Speaker 1: Well, there's no doubt emotions are running very high in the war between Russia and Ukraine. People are upset, in shock, and disbelief. But one thing that isn't helping at all is the unbelievable amount of fake images and videos being spread, not only on social media, but also by legitimate news outlets. I even made the mistake myself here on Rising on Friday when I say that I was impressed with Zelensky getting into full military gear to fight on the front lines. Turns out, that was an image from last April.
I fell for it. I apologize.
Speaker 0: That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters, the very minds of the people we are trying to save.
Speaker 1: Unfortunately, I'm not alone in falling for it. Bild, a political news outlet in Germany, shared a video of what looked to be a horrific bombing by the Russians in Kyiv during one of their broadcasts. But it turns out the footage was from a 2015 chemical explosion in Tianjin, China. Newsmax used a photo of a crying older woman standing in front of her devastated used footage from used footage from the video game War Thunder when talking about the war in Ukraine. No doubt viewers seeing a rain of missiles were horrified.
So I wanna go through some of the most egregious examples of the fake news circulating around, but I have to preface this. Because we are in a Western nation that is supportive of Ukraine in this conflict, the vast majority of the fake news that we see circulating is anti Russian. So I'll be debunking a lot of this type of information. However, I have no doubt similar fake news is circulating in Russia and in pro Russian countries, showing fake news that is disparaging of Ukrainians. We're just not seeing much of it, so I can't debunk it.
So keep this in mind before you lash out at me and call me a pro Putin Russian asset at the end of this segment.
Speaker 0: But until we do, these people are still a part of that system, and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it.

It was being reported that 13 heroic soldiers on Snake Island were confronted by a a Russian warship. The audio recording shows the Russians telling the Ukrainians to lay down their arms to avoid bloodshed and unjustified deaths. The Ukrainians are infamously heard saying Russian warship, go f yourself. It was then reported they fought valiantly until they were all killed by the Russians.
President Zelensky even announced he would posthumously award the men medals of valor. Well, it turns out, whomever claimed they had died was mistaken. Instead, the Ukrainian border guard disputed whether anyone was killed. And shortly after, video footage emerged of the Russians giving food and water to the 82 men, not 13, from Snake Island who were then being transferred to Crimea. Some of the soldiers have now given interviews saying if the Russians wanted to bury him, they would have, and now they instead will go home to their family.

But thank goodness the person actually survived this crushing experience. Media was reporting this as a Russian tank and using it to show the callousness of the Russians and their invasion, but it turns out this was actually a Ukrainian tank that had lost control and accidentally ran over that vehicle, and I'm sure everyone involved was relieved that person was okay. This was being reported as a Ukrainian man sending his family to safety while he fights against the Russians. Well, the man is Ukrainian, sort of, I suppose. He's one of the rebels in the Donetsk People's Republic.
He was sending his family to Russia for safety while he stayed behind to fight Ukrainian forces. The original video was posted by the mayor of his town several days before the Russians invaded Ukraine.

So to have 6 in one day, or even 10 in 1 week is incredible.
It's actually unbelievable, in fact. And it turns out the footage is from a video game called Digital Combat Simulator. But even with this video being debunked, the former Ukrainian President, Poroshenko, is tweeting that it's real and even shared a masked photo of the pilot. And and there's a lot of wild claims going around of who the pilot is, Pilots there's a lot of, talk that maybe the pilot's even a woman. And of course, it turns out that that old photo, that photo there is actually an old photo that's recirculated.
So it's still unlikely the ghost of Kyiv is real, but a lot of people fell for it, and you can't blame them for wanting to boost up morale, I suppose. Now the list of this fake news or fake videos and images just is endless on social media. Totally endless.

The 2020 election took place under a Trump declared national emergency that set an election day trap for the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure. This story begins with a little known executive order signed into existence on September 12, 20 18 by president Donald j Trump. That order available at white house dot gov is entitled executive order on imposing certain sanctions in the the event of foreign interference in the United States election.
In that executive order, which almost no one has covered since the day it was signed, president Trump declares a national emergency. That emergency is still in play to this day, and the 2020 was conducted under this state of emergency, which is a crucial point to understand what's coming next. Unauthorized accessing of election infrastructure. In the executive order, the president also states that people and organizations located in part outside the United States are known to be able to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation. If you're starting to see how this ties into CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and MSNBC, you're not alone.
All those organizations, as you'll soon see, have been caught under this emergency declaration of foreign interference in US elections aided by complicit corporations on US soil. The executive order further states that this foreign interference in US elections constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Why is this relevant to anything we're seeing right now with the massive election fraud carried out by the Democrats and the deep state? Because Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company, and site is run out of Spain. That's right.
Dominion is a foreign owned company, which makes dominion based election theft a foreign interference issue. Sight, by the way, is connected to George Soros and the Democrats. And according to the Gateway Pundit, Bill Gates also owns stock in Sight. Dominion is Canadian, Syte is from Spain. Both represent foreign interference in US elections with data routed through servers in Germany.
Another voting machine company called Cite, also widely used in US elections, is located in Spain. As great game India reports, days after it was revealed how 2020 US elections were rigged by Canadian crown agent, Dominion Voting Systems, through a so called glitch. Now great game India has found involvement of another dubious foreign company in US election meddling. The votes cast by Americans were counted by a bankrupted Spanish company site in Spain. Like Dominion Voting Systems, site has a long history of election fraud in various nations, including injecting backdoors in its election software.
The issue has prompted experts to question why the sensitive job of counting votes was outsourced to a foreign company? How could a bankrupted Spanish company count American votes in Spain? Due to such widespread fraud, the chairman of the US Federal Election Commission, Trey Treanor, believes that the 2020 US presidential election is illegitimate.
Speaker 1: Is the chair of the Federal Election Commission, which oversees public funding in presidential elections. Trey, thanks so much for for joining me here. I'll start with this. What is your reaction to what's happening in Pennsylvania? Do you believe or do you know, are observers able to watch the ballots being counted as Pam Bondi pushed back on?
Speaker 2: Well, based upon what I know, observers have not been allowed into the polling locations in a meaningful way as required by the court order that the Trump campaign received. When they have been allowed in, the kind of the goalpost has been moved, They were supposed to be allowed within 6 feet of the ballots and they have not been allowed that meaningful access. And our whole political system is based upon transparency to avoid the appearance of corruption. And that's what we do at the FEC every day. And now we're seeing this play out, in Pennsylvania and other states where there's not transparency in this election.
Speaker 1: Trey, as we move forward in in in modern times, everyone has a cell phone. There's video just about everywhere. You could see just about everything. And the video we just showed earlier appears to show someone filling out the ballot at the table. There's so many videos out there.
And, again, we have to confirm all this stuff. But do you believe there is voter fraud out there, specifically in Pennsylvania and other states that are weighing heavily in on this election?
Speaker 2: I do believe that there's voter fraud taking place in these places. Otherwise, they would allow the observers to go in. When you have claims of, you know, 10,000 people who don't live in the state of Nevada, having voted in Nevada, you have the video showing where people are, you know, they're either they're either duplicating a a spoiled ballot right there or they're, in the process of just marking a ballot that came in blank for a voter. That's a process that needs to be observed by election observers. State law allows those observers to be in there.
And if they're not, then the law is not being followed making this, an illegitimate election. Alright.
Speaker 0: Are missing in all of this is that Trump's 2018 executive order gives the DOJ the power to seize all assets of individuals and companies that were complicit in aiding or covering up this foreign interference in US elections. The national emergency order specifically calls for seizure of all assets of entities that have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election. That would, of course, have to include practically every CNN fake news anchor, every big tech CEO, every fake news journal terrorist from NBC News, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. They are all complicit in gaslighting America and covering up the massive foreign election interference that just took place. Trump's executive order further explains that asset seizures shall target people and entities which have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods in support of any activity described in subsection of this section, or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to order, or to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
In other words, the executive order covers every person who has been corrupted or compromised by communist China, and that includes at least 80% of Democrat lawmakers, by our estimates, including senators Feinstein and Schiff. Every organization involved in the election theft and cover up can now be seized by the US government, but that's not even the full extent of what's demanded by this executive order. In section 8, the order explains that the term person also means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization. That's a process that needs to be observed by election observers. State law allows those observers to be in there.
