Speaker 1: Alright, y'all. This is Savannah Hernandez in Brunswick, Maine reporting to you from the apartments where migrants are getting their rent paid for up to two years. Now I wanted to give you guys a first inside look at these units. The migrants shared with us that they come furnished. So they have a flat screen TV in there, couches, tables, chairs, a bed.
We also asked them as well, hey. Are you paying utilities here? They shared with us that, nope. They do not have a water bill. They do not have an electricity bill.
Speaker 0: And what about the light and the water? Everything is good. We don't pay anything.
Speaker 1: Now I wanted to focus in on this area of Maine, because there is a housing crisis going on currently for residents, and these buildings were initially created for Maine residents, but then it was decided that homeless migrants would be living here. Now as an American, you can rent out one of these units, but a one bedroom is going to run you about $1,800, and a two bedroom is going to run you about $2,300. By the way, the average housing price for a house over here in Brunswick is about $480,000. So there was obviously a lot of outrage, when it was first discovered that migrants were going to be housed here for free on taxpayer dollar. Now I wanted to focus in on Brunswick as well because this is the same county that has received FEMA funding from that same program that spent almost a billion dollars through the fiscal year of 2023 and 2024 on sheltering illegal immigrants throughout The United States Of America.
By the way, FEMA coming out and saying that they have run out of that funding.

This is why I wanted to come to Brunswick because I wanted to show you guys a comparison of how the federal government is treating American citizens versus illegal immigrants and migrants in this country. This is how migrants up in Maine, up in Brunswick are living. We also went to Bangor. We went to Lewiston, and there are African migrants who share with us that they really like it over here, that they've been treated very well.
We spoke to Catholic charities who told us that they are expecting more migrants. They're actually bringing more migrants up this way.
Speaker 2: Yeah. So we're expecting up to 150 refugees starting yesterday until September 30, which is the fiscal year. And then we also have walk in clients, which will increase those numbers. Generally, for refugees that we know are coming, we help them get set up with an apartment and but we're always looking for, like, other landlords to work with as well for apartments.
Speaker 1: So I wanted to give you guys an idea of what was going on in Maine, the uppermost corners of The United States Of America where you wouldn't expect there to be migrants. This is a direct result of the open border, the illegal immigration crisis that has been allowed to prosper over the past three, four years, and it's stretching to even areas of America that you wouldn't expect.

Well, obviously, this is an extremely serious story and serious allegation by multiple credible sources that public and racket, that's Matt Taibi's publication, have spoken to. These are people that are close to the house intelligence investigation of how the Russia collusion hoax began. The story, as you mentioned, was that, oh, we were just informed by foreign intelligence about this.
Our sources tell us a very different story, which is that this was initiated by the US government. It came from within the US government's intelligence community, including the CIA, that they asked the so called Five Eyes Nation's intelligence agencies, that's the other English speaking nations, including Britain and Australia, to spy on 26 Trump associates, or at least they had a list of the 26 associates that were identified. This is new information. Some people have theorized about this and speculated about it. We feel very confident that our sources were in a position to know and are very credible in this report.
It's obviously a very serious allegation because this is illegal spying and it's illegal election interference.

But obviously, if this binder contains what we have been told that it contains, which may include raw intelligence, information showing that the US government, the CIA and the intelligence community of the US government initiated the Russia collusion hoax, that it did not occur in the way that the official story, including the derm investigation, had portrayed it, then that's extremely serious information. And it may be if the FBI then went to go get it in order to continue the cover up of this information, that obviously adds an even more dramatic wrinkle to this. Speaker 0: Well, I wanted to bring to everybody's attention, something that doesn't get much attention, and you've heard the term follow the money. So I looked up where did follow the money I thought it was from a Tom Cruise movie, but it wasn't. It was from Watergate. And follow the money is what they did in Watergate, and and we saw what happened. So my young staffer, who's very bright, and I see him over there, Adam Pack, followed the money.
And the money is from the so called inflation reduction act. So in the name of green and environmental justice, there's over $40,000,000,000 that are gonna be granted out through the EPA. So with this great research that was done, what was discovered that in December, the EPA granted $50,000,000 to an organization called Climate Justice Alliance. So we went to the website of plus of Climate Justice Alliance. This is what we found on the website, that our taxpayer dollars are going to organizations such as this.
This, at the bottom, is a picture of the bulldozer that went through the fence when Hamas attacked Israel in on October. They have a rendering on their website. It says decolonize Palestine, and it has a picture of that same bulldozer going through that fence. If you dig deeper, they wanna defund the police, defund the military, either them or their affiliates want to want to have very radical, drastic, initiatives that I think are anti American. And they're certainly anti Israel and anti Semitic.
So the Biden administration doesn't seem to care. $50,000,000 in December. Who knows how much more in the future and other like groups because there are other associated groups with this group. There's no inspector general for EPA to follow the money because they don't care. Because all they care about is the mission, the climate mission, no matter what the radical ideas that are associated with the groups.
So then you could ask yourself, is this group really going to be funding climate you know, cleaning up the water and cleaning up the soil and cleaning up the air? Or are they gonna be funding things like the protests they had in Hart just several weeks ago where several of them were arrested? So follow the money. We're gonna be doing that in the environment and public works committee. That's where the derivation of this was.
And I I find it rather startling to me that the EPA is not doing and the administration are not doing any better research as to where our American taxpayer dollars are going.

Speaker 0: I came here today to remind Americans of what Donald Trump Trump is capable of and the violence that he unleashed on all Americans on January 6, 2021. For 2 decades, I was a DC police officer serving the citizens of the District of Columbia, primarily working in narcotics. On January 6, 2021, I heard distress calls coming from fellow police officers on the capitol as thousands of Trump supporters rushed them and brutally assaulted members of law enforcement. That day, I like many other, hundreds of other DC police officers, put on a uniform and responded to the capitol to assist our brothers and sisters in law enforcement, defending the capital from a violent armed mob of Trump's supporters. These supporters were fueled by Trump's lies and the lies of his surrogates, lies that the 2020 election was stolen.
Those same lies have been spewed by Donald Trump and his secure surrogates about what happened to me and so many other police officers on January 6, 2021. That day, I was brutally assaulted. I was pulled from the police line by a man named Albuquerque Head, a Trump supporter who later plead guilty to his violent assault on me. While being restrained by the violent mob, I was beaten. An individual named Kyle Young tried to strip me of my firearm, while chance of killing with his own gun were echoed by other members of the crowd.
At that time, Thomas Sibik, a man from Buffalo, New York, stripped me of my badge and my police radio, my lifeline line to call for help from other officers. All the while, I continue to be beaten and then struck with a taser on my neck by Daniel Rodriguez, another Trump support supporter who also plead guilty to his violent assault on me. All 4 of these individuals are self admitted Trump supporters. All 4 of them commit committed violent assault on law enforcement. I'm just one representative of the 100 of police officers that were assaulted that day by Donald Trump's supporters, inspired by his lies.

Speaker 0: House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has been investigating the Biden family business dealings for more than 2 years. The probe launched the impeachment inquiry of Biden back in September of last year, and it is now entering its final phases. The House Oversight Committee wants Biden to testify, but he is refusing. Back in March, Comer sent this letter to Biden. Quote, the committee has accounted for over $24,000,000 that has flowed from foreign sources to you, your family, and their business associates.
The committee has identified no legitimate services to merit such lucrative payments. You have repeatedly denied playing any, playing any role in your family's business activities, but the committee has amassed evidence, including bank records and witness testimony that wholly contradicts your position on these matters. The committee has identified and successfully traced money from foreign transactions, including from China, straight to your bank accounts. Certain checks have been described as loan repayments. However, the person who provided you free bookkeeping during your time as vice president did not remember any evidence of a loan from your accounts.
Joining me now is the man himself, leading this investigation, Kentucky congressman and chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer. Mister chairman, thanks so much for joining us this morning.

Speaker 0: Where does this investigation stand?
Speaker 1: Well, hopefully, we're in the final stages. Today, this morning, I issued a subpoena, for targeted financial information from a certain financial institution related to Jim Biden, Sarah Biden, and Hunter Biden. This is a result of, many of the documents that Devin Archer turned over. Remember, he we subpoenaed and he turned over 3,700,000 document documents that never before been seen by any of the IRS investigators, the Securities and Exchange investigators, or any of the different, groups that have been investigating the Bidens for, years years years. And we've been able to, connect some dots.
We believe, that will finally, answer pretty much every question we've had about the source of this these shady transactions that went into the Biden family members and what role exactly Joe Biden played in that role in in his family's shady business dealings.
Speaker 0: So you've sent out the subpoena this morning to a major bank?
Speaker 1: Yes. That is correct.
Speaker 0: And what specifically do you wanna know from this bank in terms of these documents that you're looking for to connect those dots?
Speaker 1: We believe we found new accounts. And remember, the number of bank accounts that we've discovered, over the past year and a half since I've had subpoena power, since the Republicans flipped the house, is is unbelievable. I mean, I don't think, you would find very many people that have a $1,000,000,000 net worth that have as many different bank accounts as this Biden family had. Many of these were shell companies as you and I have discussed, Maria. Companies that sole purpose was to launder the money that the Bidens were receiving from China, from Romania, from Russia.
And and never one time through the course of this entire investigation, even during the depositions with, Hunter Biden and the transcribed interview with Jim Biden, were they able to answer exactly what the family did to receive this money? So we believe we found some more accounts that will answer some more questions and hopefully, we can prepare to close this investigation and present our findings to the American people.

Speaker 1: With Joe Biden, well, that's been that's been a harder nut to crack there. We found some accounts. We found some different, expenses and things like that that that, you know, that that coincided with some of the, Hunter Biden LLCs and shell companies and things like that. But at the end of the day, the the Biden family were the ones that were, taking the initial wires and laundering them through. We found 2 specific checks that went from the, Biden family input peddling to Joe Biden personally, one for 200 $1,000 and one for $40,000.
So we've identified a quarter of a $1,000,000 in direct payment that Joe Biden received from his family's, shady influence peddling teams. As far as the the son and the brother and and the daughter-in-law and sister-in-law and all that, You you you're talking about dozens of accounts, dozens of LLCs, and, no answer yet as to what they did to receive this money. I mean, it's it's just I think, Maria, the biggest public corruption scandal in our lifetimes and the fact that, so many in the mainstream media don't wanna write about this. And remember, Tony Bobolinski testified in our last hearing Yeah. That, what the money was from China was a bribe from the government of China to the Biden family, that there was no legitimate business there.
So I think we found a lot of information. Hopefully, this subpoena will be, some of the last bits of information that we have to have to be able to finalize this report Yeah. To the American people.

There's a lot of hard evidence, bank statements, emails, sworn testimony. And remember, Maria, I have given both, the president and the president's son an opportunity to come in front of congress and come in front of the house oversight committee and explain themselves.
They know exactly what we want. And with respect to Joe Biden, I understand he probably wouldn't wanna go in front of the house oversight committee. We sent him a letter with specific questions to give him an opportunity to answer these questions. He has refused to do so. Merrick Garland has obstructed our investigation time and time again.
That's why today, later today, we plan along with the house judiciary committee to hold Merrick Garland in contempt of congress. I mean, we're serious about trying to hold this administration and this family accountable for wrongdoing.

I, I've got the letter in front of me, and you ask questions like, have you met, spoken to, or otherwise interacted with Jonathan Lai of Bauhai Industrial Fund or Bohai Harvest Rosemont? Have you met or spoken to or otherwise interacted with Yi, Jianming of CEFC? I I assume you know the answers to these questions.
Speaker 1: We know the answer because we've, had interviews and depositions with, many witnesses. So when you have many witnesses. So when you have witness testimony, when you have emails, when you have photographs that were found on the laptop, you know, the evidence is overwhelming that Joe Biden was involved. And as 3 different Biden associates have testified, Joe Biden was a central figure in the Biden family influence peddling scheme. He knew full well what his family was doing, and some have even suggested that he was the closer that he would go in, when when either Jim Biden or Hunter Biden had made their pitch as to why they needed to invest in the Biden brand.
That Joe Biden would then appear, shake hands, have a conversation, have dinner, just so the people that were paying the Biden's would know Joe knew exactly what was going on. If you were paying the Biden family for the Biden brand, you were buying Joe Biden. The doctors didn't pay enough attention to how Joan was doing, like her blood pressure dropping a lot. There were also indications of a possible incorrect anesthesia dosage. They didn't even write down how much she weighed before they gave her the medicine. They did things to her without asking if it was okay, and someone even took pictures of her when she was under anesthesia. Joan's daughter, Melissa, later showed her anger about the clinic's mistakes, finding it hard to understand how they could make such big errors.

Upon investigation, it was revealed that the place where Joan was getting treatment, called Yorkville Endoscopy, got in trouble with the New York State Health Department. Melissa Rivers' lawyers, Ben Rabinowitz and Jeff Blum, mentioned that they want people to remember Joan Rivers and focus on making patient care better according to what the Associated Press said. In the lawsuit, they said that the doctors at the clinic didn't do the procedure right. They did a laryngoscopy on Joan's vocal cords without asking when they should have done an endoscopy. After she passed away, the report said that she died because her brain didn't get enough oxygen.

He's got this news for us. He's live out of Douglas, Arizona right now, where vice president Kamala Harris is set to visit later this afternoon. Bill, the details of this news, what do you have?
Speaker 2: Yeah. And, Sandra, bear with me. We just got these numbers moments ago, but, it's it's a jaw dropper to say the least. So to set the stage here, let me just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called a non detained docket, essentially what that is, is it means migrants who were encountered by DHS, but are no longer in federal custody.
So who's on this non detained docket? It's illegal immigrants who are caught and released at the border, released with the court date years away, they're in immigration proceedings, combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered, deported from the country by a judge, but are still here roaming the country. So, keep that in mind, this non detained docket. According to a letter that the acting director of ICE just sent to Texas congressman Tony Gonzalez, on ICE's non detained docket, they're currently tracking 425,000, noncitizens who have been convicted of a crime. Of that number, over 13,000 noncitizens have convictions for homicide and are on the non detained docket, meaning they're roaming the country right now.
On top of that, there are another 15,811 noncitizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country right now on ICE's non detained docket. It doesn't stop there, those are convictions. The ICE director also says there are currently just under 1900 non citizens on the non detained docket who have pending homicide charges, who are roaming the country, and another 4,250 noncitizens who have pending sexual assault charges, who are roaming the country on the non detained docket. So, people's eyes might be glazing over right now with all the numbers we just threw at you just to put it in a nutshell right here. What we've learned from the acting ICE director via this letter to congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now, there are over 13,000 illegal aliens convicted of homicide who are roaming the United States right now.
There are another 15,811 illegal aliens roaming the country right now who have been convicted of sexual assault, and there are even more who are facing charges for homicide and charges for sexual assault. So this just goes to show, guys, the non detained docket has exploded under the Biden administration to over, I believe it's 7,300,000. They're anticipating it could hit 8,000,000 by the end of the years. But, looking at the numbers on this letter right here, there are currently over 600,000 noncitizens on ICE's non detained docket who are either convicted or excuse me, 600,000 non citizens on this non detained docket who are roaming the country right now. Of that, 425,000 have already been convicted of crimes, 222,000 are pending crimes.
And again, the most serious crimes we just told you about.

You do not need to show an ID to vote unless you're a first time vote. What? So any random person can just go to the polls, say my name, and then vote on my behalf all because I showed an ID to vote when I registered at 18 years old.
How is that secure? People don't need to show any form of identification to vote in the presidential election. I need to show an ID every single time I go to buy a tequila. They don't just give it to me because I once showed an ID, and this is the presidential election, not a fun Saturday night out. It gets worse.
Ballots must be received by November 12th. That is a full week after the election. So are we just gonna wait a week to certify the election because mail in ballots are still being received? Every single vote and ballot should be cast and counted by the end of election day. Part of a secure election is having a quick election, and this opens up the room for people to send their ballots in after the election results already start coming in to have a greater effect on the outcome.

We are told that there is an investigation going on at both the state and local level. And one man tells us he actually caught a woman on camera going into his mailbox stealing ballots. Sadly, she died on September 4th at Mount Sinai. Later on, the people in charge started looking into what happened. They found out that the clinic had made a lot of mistakes before and during the procedure.
The doctors didn't pay enough attention to how Joan was doing, like her blood pressure dropping a lot. There were also indications of a possible incorrect anesthesia dosage. They didn't even write down how much she weighed before they gave her the medicine. They did things to her without asking if it was okay, and someone even took pictures of her when she was under anesthesia. Joan's daughter, Melissa, later showed her anger about the clinic's mistakes, finding it hard to understand how they could make such big errors.

In a statement to ABC News, Ben Rabinowitz, a lawyer from the law firm Ger, Ger, Conason, Steigman, McCaugh, Bloom, and Rubinowitz said, to fully determine all of the facts and circumstances surrounding the death of Joan Rivers, we confirm that our firm has been engaged by Melissa Rivers and her family. Even though someone from the medical examiner's office said that they didn't see any big mistakes and called Joan Rivers' death a therapeutic complication, things changed a day later. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the place where Joan was getting treatment called Yorkville Endoscopy got in trouble with the New York State Health Department. In 2015, Melissa Rivers went to the state supreme court in Manhattan and said that the doctors did things they weren't allowed to do while she was under anesthesia.
She said they took a picture with the Fashion Police star without asking, and she filed a lawsuit about it. Melissa Rivers' lawyers, Ben Rabinowitz and Jeff Blum, mentioned that they want people to remember Joan Rivers and focus on making patient care better according to what the Associated Press said. In the lawsuit, they said that the doctors at the clinic didn't do the procedure right. They did a laryngoscopy on Joan's vocal cords without asking when they should have done an endoscopy. After she passed away, the report said that she died because her brain didn't get enough oxygen.
When the department looked into the clinic, they found problems in 4 important areas needed for the clinic to be allowed to do its work. These areas were the people in charge and how they manage things, the surgery services they provide, the doctors patients. However, during the process, Melissa received a letter from former president Obama to show his support. Melissa, who was Joan's only child, was surprised to receive the special letter. Melissa announced the letter when she appeared on the TV show called

Speaker 0: If if you could just start by giving us the results, the shocking results of this poll and we'll go from there. Sure. So, it was pretty straightforward. We asked people, a series of questions. The first of which is or one of the first questions was, did you vote in, the 2020 election?
And did you vote with an absentee ballot? And if they answered yes to both of those questions, then we asked a bunch of questions related to voter fraud. We didn't tell them that they were that we were asking, did you commit voter fraud? We just asked them about various behaviors. So, for example, we asked, people, did you vote in a state where you're no longer a legal resident?
That's a pretty straightforward question. If you're not a permanent resident of a state, you can't vote there. 17% of people, nearly 1 in 5, said yes. They did do that. We asked people, did you fill out a ballot for someone else on their behalf?
That's also illegal. You're not allowed to fill out someone else's ballot. 21% of people said yes to that question. We asked if people forged the signature of a friend or family member on their behalf with or without their permission. We actually put that in the poll question, and 17% of people said yes to that.
So all told, it's at least, and I say at least, 1 in 5 mail in ballots involved some kind of fraudulent activity, but we didn't just stop, there. We also asked everyone whether they voted via mail in ballot or not, so in person voting as well. Do you know anyone who personally, in your personal life, a friend, a family member, acquaintance, someone from work, has anyone ever admitted to you that they did one of these kinds of forms of voter fraud? And 10% and 11%, we asked 2 different questions on that, said, yes. People admitted to me that they committed voter fraud.

That's exactly when I thought something is not right here. Then I asked a supervisor. There was not even a date on those, envelopes. It said November 0 dash 2020. There was no second number there.
Then I said, what is the date on this one? Then they got really mad at me. They said, you're not letting us do our job. You're disturbing us. And at that point because we really don't wanna be kicked out, you know, so we were just kinda not challenging anything because we wanna still stay in the room because we barely had anybody.
Not only that, the sequence ballot numbers were all from the same area, like the guarded street in the downtown Detroit. Guardant street sequential ballots, signatures were all alike. They had no date stamp. It's at like, it was empty after 0. There was no 3rd or second or first or nothing.
And, they were none of them were coming up in the system. They were all being entered manually. They even knew that none of these details would even be in the poll book or in the system.
