license comes a unique obligation to operate in the public interest. And over the years, the FCC walked away from enforcing that public interest obligation. I don't think we're better off as a country for it. But look, President Trump ran directly at these legacy broadcast outlets, and he exposed them to these market forces. And a lot of these affiliate groups said, to your point, we're tired of carrying this stuff. Late night shows, something's gone seriously awry there. They went from going for applause from laugh lines to applause lines. Speaker 0: Go ahead. I'm interested because are they are they sending everyone home? You know, what what's happening on the scene? You know? The the show would have been taping within the next hour, so people would be there. Yes. This this is, very abrupt. Very abrupt. Speaker 1: And this is all about jawboning. It's all about public pressure. You know? Actually, revoking FCC licenses is extremely difficult. I wrote about this last fall when candidate Donald Trump was talking on the campaign trail about wanting to punish stations by taking away their licenses. And throughout the history of the country, ever since we've had broadcast television, license revocations are extraordinarily rare. Once you've got one, you're pretty much guaranteed to keep it. So the the threat is not that the FCC's actually going to take away a license. It's about the public noise. It's about the shame and embarrassment. It's about Brendan Carr going on podcasts and embarrassing ABC. You know, there's a term for this. It's jawboning, and that's what we've seen happen today in a very real way. Trump vowed retribution on the campaign trail, and he's getting it. He's getting it against entertainers and comedians. But, Aaron, for every reaction, there is reaction. Stephen Colbert has already been joking about getting hired somewhere else. Those jokes mask a real very real intention. Right? Where will he get picked up instead? If Kimmel parts ways with ABC and, again, Bill correct me if I'm wrong. I think Kimmel's contract is coming due soon. Kimmel will probably end up somewhere else. And if big old fashioned mainstream media companies don't have the guts to employ these people, then we're gonna see startups start to flourish. You know? We talk about the Substack era with people launching newsletters and live streams on YouTube. We're gonna see more of that Yeah. If these old fashioned media companies can't stand a little bit of pressure from the president. Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, I mean but it it is stunning to see such a thing happen and to show this world that we're living in. Van Jones is joining me now on the phone. So, Van, you know, all of a sudden you see this headline, Jimmy Kimmel canceled not canceled. I'm sorry. Put on hold indefinitely by ABC News after the head of the FCC goes on a far right podcast and says we can do this the easy way or the hard way. And do you think do you think in your mind it's possible this might not be real? Speaker 3: I don't know what's real or what's not real. I do know that a news organization anywhere in the world has a responsibility to stand up to government bullying, to government censorship. That is what we do. That is why we exist, not to knuckle under, not to do what we're told, but to stand up and to say, listen, if you want to pull these licenses, then we're going to go to court and we'll be in the court of public opinion. But you don't get to go on a podcast and set policy for American media, for American media institution that's been around a lot longer than me, you, or Donald Trump. This is a this is a red line that has been crossed for our industry, for the First Amendment, for the right of people to speak. There was nothing hateful about And what was even hateful speech is protected. This is this is not acceptable. The the the if you are going to run a media organization, it's called a news organization, you have to stand up to government bullying anywhere in the world and certainly in The United States. Speaker 2: Well, the job should be to, you know, speak truth to power even when there are people who don't like the word truth anymore. Alright. A Van state with us. I wanna bring in the Democratic congressman, Robert Garcia, because he is the ranking member on the house oversight committee. And congressman, I appreciate your time. You know, we had planned to talk about something very different and obviously very important tonight in the Epstein files. This news though has just broken, and it is of utmost importance at this very moment. May I just ask you what's your response when you hear what ABC has done after the FCC chair? We said we could do this the easy way or the hard way. Speaker 4: Yeah. I mean, obviously, we are all just learning about what just happened. Not not having all the information, but what I'm hearing is pretty outrageous. Look. We can all, of course, agree that political violence horrific. What happened to Charlie Kirk is horrific. But the idea that someone is gonna get pulled off a news program, off a news a channel that's supposed to be independent, and that ABC is making this decision because of possible political pressure through the president is is both stunning and outrageous. And so I think that as information comes out, we've gotta understand what exactly happened, who made these decisions. There's a lot of questions right now. I think the foundation of a democracy is also having a strong independent news org news organizations and and and a strong independent media. And it's a huge important part of democracy. So that's I I'm honestly pretty pretty stunned. I mean, what happened with Stephen Colbert, what's happening right now with Kimmel, this cannot be a pattern in The United States. So we've gotta stand up and allow the media to be independent. Speaker 2: Well, it is, unfortunately, a pattern now. I I we're gonna I wanna we're gonna queue up again in just a second what Brendan Carr, the FCC chair, said on that far right, that right wing podcast, earlier today. But first, just because you made the point, congressman, that what Jimmy Kimmel said was not celebratory or or hateful hate speech, which it wasn't. And, again, I will make the point that there are some, including people like Ted Cruz, who came out yesterday and said even that speech is protected in The United States. So I'm not trying to put up that that would be some sort of an excuse. I am just pointing out that's not what he said. I wanna play again for anyone just joining to understand what it was that Jimmy Kimmel said that prompted the FCC chair to say, we could do this the easier the hard way. Here's Jimmy Kimmel. Today, he and Senator Johnson are making these records public for everyone to see.

"On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk‘s groups, turning point usa. In other words, arctic frost wasn‘t just a case to politically investigate Trump." "It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus." Senator Johnson and I allege that your predecessor left the FBI politicized, and I publish whistleblower records about Arctic Frost. Arctic Frost was opened and approved by FBI agent Thibault and became Jack Smith's elector case against Trump, but it broadened to Republican organizations. The targets included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorneys General Association, and Turning Point USA among them; 92 Republican targets were placed under Arctic Frost. Arctic Frost was not just a case to investigate Trump but a vehicle to probe entire Republican political apparatus. I have exposed 'the political way in which Peter Navarro was investigated and prosecuted.' When Thibault learned that Biden's DOJ would prosecute Navarro, he said, 'wow. Great. That's a quote, unquote.' Through whistleblowers, I obtained an audio recording of Special Agent Giogardina and Special Agent Gardner delivering a subpoena to Navarro, and I’m making audio public today.

Speaker 0: American gangs like MS thirteen. Now, well, it's well understood that your predecessor left you and FBI infected with politics. I'm going to provide examples of that today, including making public new whistleblower records. At your nomination hearing, I made public records that whistleblowers provide me about Arctic Frost. Arctic Frost was the FBI case opened and approved by antitrust Trump FBI agent Thibault. Arctic Frost then became Jack Smith's elector case against then citizen Trump and now president Trump. These new records show that Arctic Frost was much broader than just an electoral matter. The case was expanded to Republican organizations. Some examples of the group that Rea FBI sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorney Generals Association, and various Trump political groups. In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican linked individuals, were placed under investigative scope of Arctic Frost. On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk's groups, Turning Point USA. In other words, Arctic Frost wasn't just a case to politically investigate Trump. My investigative work has also exposed the political way in which Peter Navarro was investigated and prosecuted. When FBI agent Thibault found out that Biden's DOJ would prosecute Navarro, he said, wow. Great. That's a quote, unquote. Through whistleblowers, I've obtained a audio recording of Special Agent Giogardina and Special Agent Sebastian Gardner's delivery of a subpoena to Navarro. I'm making that audio audio public today. Speaker 0: So here's the thing. This is going to come for everyone. That's the point about authoritarianism. What we are seeing right now in this supreme court essentially saying, we will say the president and protecting perception of the president's power is more important than protecting people from the overreach, the abuse of power that violates their constitutional rights. And we'll watch it play out, people get harmed before we will say it has to stop, if they will even say it has to stop. The red line, if we don't have a red line with the Supreme Court, we have lost a major part of our balance of power. But I think it's so important to ground this in everyday experience because, yes, people who look Latino or who speak a language, like Spanish as a first language are being racially profiled. We have many people in this country who are here lawfully, who violated no laws and have certainly contributed nothing but good things to this country who are being harassed, pulled over. But what we've seen in DC and what we've seen in other cities, we've seen it in New York, it isn't only Latinos. It's any black people. I my friend's son in Washington DC went to find his passport so he could simply go to work. And he was right to go find his passport as a young black man because he knew they were gonna come for him. We have seen blockades in city streets for no reason deciding who to pull over, and it is people who are Asian or Pacific Islander or Native American or black. It is racially profiling, but it is coming for everyone. And the point here about the military is going to become much more crucial. Because as we've seen in other countries that have faced this kind of authoritarianism, it is when the military says we won't do it anymore. And we may come to that reckoning very soon in this country where our own military says we won't do anymore. The other thing that we have to remember and we have veterans who have been calling this out for a while and saying that the military has to take more action even before this administration came into power. As we have a lot of military who are deeply concerned and troubled and don't want to do this. But there is by some estimates 11% of military that are white supremacists or other white extremists in the military. And so unless we have leaders come out and say no, we will have a bigger problem. I want to stay with Maya's first point. And this and

Speaker 0: We're watching live pictures tonight. Right now, a massive parade underway in Beijing as the Chinese president Xi Jinping is showing off his country's arsenal and military might to the world and to the move more than two dozen foreign leaders who were there in person attending this military parade that includes those from Russia, North Korea, and Iran. In a speech just a few moments ago, president Xi warned that the world needs to choose, as he put it, quote, between peace and war. Owning straight to CNN's Ivan Watson who is live on the ground in Beijing. And, obviously, Ivan, we're watching this play out and just seeing, you know, how extensive this military parade is so far. What's clear to you from the message that China is trying to send tonight? Speaker 1: This is a message of strength. This is a message of, victory. After all, they are commemorating the eightieth anniversary of the surrender of Japan. China was a a major battleground in World War two for eight long years, to the tune of perhaps around 20,000,000 Chinese casualties during the Japanese military's invasion and occupation of of parts of China. And this is a demonstration to, China and the world, that, China is strong. It can protect itself, and that Xi Jinping is the ruler of this country. He has just done a review of the troops in his presidential limousine, and now we're being treated to scenes of uniformed soldiers with helmets, you know, jogging alongside tanks and other military vehicles and jumping into them. We're seeing, drones on display, and they will be part of the the parade that is at hand here. You know, Caitlin, I think on the one hand, this is a demonstration of Chinese military muscle and discipline. It's a scorching hot day here in Beijing, and the the troops are out in full uniforms and helmets, jogging, marching in unison. But by the same token, there is a demonstration of China's friends outside of China. And I think one of the enduring images that will emerge from this is of Xi Jinping walking up a red carpet towards the Tiananmen Gate from where he and other world leaders have been reviewing this parade and walking alongside Russian president Vladimir Putin to his right, North Korean leader Kim Jong un to his left. Those two very important guests, the VIPs, and demonstrating how important they are to Xi Jinping himself by placing them front and center during, what is effectively a a Chinese celebration here. Speaker 0: Yeah. It has so much just to be able to see these images. I mean, they're it's a pretty striking show of force just to see them all standing side by side watching this play out. Speaker 1: It is. And and it comes after days of diplomacy. You know, just this weekend, China was hosting this regional security grouping called the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the North Korean leader was not in that. He's not a member of that group, but Vladimir Putin was there, as was the prime minister of India, and leaders of of, dozens of other countries. And the message there was much more pointed and directed at The US and calling out bullying in the words of the Chinese leader Xi Jinping, a cold war mentality. These are all code words that he and the Russian president Vladimir Putin used to criticize international relations that they would argue have too long been dominated by The US effectively since the collapse of the Soviet Union, and that these two leaders have chafed at, and they have been calling for what they claim would be a more equitable world order, a multipolar world order. So, there is a lot of symbolism that we are seeing over the course of the last several days from diplomacy now to military might. Caitlin. Speaker 0: Yeah. Ivan Watson will continue to check back in with you, keep us updated with what you're seeing on the ground in Beijing.

Discussion centers on crime in California and state leadership's enforcement actions. Speaker 0 asks if crime is a problem in California given a surge in state law enforcement. Speaker 1 replies that "crime is an issue and we want to tackle it, and we continue to do more in that space." "And we announced and highlighted some of the expansion." He adds that the efforts are "in partnership with our local communities" and "We did it in partnership with the Biden administration prior." He reiterates opposition to "the nationalization, the militarization of the guard in militarizing United States cities" and says "So quite the contrary." The exchange ends with a sign-off and a tease for CSPAN coverage, "First, at 4PM."

What is not contradictory, respectfully, is that we're doing it in partnership with our local communities. We did it in partnership with the Biden administration prior. Speaker 0: San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom is breaking his silence tonight. It was nearly a month ago that he dropped out of the governor's race. He hasn't held any official public events or talked to the media since, leading many to ask, what's going on? But that changed today. CBS five political editor Hank Plant sat down with the mayor for a one on one interview. Speaker 1: The mayor used the occasion of the city's half billion dollar deficit to start doing interviews again. But of course, we began with questions about his uncharacteristic absence from the public limelight. Mister mayor, good to see you. Let me start by asking you, where have you been? Speaker 2: 522.69 public events in the last two and a Speaker 1: half weeks. You know, heard you say that on the radio today, then I asked your staff, well, where's the printout? Where are these events? He's and and your press person said, well, this is stuff he just goes to. Speaker 2: Yeah. Are all public events. Yeah. Speaker 1: But but look, you know the criticism that you have been dodging not just the press, but also the public, that you have been sulking after dropping out of the governor's race, that you're having a temper tantrum. What do you wanna say about that? Speaker 2: I want to say that I've been working my tail off. I've been here focused in San Francisco. Think I was gone two days out of the city in the last three weeks. We've done 69 public events. I've been as engaged or more engaged than ever. I don't read the press. It is comical, some of the things that have been written. Speaker 1: So the cartoon in the chronicle that depicted you as a crying baby with the headline, mayor, mayor off the wall. You didn't see Speaker 2: that? No. Speaker 1: You didn't see that? Speaker 2: Why? Who reads that stuff? I don't read that stuff. I focus on work. I focus on getting things done. Speaker 1: You know, it's not just the press though that you've been absent from. I mean, I have a list of the events that you have missed. Which ones? Well, want a few? The Urban Land Institute. You were scheduled to speak before 6,000 people. Speaker 2: I had the flu that week. Speaker 1: The China SF Conference that was also there. They were counting on you. The Silver Spur Awards luncheon. Speaker 2: That was the only one I missed that I actually knew about. No. Took thousand people? That's right. You Yeah. I think the You're focused on the spur I actually wish I had made. I was sick as a dog, and that was on Speaker 1: a Monday and was Salvation gone for three Army luncheon honoring your chief of staff Speaker 2: I was never scheduled to be there. I was at actually I I was at three events at the exact same time. Speaker 1: Some of your staff members have left. Speaker 2: Yeah. As I said, I've made a lot of changes here. Speaker 1: You went to Hawaii. Speaker 2: For how long? Speaker 1: Didn't tell your own press secretary. He was blindsided. Right. Had to go out and tell the reporters while he's under the weather. Didn't know his own boss was on a plane to Hawaii, was blindsided. These are people who work for you fifteen, sixteen hours a day. But what does it say about your loyalty to them? Speaker 2: Well, what does it say about the information that you've been provided? That's what I'm concerned about more. You're just factually, again, incorrect. My chief of staff was well aware I was gone. I was gone for forty eight hours. I left for two days. I think I deserve the right after a long campaign to make the decision to spend time with my daughter and my wife. I don't know where you come up with this, and it sort of misleads people and creates a sense of something that really doesn't exist, and so it's unfortunate. But again Speaker 1: But that is exactly what happened, mister mayor. The press secretary gave gave my guess. To the press and then he resigned. Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah. Speaker 1: Curiously, he resigned Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: After this. Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't know that this is much this is much to do about nothing. My chief of staff was aware, to the extent that my chief of staff apparently that morning didn't communicate it to the press secretary, I guess that was the case. Speaker 1: But then when it was time to talk about the city's finance problems, Newsom seemed out of patience. Deficit. $522,000,000. Speaker 2: Yeah. It's a big deficit. Speaker 1: What do you what what does this not just lay off? Speaker 2: A lot of work ahead of us. Speaker 1: Tell me about that. Speaker 2: Yeah. We just got a lot of work ahead of us. Big deficit. Speaker 1: At the end, he couldn't leave the room fast enough. Speaker 2: Off the record, I'm amazingly disappointed. Amazingly. I just am, personally, you know. Well, Speaker 1: I did draw him out more about the city's deficit, which he says he will now focus on. But, Ken, it's clear that he is still sensitive about his behavior over the past couple of weeks. Speaker 0: Yeah, Hank. I'm sure everyone noticed that at the end of the right there, the mayor said off the record, and he had a comment before he expressed his his disappointment with the interview. Let let's take the chance right now to explain to people, our viewers, how we regard off the record. Speaker 1: Well, as simply put, a reporter has to agree with an interview subject that something is off the record. It's not up to them to simply declare that that's the case. Besides, the mayor was quite aware that our cameras were rolling on Speaker 2: him. Speaker 0: Yeah. Might have been a case of trying to change horses midstream. You can't do that. Once you start talking, you're talking. Alright. Hank Plant. Thank you. Well, as you saw from part of the interview in Hank's story, this was an exchange that at times grew a little contentious, and you can see the entire thing. We have it unedited at cbs5.com/politics.

I will say throughout the morning, we've been following a violent night overnight in Minneapolis. So we know already that Minneapolis police were pretty strapped. They responded to at least another deadly shooting in Downtown Minneapolis earlier this morning. No indication that any of that is connected to what's going on here, but just gives you an idea of this city's resources and how they've been using those. So it could be that a lot of this help is being called in just to alleviate some of the the busyness, I guess, you could say that Minneapolis police are under. But clearly, a lot of of agency agencies now coming in to help. And I will say, Amy, when you see sometimes some of these a lot of these law enforcement officers kind of by the perimeter, we saw them bringing plainclothes people. It looked like not law enforcement, maybe people involved with the scene, kind of taking them away from that scene. Could be an indication that things are settling down a bit there, that this is maybe now

Today, our city faced an unimaginable tragedy. Just before 8:30 A.M., a gunman opened fire during a mass at Annunciation Roman Catholic Church, targeting children and worshipers inside. Armed with multiple firearms, he struck several individuals before taking his own life. Two children are critically injured. This deliberate act of violence is incomprehensible, and our hearts ache for the families affected. As we begin the healing process, I want the community to know that we will stand together to protect our children and places of worship.

BREAKING: Full update from the Police Chief. This is gutwrenching. "Earlier today, just before 8:30 A.M., our city faced an unthinkable tragedy. Minneapolis police officers responded to a shooting at a mass at the Annunciation Roman Catholic Church, located on the block behind me. This worship service marked the first week of school for children attending Annunciation Catholic School." "During the mass, a gunman approached the side of the building and fired a rifle through the church windows toward the children in the pews. Shooting through the windows, he struck children and worshipers inside. The shooter was armed with a rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol." "This was a deliberate act of violence against innocent children and worshipers. The cruelty and cowardice of firing into a church full of children is incomprehensible." "Minneapolis police officers entered the church, provided first aid, and rescued children hiding throughout the building. Two children are in critical condition. The individual who fired the shots took his own life at the rear of the church." "Our hearts are broken for the families who lost their children, for the young lives fighting to recover, and for our entire community, deeply traumatized by this senseless attack. This was a deliberate act of violence against innocent children and other people worshiping. The sheer cruelty and cowardice of firing into a church full of children is absolutely incomprehensible. Police officers from the Minneapolis Police Department immediately responded, entered the church, and attempted to provide first aid and rescue some of the children that were hiding throughout the building while other first responders came and EMS responded to rush victims to nearby hospitals. Two young children, ages eight and 10, were killed where they sat in the pews. Their parents have been notified. 17 other people were injured, 14 of them being children. Two of those children are in critical condition. The coward who fired these shots ultimately took his own life in the rear of the church.
