Speaker 0: That also did not denied. I requested a court martial, actually twice, each time when I was counseled. And then, when I later received a report of misconduct to prove in a military court of law because that was the only way from consulting with the defense counsel to be able to prove that a law military in the military is illegal is before a military judge. And that's why so many of the, civilian lawsuits on the outside were so hesitant to rule on any of these things and they're very cautious tiptoeing around the whole issue. But I mean, all of us here tonight, we can attest to that it was illegal. I I know you guys are very well rounded with that, but it's I think we'll, Dave will get into that a little bit later too, some more in-depth as well as, Rob with the book and everything that he's put out about it. But I mean, it's what you know, the facts of the matter are that, you know, there was no FDA approved, shots anywhere or test kits or masks available. So all EUA products, all experimental and they could not be mandated. The other fact is there was no statutory authority for anyone in the Department of Defense to issue a memo that stated that they could just bypass those or overrule those laws with the interchangeability memo. And then also Rob does a great job in the book, defending the constitution behind enemy lines about explaining exactly what all goes into, the the layers that it actually needs to have in order to be legally interchangeable, which it goes they both need to be approved first for about 12 years, I believe it is. But it made sense, like, there's no way they could even be legally. And I know you guys touched on the last signed that legal distinction was huge. And that's why I wanted to go before a military judge at court martial because I knew if there was an unbiased judge, they would they would see black and white and say, yes. This is unlawful, exactly what we're doing. But I mean, so why are we here tonight? The mandates are rescinded. Right? So I think the way forward right now is kinda like a lot of things going on in the world, a lot of things going on in the military as well. We're looking for accountability. And where is that accountability gonna come from? I mean, many of the, the court cases as I mentioned are now getting dismissed as mute moot because there is no mandate actively right now. And so it's a hard thing to fight in the courts And so we are willing there's a group of us and I sent you some of the list that we have on there that we have a stack deck that are ready to testify before congress if they can have the moral courage to actually have us there as a hearing to present these facts, to reveal the truth to congress and to the American people, what we went through, how it was illegal, and what we need to do to correct that. And we actually submitted some NDA amendments, proposals, actually back in December of last year when they asked us, hey. What could we do that would be better as because we they heard that the one liner was not gonna cut it and we submitted them within 24 hours. We gave a 8 page I think it was more 6 page, proposal of, like, all the things in there that would bring accountability, that would bring restoration and healing back to our force. So what can the, Your listeners do for this. 1st of all, we have the petition that we started, following the whistleblower report that we sent to congress, that is linked in the the notes below in the the the show right here. They can go there, sign the petition, share that. And then there's some, call to actions on the most recent one that we had as well that has walked people through how they can message, how they can call, they're sending their representative and asked them to go ahead and hold these hearings, start an investigation which we've already done most of the work showing that through, FOIA documentation that these that they have admitted that they did not have anything that was FDA approved, that it was illegal. And, we could prove that in the court of law. We could prove that before the American people at congress and that's what we're pushing for tonight.
