BREAKING: Kash Patel just confirmed what many of us have said for years. – Pelosi blocked Trump’s offer of 10,000 National Guard – Her team was filming a documentary while the chaos unfolded – 250 FBI agents were undercover provocateurs Democrats helped provoke violence, blocked the Guard, staged chaos for cameras, then framed innocent Americans. We need accountability for those who orchestrated this. We demand justice.

Speaker 0: Some Republicans argue that Nancy Pelosi staged January 6 and the select committee covered it up. Based on what you know, what are the verifiable events in the lead ups? Speaker 1: I was DoD chief of staff on January 6. We deployed National Guard; in the Oval Office the president, president Trump at the time, authorized pursuant to law up to 10 to 20,000 National Guard. We took that authorization because the law's second part required a request from who? Nancy Pelosi and the Metropolitan Police and the mayor at the time. And what did they say? No. And remember what happened for the next two years? They say, Oh, Kash is lying. Trump’s lying. And what do we find? Letters of their declination of the National Guard refusing to have the National Guard show up. Nancy Pelosi and her team were busy filming a movie on January 6 while this so caused chaos around her was going down. If she had just look at it this way. If she had said yes to the National Guard and we had 10,000 uniformed military officers establish a secure perimeter, do you think January 6 would have gone differently? Speaker 0: It is intriguing that 02/1950 FBI plain clothed agents were inside the Capitol on January 6. Speaker 1: This is a great example of the president's initiative to solve all the answers on January 6, and it's another example of our transparency efforts. Pursuant to the president, we investigated the matter and found out why FBI agents were placed there in the first place. And it turns out, we found documentation and witnesses and whistleblowers that said we were forced to go there to do riot control. Armstrong, do you know what the FBI does not do ever? Riot control. Speaker 0: Some Republicans, mister director, argue that Nancy Pelosi staged January 6 and the select committee covered it up. Based on what you personally know, what are the verifiable committee events in the lead ups? Do you I know you don't speculate, you just deal with facts. Speaker 1: I'm in a unique position. Remember, I was chief of staff for the Department of Defense on January 6. We were responsible for the deployment of National Guard, and what I have was forced to testify two years ago at great personal cost has now once again, just like Russiagate, been proven true because all I do is speak the truth. On January actually, in the days before January 6, we were in the Oval Office where the president, president Trump at the time, authorized pursuant to law up to 10 to 20,000 National Guard. We took that authorization because the law's second part required a request from who? Nancy Pelosi and the Metropolitan Police and the mayor at the time. And what did they say? No. And remember what happened for the next two years? They say, Oh, Kash is lying. Trump's lying. And what do we find? Letters of their declination of the National Guard refusing to have the National Guard show up. So all I can speak to is the facts, and the facts are those plus this. I've saw the president's tweet Speaker 1: Mhmm. Speaker 0: To get to the bottom of it, who placed them there, what were they doing, were they inciting violence. What can you tell us, mister director? Speaker 1: This is a great example of the president's initiative to solve all the answers on January 6, and it's another example of our transparency efforts. Pursuant to the president, we investigated the matter and found out why FBI agents were placed there in the first place. And it turns out, we found documentation and witnesses and whistleblowers that said we were forced to go there to do riot control. Armstrong, do you know what the FBI does not do ever? Riot control. We don't do that. So the prior leadership sent 250 some odd men and women into a situation they're not trained for, put them in harm's way, put the individuals out there in harm's way, and also, those individuals have collectively responded or said beforehand that they were forced to go there. They didn't volunteer to do that. Speaker 0: And you believe them? That's their Speaker 1: word, not mine.

I’m shocked to learn that Penguin Random House is funding Supreme Court Justices with huge book deals, including $2M for Barrett and nearly $3M for Jackson. These justices, including Barrett, Jackson, Sotomayor, and Gorsuch, even recused themselves from a case involving their publisher, highlighting a clear conflict of interest. Beyond book deals, there are larger issues of justice-for-sale, with justices receiving gifts, luxury vacations, and private jets from billionaires. It’s clear the system is broken and in need of reform.

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

WOW: A radical publisher—Penguin Random House (owned by Bertelsmann)—is bankrolling Supreme Court Justices with MASSIVE book deals (up to $2M advance for Barrett, nearly $3M total from Ketanji Brown Jackson) This is the same company that gave a $70M book deal to Obama.

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

These same justices—Barrett, Jackson, Sotomayor & Gorsuch—recently RECUSED themselves in a case involving their publisher. That’s a clear conflict of interest—showing how these sweetheart deals cripple justice.

And it’s not just book deals. The real scandals are justice-for-sale: gifts worth millions, luxury vacations, private jets—from billionaire donors.

I was sentenced to 32 months in federal prison for obstruction of an official proceeding, a charge stemming from a law designed to prevent document shredding after Enron, not to target peaceful protestors. I lost years to a false charge orchestrated by Andrew Weissman and used by Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco to intimidate individuals like me before pursuing Trump. One man, @EagleEdMartin, recognized the misuse of the 1512 charge and was nominated by Trump for U.S. Attorney for D.C., but his nomination was blocked by Senator Tom Tillis because he defended people like me. This isn’t justice; it’s political warfare.

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

I was sentenced to 32 months in federal prison under 18 USC §1512. The charge? Obstruction of an official proceeding. But that law was written after Enron—to stop document shredding. Not to imprison peaceful protestors. I lost years of my life to a hoax charge—engineered by Andrew Weissman and weaponized by Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco. They knew it was bogus. They used it anyway—to break people like me before going after Trump. Rot in prison first. Justice later. One man saw through it early: @EagleEdMartin. Trump nominated him to serve as U.S. Attorney for D.C. and he knew the 1512 charge was being used as a political weapon. Senator Tom Tillis personally killed his nomination. Why? Because Ed defended people like me. This isn’t justice. It’s political warfare.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker believes many January 6th defendants were wrongly charged with 1512, an obstruction charge, and that a bipartisan Supreme Court threw it out. As a US Attorney, the speaker wanted to investigate the use of 1512, which they attribute to Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco, but ultimately to Andrew Weissman. Weissman, connected to the Mueller investigation, allegedly advocated using 1512 to target Trump, even if it meant "making it up." The speaker claims Weissman wanted to charge Trump after first jailing hundreds of people to validate the charge. 1512 was initially created after Enron to prevent the destruction of documents related to an official proceeding. Weissman allegedly planned to expand the definition of "official proceeding" to include the electoral college count. The speaker asserts that this plan involved jailing people, securing guilty pleas, and influencing judges to support the charge before targeting Trump.

Speaker 0: But if you're I think if you're not under the spell of the hoax, you say, wait a second. Lots of people were waved into the capital, and and maybe you could charge them with trespass, but you can't throw them in jail for three years, four year three and a half years. Right? Because of and then the supreme court, bipartisan supreme court, throws out the charge that was used. It's called the fifteen twelve charge. When I got in my office as US attorney, I said, first week, we're gonna look at the fifteen twelve. Who charged it? And, course, it was charged by Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco right across. It wasn't it wasn't the guy in my chair. He's a he was an empty suit there to just, you know, carry water as they went in. Right DOJ directly. All the way funny general. Right up right up. Of course. I mean, look. 1512 is an Andrew Weissman creation. Right? This was Andrew Weissman advocated for fifteen twelve charge Who's Andrew Weissman? In the Mueller investigation and the Mueller invest Andrew Weissman is one of these lawyers who he's at NYU right now. He goes in and out of government, and he's basically at the center. There's about six or seven of these people that are at the center of coordinating the weaponization of government against the people right now. And every time you turn around you know, I love I'll give it to you. The guy that was the prosecutor in Kosovo before Jack Smith, you know, a special prosecutor. Yeah. Forget his name right now. He he left so Jack Smith could come in. Where'd he go? One guess. NYU to Andrew Weissman's shop. Perfect. So when you watch Andrew Weissman's at Mueller, he says in Mueller, we need fifteen twelve. We can charge Trump in the watch this. We can use fifteen twelve. We're making it up, but we can get away with it if we build it out this way and just get everybody to go along. He fails at that, Mueller. You know, Barr says and and Jeff Jensen no. Barr says you can't do that. Right? You can't do we're not gonna do that. Shuts it down. And then along comes Andrew Weissman, Lisa Monaco, all these same people. They say charge the fifteen twelve. Tucker, the fifteen twelve charge. Right? Viewers may not track it well enough, but fifteen twelve was an addition to the law about twenty years ago after Enron because Arthur Andersen, the accounting firm, was destroying documents. Enron was the target of the investigation. Arthur Andersen was destroying documents, wasn't the target, and there was no law to say, if you knew there was an investigation, you shouldn't destroy documents. So they passed this law. Okay. Fifteen twelve. It said, if you know there's an official proceeding, you're not allowed to destroy documents. Okay. Right. You got it? Okay. That's it. All these years later, Weissman is saying, we'll we'll use, you know, obstruction of official proceeding. We'll expand official proceeding. We'll call it oh, yeah. We'll call it the electoral college count, and we'll go after everybody. But first, before we go for Trump, let's drag a couple of hundred people into jail. We'll make them plead guilty. We'll try them with a bad jury. We'll make the judges roll along, and we'll make sure we put them in one after another. We'll say, see, fifteen twelve. It's a good charge. Judges went for it. Everybody went for it, and then we'll get Trump. And one judge said no. Then it went up to the Supreme Court, and the bipartisan Supreme Court said, hell no, and threw it all out. So we watched American citizens rotting in jail for years for walking through the Capitol in 1512.

I want to remind @SenThomTillis about the incident where USCP cuffed a protester and then uncuffed him for a fist-bump, highlighting what I see as a Fedsurrection. I believe January 6 is a coverup, and I'm committed to exposing the truth. I also want to clarify that the individual was not a confidential informant, but the confusion points to the government's tactics. The blurred lines between informants, agitators, and civilians are crucial to understanding the January 6 situation.

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

Just a reminder for sanctimonious @SenThomTillis USCP cuffed an FBI informant (CHS), brought him to the side, and happily uncuffed him to share a celebratory fist-bump—Fedsurrection accomplished. We all know J6 is a coverup, and we’re going to expose everything…and everyone.

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

Correction: the individual uncuffed by USCP was not a CHS (confidential human source), but a protester. That said — the confusion itself is revealing. The government’s entrapment tactics and blurred lines between informants, agitators, and civilians remain central to the J6 coverup.

The term "unelected" used by Democrats is misleading. Donald Trump was elected in a landslide, and his staff, including the national security adviser and chief of staff, serve at his pleasure. They are implementing the agenda chosen by the American people. The real unelected power lies within the bureaucracy, such as USAID, the FBI, and the CIA, which have acted against Trump. President Trump is working to restore democracy by asserting control over the federal bureaucracy. He is the only individual elected by the entire nation to carry out the agenda that reflects the voters' wishes, while other officials are elected at local or state levels. Ultimately, the president is in charge of the federal executive branch.

This is presidential staff that serves at the pleasure and for the president just as I do. I am a staffer for the president of The United States. He is elected. He is the one that American people have chosen to implement his agenda. This is the agenda the American people voted for that he is asking his staff, his subordinates, his employees to implement. The unelected power in this country is the rogue bureaucracy. USAID is unelected. The FBI that persecuted president Trump for eight years is unelected. The CIA and those who have laundered intelligence to try to change the foreign policy of The United States are unelected. President Trump is restoring democracy by controlling the federal bureaucracy. There is one man in the country who is elected by the whole American people to implement an agenda they support. That is the president. Every other officer in this country Yep. Members of congress and senators are elected at the state or local level. Let me ask you something. I have to continue. @julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

By systematically violating the rights of Americans and defying their oath of office, the DC federal court system has rendered itself illegitimate. Not only did the Supreme Court overturn how 17 DC judges ruled on 1512c2--meaning hundreds of J6ers were wrongfully prosecuted with at least 100 sent to prison--the DC circuit also reversed several DC judges on two J6 sentencing practices. And if the most common misdemeanor and the seditious conspiracy convictions ever make it to SCOTUS, DC judges will be reversed on those counts, too. Further, these judges acted as nothing more than a rubber stamp for the DOJ for four years; refusing to move even high-profile trials out of DC, creating no-bond rules just for J6ers, hastening jury selection especially before the president took office, helping the DOJ withhold discovery and Brady materials, and imposing excessive sentences including "terror" enhancements among other misconduct. The 4 judges responsible for the presidential immunity order were harshly condemned by the Supreme Court when it reversed that order last July. These DC judges are rogue, reckless, partisan, and heretofore unaccountable. Now they are going to do whatever they can to retaliate against the president for undoing their lawless J6 handiwork. As I said--an illegitimate court. And the Trump administration should treat it accordingly.

Speaker 0: In a single week, I've taken over 350 executive actions. We've signed 300 and whoever heard of that 1. And as I said in my inaugural address, the American decline is over. It's over. The golden age of America has officially begun. And I think that's a good thing for us to talk about. The golden age and the American dream. I think it's a good thing because people haven't been talking that way for a long period of time. On day 1, I directed every member of my cabinet to marshal all powers at their disposal to defeat inflation and bring down the cost of daily life. And we're gonna do that. You're gonna see it starting to happen brought everything up. It's gonna bring everything down. I imposed a federal hiring freeze, a federal regulation freeze, a foreign aid freeze, a foreign aid freeze. A foreign aid freeze. Isn't that nice? We get tired of giving massive amounts of money to countries that hate us, don't we? And I created the new department of Government Efficiency, and I think it's gonna be very meaningful. I terminated the ridiculous and incredibly wasteful green new scam. Great 1 of the great scams in history.

Two weeks ago on Fox News, you mentioned that those who protested peacefully on January 6th should be pardoned, while those who committed violence should not. You also noted that there are gray areas in these cases, particularly regarding the Department of Justice's handling of prosecutions, which you believe involved double standards and denial of constitutional rights. Regarding specific cases of violence against police officers, you clarified that while such violence is not justified, the focus should be on the unfair prosecution by the DOJ. You argue that the pardon power is not reserved for perfect individuals, and the decision to pardon was about rectifying perceived injustices in the legal process.

Speaker 0: 2 weeks ago, you were on Fox News and you said if you protested peacefully on January 6th and had Merrick Garland's Department of Justice treat you like a gang member, you should be pardoned. If you committed violence on that day, obviously, you shouldn't be pardoned. Did you counsel the president against these blanket pardons for 1500 people Well, Speaker 1: Margaret, I noticed Speaker 0: including those who committed violence. Speaker 1: Margaret, I noticed that you cut off the thing that I said immediately after that. The full quote is that, of course, there are gray areas. And here's the nature of the gray area. Merrick Garland's Department of Justice denied constitutional protections in the prosecutions. There were double standards in how sentences were applied to the j 6 protesters versus other groups. What the president said consistently on the campaign Case by case basis. Speaker 0: Look at Speaker 1: a case by case basis This Speaker 0: is blank. Speaker 1: And that's exactly what we did. We looked at 1600 cases, and the thing that came out of it, Margaret, is that there was a massive denial of due process of liberty, and a lot of people were denied their constitutional rights. The president believes that. I believe that, and I think he made the right decision. Speaker 0: Daniel Rodriguez used an electroshock weapon against a policeman who was dragged out of the defensive line by plunging it into the officer's neck. He was imprisoned sentenced to 12 years 7 months. He got a pardon. Ronald Maccabee hit a cop while wearing reinforced brass knuckle gloves and he held one down on the ground as other rioters assailed the officer for over 20 seconds causing a concussion. If you stand with law enforcement, how can you call these people unjustly imprisoned? Speaker 1: Margaret, you're separating there's an important issue here. There's what the people actually did on January 6th, and we're not saying that everybody did everything perfectly. And then what did Merrick Garland's Department of Justice do in unjustly prosecuting well over a 1000 Americans in a way that was politically motivated? Speaker 0: Like that against a police officer ever justified? Speaker 1: Violence against a police officer is not justified, but that doesn't mean that you should have Merrick Garland's weaponized Department of Justice expose you to incredibly unfair process, to denial of constitutional rights, and frankly, to a double standard that was not applied to many people, including, of course, the Black Lives Matter Rioters who killed over 2 dozen people and never had the weight of a weaponized Department of Justice come against them. The pardon power is not just for people who are angels or people who are perfect. And, of course, we love our law enforcement and want people to be peaceful with everybody, but especially with our good cops. That's a separate issue from what Merrick Garland's Department of Justice did. We rectified a wrong, and I stand by it.

Our goal is to pursue historic civil damages and collaborate with the incoming Trump administration to ensure justice is served. We're gathering j 6 defenders and as well as the entire country and the world as advocates to the movement for restorative justice. Please join us at we arej6.com. And what that means is we need a national reckoning with the truth of what happened, with the weaponized government, with the corruption of the DOJ and the prosecutors, and with the harms and and catastrophe inflicted on these these folks. So we need to make them whole. We're talking historic civil damages. We wanna work in cooperation with the incoming Trump administration to make sure this happens in the right fashion. And, also, that there is serious accountability. As Julie Kelly mentioned, we must hold these government officials to account and make sure that as a prosecutor and as a judge, that you are upholding the constitution and you are not willfully, participating in a collusion to violate civil rights. Title 18 code 242, under cover of law, violating civil rights rights. There is strong law in place that must be enforced, and we need a reckoning with these institutions. Speaker 0: Really quick. I am demanding the immediate release of Daniel Ball, who was pardoned by President Trump on January 20, 2025, but was re-arrested under questionable circumstances. The government claims he had a 22 rifle during the J6 raid, despite the pardon covering all related actions. Daniel has suffered severe abuse while incarcerated, including being beaten and tortured, and now faces the threat of being sent back to a dangerous facility. His life is at risk, and I urge everyone to spread the word and advocate for his release.

OMG: RePost + DEMAND THE RELEASE OF THIS J6 HOSTAGE Daniel Ball received a pardon from President Trump on January 20, 2025. His paperwork was processed and on paper he was released. Moments later while still in possession of the BOP, Daniel was arrested again. Daniel was taken back to his cell in the DC Gulag, not understanding what was happening. The government has charged Daniel with having a 22 rifle and some ammo that did not fit the 22 during the J6 raid of his home. **The PARDON includes ALL actions related to J6, the raid of his home is very obviously part of the J6 charge.** The government doesn’t want to let Daniel free because they tortured Daniel and there is physical evidence of that. While in FCC Petersburg, VA Daniel was chained to his cell door, he was beaten by two guards. He was beaten so badly his teeth went through his face. He was chained to his cell for hours; fearful the guards would make good on their promise to come back and rape him. Now the government is trying to send Daniel back to FCC Petersburg, in an obvious attempt to scare him into silence. Daniel’s life is in danger, WE NEED HIM RELEASED IMMEDIATELY RePost and tell these guys👇🏼 cc: @RepCloudTX @KenPaxtonTX H/T: @JustTheTweets17 JUSTICE: @WeAreJ6alliance 🇺🇸

Pardoning individuals involved in the January 6th Capitol violence was a mistake, as it may suggest that such actions are acceptable. This could lead to increased violence and undermines law enforcement. While Trump has generally supported law enforcement, his decision to issue these pardons disappointed many in that community. He had previously indicated he would do so, which was not surprising. The broader issue of pardoning those who commit violent acts or destroy property, regardless of political affiliation, raises concerns about the abuse of presidential pardon power.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Do you believe that president Trump was wrong to issue these blanket pardons to the January 6th sentence? Speaker 1: The legal authority to do it, but I fear that you will get more violence. Pardoning the people who went into the capitol and beat up a police officer violently, I think was a mistake because it seems to suggest that's an okay thing to do. Kamala Harris wanted to raise bail money for people burning down Minneapolis. You know, Biden pardoned half his family going out the door. I think most Americans, if this continues to see this as an abuse of the pardon power, that we'll revisit, the pardon power of the president if this continues. But as to pardoning violent people who beat up cops, I think that's a mistake. Speaker 0: So you think it was a mistake by president Trump to issue these blanket pardons. What message does it convey to law enforcement? And if you convey that directly to mister Trump There's Speaker 1: really been no better support of law enforcement in general. And there are a lot of people who supported president Trump. Law enforcement didn't like this, but he said it during the campaign. He's not tricking people. You know, Biden promised not to pardon his family. He did. Trump said, I'm gonna pardon these people. So, the fact that he did it, is no surprise, but I'll be consistent here. I don't like the idea of bailing people out of jail or pardoning people who burned down cities and beat up cops whether you're a republican or a democrat.

However, it turns out he wasn't in uniform or acting as a Capitol Police officer; he was an FBI informant carrying a Confederate flag. This revelation challenges the narrative surrounding the events, suggesting it was not as strong or truthful as presented. There's a call to release FBI files to uncover the real story and identify those truly responsible.

I was grabbed, beaten, tased, all while being called a traitor to my country. Speaker 0: Yeah. That guy. Well, that guy was actually not in uniform, and he was not there as a capitol police officer. He was there as an FBI plant. The dude was there carrying a confederate flag. You can't make this shit up. It's him, and he thought he was gonna get away with it. The president decided to address the injustices faced by 1,500 individuals affected by politicized prosecutions, many of whom had endured significant hardships over the past four years. This includes cases where even innocent bystanders, like two grandmothers, were arrested for merely being present at the Capitol. The president's actions aim to restore fairness to the justice system, particularly for those protesting against the killing of unborn children. Critics argue that this undermines safety, but the president believes reversing these politicized prosecutions enhances security. He highlights the disparity in sentencing, noting that a career criminal received only 27 months for burning down a police station, contrasting it with the treatment of those unjustly prosecuted.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The president came in and made a judgment that these 1500 people of varying forms, some sentenced, some not, some had taken plea deals, some not, had had 48 months of their life turned upside down by a department of justice who wanted to try to make a example out of them, and the president of the United States said enough. And you know what? I agree. Because at the end of the day, 48 months later, many of them having been in jail for all or a lot of that time, many of them who had their doors broken down, many of them had FBI raids. I had 2 grandmas driving from Austin, Texas out into the Hill Country just a few months ago who were arrested and jailed overnight because they were physically present here at the capitol. Not even inside to the best of my knowledge. I think they might have just crossed one of the bike lines. 3 years later, you arrest 2 grandmothers, Put them in jail? Does anybody see what happens when you politicize the justice system? The scales of justice become something that you can't look at as blindfolded? And, again, why am I talking about this? Because today, the president righted the wrongs of those 21 individuals who were literally protesting the in their view, and I share that view, the murdering of the unborn children. I think that stuff matters. I think it matters a lot. Because had Joe Biden, had mayor Garland not politicized the Department of Justice, then maybe 20 or 30 cases of individuals who had done something that were particularly egregious, that were prosecuted, maybe those wouldn't have been pardoned. I don't know. I haven't studied every case. But when you're looking at 1500 cases and all the people who are being abused, I think the president did the right thing and, again, differentiated between those with the commuted sentences. But meanwhile, what the president is doing besides, I think, trying to restore balance to the justice system is he's keeping his promises to secure our country. One of my colleagues over there said the first thing the president did was make us less safe. Are you serious? Are you serious? You think you think reversing politicized political prosecutions 4 years later is making us less safe? May I remind my Democrat colleagues that the individual who burned down a police station, a career criminal, got 27 months. That's the idea of justice of my colleagues on the other side of the aisle. Let's put aside the $2,000,000,000 of damage nationwide in the wake of the Floyd riots. Let's put aside all the other damage that flew flowed from that. Meanwhile, what is the president doing? Making our nation much more safe.

The egregious conduct of the government and how they handled these defendants and how they stripped them of their due process and human dignity is in question. That will Trump whatever crimes they committed because in this country, every defendant has the right to constitutionally protected due process. The fact that you have done no research about any of what has occurred means you are a complete total embarrassment to your constituents. Did you know that the conviction rate for J6 cases is 100%? Did you know that four people committed suicide because they couldn’t handle the psychological torture from the government after they committed misdemeanors. Did you know that police officers lied at these people’s trials? Did you know that prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence? No, of course you didn’t because you are lazy DC swamp creature who wants to be invited to the right cocktail parties. Your constituents should know that you won’t stand up for your basic due process rights, why would they vote for you ever again? If when your government tries to frame you and strip you of your constitutionally protected right to a fair and speedy trial, the Republican, you elected, who pays lip service to liberty, and freedom injustice for all is a fraud who will do nothing but virtue signal. Speaker 0: I have to say also, really troubled. Deeply disturbed by some of your responses and non responses to the questions that you've been asked today. You have to be able to say that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. You dodged that question when you were asked directly by senator Durbin. You have to be able to say that January 6th insurrectionists who committed violence shouldn't be pardoned. Speaker 1: You said that I have to sit up here and say these things. No, I don't. I sit up here and speak the truth. I'm not gonna sit up here and say anything that I need to say to get confirmed by this body. I don't have to say anything. I will answer the questions to the best of my ability.

Let’s try this again: EVERY J6 CASE MUST BE NULLIFIED Why? Very simple—because in every case, the government violated Constitutional rights. There is no exception to this, and no valid argument against it. Either the Constitution stands, or it dies. https://t.co/Lcdo8wGj31

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

January 6 defendants shouldn’t just receive pardons. We need to be exonerated. We need restitution. We deserve an apology from the government. Lives were ruined and lost—all under fraudulent and manufactured pretenses. It’s time that justice truly prevails. https://t.co/9Tf5IzAaRn

I advocate daily for true justice regarding January 6th. We need to shift the narrative to focus on exoneration for the innocent and significant restitution for those affected. This is not just about pardons; it's about doing what is right and addressing the constitutional violations committed by the DOJ under Merrick Garland and Matthew Graves. Our nation must confront the reality of January 6th and the institutional problems that arose from it. This is a critical issue that requires our attention.

Speaker 0: I advocate publicly on a daily basis for true justice for j six. We we can and we will shift the narrative about this event and what justice actually means, not just pardons, but exoneration for the innocent and significant restitution to make these people whole because they deserve it, and it's the right thing to do. But also because our nation must have a reckoning with the reality of what j six was and the constitutional implications of the egregious violations, committed by the Merrick Garland and Matthew Graves, DOJ. And there's real institutional problems, that we have to address, so it's really critical issue.

Speaker 0: My name is Tony Roman, and I have a message for all of you Hollywood leftist so called celebrities who, like zombies, worship and support the Democrat party and their Marxist agenda. Your woke mental disorder, along with your reckless endorsements and voting record, and the sheeple drones who blindly follow you have resulted in the destruction we're all witnessing in Los Angeles. The Southern California neighborhoods in flames are emblematic of your treason. But on behalf of many of my fellow Americans, I'm going to give you a chance to partially redeem yourselves, an opportunity to finally be on the right side of history by helping us take back this country from our anti American enemies. And while you're lounging comfortably in your $1,000 a night hotels ordering gourmet room service, it's also an opportunity for you fake do gooders to help those truly in need. Tony, make them an offer they can't refuse. Alright. Here it is. I want you to look in the mirror in fucking shame and then step forward and publicly and unconditionally renounce your support for all Democrat politicians and their leftist agenda and specifically demand the arrest of the tiny tyrant, Gavin Pelosi, that evil bitch, Karen Bass, and the pretend LA County fire chief who in vintage America couldn't get hired washing dirty fire trucks. Also, announce your endorsement of the Patriot America First Antiwoke Movement and pledge that from this day forward, you will only vote for proven, uncompromising conservatives. If you do this, we at Basilicos Pasta Yvino, along with our fellow Christian and Patriot supporters, will donate meals in your name to those affected by the fire and are far less fortunate than you who could use some good home cooking Italian comfort food right now. Do this, and we might forgive you. If not, especially now, we promise to continue waging war in the spirit of 17/76 against woke tyranny and all of you in Hollywood who attack our patriot principles, beliefs, traditional values, our cherished American way of life. We've done it before here at the constitutional battleground, and we'll fucking do it again. So do the right thing. If you wanna call yourselves Americans, act like it.

.@GlennBeck asks what they did to me in prison. The more you learn about the shocking abuse of innocent J6 protesters by the Biden DOJ, the more you realize how dangerous our weaponized government has become. This travesty of justice MUST END https://t.co/oHVY3KkGPI

I received paperwork from the BOP indicating that some rules were altered to psychologically torture me and isolate me from my family and attorneys. This was influenced by the Department of Justice, particularly the FBI and the Assistant US Attorney's Office, linked to my federal prosecutor, Jason Manning. In prison, a security officer intimidated me, asserting his control and dismissing my constitutional rights. I expressed my intention to abide by the rules while advocating for the truth about January 6th and my innocence. Despite my compliance, I was entrapped into breaking a rule regarding phone communication, which I was never informed about. After submitting my contacts, I was falsely accused of breaking the rules and subjected to four months of severe isolation abuse.

Speaker 0: I have paperwork from the BOP that that acknowledges that the reason that some of their rules were rearranged in order to clearly torture me psychologically and in horrendous physical conditions and in super isolation, meaning totally cut off from all contact with my family and attorneys for an extended period of time. That was happening because of the fascist fingers of the Department of Justice, specifically the FBI and the AUSA, Assistant US Attorney's Office, which I believe traces back to Mr. Jason Manning, the actual federal prosecutor who prosecuted me at trial and put me into that prison in the first place. Speaker 1: So what rules did they rearrange for you? What happened to you? Speaker 0: In prison, I was pulled aside in this office with no one in it with a gentleman who worked for the security division of the prison who basically said, do you know who I am? Because I know who you are and I'm watching you. I said, I don't know who you are. I'm not surprised that you know who I am because that's become pretty well known at this point. And he said, well, let me break this down for you. I know you are all big on constitutional rights and talking a big first amendment game and this and that, but this is my kingdom and I rule here. So you better get that straight real fast. And clear intimidation, but I Speaker 1: wanna I'm sorry, the constitution applies to prisoners as well, sir, but go ahead. Speaker 0: Oh, it's supposed to. But, you know, the our founding fathers called the constitution a parchment barrier. And, there's a reason they use that terminology. It it's only gonna hold so far as the men holding that parchment have the integrity to understand what it means and how it's supposed to be applied. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. So So he threatens you basically, he threatens you. Speaker 0: Oh, absolutely. Well, I told him, I said, sir, I am not looking to cause trouble. I know you're in charge here and I wanna abide by whatever your rules are. Please just explain them to me, but I do have a first amendment and I plan to continue exercising it. I don't have a bone to pick at this point with the prison. I wasn't there to complain about prison. I was there to continue highlighting the fraud of January 6th, the corruption of the DC court system, and the fact that I'm innocent and so are many other j sixers who I need to continue to advocate for. And I'll do that from prison, it doesn't matter, I'm here to do a job. So I explained to him that me being in prison from my point of view was a deployment in service of my country as a political prisoner. And he was maybe agnostic on that, but basically said, I'm in charge. But he seemed to indicate like, okay, we can manage that. But he wasn't honest with me. And I was basically entrapped into supposedly breaking their rules about some technicality about the phone system, even though they broke their own rules by failing to give me the written rule book that explains all of these details, and then later said, Well, you broke this rule from page such and such in the rule book. And I said, What rule book? And they said, Didn't we give you that on day 1 because the policy stipulates we must do that? Nope, No rule book. I had no idea about this rule. The rule you told me was you have to submit the people you want to talk to on the prison communication systems controlled and monitored. Of course, I understood that. Submit those people and if we approve it, then you can talk to them. Well, I did that. I talked to them, and then they said you broke the rules. You're going in the hole. And then long story short, they disappeared me for 4 straight months of horrific isolation abuse.
