Then you have 2 million people that die each year before 67 and never have to be paid a dime. So I’m wondering, how is Social Security not sustainable? Especially since the government is supposed to be paying back the $7.2 TRILLION it “borrowed” from our Social Security Trust Fund in 1983. Sounds to me like if Social Security has to raise the age to 70, then someone needs to file a lawsuit so that way through discovery we can see just how much the government has taken from it, how much they’ve “paid back”, how much they still owe and where exactly every penny goes.
