$100 Billion Federal Contracting Scam Exposed: 8(a) Firm Admits to Violating Federal Law, Using Minority-Owned Status as a Front to Obtain $100M+ No-Bid Government Contracts While Outsourcing 80% of the Work. ATI Government Solutions Contract Manager, Melayne Cromwell Admits to Exploiting 8(a) SBA Program Through Pass-Through Scheme & Breaking Federal Law. “I tell you pass throughs are a great thing!” “We only do 20%… The rest goes to subs..." “And remember, there's no competition…”

Video Transcript AI Summary
The transcript centers on an undercover investigation into alleged eight(a) pass-through schemes used to secure federal contracts, focusing on ATI Government Solutions and its connections to Native American ownership arrangements. - ATI, described as a technology services company, allegedly acquires hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars for federal contracts and benefits from a supposed Native American eight(a) tribal status. The program is said to favor Native American–owned small businesses in obtaining contracts. - A key claim is that ATI acts as a pass-through, with the prime contractor (ATI) doing only a small portion of the work and subcontracting the majority to other firms. Specifically, Malayne Cromwell states that ATI “would often do as little as 20% of the actual software development work and offload 80% of the work to their subcontractors,” with ATI “sitting back, collecting my percentage, and they do the work.” - The 51% rule is repeatedly cited: the prime contractor on a government contract must do at least 51% of the work. The investigation alleges ATI complies on paper with “51% on paper,” while the actual work is done by subcontractors. The RFI notes that the limitations of subcontracting clause FAR 52.219-14 requires the prime to perform at least 51% of the work. - The investigation describes “pass-throughs” as a mechanism whereby a non-Native company bids on a contract but partners with ATI, using ATI’s Native status to win, and then subcontracts the work to the non-Native company. The transcript states: “a lot of our subcontractors bid on contracts that were perfect in their industry, but because they weren’t American, they wouldn’t win it. We bid on it for them. They became our sub, and it's an automatic win because of the government set aside.” - There is a claim of “no bidding war” and that contracts are obtained due to Native status, with “pass-throughs” described as a “secret” and “best kept secret.” - The investigation identifies specific individuals tied to ATI and the tribal arrangement. Malayne Cromwell is identified as ATI’s director of contracts who explains the pass-through process and claims that “51% on paper” is sufficient for eligibility. The Susanville Indian Rancheria appears as the listed Native ownership on paper, but the investigation reveals that ATI was founded in collaboration with the Rancheria by two Caucasian executives, Furmidge Crutchfield (CEO) and Scott Deutschman (CDO), who supposedly manage operations. Cromwell asserts that ATI abides by the 51% tribal ownership on paper, while the leaders who actually run ATI are non-Native. - The tribal entity’s role is described as largely non-operational: “the tribe itself will not be doing any of the work. They would literally be taking 51% of the company for the sole purpose of allowing us to pose as Native American owned because it puts you to the front of the line for acquiring those government contracts.” - The investigation cites the growth of ATI’s profits from about $2,000,000 in 2019 to $100,000,000 in 2024, per usaspending.gov, and explains a pattern of creating new companies to stay under small-business thresholds as profits rise. - The report references a related case, Cusisis v. US, where a company was convicted of wire fraud and conspiracy for misrepresenting DBE status in Pennsylvania, highlighting the potential legal consequences of deceptive eight(a) practices. - The piece concludes with the investigators stating they recorded statements that allegedly show pressuring for secrecy and urging quiet about the alleged schemes, and they announce part two of the story. They call on the Department of Justice to act and invite donations to support their journalism. They also mention an upcoming Citizen Journalism Foundation event.

Speaker 0: So ATI would do 20%, and the subcontractor would Speaker 1: do, like, 80% of I don't Speaker 2: the share that they do all the work. No. Yeah. Speaker 1: So we we do about 20% of the work. Speaker 0: 20%? Speaker 3: These government contractors like ATI taking advantage of their special minority owned status. Speaker 1: And and I tell you, pass throughs are a great thing as well. So a lot of our subcontractors bid on contracts that were perfect in their industry, but because they weren't American, they wouldn't win it. So we've been on it for them. They became our sub, and it's an automatic win because of your Native American status. Isn't that exciting? Right? Because a lot of people don't know that. I don't think anybody knows that. Right? And I'm talking Well, I keep it that way. That's right. Speaker 3: That's a thing. Speaker 1: Exactly. Secret. Yeah. You know what I mean? Exactly. Speaker 3: Taking the money in, subcontracting much of the work out. Speaker 4: I sit back, collect my percentage, and they do the work. Speaker 1: Correct. Yeah. They're doing most of work. Speaker 3: They get the contracts, get the money, act as a pass through, and it's the taxpayer who gets screwed over. Speaker 5: Is there some rules or something that you were telling me that you have to report 5151%. Speaker 1: 51%. On paper. Correct. Right. As long as it's on paper. As long as it's on paper. 51%, we're good to go. And remember, there's no competition because you're Native American. Speaker 4: Ding ding. That's a that's a best Speaker 0: kept secret. Speaker 1: It is indeed. It is. It is. Speaker 4: Go ahead. Speaker 0: And here's to here's to pastors. Speaker 2: There you go. I love that. Yeah. Exactly. Speaker 3: Exactly. In in Vino in Vino Veritas. My name is James O'Keefe. I'm sure. Party like a Jim Keith party. What you're about to see is a microcosm of one of the biggest scams in American history, a scheme that could be costing taxpayers up to $100,000,000,000 every year. It's a system long described as an open secret in Washington, one that dwarfs the USAID fraud scandals in both scale and scope. At its center lies a government program created to empower minority owned small businesses. But behind the facade, our investigation uncovers a network of so called eight a pass through schemes, shell companies exploiting those very programs for profit. According to the SBA, the Biden Harris administration awarded more than $630,000,000,000 in federal contracts to these companies with over $183,000,000,000 in 2024 alone. Our undercover investigation reveals how these firms secured no bid federal contracts Speaker 1: No bidding because of your native status. Speaker 3: Skim over half of the money off the top 65% of the money. And subcontract nearly all the work Speaker 1: So we we do about 20% of the work. Speaker 3: Defrauding taxpayers like you and betraying the very communities these programs were meant to uplift. ATI Government Solutions is a technology services company that acquires contracts to provide federal departments with next generation computing solutions. ATI acquires hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars for these contracts and have been particularly successful in this due to their supposed native American eight a tribal status, meaning they're a native American owned small business which is heavily favored by federal contracts. Speaker 1: That's that's very fair. Try the other one. Speaker 3: We went undercover and arranged meetings with multiple employees to dig deeper into the truth behind ownership, their small business status, and their excessive use of subcontractors. Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh my gosh. Yes. That's better. Yes. Speaker 3: And what we found was more damning which was attempting to procure government contracts through minority owned status similar to ATI. The ploy was to approach the employee for ATI not for a meeting about contracts, but about obtaining catering for a corporate event. You see, Malayne Cromwell at ATI, also on the side, runs a catering business called Ragin Cajun Catering. Speaker 1: So I got into government contracting. I love what I did. I helped large and small companies win win contracts with the government. I wanted you to talk about gumbo. Yes. I wanna get to the good stuff. Speaker 5: I mean, this is interesting. Speaker 1: No way. It's it's a little bit boring Speaker 3: for me. Speaker 0: Absolutely. So I'm excited to Speaker 1: talk to you about the occasion for your Absolutely. Speaker 3: We were shocked that almost immediately in the meeting, less than two minutes in, Milaam Cromwell at ATI told us all about her position as the director of contracts for ATI. Speaker 6: And what was your in that job? What was your title or your role there? I'm the director of contracts. Speaker 3: You're the director? Uh-huh. The director? The director. So there's no Speaker 0: one above you in the contracts? Speaker 1: There's no one above me. Speaker 3: Elaine Cromwell goes on to explain that because ATI is supposedly native American owned, they are heavily favored by government contracts and often acquire $100,000,000 contracts with no bidding war. This enables them to, quote, pass through the majority of the work to companies that wouldn't usually be eligible while keeping the majority of the compensation for themselves. Speaker 1: And and I tell you, pass throughs are a great thing as well. Tell me about those. Well, so with pass throughs, because you're Native American, right, if you have, there's a big bid out and there's a company that wants to bid on it that's not Native American, all they do is partner with you. They use their people. They you subcontract to them. Right? They're your subs. So a lot of our subcontractors bid on contracts that were perfect in their industry. But because they weren't Native American, they wouldn't win it. We bid on it for them. They became our sub, and it's an automatic win because of the government set aside. You automatically will win that contract because of your native American status. Speaker 4: There's no bid there's no bidding war. Speaker 1: I put no bidding war because of your native status. You get it. You get it. A Speaker 3: pass through scheme is when an eight a small business acts as a front to win government contracts meant for disadvantaged firms. Instead of actually doing the work, it passes the contract to a larger ineligible company, violating SBA rules and defrauding the government and defrauding you, the taxpayers. Speaker 1: Isn't that exciting? Right? A lot of people don't know that. I don't think anybody knows that. Yeah. And I'm I'm gonna keep it that way. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 3: That's I wanna keep Speaker 1: it a That's secret. Yeah. Exactly. Speaker 3: Subcontracting out some of the development work isn't necessarily a crime. It's actually quite common. However, things appear to take a criminal turn. When Malayne Cromwell confesses to us that ATI, the prime contractor here, will often do as little as 20% of the actual software development work and offload 80% of the work to their subcontractors. Speaker 4: I sit back, collect my percent, and they do the work. Speaker 1: Correct. Yeah. They're doing most of work. The the people you're subbing to do the majority of the work. So we we do about 20% of the work. Speaker 0: So ATI would do 20%, Speaker 1: and the subcontractor would do 80% of the 80% of Speaker 2: the work. Alright. Share that they do all the work. No. Yeah. No. No. I don't wanna share. So Speaker 3: we're here outside ATI Government Solutions. This is the building in Frederick, Maryland where I'm standing that ATI Government Solutions is housed out of. Now according to the federal acquisition regulations, specifically the limitations of subcontracting clause FAR five two dot two one nine fourteen, The prime contractor in a government contract must do at least 51% of the work. This is more broadly referred to as the 51% rule, and this is what ATI Government Solutions appears to be violating. ATI has a special classification from the SBA that gives the company access to government contracts without competitive bidding. It's called an eight a, a small business that is at least 51% owned by, quote, US citizens that are socially and economically disadvantaged. On paper, ATI is owned by the Susanville Indian Rancheria, a federally recognized native American tribal entity in Northern California. So does the Susanville Indian Rancheria actually own ATI? And what role, if any, do they actually hold besides appearing as 51% owners on paper? Speaker 7: This is the web page for SFSI ATI. Speaker 4: Oh, ATI. I think I've heard of that. Speaker 7: Yeah. That's our technology department. Speaker 3: Well, order to answer that question, we went undercover to meet with the head of the Susanville Indian Rancheria, Arien Hart, and discussed exactly how the business arrangement would work if we wanted them to appear to be the owners of our imaginary company to help us gain government contracts, much like ATI does. Speaker 4: We just wanna get government contracts. So we need the Native Americans ownership to be able to obtain that. Speaker 7: It makes it easier to get into the eight Speaker 3: contracting for sure. Yes. Arian confirms that if they were to appear as the owners of our company, it would make it easier to obtain government contracts. Arian goes on to claim that we may need to relinquish 51% of the ownership to them. Speaker 4: So really, it's really just coming up with a number that you would want in order to appear to be the owner of my art company. Speaker 7: Right. And there and some of that will be determined by the eight a corporation. So we may have to be, like, 51% owners. Right? Speaker 3: Melaine Cromwell confirms that ATI is abiding by this 51% tribal ownership on paper. Speaker 5: Is there some rules or something that people were telling me about, like, that you have to report 5151%. Speaker 1: 51% on paper. Correct. Right. Yeah. But in reality, you know. Right. Exactly. Exactly. Yep. As long as it's on paper. As long as it's on paper, 51%, we're good to go. Speaker 3: ATI may be 51% tribally owned on paper, but Belane revealed to us that ATI was founded in collaboration with the Rancheria by two Caucasian DC executives, Furmidge Crutchfield and Scott Deutschman, and that they manage all of ATI's operations. According to a 2024 article featured on Washington Technology, Furmidge openly states, quote, we met with Susanville Indian Rancheria and formed ATI under their eight a umbrella, and we've never looked back. Furmage also states, quote, we have been around tribal organizations most of our careers, and they are very strong government contractors. So you're for the CEO? I did. What is his name? Speaker 1: Firm. It's Crutchfield. He's the head. He is the CEO. Of? Of ATI. Speaker 3: Have you Speaker 1: met him? I have. Yeah. He's my boss. Speaker 3: Now is he is he a Native American gentleman? Or Speaker 1: He's not. No. Look at my he was born and raised in Unique? Washington DC. Yeah. Very So yeah. What's the name again? Thermage. Thermage is his fiance. She looks super young. Oh my gosh. She's so look. But, of course, of course, during my interview, I'm talking to both of them. That's the Of both of is mentioning that to me, of course. Speaker 2: Or in some instances. Speaker 1: Awesome. On my first day at work, and she's, you don't know this, but Burmese and I are engaged. And I was like like, oh, congratulations. Right? But Oh, Speaker 2: you see it now. Right? Speaker 1: CFO and CEO. Speaker 0: That's that's Speaker 3: nice work if you can get it. Speaker 1: I get it. Nice work. Speaker 2: This is juicy. I said, I love it. Speaker 1: No. This is fact. Speaker 2: This is Speaker 1: not gossiping. Speaker 3: With Furmich Crutchfield as CEO, his fiancee, Olympic swimmer Marina Mogalyeva as CFO, and his business partner Scott Deutschman as CDO, it becomes clear the Susanville Indian Rancheria has almost no involvement in the actual operations of ATI. Arian Hart then confirms to us that in the case of ATI, they are sole proprietors and that anyone working for ATI works for the tribe, acknowledging that, quote, we are the owner. They do the work. Speaker 7: Furbage Crutchfield, he's our, CEO for that company. Speaker 4: And so what what is your role with them? Speaker 7: The tribe itself? So we are the owner of that company. Right? We're the owner of all those eight companies. We are the sole proprietor, I guess. Right? So the company does you know, they go out and get their contracts, do their business, develop that company, go out and get jobs, and Speaker 3: work for the tribe. Speaker 4: But you don't do any of the work. They do Speaker 7: it. They do the work. Speaker 3: Yes. The undercover journalist then proposes that we would like to make a similar arrangement with the tribe, and Arian reaffirms the tribe itself will not be doing any of the work. They would literally be taking 51% of the company for the sole purpose of allowing us to pose as Native American owned because it puts you to the front of the line for acquiring those government contracts. Speaker 4: We would do the work, and then you get a percentage of the profits. Speaker 1: Right. Yeah. K. Speaker 7: We have the ability to get the contracts, and that's probably the most important thing. Speaker 3: On the surface, this sounds like a well meaning endeavor by the federal government to bolster minority involvement in profitable industries like construction and software development. However, as you see here, it incentivizes a system which companies have to seek out a native American tribe, deposes 51% owners in order to obtain a sufficient amount of government contracts, surrendering 51% of the profits to a native American tribe that does 0% of the work, effectively doubling the cost of the contract for the American taxpayer and halving the financial compensation for the person doing the actual labor. Just this past May, in the case of Cusisis versus US, Stamatios Cusisis, an alpha painting and construction company secured Pennsylvania Department of Transportation contracts despite a satisfactory contract performance. They had deceived the government and their compliance with the disadvantaged business enterprise and were therefore convicted of wire fraud and conspiracy for fraudulent inducement. The Supreme Court, in an opinion by justice Amy Coney Barrett, clarified that the wire fraud statute focuses on a scheme to obtain money or property through deception. Justice Sotomayor's concurrence likened it to a fan deceived into buying Mets tickets when promised Yankees tickets, emphasizing deception over loss. As unsettling as all this sounds, there's actually another layer. According to usaspending.gov, ATI has exponentially grown their profits over the last six years from about $2,000,000 in 2019 to 100,000,000 this year. According to the SBA or Small Business Administration regulations, if an eight a company exceeds a personal net worth of 850,000, an adjusted gross income of 400,000 or assets totaling 6,500,000.0, then the SBA no longer considers it a small business. Blaine explained that that's when Crutchfield found a new, quote, small business and starts the process all over again. Speaker 1: Furman has just been very smart on my he never exceeds the small business threshold. Right? So once he gets gets closer to the threshold, he starts another company. Speaker 7: They give you so many years to make so much money to do so good. And then once you get to that point, they stop. Then you just have to develop another corporation to get that one going. Right? So you kinda always before one end, you start another one to get keep on going. So you just change the name, start a new company, and then you're back into the system. Speaker 3: We met up with Malayne a second and third time, and eventually revealed that we were undercover journalists doing a story on the potential corruption throughout ATI's operations. So we have some news for you here. Okay? We're actually investigative reporters. My name is James O'Keefe. I'm an invest Speaker 1: I don't wanna be Speaker 3: I'm an investigative reporter, and you you're on about Yeah. Speaker 1: Okay. We can Yeah. Can but but just asking. Speaker 3: And it's important to note that Melaine Cromwell, director of contracts, repeatedly stated that everything we secretly recorded her saying was just her opinion. She reiterated that many times after I took off my wig and identified myself as an investigative reporter. We'll be releasing that interaction with Malayne along with part two of this story featuring another employee at ATI later this week. Stay tuned for that. Speaker 0: And here's to here's to pass throughs. Speaker 2: There you go. How about that? Exactly. Exactly. In Speaker 3: Vino in Vino Veritas. I'm calling you like a Jim Keith party. Oh my gosh. I can't believe that. I can't believe that. This is this is unbelievable. She said 20%. They only do 20% of Speaker 1: the I heard that part. I was like, boom. Got it. Speaker 3: She said, don't tell anybody. Yeah. Yes. They come only on paper. She said, only on paper. Speaker 1: Only on amazing. Speaker 3: Only on She said pass throughs Yes. Except but we don't want that to leave this. She says loopholes, pass throughs, we only do 20% of the work. Yeah. Speaker 1: I think this is unbelievable. Speaker 3: This is unbelievable. Speaker 7: We got the story, man. Speaker 3: I'm very proud of my team. This story took us about six months to do, and I hear your comments that nothing ever happened to these people, that nothing will come of this, nobody will be arrested. I hear you loud and clear, and let me say that I am on your side, but this is kind of unprecedented here. This is a lot of bureaucracy. These fact patterns about eight As and super eight As and government subcontractors and 51% rules, it gets complicated real fast and people lose interest real fast. But what isn't complicated is this individual encouraging people to stay quiet about breaking the law, saying she does not want the public to know that they're taking advantage of you and fleecing the taxpayer. So we have now done our job. We have caught people on tape with indisputable, incontrovertible, videotaped evidence of fraud and corruption within the federal government, the sort of stuff that Doge talks about. And if this reporting, if this truth, if this videotape doesn't actually lead to our Department of Justice arresting people or holding anybody to account, then it's gotten to the point where we now have to investigate the Department of Justice itself. So we're calling on the people inside the Department of Justice to do the right thing. We actually have confidence and optimism that this report will actually lead to the results and the accountability that all of you so desperately seek. And stay tuned for part two because we are just getting started. If you've enjoyed this type of reporting, one of a kind, fearless, impartial, independent, nonprofit journalism which doesn't favor a commercial imperative over the pursuit of truth that takes six months to do, and an army of investigators, fact checkers, researchers, costume designers, attorneys. I believe the young man who killed Charlie Kirk didn't act out of independent thought but rather from a deep-seated influence of media and educational institutions. These sources have conditioned his generation to view figures like Trump and Kirk as villains. They've been taught that opposing political speech equates to violence, and that responding with violence is justified. This pervasive brainwashing has led to tragic outcomes, reflecting a troubling mindset among many young people today.

@KariLake - Kari Lake

I don’t think the young man who killed Charlie Kirk for “spreading hate” did so because he listened to Charlie & formed his own conclusions. He & so many lost souls from his generation have been told what to think by a relentless brainwashing campaign from the media & the indoctrination factories that our schools have become, which teach people that President Trump, Charlie, & conservatives are the worst people in the world, That political speech they disagree with is violence, & that the appropriate response to that speech IS violence.

Speaker 0: Do you accept, Carrie, that this is a it's not just a one-sided problem? The political violence and violent rhetoric is a problem on both sides of the divide, and it's incumbent on everybody in a position of authority and influence to take the lead here in trying to to just tone things down. Speaker 1: There's been a few cases where it goes from from the right to the left, but there's been an exorbitant number where it's coming from the left to the right. And you can't deny that. If you add it all up, it's just more violence. I mean, president Trump was nearly assassinated. There's another attempt on his life. God knows how many they've averted. Charlie Kirk was speaking to students when he was taken out by an assassin's bullet. We've seen the case in D. C. Where leaders there were shot while at a baseball game and nearly killed. It's typically going one way, but the bigger question I think is why are these minds, these delusional minds, what's getting into their mind and why are they, why did that young man have a hatred in his heart for Charlie Kirk and conservatives? And I think we have to look at what caused that and there is no denying that is coming from the media, that is coming from the schools, the professors, the indoctrination from k through 12, and then continued on in the higher education institutions and the media and the culture. It's a 100% negative, and it has been about president Trump, about conservatives. They've equated us to Nazis. They've equated us to Hitler. No wonder these young kids are, you know, bloodthirsty and trying to kill people. In their minds, they've been told for their entire life that people like president Trump and Charlie Kirk and me and conservatives are the worst thing in the world. That's what's gotta stop, Pierce. That's what's got politics will be politics, and we're gonna continue to have a vigorous and rigorous debate. But it's gotta stop, and it's been coming from the media, and I know it. I worked in the media. I saw it. I saw the bias. I saw the hatred toward the the MAGA movement. I saw the hatred toward the people who follow president Trump. The media has to take credit for what they have caused, the chaos they've caused in our country, and they haven't done it. And until they do, they need to be turned off, canceled, muted. They're absolutely abhorrent.

The speaker states they have no say in pardons as they are running for governor, a role that doesn't handle such matters. They express disapproval of people being imprisoned without charges, calling it un-American, and contrasting it with Australia. The speaker claims Australians have given away their rights and melted down their guns, resulting in a lack of freedom. They assert that in America, the U.S. Constitution protects rights and condemns the prolonged detention of Americans without charges, demanding they be charged or released. They believe more guns would improve the situation and pity Australians' lack of power. The speaker suggests the Second Amendment is the only thing preventing America from becoming like Australia or Canada. They describe the internment camps and forced quarantine in Australia as horrifying and frightening.

Speaker 0: Well, do you think they should be pardoned? Do you think they should be pardoned? I have no say in that. I'm running for governor. This isn't something a governor does. You're trying to twist this interview and trying to make him You're look a republican. He's republican leader. What I don't like is that people are being held in prison without being charged. That's un American. Maybe they get away with that stuff in Australia Australia. Perhaps in Australia because you've given your rights away, you melted down all of your guns and you guys have no freedom, that you find that okay. But here in America, we do things differently. We have something called the U. S. Constitution, and we have rights. We don't take kindly We don't take kindly on Americans being locked up for months on end without being charged. So charge them or get off the pot. So we'd be better off having more guns here. I mean, what you'd be You better off absolutely would, sir. You absolutely would. I feel so sorry for the people in Australia have no power. The only thing keeping us from being Australia right now or Canada is our second amendment. And we will never ever let that go. Mark my words. What we saw happening in Australia, where you have internment camps and people are being forced, if they've encountered anybody with COVID, to be locked into a quarantine camp is the most horrifying thing I think I've ever seen a government do. It's frightening. If you can't see that, I feel sorry for you.

Southern California once felt like paradise, but poor leadership has turned it into a shadow of its former self. To restore “The Golden State,” we need strong law enforcement, though it seems we'll have to achieve this without support from our leaders.

Southern California used to look like heaven on earth, but failed leadership has made it look more like a zombie apocalypse. We've got to bring “The Golden State” back, and it's going to take STRONG law enforcement actions to make that happen. Sadly, It looks they're going to have to do it without the help of California's "leaders."

ICE raided MacArthur Park in Los Angeles, described as a migrant camp with drugs, illegals, graffiti, and needles. A body was recently found in the lake. Democrats are accused of gaslighting the public by portraying the park as a playground and picnic spot. One speaker says Southern California is resembling a zombie apocalypse with drugged-out people and illegals. Despite the Democrats' outrage, the speaker believes that the people of California, including Democrat citizens, are happy to see the park cleaned up and want to bring California back through strong law enforcement actions. The speaker suggests that whatever Karen Bass is upset about, most people in Los Angeles and California are likely happy about the cleanup.

Speaker 0: But Monday, ICE raided MacArthur Park in Los Angeles. I used to live out that way. Dems have been gaslighting the American people on this story so hard. We saw Swalwell saying that it's not a war zone. It's a playground, a picnic spot, a community spot. In reality, MacArthur Park is a dump. It is a migrant camp. The residents living in the area hate the park. It's full of drugs. It's full of illegals in their tents. It's full of graffiti and needles. Look at this. This some of the video that we've seen here from recently from this park. Just last week, a body was found in the lake that you just saw. Wow. And ICE is going in there and cleaning it up, and you have democrats claiming that this is such a beautiful park. How dare you come through here? Speaker 1: You know, it's if you've been to Southern California, I have many times is looking more and more like a zombie apocalypse between the drugged out people who are roaming the streets and the illegals that have taken over, and the people of California are welcoming this. Now the Democrats and the radicals on the left might be acting like this is terrible, but I'm telling you, the people, including Democrat citizens, are happy to see this cleaned up. We're gonna bring California back, and it's gonna take some law, you know, strong law enforcement actions like we're seeing right now. Speaker 0: Yeah. Whatever Karen Bass is upset about, you can assume that a majority of the people in the city of Los Angeles and in Greater California are probably happy about it. Even if they voted for her, they're probably saying, man, this is kinda nice to clean all this nonsense up. Carrie, good to see you. Thanks so much. Speaker 1: Thanks.

The administration believes the president has constitutional authority to conduct national security operations, citing the Alien Enemies Act. They argue a district court judge cannot interfere with the president's power to repel a foreign terrorist in the country. The administration claims the "Trane de Aragua" (TDA) is an alien enemy force sent by the Venezuelan government, triggering the Alien Enemies Act, which allows the president to repel invasions or incursions directed by a foreign government. They state the president determines what triggers this statute, not a district court judge. The administration argues a district court judge cannot enjoin the expulsion of foreign terrorists or direct military actions. They believe the Supreme Court will agree the president's actions as commander in chief are not subject to judicial review. They claim individual deportations cannot be adjudicated by a single district court judge, as it undermines national sovereignty. The administration maintains there is no conflict between the judge's order and the actions taken by the departments of defense, justice, and homeland security.

Speaker 0: So you called the judge's order just earlier today, quote, patently unlawful, end quote, and said that it was an assault on democracy itself. Does that mean that the administration is ignoring this order, and might you ignore future court orders that meet the criteria you laid out? Speaker 1: The president of The United States and his administration reserve all rights under the constitution to conduct national security operations and defense The United States. The Alien Enemies Act, which was passed into law by the founding generation of this country, men like John Adams, was written explicitly to give the president authority to repel an alien invasion of The United States. That is not something that a district court judge has any authority whatsoever to interfere with, to enjoin, restrict, or to restrain any way. You can read the law yourself. There's not one clause in that law that makes it subject to judicial review, let alone district court review. Speaker 0: So, Steven, when you when you say that this person has no authority at all, this is how our system works. It starts with these judges and then continues up. At what point does it become, in your view, legal for the justice system to be looking at this and making a judgment and I I I fail to see how there's any other way but to start with where we're starting here before you get to eventually the supreme court. Speaker 1: Well so first of all, there's a there's a term in law, justiciable. This is not justiciable. In other words, this is not the president is exercising his article two powers to defend the country against an invasion or to repel a foreign terrorist that is unlawfully in the country, he's exercising his court article two powers as commander in chief. Speaker 0: Is Venezuela invading The US? Speaker 1: This is this is a very important point. This is a title 50 authority. It's a commander in chief authority. So just to ask you a simple question. You you talk about how the system works. Does a district court judge have the right to direct or enjoin troop movements overseas? Yes or no? Speaker 0: Well, Steven, my question I Speaker 1: Oh, no. No. Speaker 0: It's If you could answer my question Speaker 1: first. In other words, Speaker 0: the Is Venezuela is Venezuela invading our country in a way that would T t t t a. Speaker 1: So under the so I'll answer yours, and you'll answer mine. Under the terms of the statute, Trane de Aragua is an alien enemy force that has come here as detailed at length in the proclamation at the direction of the Venezuelan government. The statute says that a president has the ability to repel an invasion or predatory incursion that is directed by Speaker 0: a foreign government. Right? Are they a state or Speaker 1: a government? This would be yes. It is it is documented. The the TDA was sent by the Venezuelan government in the proclamation. And here's an even more important point. Under the constitution, who makes that determination? A district court judge elected by no one or the commander in chief of the army and navy? The president and the president's alone makes a decision of what triggers that Speaker 0: determination statute. Actually at war with Venezuela, the nation state of Venezuela? Speaker 1: You're not hearing understanding me. Read the statute. Alien Enemies Act seventeen ninety eight. It says if a predatory incursion is perpetrated by a foreign government so it lists a three three qualifying actions. It could be an act of war. In the Speaker 0: very beginning, there has to be declared war against a nation or Speaker 1: a state. That's what it says. Wrong. Look up the statute. It's on my account on social media. You can see it? The yes. It says or a predatory incursion or an invasion. The statute delineates three criteria for triggering the Alley Enemies Act. One is a act of war, which, by way, an invasion is an act of war, but put that aside. One is an invasion, which this is. One is a predatory incursion, which this is. So it actually meets all three statutory criteria. But with respect to this particular statute, it's the proclamation is utilizing the incursion and invasion language in the statute. So but no. But this is a very important question because no. No. No. Hold on. It's a very important question. You said the way our system works is the president of The United States commands the armed forces of the country, commands the foreign policy of the country, and that's subject to district court review. That is Speaker 0: fundamentally not true. I never said that, Steven. I did not say Speaker 1: never been true. Speaker 0: This was not a military upper I mean, the Speaker 1: A district court judge can no more enjoin the expulsion of foreign terrorists to foreign soil, that he can direct the movement of air force one, that he can direct the movement of an aircraft carrier, that he can direct Marco Rubio to engage the diplomacy in a Speaker 0: country. Or not? Like, does the Supreme Court of the United States have any say over the things that you were just outlining right here? Speaker 1: I believe what the Supreme Court will say is what I just said, which is that the president's conduct here is not subject to Speaker 0: judicial review. You are acknowledging that they do in fact have a say here. Well Even though you think they may agree with you. Speaker 1: What we are expecting is the Supreme Court to say what has always been the case, which is when the president is using his powers as commander in chief, those determinations are not subject to judicial review. In other words, the president's designation of as a foreign terrorist organization and as an alien enemy are part of his inherent plenary authority. There is no Speaker 0: way what point in Speaker 1: this system, how how are you going to expel illegal illegal alien invaders from our country who are raping little girls, who are murdering little girls if each and every deportation has to be adjudicated in a district court judge? And that means you have no country. Sovereignty. It means you have no future. It is fundamentally incompatible to have a country and have individual expulsions adjudicated by a single district court judge. Speaker 0: I'm just trying to figure out at what point Speaker 1: in the Speaker 0: system do you because what does the Trump administration believe? Because we do have separation of powers in this country. I hear what you're saying. Speaker 1: Yes. Of powers. Speaker 0: This is Speaker 1: the judiciary interfering Steven. Let me finish. Executive function. Speaker 0: Let me That Speaker 1: is the separation of powers. That is Speaker 0: order here because you thought you could? Speaker 1: So the judge's order and the actions taken by the departments of defense, justice, and homeland security are not in conflict. And the department just has been clear that they are not in conflict. But I So you think that Speaker 0: you did go along with the order that the judge put out? You do not think that the Trump administration I agree. This order? Speaker 1: As the justice department said, there is no conflict between the judge's order, and the action is taken by the departments I just listed. But I'm making a deeper and more fundamental point. Yeah. The district Speaker 0: court has to, Speaker 1: in any way, restrain the president's authorities under the Alien Enemies Act or his ability to conduct the foreign affairs of United States. Let me paint a picture for you. President Trump and secretary of state Marco Rubio had engaged in intensive intensive diplomacy to obtain a bilateral security agreement with the nation of El Salvador. If a district court judge So can join that bilateral security agreement Again. Then we do not have a democracy. Major argument. Got it. Policy. Speaker 0: Heard you say this. I've Did did you ignore did the ignore the order from the district judge? Speaker 1: I've It's Speaker 0: a simple question. Speaker 1: I've and I've answered it. I've I've answered it because this the department has made a filing in the court. But let me make another point. The judge in this case put the lives of every single person on those aircraft at risk. Did he know how much fuel was in those planes? Did he know the flight conditions? Did he know the weather conditions? Did he know how many crew hours? Did he know the need for crew rest? Did he know any of that? No. This judge violated the law. He violated the constitution. He defied the system of government that we have in this country. Speaker 0: Courts because that does to Speaker 1: be what you're arguing. The same the same district court judges didn't do a damn thing to stop Joe Biden from flooding this nation with millions of illegal aliens. Do these district court judges didn't issue any injunctions to save the lives of Jocelyn Mungry, Blake, anyone Speaker 0: courts. Is that what you're saying? Speaker 1: What I'm saying is that what you said, there's a separation of powers. The the the judiciary exercises Speaker 0: judgment and relief. I don't speak for the White House. You you are here to speak Speaker 1: for the White House. Speaker 0: Will I just want you to answer that one simple question. I am. Speaker 1: Ready? Here we go. Under a proper reading of the constitution, district court judges provide relief to individual plaintiffs seeking relief. District court judges do not have the authority as a general matter to enjoin the functioning of the executive branch, but their authority is at its lowest point when the president is exercising his powers as commander in chief. And I asked you a question. You never answered it. Can a judge enjoin troop movements overseas? Can a district court judge enjoin troop movements overseas? Stephen? Speaker 0: Yes, sir. I I am not gonna get into the the Speaker 1: the This And then you'll know that I'm right. Speaker 0: Is a separate question. Speaker 1: You'll know that I'm right. Speaker 0: Okay. We're not talking about other other truths of me. I need to ask you about something else. The president Speaker 1: issued a proclamation d delineating delineating in detail how the Venezuelan regime sent this gang, this terrorist organization to our shores. And by the way and I and I love being here, but all the outrage that we are seeing from the Democrat party and from the corporate Speaker 0: media

During the 2024 campaign, President Trump spoke at a rally in Arizona where he slammed Gallego. He said Ruben Gallego is a "A Biden rubber stamp." "An open borders maniac." "A Defund The Police maniac." So why is Marc Andreessen “spending half his time at Mar a Lago” and advising Team Trump when he just headlined a weekend long fundraiser for Ruben Gallego this weekend? Speaker 0: Hi, America. I'm here in Washington DC as senior advisor at United States Agency for Global Media. I'm working on behalf of you and President Trump and his administration. And I have been on the job for a couple of weeks now, and I'm horrified by some of the things I'm learning about this agency. I'm sitting here on the Thirteenth Floor of a shiny, brand new, beautiful skyscraper building that is costing you, the taxpayer, a fortune. The Biden administration folks who were running this agency before, right before they left office, signed a brand new lease for this building, a fifteen year lease that's gonna cost the taxpayer nearly a quarter of a billion dollars. Here's the here's the kicker. They already have a building that they're located in that is paid off, that they could have renovated or updated, but they chose instead to get us into a lease that's costing the taxpayer a fortune. I know that every one of you out there is working hard and parting with your tax dollars. You're expecting it to be used wisely, not misused and mismanaged. And I can tell you that this building is a colossal waste of money. Take a look at what's in this building. Fancy conference rooms with wall to wall windows. There's 26 conference rooms at least, that's what I've counted in this building. There are four bridges to nowhere, massive waterfalls, Italian marble finishes everywhere, leather furnishings, all of this being paid for by the American taxpayer. And it's not the only thing we've seen. We are seeing grants where they've taken the grants and they've changed the contracts just days before we got in here to make it less transparent for us to find out where the money's going and what's happening with these grantees. It was an obvious, obvious sign that they wanted to keep us from finding out anything that we could possibly go in and change and make better for the American taxpayer. I want you to know I'm hard at work here in Washington DC. I'm working to make sure that we are not being built out of our hard earned dollars and we're gonna make sure we're doing everything we can to cancel contracts that can be canceled, save money, downsize, and make sure there's no misuse of your dollars.

It's disrespectful to the families who have lost loved ones to this deadly poison. I would like the executive to provide a detailed list of all supplemental needs before June 30th. We identified nearly $340 million in required supplementals, which is an emergency. For instance, $110 million is needed for developmental disabilities by April 1st to avoid running out of funds. This amount is included in the overall $340 million. To summarize, we start with $360 million in higher revenue, but we also have $846 million in higher expenses than reported, plus the $340 million in emergency supplementals needed to keep agencies operational. This total exceeds the entire budget increase of $1.3 billion.

Speaker 0: So I would love the executive to provide us a detailed list of all supplemental needed before June 30th. When we did it over the weekend, we came up with a figure of almost $340,000,000 in needed supplementals. And when you do and there's a couple of new members on this committee, new members in this in the 2 different bodies. $340,000,000 in current year supplementals is an emergency. And if we don't pass that, my understanding, let's just pick one of the agents, one section in the developmental disabilities. My understanding is you need $110,000,000 before April 1st or that will run out of money. Are you aware of that and is that factored in? And that's just one part of that $340,000,000? Speaker 1: So Mr. Chair, so yes, and we have some of those slides upcoming with those FY 'twenty 5 supplementals. Yes, the value for the FY 'twenty five supplementals that's factored into the FY 'twenty six amount. So, the ending cash balance would include that is as you calculated as well, 340,000,000 Speaker 0: dollars. Yes, I mean it could be a 1,000,000 higher, 1,000,000 low, but 340 is a big number. So I'm going to let you go to the next slide, but I just want to summarize for my membership for a second. So we're starting off with 360,000,000 higher revenue that you guys are showing that we're showing. We're starting off with 846,000,000 higher expenses for access than you are showing. And now we're showing $340,000,000 in supplemental expense that needs to be done as an emergency basis to keep agencies running and we're on page 12. And so I mean that alone is more than the whole increase of your budget of $1,300,000,000

During Trump's term, the media reacted hysterically to mean tweets, yet barely noticed Biden's attempt to amend the Constitution on social media. The mainstream media's claims of “Saving Democracy” seem hollow as they prioritize power for those unworthy of it. At Voice of America, we focus on reporting the news, not the narrative.

@KariLake - Kari Lake

Mean tweets during President Trump's first term sent the media into hysteria, but the press hardly raised an eyebrow when Biden tried to unilaterally amend the Constitution (on social media!) on his way out the door. Despite their posturing, the mainstream media don't care about “Saving Democracy” or preserving norms.  They work to preserve power for people who have no business holding it in the first place. At Voice of America, we will report the news, not the narrative.

Hi, Arizona. Carrie Lake here. After 30 years in news, I left a lucrative contract because I couldn't compromise my values. I was troubled by the COVID narrative and found courage in the Bible to walk away. To my surprise, Arizonans encouraged me to run for office, and this journey has been incredible. Despite facing attacks and challenges, your support has been unwavering. I’m grateful for our shared love for Arizona and America. With President Trump and a Republican Congress, I believe we can secure our borders, strengthen our economy, and ensure fair elections. Truth will always matter to me, and I will continue fighting for our state. I leave you with a Bible verse that inspires me: "For we brought nothing into this world, and it is for certain we can carry nothing out." Thank you, and God bless America and State 48.

Speaker 0: Hi, Arizona. Carrie Lake here. The 30 years you trusted me to bring the news into your homes, to tell you the truth. About 3 years ago, I walked away from a 7 figure contract in the fake news because I couldn't lie to you. What good is money if it comes at the cost of your soul? I was sickened spreading the government's COVID narrative. And I was at my desk one day and opened the Bible, and an old Bible verse gave me the courage I needed, the courage to walk away. I thought that would end my time in the public eye. But to my surprise and my eternal gratitude, the people of Arizona rose up and requested that I run for political office. This journey that we've taken together over the past few years has been once in a lifetime. It hasn't been easy, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. They threw everything at us. Fake news, 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars in the most vile attacks, and through it all, you never wavered. And I can't thank you enough for that. It was a movement of love for family, for Arizona, and for America. And I am grateful to all of you who shared it with me. Arizona is a special place, and I'm thankful that President Trump and a Republican majority in both chambers of Congress will be in office to help protect us. As I watch his cabinet forming, I take great comfort in knowing that America will be made great again. And that's good because that's what the American people deserve. You deserve a secure border, a prosperous economy, safe streets, and free and fair elections. And I know more than anything that this administration will fight to deliver that for you. As for me, well, I can say for certain that truth will never stop mattering to me. You will never stop mattering to me. These memories that we've made together will never go away. They will grow sweeter over time, and I will never stop fighting for the state I love. I entered this fight with the Bible verse, and I will leave it with you as well. It's first Timothy chapter 6 verse 7. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is for certain we can carry nothing out. It's an amazing Bible verse. It really inspired me, and I hope it inspires you. Thank you for everything. I love all of you. God bless America. And God bless State 48.

This pardon is a fitting conclusion to @JoeBiden's sad political career, a desperate act of self-preservation to shield himself & his family from the consequences of a lifetime of political & personal corruption. @KariLake - Kari Lake

I have nothing to apologize to Ruben Gallego for. I'm not the one who walked out on my wife when she was just days before giving birth & then demanded she pay his Attorney fees. The media is telling me his records were a nothing burger. I think they said a lot about Ruben's character. Ruben blindsided his first wife. She had no idea the divorce was coming. He walked out the door & let her deliver that baby alone. It says so much about our media that they will defend a man for acting like that.

The speaker was asked about the unsealing of Ruben Gallego's divorce files and whether she should apologize for her previous statements. She stated she has no reason to apologize and that Gallego should apologize for his behavior. She claims a reporter from out of state investigated why the divorce records were sealed after Gallego discussed the divorce himself. The judge agreed they should be unsealed because he is running for public office. She expressed dismay that the media considers it a "nothing burger" that Gallego allegedly served his pregnant wife divorce papers right before Christmas, leaving her to deliver the baby alone. She believes this reveals a massive character flaw and accuses the media of being too close to the Democrats and failing to cover the story adequately. She urges the media to engage in soul-searching.

Speaker 0: Name and who you're with? Speaker 1: Ron Hanson with the Arizona Republic. Carrie, yesterday, the divorce files that you had wanted unsealed for some period of time, were released. The reaction seemed to be generally this was con confirming a story that was known years ago. You, have said that this was going to be very revelatory about Ruben Gallego. They are asking for an apology. Your reflections on that case and how you've discussed it previously. Speaker 0: I I'm not sure why I why I should apologize. I didn't walk out on anybody. I didn't leave, my spouse in a in a vulnerable state. I I don't know what the I think, actually, he probably should apologize for his behavior. And it's unfortunate that, you know, nobody's really been covering this. It's It's unfortunate. I I found out that the person responsible for trying to get these records was a reporter from probably 25100, 3,000 miles away. Not one of you guys dug into that. He was the first one to start talking about his divorce. And when a reporter said, I would like to fact check what he said, and went to look for the divorce records, which almost in every case are public, he found out they were sealed. And so that reporter started digging and said I'd like to find out why these are sealed. And the judge agreed because he's running for public office, they should not be sealed. And, I had so many really strange messages from many of you yesterday that came into our campaign office. There's nothing here. You said that. This is a nothing burger. What's the big deal? What's the big deal? A man walks out on his wife, serves her divorce papers, broadsides her. She has no idea this is coming. You know, I I just imagine, you know, my that happened to my daughter if she was pregnant, and we're days away from expecting our grandbaby. And and she calls me, and I think she's gonna be calling me about some cute little outfit she might have found. And she's crying, and says that her husband is leaving her. She's just a few days away from giving birth, serves her with divorce papers right before Christmas. I'm sorry that you guys don't think that's a big deal. I think that's a pretty big deal. Yes. It tells me a lot about the character of that man. She had no idea it was coming. Hit her like a ton of bricks. She had to go in and deliver that baby alone. And you and the media think it's no big deal. You haven't even covered it. If I had something that revealed such a massive character flaw like that, you guys would be all over it. It's really it's really sad. It's it's despicable. The media is so in bed with the Democrats right now. It's really shocking. I think I think there's a time for soul searching. The time is now, guys.

Speaker 0: Well, I I actually I I didn't realize that Walls was on the list. And when I saw that she picked him, I I was thinking, is she trying to tank the ticket for the for the Democrats? Because I I saw what happened, guys, in in, the summer of 2020 with Minneapolis. I've got family who lives there. They were scared to death. City was on fire. Businesses were burning. People were suffering. He didn't do anything. And by the way, Kamala Harris was bailing out the criminals who were burning people's businesses and torching cars and attacking people. And Ruben Gallego was actually marching in similar peaceful protests as they like as the media calls it. Peace he was marching in those protests, protesting the police, and he was doing all that. He calls the police the bad guys. Yeah. He calls the police the bad guys. So, frankly, I don't care who you plug in. You can put Mary Poppins in there. The policies of the Democrats are destructive. Yep. This is why we have record inflation. This is why the cost of living rent prices in some areas have doubled. That means that you guys, when you pay rent, you're gonna either get a much smaller apartment or you're gonna have to take on another new roommate. Our our mortgage rates are nearing 8%. We can't afford gas. You go to fill up your car and you can't fill it up anymore. You can only put a little bit in because you don't have the money to do it. And we're watching fentanyl kill people. We're watching wars starting overseas. I I don't care who you put in into that ticket. Like I said, Mary Poppins herself could be there. This is a disastrous ticket because it's a disastrous policies that are hurting the American peep.

@KariLake - Kari Lake

I talked to a rancher who has a large ranch on the border. He told me, every day, eight to nine illegal immigrants are spotted or caught on his property. What concerns him the most is when he sees grown men "leading" groups of pre-teen girls. Eight to nine illegals a day, starting right when Joe Biden was sworn into office. With President Trump, he would see eight to nine a year. That's how tight our border was under President Trump.

Speaker 0: Just 6 months into this fiscal year, there have been over 40,000 Chinese migrants encountered at the US borders compared with nearly 53,000 for all of the previous, fiscal year, last year. Meanwhile, customs and border protection sources telling Fox News approximately 175,000 so called gotaways have caused illegally so far this fiscal year. Of course, that's only the numbers we know of. The figures do not count those who have entered illegally undetected and have disappeared into the country, and we have no knowledge of what their motivations are. Joining me right now with more in the Sunny Morning Futures exclusive is Arizona Republican senate candidate, Carrie Lake. Carrie, good to see you. Thanks very much. Your reaction to these new numbers that we're showing this morning, and what kind of a reaction are you get it? Getting when you are on the campaign trail as you run for a senate seat? Speaker 1: Well, thanks for having me, Maria. Those are astronomical numbers of Godaways. Remember, the Godaways are the ones who don't wanna be captured. Right now, you walk into the country, you just get processed, you're here, you get your plane ticket, you get set up. These are people who are probably so dangerous that they don't want to go through that process. They they need to sneak in. They're probably on terrorist watch list. They've got a criminal background, and they're pouring into Arizona. I just talked to a rancher who has a large ranch on the border. He said every day he gets reports from his workers on the ranch, 8 to 9 gotaways are spotted or caught on his property that his workers catch. And he said it's most concerning when they see a couple of, you know, men in their thirties with a group of 12 year old girls. It's been shocking what they're seeing come across his ranch. And he said, Carrie, for comparison, 8 to 9 a day, it started right when Joe Biden became, when he was sworn into office. And with president Trump, he would see 8 to 9 a year. That's how tight our border was under president Trump. And so it's very concerning. It's very concerning in communities like Nogales, where I was just about a week ago, and the people there say they're doing street releases of folks from all different countries, from Africa to, the Caribbean to China, Asia Yeah. And they are being released onto the streets with nowhere to go.

Speaker 0: Alright. Thank you guys both for sitting down, talking with me today. And I want to start with you, Senator Barrasso. A lot of people see you coming out here campaigning for Carrie Lake is kind of a sign that the establishment is giving her more of an embrace that maybe you can broaden the message and reach people, Republicans who didn't vote for Carrie in her run for Governor. What do you say to people, Republicans right now, who did not vote for Carrie Lake, 2 years ago? What do you say to them this time around? Speaker 1: Well, she's very forceful. She's effective. I think she's a responsible voice for the people of Arizona, and we need her in the United States Senate. I was the 1st senator, republican senator to endorse her. She was in Washington. We had a chance to meet. I had watched her previous to that with a number of various interviews that she did. My wife and I watched her. She she's the future of our party. We need her. I wanna do everything I can to, help bring more people together and make sure she wins this election in 2024 for the US senate. And a lot has been made, Speaker 0: in the media, you've made a deal about trying to reach out to folks like your former opponents, Karen Taylor Speaker 2: Ropes and Speaker 0: Megan McCain that's been in the news a lot. I want to ask you how has that been working, reaching out to more moderate Republicans considering you did call them a lot of folks rhinos and you weren't happy with certain elements of the party. How is that message being taken right now? Speaker 2: I think it's going well. I I really do and and we've talked about this before, you and I have. I I don't wanna, tell the world everybody I'm meeting with because I I don't want them to be dragged into a news story unnecessarily. I am gaining a lot of support with people who didn't previously support me. I had a lot of support before and I'm just adding. It's a game of addition, they say politics is. But more important than just adding to my support, I wanna bring people together. We're so divided as a country. I do put a lot of the blame on the media for that. I I'm working in the media for a long time. I know it's about keeping people afraid, divided, isolated. And it's done a a a lot of damage to our country. So I wanna bring people together. We're gonna have a big cleanup job to do, and it's gonna take all hands on deck. That means all Republicans. It's gonna take Independents to come in. Even disaffected Democrats are waking up to these policies that just aren't working. I know that the people who are watching your station tonight are looking at the border crisis. They're hearing about stories like Lake and Riley who was murdered by somebody here illegally. He shouldn't have even been here. Another story that I talked about today, murder when somebody was deported 4 times and they're still committing crimes and still coming back. We have to secure the border. It's starting to affect every single American. And so I want to work to bring Republicans together to do that, Independents, Democrats. I'm meeting with all kinds of Arizonans. Some of them are traditional Republicans. Some of them are MAGA Republicans, and we're gonna work together. We're going to get the majority in the US Senate. And when we get that, we're gonna take all kinds of Republicans. Some are gonna be from states that are a little more, purple or even blue. I think we might even have a win in some of the blue states with Republicans. They have to represent their constituents. And when we get together in the Senate, we are going to work together. The people of this country are going to demand it. Speaker 0: And speaking of moderates and whatnot, you said that your one attack McCain got a lot of attention that drove a stake to the heart of the McCain machine. You said that was in jest, correct? Speaker 2: Well That Speaker 0: was in jest. Speaker 2: No. This was a this was a different comment, but that comment refers to a political apparatus here in Arizona that had a grip on politics, and it was really hard for the grassroots to take any movement and get in. Mhmm. And I believe that with my victory in the primary, for the governorship, we did show the grassroots has power in this state. And the grassroots do have power. That's how this government is supposed to be from the bottom up. And the grassroots have a lot of power. I wanna bring people in who are more establishment, traditional as well. I truly am extending an olive branch. I mean it. If you weren't with me before, I want you with me because we gotta save our country. Speaker 0: But with with you know, but there was a lot of attention on that one comment that you guys have said that was a joke or a jest. I do wanna ask you though, but you also, went after Cindy McCain when you run for government. Speaker 2: How did I go after you? Speaker 0: You had said that she was in cahoots with George Soros that, to defeat America and whatnot. I was wanting to say, is that Speaker 2: Is that a direct quote? Speaker 0: That was you on the Steve Bannon show, I believe. Speaker 2: Okay. Well Is Speaker 0: that something you really still believe about them? Speaker 2: Cindy McCain works for the Biden administration, and I appreciate the hard work she's done in this state. And if she decides she wants to vote for me, I don't think she's actually living here right now, so I don't think she is voting. I wanna reach all people. And if Cindy McCain decides she wants to come and vote for me, I will welcome that. If she wants to support me, I will welcome that. I wanna get Arizonans who are voting to see that our policies work. You know, a lot of times you've talked about me focusing on the past, focusing on the past. I'm looking forward. I'm looking to the future. And our future can either be very bright and be excellent for our young people and our children, or it could be very bleak. And right now, you're focusing on the past. The the people of Arizona don't care about this. Speaker 0: They wanna know who you are. Speaker 2: They don't. They know who I am. I've been in their homes for 27 years. Speaker 0: They wanna know who you are because you'd said things in the past and you're you're correcting that now or changing that now. Speaker 2: Dennis, you need to you need to move on. We're we are bringing people together, and they know who I am. They they know I'm a fighter. They know that I care deeply about this community. I've raised my family in this community, and they know that I care about that border. They know that I had a policy that was so good on that border that Greg Abbott is now doing that in Texas, and it's working. I wanna solve these problems. I'm not worried about, squabbles. I'm I'm moving forward. I can't go backwards. I can only move forward, and I'm gonna move forward and help the people of the state. I'm gonna win this seat and help bring the majority back to the senate so we can solve some of these problems that we've been dealing with for a long time. Speaker 0: Okay. Let me ask Senator Barrasso this question, too. This question was asked at the press conference, didn't seem like it was very popular question, but I didn't want to ask this. Working in the Senate, Carrie Lake, there's a lot of attention given to a recording she had taken of Jeff to what the former campaign party chair. Can you trust that, you know, she can be trusted in backroom conversations, candid conversations that she won't be recording people or anything like that. Because the senate Speaker 2: Dennis, this is ridiculous. The people of this country don't care about this. You would have The the senator you've been in the phone. A conversation if someone showed up at your door and said, I gotta tell you something. You can't I can't tell it on the phone. I was nervous about it. I thought there would be a threat in it. And I have every right. I didn't break any laws. Yeah. I have every right. And you're spending time sitting with the sitting senator. I'm asking the sitting senator Speaker 0: about whether she can be trusted in it. Speaker 1: I have great confidence in Carrie Lake as a senator in the United States. We'd love to have her from representing the people of Arizona as a forceful, effective, conservative voice for the country. We need her in the United States Senate. I think she'd be a great addition to the senate and make a big difference for our country moving forward getting back on track. Speaker 2: And and the only people I record, frankly, are people that come to my door and try to bribe me. If you come into my home and try to bribe me, there's a chance I might record you. And guess who else I record? Every interaction I have with the fake news media. Speaker 0: Sure. Speaker 2: Because as you know, the first interaction we have I'm aware. How dishonest the fake news media is. Nobody trusts them. And so I record that. And I think not only should every politician record every interaction they have with the media, I think every American should record every interaction they have with the media because you've proven time and time again that you can't be trusted, that you can't be trusted. Speaker 0: That me personally can't be trusted? Speaker 2: That the news can't be trusted. Yeah. Speaker 0: Okay. Well, I do want to ask, I know you don't want to go back, but there are questions. Speaker 2: Oh, boy, Dennis, really, we have a wide open border. Where are we going back now? What what year are we going back to now, Dennis? Welcome back to the seventies. You put your bell bottoms Speaker 0: on. Too young to have bell bottoms in the seventies. Let's go back to the election stuff. I mean, there was an opinion Speaker 2: Dennis Dennis Dennis. Speaker 0: There was an opinion piece today by the guy who was supposedly hired by Donald Trump to find election fraud. He wrote an opinion piece in the Republic Dennis. Said he didn't find it. Speaker 2: Dennis, I'm not you you have I'm not going to entertain any more questions about the past election. Speaker 0: But Speaker 2: the election's not And election fraud because the headline Speaker 0: is is a lot is is a lot about who you are, about your brand as a politician. Speaker 2: It's not a brand. I wanna have honest elections that people have faith in. And and guess what, Dennis? The polling shows that Republicans don't have faith in our elections, neither do independents. And an increasing number, it's getting close to half of Democrats, think we need election reform. And I'll end it with that. Speaker 0: Well, senator, do you have faith in our elections? Speaker 1: I have faith that the people certainly in my home state of Wyoming do it right. It's a state by state issue. I am against what the democrats are trying to do, and they're trying to federalize the elections where you wouldn't have to have identification. You just go up and ask for a ballot. I think we should have photo IDs, and I wanna make sure that states have the right to make sure that they have the integrity in their own state. You wanna make it easier to vote and harder to cheat, and that's not what the Democrats seem to be trying to do right now. Speaker 0: Yeah. And and and you said recently you didn't know who stole the election. Speaker 2: You know, because I want to focus on the future, because I know that the media has not covered it well, have not covered our cases well. It's all in the court documents. Go look at it. But I'm not gonna sit here when we have a few minutes to talk about the issues that are facing Americans at the border with the crime soaring. And we all All you wanna do we'll have stories about what we're gonna do is focus on the past. It's actually Speaker 0: almost comical. No. That is not the truth because we will we will air stories about the press conference. You talked about the Speaker 2: press release. Let me let me tell you this. I'm actively involved in cases. And as you know, I'm actively involved in a lawsuit. Yeah. Speaker 0: I know. Speaker 2: I anybody who's involved in a lawsuit, their attorneys would tell them not to go into specific details. And so, therefore, I'm going to do that. Okay? Speaker 0: Well, how how how Speaker 2: how how how how how how how how how how Speaker 0: how Kim Yi had a 100,000 more votes than you in a rigged election? She's a Republican too. Speaker 2: Really? We're gonna keep relitigating. Speaker 0: No. I've not asked you that, and I am interested in your explanation. Speaker 2: Well, Dennis, I am willing to talk about the border. That's why we we are here today. We're talking about the border and, you know, you guys have criticized me for several years now for talking about elections. I wanna talk about the 2024 election versus Ruben Gallego. By the way, if I you wanna talk about voting, Ruben Gallego wants everybody pulling across this border, wants to give them right to vote. That's 9,000,000 people, maybe 12,000,000. I'm not sure I believe the federal government's numbers. He wants them all to be able to vote, and I don't think the American people want that. I don't want that, and the American people don't want that. If you have any more questions about Speaker 0: the border question about the border, but I do. The Kim Yi thing is interesting because she had a 100,000 more votes than you in a rigged election. I am curious and interested, and I think people are interested in Speaker 2: the explanation. Shows you there's so many anomalies and things that don't make any sense. There are so many things that don't make sense about the statistics involving that election. And I know that you really don't care to dig into it because of the coverage, the lack of coverage. So we'll we're gonna end it at that. And, please let the record show that Dennis and 3 TV cannot get over past elections, just as you've accused me, Dennis. I'm actually embarrassed for you right now that you have a sitting senator here. Speaker 0: I'm sure you are. I have a border question and a follow-up for the final question here, but go ahead and continue. Speaker 2: I'm I'm done if you have no more questions. Okay. Speaker 0: Okay. I do wanna get your guys' opinion about the bipartisan border plan that got killed in the senate. Is it is it a regret on your part? What was wrong with that plan? Speaker 1: Well, I guess the best plan to deal with the border is the bill that came out of the house of representatives. The HR 2 came to the senate, and Chuck Schumer has it sitting there for 9 months. Won't bring it up hearings, won't bring it up for a vote. That's what we need to do. We need to attach that on the funding bill that is already passed because what we saw initially coming out of the Biden administration on this so called national security bill was more money for sanctuary cities, more money to make the to smooth the flow of illegal immigrants into the country rather than to stop the flood. And my goal is to stop this flood that's now at 9,000,000. And what's your proposal? Speaker 2: I've talked about you want me to talk about the the bill that went down? You talked about today. Speaker 0: You talked about ending catch and release, shutting down the border. You got it you got it. Speaker 2: I frankly don't think we need a lot of legislation. We do need, spending approved to finish president Trump's wall. And I'm not sure exactly the cost. It's I've heard it estimated between anywhere between 820,000,000,000. I think we need to get that spending approved and quickly build the border wall and allow our border patrol agents to do their job. We need to stop allowing people in. We need to have a president who will stop catch and release. You know, the senator talked about dozens upon dozens. Was it 90? Was it 90? Speaker 1: 94 different executive orders that Joe Biden signed in his first 100 days. Speaker 2: Dismantle an incredibly effective border policy that president Trump had in place to keep us safe, you safe, your viewers safe. This is somebody who's on a mission to destroy our country. Why would he do that? And look at the border. Lake Riley, 22 years old, her whole life ahead of her, is dead because of Joe Biden's policies. We've got fentanyl pouring in. So we don't have to create a whole bunch of legislation. Go back to president Trump's policies. They worked, and let's make sure we get that border wall complete. Speaker 0: Alright. Thank you very much. Speaker 2: Thank you. I sure hope that you can get your mind off the past, Dennis, just as you accuse me. Well, I'm just saying, Speaker 0: you still got lawsuits. Speaker 2: I do. And and and some of them yeah. You're right. And there's more lawsuits. The, America First Legal filed an incredible lawsuit up in the out of high county. Speaker 0: Yeah. It's because people are so well come up on that. And it's whether you like it or not part of your brand. Thank you very much. Appreciate that. Thank you, Randy. Speaker 2: Thank you. Speaker 0: Thank you, Carrie. Speaker 2: Thank you. Speaker 0: Yes. Appreciate Speaker 2: it. I hope you have more sense than some people. Usually, it's the cameraman who actually get it. Usually. That's why I married 1. Speaker 0: I'm I'm familiar with that. Yes.

Speaker 0: Good morning, Arizona. I hope you're ready for election day, because it's gonna be a hot one, and the weather looks to be on the warm side as well. Temperatures in the upper seven. Speaker 1: Already lining up at the polls in what looks like a record breaking turnout Arizona Speaker 2: stay tuned Speaker 3: to 550 half. Why I later on tonight as we broadcast the results live after polls close. Speaker 4: And for governor right now, Speaker 5: the race is a dead heat. Speaker 1: Both Those candidates are neck Speaker 6: and neck. Katie Hobbs announced that she will not debate Carrie Lake. Speaker 1: Carrie Lake is scared to sit down and have an in-depth conversation. Speaker 7: She is the one who's afraid to take the debate stage. Speaker 8: Why did not get on the debate stage and and debate her? Speaker 6: This is the 2nd time this year Hobbs has avoided a direct debate involving a political opponent. Speaker 9: Katie Hobbs' lead shrunk. Speaker 10: The polls were close in 2020 and yet again here in 2022. Speaker 1: We are, you know, ready for whatever challenges might come following this election. Speaker 11: Vote center coming in We are following breaking news in Phoenix, Arizona, the capital, of Phoenix there in Maricopa County seems to be having massive trouble. Speaker 12: One of the tabulators Speaker 9: is Oh, nothing's Speaker 13: We're gonna to 20 times. Speaker 6: We've got about 20% of the locations out there where there's an issue with the tabulator. Speaker 3: We know that Hobbs has repeatedly said that Arizona's elections are safe and secure. Speaker 6: It's gonna go down here, number 3. Speaker 9: But does that mean it'll take a little longer to count? Speaker 3: 1 week after election day, the Governor's race is still undecided. Speaker 14: There are still hundreds Speaker 0: of thousands of ballots left to be counted. Speaker 11: Still being counted. It usually does take this long. The difference is the Races aren't always this close. For it to happen now Speaker 13: in this way is kind of strange. We're Speaker 6: Craddock Secretary of State Katie Hobbs is in fact Speaker 2: the winner. Speaker 1: And it's a good day for democracy. We can all take a big sigh of relief but the work goes on. Speaker 15: People know something wrong is going on and they don't quite know what or where or how they can it, but there is a feeling that something's not right. Speaker 7: Can people be confident their vote will count? Speaker 12: There's many areas where there's so much fraud going on. I don't know how fair the Arizona Elections Board is. Speaker 8: I already set up the way it's gonna I go, so what more could my vote do? Speaker 15: Elections are the people's elections. These are your votes. These are the people's votes. The very idea That citizens shouldn't know exactly what happens when they cast a ballot. That it shouldn't be transparent and open. That is an anathema to a free society. Speaker 10: Perhaps the biggest yet for the midterm elections in Arizona. It was here where ballots in the last election were perhaps the most scrutinized of any state in 2020. Speaker 15: Arizona midterm was all over the media. There was a lot of controversy over the machines It's breaking down during election day on November 8th and creating long lines and lots of chaos and people couldn't vote. And so I was kind of paying attention to it, but I was also working on other cases. Speaker 8: Things started off pretty well. Speaker 3: Yeah. Right at 6 a. M. Speaker 15: And then went downhill from there. Speaker 4: So a Few hiccups Speaker 8: to start our election day here in Arizona are really the last thing we need. Speaker 16: The lines were outside the building, wrapped around the building. I personally in line, 3 and a half hours. Speaker 2: The appointment is to come at 6 o'clock this morning, and my wife stayed, my son stayed. He would like to Work. I had to go teach, so I went to school. She was here till 8:30 to get her vote cast. I come back After school, it's too busy. I take my granddaughters home. I come back and now they're telling us that we'll print and we have to go other places. Speaker 4: Right now. Yeah. Speaker 2: There's gotta be at least a 100 people in line. At least Speaker 17: a 100 people in line. Speaker 4: And they're telling you to go somewhere else. Threat. Speaker 12: And no one's trying to to see Anyway Speaker 2: Of course not. Not on election day. That would never happen. Right? No. That would never happen. Speaker 9: Any issues so far at any of the voting centers? Speaker 8: We have one little tabulation thing that we're looking into at the Burton Bar Center, but nothing that's inhibiting people from casting their ballot and being part of this process. Speaker 18: You got into this. Okay. Speaker 3: Multiple Voter records found. Please raise your hand for assistance. Speaker 19: There you go. See Speaker 16: that? But who Glad. Speaker 6: We've already had almost 44,000 people Show up this morning, check-in, and be available to vote. And things are going great out there. Speaker 15: Nothing to see Care, please disperse. Nothing to see here, please. Speaker 16: It is the most absurd thing I have seen and this is actually playing out in real life. Speaker 17: So many ballots being rejected by the machines at an extremely high amount. Speaker 3: So if you vote in person, in theory, if the if the everything works right, you insert your ballot into the tabulator and you are the chain of custody. Speaker 6: First of all, we're trying to fix this problem as quickly as possible. And we also have a redundancy in place. If you can't Put the ballot in the tabulator, then you can simply place it here in where you see the number 3. And this is a Sure box where those ballots will be kept for later this evening, or we'll bring them in here to central count To tabulate them. Speaker 4: How do you know that every ballot that was supposedly rejected by the tabulator was put in and not other ballots? Speaker 3: You're applying, like, the concepts of a supply chain. Right? Each additional transfer, each movement of the item, makes The chain of custody makes the system more complex. The issues with the tabulators sometimes, the issues with the printers, causing people to Wait in line for many, many hours. It's almost like they're trying to drive more and more people to voting by mail And away from showing up in person. Speaker 15: On November 14th, I got a call from somebody I know. This person asked me to get on a conference call with a bunch of other attorneys and other people, including Carrie, to give my thoughts on the viability of a of an election challenge. I gave my view that there was a case to be filed, and it was like being thrown into a mail storm. Speaker 0: I don't Speaker 2: No. No way. Speaker 0: The election denying Republican who lost her November race to become Arizona's governor is now challenging her election results in The Speaker 8: Republican Carrie Lake has filed an election related lawsuit allowing 2 of Speaker 12: the 10 claims to proceed. Speaker 0: Manager called Lake's lawsuit a sham. Speaker 11: Talking to the tune of tens of thousands of votes. Witnesses on both sides of the debate will There Speaker 15: are literally thousands of voters many of whom were complaining of problems. Speaker 2: Is it working if This is a big issue. Know. What is Speaker 19: against the law? Speaker 8: Photos and videos. No. Speaker 2: I can have a video of it. This is not working. Speaker 15: This is not okay. Like, this is wrong. And there were election workers. Speaker 11: The 1 tabulator that was working was consistently rejecting ballots. Speaker 3: 1 of the printers went down for about an hour. Speaker 9: I was an election clerk for the midterm election. On election day, we had several voters come into our site reporting that they had already visited up to 3 separate voting locations where the printers and our machines were not Working properly. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 9: No. Nothing's working in the last half hour. Nothing. Speaker 8: Thank you. Speaker 15: In this mail storm, you have to conduct an investigation, Figure out what happened, do an analysis of what legal claims can be brought, and we put together a core team to start Getting information, analyzing it, figuring out what's going on. Speaker 16: We had a conference hall Set up in a hotel right near the courthouse We had volunteers and People from our organization, we had our paralegal, we had attorneys, and everybody was converged in this room and it was Okay. We've got a trial in 72 hours. We've got to get ready. So we were working pretty much around the clock. Speaker 15: We put together 1 hell of a team including Clay Parikh, Rich Paris over there, and a host of other people who put their heart and soul into this It Speaker 16: was like all of a sudden we woke up we had a new family and this whole family was based around this court challenge it was unique Any camera that live streams, we capture. Speaker 13: In a secure area around Something that is so valuable is these ballots. There needs to be checks and balances that are happening right now. We have so many of the cameras that went down just before we Opening up these boxes and looking at the ballots. Speaker 15: People have just come together to do the right thing, not for money, for personal gain because it's the right thing and it is about our children and saving the future of this country. Speaker 16: We need these exhibits in order. Do we know who exhibit l one is attached to? Speaker 15: I was working with Shelby Bush and her team of We The People Arizona Alliance. She has this fantastic citizen volunteer organization. Speaker 16: My cofounder and partner, Steve Robinson, and I started looking into the elections around 2015, 'sixteen right around the time that the Democrats started screaming that There must have been cheating in the election because Trump won and there's no way he could have won. Speaker 9: You can run the best campaign. You can even become the nominee. And you can have the election stolen from you. Speaker 16: Brian is my brother. He is a handful sometimes. He's very opinionated. Speaker 20: You know, I gotta shave my nose before you shove that damn thing in my face. Speaker 16: But I've never seen a guy so willing to put Everything out there on the line and sacrifice himself the way Brian does. Speaker 19: I was the only lawyer in the state of Arizona Willing to take Kary Lake's case because I know what happened in 2022 and I know what happened in 2020 Speaker 15: The system for elections is designed to Press and make it very difficult to develop evidence of fraud. Of course, they just say, well, there's no evidence of fraud. It's a baseless allegations of fraud. Speaker 1: Baseless allegations. Baseless. Speaker 15: Baseless claims. Speaker 14: Baseless claims of voter fraud. Baseless claims. Baseless claims. Speaker 21: Baseless claims. Baseless claims. Of voter fraud. Speaker 13: Baseless claims of election fraud Baseless claims of election fraud Speaker 4: Baseless claims of fraud. Speaker 15: That phrase, baseless allegations of fraud, was repeated Regardless of the evidence that showed that there was actually legal voting and fraud. Speaker 19: About 30 days ago, I started very publicly, Discussing what the Supreme Court of Arizona and the State Bar of Arizona did in 2019, They went to each of the states and they convinced each of the states that the Russians were going to interfere in our elections Pre election and post election. Speaker 6: We're interested in finding how many Russians are planning to visit I assure that there was indeed Russian interference. In a US presidential election Communism was just Speaker 14: Russian interference. In US election Speaker 15: Russia's hacking of the election. Speaker 19: It was put in office Speaker 9: It's very clear that Russia succeeded. Speaker 6: Are you planning in the near future to visit our great country? Speaker 15: Indubitably not. Speaker 19: And they convinced The state court systems to create what are known as misinformation boards. You have this taking place All lawyers are watching what's being done to doctors. I try really hard to give people the information And help them to think, not to tell them what to think. Speaker 22: I think people who spread false information or undermine trust in vaccination at the Present time are spreading misinformation that is, dangerous and cost lives, and I think their licenses should Speaker 19: They take your livelihood and your ability to benefit patients, which is what your oath is. Speaker 1: But for those of you who prefer to Draft, spread misinformation, and continue to pursue an extreme agenda out of touch with this state. Take note of the results of this election. Speaker 16: And if we look at some of these more well known attorneys across this country, they don't want to lose their law license. They're possibly facing prison Time just simply for saying, I think there might be a problem with our elections. Speaker 23: Lake later tweeted, she sued the use of tabulators in my election, alleging they were prone to failure. The suit was dismissed for standing, she writes. On election Day, 32% of the machines failed statewide. Yesterday, an Obama judge sanctioned my lawyers for bringing this suit at Speaker 14: Lawyers are not supposed to file groundless lawsuits. When they do, the worst that usually happens is the case gets dismissed and the losing side has to pay court costs. Now in rare instances though, when a civil action is frivolous enough or filed in sufficiently bad faith or under false premises, the court can sanction the attorneys involved. Well, today, Sydney Powell, Linwood and other lawyers who sued to get election results thrown out in Michigan faced a federal judge. By most accounts, it did not go well for them. Speaker 2: I believe it was an intentional effort to Speaker 19: get attorneys to self censor the Attentional effort to get attorneys to self censor to avoid potential sanctions from the bar. Speaker 15: And I think we have to say Stand up. Do you have an understanding of where the Speaker 19: Everything in the command ends at, where you see the EPM. To me the most important issue is the First Amendment issue because I don't believe that it is fundamentally possible To have free and fair elections when our local government officials have the power to censor our speech. Speaker 4: It's always the first to be from Wisconsin to Michigan participating in order of 1000. I've seen enough. And if 1 man can't do his honorable duties to the oath that he took as a judge, right, then then what other? I have a master's degree in cybersecurity, and I'm also a certified ethical hacker and a certified forensics hacking investigator. Speaker 15: Clabe worked for a voting systems testing lab, so he knows how election equipment works. He knows all about the ballots. He knows about the requirements and everything Speaker 4: A voting systems value, it's irreplaceable because it makes the decisions on how your communities led and run as far as your government. And so it has to be protected. Speaker 19: Our right to vote is the most precious right that we as a people have and the reason for that is it determines whether we keep all of our other rights. Speaker 4: Governor elect Katie Hobbs asking a judge to throw The lawsuit filed by Republican challenger Carrie Lake last week. In a 19 page motion to dismiss a suit, she and her lawyers say Lake's suit Points to no evidence of election day fraud and fails to point out any actual misconduct. Speaker 15: At the Arizona trial, in the complaint, there were Four issues. There was the tabulator rejections. There was chain of custody violations, Signature verification where signatures did not match, and there was also first amendment violations that They didn't test Any of the tabulators that were used in the vote centers, they tested 5 spares. Speaker 17: The importance is Actually testing and using what's actually gonna be used by the voters on election day to guarantee that everything's gonna run smoothly. It should have been verified. It should have been 5. It should have been checked. It should have been tested. Speaker 15: 260 of the 446 tabulators rejected ballots with the same error codes that arose on election day. At those vote centers, about 60% of them, there were lines out the door, hours long voting. People gave up. They have people have jobs. Speaker 16: We watched on the news as these election officials said we've got everything under control. Everything's fine. Speaker 8: Now, a busy day but exciting day. Yes. So this is the day we've all been looking forward to. And so hopefully, we take a moment to appreciate that. Speaker 9: Technology issues sometimes happen and the county Is prepared with backup plans to allow voters to be able to, you know, cast their votes securely. Speaker 8: We have 223 voting locations open. They all opened on time. Voters can use any single one of those. Speaker 6: There was no one who came today with an with a valid ID who was turned away from the polls. Speaker 24: So I get questions a lot about why I'm so confident in the elections process, and one of that is because of all the different layers of controls that we So that's if one of our controls, one of those preventative, or detective controls didn't work as intended. We have, other controls implemented that would catch that and still provide for the security and integrity of the process. Speaker 15: We know in 2020 because of COVID that mail in voting became almost universal. There were floods of ballots. Speaker 13: Many Americans are expected to vote by mail for the 1st time this November because of the pandemic. Across the country, rules vary for when you can get your ballot and when you should return it. Speaker 18: Oh. Hey, voters. Bill the ballot here. We've all learned how to do a lot from home lately. And now my friends at Maricopa Speaker 15: were cast by mail in 2020 and that was more than double what had done been done in any Previous election, that's tens of millions of additional ballots on a system that was not equipped to handle. It was a recipe for fraud. Speaker 19: So when you're flooded with a 1,000,000 plus ballot affidavit envelopes, you got a signature verify them all within, you know, the span of 30 days. How do you do that? Speaker 6: Fontes wanted to send mail in ballots to all Democratic voters in the presidential preference election. The court ended up blocking him from doing it. Speaker 21: I would encourage, election officials to do everything that they can, to help voters and to get as many American voices involved in our democracy as possible. Speaker 19: Fontes was then the recorder contracted with Runbeck to run the signatures through their, signature verification process. Speaker 2: Now at 5. Claims of widespread voter fraud after the election were of course baseless, but they still created some uncertainty surrounding our ballots especially mail in ballots. Speaker 3: So now to calm concerns, a local election technology company opened their doors today to show us the process firsthand. Here's Amy Cutler. Speaker 9: Runback election services works with 9 different counties here in Arizona. That's 96% of all registered voters. The Focus on printing and mailing ballots, and the process starts right here with these reams of paper. Jeff Ellington is the CEO and showed us around the massive facility. And to voters that don't have faith in the process and can question the work you do, what's your response? Speaker 20: It's it's really listening to the people that know. Right? Listen to the election officials. Speaker 21: We're really satisfied with the partners that we have right now. They help us advance the ball, They help us provide more secure and stable elections for everyone, and at the end of the day, that's really what we're looking for. Speaker 3: There was a, a whistleblower, an employee of Runbeck. She Bea explained that the employees, almost as a perk of employment there, were allowed to bring their ballots in and insert them into the inbound scan. Under Arizona law, you have to return your ballot to a designated, drop off location. Runbeck is not one of those. Speaker 16: We have a case against Runbeck. We've had 11 judges recuse themselves. Speaker 25: You can pay a third party to go distribute the ballots. You can pay a Party to pick up the ballots, there's no chain of custody there. There's no verification. This seems to me an invitation to fraud and abuse. Speaker 3: In most jurisdictions, when you, you know, pick up the mail ballots from a drop box, you take them to the county. That's where they're processed, that's their signature verified, and that's where they're tabulated. Maricopa County uses a third party vendor for the inbound processing, which adds 4 additional Transfers of the ballot, which of course makes the the chain of custody much more complex. Speaker 21: Each part of the system is engineered over time to make sure that it accomplishes its particular role. Right? So everything from putting our ballots together originally to sorting out all of the legal questions, setting up polling places, making sure that our folks are well trained, ballot tabulation and security, All the way through the reporting. Every little piece has to be coordinated well. We work hard to make sure that those lines of communication are wide open. Speaker 19: In Maricopa County, the life of a ballot starts at at Runbeck, or the life of a mail in ballot starts at Runbeck. They print the ballots, they print the envelopes, they assemble the packet. They mail these packets out. When a voter votes, they'll put it in the green envelope. They'll sign the outside. And that envelope goes, to the post office. Maricopa County is supposed to take, according to statute, they're supposed to take custody of it at that point. The way that they take custody of it is they an employee over to the post office to pick up those ballot envelopes, and they drive them over to Runbeck. So then Runbeck's next responsibility is that they scan those ballot envelopes. So they know exactly who voted based on the voter ID that they scanned from the envelope, And they have they now have a scan of the signature. Now the scan that they take of the signature is what they use in signature verification. Speaker 16: We were commissioned by former Senate president Karen Phan to do an overall analysis of the 2020 election and And the 2022 election and how that relates to signature verification. Some of the things we found were voter registrations that were put into the system that had no signature or they had signatures that belong to another voter. An example, you've got, you know, Gary Smith and Gary Smith has signed his name the same way for 15 years. Then a ballot affidavit envelope is voted in the 2020 election and the signature It looks nothing like Gary Smith and it's accepted and the ballot is counted. Then you fast forward to March of 2021 and now there's a new voter registration in the system that matches The ballot affidavit envelope instead of any of the previous history. Speaker 26: Asking which signature is used for signature Verification is not just 1 from an early ballot press as an example. Instead, know that we have multiple signature samples on file, Including signatures from all the registration forms you submitted. If you're an early voter and we have not contacted you, Then the signature we have on file is or the signatures are sufficient to be able to make that determination. Speaker 15: This is something that you all were involved in Even before Terry Lake's trial in the November 2022 election. Right? Speaker 16: Yes. We started working with the senate. We got access to some of this information, and we started auditing What was happening in the 2020 election. And through that, we were able to determine some of the issues that That were, I guess, flaws. We call it the 7 fatal flaws of signature verification. Speaker 19: They provided to us the 1,900,000 Envelope images with the signatures on the envelope. And they supplied us with, 5.3 1,000,000 reference images or exemplars. We set up a a couple of secured facilities, a server, And I wrote the software that, that interfaces the the user or the signature verifier with those files. Speaker 16: If you look up here on the screen, On your left you're gonna see the actual ballot affidavit envelope and that's the signature. Speaker 15: So that's what's mailed in? Speaker 16: Correct. And then they scan it in and they send those images over to be signature verified by a reviewer. Speaker 15: And so the reviewer is looking at Signatures that are on the registration record with the state. Speaker 16: That's correct. Speaker 15: Match and compare to see if they're a match. Or if not, then they Take an exception and move it on to curing, where they can try to identify if that's the real voter or not. Correct? Speaker 16: Absolutely. Here's your comparative images right here so every time a voter fills out a registration form they're listed here So if we just open this up for this particular voter, we can look and see the signature on file for him. Speaker 15: And that signature you're pointing at, That's supposedly the signature of the voter that's on the ballot envelope. Speaker 16: That's correct. And if you notice there are no stamps here, meaning this did not go to This was passed in the 1st level. So you might say, okay. Well, yeah, but we have 4 exemplars. Right? So Let's take a look at another exemplar. And another. Speaker 4: Right. And this is all the same voter item. Speaker 16: And another. The same person. Absolutely. This should be the voter. And you can notice that none of the exemplars are even close to matching the signature on this ballot affidavit envelope. Speaker 15: If it didn't go through a curing process and it passed level one signature review, that vote counted. Speaker 16: Yes. Speaker 4: That's just unbelievable. Unbelievable. Speaker 26: If you're an early voter and we have not contacted you, then the signature we have on file is or the signatures are sufficient to be able to make that determination. Speaker 15: This is the same registration record that the signature verification workers were looking at. Speaker 16: Alright. That is correct. Speaker 15: So they pass this? Speaker 16: Yes. Speaker 19: What happens when you put a completely different version of that signature In that voter's registration record, you change the identity of that voter because that signature is Then used in future elections to verify that voters identity. In total, what we're seeing from 2020 is approximately 21% that fail secretary of state standards either either subtly or Egregiously. And and and again, the egregious mismatch is at about 9%. Speaker 15: Well, 9% of 823,000 right there is about 72,000 votes Speaker 2: That is correct. Speaker 15: That are illegal. Speaker 16: Which would alter the outcome of any election. Speaker 15: And 9% of 1,900,000 would be 180,000? Speaker 16: That is correct. The margin of difference, if we remove those, all races Speaker 15: There's a lot of testing that goes in before an election. There's such things called logic and accuracy testing to make sure That the tabulators can read the ballots and if there's a problem, full stop. They fix the problem, they retest, then they move forward when it is functioning perfectly. Speaker 6: The accuracy of these machines is tested before the election. It's done by Maricopa County. It's done by the Secretary of State's office. That's already occurred to make sure that there isn't any tampering. If those machines don't pass those tests, We can't use those machines. Speaker 15: Maricopa certified logic and accuracy on October 11th. Speaker 27: Equipment that will count almost 2,000,000 Maricopa County ballots Got a public run through. It's a pre election ritual called a logic and accuracy test. Speaker 9: These machines have been tested through and through before election day. Speaker 6: Yes, they have. These are the tabulators that folks are using today at our 2 23 vote centers across Maricopa County. And unfortunately, We've had some hiccups with some of these tabulators. Speaker 15: Before the trial, we had sent out a number of public records requests, And one of those requests was for what are called the system log files for the tabulators, and those are the electronic log files that show every action by those tabulators. Speaker 4: A system log file is exactly like a computer's diary. You write and record everything that happens. For example, in the tabulator. Hey. The tabulator was turned on. It's powered up. It goes through a self check. Boom. Boom. Boom. These are all each log entries. You slide a ballot in. It says a ballot was inserted. It was accepted. Alright. It gets the next ballot. It's a historical record, date and time stamped, Right? Of the system as as it functions at work. Speaker 15: And I think you were looking at the system log files and noticed a couple of things. I think one of which was They didn't test any of the tabulators that were used at the 223 vote centers. There were 446, I believe. They tested 5 spares. Right? Speaker 17: Correct. We don't have a single date of October 11th in any of the slogs for every single tabulator on election day. If it was used on October 11th, it would show the machine starting up and being initialized on 11th. Speaker 15: The system log file shows they didn't test any of the tabulators that day. The law Arizona law requires All deployable voting equipment for the county to be logic and accuracy tested. They didn't do that. So after we looked at the system log files and you discovered this unauthorized testing on the 14th, 17th, and 18th, Emtek video has video surveillance of all the actions, at least in most of that center. Right? Speaker 17: Correct. Speaker 15: And so I think you guys went to Okay. We know the date, time of this secret testing, I'll call it. Let's see if there's video. Speaker 17: Exactly. We wanted to match the records to What was going on in the room? Speaker 15: And I think you issued a PR request and you didn't get back the good data. The video was not Speaker 17: They gave back footage that was all the way across the room. So when you're looking at the It's in the farthest corner. You can't see what's going on at the desk. Speaker 8: Well, this Speaker 15: is, I think, where Shelby came to the rescue. Speaker 17: Exactly. Speaker 15: Because you Record all the livestream video feed 247 and store it. Right? Speaker 16: Yeah. We've been doing that since 2021, early 2021 just Because we can't trust what they're doing in there and it's interesting because this came from Maricopa's camera feed. They could have sent that but they didn't. Speaker 17: They open up the machines on the 14th, 17th, and 18th, and they run 5 or 8 ballot tests On them, then they performed exactly as they did on election day, as you can see. Spitting back out the ballot. In multiple instances, we had tons of paper jams where they have to put their hand. You can even see all the other employees here All have their hand up underneath the tabulator to help pull the ballot out so that it wouldn't get stuck in the machine. Everything we witnessed on election day, we're witnessing Right here in logic and accuracy testing. Speaker 4: They had no tabulator s log files from the 11th. So why did they not provide the five spares that were tested. So right now, we're standing at 2 major major issues with the lna testing. Speaker 15: And then I you found on October 14th, 17th, and 18th that after that they cut the seals on those 446 tabulators. And this is from the 14th, 17th 18th, that time frame. Speaker 17: He and the other employees are gonna go through the tabulators and take the seals off, which is breaking The law and going to remove the memory cards from the tabulators and take them back to the computer where they're going to reprogram each and every one of them. Speaker 15: Yeah. This is the reprogramming of the memory cards that they remembered 7 months after the fact, and only after we caught them Doing this unauthorized testing, did they disclose that? Speaker 4: When we will look through the files that y'all received, they didn't have any of the sales recorded after Speaker 15: Could this happen? And this isn't a small matter. I mean, we're talking about these machines, how they're programmed to read the balance. And I think that we have seen the system log files. Weren't there warnings that are showing up from the 14th, 17th, and 18th? Yes. I think it was warn was wrong MBS settings. What what what was that again? Speaker 4: The machine behavioral settings, which which is a major thing because that's how the the hardware, the actual mechanics of the systems the ballot as it comes through. Speaker 15: You mean how Speaker 4: it reads the ballots? Yes. If there's an error there, you could have vote cast for 1 person go to another person. It's because the machine's just reading it as what it thinks it's supposed to be. Speaker 15: And and I think we we looked at these log files after we saw that warning, and there wasn't any evidence in the log files that that that was fixed, was it? Speaker 16: No. No. Speaker 4: No. There's no evidence it was fixed. And they also have an issue with the database version being different. Files, they get loaded on these CompactFlash. Right? These memory sticks. And when they get loaded on, that's how the machine knows to Run it for what election? Where if if the mark's here, this is who it's voted for, and that's how it records everything in the database. All those Version numbers are supposed to match. If they if they don't, there's an issue. So how could it have been approved Software, if you get those in, it didn't match. Yeah. It didn't match. Once that security seal's put on and l and a test has been concluded, that Seal stays on until the end of the election, unless there's some continuity of operation issue and you've gotta recover from a tabulator going down or something like that. But then to remove the seals, not to put new seals on them, you just reprogram systems and you didn't even Test them. The whole purpose of that security seal is to say, hey. I'm configured. I'm set properly. The seal's removed. How do you know how many times they've been accessed? Speaker 3: The fact that there's no seal on it so that there's no The communities of of determining if somebody did access some bad actor unknown to Maricopa could have, and Maricopa wouldn't know it Absolutely. Because they didn't they didn't Speaker 15: they were tracked after. Doesn't that mean that this logic and accuracy testing that they publicly announced, that they conducted on October 11th with all these observers, that that really is just Kabuki theater? Yes. Have you ever recommended a criminal investigation? Speaker 2: He's done. Yep. Speaker 15: Yeah. Oh, yes. Okay. Speaker 4: Anything that we go technical is just gonna Hypothetically because that's what they always say. Old Clay just talks hypothetical because until I pull out my USB stick and actually hack one of these systems in the courtroom Let's just say in certain cases, the federal government listened to me and others they did not. Speaker 15: On the ones that they listened to, you didn't result a conviction. Yes. There's 1 piece of discovery that you can get under Arizona election contest statutes and that is you can ask, it's not guaranteed, but you can ask to inspect the ballots. So we moved under that statute to inspect the ballots. The defendants opposed. Again, if you're not trying to hide anything, Why are you opposing transparency? So Clay, I remember when we were in the storm in November December trying to get ready for trial and to figure out what happened. We knew that there were ballot rejections, long lines, and that there was complete chaos, but we didn't know why. And I remember a Eureka moment. Speaker 4: Man, I saw it in the war room and I wanted to say it, but we had to wait. I was giddy. I'm telling you I was dancing around like a little girl. I was happy. Speaker 2: We knew Speaker 16: what he was gonna testify to because we had brought the spoiled ballots to him so he could analyze them. Speaker 15: Clay, what did you find out? It was a major thing. We were having one Speaker 4: of our normal Zoom calls with several teams on it, and then 1 1 person throws up A picture of valid image that they had. And to me, as somebody who's tested these systems for 9 years, it just jumped right out at me. Speaker 15: We said we wanna do a random inspection of a select sampling of ballots. Well, the defendants came back and said, well, you have to disclose Which vote center locations you're going to inspect ballots from? And we said no. We're not gonna give you a heads up as to where we're gonna look. We could have 1 person do it, so we couldn't have an army go in there. We designated Clay. Speaker 4: I go to Emtek with the attorneys. We have a meeting. We walk through the warehouse. I've shown everything. I start to select the 6 sites. We go, we mark the boxes, they collect them. So we start inspecting ballots. I run across the ballots. I asked for a ruler. And, everybody is shocked They were dismayed, and it was sort of just laughable to me, but, you know, don't laugh because it'll just look bad. And so they gave me a ruler. They asked the other inspector For I said the ruler. It was just apparent that their expert didn't have any idea about what he was looking at. What Clay found Speaker 15: in there was Fit to page ballots everywhere in all 6 of the sample of the vote centers. Speaker 4: 1st off, I saw the edge of the paper, The the hash marks. And then 2, look at the difference in the margin. The machine obviously could not tabulate this in any way, shape, or form Because these time in March are what's read and set and gets the image and allows the software to start evaluating each and every boat cast. So with this margin, there's no way it could be read. Speaker 15: A 19 inch ballot image was being printed on the ballot paper, which was 20 inches. Speaker 4: This was just like, woah. Wait a minute. Speaker 15: This is the problem. I remember when you told me about this. This was a stop the presses moment. Oh, yes. Speaker 4: Yes. It definitely was. It definitely Speaker 12: Trisha Hendrix joining us live this morning from the Maricopa County Superior in Mesa Speaker 27: where all this is set Speaker 12: to start at 9 AM. Tricia. Speaker 11: Good morning, guys. Yeah. Quiet out here now, but at 9 AM, things are going to get Started and this is day 1 of the 2 day trial of Kerry Lake. Now, America County Judge Peter Thompson dismissed 8 of the 10 claims in Lake's lawsuit, but there's 2 remaining claims alleging misconduct with ballot printers And ballot handling. Speaker 28: Right, this is CV 2022, 0 95,403, this is Lake versus Hobbs at Al. I'll take appearances at the beginning of the day. And please, beginning with plaintiff. Speaker 4: Sir, you'll make your way in front of my clerk. She was wearing it. Speaker 15: Scott Jared, who was the codirector of elections, we called as a witness in our case in chief. And during that testimony, I started asking him about the issue of Could a 19 inch ballot image be put on 20 inch paper? What would happen if the ballot on demand printer printed out a 19 inch image on the 20 inch paper and ran it Speaker 26: through the documents. Speaker 24: We do not specifically test for that because in this specific election because none of the ballots on our ballot on demand printers had a 19 inch ballot. They all had a 20 inch Speaker 15: Four times he denied. That never could occur. Speaker 24: Timing marks on the ballot matter, and it would need to be a 20 inch ballot to run through that tabulation equipment. But we did not specifically Testing 19 inch ballot through the 2022 tabulation equipment because there were no 19 inch ballot images installed on our ballot on panel entries. Speaker 15: I was a little bit surprised by his testimony. Speaker 16: Because we knew what Clay Parikh was gonna get up and say. Speaker 15: And I actually had planned On having another Maricopa County witness testify after Scott Jarrett, but realizing he had committed himself, We did a change up in the order of witnesses and I brought Clay up to testify, to bookend it directly in contrast to what Scott Jarrett had testified to. So mister Parikh, you it's your testimony upon inspection of, these ballots That you, determined that there was a 19 inch ballot image, projected onto the 20 inch paper. Is that accurate? Speaker 4: Yes. That is accurate. Speaker 15: You heard mister Jared testify That there was no way that a 19 inch image was placed on 20 inch Paper in the November 2022 general election, correct? Yes. And is there any way that a 19 inch Ballot image placed on 20 inch paper in this election in Maricopa, whether it was tabulated by the, vote center tabulator or the tabulators at Emtek, that that 19 inch ballot image would be accepted by the tabulator. Speaker 4: There's no way a 19 inches, image could on 20 inches paper could be accepted by the TAPPLA. Speaker 16: We were getting text messages and people were Reach out there, like, oh my gosh. Did that just really happen? Speaker 15: Maricopa County, Emtek, that center is under 24 hour video surveillance. We could see in the conference room where Maricopa's attorneys and Scott Jarrett were prepping the whole night as to what the next day's testimony would be. And so the next day they call Scott Jarrett up in their case and he all of a sudden changes his testimony. Mr. Jarrett, do you recall your testimony yesterday? Speaker 19: Yes I do. Speaker 15: And yesterday you testified That a 19 inch ballot image being imprinted on a 20 inch ballot did not happen in the 2022 general election. Did you recall that? Speaker 24: Yes. I recall that there was not a 19 ballot definition in the 2022 general election. Speaker 15: But that that wasn't my question, sir. I asked you specifically about a 19 inch ballot image being imprinted on a 20 inch piece of paper. So are you changing your testimony now with respect to that? Speaker 24: No, I'm not. I don't know the exact measurements of a fit to fit to paper, printing. I know that it just creates a slightly smaller image of a 20 inch Image on a 20 inches paper pallet. Speaker 15: Slightly smaller image. How come you didn't mention that yesterday? Speaker 24: I wasn't asked about that. Speaker 15: Well I was asking you is 19 inches smaller than 20 inches? Is it is, isn't it? Sure. Yes. So when I said, you know, asked you questions about a 19 inch ballot image Being imprinted on a 20 inch piece of paper and you deny that that happened in the 2022 general election, Did you not think it would be relevant to say, hey, by the way, you know, there was this print to print image issue that we discovered? Speaker 9: Your honor, I I object. The council is misstating mister Jarrett's testimony from yesterday. Speaker 15: And then he said that they had done A root cause analysis, which is what you do to investigate a problem with an electronic machine, And that they'd known about this since the day after the election. When did you learn about this fit to print issue? Speaker 24: When we started doing the audit reconciliation of those door 3 ballots, we identified some of those ballots had then a a fit to fit to paper issue. Speaker 15: Remind you, he had just completely the day before said it could never have occurred. And when was that? Speaker 24: I don't remember the exact dates, but a few days After election day. Speaker 16: The unfortunate thing is no perjury charges. And the judge actually called him credible. Speaker 24: Begin your acts asking me to speculate about things that I have no knowledge of occurring. So I don't know if it could have been a deliberate act or not. I don't believe that occurred. None of the ballots on our Valid on demand printers had a 19 inch ballot. They all had a 20 inch ballot. We identified some of those ballots had then a A fit to fit to paper ish. Speaker 29: Pretty shit. Does that mean Speaker 20: you lied in 2020 during the audit? Speaker 2: Does that Speaker 29: mean you lied about the Speaker 20: 2020 election issue. Speaker 19: Was it a lie of omission or commission? Speaker 29: Scott, why are you running from us? You were so brazen on the Stand in there while you're running. Speaker 5: Scott, did you know the question yesterday? Speaker 2: Were you Speaker 5: were you coached by legal counsel to tell the Truth today? Speaker 29: Scott, how do you both be blind like that? Scott, Jared. What's going on? Speaker 15: So this Misconfigured ballot that you immediately recognized, that would be one of the causes of why the tabulators were rejecting ballots on election day. Speaker 4: This is a major cause. This would have made door 3. This is where you have to put it. And the sad thing is is once it's in door 3, if it goes back to central, It's still not being tabulated. No tabulator, whether it's at central or at a vote center, can tabulate that ballot. Yes. They throw it into door 3. Speaker 6: So then it comes back out and then at that time, the voter then has the voice, to you know, we can try and run it through again or they can place it down here in this door number 3. Speaker 15: And that was a tray which would it be taken and then counted up at the central count at Maricopa County. Speaker 8: So I pulled my ballot in, but so it didn't it Got misread, but then what was happening? Speaker 9: Put it in there. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 9: And tonight, a Republican and a Democrat will sit and go through all of the misread Red ballots all over the county Okay. And count them, and it will get counted. Speaker 8: Ballots that are in here will already be in effect signature verified, so We won't need to confirm identity, but we will central tabulate them. This is actually what the majority of Arizona counties do on Election Day all the time. Speaker 4: To go on to door 3 in itself, a door that should have a security seal on it To the end, because they had so many, they would have multiple poll workers at the vote centers with a key to open them and close them because they were getting so full, And it wasn't sealed. Speaker 15: So the central count tabulators couldn't read this ballot either. No. And so they'd have to duplicate it. Speaker 4: That's correct. When you duplicate a ballot, the voters' intent for each vote cast on that ballot is the primary concern. And you cannot do that until you check the original ballot with the duplicated ballot to ensure that they match. And the way they run the process, that could not happen. You have to take the original ballot and compare it to the duplicated ballot. You just can't look at it on a screen. It'd be processed and printed in a facility somewhere else and then shipped over and run through a tabulator. Without that duplication board and those bipartisan people looking Speaker 5: at it and comparing them, Speaker 15: how do Speaker 19: you know it's Speaker 15: printed properly? System Log files or other records show that they duplicated over 8,000 ballots with this type of error code? Speaker 2: Yes. Speaker 4: Yes. Speaker 15: But they only admitted to duplicating 1300. Isn't that right? That's correct. 7000 rejections every 30 minutes from 6:30 AM to 8 PM. They never Could rebut the fact that Clay found these ballot images in all 6 vote centers Speaker 2: that Speaker 15: we This shows that there was intentional conduct to sabotage the election by somebody. Chain of custody is one of the most important methods To provide any security for a mail in ballot. Speaker 16: Good afternoon, mister Valenzuela. Can you please state your name for the record? Speaker 26: Reynaldo Balancielo. Speaker 16: Can you describe your current employment, please? Speaker 26: I am the co elections director of Maricopa County Elections Department overseeing early voting and election services. Speaker 19: Ray Venezuela testified that Maricopa County did not follow the procedures as specified in the EPM on Election Day because they had said they had a different process for Election Day. Speaker 26: We do we do Part of our audit review is we do count the drop box ballot packets because they are outside of the purview, Whereas a federal post office, they don't leave chain of custody from the federal post office once we pick them up, but the ballot boxes, we do make that count. On election day? On election day, no. Because we're not doing Dropbox Hurry your process at that time is a different process for Election Day. Speaker 19: There's no other process for Election Day spelled out in the law And Maricopa County Elections Department doesn't have the authority to change the law. Speaker 20: So it shows, does it not, that you are turning over ballots to run back, Correct? We're turning packets over. Packets. You have no idea exactly how many you're turning over. Correct? Speaker 26: We don't we have an estimate but we don't. We rely on that count, that certified vendor to do that. Speaker 16: A lot of things are occurring in run back election. It is an off-site private contractor. They have provided little to no transparency to us. This is the area Where they can flood thousands upon thousands of ballots into the system with no chain of custody. Speaker 20: And, the County does not run or operate, Runbeck. Speaker 26: It is a certified vendor that we contract with. Speaker 16: Runbeck Election Services is private company that proclaimed to not be subject to public records requests. Speaker 19: They gave Runbeck The authority to count their ballots when they have no legal authority to do so. Speaker 15: Here's where it gets interesting. Runbeck records the number of ballots that it receives from MTech. They did a tray count. And based on the standard 350 ballots per tray, they estimated that for Ballots that were received on Election Day, those forms, if you add up those forms, about 263,000. Runbeck then Scans those envelopes which include the ballot for the signature, and they count them, and they fill out a chain of custody form there. That total was 298,000. It was around a 35,000 valid difference. Now here's what secretary Hobbs attorneys said about these 2 forms, that Maricopa would know if any ballot was inserted or rejected into the election. We simply took those forms and added them up. Speaker 19: You can look at Steven Richard's email to the Board of Supervisors. He said, this is after the election, 1 or 2 days after the election. I can't reconcile. Speaker 8: So we added them up. We they're not counted at the individual voting locations. They are counted When they get back to Mck Tech and then they are recounted at, Rhonebeck. Speaker 20: I all I have is Does anybody know when those ballots leave The polling split centers, the voting centers, how many are in the bins? Speaker 8: When the ballots leave the early ballots leave the voting centers, No. They are not counted at the voting center. Speaker 20: So nobody knows how many are in the bins when they arrive at MC Jet. Speaker 19: Correct? Speaker 26: Correct. Speaker 20: Right. According to your testimony, they contain documents that are telling you how many of it Speaker 8: is? No. They contain chain of custody documents. Speaker 20: And it's Your testimony that you count them at MCAT? Correct. Speaker 19: That means Runbeck, the people who we have counting them It's telling me one thing and the number I'm getting for my people is another thing. Speaker 3: That number Ultimately doesn't even match the number of ballot Images that they scan. Why did they scan in more ballots than they have record of receiving? Speaker 19: Maricopa County had absolutely no idea how many ballots They gave to a corporation, a private for profit company that doesn't have our best interests at heart. Speaker 20: Mr. Valenzuela, you had absolutely no idea that Runbeck employees were allowed to inject ballots into system. Isn't that correct? Speaker 26: I do not. I did not. Speaker 20: You had no idea. And isn't it true that you had no idea because you do not keep adequate documentation With regards to the number of ballots you receive on election day and give to Runbeck, yes or no? It's a simple question. Speaker 16: Objection, your honor. Speaker 3: The issue with inserting ballots at at Runbeck is that there's no there's no documentation of where they came from. Right? There's no chain of custody. It creates a situation where if you can insert 1 ballot, if you can insert 10 ballots, how many could you insert until somebody would notice? Speaker 30: But you only have to answer if you have an understanding about it. If you don't have an understanding, it's perfectly fine to say I don't know. Are you aware that under Arizona law, a ballot is not not actually unlawful if it is, The term that's used sometimes is harvested or ballot collection. But if somebody who is not authorized to handle it Deposits it. Deposits it. Or like what happened at Runbeck, if somebody brings it and inserts it into the stream But not into an a designated authorized drop box. Are you aware that under Arizona law, that is not actually an unlawful ballot? Speaker 3: I think the the term in the law is an invalid valid. Speaker 26: Okay. Speaker 30: Just 1 minute, your honor. Mhmm. No more questions. Thank you very much, miss Honey. Speaker 15: Who's putting these ballots in, or who's removing ballots and then putting other ballots in? If you have no Troll over this process. How can you trust it? Speaker 18: Hey, voters. Fill the ballot here at the Maricopa County Elections Department, where my friends are making sure your ballot for the November election is secure and trackable. Our upgraded equipment is certified, accurate, and monitored around the clock. And before your ballot even gets here, we verify every signature to make sure your vote is really you. Speaker 15: The comparison of signatures is one of the most Important safety checks for mail in ballots to know that the voter who cast the ballot is the one whose vote is being recorded. Speaker 19: The signature by law is the identity of that individual. So there was a reporter working for the Gateway Pundit who used a public records request to go evaluate envelopes. He looked at approximately 300 envelopes, and he, from that, got about 30 envelopes that he questioned the signature on. And, you know, Coincidentally, that matches our experience. And he made a call to several of those, and he found a person who's willing to talk to him. And he showed him the The, signature on the envelope, and this person said, you know, I signed my signature very consistently, and that is not my signature. And I tell you what's more, I did sign and submit an envelope, mail an envelope with a ballot for this election, And that is not the envelope that I signed and submitted. Speaker 15: Signature verification workers are under live Dream camera in a room. People can see what they're doing. Speaker 16: When we look at the records that the county put out about how many people they hired to do signature verification. And we looked at the video footage. There's a room here that has 12 people and there's a room here that has 23 people and their full time signature verification staff was less than 50 people and the 2022 election they supposedly Verified signatures on 1,300,000 ballot affidavit envelopes. The math doesn't add up. Speaker 15: There were about 48 workers performing signature review that people could log on to the Maricopa County website and say, oh, yeah. They're they're doing their job And here's all the training materials that they get before they conduct signature verification. What Maricopa doesn't tell you is that For the 2022 election, for example, there were over 90 other workers who were doing it without Any cameras doing it in their office, could even be doing it at their home. We don't even know who these other signature verification workers Why would you go to the length of creating this facade of transparency and public disclosure with 48 signature verification workers under camera and everybody can see. Yet behind the scenes, you have more than 90 who are doing it at their desk or at their home. What? Again, they created a facade. The question is why? Speaker 19: A lot of these Ballot affidavit envelopes have such egregious mismatches that are approved by these, We call them ringers, individuals who they instruct or whatever happens to just hit enter and approve the signatures. Speaker 15: We had whistleblowers who worked in the signature verification, department at Maricopa who testified that anywhere from 15 to 40% of the signatures did not match, yet they were being passed through. Speaker 19: From law firms I used to work for, I know every damn thing I do on my computer. And so There's got to be data that shows how long it's taking these people to approve these signatures. Right? Speaker 15: Chris Hansell had done a public records request and that data shows how long the, among other things, how long signature reviewers We're actually looking at the record signature on file to compare it to the ballot envelope signature to see if it matched. Speaker 19: We got the data and the data is incredible. You know, the video supports the data, the data supports the video and it's clear People were not doing the job they were supposed to be doing. If you're doing legitimate signature verification, we found in our group that it should take more like 20, 30, 40, maybe even 45 seconds to do a legitimate signature verification according to the training that the secretary of state gave for signature But what what we saw in the logs is really well depicted in this, in this video. He is literally Clicking through these signatures as fast as the screen will update. So it takes up the screen about a second update. He's taken a second or 2 to look at each one of these. This is the this is the image of the envelope and this is the, the exemplar or the, the reference signature. So he is supposedly doing a a legitimate evaluation between that box and that box in that amount of time. He's not the only one. About 2 thirds, maybe 3 quarters of the signature evaluation workers are evaluating signatures at that speed. Actually, this worker is much more conscientious. She's taking her time. And so she's a good example of the opposite end of the spectrum. We got these signatures coming in in envelopes And they're going down through this giant drain of, signature verifiers that are are verifying at this speed. What we found was that people who were speed clicking through had the highest, pass rate. The people that took their time, obviously, they're gonna find the legitimate Mismatches in signature, and that's what we find in the data. So, okay. So this this column is user 1 through 151. And then this column over here, this goes in in in order of speed of clicking. So here we got somebody who did About 5,000 evaluations. And they did it at a at a 99.68 pass rate. And that's what we find, is the people who They have higher pass rates. So let's, scroll all the way down to the bottom, and we'll see some red numbers down there. See all the 100% is passing by here? Okay. So remember, 1 or 0 seconds, less than 2 seconds, 300,000 signatures were evaluated at that speed. And here we have this group plus the next one, less than 3 seconds. That's 2 seconds or one second or 0 seconds. Half a 1000000 signatures passed at that speed. Speaker 15: It is Physically impossible to compare a signature as those workers are instructed to do at a rate of less than Maricopa County commissioned the MacGregor report. That report came out 5 months after the election, And it came out not by us. This was an observation of somebody Maricopa selected when they observed 4 of the 10 printers. All of a sudden, randomly starting to print fit to page ballots that none of the technical experts Could explain how or why occurred. That's either malware or remote access. Speaker 4: For those who don't understand printers, we're talking about Two different manufacturers. What is the probability and the chance that those 2 systems Have the same random issue. If you understand anything about technology or manufacturing, that is just it's almost impossible. Speaker 15: The fact that that investigative team did not follow-up And get to the bottom of why that random printing of fit to page ballots occurred is, This isn't a game. It's real. That had a real measurable effect that would have changed the outcome of this election. These are people's votes. The officials that are being elected are implementing policies that affect people's lives. Speaker 16: When people question and they say you have no evidence, you have no proof, the first thing I do is offer to show them the proof. There are just some people that I think aren't ready to see what's right in front of their face. Speaker 4: It should not take Looking at system log files, having to do forensic audit just to ensure a component of a voting system function properly. When you look at 2 tables and you see a couple of $100,000 worth of computer systems and and machinery up there, and you're thinking, All to go and get a paper ballot that could have been printed, filled in by hand, and counted by hand. Speaker 3: Allowing them to make up the law as they go and follow the laws that they want to and disregard the ones that they don't, it's it's devastating. Devastating in terms of the outcome but it's devastating in terms of people having confidence in the outcome of elections. But how about the minimum? How about we just follow the laws as they exist? Speaker 19: Our right to vote is the most basic and fundamental right we have. They're taking it from us. Speaker 15: But this is what it takes. It it is the willingness to sacrifice And to never ever quit because at the end of the day, the truth will win. We've shown the evidence, and at some point, it can no longer be denied and covered up. Speaker 5: How much election fraud do you think is real? Here we go, Joe. You wanna go Election fraud. Yeah. That Carrie Lake stuff in Arizona that they're trying to dismiss. It doesn't look like That's invalid. Speaker 4: It looks like there's real fraud there. Speaker 5: It looks like there's some real shenanigans there. At the very least, there was voting machines that weren't working properly. And it seems Very suspicious that a lot of them were in Republican areas. There's a lot of shenanigans. There's a and I think there's coordinated efforts to make sure that certain people get elected. I don't know how far they go, but I know it's not 0. Speaker 15: I think people in the past believed their responsibility to themselves and to their country ended with simply casting a vote. And once that was accomplished then they could go back and accept the results. That's no longer the case in our country. Your responsibility and your duty goes beyond simply casting a vote. It is to actually get involved, It is whether it's public records requests. It's to ask questions of your representatives to demand transparency in elections. Speaker 19: I said what the hell have I got to lose? Right? My dignity. I may lose my law license but I will have My fucking dignity. Speaker 15: I do plan on bringing in brand new actions, And so as long as I can take a breath, I will never quit on this. And it may not come quick, And that is frustrating, and it's difficult because we're up against a machine that is bound and determined to suppress the truth, but it can't be done forever. Speaker 7: Our current voting systems are complicated and messy, and that's by design. Imagine a small business not knowing how much money is in the cash register, Or a bank not knowing how much money is in the teller's drawer. Or sending an armored car with bags of cash To the central bank without knowing how much money is actually in the bags. It's hard to believe, but as this movie demonstrated, this is how your votes are being handled in many states Across our great nation. Banks or corporations don't put up with these kind of lazy accounting processes, and neither should the American people. Your votes are far more precious than cash. Your vote is your future and your family's future. Currently, in many states, your votes are not reconciled and verified at the precinct level. Instead, ballots are shipped off to third party entities or counted at Centralized locations outside of public oversight. Residents of Maricopa County know all about that. And as you also just saw in this movie, mail in ballots are not secure and they are a recipe for fraud. We must return to mail in voting being the exception And not the rule. Election day voting in small precincts with hand counting at the precinct level guarantees the most accurate accounting and transparency in our elections. We as Americans must demand in our elections. We as Americans must demand this. Precinct level hand counting is how most of the country voted before the year 2000. For 100 of years, this system worked. Even France does it this way now because it's the most secure. Our current system, where we vote for a month and count ballots for days or weeks in backrooms, invites fraud and distrust. This needs to change. We must restore faith in our election so that everyone, regardless of political party, has faith that their vote matters. Call your state and local officials now. Hand counting ballots at the precinct level And locally verifying the ballot count against machine tallies is the best way to stop fraud. The 2024 election is just around the corner. We must build back trust in our elections before it's too late. The time to act is now. Your future and your children's culture and future is at stake. Demand hand counting at the precinct level. If you like this movie, please consider donating and visiting build trust again.org. Through education and proactive lawsuits, myself And others like me are working to expose the flaws and fix fraud in our systems before it's too late. Americans deserve free and fair elections, and we won't stop until we get

Speaker 0: Matter which side of the fence people have been on, they've been saying, show me the evidence. I'll believe it when I see the evidence. And people on both sides agree that something went terribly wrong in November 20 twenty. But there really has been no comprehensive place to see the evidence of widespread fraud until now. This video is pure data, so don't get mad. You Can't be angry when a scientist confirms the gravity pulls downward at negative 9.8 meters per second squared even when that fact works against the narrative you've third. So here we go. Just before we show you some new disturbing video evidence, we'll talk about statistical anomalies in 3 states in question. In In the early hours of November 4th, 2020, Democratic candidate, Joe Biden, received several major vote spikes in Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia, 2, suddenly placing him in the lead when he had been trailing Trump by a significant margin. 8,954 individual vote updates were analyzed across nearly all updates to follow the clear statistical pattern. However, a very small number of batches are especially questionable. The 4 most notable aberrations were 2 in Michigan, 1 in Wisconsin and 1 in Georgia. And All occurred in the same 5 hour window in the middle of the night when in some places, counting reportedly had stopped. Not only do these updates not follow generally observed patterns. But their behavior is particularly extreme. For context, using publicly available data from The New York Times, here is a visualization of the number of votes by candidates 3th in Michigan from the beginning of the election night to 7 PM EST on November 4th. Trump is in red. Biden is in blue. Notice the sudden and improbable spike in votes to Biden at 6:30 AM, where Biden received a 141,258 votes while Trump only received 5,968. This Extreme ratio is surrounded by updates that are nearly the same in ratio. This particular update is 23 times more votes for ten and is the most extreme update favoring Biden in all datasets across all states. The situation in Wisconsin is even more stark. A A single update to the vote count brought Biden from trailing by over 100,000 votes into the lead. Thirdly, a vote update in Georgia at one 34 a. M. Eastern time on November 4th, which shows a 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and only 29,115 for Donald twelve. The extent of these 4 votes spikes in question are more than the margin of victory in all 3 states, which means the spikes were not only abnormal in regards to percentage for Joe Biden, 2, also in magnitude of the vote count. Out of roughly 9,000 updates, this election was decided by only 4 extreme updates, each with to the probability of less than 1 tenth of 1%. Meaning that had these 4 unlikely updates not happened, we would have a different president in the White House. Detractors to argue that these spikes were merely human error and not indication of fraud, and the errors have been corrected. If the errors have been corrected, where is their evidence? Why were the The results never changed. Others have said that the spikes indicate heavily Democratic precincts. If that were the case, then California would show many spikes of that magnitude, 2, but it doesn't. Only 1 vote update in California is anomalous in percentage of Biden votes, but not enough magnitude to shift an outcome. The The strangest anomaly visible in the data is a consistently identical ratio of Biden to Trump votes across time, which is theoretically impossible. Here is Florida. These updates occurred over a week following the election. Notice all the ratios of Biden to Trump votes are a 100 10th, identical over several days. This pattern shows up in many states. It appears that a computer algorithm is involved in the process, which is doing something called weighted race distribution. A feature of Diebold voting machines known as early as 2001 which gives value 2 votes rather than simply counting them. Here in California, we see an update of 1 vote. About 65% of that value is given to Biden, and and 32% to Trump. How can 1 vote go to more than 1 person? It is well known and not disputed that Diebold software was found to be fifteen votes through programming in past elections. Even though Diebold is no longer used, Dominion Voting Systems acquired ES and S in 2010, which had previously acquired Diebold under its new name of Premier Election Solutions. This does not exhaust all statistical data anomalies encountered in the 2020 election. But 3. Anomalies is only one factor to consider. Next is eyewitness and video evidence. In Georgia, there's the case of a poll worker named Ruby who was seen on Instagram giving a secretive live video of her working in the back room filled with absentee ballots. 2. At 10:30 pm on November 3rd, all media and poll watchers were told to leave State Farm Arena because ballot counting was going to stop. But Ruby and her daughter and 3 others remained behind at State Farm Arena. They pulled boxes of ballots out from under the table that was placed there in the morning and distributed them to several counting stations. Speaker 1: Back to Fulton County, Georgia right now where our reporter Blaine Alexander apparently has some new reporting on the expectations Patience for that count. Speaker 2: But, Rachel, we've learned that the counting continues tonight. You know, right here in State Farm arena behind me, we've learned that there are 5 people who are 2. Still inside, still working to scan those absentee ballots and try and get those numbers tabulated. Now initially, we believe we were told that everybody went home at about 10:30, 2. But I just got off the phone with the county spokesperson who tells me that indeed there are still some people in there quite literally burning the midnight oil, scanning ballot after valid in trying to get that information in. Speaker 1: And, Blaine, specifically, you said 5 people are inside that building. That's 5 of 5 actual individuals who are working on All the absentees in Fulton County right now, just fine? Wow. Talk about having the sort of the fate of the nation in your hands. Speaker 0: 3. You see in here in this video running the exact same stack of ballots to the machine three times. Other workers do the same. Note that a large surge in Biden votes can be observed after this tabulation at 06:34 Greenwich Mean Time, which is 1:34 AM in Georgia, Georgia. Just after the time in question, you may ask, can a ballot really be counted more than once? Here's your answer from Coffee County, Georgia. Speaker 3: Can you stand a ballot more than once? Speaker 4: I've just done it. You just Speaker 3: keep standing here. Speaker 4: I just kept standing twenty. I just scanned the same batches that you all just voted. I never got any more until that one. Speaker 0: 2. Ruby allegedly posted this later on social media. Of course, the mainstream media calls this misinformation, and most references to these videos have been deleted from Internet search results. Apple News, the morning of the election, sent out a push message to Apple News subscribers that elections are secure. So if it's true that election 5 is rare. What about Raquel Rodriguez? She was recently arrested for election fraud in Texas because of overwhelming video evidence incriminating 2th that she was harvesting ballots for pay. Speaker 5: We just have the ticket to get votes for here Biden. How many votes you think you can deliver for us? Speaker 3: At least five 5,000. Speaker 5: And what are we looking at as far as how much that's gonna cost? Speaker 3: For the entire team that I'm looking at, I'm looking at 55,000. Speaker 5: 2. So 55,000 to 5,000 votes pop the 50 is either Biden. Speaker 3: If not more, 2. I'm not gonna over promise because remember, we're we're 16 days till election day. You can give me cash, you can do Whatever you want to do. $55,000 Speaker 5: upfront, 5,000 votes. That's right. Speaker 0: Then there is cyber security evidence and the question of whether Dominion Voting Machines were tampered with over Internet connections. Signed affidavits under oath from cybersecurity experts indicate that Dominion Voter systems and Edison Research were using an unencrypted VPN with login credentials that were easily accessible and used by foreign adversaries to to monitor and manipulate votes. The IP addresses into the Edison Research Hope Service went in both directions. Meaning that not only were China in Iran and other countries accessing the servers. But also Edison Research was communicating back to these adversaries. The claims that Dominion Voting Machines were not connected to the Internet 10th are completely false. Cybersecurity experts have followed the communication of the data from Dominion Voting Servers and Edison Research to foreign countries. 3. A simple web search will uncover that DominionVotingsystems.com is registered to a company in Hunan, China. 3 of the 7 board members of UBS Securities to our Chinese nationals, that company owns Staple Street Capital which in turn owns Dominion. On top of that, the Dominion software is licensed Trump's Markmanic, which is a Venezuelan owned and controlled company. And we're all familiar with how their elections go. Furthermore, forensic audits of the machines to reveal significant errors. Although the mainstream media and politicians are saying that it's dangerous misinformation that Dominion Voting Systems are to secure. This was the very message that several left leaning news sources were claiming less than a year ago. NBC News and PBS found out just how easy it is to hack voting machines or cast take votes. It's important to know that Georgia just spent over a100 or Speaker 6: is about to spend over $100,000,000 on a contract with Dominion to provide image cast 2 hardware to the state in time for the 20, for the for the next primaries and for the 2020 election. And yet here these kids were who had opened it up. They said, look, you can pop the front off of it and here's a port you can get into right here that's easy. You know, all kinds of stuff that you could certainly do within 6 minutes behind a curtain, much less, if you had extra time because any of these were connected to the web as we've discovered a couple days before, time. So many of them are. Speaker 0: Despite opposition and attacks, election security experts were able to audit Dominion Voting Machines in Antrim County, Michigan, 2, revealing unusually high error and adjudication rates. What does that mean? According to the report, Dominion Voting Systems is intentionally designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. Ballot errors are sent to adjudication which means the vote can be decided by an election worker where there is no oversight, no transparency and no audit trail. Speaker 7: We scanned a 113,130 Speaker 8: as of moments ago. We've adjudicated Paid it a 106,000 plus a bell. Speaker 0: Experts identified an error rate of 68.05% which is far above the Federal Election Commission guidelines of point zero zero zero eight percent or 1 in 250,000. Although vote adjudication logs are available for prior election years, suspiciously, all the logs for the 2020 cycle were missing. Moreover, all security logs prior to 11:03 PM on November 4th are also missing. If that's not enough, the election event designer log shows that the Dominion Image cast precinct cards were reprogrammed on October 23rd and again on November 5th, which violates the Help America Vote Act, which includes a 90 3 day safe harbor period that prohibits changes to election systems, registries, hardware and software updates without undergoing recertification. Even if skeptics ten. Critics persist that these issues are inconsequential. They should be willing for forensic audits to take place for transparency. Yet they have viciously attack attempts to review logs. Why is that if there's nothing to hide? Election officials in Maricopa County, Arizona have even ignored subpoenas eighteen for release of election data and Dominion Machine Audits until after the inauguration. Then there's the mass influx of unsolicited mail in ballots. The 2. Keyword is unsolicited. In other words, people receiving ballots they never asked for. Politicians use the coronavirus to push mass to mail in ballots and extending the time to receive those ballots till many days after the election. There are many reports of people who voted in person also receiving multiple unsolicited solicited ballots in the mail. People who did not send in a mail in ballot denied in person voting because they were told they had voted already by mail when they 2010. This opened up chaos in the system and uncertainty as to who actually voted. Additionally, signature verification requirements were slackened in many states days adding even more uncertainty. In fact, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State unilaterally removed legislative signature requirements for mail in ballots. More than a 1000 signed affidavits have been given by poll workers who have witnessed illegal activities, non equal treatment of Republican poll watchers, counting ballots in 2 locations with no poll watchers. Poll watchers not permitted close enough to see the counting process. Shredding ballots, garbage bags full of ballots for Trump. Entire boxes of hundreds of supposedly mail in ballots that have no folds indicating they were never actually mailed by anyone. The list goes on and on. These affidavits are signed by witnesses under penalty of perjury, so this should not have been taken lightly. But these witnesses were never heard in court. Unfortunately, what we have covered is only the tip of the iceberg on fraud, cover ups, federal election law violations, and dishonesty on a global scale. Speaker 9: 2. So either the secretary of state's office is recording and certifying results that have negative errors and fraudulent votes in them or someone is giving them negative information. Speaker 0: Ten. Polls show an overwhelming percentage of the US don't trust the 2020 election was without fraud. At the end of this video, the credits will be further data scrolling blink through that you can read for yourself and pause and go back and read again. So what can you do? Firstly, find a way to download this video and share it. Film it with your mobile phone. 2. Anything to duplicate this, post it with a hashtag, here is the evidence, hashtag every legal vote. Because guaranteed, the big Big tech and social media giants will do their best to erase it from the Internet as they've already done with much of the evidence we've already shared. And if they can't erase it, they'll Fake fact check it. Well, guess what? We've already done the fact checking. We've gone through thousands of pages of data sworn affidavits, forensic reports, and cyber security reports. 2. Secondly, you can demand election reform from your election state and local officials. We cannot let another election ever be this questionable ever again. This is the United States of America. People used to look to us on how to have democracy through our voting system. 2020 was a complete sham and it cannot ever happen again. Speaker 5: 2. 2. 2. 2. 2.

When a man flees war, he takes his family with him. When a man heads to war, he leaves his family behind. Our Nation is being infiltrated by Military-Aged Men from every corner of the globe. America is VULNERABLE. We NEED to secure our border.

Speaker 0: Hi, Arizona. It's Carrie Lake. I'm sitting down to talk to you because of some truly horrifying footage I've been seeing coming from our wide open southern border. Since the lifting of Title 42, the Tucson border sector has become a valley of death. It experienced 167% bike in-depth. A number that will only grow as that bumbling fool, Joe Biden, welds the doors to our border wall open. And rolls out the red welcome carpet for the invaders to come in. Just 2 days ago, in the Tucson sector, 2000 illegal immigrants from all across the globe were caught breaking into our country. Our border patrol who are truly fighting and trying their best under impossible circumstances cannot house all of these people. We literally can't afford it. It's costing us $7,000,000 a month to put these people up and already over capacity facilities. And that price is expected to double. Left with no choice, our border patrol has been forced to release these people directly onto our streets where law abiding Arizona will suffer the responses. You deserve so much better. The Biden regime tells us that these are families seeking asylum But look at this footage. These are military aged men from different nations. Where are the women Where are the children? Do we even know where these people are going when the border patrol is forced to release them onto our streets and masks Last month, I got an email from a border patrol agent who said that they had lost operational control completely of the Arizona border. He said they look like soldiers from other countries coming over, period. They are not here to help us. They are here to harm us. That message scared the hell out of me, but what scares me the most is that this is not the first time I've heard it. Our border patrol, the boots on the ground know exactly how bad things are, and they're begging for help The Biden border crisis has become more than just a humanitarian crisis. It is a national security risk. I know there's no higher priority than ensuring the safety of Arizona and that there is no cause more worthy than protecting our nation's sovereignty. But our current, sorry collection of leaders can't say the same. The resident in the White House, Joe Biden, has stolen the leftover border wall material. That we paid for and sold them at a $298,000,000 loss. The squatter in the governor's office, Katie Hobbs, just agreed to make Arizona taxpayers put a $2,100,000 bill because the Doug Ducey administration sacked up containers along the border. And in the senate, Houston cinema continues to prioritize amnesty over security. She'll do anything to please her corporate masters who want cheap labor. Mark Kelly's head is still in orbit and his heart seems to be in Ukraine. And in Congress, Marxist Ruben Gallego is now trying to walk back his decades long career of painting border security efforts as racist and threatening ice agents with severe consequences for enforcing the law. He is truly unhinged. Rubin I know this doesn't impact you because you actually live in the swamp, and that's what you call home, but hardworking, Arizona are struggling. You would know that if you spent more time talking to us instead of mocking us, but we won't hold our breath. Arizona, your leaders are failing you. Our country is being invaded, but we are not powerless to change this. Under President Donald J. Trump, we had the most secure border in our nation's history. In 2024, we can have that all of these bad actors and open border globalists out and replace them with America First Patriots. We are going to secure our border. We are going to make Arizona safe again. Don't get frustrated. Don't feel helpless Get motivated. Let's vote like our lives depend on it because they truly do.

One misdemeanor charge for the man caught on camera telling people "We need to go into the Capital." The man who texted his nephew, "I Also Orchestrated It.” This isn't normal. There's so much more to this story than they're telling us.

BREAKING: Ray Epps Hit With Single Charge for Jan 6 Role. Ray Epps – a key January 6th figure who has bizarrely escaped justice for years despite admitting to having "orchestrated" much of it – has finally been thenationalpulse.com

.@JoeBiden's corrupt DOJ just sentenced a journalist to 60 days in jail. His crime? Believing the election was stolen & covering the January 6th protest. Only Banana Republics criminalize free speech. I will never stop speaking out against this tyranny.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Journalist Owen Shroyer has been sentenced to 2 months in jail for his involvement in the January 6 events. Despite not entering the Capitol or causing any harm, he is being punished. While I don't follow him closely, I believe journalists should be able to report without being imprisoned for their work. Shroyer was reporting on January 6, and it seems his reporting may have been closer to the truth than mainstream media outlets. The Department of Justice's actions against him reflect a concerning trend, reminiscent of Banana Republics. I fear we are losing our republic and becoming one ourselves. I'm doing my part to save America, but time may be running out.

Speaker 0: You spent time in the media. Let's talk about journalist, Owen Shroyer. Quite frankly, this is a name I wasn't familiar with, but he was just sentenced to 2 months in jail for January 6 offenses. I believe we have his picture here. This guy was neither at the Capitol. And so he didn't enter the Capitol. He didn't break anything. It didn't hurt anybody. And yet he's going to jail. What can you tell us about this guy? Speaker 1: I don't really follow him. I've seen maybe a couple clips over time, but I believe that journalists Should be able to report. And you may like what they do or dislike what they do, but they shouldn't be locked up for their reporting. And he was reporting on January 6th. Something tells me he was probably a lot closer to the truth than, you know, the MSNBC and CNN reporters. And that scared the Department of Justice Enough that they they, sick they, you know, they sent their their attack dogs to him. And now he's gonna be sitting behind bars for 60 days For doing his job, which was reporting the news, this is the kind of stuff you see in Banana Republics. I say that a lot about many of the things that we're witnessing right now, Greg, At which I'm really of the belief that we are losing our republic and becoming a banana republic. And I don't know if there's much time To pull this back from the ledge, but I'm doing whatever I can to do my part and try to save America.
