So I got a first amendment message. And, oh, by the way, this is a birthday message for not only the US flag, but president Trump. I want you to listen closely, sir, with all due respect. So the following is first amendment protected speech for your consideration and for all of your lawyers' and staff's consideration. And you know what?
This message is also for every American citizen. Alright. You guys know I'm a retired Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel, also a lawyer, and I like to say stuff that, well, falls within the First Amendment. Always. And so today's discussion is essentially, I'm gonna lay out the what I call the 5 w's, the who, the what, when, where, and why, of who's gonna come after our birthday boy today, what they're gonna try to do, and what we need to do to stop that in the collective.
So listen closely. Let's start with who. Sub point a. Local county and state law enforcement authorities, that would be district's attorney, Commonwealth attorneys if you're in Virginia, and equivalents, attorneys general, sheriff's, state police. Sub paragraph b, properly trained and advised and equipped deputized residents of these particular law enforcement officials, particularly those that were recently pushed out due to the illegal jab mandate, whether they were military service members or law enforcement officials with years decades of of experience conducting raids, capture, and missions.
You can fill in the blank on the second word. C. Working closely with good old Elon Musk to obtain and analyze the geotag and time stamped mother of all Twitter files evidence to include the Fauci files, obviously. Now I talked about the who. Next paragraph is what.

To restore the US constitutional republic to its intended state, equal justice under the law, to root out corruption within both political parties at the highest levels and the national security state, and provide a Trump Flynn administration, an incoming Trump Flynn administration, the freedom of maneuver to quickly rebuild a federal capability to crush the commies globally. So while all these people are doing this domestically, the Trump Flynn administration can focus their efforts on crushing the commies globally. Now as with any, globally. Now as with any line of effort, you have to have some phases.
Right? Gotta flesh things out a little bit. So I present to you the 9 phases in this first amendment sound. Right? Or first amendment paragraphs.
Phase 1 is gonna be now, today, through July 11th. Phase 2 is going to be July 12th through 18th. Why? That's when the rules committee at the RNC convention convenes and the convention itself convenes in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We'll go into further detail on these phases as the days develop.
Phase 3 is the US House during their period in session in DC, July 22nd through August 1st, and the goal there is to ensure that Bennie Thompson, remember the former terrorist from Mississippi? He might still be. Former January 6 cover up committee chairman and the former Homeland Security Committee chairman, he's trying to remove secret service protection from the leading candidate for president and the incoming president, January that will be the president in January 20, 2025. So gotta keep an eye on phase 3 there in the US house. Phase 4 is gonna go ahead and take a look at the happenings of the DNC convention, August 15th through 22nd.
Phase 5 will consist of taking a look back at what the US House of Representatives will do in response to the activities of that DNC and RNC convention. That will be September 9th through 27th going into the electoral season. So here's what I suspect, 2 options during that period of time. Either congressman Barry Loudermilk who chairs the subcommittee on oversight that is exposing the Nancy rection or the Fed's erection parliamentary coup, he either with his evidence strikes from the record the January 6th cover up committee's report and proves the Pelosi Fed's direction and the cover up afterwards, or the democrats will push to convince a couple of rhinos, whether it's Mike Pence's brother, Greg Pence, Tom McClintock in California, you know, Kevin McCarthy's bestie, or a couple of impeachment voters that still are in the system in the Republican side, David Valadao and Dan Newhouse, Valadao in California, Newhouse in Washington, or maybe like a Don Bacon, you know, the Ukraine First Don Bacon over in Lincoln, Nebraska? Yeah.
So they might go ahead and make sure that those guys retire early or vote to remove secret service protection of president Trump or both. So that could be the second option. And then when that happens, then Hakeem Jeffries as a speaker of the house allows Jamie Rat skin to go ahead and label January 6th an insurrection and Donald Trump as an insurrectionist, thus blocking Trump from being on the ballot for the legal argument under the 14th amendment section 3. And they're probably gonna incorporate the precedent that was allowed to be set because not enough people in the Trump campaign really supported Corey Griffin in New Mexico in that state case where they blocked him from being a official under the 14th amendment section 3. That is unfortunate that that took place.
Phase 6, We The People will then lean. If that happens in phase 5, they're successful. We The People will lean on state legislatures to allocate their state's electors for president Trump and vice president Flynn for the US constitution's article 2 section 1 clause 2 to guarantee that we have free and fair elections. When you do it in this manner like we did in our country's history at the early stages of our nation, this guarantees that, a, there is no retail, wholesale, analog, digital machine, software fraud, b, there's no big tech, legacy media, r and c, DNC manipulation of the electoral process. C, guarantees no foreign interference.
Under this framework, folks, the Republican legislatures control the majority of the 538 electors for President and Vice President. Phase 7, the US House, that'll be in the November timeframe, 12 to 21, and then again December 3 to 19 because guess what? That's when congress is in session according to their calendar. I say refer to phases 35 above because, well, if they are not successful in phases 35, they're gonna try it again in phase 7 during this period of time. And this is where I recommend governors and attorneys general from Virginia and Florida must provide state level protection to president-elect real Donald Trump from or properly deput properly deputized American citizens.
I'm referring to those that I mentioned in paragraph a above, and I'm a post this information in a x post and other social media platforms. These people must provide protection wherever the duly elected president and vice president are located should the secret service protection cease on president Trump. Reason why I picked Virginia because it's the closest state to DC and because president Trump has holdings in Northern Virginia where he can operate out of, and in Florida, he can operate out of. Now the reason why he needs protection should Benny Thompson succeed with Hakeem Jeffries and Jamie Ratkin to pull that secret service protection of president Trump is because we're likely to see a couple options. Either judge Marchand is going to jail him on July 11th, Chris Ray is going to conduct what j Edgar Hoover did in the sixties to JFK, RFK, MLK, and Malcolm X, or John Kerry will work with his Iranian friends violating the Logan Act again to achieve the same result as Chris Ray is going to try to achieve just like was done in the sixties with j Edgar Hoover.
Phase 8 is going to be the period of time when a few days when the 119 congress comes into play, January 3rd to January 6, 2025. So as the 119 congress comes in, depending on the makeup, we can look back to them potentially implementing a phase 3, 5, or 7 as I just mentioned, And they could also use this opportunity to block the electors in sufficient states so that president Trump is not certified on January 6th. But, obviously, we're gonna stop that. In phase 9, January 6th through 20th, from the certification to the swearing in, America must prepare for inauguration, and the president-elect, I recommend, should remain in Florida to conduct his presidential duties and the vice president can also remain in Florida as they operate from Mar a Lago, the winter, White House.
