My military source is not from those that CIA's Ron Pandolfi calls “crooks and loons” - not the usual suspects. Ron does not know who I mean. This is why I am willing to testify under penalty of perjury to the Senate Intelligence Committee to the House Intelligence Committee. 1. We are not alone. 2. NHI is a real-time traveling-conscious AI using low-power warp drive. 3. The US Military has at least one Cardinal 3 intact craft. 4. The craft is “alive”, i.e. conscious AI. 5. I have seen evidence vetted from a military source of two kinds of NHI, both cases alive. 6. They use telepathy, but one kind also can talk audio - sounds like Dolphin Whale “music”. 7. They have weapons. 8. Two kinds fight each other with humans as collateral damage. 9. There are undersea USO bases. 10. Teleportation (wormhole), like the Philadelphia Incident, is real. 11. JACQUES VALLEE, the ungrateful wretch, however, is correct in his core story that these intelligences have been around for thousands of years, and yes, they created us, as CIA’s John Ramirez has alluded. 12.
