Iโ€™m exposing what I see as a mega scam in the โ€œpro-Palestineโ€ movement: deception, not a mistake, built to fabricate a genocide narrative to profit from it and to back global criminal networks. Gazaโ€™s children suffer, but the real oppressors are Hamas and those who enable them. Since Oct 7 theyโ€™ve stolen voices, bullied facts, and raised donations. The center is Maze (@MazeLove14), allegedly misusing othersโ€™ voices, notably the singer @samharveyuk, as her own performances.

@ICK_GalG - Gal G., Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿงต1/ REVEALED: A MEGA SCAM FOR THE FAKE PRO PALESTINE MOVEMENT: you might hear that this is about a โ€œhuman mistakeโ€ / Karaoke nonsense / cancel culture victims / Spaces drama etc. But itโ€™s really, IMO, about so much more. This will be a long and deep dive. For those of you who still havenโ€™t realized that deception is not a random โ€œmistakeโ€ but rather a concept for the fake โ€œpro Palestinianโ€ movement- orchestrated to fabricate and promote a fake genocide narrative only to justify profiting from it and also to support a global criminal terrorist organizations- you are not there yet. You donโ€™t see the truth yet. I hope that you get there, because this is what Israel has been fighting for more than a year instead of focusing only on saving our people and our country, and on recovering from a genocidal brutal attack on October 7th that some evil people call โ€œresistanceโ€. Stealing, lying, fabricating facts and emotionally extorting people to believe that the criminals are the victims and the victims are the aggressors- is exactly what theyโ€™ve done to Israel and to Zionists/ Jews in general. There are endless evidence of that mechanism- you can see a small fraction of it on @GAZAWOOD1 The children in Gaza ARE suffering and ARE victims of this situation- but their true oppressors and abusers are the Gaza death cult: the Muslim brotherhood (Hamas mainly) - that are followed by, celebrated and supported by the adults in Gaza (โ€œPalestiniansโ€), by the UN institutions in Gaza and by many others complicit in this Iranian / Qatari criminal industry. For years, but mostly since October 7th - they have been terrorizing the Israeli / Jewish people, then committed a genocidal attack on us, followed by robbing us of facts, validation of the crimes they did to us, of our history, and then bullying us with more lies and fabrications. At the center of this new scam on social media (one of many scam campaigns) - was the leading โ€œangle voiceโ€ for pro Palestine: Maze (@ MazeLove14). This is not a mistake and not random, itโ€™s malicious and professional. And it looks like she wasnโ€™t working alone in deception. Apparently she stole many voices and claimed that itโ€™s her voice and performance - then raised donations with it, but there was one talented covers singer that she used the most. Meet the main victim here: a talented performer called @samharveyuk , with more than 2.3 million subscribers on YouTube (this cover performance was also stolen by Maze)- you can find her here: https://youtube.com/@samharveyuk?si=ISEciCpoaeHA_JA0 On both clips itโ€™s her voice, her performance, on one of them Maze claimed itโ€™s her live performance >>

Silent when Israelis sought help condemning sexual assaults, certain individuals now claim reports are 'unverified'. Samantha Pearson, director of the University of Alberta's Sexual Assault Center, along with Canadian politicians Sarah Jama and Susan Kim, are criticized for their ignorance and moral confusion. They should have understood the difficulty victims face in testifying amid chaos. Evidence exists, exposing their complicity in institutionalized silence and denial. This is a disgusting betrayal. May they never experience the horror they helped perpetuate.

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

The absolute shameful excuse of a human being and of a woman especially, that were silent and nowhere to be found when Israelis called for help in condemning with outrage the barbaric sexual assaults that were committed in Oct. 7th, are now claiming that reports of rape and sexual brutality were 'unverified', in a letter full with ignorance and severe moral confusion, among others signed by no other than Samantha Pearson, the director of the University of Albertaโ€˜s Sexual Assault Center / @ualberta , @ulabartasac And by the despicable Canadian politicians @SarahJama_ and @SusanKimYYJ As women YOU shouldโ€™ve been first to understand how extremely difficult it will be to depose and testify those specific victims to those specific crimes, and in the midst of chaos no less. But there are plenty of unbearable evidence by now, I will attach a small portion of it. I have no words to describe how disgusting this is, may this be an eternal moral stain on your souls and resume. May you never experience anything remotely close to this horror show that you helped - of institutionalized silence and then DENIAL of an assault, by the same institutions and people that should have been FIRST to shout out your voices and protect you. Disgusting.

Kibbutz Nir Oz, once home to 400 residents, was brutally attacked. Terrorists targeted civilians, using detailed maps to locate populated areas. They went door to door, burning houses and shooting/kidnapping residents, including children. Many children were taken to Gaza. Entire families were murdered, burned alive, or kidnapped. The IDF arrived late, and a small squad fought the terrorists. The WhatsApp group chat reveals the horrifying details. Adina was dragged out through the window and appeared in a video with the gunmen. Speaker 0: Neuraz was one of the 1st kibbutzim attacked on October 7th by Hamas gunmen. Security cameras recorded some of them entering armed with automatic weapons and RPGs. When we visited near Oz this week, the carnage was clear. No family, no home here was untouched by terror. People's possessions are strewn all around, left behind by men who looted and killed for more than were hours. The silence now sounds sickening. A breeze blows through broken windows, replies buzz in the debris. The residents who survived are gone. Only some cats have returned. Every home it seems has been defiled. Family photos remain on the fridge. The people who lived here hid in their safe room. Were lucky for them, the door held strong. You can Speaker 1: tell gunmen tried to pry this door open. Rep This handle has nearly been pulled off from from tugging it. They weren't able. The the lock held. It looks like they tried to pry open the door as well. You can fit your through here. They could just maybe look in, but they couldn't actually break through this door. Speaker 0: Around back, were we checked the window of the safe room. Inside, the bed and sheets are soaked with blood. 1 member of the family who hid here was wounded, but he and they survived. But according to the IDF, about a quarter of the 400 people who lived in near Oz are dead or missing. Speaker 1: Re In another house in this kibbutz, gunman broke in and murdered a woman named Bracha Levinson. They not only killed her, they got access to her Facebook account, And they live streamed an image of her lying in a pool of blood on the ground, so that her friends and family could see. This is Bracha Levinson. Speaker 0: She was 74 years old. Her neighbors, Adena and David Moshe, were also in their seventies. That lived in near Oz for more than 50 years. We found their home completely torched. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. They hid in their safe room when the gunmen came. Her granddaughter, Anat, says Adena messaged her family they were okay. Speaker 2: My grandmother was very, very strong. She didn't want us to We panicked. Speaker 1: Later on worried about you in that moment. Speaker 2: She's This kind of woman, she always take care of us. Speaker 0: But inside the safe room, there was reason to panic. A pool of dried blood, were evidence of what happened. David Moshe was shot and killed here holding onto the door handle to prevent the gunman from getting in. Speaker 2: He was a hero. He was shot. So there are 3, gunshots on the door that succeeded to Break through the door. Speaker 0: Their attackers dragged Adina Moshi out through the safe room window. She later appeared in this video posted online sandwiched between gunmen on a motorbike in Gaza. Some of the missing have been found. The bodies of 80 year old Carmela Dan and her 13 year old granddaughter, Noya, were identified arrived this week. Her former son-in-law, Afar Khalduron, is still missing, as are 2 of his children, Sahar and Erez. This video shows Erez being dragged away by gunmen, one of whom appears to have blood on his hand. Speaker 2: Rep Speaker 0: located where the video was shot. Speaker 1: This is the last known location of Erez Calderon. He was 12 years old. He was kidnapped by Hamas gunmen, and he was videotaped as they were dragging him away in this direction. This is the fence to the the kibbutz, And Gaza is only about a mile and a half away. You can see, an explosion that's just taken place in Gaza off in the distance. So the gunman didn't have far to take him in order to get him back, into Gaza. Speaker 0: There's video of Shiri Bhabhas being kidnapped as well, clutching her 2 children, Ariel and Kaphar. Her husband is missing too. We talked to her cousin last week. Speaker 3: I want my family back. I want my family back. I'm trying to be strong and so I can and speak clearly, but I'm I'm devastated. Speaker 0: All of the families of Niraz are devastated. David Moshe was buried there this week. His granddaughter, Anat, wanted us to see a video that was played at his funeral and from a celebration at the kibbutz earlier this year. That's David singing. Rep he's then joined by other members of the kibbutz. Speaker 2: He's singing the first sentence. This is what the song means. Time will fix all that breaks. That's the message, and you should you're allowed to be afraid, and you're allowed to be sad. But tomorrow, we can rebuild and recover. Speaker 0: Anderson Cooper, CNN, near

Speaker 0: Hearing my story, I'm 26 years old. I was born in Gaza Strip. I was growing up in I'm sick at Daddy, Speaker 1: Abdul can't Remember when he first knew he was gay, but he always remembers living in fear. This is the first time that he's telling his story to the world, and we've changed His name for his safety. He's also asked us not to show his full face. Like most young boys living in the Gaza Strip, Abdul was raised in a strictly religious Islamist household, Going to mosque every day with his family. But because Abdul's father was a member of Hamas, Abdul had to be even more careful To hide his truth. Speaker 0: What's life for gay people? It's hard to be gay because I don't feel free from Gaza. There are many People gay on Gaza Strip, and we're different from Hamas also. If you are a gang, you should be hiding. It's so hard. I was so scared. Scared for for everything, you know, for hating, for kidnapping. I was so afraid. I was afraid, Hamas find out I was gay. Speaker 1: To be queer in the Gaza Strip is a crime, and members of the LGBTQ community are constantly at risk. Hamas, the Islamic terror organization that's ruled Gaza since 2007 prohibits homosexual relations and prowls the streets for Anyone breaking the law, and those who are caught can face death. That's why when Abdul Abdul was seen with his boyfriend. He was almost immediately reported. Speaker 0: The people saw me with my boyfriend, and they told Hamas. Speaker 1: Over the Course of 5 years, Abdul says Hamas would kidnap him off of the streets, torture him, and then release him again. At the age of 22, They let him go for the last time. Speaker 0: They make me swearing on oath on the Quran that, I don't do that again. Speaker 1: That you won't be here Yes. But even though Abdul was free, he had nowhere to go. For 2 years, Abdul lived on the streets until he managed To scrape together enough money to escape into Egypt and then make his way to Turkey. Speaker 0: I paid $1500 to to get out of the Gaza Strip and enter Egypt. Speaker 1: Even though Abdul now lives thousands of miles away from Gaza, today he lives in constant fear that Somebody will identify him, and that it'll be sent back into the clutches of Hamas. Speaker 0: I miss my family in Gaza, but I can't go back. Speaker 1: Why can't you go back? Speaker 0: Because I'm scaring. Speaker 1: Abdul's story Sadly isn't unique. The Gaza Strip and the West Bank are listed among the most dangerous places in the world for LGBTQ Cue people. And apart from the physical danger of potentially being exposed, there are devastating social consequences. A recent poll conducted by the Air Barometer Research Network found that only 5% of Palestinians in the West Bank accept same sex relations. There are no Statistics on the matter in the Gaza Strip because of how taboo of a subject homosexuality is. But it's not only gay people who face abuse by Palestinian leadership. Just last month, Human Rights Watch released a report alleging that Palestinian authorities in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip systematically torture critics in detention to punish And intimidate them. The report describes violent abuses of power by Palestinian forces. Just like what Abdul says he endured at the hands of Hamas.

Speaker 0: Walk us through what happened after the immediate attack because as I understand, you and many others sought shelter in a bomb shelter that was nearby in the region. Speaker 1: This is true. So, we were in, a mikunit. It's a concrete structure, that is it's made to make you feel safe and to keep you to keep you in a safe place from bombs that fall. What happened is that we went there and we were we were seeking somewhere safe to be so so that we wouldn't we were we're not in harm's way. And and it just they they just came out of nowhere, and they started attacking us, throwing grenades at us. They they shot an RPG at the entrance. They killed tens of people. We entered 30 people, to the Micrones. 7 came out alive, Partially injured. 5 others were kidnapped and all the rest were dead. And, what happened when they when they, when they finished kidnapping people and shooting up everyone else that was in the Mignonit, They left us there in a pile of bodies with human parts all over the place. I remember sitting and just looking at the wall and seeing a piece of someone's brain on on on the ceiling or on the on the wall. And it was It was the worst experience I had in my life, and I I just was stuck there for 5 hours. I had nothing to do. I couldn't leave. I couldn't look outside because I was so afraid. There were a few points where I thought maybe I should get up and and and and try to leave and go look for help, But you heard people speaking Arabic and gunshots and explosions. It was horrible. Speaker 0: Just to be clear, are you saying that you witnessed some of these killings take place? Did you witness people dying around you or being attacked and then dying? Speaker 1: So as I said, a 2nd ago, they started throwing grenades at us. There was 1 kid named, his name was Anel Shapira. He He he, he saw them throwing the grenades at us, and he started tossing the grenades back out. He saved all of our lives. And what happened was after they threw 3, 4 grenades at him and he tossed them out, they they brought a They they brought out an RPG. They shot it at the entrance, and he exploded in front of my face. Half of his head was severed off. Both of his legs disappeared. Weird. I don't know what happened to them. There was another kid, Hirsch Goldberg. He's an American citizen. I saw his arm fly off in front of my face and, and and he just sat there. He was confused. He didn't know what to do because No one expects anything like this to happen. I I remember sitting there and I see here Hirsch without his arm And I'm screaming at him, look, make sure that they're not throwing any more grenades, that no one's coming in. And they kept on throwing grenades. It it was a horrible experience. I don't know. I don't even know how to continue. Speaker 0: You know, certainly, these are really graphic details, and I don't wanna put you through reliving that trauma. But I do wanna ask you what was the worst of your injuries and how you're doing now? Speaker 1: So I I wasn't injured too bad compared to other people there. There were a couple that that got out that, that got out with me and they survived. 1 was shot in the arm. His girlfriend was shot in the leg. I was hit by a lot of shrapnel, after a nary, Blew up from the RPG. I think they kept on throwing the grenades, and I was able to throw another 1 or 2 out of the bomb shelter before One of them exploded and and made me lose consciousness. Mhmm. I have shrapnel in my face, both of my arms and my chest and both of my legs. The worst injury, I think, Was or is a piece of shrapnel that's in my chest. It's lodged in there next to, my lungs. For now, we don't really know what to do with it. I'm still trying to figure out. I'm I'm going to a lot of doctors and getting checked out and And hoping to God that it's not something too severe. Speaker 0: What led to your eventual rescue because you're looking much better now and you appear to be at home. What led to your eventual rescue so that you're now out of harm's way and safe and reunited with your family. Speaker 1: So I feel safer, or as safe as you can be in a country that's at war. There's sirens every day, and, obviously, I'm getting anxiety attacks from it every time just thinking of being in the bunker. So to answer your question, There was a civilian named Deal. His son was at the party as well, and he came looking for him. And I think he he saw dead bodies at the entrance of the mignonit, the concrete structure, and he just popped in his head. And it was like seeing an angel finally seeing someone that could protect us with a weapon. He called the military. The military came instantly, and they picked us up. They took us to Siroca Hospital. That's where we we arrived and, got checked out and and were released home after that. Speaker 0: Okay. Ethan, I wanna thank you for your time this morning and thank you for sharing your experience with us. I know that it's hard to speak about these details, but it certainly helps us and our viewers on this side of the world gained some more understanding of what went what people went through over there. You take care and thank you for being with us. Speaker 1: Thank you very much, and thank you for letting me tell my story. I I really hope that people understand that what happened there was a massacre. If you if you walked into the concrete structure after I got out of there, you I don't think anyone could walk in there without breaking down in tears and just crying. It's not I can't really understand why anyone would do something at to civilians. Speaker 0: So we're very sorry to hear about your experience, Ethan. Thank you again. Speaker 1: Thank you very much.

Michal Karten-Lahav, mother of Amit Lahav, expresses her anger and grief over her daughter's murder at a music festival. She believed in coexistence and peace, but now questions those ideals. Amit was a vibrant and caring person, always seeking adventure and helping others. The terrorists' claim of not targeting civilians is a lie. Until all hostages are safe and murderers held accountable, peace talks are off the table. Amit's tragic death serves as a reminder of the ongoing conflict's devastating consequences.

Michal Karten-Lahav, mother of Amit Lahav, 23 years old, murdered at the music festival on October ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป โ€œI'm angry!!! I am angry that I believed in coexistence; I am angry that I believed in the idea of โ€‹โ€‹two states for two peoples; I'm angry that I thought that there are people on the other side who want to live in peace as well and raise mentally healthy children; I am angry with whoever allowed the party to take place where it took place; I am angry at those who saw the pieces of the puzzle but not the whole picture; I am angry that my Amit will no longer experience great love; that I will not stand by her side on her wedding day; I am angry about dreams that have been murdered; I'm so angry!!! I worried about her, I was worried when she hiked in Central America on volcanoes; I was worried when she traveled in South America in the favelas; When she distributed all her money to the needy; I was worried when she first drove to Tel Aviv; I made sure she didn't fall when she was riding horses; I was worried when she dived with sharks; I was worried when she developed an allergy to mosquito bites; On Saturday morning I called her to make sure she had a shelter room when the rockets alerts started (who even thought it could be something else...); Amit Lahav celebrated her 23rd birthday two weeks before the cursed Shabbat, this week she was supposed to start studying computer science, she was so excited. She was always full of purpose, optimistic, smiling, comforting, laughter, beautiful on the outside but more beautiful on the inside. You will forever remain 23 years old ๐Ÿ˜ญ May God avenge her bloodโ€

In 2005, Israel left Gaza, leaving behind settlements, greenhouses, and public buildings. They offered the citizens a chance to build a prosperous and independent city. However, instead of utilizing the funds for development, Gaza chose to invest in terrorism. They built war tunnels, educated children to kill, and launched attacks on Israeli cities. This led to the destruction of Gaza, turning it into a hellish place.

Just take the keys and come. You received 1,000,000,000 of dollars to start a new and good and independent For your citizens, you were able to build cities for glory, with beautiful parks, and great beaches. You could learn from us how to farm in the desert. We would help, support. We would work together for a common future. The borders with us and with Egypt were open. You could be a small and strong economic and touristic town. Singapore didn't. Hong Kong didn't. But you chose to direct the money for terrorism. Build a network of war tunnels, planning terrorist attacks, Educate your children to kill, fire missiles on our cities, sending suicide bombs instead of helping your citizens build a ladder. The Israel-Pfizer deal has been shrouded in secrecy, with multiple agreements and amendments hidden from the public. Only one agreement, regarding medical data research, has been disclosed. Recently, through a legal petition, it was revealed that the Ministry of Health (MOH) acknowledges the existence of these agreements. However, the MOH refused to discuss the redacted clauses of the research agreement. The MOH claims to represent the public interest but seems to prioritize Pfizer's interests. Confidentiality obligations have been cited as the reason for withholding information. The hidden agreements have now been partially revealed, but heavily censored. This raises concerns about transparency and the MOH's role in protecting public interests.

There is a multi-front existential war on Israel with heavy propaganda. We have questions about the beginning of the massacre, but testimonies confirm a cruel and unimaginable event. Atrocities include burning civilians alive, indiscriminate shooting, rape, and beheadings. Graphic evidence is not provided, but exonerating Hamas from this crime is a choice. Be cautious of relying on propaganda and bots. The mission does not stop with Israel and Jews.

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

To all my followers from the international community take note. First, please listen to this video attached from ZAKA volunteer (the organization in charge of collecting body parts in Israel - Jews must be buried with all body parts) and then please read this. There is a multi-front existential war on Israel now and it includes heavy propaganda. As Israelis with consistent critical thinking about our government and also about officials all over the world, I and my friends are skeptical about every piece of information but also very familiar with the despicable false propaganda system of Hamas, Iran and the many bots that serve them out of many interests. Yes, we have many difficult โ€ขquestionsโ€ข about the beginning of the massacre that took place in Israel and we will ask them for sure, but we also know for sure from testimonies from the field of our relatives, friends and families that there was a cruel and unimaginable massacre in Israel. This is not a debatable information for us it is a harsh and painful fact and we are still collecting body parts and burying our dead. Because these atrocities are too great to imagine of digest, the evidence is not attached with graphic images from the field of butchered babies, etc., but we know as an absolute fact about some of them, including the burning of civilians while alive, indiscriminate shooting, rape, as well as beheadings. Personally, I try to be as accurate in the information and details as possible, but in the chaos conditions they have created for us, it is almost impossible, and therefore it finally comes down to the one important point: Do you wish to exonerate Hamas and its partners from the crime they committed against humanity or not. No matter how you look at the facts - there was a massacre here. And if you are currently busy searching for graphic images of it as โ€œproofโ€, photos that will probably never come from our officials on those authorities (as they have never published such images in the past out of sensitivity to the dead and their relatives) then you are simply busy with serving the propaganda that brings this evil closer to your doorstep. Choose wisely who and what you currently rely on as evidence of reality because there are a bunch of bots with a mission. And the mission does not stop with Israel and Jews. That's all I can say.

Beeri occupied? ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป

@YaffaRaz - Yaffa Shir-Raz

My heart can't contain all these horrifying news. Dear friends in southern Israel are besieged in their homes with small children, terrified. It is claimed that KibutZ Beeri is now occupied. Praying that the news on kidnapping of a family with children to Gaza is false

๐Ÿ“„ ๐Ÿ“„ Our molnupiravir work is now out after peer-review! We definitively demonstrate that molnupiravir has resulted in viable SARS-CoV-2 viruses with significant numbers of mutations, in some cases with onwards transmission of mutated viruses. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-023-06649-6

A molnupiravir-associated mutational signature in global SARS-CoV-2 genomes - Nature Molnupiravir, an antiviral medication that has been widely used against SARS-CoV-2, acts by inducing mutations in the virus genome during replication. Most random mutations are likely to be deleterious to the virus, and many will be lethal, and so molnupiravir-induced elevated mutation rates reduce viral load1,2. However, if some patients treated with molnupiravir do not fully clear SARS-CoV-2 infections, there could be the potential for onward transmission of molnupiravir-mutated viruses. Here we show that SARS-CoV-2 sequencing databases contain extensive evidence of molnupiravir mutagenesis. Using a systematic approach, we find that a specific class of long phylogenetic branches, distinguished by a high proportion of G-to-A and C-to-T mutations, appear almost exclusively in sequences from 2022, after the introduction of molnupiravir treatment, and in countries and age-groups with widespread usage of the drug. We identify a mutational spectrum, with preferred nucleotide contexts, from viruses in patients known to have been treated with molnupiravir and show that its signature matches that seen in these long branches, in some cases with onwards transmission of molnupiravir-derived lineages. Finally, we analyse treatment records to confirm a direct association between these high G-to-A branches and the use of molnupiravir. nature.com

The UN supports WHO's controversial actions against individual rights. They aim to implement regulations, access to medical countermeasures, content control, and strengthen surveillance. They propose funds, an Intelligence Hub, BioHub, and mRNA vaccine technology transfer. Israel and Morocco lead the effort, criticized for political motives. Israel acts as a messenger for stronger countries. Opposition comes from countries hostile to Israel. Safety and protection are questioned.

WHO will govern? Apparently on September 20 the UN decided it was time to declare support on the outrageous steps the WHO is promoting in the name of โ€œhealthโ€ โ€œscienceโ€ and other values- used as weapon against the basic rights and liberties of the individual. https://who.int/news/item/20-09-2023-who-welcomes-historic-commitment-by-world-leaders-for-greater-collaboration--governance-and-investment-to-prevent--prepare-for-and-respond-to-future-pandemics โ€˜In the name ofโ€™ values and โ€˜in memory ofโ€™ the โ€œCovidโ€ terror- they now want to: โ€ข Approve the power grab regulations (IHR & CA Pandemic Accord), โ€ข Implement โ€œefficient and timely access to medical countermeasuresโ€ โ€ข โ€œTake measuresโ€ on controlling content and conversation โ€ข โ€œInvest in ensuring WHO is strengthenedโ€ โ€ข โ€œStrengthen โ€ฆsurveillance and supply systemsโ€ โ€ข Handle Africa โ€ข โ€œLeverage the potentialโ€ They now want to do all that with a Fund, an Intelligence Hub , a BioHub and the mRNA vaccine technology transfer hub. Despite the increased and repeated use of the โ€˜protection propagandaโ€™ with words like: โ€œprotectedโ€ | โ€œmake all people of the world safer, and better protectedโ€, | โ€œprotect peopleโ€™s healthโ€ | โ€œhow to protect our communities betterโ€ | โ€œsave livesโ€ | โ€œthe foundations for a safer worldโ€ | โ€œto better protect the worldโ€ | โ€œTo protect our communitiesโ€ | โ€œessential for making the world saferโ€ - I have never felt less safe and protected in my life. Yes, on the front of these effort are unfortunately Israel and Morocco. IMO - as a part of the marketing strategy. This is highly criticized now on Israeli political right-wing and itโ€™s not by accident that the right wing government is leading it, because itโ€™s an effective way to control the criticism (in house) with fake political threats around โ€œthe new legal reformโ€ in Israel now, as a distraction. In any case, it is important to remind the world that Israel never acts on its own will on the diplomatic level, and always as a messenger/captive of the stronger countries that send this scapegoat to be the front of their agendas - especially when the only opposition to this UN power grab is from the biggest โ€œenemiesโ€ of Israel, countries that declared many time that Israel should be destroyed.

Smart Cities, rapidly promoted in Israel, raise concerns. Recent fires in various locations, allegedly designed as smart cities, spark speculation. Reports from around the world highlight the acceleration of smart city programs. Raanana, a small city in Israel, showcases a dystopian potential with extensive surveillance systems. Tel Aviv and Jerusalem also embrace the smart city trend. However, this infrastructure of control threatens individual freedom and has no connection to climate change. Let's reject the idea of Smart Cities.

โ€œSmart Citiesโ€ are for very stupid people. Who would volunteer to enter a digital cage based on the oldest trick in the books of fascism: โ€˜Safe & Effectiveโ€™ โ€œSmart Citiesืด are rapidly promoted in Israel now. Itโ€™s been argued that the recent fires in Canada (#Kelowna), Hawaii (#Maui), New York (#Brooklyn), Greece (#Rhodes), Turkey (#Canakke) and others - are in the certain places that were designed as smart cities, to replace real estate control. I have no idea what happened in the fires. But "smart city" programs exist and all over the world and after a decade of conferences, planning, propaganda and indoctrination - they are now accelerating the implementation of the pilots (reports from France, Australia, Holland, South Africa, Dallas USA and more). I can also tell you about the small city of Ra'anana in Israel - a city that during the last 5 years transformed without any fires into a "smart city" with a very dystopian potential - More than 1000 biometric cameras, A network of sensors in the ground, Everything is linked to the enforcement systems and the "Seeing Centerโ€ (thatโ€™s how itโ€™s called) which nowadays seems to mainly enforce people for impolite behavior in the public sphere or help the mayor against his opposers. Tel Aviv and Jerusalem are also in processes towards becoming more โ€œSmartโ€, itโ€™s a contest between the cities. The mayor of Tel Aviv is already talking about "cooperative living spaces" in Tel Aviv for family apartments (a dining area, living room and more will not be included in the apartments). In the city Eilat, children are reprimanded through cameras in playgrounds. Who knows where it will lead us. I do know the following: 1. It will not be effective and safe for private citizens (the controlled and monitored) but for those who control the system 2. Such an infrastructure of control will not end in favor of individual freedom 3. Despite the heavy propaganda - this has nothing to do with the climate. And now this in Israelโ€ฆ Havenโ€™t the Jewish people suffered enough? Have we learned nothing? NEVER willingly go where the government is telling you it will be โ€˜Safe & Effectiveโ€™! Donโ€™t be stupid, reject the โ€œSmart Citiesโ€. * The illustrated yet accurate picture is by @EladJalapeno

The relationship between social media platforms and government agencies has come under scrutiny in recent times, as highlighted in the US Congress Oversight Committee hearing on TwitterFiles. The private censorship of public discourse has become increasingly aggressive, leading to a fake consensus and the silencing of differing opinions. This raises questions about who should have the power to regulate speech and how to prevent abuse of that power. The Supreme Court is set to decide on the boundaries of this complicated issue, which affects our lives to the core. Meanwhile, Twitter's recent amnesty for suspended accounts, including that of former President Trump, has raised concerns about the platform's motives. On the other hand, Google's search engine is exercising preventive control over content, while Israel's Ministry of Communications has adopted recommendations for regulating social networks with over 500,000 active users. The committee recommends legal responsibility for platform operators in relation to offensive, illegal content, requiring platforms to operate an online hotline for reporting and handling. However, this comes after legislation that harms individual freedoms and privacy in the post-Covid era, highlighting the dangers of discourse rulers. It is important to strike a balance between regulating harmful content and protecting individual freedoms and privacy. The issue of content control is complex and requires careful consideration to ensure that it does not lead to the suppression of free speech. As we await the Supreme Court's decision, it is crucial that we continue to engage in open and honest discourse on this issue.

๐Ÿงต 1/ Rulers of Public Discourse: On February 8, former Twitter excts were called to testify before members of the Congressโ€™s Oversight Committee regarding the #TwitterFiles. A review of the hearing and the dramatic recent legal developments of internet governance >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

2/ Before I get to Congress - let's set a frame for this discussion: โ€˜The Control of Contentโ€™- who and how should control the content of the public discourse, should there be such control at all? - this question has been sharpened during the unprecedented Covid censorship >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

3/ In these years, the social networks went through an accelerated process from careful and very reserved control of how positions and opinions are expressed (censorship of incitement and calls for violence) to aggressive and shameless control of the positions themselves >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

4/ eventually creating a centrally coerced truth and false that allowed those in control of the content to determine WHAT is allowed to be said or expressed - leading the public discourse into a fake โ€œconsensusโ€. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

5/ I have been following this process very closely, first on Facebook - where the censorship rules changed blatantly and quickly, then on Twitter after the unprecedented and unreasonable action of suspending the account of a sitting president - Trump >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

6/ Iโ€™ve been researching Internet law in recent years and I followed closely and with great concern the rapid and dramatic changes in the private governance policy of social networks. During the Covid years I noticed a very clear change in their governance policy >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

7/ It became clearer and clearer that the social networks are no longer managed in a way that preserves and protects the liberties of their users from governments and other seekers of this content control - but - >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

8/ Never have I imagined how close and routine their relationship with the government administration was, all for the purpose of monitoring the individual, censoring the discourse into a uniform narrative and using the networks as a GLOBAL and "private" platform - >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

9/ to create a covert global content control that governments were NOT (then) allowed to carry out within the framework of the constitutions and the brakes applied to them to protect basic rights and important democratic principles. So this was a constitutional bypass. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

10/Simply put: the public sector has let the private corporations be the free "liberator" of democracy- so that we all depend on it for the maintenance of discourse- and thus the liberator can become an effective prison, to be then used- by those government agencies. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

11/ The complexity of the issue of monitoring/regulating/controlling the discourse has always been around the dilemma - how do we do no harm? How do you do it solely to keep this space as authentic and safe and not to select and filter preferred opinions and silence others, >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

12/ and also - who can actually be the person that will have this enormous power and not abuse it? who will monitor this person against misuse of power? - Do we prefer private governance or public governance? Or maybe non at all? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

13/ This increased censorship policy on social networks and the absolute abuse of power came into light with the reveal of #TwitterFiles and the public debate that followed (following this also- the recent events that happened in the @Project_Veritas - see attached tweet) >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

14/ Back to the US Congressโ€™s Oversight Committeeโ€™s hearing regarding the #TwitterFiles 4 ex Twitter employees, invited to testify: Jim Baker, Vijaya Gadde, Yoel Roth, Anika Collier Navaroli Who are they? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

15/ Jim Baker- fmr FBI lawyer,served as Twitter Deputy General Counsel Vijaya Gadde- an attorney, former general counsel & Head of legal, policy, and trust at Twitter. Yoel Roth- former Global Head of Trust & Safety at Twitter. Anika Collier Navaroli- Twitter Whistleblower >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

16/ The hearing was titled โ€Protecting Speech from Government Interference and Social Media Bias, Part 1: Twitterโ€™s Role in Suppressing the Biden Laptop Story.โ€ It was set up for a discussion on the censorship case of Biden Jr.โ€™s computer, but - >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

17/ Inevitably it dealt with the censorship on Twitter in general, including the censorship of scientists, doctors, politicians - and thus a broader picture of control of content and public discourse was revealed. Letโ€™s review the hearing first >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

18/ Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) argued that the entire discussion is a misuse of public resources, But imagine she was censored for that argument- across all social platforms, is it still a waste of time do discuss the abuse of censorship powers? The hearing begins >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

19/ Here are the claims against former these ex Twitter employees - @RepClayHiggins: Claim #1 Content governance interfered with the 2020 US presidential elections, knowingly and willingly. Higgins announces his intention to collect evidence from them leading to arrests >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

20/ @laurenboebert: Claim #2 - Twitter governance silenced Members of Congress from communicating with their constituents, in this case with โ€œan aggressive visibility filterโ€ (shadow ban) because of one tweet on Hilarity Clinton โ€œWho the hell do you think that you are?โ€ >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

21/ To complete the picture, this is the tweet that got @laurenboebert shadow banned: >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

22/ @RepMTG : Claim #3 - Twitter Content governance censored congress membersโ€™s tweets - with critical views on vaccines, masks, etc.- but pedophile accounts were not taken down or censored: >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

23/ @RepJamesComer - Claim #4: Twitter previously lied to Congress. And - โ€œTwitter under the leadership of our witnesses today was a private company the federal government used to accomplish what it constitutionally cannot โ€” limit the free exercise of speechโ€

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

24/ @RepNancyMace : Claim #5 - Twitter Content governance also censored and silenced an important, substantive and professional criticism of government Covid policy - and cost lives: >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

25/ Here @DrJBhattacharya explains how he found out he was "blacklisted" on Twitter from the first day he entered the platform: >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

26/ Freedom of speech is protected under the 1st amendment of the US constitution, so, How could Twitter (and other platforms) do all that and get away with it? Are they really more powerful than everyone else? Who in Twitter has that power? Well, >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

27/ Letโ€™s go back to Jim Baker for a second. Baker claimed in the hearing that he โ€˜did not act unlawfully or otherwise inappropriately with respect to the Biden laptopโ€™ affair (an affair which the members refer to as criminal interference in the US elections) >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

28/ โ€œIโ€™ve acted in a way consistent with the First Amendment. As a private entity, The First Amendment protects Twitter and its content moderation decision.โ€ Says Baker, a former FBI lawyer, that served as Twitter Deputy General Counsel >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

29/โš–๏ธ This absurd argument of using the freedom of speech amendment to allow private corporations to censor speech- is argued now by NetChoice and the Computer and Communications Industry Association (which both represent Facebook, Google, Twitter) in recent legal developments. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

30/ The representative groups say the First Amendment prohibits viewpoint-based laws that restrict websitesโ€™ editorial choices. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป The federal court wasnโ€™t convinced when ruling in the case of the anti-censorship new Lee in Texas: https://www.ca5.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub/21/21-51178-CV1.pdf >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

31/ This interesting legal issue arose when two states (Texas, Florida) enacted anti-censorship laws that prevent platforms from filtering content - following the suspension of Trump's Twitter account and other censorship events. This issue was brought to the Supreme Court. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

32/ Two other cases were recently brought to the Supreme Court the question whether platforms should have a complete immunity from publishers responsibility to published content and/or to censorship of content, as a non-publisher under section 230 to the DCA

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

33/ So, on one hand the platform seek constitutional protection as a private editor of speech, and on the other hand - they seek โ€˜complete immunity from liabilityโ€™ under Section 230 to the DCA (1996) - as a โ€œnon publisherโ€ >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

34/ But it gets worse. The private censor did not act with independent judgment but in coordination and conspiring with government agencies - against citizens. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

35/ On February 1 - @RepDanBishop explained how government agencies have used Twitter to spy on US citizens. โ€˜Bad enough if it was just the FBI but it was also intelligence agencies that should be directing their attention abroadโ€™ based on the #TwitterFiles >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

36/ On the February 8 hearing- ๐Ÿšจ @RepLuna exposes ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Jira a private cloud server that used Twitter to secretly communicate with the government >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

37/ โ€œThe law allows governments to have complex, multi-faceted relationships with the private sector. When done properly, these interactions can be of interest to the company and the general interest of the public.โ€ Says Baker on the February 8th hearing: >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

38/ Was Twitter really a private company (Dr facto)? It is a vital and complicated question- whether a private company can censor the public discourse in such manner (Iโ€™ll get back to that) but can Twitter still argue the private company protection? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

39/ Letโ€™s go back to Jim Baker - FBI lawyer that served as Twitter Deputy General Counsel - who is he? And is this just anecdotal? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

40/ Was Baker the only Twitter employee who previously worked for the FBI? - Apparently there were many. Hereโ€™s a review: What can we conclude from that? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

41/ Can there really be a private censor with such power? Can it stay independent as a private entity, free from governments? We saw on the #TwitterFiles that the government agencies used the private sector as a shield from the constitution. Can we stop this from happening? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

42/ Maybe the problem is the excessive power that those entities (private and public) have when they conspire TOGETHER? Listen to this clip from a follow up discussion on the #TwitterFiles and the dangerous relationship between the private platforms and the administration >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

43/ Can there really be a โ€œSafe & Effectiveโ€ separation between the private sector power and the public sector power? Listen๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

44/ The SECRET relationship between Twitter executives and the government administration and agencies led to them being high on power >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

45/ โ€œcolluded to shape and mold the narrativeโ€ @Jim_Jordan >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

46/ #TwitterFiles uncovered that Biden Admin officials colluded with Big Tech companies to silence differing opinions during the pandemic. But also - the dangerous potential in such power and in internet content moderation in general >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

47/ Did those particular people fail or did the whole mechanism fail? Is it possible for the public to find out and judge the content completely on its own? And if not, is there a mechanism less at risk of abuse of power? >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

48/ โš–๏ธ The U.S. Supreme Court will have to decide soon on the boundaries of this complicated issue that affects our lives to the core. The court recently delayed its decision and asked the Biden administration for its views on the controversial laws in the meantime. >

@GalG____ - Gal.G, Adv ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

49/ If the court takes the cases up, it likely wonโ€™t be until the next term, and a decision wouldnโ€™t come until 2024, which coincides with the next presidential election. https://spectrumlocalnews.com/tx/south-texas-el-paso/news/2023/01/24/supreme-court-delays-decision-on-hearing-texas--florida-social-media-moderation-cases >

50/ ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป The Supreme Courtโ€™s move came as new Twitter owner Elon Musk has granted โ€œamnestyโ€ to many suspended accounts, including Trumpโ€™s. Could this be the reason for restoring those accounts? Prevention of a problematic ruling? Or is it simply to make us depend on it again? >
