This is a ***THREAD*** to end Stacey Abrams' political career This thread is a combination of three separate pieces of work: Article: "Is the New Georgia Project a Political Group... or Part of Something More?" Thread: "In late October 2022, @politico reported that Stacey Abrams' nonprofit , Fair Fight Action, shoveled out over $9,000,000 to her longtime friend and former classmate from Spelman College, Allegra Lawrence-Hardy, just in the course of two years" https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1696022098030854375 Thread: "Back in May of this year (2023), the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested three Atlanta-area residents on wire fraud and money laundering charges" https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1714736093067964452.html ----------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------- 1/ Nonprofit activist extraordinaire Stacy Abrams and her voter registration project have a lot of powerful friends helping them take control of their "democracy." (image: https://humanevents.com/2023/02/28/stacey-abrams-is-in-nigeria-to-oversee-their-elections) Twice-failed former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, was in Nigeria, “with the National Democratic Institute ‘on a mission to observe elections and encourage voter participation," as part of a, “diplomatic mission,” as ZeroHedge put it. (https://zerohedge.com/geopolitical/why-election-denier-stacey-abrams-overseeing-elections-nigeria) Just beneath the surface is the New Georgia Project’s recently installed, and more recently replaced CEO of the New Georgia Project, Nsé Ufot. Ufot is rightfully proud of her connections to Nigeria as a native who emigrated with her family to the U.S. at a very young age. She has also been linked in the past to an Atlanta-based Nigerian youth education non-profit. (image: https://time.com/collection/time100-next-2021/5937719/nse-ufot/) The Washington Free Beacon recently reported, "…her tenure with the New Georgia Project came to an abrupt end in October 2022, when she was dismissed under murky circumstances." (https://freebeacon.com/democrats/stacey-abrams-charity-has-a-500000-problem-in-its-latest-tax-filing/) The Beacon went on in their blistering report to expose that $533,000 is missing from the NGP’s tax filings, and it was not the only blemish. They also reported that the filings contain information that accountants say is "just not possible." There were tens of millions of dollars misplaced or simply unaccounted for — in one case, a discrepancy of $17 million in salary payments, and that the New Georgia Project paid ZERO dollars in payroll taxes in fiscal year 2020. (image: https://ajc.com/politics/election-board-investigates-warnock-and-new-georgia-project/V4YRQNRIRVENTI4GVH2OY5SNQY/) There have also been serious allegations from the State of Georgia into NGP’s activities surrounding elections in Georgia. The New Georgia Project has been riddled with chronic clerical incompetency since its 2014 conception. A comprehensive profile of the organization can be found at http://influencewatch.org. For nearly a decade, supporters have summarily dismissed all of these claims as “unfounded,” “baseless” conspiracy theories. The New Georgia Project, itself sheds light onto a primary cause for that reactionary dismissal. The New Georgia Project Action Fund, a fundraising PAC associated with the non-profit, is essentially funded by the same circle of political activist organizations. (image: https://opensecrets.org/political-action-committees-pacs/new-georgia-project-action-fund/C90020876/donors/2020) United We Can is synonymous with the ultra-scandalous Service Employees International Union (SEIU), who also contributed $15,492 to New Georgia Project, separately from the PAC in 2020. Beto O’Rourke’s Texas Organizing Project is also a major backer of Stacy’s political endeavors, also synonymous with Powered By People, perhaps fruit of Abrams’ ties to the University of Texas in Austin. The top two contributors to Everyday People PAC are the Working Arizona PAC and the Asian American Advocacy Fund PAC, of which the America Votes Fund significantly funds both.

2/ In late October 2022, @politico reported that Stacey Abrams' nonprofit, Fair Fight Action, shoveled out over $9,000,000 to her longtime friend and former classmate from Spelman College, Allegra Lawrence-Hardy, just in the course of two years. (image: https://www.politico.com/news/2022/10/24/stacey-abrams-fair-fight-action-00061348) Then, in February of this year, the Washington @FreeBeacon reported that over $500,000 was missing from Stacey Abrams' former New Georgia Project, now led by Nséabasi Ufot. - Contained within the article was a highlight of Nsé's brother Edima, who worked with the Black Male Initiative, and the group confirmed to the Beacon through IRS disclosures that it never received the $500,000 for consulting. (image: https://freebeacon.com/democrats/stacey-abrams-charity-has-a-500000-problem-in-its-latest-tax-filing/) - Naturally, in light of some of the other allegations surrounding Georgia - supposed "Mules" hauling ballots all over the country, and specifically in Georgia, and here with so much money simply vanishing around the same people, it deserved a deeper look. Aside from the New Georgia Project’s financial kerfuffles, their business filings have been chaotic to say the least. It provides a striking dichotomy for the group who also leverages massive amounts of data as on of their foundational practices, as you’ll see later. Nigerian native Nséabasi Ufot, for instance, managed to avoid being listed on official business filings for the first 3 years of New Georgia Project’s existence. In her stead was listed the Chairman of the Board, U.S. Senator from Georgia, Raphael Warnock. (image: https://www.ajc.com/politics/election-board-investigates-warnock-and-new-georgia-project/V4YRQNRIRVENTI4GVH2OY5SNQY/) The New Georgia Project also claims in the Beacon article that Ufot was fired in October of 2022, but Georgia business filings show she was not officially removed until Tuesday, February 13, and the Beacon subsequently ran their story the following Friday. So all of this begs the question: Who is this “handpicked leader” for the New Georgia Project that it seems no one, yet everyone has heard about?
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
3/ Stacey Abrams graduated Spelman College in Atlanta Georgia in 1995. (image: https://issuu.com/spelmancollege/docs/spelman_insidews06) In a 1991 Spelman Spotlight (Stacey's freshman year), Nséabasi's mother, Mfon, was the volunteer coordinator for the Council on Battered Women. (image: https://gahistoricnewspapers.galileo.usg.edu/lccn/sn81306945/1991-01-30/ed-1/seq-3/) Eventually, Nséabasi would go on to page for Abrams in the Georgia State House, at only the age of 14. (image: https://thefulcrum.us/nse-ufot-new-georgia-project) Discovering Mfon Ufot mentioned in a 1991 Spelman College publication made me look for a record of her attending Spelman at some point as well, but what I found was even more shocking... Another Ufot, Itauma, was listed as having graduated Spelman in 1979. 22 years (18+4) before 1979 puts her birth year around 1957, which will be VERY useful later, as you'll see.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
4/ Itauma Ufot today has an address in the Austin suburb of Pflugerville, Texas but still does business in the south Atlanta Metro through a company called Kaiume, Inc, and Real Engineering, Inc. This finding motivated me to look more into the Texas address which brought me to one hell of a mess. Though her name is shortened to "Ita," Itauma shares an address with another Ufot - Udom. Finding the info for Udom Ufot was a jolt, not because of the shared address, but because of finding a different zip code attached for exactly the length of one election cycle at exactly where it should be in a 2000-2002 address. As we move forward with these, these subtle discrepancies in addresses are minor, but can be consequential if used for things like voter registrations. These listings are sourced from various places, but heavily from voter registration databases.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
5/ Remember that Itauma Ufot graduated Spelman College in 1979, and from this 1976 Georgia State University Rampway yearbook, Udom Ufot was in Geology Club that year. (image: https://digitalcollections.library.gsu.edu/digital/collection/yearbooks/id/12167/rec/1) Udom Ufot, like most of the elder Ufot family, has many returns on different variations in his name. One explanation could be that just in June of 2019, Nigeria announced that the "Era of Multiple Identities" was over, according to an article at: (https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2019/06/25/era-of-multiple-identity-over-in-nigeria-says-nis/) Udom Ufot has three children with Ita, but the parents' names show up in birth records as Udom Ikpo Ufot and Ita Udo-Ukpong. A quick look back at Ita's Georgia business filings and Albert Udoukpong (Udo-Ukpong without the hyphen) sheds some light that Albert is likely her blood relative. But now, let's go back to Udom's time at Georgia State and fast-forward two years when another Ufot showed up.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
WARNING: THIS IS A DOOZY TO PONDER Before we hit this next post, I have to say that there is an indistinguishable amount of crossed-up combinations of these name-syllables. Most of these people I find no trace of whatsoever in the real world except these composite "profiles" aggregated from across data providers. -------- Here is "Eno" Ufot in a 1978 Georgia State University yearbook, apparently short for Enobong "William" Ufot. And here he is again in 1980, just for good measure. --------- Now that Eno has been introduced, let's look at all of the Ufots that connect to the same address that he has kept attached to his name consistently since 1981...
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
7/ These are lists for all officers and agents containing the name "Ufot." Gedtaxi, LLC and BLL-MART INC. are registered to an Ufot Benson. I've established to date no correlation with as of yet outside of the loose similarity between Dema (Edima?) Ufot's Eazy Auto Rentals and Ufot Benson's Gedtaxi. Mfon Ufot has been involved with Jubilee Christian Church in years past and founded the Nigerian Youth Alliance in 2000. She has been filing their paperwork and they have maintained the same address since their founding. This is also the address used by most members of the rest of the family, as you are about to see.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
8/ Back to the embattled brother of Nsé Ufot from the Washington Free Beacon article, Edima, "Dema" with Eazy Auto Rentals, LLC registered the company to the same 55 --- Dr. address in Atlanta as Mfon's Nigerian Youth Alliance, but also Nsé's on her listing with the State of Georgia for State Power Fund. Mfon filed an amended annual report in April of 2022, changing the address to a Riverdale, GA address, the same town Itauma used in other business filings. Most curious to me, however, was an old listing for Transportation Logistic Specialists, LLC, registered listing Freda Cheng as CFO, Itoro Ufot as Secretary, and James H Miller as CEO. The strange part however, were the filings themselves, signed by a James H. Veach as CEO instead of James Miller of Decatur. Freda Cheng is a legendary Austin-area restauranteur with a reputation for excellence. She was welcomed to Austin in 2002, but her first location was the same address used on her paperwork in 2008: 701 S Main St, Georgetown, TX - a beautiful, historic masonic lodge.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
9/ In 2000, a nonprofit called Nigerian Women Association of Georgia was established, with an "Ufon Ufot" listed as the Chair of the Youth Program Committee. While I cannot say definitively that this person IS Mfon Ufot, the geographical area, the position, the place in time, all seem to point toward this being the same Mfon Ufot. There was a wide gap in the Georgia Sec. of State online database of business filings for Nigeria Women Assc. between 2002 and 2007, but in 2007, some other things of note happened. Not only was Ufon's name changed (or likely corrected) to Mfon, but Abby Ebodaghe began to appear in the filings, who was a product of another Ufot venture. The first filing was signed on January 18, 2007, and another on February 12, just three and 1/2 weeks later. Abby Ebodaghe is the daughter of one of Mfon's associates through the Coalition of Concerned Africans in Louis Ebodaghe, and Abby is a former member of the Nigerian Youth Alliance. In the grab from the 2006 archived Nigerian Youth Alliance website (here: web.archive.org/web/2006070122… ), not only does it become more apparent that there is not simply a small bucket of Nigerian names to choose from, but also the similarities between the names and associations to those in Texas are stunningly more obvious. No other Nigerians in these circles seem to have these spiderwebs of associative names in loosely associated places like Mfon Ufot's entire family. Notice that the Ufot family has influence in two of the organizations sponsoring this event. *****ALSO NOTICE that here we have Edima Ufot, and also the name "Itoro Mbaba," hearkening to the "Itoro Ufot" registered to the transportation company with Freda Cheng and James Veach, and "Itoro Mbaba" who didn't appear anywhere else online that I could locate in 2023*****
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
10/ Atlanta, Georgia has a formal "Sister City" agreement with Lagos, Nigeria. If you notice below, even the Nigerian Women Association of Georgia is mentioned on the State of Georgia's official Nigerian connection fact sheet. (image: https://georgia.org/sites/default/files/2022-11/georgia_nigeria_connection_2022.pdf) It highlights that the group "provides resources and networking opportunities" to area Nigerian women and youth. --------- In a 2015 anniversary press release, NWAG CEO, and former Ufot partner Abby Ebodaghe described the founding as happening in the Consul General's house with Mrs. Dayo Keshi, the then-Consul General Joe Keshi's wife, another former Ufot partner, Julie Ajayi, and Mfon Ufot. This means that since 2000, the Ufot family has been connected to the diplomatic arm of Nigeria, as Mrs. Dayo Keshi also enjoys a lifetime appointment with the group, as laid out in their articles of incorporation. Mfon was obviously active in the community for elevating Nigerian voices. She was published in a 1996 UMass-Boston publication with an entry titled, "Leadership in the African Immigrant Community: Conflict and Coalition Coalition." (https://scholarworks.umb.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1318&context=trotter_review) In the footnotes, the press release mentioned Mfon Ufot's consultant position with Save The Children.

11/ Since 2003, NWAG has been active in donating to anti-human trafficking, child slavery, and medical causes in Nigeria specifically. By 2012, NWAG had been fundraising to build a "NWAG House" (web.archive.org/web/2017060213…) ...and it continued into 2017... (web.archive.org/web/2019082804…) ...But by 2020, NWAG had shifted to simply raising money for "Human trafficked victims, orphanages, scholarships, and many more NWAG programs." (web.archive.org/web/2024071315…) (web.archive.org/web/2024071313…) This same advertising continued into 2021 as well, culminating in a 2022 "fact sheet"... (nwag.org/file/orphanage…)

12/ Original founder Mrs. Dayo Keshi's husband, former diplomat, Mr. Joe Keshi, was appointed to the Board of Directors of United Bank for Africa in 2010, then to Vice Chairman in 2011, and Chairman in 2013. 13/ A little more on Mr. Joe Keshi... Keshi seems through his few media appearances in Nigeria to align with the highly controversially, newly elected (convicted criminal) President Bola Tinubu. - And seems to come out against Trump, at least in jest perhaps, while in the same interview he praised the FBI, and has even opined on electoral processes... (https://www.arise.tv/joe-keshi-niger-junta-should-release-bazoum-to-show-sincerity-about-dialogue/) - Keshi retired just last year and moved into more of an on-camera role in Nigeria. - This was all worth mentioning because of the uproar that ensued over Bola Tinubu's visit with the DNC at the convention in Charlotte, NC in 2012 and whether or not he actually paid to attend (which presumably would have raised red flags as to campaign finance). (image: https://dailypost.ng/2012/09/09/controversy-trails-tinubus-invitation-obama-partys-convention/) - In 2015, Stacey Abrams aimed to dump $10M into recruiting 1.5 million voting-aged residents. (https://www.atlantamagazine.com/news-culture-articles/the-new-new-georgia-project-stacey-abramss-10-million-plan-to-double-down-on-voter-registration/) - Then in 2017, the wheels started coming off the bus. The Democrat Party as a whole went into full-on convulsion mode in a massive extinction burst-like fit of impulses... For 6 years. 15/ Back in May of this year, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested three Atlanta-area residents on wire fraud and money laundering charges. (https://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/3-arrested-in-connection-to-violence-at-cop-city) Using this graphic as a guide, it's easy to see the orbit of big money feeding these local and state-run programs in an effort to sway influence over elections and even the free exchange of information... A group of environmental protestors have been fervently opposed to a training facility for Atlanta police and first responders, sparking outrage and protests beginning as far back as the facility was formally announced in 2020. (image: https://web.archive.org/web/20220504131700/https://stopcop.city/) Known as "Cop City," the movement gained national attention after an environmental protestor was shot and killed earlier this year, known by the nickname "Tortugita." One of the spearheads of the Atlanta movement was Black Voters Matter, a national organization with its own fund to help mobilize and sign up Black Americans to vote. They are a part of the Action Network, linked to other activist programs throughout the U.S.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
16/ The landing page for the Black Voters Matter portion of the initiative blatantly offers to sign up an entire business to be a literal "SIGNATURE HUB." (image: https://actionnetwork.org/forms/stop-cop-city-volunteer-your-business-to-be-a-signature-hub-now) The bottom of the page features "For more information" by clicking the link which refers back to http://stopcop.city. By clicking "Join the Movement," the page redirects (here: https://stopcop.city/organize-with-us/) to a page with pointers on what actions to take, targeting local officials, national corporations, and grassroots activists. Stop Cop City Solidarity (here: http://stopcopcitysolidarity.org) is another page dedicated to mobilizing activists against the project. It features a "target map" on its landing page, various video game-like "quests" to get active in opposition to the facility, and a "donate" button that links directly to the nationwide fundraiser ActBlue. Stop Cop City Solidarity is linked directly to Atlanta Solidarity Fund, which is admittedly a project of Network for Strong Communities, a 501 (c3) nonprofit in Atlanta, GA (EIN: 85-2889531). >http://stopcopcitysolidarity.org

17/ The Nigeria Tie-Ins The Nsé Ufot-Stacey Abrams power circle has been under financial scrutiny for years. Most recently, Ufot's brother Edima splashed into a Washington @FreeBeacon article for a grant made to a charity he was connected to. Earlier in this thread, he was at the Nigerian Youth Alliance graduation ceremony with another person named Itoro Mbaba in 2006. Previously, Itoro Ufot who was listed as the secretary of Transportation Logistic Specialists with Freda Cheng from Texas. On July 2, 2020, Itoro Ufot opened Ufot International, LLC through Registered Agents, Inc. Its business license was revoked for failure to pay on September 30, 2021. About a year earlier, Nigerian Youth Alliance restructured and brought on a new name to the circle as CEO: Odera Okoye.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
An Odera Okeye in Atlanta, GA took out a PPP loan for $20,833 on April 23, 2021. (https://projects.propublica.org/coronavirus/bailouts/loans/odera-okoye-9160918809) An Odera Okoye on LinkedIn is listed as a Partner at BRGLS, which seems to be a Lagos, Nigeria consulting firm. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/odera-okoye-52921334/) His previous position was at Coca-Cola Hellenic (Nigeria) BC as a Director in several capacities. Nigerian Bottling Company is a member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group and is the sole franchise bottler of The Coca-Cola Company in Nigeria. (https://www.careersinafrica.com/company/nigerian-bottling-company/) On May 26, 2023, thisdaylive-dot-com mentioned Mrs. Dayo Keshi, the founder of Nigerian Women Association of Georgia, who is now president of AfriGrowth Foundation and her visit to Abuja, Nigeria to celebrate Nigeria Bottling Company's (NBC) 70th anniversary. Dayo Keshi's AfriGrowth Foundation partnered with Nigerian Bottling Company in the NBC EmpowerHer project, which trains women in baking, household cleaning agents, balm production, make-up and bead making. 19/ I bring all of this to light only to direct your attention to the fact that the New Georgia Project and specifically the Nigerian Women Association of Georgia have direct access to a foreign consulate at a moment's notice. Being that they are so interconnected with a foreign government, what could that mean in context with what we know about Fulton County covered here already? -------------------------- Until 2019, Nigeria had an open, lax national identification system that was apparently not tied to any ID number or way to verify a person saying who they are. ----------- In a June 25, 2019 publication from thisdaylive-dot-com, Chinedu Eze and Oluchi Chibuzor wrote: "The Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Immigration Service (CGIS), Muhammad Babandede, has said that the era of multiple identity is over with the new passport that is integrated with National Identification Number (NIN) and Biometric Verification Number (BVN)." It had previously apparently been commonplace for people to change their legal names in Nigeria for any reason they so felt compelled. The article continued, "The security in the new passport will discourage people who believe they can just wake up and change their names due to reason best known to them." (https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2019/06/25/era-of-multiple-identity-over-in-nigeria-says-nis/)

20/ The Puppeteer - New Georgia Project At the top of the chain for this story is Stacey Abrams' New Georgia Project, led by Nsé Ufot during this main period of 2020 and 2021. U.S. Senator from Georgia, Raphael Warnock was the Chairman of the Board of New Georgia Project, but was errantly listed as CEO, according to NGP. -------------------- The New Georgia Project has been riddled with chronic clerical errors since its 2014 conception. (image: https://www.opensecrets.org/political-action-committees-pacs/new-georgia-project-action-fund/C90020876/donors/2020) The New Georgia Project Action Fund, a fundraising PAC associated with the non-profit, is essentially funded by the same circle of political activist organizations. United We Can is synonymous with the ultra-scandalous (https://seiuexposed.com/crime-and-corruption/) Service Employees International Union (SEIU), who also contributed $15,492 to New Georgia Project, separately from the PAC in 2020. (image: https://www.opensecrets.org/political-action-committees-pacs/fair-fight-pac/C00693515/pac-to-pac/2020) All of the donors on this list above create a self-perpetuating feedback loop of funding, beginning mostly with worker unions. For example, the NEA Advocacy Fund is a separate fundraising entity, yet it is funded entirely by the National Education Association. The NEA is also a significant direct donor to Fair Fight. ------------------------ In 2021, New Georgia Project gave Black Male Initiative $67,500, but the @FreeBeacon says NGP also never paid $500,000 in consulting fees, where Edima Ufot was allegedly involved. What the Beacon missed, however is an additional $66,246 (almost another $67,500?) reported in unrealized gain losses for 2021. But there's even more...
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
21/ Nsé Ufot was paid $332,850 from NGP and NGP Action Fund in 2021... ...BUT ALSO TOOK A REPORTED $8,865 "ADVANCE TO EMPLOYEE" in 2021. For such a well-connected political group with deep pockets and successful attorney friends, like Abrams' best friend Allegra Lawrence-Hardy, who @politico reported made $9 million in two years from Abrams' Fair Fight Action, this many clerical questions raise legit alarm bells. -------------- Fair Fight Action and Marc Elias By Marc Elias' and Stacey Abrams' alliance through the nonprofit Fair Fight Action, they stand to gain from the combined independent thinktanks of not one, two, or three serious legal powerhouses, but FOUR: Perkins Coie, Elias Law Group, Lawrence & Bundy, and Marc Elias with his own nonprofit law group, Democracy Docket. This played into a legal strategy designed to overwhelm the opponent in time constraints, necessary manpower, and legal fees, known colloquially as "lawfare." Iranian citizen (YES, Iranian) Pierre Omidyar and Democracy Fund financed the Brookings Institute to the tune of $810K in 2020 and $850K in 2021. The Institute received $200,000 specifically for its Lawfare Institute program each year. In addition to these contributions to Brookings, Democracy Fund also filtered $310,000 through Tides Foundation in 2020, and $235,000 in 2021, labeled for "POPVOX LegisDash" in publicly available Form 990s. Democracy Fund contributed $210,000 to Arabella Advisors-managed Hopewell Fund in 2020 along with $1.5M earmarked for Marc Elias' Democracy Docket, followed by another $1M to Hopewell Fund in 2021.
@GusQuixote - This is the Gus Bus
22/ Another major recipient of Tides Foundation money is again Marc Elias and his ventures through Fair Fight Action with Stacey Abrams, who founded New Georgia Project, who we started this thread with. In 2020, Fair Fight and New Georgia Project together garnered a reported $1,544,500 between themselves, and raised $221,000 from Tides in 2021. The Abrams-Elias tandem received from Sixteen Thirty Fund $2,494,000 in 2020, and $225,000 from Sixteen Thirty in 2021. Hopewell sent $3.8M and Sixteen Thirty refunded Tides $2.25M all in 2020. Tides also funded ACLU entities $346,007 in 2020 and $29,000 in 2021, the ACLU who was behind a lawsuit against Brad Raffensperger from Black Voters Matter. Black Voters Matter was mentioned earlier in this thread in their connections to Stop Cop City and its "signature drives." Stop Cop City Solidarity is linked directly to Atlanta Solidarity Fund, which is admittedly a project of Network for Strong Communities, a 501 (c3) nonprofit in Atlanta, GA (EIN: 85-2889531). Atlanta Solidarity Fund/Network for Strong Communities is run by none other than Adele MacLean, who was rolled up on wire fraud and money laundering charges earlier this year, as I mentioned before. This was the human network accessing the ActBlue funding network, who gave Fair Fight Action $4,732 in 2020, and Black Voters Matter Fund $19,849. Another notable beneficiary of the ActBlue money laundering network is Fulton County DA Fani Willis. But we're STILL not done with Atlanta.

23/ Karli Swift, a member of the DeKalb County Elections Board was named as a governor of New South Super PAC six months later in Washington, DC. As recently as March of 2022, Swift lobbied vehemently against the GBI's involvement in investigating election claims and "conspiracy theories"... (image: https://georgiarecorder.com/2022/03/29/local-officials-tell-georgia-senators-election-bill-would-be-wasteful-discourage-voters/) ...like the supposed laundering of signatures to be used on registrations and mail-in ballots. Nsé Ufot is the founder of the New South Super PAC. ------------------- Some of those conspiracy theories also just coincidentally happened to make a complete circle all the way back to Nigeria and accessing the Consulate for work visas to work for Dominion Voting Systems. In the 2020 election, Dominic Olomo worked for Fulton County, being as that he had just left his official position with Dominion after a deposition in Donna Curling v. Brad Raffensperger in his official capacity. In the 2020 August runoff, Olomo admitted to practices that, if they were commonplace in election administration, would explain things like Colorado's Tina Peters and the password debacle. Olomo admitted to people taking pictures of the passwords in his deposition. Olomo's LinkedIn shows his having worked for Dominion during the August 11th runoff, which eventually spurred a lawsuit from Donna Curling against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger in his official capacity over irregularities in the administering the election. The deposition of Olomo occurred on September 4th... (https://creativedestructionmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/olomo.dominic_090420-1.pdf) ...making apparent that Olomo left his employment with Dominion and moved directly to Fulton County Government, and with no overlap - and you will understand why. Throughout the lengthy sworn deposition we learned several things that I'm not entirely sure anyone managed to piece together so far, so here's what I came up with... Under Olomo's penalty of perjury (citations are in (page-line) format): ▶️Olomo said he has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Federal University of Technology in Nigeria and a Master's degree. ▶️When Olomo showed up for work early on election day (6:30am), August 11, Fulton County staff was already working on the EMS, logged in. (p138-19) ▶️In the course of explaining the process that Dominion trained Olomo to perform, he highlights what seems to be a break in the chain of custody of ballot images several times, in copying files from the hard drive and onto the removable USB drives. ▶️Olomo was NOT trained on adjudication, but says he assisted with it anyway, at least to log people in. ▶️He differentiates throughout his testimony the difference in function of the SD card and the USB drive. He never mentions, however, two SD cards in the "client" machines, as @UncoverDC rightly drew attention to. ▶️There were new people there, people not hired by Dominion and also people who did claim to be with Dominion, people who Fulton County staff already knew. ▶️One woman in a striped shirt (p90-6) said she was there to "help with anything" and for adjudication. ▶️Olomo said she was not local to Atlanta and that the County supervisor knew her. ----------- ▶️Olomo repeatedly walked back and inverted his answers as the deposing attorney slowly unveiled more information he was privy to. ▶️▶️The best example was on the topic of what system logs Olomo did or did not download from the scanner machines, and then later, what all data was included with the system logs. ▶️At first (p114-12), Olomo insisted that he absolutely did not download anything from the logs that happened after August 11th. ▶️But when asked a few minutes later (p128-10) he very specifically and clearly said he downloaded it both times that he was asked (p132-2). ▶️The first request from the Fulton County supervisor came days AFTER the election. The second came days following even that. ▶️Olomo was out of the warehouse that housed the central election management server for hours at a time, having the Fulton County supervisor sending him on runs to far north and far south precincts. All of this with extra help at the facility and no mobile help. ▶️Olomo testified that upon returning to the warehouse, the County staff were already adjudicating before the election had even finished. ▶️The election hadn't finished because Olomo also says he was in a hurry to have all of the precincts closed by 7:00pm local time. ------------------------------- But nothing to see here? Nope, not yet...

24/ The deposing attorney revealed that "remote access" had been enabled through Windows' standard software, included on every Windows system - Windows Remote Management (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/winrm/portal) An incursion happened early in the morning on election day, which was the source for the line of questioning into Olomo's whereabouts that morning. Olomo said he wasn't trained on adjudication or how to perform or troubleshoot adjudication, but he was trained on how to copy files from the EMS client computers onto a flash drive, just not ballot images. Later, Olomo also says that HE trained Fulton County employees to download files themselves and if they wanted the ballot image files, it was their option whether to save them or not. On Aug 25, Harry Hursti, who was part of the apparently secret Halderman Report (https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/20702935-halderman-report-antrim/), returned to Fulton County English Street warehouse to check up on the situation. He said he observed Olomo still working on something, but Olomo insisted he was not. Here's a fresh link to the deposition in full: https://creativedestructionmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/olomo.dominic_090420-1.pdf ----------------------------------------------- So what does this mean in context exactly? Well, Stacey Abrams and Co. have truly taken the Democrat-flagship electioneering operation international.

The CIA's taxpayer-funded "nonprofit" investment firm indirectly plays ball with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, but have CAS and In-Q-Tel become investment firms for a DOD-PLA closed-door alliance? 🧵🧵***A Gut Punch THREAD***🧵🧵 1/ The House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party (Select Committee on the CCP) released a report in September of 2024 titled, “CCP ON THE QUAD: How American Taxpayers and Universities Fund the CCP’s Advanced Military and Technological Research” . (https://selectcommitteeontheccp.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/selectcommitteeontheccp.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/2024-09-24%20Research%20Security%20Report%20Final.pdf…) The Select Committee on the CCP report focused heavily on three universities particularly: University of California at Berkeley, Tsinghua University, and Georgia Technical Institute, or Georgia Tech. But three other key universities to the target study, two of which are technically privately funded, were entirely overlooked in the report: Stanford University, University of Southern California (USC), and University of California-San Diego (UCSD). All three of these schools received funding from U.S. government contractor Fulgent Genetics’ founder-CEO and Fudan University trustee, Ming Hsieh. Beyond that, however, the CIA also sinks endless resources into southern California and Silicon Valley through its (technically) “nonprofit” venture capital firm, In-Q-Tel. There have been growing questions and concerns over the autonomy of Hong Kong for the past decade, and in 2020, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo officially declared to Congress that Hong Kong no long functions as an autonomous region from the Mainland People’s Republic of China government . (https://cnn.com/2020/05/27/politics/hong-kong-pompeo-certification/index.html) Scores of In-Q-Tel affiliates and adjacent investment partners have grown into the uberwealthy class of America. This has in effect made In-Q-Tel, and therefore the C.I.A., a centralized “authority” of sorts as to who can and cannot exert influence over society at-large. Examples of this abound such as Domino Data Lab, founded in 2013, which can be tracked back to both In-Q-Tel (the C.I.A.) and Mainland China capital (Sequoia Capital). 4/ CIA Goes to Venture Capital-land In-Q-Tel (IQT) was originally founded in part by Gilman Louie as the “non-profit” (the profits are simply reinvested per their charter) venture capital arm (State Department’s USAID and National Science Foundation already does this) explicitly to be an appendage of the CIA. (https://irp.fas.org/cia/news/pr093099.htm) One of IQT’s earliest investments (as of 2003) included BGI “founder” Stephen Hsu and his company, SafeWeb. (web.archive.org/web/2003122017…) Another early investment was Decru, a mass storage solution from Stanford professors, one of whom used to work for the Israeli military, and who had Greylock Partners join them on the 2002 funding round. (https://web.archive.org/web/20201027115641/https://www.iqt.org/news/decru-raises-over-27-million-in-second-round-financing/) On the board of IQT since 2000 has been Howard E. 8/ In-Q-Tel and Intelligence-Defense Contractors Both IQT and UCSD have both nurtured a special relationship with Booz & Company (web.archive.org/web/2017010821…), the original, parent company of Booz-Allen Hamilton, while fostering long-standing partnerships with notorious intelligence community contractors like Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and others. Also partnered with UCSD are multiple In-Q-Tel companies like Google and Facebook (Facebook is actually in Greylock’s portfolio, with founder Howard Cox on the In-Q-Tel Board) since at least 2006. Raytheon owns the NSF-built GENI research network that’s been deployed for about two decades. As recently as November of 2020, Reuters reported that a Chinese national, American citizen, and engineer at Raytheon named Wei Sun was sentenced to 38 months in prison for technology exports to China. (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-china-raytheon-engineer/chinese-american-raytheon-engineer-sentenced-to-prison-for-technology-exports-idUSKBN27Y2R3/) Raytheon has been sanctioned by the Chinese government in recent years for arms sale to Taiwan while also being penalized by the U.S. government for bribery to Qatar and illegal defense technology exports to China, Russia, and Iran. It’s unclear whether the corporate penalties are related to the conviction of Wei Sun. (https://www.psicompany.com/man-prod-info/Raytheon-JPS/Control-Equipment/SNV-12/SNV-12-Case-Study-China.pdf) Raytheon maintains a considerable presence in China’s civil aviation industry despite the Chinese sanctions which were pointed very meticulously at Raytheon’s corporate arms in weaponry. Zheng staged an actual coup on the UCSD chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE, sometimes “I3E”) in 2004. The next year he moved into the office of treasurer before heading to Santa Barbara and later government work. (web.archive.org/web/2005122812…) Since departing UCSD in 2005, Yan Zheng has published steady streams of research that include work from UC-Santa Barbara, all while working in government in seemingly behind-the-scenes roles. (https://venturebeat.com/business/cia-in-silicon-valley-invests-in-shocker-a-tiny-photo-lens/) Before In-Q-Tel, Zheng was a leader at Booz Allen Hamilton himself, working on DARPA projects. The government further alleged that Booz Allen failed to disclose to the government the methods by which it accounted for costs supporting its commercial and international businesses.” (https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/booz-allen-agrees-pay-37745-million-settle-false-claims-act-allegations) It’s unclear whether this settlement was connected to the probe announced back in June of 2017. The investigation touched nearly the entire intelligence community, presumably in tracking down the vast networks of money and equipment that had seemed to vanish for whatever reason.

In a Guangnan Holdings 2000 Annual Report, published in 2001, Mr. WU Wai Chung Michael, or presumably “Michael Wu,” was listed as a non-executive director for Guangnan Holdings, or GDH, Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangdong Holdings — a State-owned “window company” in China.
▶️Michael Wu was appointed as a director on April 9, 2001 according to the annual report.
▶️Guangdong Holdings is ultimately a State-owned assets conglomerate in Mainland China who also listed a member of the National People’s Congress. Miss TAM Wai Chu, Maria, GBS, JP., LL.D, LL.B. was on the HKSAR Basic Law Committee, and the report also named a former judge from Guangdong and Sun Yat-sen University, Mr. LUO Fanyu.

3/ ▶️On October 25th, 2000, Lionel Ni incorporated Angoya, Inc. in Michigan, presumably for his next development. 👀 On March 5, 2001, an update — potentially capital, or even the addition of Chen Chengqiang — to the Interstellar Hangzhou entity occurred. 👀 👀 It would seem that in April 2001, Zhuhai Sruijie also made some sort of change within the business, evident through the same TianYanCha credit report from before. 👀 ▶️ At any rate, Lionel Ni’s tech, the EMIP-1, was reported to have been tested by the P.R.C. government, presumably after its absorption into the Mainland manufacturer and wholesaler. ▶️From that, we can also deduct that the Chinese Academy of Sciences and, somewhere down the line, would come the People’s Liberation Army. 🔥🔥This new tech, the EMIP-1 was supposedly developed in the Michigan State eLANS laboratory for network diagnostics, but at its core, it was a computer chip that was capable of emulating an entire network environment in itself. It could essentially give a data connection a way to be “split” while not disrupting the original signal itself — it could “hijack” a signal.🔥🔥 ▶️It was a piece of HARDWARE, NOT software. A physical computer chip. 🔘This fundamental technology is much of what underlies the entirety of “the cloud” concept, the federal government’s ALBERT failed sensors altogether, and could very well be what the NSA leverages as their “backdoor” into systems worldwide. 👀 NSA has been accused repeatedly of spying on private communications of influential world leaders and journalists like Lt. Gen. (ret.) Michael Flynn and the late journalist Michael Hastings. 👀 ▶️In the 2001 AZKEF member directory, Eugene Yu had a Prudential Securities email address ending in -@prusec.com. Fellow member of AZKEF, also Zhejiang University graduate, Xipeng Xiao, was listed with his MSU e-mail address. ▶️Xiao was the Director of Product Management in 2002 at Redback Networks, a Sequoia Capital-seeded IT company who opened a Hong Kong branch in 2000, later acquired by Ericsson in 2006. ▶️Also buried in that year’s AZKEF directory was a Georgia Tech professor named Cheng Zhu along with members with Lucent Technologies and Aspen Technology, who were active in this market at the time. (web.archive.org/web/2000030920…) --------------------------------- Cheng Zhu and AZKEF Cheng Zhu, a Columbia graduate, was working with the NIH at the time the Landacorp went up for its IPO through Prudential. 💵💵In February 2001, Sequoia Capital reported a 17.7% stake in Landacorp. Marxe is from the Prudential “tree” of investors who founded his own AWM Investment Group, and in 2016, donated the most money ever donated to the school, $30 million, to City University of New York’s School of Public and International Affairs, having it renamed for him. (https://web.archive.org/web/20161101015256/https://www.baruch.cuny.edu/Baruch-Austin-W-Marxe-Gift.htm) 💥💥💥Xiao is now the head of Standard and Industry Development at Huawei Europe in Germany. 💥💥💥 🎓🎓Xipeng Xiao was a 2000 PhD graduate under Lionel Ni in the eLANS Laboratory at Michigan State. In 2004, Yunhao Liu received his PhD from the same program under Dr. Lionel Ni and quickly rejoined Ni at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology upon Ni’s departure from MSU. 🎓🎓 The same MSU computer science department and eLANS program have graduated numerous high-level Microsoft researchers since. (https://elansweb.cse.msu.edu/people.html) It could be surmised that Eugene Yu was a connection to Prudential somehow to secure capital for the intellectual property of Lionel Ni to run a “R&D facility in Michigan USA” on July 2, 2001, named LJ Connection, or even just to acquire it himself. On July 3, 2001, Sun Wah’s tech subsidiary, Guangzhou Xinhua Technology Company, was registered. ❓❓❓Had Wang Wei and/or his father already been pushing this “reformist” envelope with the blessing of the PLA?❓❓❓
🔥🔥🔥Some of Deng Xiaoping’s remarks were so pointed at reform that it forced the P.R.C. government into submission:
“During the southern tour, Deng emphasized to several military leaders of the People's Liberation Army including Yang Shangkun, Liu Huaqing and Yang Baibing, that "those who do not promote reform should be brought down from their leadership positions", forcing Jiang Zemin, then General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), to support and continue the Reforms and Opening-up program. He also wished that Guangdong province would catch up with the "Four Asian Tigers" in terms of economic development within 20 years.”

12/ It also began a string of what looks to be proof of Jonathan Choi’s education grants to Michigan State being used as intellectual property funnels to/from Eugene Yu, and especially so through MSU biometrics professor, Yiying Tong. 👀👀This graphic below illustrates the business filings of Eugene Yu in contrast with the lack thereof from Spartan Chinese School. Spartan Chinese School filed 4 years of business registrations on the same day in October 2017, about 9 months after President Trump was elected and took office. ▶️2013 was the year that Eugene Yu first began filing business registrations for shell companies through 2017 that coincided with Michigan State’s K-12 Spartan Chinese School (presumably bankrolled by Fudan University Trustee Jonathan Choi) failing to report their own business filings to the Secretary of State of Michigan. ▶️Keep in mind that “CNBrief” is a clear reference to the Konnech “ChineseBrief” website/communications portal developed around 2006 that spurred the development of the “PollChief” software in the first place. ▶️Also realize that “GY Great Lakes” is a mashup of the names “Global Young Leaders Network”◀️ (later “Global Youth Advancement Network”◀️) established at Michigan State, specifically for K-12 education by Jonathan Choi in 2014, and through the “Great Lakes Chinese Center,” a.k.a. the Spartan Chinese School. ▶️The K-12 school itself was riddled with Zhejiang University (ZJU) graduates and even paid MSU professors to come in for lectures to their students, exactly in the manner that ZJU’s “education foundation (AZKEF/ZUEF)” sent academics to Mainland China.◀️ 👀Yiying Tong, the IT head of the school in 2016 joined the Principal of the school, Guangming He. 💥Guangming He also runs MSU’s Innovation Center where Eugene Yu’s election company Konnech ran an office of their own.👀 💥All of this found here: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1692309413065798135.html💥 ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️ All of this biometric and surveillance technology, specifically targeted toward drones as you'll see, was the direct product of the investments into the academic research and maintaining the pipelines themselves for a decade. All of it spawned from and subsequently begged for, all because of 9/11.

2/ ⏩After the U.S. had adequately completed developing new biometric identification technologies through the 1990’s and 2000’s, and after integrating them into the federal surveillance state in post-9/11 America, Ming Hsieh sold Cogent Systems in 2010 but stayed as CEO until around 2016. 🔘Mr. Hsieh launched his genomics for-profit company, Fulgent Genetics, in 2011, which subsequently went public in 2016. 🔘The United States “science establishment” had been working with the “bat lady” Zhi Zhengli, as far back as 2004, and vicariously continued all the way through the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. 🔘In 2005, the U.S. began funding biolabs in Ukraine through USAID’s PREDICT program. This will become of utmost importance soon. ⏩As the Obama Administration, which included Hillary Clinton’s State Department, got under way in 2009, MSU’s Anil Jain began his guest professorship at China’s C9 League university, Tsinghua University, who still maintains a close relationship with Carnegie Mellon University. 👀👀This means that China’s leading university, Tsinghua University, is directly connected to one of the United States’ chief cybersecurity programs, CERT under the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or CISA. 🕵️🕵️🕵️This connection brought another pathway for integrating U.S. intelligence or defense technologies into the Chinese base, this time in biometrics. ⁉️CERT and CISA’s primary line of defense has been a device known as an ALBERT sensor, part of the EINSTEIN program, which seems to co-opt Lionel Ni’s exact concept — or even the invention itself — of the “internet emulator” to secure America’s network infrastructure. 🇨🇳🇨🇳The man leading that program at Carnegie Mellon, Subra Suresh, was inducted into the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2014 while the Dean of the American University.🇨🇳🇨🇳

@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
6/ Committee of 100 ☑️The Committee of 100 is a US-China relations NGO organized at the behest of Henry Kissinger in 1990, though not directly attributed to him. ☑️2015 tax filings for the reporting period of 2014 described the 25th anniversary event for the group as having been attended by Kissinger, himself. (https://usa.chinadaily.com.cn/2014-04/25/content_17467034.htm) ☑️Since at least 2010, for the intents and purposes of this series, Frank H. Wu has been a member of the Committee of 100 to which Ming Hsieh has committed near-millions of dollars to over the course of that same time period. (https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/display_990/133627542/2012_02_EO%2F13-3627542_990_201106) 💰💰💰According to 2012 tax filings, in December 2011, just after BGI and Stephen Hsu launching their genomics endeavors, the Committee of 100 hosted its 4th “Greater China Conference” in Hong Kong, netting nearly $1,000,000 in profit.💰💰💰 💰💰In the same filing, the organization reported $150,000 to the University of Southern California US-China Institute, the same year Ming Hsieh donated $7 million to USC and $300,000 to the Committee.💰💰 ☑️Of note, Frank Wu disappeared as a Director from the filings for reporting years 2013 and 2014, but was confirmed to still be a member in the 2014 filing. ☑️2014 filings were the first time that interactions were reported with Fudan University. 💥Frank Wu was named as Chairman of the “C-100” in 2015 filings where the organization also revealed that it had partnered with a dozen Chinese universities and boasted 152 members.💥 💥💥💥Remember Deng Xiaoping is who was behind the explosion of the Hong Kong-Mainland tech sector all the way back in the 90’s.💥💥💥 🚨Among these were the likely suspects: Fudan, Nanjing, Peking , Shanghai Jiao Tong, Sun Yat-sen, Tsinghua, University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, and Zhejiang Universities.🚨 ☑️Frank Wu remained the Chairman in 2016 and remained steady with 152 members and in 2017 added one to total 153 people. ☑️Ming Hsieh joined as a Director in the 2017 report and Frank Wu moved to become President of the organization. 💵💵This same year, the group began putting on an annual “SPONSOR STATESMANSHIP GALA DINNER” which logged $25,000 to the “US Association of Former Members of Congress,” a 501(c)(3) organization.💵💵

What we know from “trusted” government sources seems to conflict at every new statement, however, this is not the case at all. A hallmark of government disclosures is to never disclose all of the pieces to the story at the same time, and never from the same source. The most salacious and incensing information is almost always disclosed in a leaking fashion over many years, coming from all reaches of publicly available press. It's a wise practice in deciphering sensitive government disclosures to always take the morsels of information at face value and reassemble each one into a larger picture. In August of 2022, an election nonprofit organization called True The Vote with the assistance and resources of Gregg Phillips organized a symposium of internet influencers called “The Pit.” It was very openly and clearly stated at the event that there was an active investigation into a Michigan-based election company called “Konnech” with some loose and mysterious connections to Mainland China through personal data breaches. These data breaches landed the personal data of over a million American citizens on computer servers in Mainland China. Flynn led military intelligence in Afghanistan, led the Defense Intelligence Agency under President Obama, and was Trump’s National Security Advisor for the first few weeks of the first Trump administration until he was forced out on what are now known to be false accusations from the American intelligence community. Read how the FBI, NSA, and the Obama Administration writ-large targeted Flynn in detail — with original documents — here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/was-michael-flynn-targeted-by-the It is my belief through deep investigation that this was a product of a silent “civil war” between military intelligence and the (corrupt arms of a domestic) Intelligence Community. Furthermore, I believe much of this was due to the improper — and UNCONSTITUTIONAL — use of the FBI, CIA, and NSA as domestic intelligence agencies. 5/ Key Points to Remember Chinese “Police” Stations in America Back on April 17, 2023, the FBI arrested two Chinese men living in New York City for operating a Chinese “police station” to monitor Chinese nationals in the United States. Their statement read in part: “This prosecution reveals the Chinese government’s flagrant violation of our nation’s sovereignty by establishing a secret police station in the middle of New York City,” said U.S. Attorney Breon Peace for the Eastern District of New York. “As alleged, the defendants and their co-conspirators were tasked with doing the PRC’s bidding, including helping locate a Chinese dissident living in the United States, and obstructed our investigation by deleting their communications. Such a police station has no place here in New York City – or any American community.” https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/two-arrested-operating-illegal-overseas-police-station-chinese-government A very crucial detail to keep in mind, due to the nature of the FBI and the federal government’s work in conducting long, complex investigations is the need for disclosure throughout those investigations. The problem with public disclosure, however, is giving away the nature, targets, and means of carrying out the investigation. This introduces the critical need for civilian involvement in leaking and disseminating the findings and outcomes of parts of those investigations. I cover how some of the mechanics of that are carried out within the FBI and even the military itself, again, in my past work here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/145649508/fbi-joint-terrorism-task-force-jttf and here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/145649508/jttf-and-the-army.

6/ Illegal Immigration, Terrorism Surveillance, and Impending 2024 Congressional Budget “Continuing Resolution (CR)” As of the writing of this article, the United States Congress was delivered a whopping 1,500 pages of a Continuing Resolution that would yet again extend prior funding of the military-industrial complex and the U.S. federal government writ-large with only hours to review it before taking a floor vote on December 18th. This comes at a time in American history where the general public is widely aware of the mass influx of undocumented and other illegally-crossed immigrants into the country. Surveillance, whether it be the military or the intelligence community, and the funding thereof is always a major, costly part of these annual budget bills.

🧵***Liberation Day Thread (3/3)***🧵 1/ The “How” This part of the story is dependent upon two major “angles” — The United States and the People’s Republic of China. The two powerhouse nations and their economies have not only grown more warm and friendly on an operational level, but they have become nearly indistinguishable on an economic level since the mid-1990’s.
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
2/ Michigan State University This section may seem convoluted at first, but it’s actually very simple. ANY investigation into Chinese biometric or surveillance technology, or the technology pipelines thereof will ALWAYS run through these connections, thus hamstringing the FBI and federal government from having any ability to disclose these to the public, else displaying their own complicity by enabling them to exist. CONTEXT: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/theory-no-more-part-six-michigan The road starts for the sake of this story back in 1999 with then-Michigan State professor Lionel Ni who is a highly esteemed Chinese scholar, now the President of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology at Guangzhou. He has had an illustrious career in pervasive computing (cloud computing), RF (wireless) technologies, "Big Data," and many other disciplines. He became a naturalized U.S. Citizen in 1990 with the help of Michigan Congressman Bob Carr. You can read more in depth of his history here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/part-two-man-in-the-box In 1996, Dr. Ni was listed on a patent with Jerry C. Lin, with a company called LATIC Communications, based in Rockville Maryland. This invention was the birth of "internet phone" technology. Jerry C. Lin is the founder and president of Universal Hi-Tech Development, a government contractor in exactly the same field of technologies, also based in Rockville, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. For the sake of brevity, let's call this a CIA link reaching back to his patent with Lionel Ni, a Michigan State University professor in 1996.
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
3/ Lionel Ni Later, Dr. Lionel Ni developed a device called an "internet emulator," which was used for network diagnostics and was tested by the PRC government (presumably the People's Liberation Army) in 1999. Th “internet emulator” could be regarded as THE crucial technology of what birthed "cloud computing," though his particular product was not the only specific product to do this. You can find more detail on this all here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/part-one-the-lj-konnech-tion Fast forward to 2004, and Lionel Ni was straddling tenures at both the new-ish Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Michigan State University. With Ni's arrival to Hong Kong, then entered a major Michigan State donor, also based in Hong Kong - Dr. Jonathan KS Choi, the CEO of the Hong Kong NGO, Sun Wah Group. Much of this information is found in many of my prior works, but these two articles spell it out in most detail: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/konnech-eugene-yu-and-the-3-letter https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/its-all-true-the-ccp

4/ The partnership between Dr. Choi and Michigan State began in 2004 and appears to have run at least through 2021. Jonathan Choi also serves, still to this day, on the board at Fudan University. This is MONUMENTALLY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER. Most notably, however, is Jonathan KS Choi’s position as a financial advisor to the dean of the CHINESE ACADEMY OF SCIENCES - a known partner and contributor to the People's Liberation Army. From 2004-2007, Lionel Ni was faculty at Fudan University as a Guest Professor. Fudan University's location of Shanghai is also the home of a development center for Microsoft Research Asia — physically at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, for whom Dr. Ni was also the Director for their Hong Kong program for an entire decade between 2004 and 2014. The FBI itself has deemed Fudan, Peking, Shanghai Jiao Tong, Tsinghua, and Zhejiang Universities all as a threat to national security due to their “intellectual property” theft through China’s “Thousand Talents Program.”

6/ Boeing in China Tsinghua University, ironically or not, was also partnered with Boeing, who signed a research deal with Lionel Ni while at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, as well as with MIT, who runs a technology incubator with Fudan University. Ironically, it seems that the federal government itself was the primary reason this “theft” ever coalesced in the first place. Fudan University is also important because also sitting on its Board of Trustees to this day along with Dr. Jonathan KS Choi is former Cogent Systems (biometric technology) founder and CEO, Ming Hsieh, whose genetic research company, Fulgent Genetics, was recently still receiving federal funding. This will tie back into MSU and so much more...

7/ American Zhu Kezhen Education Foundation (AZKEF) a.k.a. Zhejiang University Education Foundation (ZUEF) During this exact time, an organization called "AZKEF" - short for American Zhu Kezhen Education Foundation, a Zhejiang University alumni group, was in full operation. Zhejiang University is openly connected to the People’s Liberation Army of China. AZKEF included Eugene Yu as a member in the early 2000’s, and the organization also ties together multiple professors from across Michigan at different points in time, as you can see in this section of one of my articles here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/132697928/the-public-ivy-school --------------------------- Spartan Chinese School Spartan Chinese School — the apparent beneficiary of Sun Wah Group’s financing is a clearly apparent conduit to Konnech’s Eugene Yu’s shell companies who filed business reports in between Michigan State University’s K-12 school, the Spartan Chinese School, raising certain indications of a financial link. Xuefei Huang and Yiying Tong were both professors at Michigan State University and have both spent time working for the Spartan Chinese School. The K-12 school’s Vice President is a graduate of Peking University, which will also soon be important to remember. Guangming He of the MSU Innovation Center and Xuefei Huang remained on the Board of Directors of Spartan Chinese School in 2022, well after the Konnech data breach had occurred following their arrival to the building. Read more in detail on AZKEF and how it connects to Great Lakes Chinese Center, a.k.a the Spartan Chinese School, and Eugene Yu and Konnech here (2 links): https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/126840589/american-zhu-khezhen-education-foundation-azkef and here: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1692309413065798135.html This group, AZKEF, is who @KanekoaTheGreat exposed for sending now-convicted American citizen and Thousand Talents scholar, Charles Lieber, to Mainland China in the early 2000's, who failed to report his status with the federal government. Another scholar connected to Charles Lieber through the Thousand Talents Program in 2015 was Ctirad Uher at the University of Michigan, where we will focus in just a moment.

Anil Jain was inducted into the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019 (https://web.archive.org/web/20200210222905/https://www.cse.msu.edu/About/highlight/?id=661), presumably for his 3-year stint at Tsinghua University, beginning in 2009 (https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/110049229/tsinghua-university-the-school-real-michiganders-choose). Cogent Systems was sold on August 30, 2010, and MSU announced the funding with a press release in October. Cogent Systems was owned by Ming Hsieh, now-owner of Fulgent Genetics and on the Board of Trustees at Fudan University with Jonathan KS Choi. 9/ University of Michigan See past article: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/theory-no-more-part-six-michigan University of Michigan is the home of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, named after New York billionaire, Stephen M. Ross. Ross donated $5 million specifically to Benson’s university department after taking the reigns, with the donation coming in 2016 (above). (ZOOM the below graphic - it's gi-normous!!!) The Ross School of Business has offered an MBA/MA in Chinese Studies dual degree program (web.archive.org/web/2005110317…) through the Center for Chinese Studies since at least 2005. The Center for Chinese Studies has had direct ties to Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong through U-Michigan’s joint-institutes. Xie Yu of the Center for Chinese Studies was, at least in the recent past, the Chair Professor of Peking University’s Thousand Talents Program (the below graphic is another biggun).
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
10/ Jocelyn Benson and Wayne State Jocelyn Benson’s husband was recently ensnared in a a Detroit City corruption scandal that led him to become the Vice President of Ross’s investment company called Related Companies. Upon the former Dean of the Wayne State Law program departing the school, leaving Benson as the de facto Dean of the program in 2012, her former boss wound up advertising his services in a secretly stored document in Chinese to help Thousand Talents professors or students “navigate” the intricacies of American law (translated document below, file available in Substack article). Not only these connections, but AZKEF also connected to Benson’s Wayne State University in 2012 through Wu Xiaofeng (top left below), as well as to Lionel Ni AND the Thousand Talents Program in the same professor, Xu Chengzhong (bottom right below and next HUGE graphic).
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
11/ Jocelyn Benson has also spent her share of time in the past cris-crossing paths at both Tsinghua University at the same time that MSU professor Anil Jain was tenured (2nd-to-bottom of 2nd graphic), and also at Beijing Normal University (bottom of 2nd graphic), where MSU donor and Hong Kong billionaire Jonathan KS Choi still operates his Mainland K-12 school, 3e International School (below graphic).
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
12/ University of Washington and Microsoft The Jocelyn Benson connections are crucially important to this story because of her direct ties to Marc Elias in the 2020 election, and therefore Perkins Coie, the same firm who represents Microsoft. In 2014, Perkins Coie and its client Microsoft, attended a seminar hosted by the Gao Lulin Foundation and sponsored by Tsinghua University School of Law in Silicon Valley. ***Perkins Coie has enjoyed an FBI workstation INSIDE their own offices for years, or at least until the general public were made aware.*** This being the case, it also drags the computing giant of Microsoft into the story with their direct ties to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the joint-institute that they operate at the University of Washington — the GIX Institute — with again, Tsinghua University. More context here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/theory-no-more-part-five-the-machine Keep in mind Lionel Ni’s decade of work with Microsoft Research Asia, found here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/part-two-man-in-the-box
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
13/ The Cross-Pollination of Technologies Lionel Ni’s Business Partners in America Dr. Ni was awarded a business license in Mainland China, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province with his business partners, both living in America, En Wei "Andy" Chai, and Chen Chengqiang all the way back in 2001. More here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/76889867/the-interstellar-network There is some uncertainty whether Chen Chengqiang is the same entity who also manages Fudan University’s InnoSPACE technology “incubator,” though they share the same Chinese spellings of their names. See photos here (https://www.linkedin.com/in/chengqiang-chen-0b4463/), here (https://web.archive.org/web/20241218060924/https://baijiahao.baidu.com/s?id=1641360134946295363&wfr=spider&for=pc), here (https://web.archive.org/save/https://www.sohu.com/a/316604642_100120669) and here (https://web.archive.org/web/20241218061026/https://baijiahao.baidu.com/s?id=1604893791701510319&wfr=spider&for=pc). Whatever the case, this very easily serves as a funnel for intellectual property and technology between Fudan University and the U.S. and/or Lionel Ni and the U.S. The result of either would be the same.
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
14/ The Drone Connection Now why did I spend all of that time connecting Microsoft, Michigan, Perkins Coie, the FBI, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (and/or the People’s Liberation Army), Tsinghua University, Fudan University, and MIT? DJI Drones were developed under Dr. Ni's program by his student Frank Wang in 2006 — while Ni was the Director of the Microsoft Research Asia program in Hong Kong, which has a separate site at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2007, Lionel Ni landed a monster deal with Boeing. The deal had no ceiling, and had no time limit - a professor’s dream, and one he was already enjoying with the full backing of both Ministries of Education and of Science and Technology. Naturally, it, too, was run in conjunction with Tsinghua University. Perhaps this cooperation between HKUST and Boeing was a result of Frank Wang’s 2006 success in building drones, which eventually blossomed into the notorious drones used for mischief around the globe. Lionel Ni is also nearly-permanently fixated within the orbit of Jonathan Choi through Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Thus, Lionel Ni has been the epicenter of academic and technological exchanges between the institutions in Michigan with Benson’s legal orbit notably facilitating legal navigation between the entities. Lionel Ni single-handedly is capable of developing “un-crackable” security schemes and novel encryption methods — thus potentially explaining why the federal government would not be able to intercept the transmissions to or from the current drones over New Jersey. Whatever the case, this is an iron-clad circuit of intellectual property transfer and espionage all happening under the nose of the FBI “investigating” the very same national security risks, even with direct involvement at Michigan State (https://research.msu.edu/event/msu-fbi-academic-alliance-conference-0). Who was leading the Detroit Field Office at the time that the FBI had an academic alliance with Michigan State University for these purposes? Steven D’Antuono. For those seriously dialed into the recent exploits of the FBI, you may remember D’Antuono from his time leading the Washington Field Office during January 6th, a post he assumed just weeks before the 2020 election; But you may also remember him for leading the Detroit Field Office during the “attempted kidnapping” of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

16/ The Biggest Kahuna - The Biden “Crime Family” All of these connections would absolutely be laid bare if any public disclosure were to come about, if only through the Amogy drone recovery, which to note, has not been linked whatsoever to the current drone fiasco. Let’s be serious for a moment when considering that Amogy CEO Seonghoon Woo claims it was left outside for a month after a company party ( ), but no one in bustling New York City reported it until the 16th of December. ------------ The Glue to the Belt and Road Espionage(?) Ring - Maritime Silk Road Society (MSRS) In 2015, the Maritime Silk Road Society was launched with none other than Jonathan KS Choi as a member by 2016, and was joined by Hunter Biden's business partner, Ye Jianming who disappeared in China around 2018 following the "f*cking spy chief of China" Patrick Ho's arrest in New York in 2018. You can find more detail on that here: In 2017, the Maritime Silk Road Society hosted the Consul General of Iran for Hong Kong and Macau to explore opportunities to extend the Belt and Road Initiative's influence into Iran. In late 2019, the Trump Administration levied sanctions against Iran (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/12/11/world/middleeast/trump-pompeo-sanctions-iran.html). The US Treasury condemned Iran for using falsified documents and other deceptive tactics to secretly ship equipment for Iran’s Aerospace Industries Organization (AIO) and Shahid Hemmat Industries Group, who operate Iran’s ballistic missile program.
@GusQuixote - Gus' Revenge
17/ On December 11, 2024, FoxNews reported that the Biden Administration extended their $10 BILLION sanctions waiver (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-admin-extends-10b-iran-sanctions-waiver-2-days-after-trump-election-win) that essentially made more capital accessible to the Islamic Republic. Ever since 2017, accusations have flown that CEFC could be serving as a conduit to help Iran evade sanctions (https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/04/business/cefc-china-weapons-iran.html). What has been woefully underreported throughout the last many years, even in spite of the Biden family’s past accusations of assisting Iran around sanctions, has been CEFC’s attempted tendering of a deal with Vladimir Putin’s “right-hand man” through Russian oil giant Rosneft. (https://web.archive.org/web/20220814161613/https://www.rwradvisory.com/cefc-acquires-stake-in-rosneft-increasing-chinese-russian-energy-cooperation-amidst-u-s-sanctions/) China launched their own investigation (https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/Chinese-Probe-Hits-CEFCs-9-Billion-Rosneft-Stake-Acquisition.html) into the Rosneft deal just after Patrick Ho was arrested in New York in early 2018, a clear indication of bilateral cooperation between American and Chinese authorities. Ye Jianming has not been heard from since.

18/ Back to the Drones Exposing the drones would expose not only the FBI, but also the entire Biden family, the entire Pentagon, dating all the way back to Jim Biden and Paradigm Global Advisors in 2009 (https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/08/02/joe-biden-investigation-hunter-brother-hedge-fund-money-2020-campaign-227407/). Explore even more of my past work on this topic here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/when-bending-precedent-leads-to-a In the 2025-2026 HKUST Post-grad prospectus, just as one example, an associate professor at Colorado State who is also from Iran talked about his choice of HKUST to be the best decision he'd made. HKUST also maintains a dual-degree program with Sharif University of Technology in Iran, just as one example. Their disciplines include Aerospace Engineering, Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management and Economics, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematical Science, and Mechanical Engineering. (https://fytgs.hkust-gz.edu.cn/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/1.-Joint-Prospectus-2025-26_20240820-GZ.pdf) This is a prime conduit for the transfer of intellectual property and technology from HKUST to Iran. Considering the decades-long conduit between HKUST/Chinese Academy of Sciences and Michigan State University, this is a prime example of how the same MSU professors and students between the entities would transfer surveillance technology - OF TWENTY YEARS OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - between the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, DHS, etc, and Hong Kong - or EVEN MAINLAND CHINA. Fast-forward to 2021 Ye Jianming had been long disappeared by 2021, and the Belt and Road flagship development group of MSRS had expanded its footprint even further to include representatives from the State Council, the C9 League school Tsinghua University (where DOD grant-recipient Anil Jain spent 3 years during his US funding), and expanded to include United Zhejiang Residents Associations, Hong Kong-Shanghai Economic Development Association, and even more representation of the Overseas Chinese Associations.

19/ Jonathan Choi and Ye Jianming’s links through Maritime Silk Road Society and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology not only connect Lionel Ni, but also at least one other professor who has ties to the university, expelled from country on what many call a “pardon,” but amounts more to a commuted sentence. Their shared research points directly at either uncovering or facilitating the type of bribery schemes the Biden family have been alleged to be part and parcel to for well over a decade. ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ And that is why we cannot get the truth from the FBI about really...anything. 2/ The Locals >https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/the-locals Several of the local officers on-duty on July 13, 2024 at the Butler, PA rally gave a TV interview and have shared many statements through attorneys to the ABC News network.

3/ Butler’s own @realDJStew724 Amongst the frenzied reporting of the aftermath of the Butler Rally has been a recently prominent figure in disseminating information about the Butler area, as well as promulgating and promoting overlooked information about the events that day. Recently, an X account using the handle “@realDJStew724” claimed to be filming that day and self-identified as local native Dave Stewart. Stewart claims to be the individual in the red shirt running the video below:
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
4/ There has to date been no concrete way to verify his claims of identity, however. Stewart has also offered his YouTube channel, which clearly displays a LONG history with local (Butler) police. Stewart was identified in what he claims was an impromptu (and hypothetically illegal) interrogation at 10pm one evening. His purported audio is provided below:

6/ ABC News Interview Excerpts (edited for time only) >gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/abc-news-interview ABC blurred the timestamp in the broadcast of the video but then used a “jump edit” to a clip with the timestamp NOT blurred, only bolstering the “fear” story given by officers climbing onto the roof 20 minutes after Crooks’ demise. Oddly about ABC is that they are the recipient of federal funding by way of “National Cable Satellite Corporation” or commonly known as “C-SPAN.”

7/ Beaver County Emergency Services Unit (BCESU) >https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/beaver-county-emergency-services-unit-bcesu Patrick Young Robert Patrick "Pat" Young is the commander of the Beaver County Emergency Services Unit. He is a well-respected and regarded as highly capable and proficient in mitigating "extraordinary events." >https://www.beavercountypa.gov/getmedia/e155397d-2b08-4e80-af70-f28eb838ea1f/Beaver-County-Detective-Bureau.pdf Chief among his roles with the Unit are his contributions to the Electronic Forensics Unit — which in a perfect world, would have reasonably made troubleshooting and compliance of electronic equipment a non-issue on July 13th. Young's role with the Crimes Against Children Federal Task Force lands him squarely in coordination on a regular basis with the FBI.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
8/ Michel Vasiladiotis-Nicol >https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/michel-vasiladiotis-nicol Another member of the Beaver County Emergency Services Unit is Physician Assistant Michel Vasiladiotis-Nicol, the wife of Beaver County ESU counter-sniper, Gregory Nicol. Vasiladiotis-Nicol was a SWAT MEDIC on duty at the Butler Rally and is captured in the 28 total minutes of the bodycam footage released by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA)
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
9/ Greg Nicol https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/greg-nicol Michel’s husband, Gregory Nicol, was also on the scene of the Butler Rally as a counter-sniper. Greg Nicol would prove to be a centerpiece of the “communication breakdown” at the most crucial point of the entire day. Nicol first popped onto the internet radar in 2013 when he was featured in an article bringing attention to the Monaca Police Department’s new K-9, Kazan, joining the force. >https://www.timesonline.com/story/news/local/2013/11/15/monaca-k-9-officer-starts/18442305007/ Greg Nicol’s LinkedIn page also offers his “Interests,” which include the Department of Justice, the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), and FBI-LEEDA. >https://www.linkedin.com/in/gregory-nicol-612b80257/details/interests/?detailScreenTabIndex=0 FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, or FBI-LEEDA, is a nonprofit leadership development program for public law enforcement officers worldwide based right outside Philadelphia, PA. National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) is the group tasked with devising and implementing response protocols for an astounding assortment of situations and scenarios, filtered to LEOs nationwide by federal agencies and task forces. Greg’s wife, Michel, along with Patrick Young are verifiably part of the 2023 National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) Standards Review Committee while a Physician’s Assistant for Beaver County.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
10/ National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/national-tactical-officers-association-ntoa The National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) has the privilege of drafting the “Tactical Response and Operations Standard for Law Enforcement Agencies,” published in 2008, 2011, 2015, 2018, and 2023. https://ntoa.org/pdf/TROS.pdf These standards are, simply put, a summary of widely acknowledged “best practices” for responding to crisis situations, and form the general basis from which law enforcement agencies around the world operate. Pictured below are the NTOA standards for a “TIER 4 Perimeter Control and Containment Team,” and further below, a “Span of Control Example” illustrating NTOA’s recommended command structure. “The scope of this standard includes concepts and principles related to the organization, training, operational tactics, personnel management, and equipment of tactical law enforcement teams. The standard will not dictate how member agencies will write and apply specific policies related to such operations. Instead, it will provide guidance based on the terminology and collective viewpoint of the NTOA organization and its stakeholder partners.“
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
11/ NTOA 2023 Impact Report https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/ntoa-impact-report The National Tactical Officers Association advertises itself having 40,000 members representing almost 20,000 agencies worldwide. https://ntoa.org/pdf/impactreport.pdf “Across three regions, all 50 states and 32 countries, the National Tactical Officers Association provides training to federal, state, county, municipal, international law enforcement agencies and other first responders. Our training programs are the heart of the NTOA. It is at this level where our members, students, instructors, and partners professionally, socially, and personally link to each other and the broader public safety community."
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
12/ NTOA Standard Review Committee https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/ntoa-standard-review-committee The group’s Standard Review Committee is comprised of NTOA members from all over the United States. As luck would have it, two officers on the scene that day also served on the Standard Review Committee, who just published their most recent standards in June of 2023. Notice in these excerpts from the “Tactical Response and Operations Standard for Law Enforcement Agencies,” that the Commander of the entire Beaver County Emergency Services Unit along with Michel Vasiladiotis-Nicol actually review the standards sent out to law enforcement worldwide. Other notable figures to the committee give the Pennsylvania State Police representation with Matthew Falcone, and the American Sniper Association a seat at the table with Derrick D. Bartlett.

13/ 7150 Campus Drive, Colorado Springs, CO https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/campus-drive-colorado-springs-co NTOA’s registered address on 2022 IRS nonprofit tax forms was “7150 Campus Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.” Though the filing is without a suite number or sub-unit designation, NTOA uses Suite 215 of the building. 7150 Campus Drive, Colorado Springs, CO is the Woodmen Corporate Center that houses several companies like DoD services providers Summit Technical Solutions, LLC and Delta Solutions and Strategies, LLC, an investment firm called PFS Investments (a wholly owned subsidiary of Primerica Finance Corporation), G4S Secure Solutions (formerly Wackenhut), and Salem Media Group. All of the companies listed above, including Salem Media Group, have received federal funding in some form in the past ten years. The Pentagon IT services provider Leidos also has a presence in the building, though more difficult to pin down. Curiously, this Suite 300 address, specifically, is either currently, or was very recently shared by behavioral health specialists who, like many of these other tenants, receive(d) a substantial amount of government funding. NTOA co-sponsored an “Active Shooter Symposium” just over two weeks before the active shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania. This is not meant to convey or imply any sort of nefarious activity per se, but to illustrate the totality of their relationships. This only goes to highlight the tight-knit relationship of the NTOA’s role as one of the many nonprofit arms of federal capabilities, in whatever capacity.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
14/ The Situation https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/the-situation The crux of the failed response to shooter Thomas Crooks and his position atop the AGR, International building is in the moments before the first shots rang out at 6:12 PM. Fox New Digital’s newly released video reaffirms many widely held suspicions that the official testimonies of agency and local law enforcement leadership is not only confusing, but verifiably misleading. “Injured” police officer doesn’t appear injured Until now, the prevailing narrative has been that the local officer who made first contact with Thomas Crooks injured his hands to the point of bleeding at the scene. Newly released video shows that was not the case at all in regards to the first officer to make contact with Crooks. In fact, the same local officer (first point of contact) is also purported to have climbed the building and seen the shooter, Thomas Crooks, point the weapon at him before falling back off of the building. The discrepancy here isn’t that this unidentified officer fell off of the building, but that the trained officer runs immediately into the line of sight of the shooter he just supposedly identified as armed. Mere seconds after doing so, shots rang out from the building complex.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
15/ The Lead-Up https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/the-lead-up Text messages released by the office of Senator Chuck Grassley paint a stunning and equally terrifying picture of an undermanned, ill-informed mobilization to fill the gaps in security for the rally that day. On July 8th, text messages show that Butler Police requested assistance from Beaver County Emergency Services Unit (ESU), of which Patrick Young was the Commander, and for which both Michel and Greg Nicol served.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
16/ The Activation https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/the-activation It would seem from the text messages that the third member of the Beaver County ESU that left early could be Patrick Young, indicated by the text messages showing the responses in the color grey, one with the last initial “N,” and the other not a “Y” for “Young.” Remember back to the clips of Stewart’s alleged interrogation above, where he volunteers that he left work at Sheetz at around 4:30pm. There was a text sent to the group that Nicol was privy to at around 4:30PM that highlighted a supposed newcomer who parked their *car* in the lot, and who was sitting at a picnic table nearby one of the building’s entrances. Oddly, this person at the picnic table was referred to simply as “he” as if everyone already knew who the texter was referring to. Beyond the strangely worded texts in regards to the picnic table, Nicol knowingly introduced even more confusion around the unattended bicycle and backpack than necessary. At 5:52PM, the officer who left the rally early fired another text to the Beaver County unit that said “that bike was not there when I pulled out…” referring to the picture of a bicycle that had just been sent to Command at 5:51PM.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
17/ What could have been... https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/what-could-have-been Bodycam footage and aerial footage of the scene immediately following the incident clearly show the 2nd floor window with a clear view of everything Crooks would have been up to in the moments before the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. The video below is from @RepEliCrane's own investigation of the shooting as an experienced combat sniper. It makes abundantly obvious that anyone at all in the 2nd floor had not only an open view of Crooks, but that the window even opened in a manner which provided a clean shot at Crooks’ position.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
18/ Nicol LIED about Crooks leaving for Sheetz https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/nicol-lied-about-crooks-leaving-for-sheetz Nicol did not have a visual at all on the picnic table that was actually relevant to Sheetz from anywhere in the 2nd story, as it was obscured completely by the first story building. Further, Nicol had no read on anything on the “Sheetz side” of the building from where he is reported to have been. The Washington Post correctly pointed out recently that the statement Nicol gave about the suspect walking toward Sheetz was odd due to the layout of the building. Nicol’s assertion was that Crooks was walking from the enclosed side of the building in a direction that would have put him on a path directly through the building. Nicol leaving the perch in the 2nd story left only one sniper in the AGR perch (as of 4:30 PM), set up in the “far” two windows, indicated in the Butler County After Action Report supplied to Senator Grassley’s office. https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/washington-post-finally-circles-the-wagons
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
19/ FIRST CONTACT https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/first-contact If Crooks was the person seated at the table referenced in text messages at 4:30 that afternoon, then at 5:52 when he was advised about the new bike, Greg Nicol should have already been aware that the bicycle and backpack did not belong to Crooks. Nicol noticed a bicycle unattended and a person who saw the photo (Patrick Young?) suggested investigating a car that pulled into the parking around 4:30 PM in — again — the complete opposite direction. Greg Nicol sent the pictures himself that in one move heightened suspicions, to which he gave a general, admitted guess of a response in text at 6:00 PM when he said, “If I had to guess towards the back. Away from the event.” The unnamed Butler Police officer was first to contact shooter on the roof, evidenced in the video recently released by CNN and Fox News Digital (August 8th). This Butler officer was not bleeding from his attempts at accessing the shooter on the roof at 6:10-6:11 PM, as has been previously asserted. Beaver County ESU officer Greg Nicol could be seen immediately after the shots downstairs with ground team in video (7:15) posted to X by user @realDJStew724 (below with “loudness-enhanced“ audio).
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
20/ The Second Window https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/the-second-window Beaver County ESU officer Greg Nicol and Beaver County themselves put on record with Senator Grassley in their After Action Report (above) that the “BCESU Sniper” (blue square) was accompanied by the “Butler Co. Sniper” (teal triangle) in the 2nd floor perch or command center for the local police SWAT forces. Greg Nicol declined to use either of the two open windows with a perfect line of sight to what would be Crooks’ final resting place after his murderous outburst. The side window of the 2nd floor — with roof access — even appeared in bodycam footage released by Senator Grassley to be completely missing, or very recently cleaned.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
21/ Five Murderous Minutes https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/five-murderous-minutes At 6:12PM, according to Beaver County ESU, Nicol’s position was on building “4” (Grassley diagrams) near the original spot Nicol radioed seeing Crooks headed toward the Sheetz gas station (through a solid structure) at approximately 6:05 PM. According to them, the “BCESU Sniper” was at the corner of the building, and presumably everywhere between 2nd floor lookout and the corner where Dave Stewart was filming for the five minutes of chaos between 6:06 and 6:11PM. At 6:08:20, it hit the radio that someone was on the roof. Three minutes was plenty enough to access either of those 2nd floor windows to access the roof, or to neutralize the threat. The rally goer mentioned in the timeline above was close enough to law enforcement that if someone were in the 2nd story sniper windows, the message could easily have been relayed to someone to get them onto the roof from their command center. It was during this five minutes of Nicol’s unknown whereabouts that Crooks made it onto the roof, and the same time when a person was caught scurrying across the AGR rooftop on video.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
22/ Final Thoughts https://gusquixote. substack .com/i/147378236/final-thoughts The Trump Campaign announced the Butler, Pennsylvania rally on July 3rd. The National Tactical Officers Association received a second payment of $16,275 on an I.C.E. (DHS) contract totaling $135,825 on July 5, 2024. Where there snipers in the 2nd floor command center at the time of the first shots? Why were they not trying to neutralize a suspect on the roof from their perfect position? Were they busy?
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
Wait. The Chinese guy at Mar-a-Lago probably has documents from the Leidos-Diligent hack which were dumped the week afterthe assassination attempt on DJT! If they have docs from Leidos, and if they have ANY coordination or crossover with NTOA, then there would be a vulnerability in emails between anyone associated with both offices. If there was collusion between a figure of Leidos and NTOA on ANY scale, this would be the most significant conspiracy in recent history! https://x.com/GusQuixote/status/1820294470920814990

@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
I'm gonna post my articles as they were first published, in full naive, dorky, eager beaver form, all here on X. August 18, 2022 "What Does PollChief Have To Do With Me?" A story that isn't anything you clicked into this thinking about. >https://web.archive.org/web/20220818125518/https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/what-does-pollchief-have-to-do-with Imagine with me, if you can: The year is 2022. Midterms are swiftly approaching with no shortage of nuclear-bomb-sized revelations of ever-growing scandals in the Department of Justice’s negligence and lop-sided application of justice to elections, insurrections, subversive attempts to overthrow duly elected government, social activism, kompromat, espionage, all continuing to pile onto the Bureau’s already speckled history. Twenty-one months following the hotly contested 2020 Presidential election, there is still a growing collective of election skeptics. There is also no shortage of citizen journalists working feverishly to pull back the curtain on our election processes for the Public, toward reestablishing trust and integrity in the system that has long been broken. Among these citizen journalists is none other than @KanekoaTheGreat, a writer who has compiled an impressive resume of exposes and analysis over the past several years, and has also earned a loyal following that rivals many of the mainstream’s most notable writers. Kanekoa’s latest offerings have focused on a company called Konnech - a small business specializing in election management software based in a quiet Michigan township. You can check out Kanekoa’s work in exploring the Konnech company here: >https://web.archive.org/web/20220818125518/https://kanekoa.substack.com/p/us-election-software-company-previously?utm_source=substack&utm_campaign=post_embed&utm_medium=web… There is still to date no direct, legal evidence of machine manipulation in any American elections [since has changed]. So after learning a bit about Konnech, it stands to offer the question: Why care about a small business that writes election management software? For some insight, let’s shift focus momentarily. Okta is a very successful company founded in 2009 with a reputation in secure data authentication. Their services are run exclusively on Amazon Web Services or AWS. AWS owns and operates massive data facilities globally that process an enormous swath of data on the internet as a whole. Despite Okta’s wild success story, it has not come without their share of issues. They’ve experienced multiple data breaches in recent years, but have reported minimal setbacks and seem to have been able to respond to these incursions effectively. >https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okta,_Inc.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
2/ "What Does PollChief Have To Do With Me?" Why bring Okta and their success in data authentication into a discussion about elections that many people still claim were corrupted by nefarious behavior? Not because of what you may think. The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk website provides an election management system diagram that maps what appears to be a plan for implementing a future election system, based from the page’s title, “EMS Future State v15” found at: >https://www.lavote.gov/docs/rrcc/rfp/technical-diagrams/ems-future-state-v15.pdf This diagram, highlighted in yellow, shows “OKTA,” “PollChief,” “Data Integration,” and “County API Gateway”. In red, “EMS,” or Election Management System. Also note the legend in the bottom left corner and the color-coded representations displayed by the boxes in their diagram. PollChief is the software developed by Konnech and covered in Kanekoa’s previous piece. All data processed through the whole of the Election Management System is routed through the PollChief software, which is subsequently sent to “OKTA” for “SSO” and “MFA” - “Single Sign-On” and “Multi-Factor Authentication” protocols. While this is an authentication process that happens millions upon millions of times daily, it also lends an apprehension a bit above that of ordering overpriced, amber-colored Edison bulbs for the living room. This offers a new lens through which to observe some notable hacks from recent history. The list is more extensive than I care to waste your time and my keyboard for, but I’ll leave an example of a very public one that occurred around the same general time as the 2020 elections. This breach also happened to a company that uses Amazon Web Services as does Okta (our focus today): >https://medium.com/cloud-security/hackers-as-cloud-customers-45b44654908b
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
3/ "What Does PollChief Have To Do With Me?" So now we have learned that a customer of AWS can set up a “backdoor” into anything also connected to AWS and implant code into already existing software gradually over time, making it virtually undetectable? Who else have we learned uses Amazon Web Services? Correct. Okta. Refer back to Los Angeles County, where Konnech’s “PollChief” software seems planned to be used in the future. If you notice “County API Gateway”, it would suggest that all of the data held by the County administration would be accessible through EMS, PollChief, all the way to the Okta data portal. The portal uses AWS, which we previously established has been “backdoored” during the SolarWinds breach without any real intrusion into their software at once. The real possibility exists, evidenced by the SolarWinds attack, for a complete compromise of every vote, poll worker and their personal data, and the whole of election procedure in general that would be managed using Okta authentication services, with or without any actual incursion into the system itself. This is a glaring vulnerability for normal, everyday Americans. It leaves me with one nagging business question after learning all of this: If Okta has such a stranglehold in the data authentication industry, then who is their competition in such a seemingly niche service? Answer: A Chinese company called Authing. >https://www.authing.co/solutions/okta >https://www.authing.co/partner >https://www.authing.co/ There have been multiple statements from state and federal officials addressing their investigations into the 2020 election and “unfounded” claims of digital manipulation. Not one of those statements have approached acknowledging the existence of this vulnerability, to which most experts agree there is no guarantee of preventing. Is it time for us to demand they to disclose everything they found, being that they have consistently reported no areas of “legitimate concern”? Is it time to demand that every group involved in our most sacred tradition — the cornerstone of “democracy” — tangibly prove to the American citizens that what happened to SolarWinds could and never did happen to our elections? Much more to come… ARTICLE: https://web.archive.org/web/20220818125518/https://gusquixote.substack.com/p/what-does-pollchief-have-to-do-with

What if I told you that every bit of communication infrastructure we use today might be built on fraudulent technology, that might have been sneakily funneled to China with the help of government channels in 1996? This Taiwan patent is registered to Jerry Lin and Lionel Ni in 1997 (priority 1-30-1996). In 1995, Lionel Ni was at Michigan State University and was the Program Director of the Microelectronic Systems Architecture Program of the National Science Foundation in Arlington, VA. >https://web.archive.org/web/20230529045312/https://rto.um.edu.mo/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Ni_CompleteVitae_UMAC.pdf Ni didn't leave the NSF position in Arlington until July of 1996, according to Ni's Curriculum Vitae, but the wheels were in motion on the technology in January of that year. This wouldn't be that significant had Ni not moved directly into a role as Chief Technology Officer of the company on this patent - Labs of Advanced Technologies International Corporation (LATIC), seamlessly upon his NSF exit. Even this would not be significant, other than the names used on the Taiwan patent are Chinese RE-translations of the English pseudonymous names of the Chinese individuals on the patent - Jerry Lin and Lionel Ni (corroborated by the Okemos address, translated a bit off here). I would be very interested to learn more about why this could be, or the history of LATIC Communications or the ghost himself, Jerry Lin...

OH, and because this is all connected, also keep in mind that MSU is doing all kinda research for DoD, while all sharing tech Lionel Ni built, while MSU was partnered in China with the other schools who owned Lionel Ni's IP, while also yet keeping the talent and money flowing thru Jonathan Choi who was connected to every Lionel Ni University, and through Microsoft swapping in and out researchers and leadership with all of the U.S.'s top researchers. 🧵***THREAD 1/8***🧵 1/ This is the Great Lakes Chinese Center a.k.a. Spartan Chinese School Spartan Chinese School is a not-for-profit K-12 school, funded by MSU donors like Chinese Academy of Sciences' financial advisor to the Dean, billionaire Jonathan KS Choi. Choi's Sun Wah Foundation foundation has donated millions to the university since 2004. The MSU K-12 program is hardwired into Michigan State University's intellectual property hub and startup incubator called the "Innovation Center," and its infrastructure through the K-12 school's leaders, who also hold senior positions in IT with MSU. The K-12 program's website is archived as far back as 2007, which is just after Konnech's SchoolBrief launched a pilot, and additionally just following the announcement of Konnech building a website for the Confucius Institute. The Confucius Institutes are generally responsible for Chinese "educational" programs operating out of American universities, but are managed directly by the Central Committee in Mainland China. In 2021, Konnech moved into MSU's Innovation Center as news broke of an alleged data leak of American voters' personal data onto servers in Wuhan following the 2020 Presidential election. Michigan State University is the home to the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams, the ILLIDAN Intelligent Data Analytics Lab, and performs research for the Center for Identification Technology Research, or CITeR biometrics lab, both with their heaping share of ties to Mainland China and sensitive PLA-connected research universities. The "C9 League" of universities in China is akin to America's "Ivy League" - among the most prestigious and influential in the world. I have highlighted previously the talent pipelines that cross MSU and other universities in Michigan, relying heavily on Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Microsoft Research. There is a lot to break down in this story, so hopefully this will help to help digest it. -https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_mi/800916828 -https://indico.frib.msu.edu/event/52/contributions/1119/attachments/400/1844/ND2022-1119.pdf -https://web.archive.org/web/20070626031554/http://www.msuchineseschool.org/… -https://uh.edu/nsm/_docs/cosc/seminars/2013/0913-cukic-slides.pdf

11/ What this means is that the same person who funded Konnech to launch a website for the Confucius Institute - Chinese billionaire Jonathan KS Choi - while pushing out a CRM platform for Detroit Public Schools contributed not only to the IT head of the Innovation Center where Konnech relocated in 2021... But Jonathan Choi also indirectly funded at least one researcher in the Computer Science and Engineering department named Xiaoming Liu who had his hands all over U.S.government-funded research at MSU.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
12/ Before we move along, plug in the timeline that follows all of the events of the Spartan Chinese School we just examined (much of this information is in my S-u-b5t^ck in my bio!) - ▶️2013 - Eugene Yu opened shell company called "CNBrief, LLC" ▶️2015 - Yu closed that shell and opened "GY Great Lakes, LLC" echoing the "Great Lakes Chinese Center" and another Jonathan Choi-funded MSU program, Global Young Leaders Network, or GYLN. ▶️2016 - Yu closed "GY Great Lakes, LLC" ▶️2019 - Eugene Yu's wife, Donna Wang opens another shell, "3ed Hub, LLC," which echoes Jonathan Choi's Beijing school called 3e International School. -------------------------- 🧵***THREAD***🧵 1/ Of all people to be involved with a highly influential Chinese billionaire's non-profit product, both Xiaoming Liu and Yiying Tong were perfectly positioned between two of MSU's cutting-edge, sensitive government technology laboratories: Center for Identification Technology Research - CITeR and ILLIDAN Intelligent Data Analytics Lab Here is a video from some of his work: -https://cvlab.cse.msu.edu/pdfs/Hou_Sarkis_Bi_Tong_Liu_CVPR2022.pdf-https://cvlab.cse.msu.edu/pdfs/hou_zhang_sarkis_bi_tong_liu_cvpr2021_footnote.pdf
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
2/ CITeR is the primary university-based facial and fingerprint biometrics lab for the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. -https://citer.clarkson.edu/about/center-overview/ Michigan State University has been a partner university with West Virginia University since CITeR’s founding when it became a site in 2019, that focused on privacy, security, natural language processing, genomics and forensics. --- IDIAP in Switzerland also joined as the first international site in 2019, focused on biometrics and presentation attack detection. The University of Arizona was where one of the PRC's leading AI researchers got a running start to run much of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation. I covered Feiyue Wang in a thread you can find here: - Arizona was the second site since the founding, but retired in 2016. - One of the center's premiere scientists, Anil Jain was elected in to the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019 likely for his contributions at Tsinghua University between roughly 2009 and 2013 - And so with Liu's visit to speak at the school, and if he received any perks as a result of it, there was provided a backchannel back from billionaire Jonathan KS Choi to Anil Jain through Xiaoming Liu and his interactions with the Spartan Chinese School. These types of scenarios are precisely why the FBI has repeatedly deemed these type of Chinese-funded and operated programs a major risk to national security.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
3/ A key thing to note in the case of Xiaoming Liu is that he consulted the Department of Justice's think tank, the National Institute of Justice, in 2011, only having resident status in the U.S., just something to note and consider. - Naturally, coming from a known pipeline of PLA talent, Zhejiang University, brings its set of red flags, but this case is a bit different: One, because of crossed talent pipelines to and from C9 League universities in China with Carnegie Mellon University... But TWO, because he was also at MSU in the same establishment that is directly connected to the Chinese Academy of Sciences with Yiying Tong, who is another 2000 Zhejiang University graduate. This may not seem significant now, but after one more look at Zhejiang University's alumni group soon will make it apparent. One of the early private sector donors to the CITeR lab was Cogent Systems, but purchased by 3M in 2010. Just before the purchase of Cogent Systems, the FBI, DOJ, U.S. Army, and DHS all funded Anil Jain... ...while he was teaching at Tsinghua University on what looks like a Chinese talent plan. This thread is to help you inform and decide for yourself: ------- Setting that aside, Cogent's former owner, Ming Hsieh, launched a genetics startup called Fulgent Genetics in in 2016, based in southern California. As you can probably guess...also one in Shanghai, China called Shanghai Junxi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. 上海君熙生物科技有限公司
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
4/ Before you begin wondering why I'm waxing on with the next bit, this is critical to connecting back to our United States Homeland. Fulgent Genetics is a main entity behind the NIH's genomic sequencing initiatives. Fulgent Genetics, coincidentally, also had the Los Angeles County Covid-19 testing contract, which met fierce opposition from Sheriff Alex Villanueva. Fulgent Genetics threatened to sue him, saying his claims of their ties to China were defamatory. -https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gtr/labs/500105/ As would be expected of a biotech executive, Fulgent Genetics' Director Hanlin Gao also has a network of business dealings in China. ------- He and Ming Hsieh are listed together on the same public access business registry in Mainland China. These links won't work in 12 hours, but here ya go: https://www.qcc.com/firm/cbe37870248a20b4d992503824c01690.html ------- Hanlin Gao is listed as the legal representative of the Chinese Mainland joint-venture, as well as full owner of its primary investor, Shenzhen Fukin Gene Technology Co., Ltd. 深圳福金基因科技有限公司, which was established just days before the Chinese branch of Fulgent Genetics. https://www.qcc.com/firm/cbe37870248a20b4d992503824c01690.html ...But Hanlin Gao is also listed as a "general manager" of a Zhejiang company, with an address that places it in a science park in downtown Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. https://www.qcc.com/firm/49e5cd8971680c83df07b60f731265aa.html
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
5/ Why all of this in a thread about biometrics, Big Data, and cybersecurity? https://minghsiehece.usc.edu/ - Ming Hsieh is a MAJOR donor to the University of Southern California's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, even having it named in his honor. - If you've been following my work for any amount of time, you may recall my prior thread on the ILLIDAN Lab, which includes membership from Ming Hsieh's namesake department at USC. The work that the two departments collaborate together on then goes to further profit their universities by making its way into tech incubators, where it will wait for the highest bidder, like this indoor air quality project: https://innovationcenter.msu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/AirSense-an-intelligent-home-based-sensing-system-for-indoor-air-quality-analytics.pdf - But yet another school which I threaded a bit on their connections to China as well, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is also a member of the ILLIDAN Lab at MSU. Read more about their connections by picking up this thread here: - That's where the story starts getting even more interesting. ***END OF THREAD 2*** /18/1/ next

In the thread I'm sharing in the next passage, there is a full display of the 2018 faculty of the Institute. The deans of ZJU-UIUC, both were astonishingly stated publicly to be part of the Thousand Talents program. You can read that throughout the entire thread highlighting this academic alliance here: Naturally, with UIUC's memberships in a DoD-funded AI laboratory and a joint-institute with Zhejiang University, this provided a clear pathway to move money, talent, and research between the two bodies, even if only for use in the private sectors. This partnership with Zhejiang University in 2016 coincided with Zhejiang University's Vice President being part of a Chinese Belt and Road-facing development group called the "Maritime Silk Road Society," but more on that in another couple threads...

3/ Recall again back to the American Zhu Kezhen Education Foundation, or AZKEF, from another of my prior threads (found here: https://t.co/jHk6zINbzx), and their direct administration by Zhejiang University. One focal point of the aforementioned thread was a UIUC computer science professor named Yizhou Yu, who was also intertwined with Microsoft Research Asia in 2008. You can find that specific tweet here: The Principal Investigator (PI) of the ILLIDAN Lab at MSU, Professor Jiayu Zhou, was also at Microsoft Research Asia just before Yizhou Yu's one-month stint at the same. web.archive.org/web/2016032723……- This was also while Lionel Ni, who grandfathered the Michigan election company called Konnech led the Microsoft Research Asia Key IT Lab from 2004 to 2014. - Lionel Ni was a former professor from MSU who was listed as an inventor on a 2008 Michigan State University patent that you can see here: Dr. Ni also pioneered the NSF's CISE program, beginning under just before President George H. W. Bush was defeated in his reelection bid by then-Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton in 1992. https://grantome.com/grant/NSF/EIA-9121641 ------- Back to Jiayu Zhou and the ILLIDAN-UIC-ZJU-AZKEF connection, a 2015 paper titled, "Learning A Task-Specific Deep Architecture For Clustering" was submitted with contributions from a researcher from Hefei University of Technology in Mainland China. Since I can remember (until the mid-2010's anyway), our government fed us the narrative of the atrocious human rights abuses by the Communist Party of China (CCP) while also encouraging their opening up to Western society and blending their practices with the West. However, a look at military and government spending since 2005 tells a very different tale as I've outlines some already in my "journalism," this particular grant included. This grant shows clearly that the United States DoD was funding research through the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Army Research Office (ARO) to Michigan State University, and that exact research was shared with a university in Mainland China. ...But this is just surface level.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
4/ While this particular project below didn't fund any parts of Mainland research, it did include Jiayu Zhou's PhD. supervising professor, Jieping Ye, who left Arizona State with Zhou, instead arriving at the University of Michigan with Zhou closeby, still researching together in the ILLIDAN Lab. web.archive.org/web/2016031516… - Ye is a VERY interesting guy, and you can find a good bit more on him here: - I shared this particular passage above to highlight the extent to which each person's personal data is susceptible to intrusion, misuse, or even to develop pathogens against a population. This is the source for research data - YOU. - Below, is another Jiayu Zhou project titled, "GSpartan: a Geospatio-Temporal Multi-task Learning Framework for Multi-location Prediction," in which I have highlighted the word "Geospatio-Temporal" to drive the point home that "geospatial data" is not a conspiracy theory, as 2000 Mules-deniers claim. In yellow, you'll notice Lifeng Luo, which from earlier in this very long thread, was the Vice Principal of Spartan Chinese School in 2022, at least, which is the Chinese K-12 program funded through donations to Michigan State University, like that of Chinese billionaire Jonathan KS Choi. web.archive.org/web/2016112419… --- You can search the archive of Jiayu Zhou's website that runs until his transition to Michigan State Univ. here: web.archive.org/web/2023072315… His contemporary site is here: https://web.archive.org/web/20230805141825/https://jiayuzhou.github.io/ --- As you will notice from the research below, Jiayu Zhou's orbit directly crossed that of the CITeR Lab's orbit with now-Chinese Academy of Sciences member and MSU professor Anil Jain. This work was funded by the National Science Foundation and the Office of Naval Research. web.archive.org/web/2020101300… - Jiayu Zhou also collaborated with Jieping Ye on several NIH projects like this one called, "FeaFiner: Biomarker Identification from Medical Data through Feature Generalization and Selection," found here: https://web.archive.org/web/20201013004256/https://jiayuzhou.github.io/papers/jzhouKDD13.pdf - There is another study on "clustering analysis," performed with both the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. https://web.archive.org/web/20210507035333/https://jiayuzhou.github.io/papers/qwangICDM16.pdf ------ Even then, the ball is just now rolling, as we look in depth, very quickly, at a few more of the other researchers caught in this web in the next two posts...

5/ While I applaud the research into something my grandmother herself deals with - Parkinson's Disease - this focus of research is also the scapegoat and backbone upon which human-machine neural integration research lies. This project, "An RNN Architecture with Dynamic Temporal Matching for Personalized Predictions of Parkinson’s Disease," was done in collaboration with scientists from Dalian University, Tsinghua University, IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Cornell University, and the University of Washington. If the subject is of interest to you, read more here: https://web.archive.org/web/20201013004300/https://jiayuzhou.github.io/papers/xcaoSDM17.pdf Since 2015, University of Washington and Tsinghua University have partnered through a US-based institute called the Global Innovation Exchange, or GIX, backed by Microsoft. I previously posted the video from its opening here: ------- At the time, Tsinghua University was also partnered with Carnegie Mellon University, who between themselves and the National Science Foundation, were a revolving door of leadership for Chinese Academy of Sciences member and former NSF Director Subra Suresh and... - Jeanette Wing, who left the NSF to lead CMU's Department of Computer Science and Engineering, left that post to lead Microsoft Research as Vice President, overseeing both the U.S. and Asia programs simultaneously. (more: https://t.co/0x4fWUXA9x) ------- Moving on from Jiayu Zhou to some other figures in the Michigan State University Department of Computer Science and Engineering... ---------------------- - Another professor who is now at Alibaba in Beijing, Alex X. Liu was preparing to leave his post at MSU for Alibaba in Beijing. This places Alex Liu himself inside Nanjing University - another C9 League university at the very time that he was at Michigan State University and having his connections to both CITeR and ILLIDAN faculty or researchers. web.archive.org/web/2017070511… - Before taking a brief look at a couple of other department faculty, here is a patent I found a little bit...creepy upon discovering it. Side note: This reminded me of when I watched the live broadcast of "The Pit" and there was a presenter that was demo'ing what was essentially an AI-powered "loyalty tester" that reads vitals, reflexes, and impulses non-intrusively to determine whether or not someone is lying and/or "loyal". It was a very real, in-your-face display of the future that has been designed for us. https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/32/8c/75/878113444b9412/US9154748.pdf - The "Online Examination Proctoring System" patent was, like Lionel Ni's invention, registered to Michigan State University under Alex X. Liu and Xiaoming Liu, who we'll look at next.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
6/ Xiaoming Liu is a highly esteemed professor at Michigan State University who specializes mainly in biometric software development. He has worked on numerous Department of Energy, National Institute of Justice, and GE Global Research projects out of the Visualization and Computer Vision Lab. He has listed in his Michigan State faculty site three projects in which he collaborated with Yiying Tong, the former IT head for Spartan Chinese School, mentioned much earlier in this thread. You can see those projects here: https://cvlab.cse.msu.edu/author/xiaoming-liu.html He has also provided YouTube videos demonstrating his developments here: https://youtu.be/fbP2i5ywZvw and here: https://youtu.be/hinP2IwkA5E. - In 2017, Liu was published in the Neurocomputing journal in his work titled, "Fast single image dehazing based on a regression model" with research contributions from the Department of Physics and College of Information Engineering at Capital Normal University, the Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Imaging Technology, and the Beijing Key Laboratory of Electronic System Reliability Technology. https://web.archive.org/web/20221127071715/https://www.cse.msu.edu/~liuxm/publication/Luam_Shang_Zhou_Shao_Guo_Liu_Neuro.pdf - This Key lab is administered by the Beijing municipal government and the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), directly. The only two Americans on the project were also situated in university departments funded directly by the FBI, DHS, and DoD's biometrics research grants - a.k.a. your tax dollars. I have to say it because I didn't catch it, but do not contact these researchers. They are doing their jobs and furthering humanity, whether you agree with the research they carry out or not. I fault no one for promoting the interests of their own country, and in fact, my entire issue is with our countrymen promoting the interests of other countries above our own. Do NOT contact these people or the schools. This is an issue for Congress and Congress alone to handle. It's your job to get the right people in there in 2024 to make sure that happens, whatever side of the aisle they may be on. I hope you get whatever legal recourse comes to you if you do.

24/ Following the return of Hong Kong to China, China’s acceptance to the WTO, and China’s establishing the economic framework to market their latest technological products, global institutions like the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Open Society Foundation, IREX, Microsoft, and universities took full advantage of the new influx of capital. The individuals steering these foundations would also soon be steering government programs and directing billions of dollars of taxpayer resources from appointed positions.

In fact, the larger story really actually just got started.

It would only take one more Five-Year Plan before the US government merged the government hedge fund of USAID with NSF in 2011 and turbocharged global development (among other things). If you're one of the frothy-mouthed, screaming lunatic MAGA-ites who follow the "Anon" space, you've likely witnessed some truly VILE, HUMILITATING, DESTRUCTIVE, COUNTERINTUITIVE, and seemingly CONTRADICTORY BEHAVIOR directed at three people specifically. Well, this thread completely explains why the TerroristAnon faction has launched their attacks with logistical support from Asshat MAGA. They're afraid for participating in what the rest of us call "CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY." There are no "taking orders," "just doing my job," etc. Come forward and undo the mess you made, or your names will be written in history books for all eternity next to Bill Gates, MOSSAD, and Rothschild.

5/ Nearby Raycom Infotech Park is Tsinghua University's own Tuspark, complete with intellectual property exchanges and incubators for university research.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
6/ The only thing about Tsinghua University is that it is not only partnered with Zhejiang University and also another "C9 League" (China's "Ivy League") school, but is also among those schools listed by the FBI for be a risk for espionage and IP theft.
@GusQuixote - GusQuixote
7/ Here is a video from Youtube of a day spent at Tsinghua University and Tuspark in Beijing, China. Around the 11:55 mark, the camera pans over Tuspark. Bear in mind that Tsinghua University is the epicenter of the urban development template being integrated into the West with "smart cities," or "15-minute cities," wherein everything is heavily monitored, regulated, and enforced with impunity. Why is it "The Capital" doesn't appear to implement much of the same environmental regulations (smog) and appears to manage its massive population with ease, in comparison with the United States? And where are all the graffiti, barred windows, street fights, tent cities, and obesity!? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQzXaUVBHI0

Who knew that the Center for Internet Security (CIS) was the (only) consortium who built the only protections we have for our entire digital infrastructure? Who knew it was another Globalist project? From 2014: "CIS is a not-for-profit organization comprised of more than 180 members from 17 countries. Its diverse membership includes many large companies, such as VISA, Intel, Chevron and First Union; government agencies, such as the US Department of Justice, the US Treasury, Infocom Development Authority of *Singapore* and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; educational institutions, such as Stanford, Dartmouth, Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and Monash University in Australia; as well as consulting organizations, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu." https://web.archive.org/web/20140312224452/http://www.isaca.org/Journal/Past-Issues/2001/Volume-6/Pages/The-Center-for-Internet-Security-Global-Security-Benchmarks-for-Computers-Connected-to-the-Internet.aspx…
