Unwinnable Trump's proxy war: "After getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia Military and Economic situation and, after seeing the Economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form. Nuland basically admits that Ukraine-Russia peace deal, which was close to being finalized in spring 2022, “fell apart” because US, UK & other Western governments “advised” Zelensky government that it was not “good deal” even though even members of Ukrainian delegation stated in recent interviews that this was very good deal, best deal that Ukraine could get & “very real compromise” & that Ukrainian delegation celebrated it with champagne. For everything they discussed, they first had to ask the Americans. I had two talks with Umerov, then a one-on-one meeting with Putin, and then with Putin's envoy. Umerov opened the conversation with greetings from Zelensky. As a compromise for Ukraine's security guarantees, the Austrian model or the 5+1 model was proposed. Umerow thought that was a good thing. He also showed willingness on the other points. He also said that Ukraine does not want NATO membership. He also said that Ukraine wants to reintroduce Russian in the Donbass. But in the end, nothing happened. My impression was that nothing could happen, because everything else was decided in Washington. That was fatal. Naftali Bennett, the former Israeli prime minister also said that Western leaders, primarily the US and the UK, blocked the Ukraine-Russia peace deal, which he negotiated with Putin on Zelensky’s request in March 2022 and which had about 50% chance of being reached, because they wanted to continue to strike Putin. Proposal 1: Ukraine proclaims itself a neutral state, promising to remain nonaligned with any blocs and refrain from developing nuclear weapons — in exchange for international legal guarantees. Possible guarantor states include Russia, Great Britain, China, the United States, France, Turkey, Germany, Canada, Italy, Poland, and Israel, and other states would also be welcome to join the treaty. Proposal 2: These international security guarantees for Ukraine would not extend to Crimea, Sevastopol, or certain areas of the Donbas. The parties to the agreement would need to define the boundaries of these regions or agree that each party understands these boundaries differently. Proposal 3: Ukraine vows not to join any military coalitions or host any foreign military bases or troop contingents. Any international military exercises would be possible only with the consent of the guarantor-states. For their part, these guarantors confirm their intention to promote Ukraine’s membership in the European Union. The massacre of Maidan protesters and the police on 20 February 2014 was a turning point in Ukrainian politics. This mass killing led to the overthrow of the Ukrainian government and spiraled into a civil war in Donbas, Russian military intervention in Crimea and Donbas, the Russian annexation of Crimea, and conflicts between Ukraine and Russia and between the West and Russia that Russia drastically escalated by launching its illegal invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. This article proposes and tests the moral hazard theory of the state repression backfire. Content analysis of synchronized videos, testimonies by several hundred witnesses, confessions by 14 self-admitted members of Maidan sniper groups, and bullet hole locations show that both the police and protesters were massacred by Maidan snipers located in Maidan-controlled buildings and areas. Content analysis of synchronized videos revealed that the specific time and direction of shooting by Berkut policemen, who were charged with the massacre, did not coincide with the killing of specific protesters. Testimonies by the absolute majority of wounded protesters and some 100 witnesses and forensic examinations by ballistic and medical experts for the Maidan massacre trial and investigation in Ukraine corroborate this. The article shows that the false-flag massacre was rationally organized and carried out with the involvement of oligarchic and far-right elements of the Maidan opposition to overthrow the incumbent government in Ukraine."

This Maidan massacre of protesters and police led to the overthrow of the Yanukovych government and ultimately to the Russian annexation of Crimea, the civil war and Russian military interventions in Donbas, and the Ukraine-Russia and West-Russia conflicts which Russia escalated by illegally invading Ukraine in 2022. The absolute majority of wounded Maidan protesters, nearly 100 prosecution and defense witnesses, synchronized videos, and medical and ballistic examinations by government experts pointed unequivocally to the fact that the Maidan protesters were massacred by snipers located in Maidan-controlled buildings. To date, however, due to the political sensitivity of these findings and cover-up, no one has been convicted for this massacre. The article discusses the implications of these revelations for the Ukraine-Russia war and the future of Russian-Ukrainian relations."

Maidan massacre trial verdict that 31 Maidan protesters were killed & 44 wounded with involvement of convicted in absentia 3 special Berkut company members is based on fabricated forensic ballistic examination. My synchronized video appendix shows that single match in this examination to Kalashnikov of convicted Berkut member (Abroskin) is falsified since this policeman was filmed not shooting during wounding of this protester (Kolesnikov), who testified that he was shot from Hotel Ukraina. Government ballistic expert determined that this protester was shot from top of this hotel based on bullet holes in chair that this protester was shielding with from Hotel Ukraina snipers & his steep wound. Synchronized video shows that at the very time of his wounding on bridge, protesters hiding beneath bridge pointed to snipers in Hotel Ukraina shooting protesters on this bridge. This forensic bullets examination, which the trial based its decision to convict 3 Berkut officers, reversed results of some 40 forensic ballistic examinations, including computer-based examination which showed that bullets of Berkut Kalashnikovs did not match bullets from bodies of killed Maidan protesters. Content analysis of synchronized videos shows that the specific time and direction of shooting by Berkut policemen did not coincide with the killing of specific protesters. It also shows that the Berkut policemen, who are charged with their shooting, could not physically shoot them. These Berkut policemen were filmed not shooting at that time and/or bullet holes locations and wound directions show that protesters were shot not from the front and ground directions of the Berkut barricade positions in front of them but from steep directions from sides or the back that match Maidan-controlled buildings or buildings in Maidan-controlled areas. The video appendix examines the shooting of Ihor Dmytriv, Andrii Dyhdalovych, Mykola Dziavulsky, Serhii Kemsky, Sviatoslav Kolesnikov, Roman Kotsiubynsky, and Yuri Parashchuk. These cases are selected because the government investigation in Ukraine, the SITU Research 3D model by a New York architectural company, and the major Western media, such as the BBC, the CNN, the Independent, and the New York Times, misrepresented the shooting of these protesters and presented them as definite evidence of the massacre of all protesters by the Berkut police or the government forces. The cases are also selected because they include videos of the shooting and positions of the policemen, testimonies of wounded protesters or eyewitnesses and because ballistic examinations of bullets determined that many other protesters were killed and wounded from the same firearms. The video appendix shows that the government investigation in Ukraine, the SITU Research 3D model, and the major media, such as the BBC, the CNN, the Independent, and the New York Times misrepresented the shooting of these protesters. The synchronized video compilation visually demonstrates that the government investigation, the SITU Research 3D model, and the major Western media in essence imply that these Maidan protesters were shot by invisible Berkut policemen flying in the air with invisible Kalashnikov assault rifles and/or by their bullets flying like guided missiles. The government investigation publicly denied presence of any snipers in the Hotel Ukraina, the Bank Arkada, and other Maidan-controlled buildings and areas. "Galician regiments, before majority of their members formally joined the SS ‘Galicia’ Division and minority joined the UPA in 1944, massacred close to 1,000 Poles in Huta Peniatska with assistance of an UPA unit, and they participated in other massacres of Polish civilians.33 The 31 SMdS battalion, or the Ukrainian Legion of Self-Defense, which was organized by local leaders of the Melnyk faction of the OUN (OUN-M) and SiPo and SD in Volhynia in the end of 1943 on the basis of OUN-M units, created to a large extent from the local police, had a similar record before it was mostly incorporated into the SS ‘Galicia’ Division in March 1945.34 Significant numbers of its commanders and members were incorporated into the UPA before they enlisted in the 31 SMdS battalion or joined the UPA while serving in this formation. The 31st battalion units and detachments, which comprised most or significant parts of its servicemen, are implicated by different sources in numerous mass killings, often conducted under a pretext of anti-partisan actions. They included mass executions and other similar massacres of Ukrainians and Jews in Pidhaitsi and Ustyluh and Poles in Edwardopole, Korchunky, Ameryka, Smoligow, Laskow, Chlaniow, and Wladyslawin, and participation in the suppression of the Warsaw uprising in 1944.35 For example, analysis of eyewitness testimonies, interviews with local residents, archival documents, and the fact of an urgent redeployment of this unit from the Kremenets area to the village of Pidhaitsi near Lutsk a day before a massacre there, indicates its likely involvement in killing of 20 Ukrainian residents of Pidhaitsi, half of whom were children, on December 3, 1943. The reported rate of 80-90% of killed, wounded and incapacitated out of every 100 people mobilized in Poltava last fall along with other official admissions would suggest roughly 70,000-130,000 killed & roughly 280,000-520,000 wounded Ukrainian forces members during entire war plus 10,000-20,000 POWs.
