Sworn testimony from 2020 of an eye witness at Detroit-TLC-Center: she saw an election official put correction tape inside a tabulator to make the bar code unreadable and to override the ballot, and then fed the same 27 ballots into that tabulator over 10 times. https://t.co/Mv95LDIUMc

The speaker witnessed someone using correction tape inside a tabulator machine, which caused the ballots to get jammed. The tape was placed back in the machine after being peeled off. The speaker explained that if a ballot goes through the machine with the tape on it, the machine won't read anything, and the user can override it. The speaker also mentioned that the ballots had no numbers at the top, but they assumed the machine wouldn't read them and the user could manually input the ticket type. The person operating the machine repeatedly put the same set of 27 ballots in instead of separating them, resulting in an inaccurate count. The speaker explained that the machine doesn't have a way to detect if the same ballot has been inserted multiple times, as the sensor and reader are covered.

Speaker 0: Then he peeled off he looked up in the part where you read with a valid greeting. So the the the the valid numbers are usually right here, the barcode, and you put it in like this. Well, in that part of the machine, he went in there, and I saw them getting out and pull off lights. It looks like correction tape. Well, it was correction tape because not only I witnessed him walking around with his correction tape, but a lot of other people did as well, and he took notes. Speaker 1: So can you explain the significance of that? What happens if somebody has correction tape on a ballot and it goes to remove it? What do you think is going on? Speaker 0: Well, actually, it wasn't on the ballot. It was inside the tabulator. So that means if you put the ballot through, it won't read anything and you can override and push, yes, I'm overriding. Speaker 1: So this is just like a strip of paper you can use to mess with the machine? Speaker 0: It was a whole strip of White correction tape that I saw them placed back in that same area after he peeled it out because the the the ballots were getting jammed. The balance that he had in this hand had 50 stack of them, and they had no numbers Speaker 1: at the top. So how would it? I'm curious about how a tabulating machine would even read that valid if there's no numbers on it. Well, I Speaker 0: would assume that it doesn't read it and that you can go on the system like I said, put down this is a blue ticket or this is a red ticket or this is an independent ticket. And it was the power of 50, And the man put put them in and I will count them as they go in 2 2. So I count 1, 2. I would be like this. 3, 4, side. I will keep counting. It will be 27 that we'll go through, and the rest will get settled. Guess what you would do? Continue to put those same 27 in Instead of putting those 27 to the side that was red already and put the remaining ones in that would equal up to 50, He did not do that. Instead, he put that same amount in over 10 times. He put Speaker 1: the same balance in 10 times. Over 10 times. And then Speaker 0: the machine doesn't have Speaker 1: a way to know whether the same valid or barcode or number or whatever's already been Speaker 0: put in? How? You cover the sensor. You cover the reader.

Articia Baumer, a poll challenger in Michigan, witnessed several instances of potential fraud during the election. She observed poll workers covering their shirts with black t-shirts to hide their political affiliations, and saw many ballots with Republican votes being put back in envelopes instead of being counted. Baumer also noticed a man with correction tape tampering with the tabulating machine, overriding ballots and preventing them from being counted. She saw boxes of ballots being brought in and announced as counted, even though it seemed impossible to count them all in such a short time. Baumer has lost confidence in the election process and hopes for justice to be served.

Speaker 0: All right. Speaker 1: Could you please state your name? Speaker 0: Yes. Articia Baumer. Speaker 1: Can we spell that? Speaker 0: We're We're going to spell that, a r t I c I a, and Baumer is b o m e r. Speaker 1: Okay. And are you a resident of Michigan? Speaker 0: I am. Speaker 1: Okay. For how many years? Speaker 0: For over 45 years. Speaker 1: Okay. So you are over the age of 18? Speaker 0: I'm 48 years old. Alright. Speaker 1: Did you personally witness all the events we're going to discuss? Yes. Okay. What days were you involved in the election this year? Speaker 0: November 3rd November 4th. Speaker 1: Okay. Where were you on 3rd? Speaker 0: I was at Artesia Center, downtown Detroit. Speaker 1: Okay. And what time were you there? Is it first? Speaker 0: I arrived here between 9 and 9:30 PM. Okay. And how long did you stay? Over until the next day of November 4th, Around 6:30 AM. Speaker 1: Okay. Was that the only time you were there? Was that one stint? Speaker 0: They would not let me in the 2nd time to come back. Gotcha. Speaker 1: Okay. So what was your role when you were there? Pole Challenger. Okay. Were you trained? Speaker 0: Yes. I was. Okay. Speaker 1: Who were you, representing as a Pole Challenger? Speaker 0: Well, I was a US taxpayer party, but I was under the Michigan GOP training. US taxpayers, the organization? That? US taxpayers party in Michigan. Speaker 1: It's a party. I was a candidate. Okay. Speaker 0: Okay. Great. So, what did you read this? Well, I read this a lot. Okay. Speaker 1: Take your time. Speaker 0: I said no So that I can be able to have my notes Okay. If I need them. Speaker 1: When we get done, would it be okay if we scan those or keep them in synovations? Speaker 0: Today. Okay. That? Okay. You can you can scan them today, and I'll take them back with me today. Okay. Okay. So around us? 9:30 between 9:30 and 10. We were at room 260 upstairs in the CCF building where we all had to gather to get instructions, to cover our shirts in case we had shirts on that had dollar trunk or anything that showed a party. We were forced To cover our shirts with black t shirts that they bought lots of packages packages sitting on the counter. Okay. I refused to put the t shirt on because Speaker 1: I told him I would just cover it up with my jacket, Speaker 0: which I did. I had Donald Trump buttons. I had John James t shirts. Speaker 1: So I covered him up. I zipped my jacket up and covered it up. Speaker 0: When we got downstairs to a room, I Speaker 1: don't know the room number, Speaker 0: But we were all direct to going downstairs to the 1st floor and into a big room, real huge room, where there were news reporters, All cameras just action. There was a bit of a line. We were in a line, waiting to get our tables. Okay. We will go past, they will wanna make sure that we have this figure to stand our temperature on the way in. My temperature was 96.9, and this is my credentials, Artisia, Total Challenger. As well, I was also a solar calendar in the daytime of November 3rd as well. I went around to various precincts, and I saw things there too that was fraud. But we'll speak to Artesia Balmer. So we get to the the lady, those few ladies at a table when we get downstairs, just to make sure we had that scanned and to sign in, we did so. My table was 123 and 120. Both tables were positioned right next to each other, and they were right up front, right by all the cameras. Goodness When we got there around 11:43 I'm sorry. Between 11 At 11:30, an announcement came on the microphone by the moderator there, a black guy. He announced we need all of the table leads to come over to the far left corner as I'm facing that way. And they all went to the left to this meeting at? That they have. The other poll workers were sitting at the table still. Speaker 1: And this is the night of elections? This is Speaker 0: the night of elections, 11, 11:30 p. M. Okay. After they had the meeting, they announced that the Valley County will begin. So we are, as holders, we're already positioned at our tables, and the table outlined looks like this. So you would have the lead is number 1, and the balance will go around the Speaker 1: table in this direction. So you mentioned this this gentleman that spoke with all the team leads. Do you know Speaker 0: what he said? We we couldn't hear him. He had a a secret meeting Speaker 1: with them over into a corner. Okay. Speaker 0: He had Several secret meetings with them. He called them more than twice to to the corner, during county, before county, and after county. Do you know who that guy was? No. But I'll be able to describe him. Okay. And he was a black man, and he was dark skinned. Around maybe between 5, 8, and 6 feet tall, and he would have his meeting with the leads. Well, at my particular table, which was 123, we had a black man about maybe 5, 8 in height, us? Dark with glasses, a little bone on the top. He said something very disturbing before they started counting. His words were this he was talking to one of the other poll workers at the table. He told the poll worker, This is our house tonight. Right? And the poll worker said yes. And he said, so from now on, they're gonna do what we tell them to do. So that? I take that as this is our house to Democrats. And the Republicans or Independents or anybody else outside of that is gonna do what we tell them to do tonight. Speaker 1: So how did you know the man that said this was a Democrat? Speaker 0: Because he he said that he was a Democrat when he was asked. Okay. Yeah. There? What I observed also was of all of the leads that they were calling to the meeting, Most of them had Black Lives Matter face mask on. Also, the blue mask with votes in the corner on the face like to our governor, Gretchen Wier, in her interviews, and they were blue. We were we, as poll challenged, were told we can't show anything, but the poll workers was about to wear everything. They had Biden search. Everything you can think of that was from Democrats. Speaker 1: So just to make sure we're clear, what in your mind was the significance of them being Blue? That? It's emanation. Speaker 0: In my mind, it was Democrats, of course. Because the blue is the Democrat party. Yes. It's blue is that? Pertained to Democratic Party. Yeah. That's what Speaker 1: I thought you meant. I just wanted to make sure. Okay. Gotcha. Speaker 0: Yes. So right away, that was very intimidating because I went with 4 or I'm sorry, 5 Caucasian women, And I was the only African American woman with my crew. And I feel very bad for them and disturbed for them because they were frightened. They were older women than me, us? And they were frightened from the Black Lives Matter man. They were dogged out right in front of me. Dogged out? Dogged out, us? When the poll workers would talk to us and say, oh, you look nice, but I was sure they would flirt with me big time, stayed sealed because they already gave us instructions. We're not allowed to talk to coworkers at all because they can kick you out. You're not allowed to talk to them. You can't talk to the poll workers talking to my lady, Frank. And me. She's talking to us as a group. Us? And I told the ladies. I said, look. Y'all have to be quiet, Will. They talked to me first. I said, I don't care. I don't care if they say you're pretty. Your dog has nice fur. You you drive a beautiful car. Do not talk to them because they would throw us out, and that's your your excuse To try to throw you out. Speaker 1: So is that what you meant by they were getting dogged out? You said they were just trying to trick them into breaking the rules? Speaker 0: Yes. They did. They were breaking them. They were dawg them out and tell them we can't talk. And they made the 1st conversation. Gotcha. They were talking to us first. We would not talk to them. They would come and say things to us. People like, what party are you from? My mouth stays sealed. Some of the ladies are just friendly and they wanted to answer the questions, but I kept making them aware. When I talk to them, they are not the friends right now. They are doing their job. Speaker 1: So did you feel that the poll workers were colluding to get Republican poll watchers injected? They were definitely colluding to Speaker 0: get us injected. But For my group, I'm careful on them hard. Do not talk to them. Do not act antagonistic. No matter what they do, we are here for a job, and that is to challenge the polls. Speaker 1: K. But you personally witnessed them trying to trick republican poll watchers into breaking the rules. They tried Speaker 0: to trick me. They would hit on me and say, Where are you from? You look beautiful. Your hair is just so beautiful. They were doing all of this distracting us. While we were talking to us, You're taking letters out of envelopes. When I walked around the table around 12, After 12 midnight into November 4th, I observed one of the ladies Speaker 1: so this is Speaker 0: on the table. She said, up at the top at number 4, I observed her looking at the envelope, saw it was in ball straight ticket, red, republican straight ticket. She looked at it and she turned her nose and she tapped the lady that's next to her, which would be sitting right here. And they both looked at it and rolled their eyes and they folded it back up and they shoved it back in the envelope. Well, that's not the process. The process is once you take that out of the envelope, You pass it around to this person, and it goes back around over I'm sorry. This person, and it goes down here. Well, they were doing that. Every time I observed a straight ticket or I saw Donald Trump's name circled in, us? They would shove it back in the envelope, and they would put it back in the pile. Every time? Every time they saw it, they would shove. It was so many boats. They even had USPS boxes stacked up by the police under each person. And on the top of those palettes Was either registering ticket or you can see Donald Trump's name shaded in, and they were all on the floor. All tables had these boxes. When I went around monitoring, they were all on the floor. They were either straight tickets or somebody shaded his name in and just went across the valley with different on? In other areas. And they were sitting on the floor. And so I asked the man that was sitting right here, why are these still sitting on the floor? He said, oh, they were already counting. But remember, we just started the counting a little bit past 11:30 us? PM on November 3rd. So how can all those be counted that quick? It was that? Pappano with capital I. So how many of these straight Speaker 1: red ticket or votes for president Trump did you witness at approximately? Go back into into the envelope rollover after they were taken out. Speaker 0: So they came in a pack of 50. Out of the 50, it would be made just 2 that they were happy about. So I didn't get and just like 2 ballots that will come out. It was a rest on back in the envelope because they count 50 at a time. Up? 2 or 3 will be happy at each pile. We'll never be more than 5 ballots that they were happy about that. They actually passed around. It rolled out. 1 girl would roll them up, and then she would roll them out with her hand and to straighten them to make sure, I guess, they're gonna get fed in a tabulator or so. So how many groups of 50 did you witness this happen with? Oh my god. More than 50. More than a100. Speaker 1: Which table was this? Was it both tables? Speaker 0: So there are 2 tables together, 123 right here and 120 right here. Both the same. I went and looked under their table. It was all either straight red tickets or Donald Trump tickets right there. When I went up to the close, They saw me looking, and they will cover the the top down and so they cover them up. I also observed I'm gonna get these types, straightened out because I wrote my nose was all over there. So I guess I told you that I saw tons of votes for Trump. We're put to the side and said that they already counted them already. Us? Around 5 I'm sorry, legal experts. Oh, so Tons of Trump boat ballots were being removed from envelopes and ladies rolled their eyes and put back in envelopes. That was my notes. Do you Speaker 1: know what happened to them after they got put in the boxes? Speaker 0: They took, they took the one that was in Outlook and put them back in a black thing on their desk. So they so And on the computer screen, they had a a name of a church. I was trying to write it down. It was, like, Something Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. Something like that to where these computers were I don't know if they were donated or what, but they had a church label on them. It was church labels on the on the computer. They would override so many ballots that I saw They would they would put it in the scanner, and then on there, it would say, are you sure you want to override to them, like, something in other words, It's a Republican ballot, but they went in and over read the system, and they they would put they would take their mouse and click yes, and a green check mark will come in have, processed or some or some. But this was after they kept overriding each and every last up? Valley. That they put into their scanner that was on their table, they would override them. Now one time did I see one go through and it was just went through. That? They were overriding ballots. Speaker 1: What do you mean by overriding? Speaker 0: They would click in the system. So if Balmo is for a Democrat, You can override it to a Republican. If it's a Republican, you can override it to Democrats. It it specifically says, do you wanna override it? And they were overriding them. Us? They had I couldn't believe that the access that they was allowed to do in such a national election is shocking. Speaker 1: So did you, did you try to challenge any of these these poll workers or or challenge this process in any way? Kind of a tricky situation because it sounds like what you're telling me is that there were a lot of Republican votes or or Trump votes that were not even being that Potentially, we're not being counted at all. That seemed to be what you're implying by saying the process is not being followed. Am I correct? Yes. So there's nothing there's not a vote to challenge How do you challenge the lack of a Speaker 0: vote is my question? So I would because we couldn't talk to them, when I saw it happening, I would go, mm-mm. Mm-mm. Because as soon as I would say something, I can get thrown out. I did not wanna get thrown out. This was a serious case, a serious matter. I could have been at home or at a victory party celebrating. I was on the ballot. I could have been at home celebrating. I wasn't looking for my name in the pile. I was looking on the Midland Justice that they were doing to see if these are red tickets or blue tickets. Speaker 1: Did you raise the issue with any of the supervisors or team leads? Speaker 0: Yes. We did. We've raised him with attorneys that were on the floor. There were attorneys on the floor for, the Republic challengers. You know which attorney? It was a white man. He had gray hair. No. Sorry. He was a white man. He he was, skinny. He had a big blue jacket on. He was very thorough. He had a whole, a book clipboard taking our taking notes, telling us that they're he's taking it down for us and everything. We even had a poll watch a poll a valley counter a? It, person impersonating a whole challenger. She came up to me after she saw me following a man. So one of the ballets I saw, a few of them, But this particular ballot had cursive written on the ballot. Right up under the the the script that you see here, the bar code, They had cursive handwriting written on the valley in 3 sentences in 3 3, sentences. He was reading it and reading it, And he and it didn't even have a number on the barcode, so let me tell you that too. A lot of the ballots that they were putting through, And it didn't it didn't even have digits at the top. No digits at all. So I brought this I followed this man with the one with the cursive writing. He walked to the table here. He walked to the right side over to another person's table, to a lady, a black lady, And she was looking at it and reading it. She was looking above and she was looking back. Oh, you're too close. She was telling me I'm too close, and I know I was 60 or more back. Us? That was why it was so hard to read because you can't read this from over there, and that's how far it was standing away. But I saw her take it out and fold it. It? It was Balmer's attempt to put it down. I said, uh-uh. Uh-uh. That's all I could say because I couldn't talk to them. I was like, um-mm. Mm-mm. And I had my mask on too. And she would look back and roll her eyes at me, and she would give it back to him. Well, while she was going that way, I was following him, But I noticed, like, a tall white man was at the tabulators. The actual tabulators were sitting in the middle aisle. He was at the tabulators, and this caught my eye. Follow the man, which I did follow him for some time, and I told one of my lady friends to go follow him. So that would be Linda Sawyers. He followed him. When I saw the tabulator, a man was spraying this chemical all up in here just spraying, spraying, spraying. We don't know what it was. It had a long a straw on it like w d 40 stuff you would spray that puts the c m on it? He was just spraying all inside the lab. He was spraying screen? Right inside of it. He lift the roller up where he put the feed the ballast through. It was open, and he was freeing stuff all up in here. You put it in like this. Well, in that part of the machine, he went in there, and I saw him digging out and pull off white. It looks like correction tape. Well, it was the correction tape because not only I witnessed him walking around with the correction tape, but a lot of other people did as well, and he took notes. Speaker 1: So can you explain the significance of that? What happens if somebody has correction tape on a ballot and it goes for a moose? What do you think is Speaker 0: going on there? Well, actually, it wasn't on the ballot. It was inside the tabulator. So that means if you put the ballot through, it won't read anything, and you can override and push yes. I'm overriding. So this is just like a strip of paper Speaker 1: you can use to mess with the machine? Speaker 0: It was a whole strip of white correction tape that I saw him place back in same area after he peeled it out because the the the ballots were getting jammed. The ballots that he had in his hand that? Had 50 stack of them and they had no numbers at the top. So how Speaker 1: would it I'm curious about how a tabulating machine would even read that ballot if there's no numbers on it? Well, I would assume that Speaker 0: it doesn't read it and that you can go on the system and, like I said, Put them in, and I will count them as they go in 2 2. So I count 1, 2. I would be like this 3. 4, 5. I will keep counting. It will be 27 that we'll go through, and the rest will get stuck. Us? Guess what he would do? Continue to put those same 27 in instead of putting those 27s to the side that was red already And put the remaining ones in that were equal up to 50. He did not do that. Instead, he put that same amount in over 10 times. He put Speaker 1: the Same balance in 10 times. Over 10 times. And so the machine doesn't have a way to know whether the same ballot or barcode or number or whatever that? Speaker 0: Already been put in. How? You covered the sensor. You covered the reader. The reader was covered for a fact. You didn't even peel it off Because that was so long. Speaker 1: I see. Okay. So the correction tape you're talking about is over a scanner. Like, not like when you go to the store or something and you scan your groceries in Speaker 0: the market. That? He was covering that. Yes. He was also peeled the whitening off because after so many ballots go through, it's gonna get crumbled up. It's it's only just just stickiest a tape? Okay. The correction tape. So he would peel that off, like, stretch it on off and peel it. It'll be wrinkled up, and he would do like up? And then he would take another piece of the white tape, look around, and slide it on in there, write under that reader, that? And put the same debt balance in again. Speaker 1: You saw him do this? Speaker 0: I saw him do this. Speaker 1: Do you know do you know his name? Speaker 0: I do not know the man's name. They was not showing identification. They were had their badges turn to the other side, which is the opposite way where they're supposed to shock. Speaker 1: That? So correction tape, man. Can you describe him to us? Speaker 0: He was tall, white, and his hair looked a little bit like yours. A little gray, a little dark. And he was the he was, like, he was the maintenance of the calculators. Speaker 1: And and how tall do you think he was? Speaker 0: So that? I am. I'm 8 and a half. He looked like he was a baby about a little bit just a little bit taller than me. He was a slow guy. How old are you? That? I'm five seven. He's taller than now. Okay. Speaker 1: I'll tell you. Speaker 0: He's a little bit taller than now. Okay. Maybe we're You're a a little bit shorter than you might come up to your maybe at the bottom of your eyes. That's our street. Okay. And you explained? Speaker 1: H. So Is age approximately? Speaker 0: Us? I'm 48. I look young. So I could tell you. He could've been, I'll say, between forties and fifties or maybe fifties just looks a whatever. But He's a pretty skinny. Yo. He was slim. He wasn't skinny, but he was slim. He wasn't mean. He wasn't, you know, he was slim. Speaker 1: What what was he, Aaron? Speaker 0: He had a, a jacket on? And if I'm not mistaken, he might have even had a cap on. But he was the one over there spraying it down. I'm talking about spraying all up in there. Us? And I saw a stack of well, not a stack of, but the front page of it said us? Republican Party, and they did not put those through. They left those to the side. Speaker 1: Did he have the correction tape with him the whole time? Speaker 0: He walked around. Other witnesses observed him walking around with correction tape. And it makes sense now because I actually saw him putting it in there. Speaker 1: And you said your friend Linda Sawyer saw him. Linda Sawyer, Speaker 0: Cheryl, Constantina. You're gonna get some witnesses that we have not even talked to each other yet. Yeah. We have we we they can't believe, like, every all these people have the same allegations. All of us cannot be not telling the truth. Asleep? You said Cheryl Constantina? Cheryl Constantina, Linda Sawyer. 2 3 other ladies was with us. I don't know their names, but I had just met them that night. Sure. But I was trained by Cheryl Constantino. She's the chairperson over the Michigan GOP and GrowthPoint. Speaker 1: How many tabulated machines were there? Speaker 0: So I only witnessed 1 tabulated machine there because that was my focus once I saw him working on it. Speaker 1: Sure. Okay. But you saw him roaming. You told the other ones as well. Speaker 0: I saw him at this particular one. It's kept on doing stuff to that one. And he was on that one for, like, a good, In front of me, a good 30 to 40 minutes. Speaker 1: Was there anybody else who you saw with correction teeth other than him? Speaker 0: We just saw just 1 person walking around with correction tape all night. Speaker 1: No. This guy. Speaker 0: That was him. Speaker 1: But were you mainly in one area, or were you kinda rolling around the whole I Speaker 0: was mainly in the one area watching 123 or 120, And we had another lady named Linda who was going around. She saw things. She put it in. She actually was able to put challenges in. I I got the training to do that, but I had to stay focused and make my notes. Speaker 1: Do you think there's any other possible reason you would put correction tape the tabulated machine. Speaker 0: The only reason for putting the correction tape is to either override the system or to not let The numbers that Donald Trump had coming in show. I mean, he it was tons of them. Every table had either a real straight ticket circle in it of Donald J. Trump's name circled in it. Speaker 1: For the tabulated machine that you observed, did you us? Did he have correction tape the entire night? Speaker 0: Well, I can't tell you what was in there for the entire night. Speaker 1: Well, the time that you you Yeah. Speaker 0: When I was there, in the in the machine? Speaker 1: Before when you described it, you said he looked around? Speaker 0: Yes. He looked and looked around. And then he When Speaker 1: did you interpret that look around Speaker 0: should find out and see if anybody's watching him. And when he turned around and looked around, I was playing off and looked at, you know, looked around myself. News cameras were there. It was bright light. One particular news camera looked very angry at me that I was doing my job. He had the light shining bright on me, and I tried to turn it this way. And me with the light. He would follow the side of my peripheral vision. So he was following me. He was looking very evil in the face that need. I didn't I can't assume anything, but in my opinion, he was mad and he was part of the process of the fraud. And he was mad that I was taking concern in the actions of the fraud. So Speaker 1: do you know what channel he was with? Speaker 0: Us? I don't. Okay. But I can tell you that I know the channels were there. I've seen WVET Band there. On news radio, I've seen, WVIP. I saw Fox 2 news. I saw WXYZ and a host of other, news radio channels, trucks outside. And there was a lot of, like, police officers surrounding the building, and they were padlocked. All the doors except a one main door. Speaker 1: So for correction tape, guys, to come back to that Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: Did anybody call him over, or did he go by himself? Speaker 0: Well, I didn't know that because he was already at the machine while I was observing the guy that was valid in here. So he ain't writing on it. So for about there? Ten piles. It would be 51 ballots in there, and then and then it would be a ballot with cursive handwriting on each one. So out of £10.50, there was cursor right in the corner that these ballots were already pre there, and and and this is part of the fraud. And even the my assumption. Speaker 1: You could read the cursive, but was the did it could you tell from 6 feet away whether it was the same handwriting? Same handwriting. Looking at it. Speaker 0: All across the board, they were the same. It was in the same spot, and it was 3 lines worth of cursive. Speaker 1: Was it in pencil or pencil? It was Speaker 0: in it looks like it was in either pencil or Life's Black Ink Pinings. Okay. Speaker 1: Great. Great. And then the balance on the floor that the the the people at the table did not count, you didn't see what ended up with Those ballots. Speaker 0: They told me that those ballots are already counted, but they were sitting there when we arrived in there to do the whole challenge before they even made an announcement to start. Us? And every time like, these people were super excited to poll. People were super excited, and every time he would make a How we doing out there? It was like, whoo. And who would do that if you got thousands of Trump votes? So they were like, whoo. We're doing a great job at fraud. Speaker 1: So did you perceive that the people who were cheering were favoring the Democrats? Speaker 0: Favoring the Democrats. Absolutely. Even the Black Lives Matter mask, people were, whoo. The The people that wore the Gretchen Whitmer mask. Woo. They were super excited. And we wonder how somebody's super excited. Oh, we're still getting nothing. They got super excited about it. And these Speaker 1: are the people who are counting the books. Speaker 0: These are the people that sat at the tables. Paid election workers. That? Pay election workers at 600 a pop and more. Yeah. And guess what? You would think they're tired. Oh, no. They made an announcement before they asked us to watch the ballot. You can take out your cell phones and you can use them. Just don't do any recording or take pictures. Everybody was clapping, whoo. And that is totally against the rules. You are not supposed to have your cell phone out. Speaker 1: What do you think they have the new option to do that for? Probably to there? Just make them feel happy that they're still there and maybe they can play a Speaker 0: game while they sit there because some of them were getting bored, some of them were getting tired. You can see their face. But every time they would say, how we doing out there? They was like, woah. Like, we we doing a crowd. We got these. We got this. And I'm telling you, it was the no other feeling in me, but that feeling. Speaker 1: K. Speaker 0: And also, us? Speaker 1: One of the guys there, because Speaker 0: I wanted to make sure I read these notes. So around, like I said, 403, they made the announcement. 50 boxes just came in. Who wants to count 50 more boxes? With with that? Who who who's happy about that? When is it? 403 AM. Speaker 1: What time Speaker 0: is it we said We're around 4:0:3 AM Speaker 1: in the morning. This was the day after going This is November 4th. Going into the November 4th. Late Tuesday night, early Wednesday morning. Speaker 0: Early, we didn't intend 50 boxes. They said, ladies and gentlemen, we would like to announce that 50 boxes just Came in. Speaker 1: Why would did they typically announce the new boxes have come in? Speaker 0: No. And they also made an announcement before that. Somebody left their boxes up here and we need to get people to come back up here. Y'all love boxes up here. We still have too many a box that's left up here. We need y'all at table leaves to send somebody up to come get them. Speaker 1: What was in the boxes? Speaker 0: We don't know. Us? I don't know. Speaker 1: We saw them open. Were they ballot boxes? Speaker 0: They were ballot boxes. There were tons of big black ballot boxes sitting in the middle of the floor We never saw open. They never opened these boxes in front of us. Speaker 1: So were those the were those the blank ballots perhaps that they use for duplication when there is a a defective ballot? Speaker 0: No. These are supposed to be valid that were signed or checked off or whatever they're going for. Completed ballots. Speaker 1: Did you see who put those ballots those boxes there? No. Speaker 0: Those boxes were sitting in there when we arrived. Us? A whole slew of them in a row, $7 wide. Speaker 1: So you left before that? Left before who? Yeah. So they were there at 403. Speaker 0: They were there at 11:30 on on on November 3rd on election night. All of them sat in Speaker 1: the middle of the day. The 50 boxes? Speaker 0: No. Not the 50 boxes that came in at 4 of the these were boxes already in the aisle way. Speaker 1: Right. So the 50 boxes from 403 403 you didn't see who We never even saw them. That? Who would have seen them? Speaker 0: We don't know because we never saw them. And then at 5 around 5:15 AM, they announced, Well, thank you, everybody. All the boxes have been counted. Speaker 1: What, where were the 50 boxes? Speaker 0: Say it again? Speaker 1: We're in the the we're at TCF. Did you see the 50 boxes? Speaker 0: We did not see the 50 boxes at all. Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Speaker 0: I did not see them. That? I'm sorry to say we. Me personally did not see any 50 boxes at all. Speaker 1: They just announced it. Speaker 0: They just announced it. And within a next within a hour, they said, Well, thank you, you guys. You you've checked you've you've checked all of the boxes and they're all checked and you can start cleaning up your tables and whoo. They were so happy. Speaker 1: Us? Sorry. I'm sorry. What time did they say that again? That all they've all Speaker 0: been counting? About around 5 between 5 and 5:15 AM. Speaker 1: Okay. Do you think you could count that many boxes in that market? Speaker 0: Cannot count even 1 box that that that that fast because it's a process. You would have to give them the balance. You would have to give them 50 a piece. You would have to have them come up and get them. Then they would have to go down. Would have to use this system at their table first before it even goes to the middle where the tabulator is Speaker 1: us? Could you see the whole room at this point? Speaker 0: You can just see the whole room like this. You can't see the tables. You can't see it. But I did walk around when I told you When I saw the boxes, the UPS boxes stacked up in like threes and fours with Republican parties on them around the table, around the tables until they saw us aware of them because we won't have to be that close. There is no way we would have seen them from you over there in there on the floor? Well, we will walk up and go up in and then look. So the guy was flirting with me. I kept walking around his area. Since he likes flirting, I might as well at? Look at his area first because he's starting to distract me. Hey. You're flirting, so I'm gonna look at the box while you're doing so. Speaker 1: So the 50 boxes at 4 AM, did you see what part of the room they may have gone to? Speaker 0: No. There is no way they came it was only the door open right here, the front door. They we did not see 50 boxes had big luggages, big suitcases, big coolers, have? And they did do great there. You didn't even have to bring food. They had plenty of food. It was like a buffet of food. We had drinks, coffee, in the room two sixty where the pole challenges work. And as well, they have a huge cafeteria for the pole workers. They can eat and drink anything they want, Speaker 1: You know something. So wait. Did you Speaker 0: have access to go eat and Speaker 1: drink whatever you wanted in this room as well, or what was that? Speaker 0: No. We could not go in that room. They separated us. They had to always continue to go back to room two sixty. Speaker 1: Okay. You were the Republicans were at room two sixty. And who was in this other room with all the food and beverage and everything? Democrats. Okay. Got And there are boxes in there instead. Speaker 0: They had them under their tables already. People had their own big huge boxes and big coolers. Have? And we was like, wow. This no checking for security. I coulda had 10 guns in my backpack. They didn't check for nothing. They just let you in. Speaker 1: So what do you think was doing those coolers and stuff? Speaker 0: I don't know. It could've been a fool. It could've been malice. It could've been all type of things. We weren't able to know. Gotcha. Anything else you wanna tell us? Yes. So I thought it was, very The 1 poll challenged me. 1 poll worker that is impersonated as a poll challenger. I asked Arcelor, are you a poll challenger? He just slipped her the idea Because I was on on a row following the 1 guy, and she told me, oh, he's okay. He's straight. Pull your back up. She started talking to real me, and I was pulling up some pull up some more that? Some more. And opposed challenges are not gonna do that to us. They're not. All opposed challenges, one thing about it, we didn't know any any each other at all? But we all were respectful when we knew who each other was because we was there for 1 job and 1 job only, and that's to challenge the polls and secure the votes And make sure justice is being done with this election. Speaker 1: The announcement at 403 at? We that time. Yeah. Roughly around that time. Was there if anybody was there, could they have missed that announcement? Speaker 0: There's no such thing. They had the microphone. They had mounted over the microphone. Speaker 1: So everybody heard that? Speaker 0: Everybody can hear it. Even if you were upstairs, you can hear it now. Speaker 1: Who is speaking on the microphone? Speaker 0: The moderator, which was a black man. He was the only one the whole time Keith making announcements over the the speaker. Speaker 1: Is he the same one we talked about in the beginning? Speaker 0: Yes. The same black man. Yes. Speaker 1: And so he's the same one who said that they had gotten 50 boxes of 403 and the same one who said, you know, an hour, hour and a half later that they counted all the balance. Speaker 0: Yes. And prior to when he said the boss has came in, he asked for another meeting. He had, like, 3 to 4 meetings with these leads. Why? Like, you there's no such thing as you're supposed to walk away from the table. We we didn't have a meeting. We didn't say all CoachAccounts, let's go upstairs and don't have a meeting. He kept calling them for meetings, And I assume that it's because they kept getting so many complaints. So many people were challenging, And they just have these meetings, and they will come back after the meeting and go, whoo. Like, I had never seen anybody so super excited in my life and don't know the results. That? No. Speaker 1: Anything else that jumps out at you, Speaker 0: Wiggles? Let me see. Speaker 1: We've got another lady who's gonna be here in 5 minutes. We have an appointment at 10, so Speaker 0: I'm gonna be sure to take it. Speaker 1: Okay. This is a fantastic interview, by the way. I hate to have to rush you at the end. Speaker 0: No problem. I think my job is done here. Okay. Speaker 1: One more question for you. Did anybody offer you any payment or compensation to come talk to us today? Speaker 0: None. This is volunteer. This is for justice. And this is for us to go to court all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to because I saw what I saw. I made notes. Injustice needs to be served. This election was cheated, and it needs to be redone. Thank you very much. You're welcome. There's no Speaker 1: One last question. Yes, sir. Do you do you have confidence in the results? Speaker 0: I have confidence that Trump will, be redeemed and he will be aware. Speaker 1: But in the Wayne County election results, do you have any confidence the result Speaker 0: I don't have any confidence in any of the election process now after this fraud had been right in before my eyes. I was traumatized by it. Someone put me in a hotel for the weekend so I can have rest so I could be rested because I'm traumatized by this. It hurts my heart, I have never personally met Donald Trump in my life. My fear is torn and everything. It took my whole faith out of the justice system. And I hope that, With this ampoule, it can help Justice move forward.
