Speaker 0: This might be The biggest scandal you haven't heard about. The largest porn website. Attracting 130,000,000 users a day, more than Netflix or Amazon. Pornhub. Pornhub is under investigation. Who is the company that did whatever it wanted until one woman and a laptop exposed the truth. She is the founder of the Justice Defense Fund, one of the pioneers in anti trafficking. Lila McCoy. Thank you for having me. I was reading the story of a missing 15 year old girl who was found when somebody tipped off her mother that she was in 58 videos on Pornhub being raped and abused. The Sunday Times did an investigation. They found dozens of illegal videos, even children as young as 3 years old. How was this happening? I decided to test this upload system. In under 10 minutes, with only an email address, I was able to upload content that went live on the site. They weren't asking for an ID. They weren't asking for a consent form to make sure this wasn't a rape or trafficking victim. The site became infested with videos of real sexual crime. I have to sound the alarm on this. I was posting on Twitter, started a petition We're just about to hit 1,000,000 2,000,000 signatures. Hundreds of organizations participating. Media started to pay attention. In your article, you write, with Porn Up, we have Jeffrey Epstein, Times of 1000. This isn't about porn. This is about rape and sexual abuse of children. The 12 year old boy, he was drugged, overpowered, and raped in 23. Videos being sold on Pornhub. Victims were speaking out left and right. This is going to haunt me for the rest of my life. Whistleblowers were saying this is true. Pornhub put profits over people. Even the former owner of Pornhub reached out saying he wanted to help. Dozens of lawsuits were filed. We went after Visa and Mastercard to cut ties. But they were still resistant. Pornhub started attacking myself, victim. They don't wanna stop because they're making a lot of money, and they fight dirty. Bornhub was so scared. They deleted 80% of their site. 10,000,000 videos gone. Victims, they were so happy and relieved because for the first time in years, their rape videos were off of Pornhub. But the fight's not over. They are gonna answer for what they've done.

Omegle's shutdown due to child sexual abuse highlights the need for accountability. P*rnhub's involvement in monetizing unverified teen Omegle videos must not be overlooked. Both platforms should be held responsible. #Traffickinghub

@LailaMickelwait - Laila Mickelwait

Omegle just shut down because it facilitated the sexual abuse of children who used the site to video chat with strangers. FYI: P*rnhub monetized & distributed unverified teen Omegle videos from unknown uploaders. (For one example, the video below was taken down after months of being monetized with ads on the site.) PH must also be held accountable. #Traffickinghub

A 12-year-old girl from Ontario, Canada filed a $600 million lawsuit against P*rnhub after her sexual abuse videos were monetized and distributed globally. P*rnhub ignored her demand to take down the videos, which remained on the site. Legal discovery revealed that P*rnhub had only one person reviewing flagged videos five days a week, with a backlog of over 700,000 flagged videos. They also hid child sexual abuse from authorities for over 13 years. P*rnhub's management discouraged reporting and enforcement of rules against criminal content. #Traffickinghub

A 12 yr old girl from Ontario Canada had her sexual abuse uploaded to P*rnhub where it was monetized, globally distributed for profit & made downloadable for 130 million visitors per day. Traumatized and desperate she contacted P*rnhub to demand they takedown her abuse videos. 5 days later she got an auto-reply and nothing else…ever. Her demand went ignored and her abuse remained on the site. She has now filed a $600 million dollar lawsuit against P*rnhub. A few days ago on Sept. 1 new evidence was uncovered in legal discovery that proves P*rnhub had only one person reviewing flagged videos only 5 days a week. They had a backlog of over 700,000 flagged videos and a policy to not even put a video in line for review until it had over 15 flags. The depositions also proved P*rnhub hid child sexual abuse they knew about from authorities for over 13 years. Not reporting known online child sexual abuse is a criminal offense in Canada that carries a 14 year prison sentence. In the documents published by the court P*rnhub employees are also on the record saying management did not want to be told about the abundance of child rape on the site and that management did not want them to enforce rules that were put on paper against criminal content. #Traffickinghub

Speaker 0: Are you gonna tell me, like, who's in that video of the girls not showing her face? Speaker 1: Like, that wouldn't hold it for that would be the loophole that I always like, I look at that. I'm like, that's stupid. So everybody is just kinda rolling with it. Speaker 2: Why do they just roll with it? Why don't they say something? Speaker 1: That's funny. Who exploits the loop? A lot. For fucking everybody. Everyone. So you make a lot of Speaker 2: money. You rate this, Use it or Speaker 1: Of course. Of course. We brought it up to the CPO. We brought it up to the CLO, and they're both telling us it's all good. And the CPO is especially telling us, like, fucked up. It's all good. Like, stop it. Speaker 2: So they know that, man. Speaker 1: Shut up. No. It's all good. I'm not gonna get going. Sorry. Speaker 2: But what if, like, Speaker 1: that's gonna do nothing. They're done. If they don't know Speaker 2: They're Speaker 1: not qualified, so I testify to them. Speaker 3: Meet Mike Farley. Tells our undercover reporter he was one of Pornhub's first employees. Speaker 1: Stick around because when we first made the site, there is, like, when I got hired there, there's 6 people. And now we're, like, 300. Speaker 3: Pornhub is the most trafficked pornography website and one of the most trafficked websites Overall in the world, Pornhub is commonly called a tube site, allowing the general public to upload videos. Pornhub's parent company, MindGeek, now Alo owns many big name porn sites. News reports and lawsuits have claimed Pornhub is complicit in abusers uploading Loading illegal videos and Pornhub has publicly claimed to have cleaned up its site. We sent an undercover journalist to talk with Mike Farley and other MindGeek seek employees to get the truth. Watch the following admissions. Speaker 2: Do you think anything slips through the cracks? Speaker 1: Of course. I'm sure myself. How? I don't know because it's stupid. Because at the end of the day, it's like, Speaker 0: how are you gonna tell me, like, who's in that video of the girls not showing her face? You're, like, Speaker 1: trying to match boobs and birthmarks on their butts and stuff. Like, you're gonna I know this guy's dick, man. That that's definitely this guy. Speaker 2: So someone could still lie and get around him? Speaker 1: Because it's stupid because it's, like, I could be a content uploader, and I the only thing you need from me is, like, you don't need a picture of my dick, you need that ID. Right? My driver's license, that's my face on it. That's just my face on it. You know, it's my body. And now my videos never have my face. Yeah. You have to be like, no. Like, that guy's body and his boot matches his face. Like, that's what compliance people are basically saying. It's like, tried it. Like, that wouldn't hold important. You know what I mean? Like, that's so subjective. It's not factual. It's your opinion. You think that? He's okay. Wow. You can't really guarantee that. That would be the loophole that I always just I look at that. I'm like, that's stupid. So everybody is just kinda rolling with it. Speaker 2: Why don't they just roll with it? Why Speaker 1: You you basically don't wanna make your company more compliant than it has to be. Right? Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: Because then it's just waste of money. Like, not only does it cost money to make it compliant, you're reducing the impact because of not too you're spending money on on making less money. Speaker 3: Pornhub allows anyone to upload pornographic videos long as the person uploading shows an ID such as a driver's license. However, Farley describes a major loophole. These supposedly verified uploaders can upload videos of people without showing their faces, and Pornhub does not verify these videos contain consenting adults. Actually use this loophole. Speaker 2: Who exploits the loophole? Speaker 1: A lot. Fucking everybody. Everyone. So you make a lot of money. So, for example, like, I could sign up tomorrow. I submit my ID. I I'm I'm like, I'm putting all my real identification. My bank is young and everything, and I just ripped content from other people where it's like, god. This guy is, like, body and his dick look like it could be, like, based on my beliefs. I don't know. Some shit like that. Right? Like, okay, I'm tall and slim. Okay. Dying here. Whatever. He looks kinda similar. I can just rip those videos, upload them as my own, and come the people who review my video would probably feel like, this is him. I'd be like, that's close enough, and I'll I'm gonna make 1,000 of dollars. I didn't do shit. An easy way to to make money. Speaker 2: What's, like, the worst that could happen with a loophole like that? Speaker 1: Wait. For who? Speaker 2: I mean, do you, like no. It. Do you rape this? Use it? Or Of course. They're not, like, request. Could they use that loophole? Speaker 1: To do what? You make money? Of course. Yeah. I think our content partners is, like, worse. You can go fast. Speaker 3: Who these content partners are, we're still trying to find out. Farley says he has brought up this loophole to officers of the company, But even the chief product officer has told him to, quote, shut up. Speaker 2: He said there is a Speaker 1: lot more where I can Speaker 2: A loophole where it's obvious that faces on IDs Yeah. He can't match the bottom. Speaker 1: That's not my it. That, this is more like that's a business decision of the BPO. That does make sense. Speaker 2: The BPO. Speaker 1: Like, the CPO knows. And it. As long as, like, we made it we've made a meeting where we're, like, yo, like, like, kinda sketch, man. And he's just like, yeah. Well, Like, that's what Bruce said. Like, it's okay. Speaker 2: Wait. He said what? Speaker 1: Like, he's basically saying it's okay. Because, like, the c okay. Because the CPO of the company is, like, the chief product officer. So he just wants to make money as much as possible and grow his product. Then you have Mascolici who's, like, the VP chief legal officer. So it's, like, CLO, I guess. And his job is, like, putting sticks in this guy's wheels. You know what I mean? By being like, yo, that's not okay. Yo, that's not okay. Like, he's the one on the He's got the foot on the brake. And the other guy's got the foot on the gas. You know? And, obviously, like, the CPO is not gonna do anything more compliant than is asked by the CLO. Right? And this isn't something that this yellow is worried about. Speaker 2: Underage. Speaker 1: Yeah. Not not not vaguely, but, like, the specific issue of, like, people's driver's license or, like, their IDs that are telling us, like, who you are. Like, you're giving me your driver's license. It can't be just your face. I don't know what your body looks like. Right? And now in a video, I'm supposed to, like, assume that it's you or not you based on your body, but maybe you're not showing your face, which Speaker 2: is Speaker 1: very common. Right? An adult company. A lot of people making 1,000 a month. They're never showing their face, but their ID is just their face. You can't ask somebody to upload you. Like, head to toe naked ID. Like, you can't ask me. Yeah. Like, legally, you can't ask me. Speaker 2: So the is okay with the Speaker 1: is not like to him. It's not I guess it's not a concern. Like, it's not something he's imposing on the CTO. We think it's fucking retarded. So we brought it up to the CPO. We brought it up to the CLO, and they're both telling us to talk it. And the CPO is especially telling us, like, fuck off. It's all good. Like, stop Speaker 2: So they know that interesting. Speaker 1: Shut up, to be honest. Because the CPO is, like, he's our boss, basically. And we're supposed to not worry about the compliance and legal side. We're supposed to operate within the guidelines given to us by them. But if they fuck up, we're not supposed to, like, help them Regulate us. You know? We're, like, regulating ourselves based on our own logic because it wasn't imposed on us by that. We're like, just my using my fucking head. Like, this is fucking I I wouldn't be able to defend this in court. You know? Tell me defend this. Tell me this is good. It. They're like, yeah. It's all good. Alright. You know? So I see people is like, yeah. It's all good, man. Don't worry. But we made, like, a recorded meeting of that. Fiverr's shit is the family. On record, me and my boss, Ramsey, we definitely identify that as being Okay. Because we're being, like a lot of people, like, at my level and up, we have, like, deposition. You have to go to, like, closes. And, like, people of, like, the government do wanna know, like, how does this shit work? What's happening over here? Luckily, I have not to do that. Oh, shit. We have, like, corporate lawyers that, like, brief you on what to say. Basically always just saying I don't know. Speaker 2: You were the things you do know. Speaker 1: Pretty much. Speaker 2: Who would it Well, Speaker 1: it's like they have to ask a very that's the like, if they ask you a big a question you can, like, get away by saying you don't know because you don't know the all the answers to the vague question. Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 1: But if they ask you a specific question that you know the answer to, a weekend. But, like, you play on the way they ask the question to be able to plead the truth kind of thing. It's all just stupid. Speaker 3: While Farley seems afraid of going to court, Pornhub seems to think it won't get caught. Speaker 2: What if, like, Speaker 1: taking me. They're done. They don't know. They're not qualified. So I definitely They already did their investigation. They're they were satisfied. They technically checked and it it says that it's on this, not but they can't really go back on that. We just changed it. Speaker 2: So if they knew what you knew now, would they be satisfied? Yep. How would you do that? How would that be done? Speaker 1: Because they would lose a lot of money. That's why they don't wanna stupid. Which is fine. I'm not saying it's the wrong answer. It's for them to call us out. If I us in their position. I'd probably do what they're doing too. They're like, sorry. I'm not gonna get caught. It's fine.

An investigation by The London Sunday Times revealed illegal videos on Prnhub, some involving children as young as three. Evidence from a child sex trafficking lawsuit in California showed that Prnhub concealed child sexual abuse for over 13 years. They failed to report known cases to authorities, as confirmed by child protection agencies in the US and Canada. Shockingly, Prnhub instructed users not to report child abuse but to send it to them instead. This concealment prevented law enforcement from saving countless children. Failing to report child sexual abuse is a criminal offense in Canada, carrying a 14-year prison sentence. #Traffickinghub

@LailaMickelwait - Laila Mickelwait

The London Sunday Times did an investigation into P*rnhub and found “dozens of illegal videos in minutes” including children as young as THREE YEARS OLD. 9 days ago evidence uncovered in legal discovery in a California child sex trafficking class action lawsuit against P*rnhub proved they hid child sexual abuse they knew about from authorities for over 13 years. From 2007-April 2020 after #Traffickinghub went viral exposing them they DID NOT REPORT any known child abuse to authorities. This was also confirmed by the two primary child protection agencies in the US and Canada during a 2021 parliamentary investigation in Canada. During this time evidence shows P*rnhub was also instructing users who found child abuse on the site NOT to report it to authorities and to send it to them instead. Imagine how many children could have been saved during those 13 years if P*rnhub wasn’t hiding the abuse from law enforcement? It’s a criminal offense in Canada, where P*rnhub is headquartered not to report known child sexual abuse material. The crime carries a 14 year prison sentence. #Traffickinghub

A survivor shares her harrowing story of being trafficked and abused for 8 years. Evidence reveals that Prnhub hid child rape videos from authorities for 13 years, allowing them to be uploaded repeatedly. The company's policies prioritized profit over safety, with a backlog of 706,000 flagged videos. The survivor emphasizes the need to hold Prnhub accountable and stop the exploitation of children. Evidence and a petition can be found at Traffickinghubpetition.com.

@LailaMickelwait - Laila Mickelwait

“For 8 years, I was raped and beaten and video taped by hundreds of men, women and even married couples. I never thought I would live to be 18…” Below is the account of a child victim of P*rnhub in her own words. We now have evidence from uncovered emails and legal depositions that P*rnhub owners & executives hid all child rape videos they knew about from authorities for 13 years and had policies in place to allow them to be uploaded again and again. Their policies as confirmed in emails by the CEO, would not put violent rapes like this one in line for review unless they were flagged over 15 times. They had one person reviewing flagged videos 5 days a week and a backlog of 706,000 flagged videos. Management made it clear to employees that they “didn’t want the rules [against criminal content] to be enforced.” Here is her story: “I am now 20 years old, and I am a sex and porn trafficking survivor. At the age of 9, my biological mother sold me to johns (people who buy sex) in exchange for drugs and for money. This happened until I was rescued at the age of 17 and placed into a safe house, where I was able to escape my bio mom and the people she worked with. For 8 years, I was raped and beaten and video taped by hundreds of men, women and even married couples. I never thought I would live to be 18 years old. I was hospitalized dozens of times, and one time I was forced to drink ammonia until I passed out and was raped for hours after that even though my mouth and throat were burning so bad. I have seen many other children raped in front of me even a 3 year old boy being raped by a man that was in his 40s. I was forced to have sex with other children, especially young girls. I still have nightmares and extreme PTSD from this. I am thankful that I have a family now who helps me through my flashbacks and my panics. But it’s not fair that my life is so hard now because I was forced into a life of sex and p*rnography as a child. I have had to get police involved on multiple occasions to try and get Redtube & P*rnhub [owned by MindGeek/Aylo] to remove videos of me being raped AS A MINOR. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult. Please, stop allowing people to make money off of the torture and coercion of children. It’s not fair.” Take note that she said she couldn’t get her videos down unless she got police involved. P*rnhub had set up a system where victims were thwarted from being able to take down their abuse all the while P*rnhub heavily monetized the abuse with ads and premium subscriptions to enrich themselves off of the suffering. They must be held accountable. #Traffickinghub

A 15-year-old girl from Broward County, Florida, who had been missing for a year, was found being raped in 58 videos on a Pornhub account. The abuser was identified and arrested. Pornhub, which monetized the videos, admitted to not verifying age or consent of individuals in user-generated content. They ignored pleas to remove abuse videos, even from underage victims. Whistleblowers revealed that moderators were encouraged to allow as much content as possible. Text messages exposed management's disregard for child sexual abuse reports. Legal discovery confirmed Pornhub's failure to employ industry-standard tools to detect or remove abuse. The CEO acknowledged hiding policies from credit card companies. These deliberate decisions were made by owners and executives. The article provides evidence and links to support these claims. #Traffickinghubpetition

@LailaMickelwait - Laila Mickelwait

A 15 year old from Broward County Florida was missing for a year, she was found when her distraught mother was tipped off by a Pornhub user that he recognized her child on P*rnhub. The girl was found being raped in 58 videos on on an account called “Daddys_Slut.” Police matched the abuser’s face in the videos to 7-11 convenience store surveillance footage and identified 30 year old Christopher Johnson. When police rescued the girl from his apartment and arrested Johnson she said the videos were filmed inside the apartment and that he had impregnated her. The videos on P*rnhub were monetized with ads and sold as pay-to-download content where P*rnhub earned 35% of the sale of the videos. The girl’s life will never be the same. Here is a small sample of evidence we have about P*rnhub’s complicity: -The CEO/owner admitted in emails that they did not verify the age or consent of any of the millions of individuals in the homemade user generated sex videos on the site. - They ignored victims who were begging for their abuse videos to be taken down including underage children. -When they did respond to victims they would hassle them to prove they were underage or victims of rape in the videos. -Legal filings show they also ignored police demands to remove underage abuse on multiple occasions. -If videos were removed they would just get uploaded again and again. -They employed only 10 moderators per 8 hour shift for all of MindGeek/Aylo’s tube sites including P*rnhub, Redtube,YouPorn, Xtube and more. -Moderators were reprimanded if they watched less than 700 videos per shift and were expected to watch up to 1200 with the sound off. Some of the more experienced moderators would skip through over 2000 per shift. -Multiple whistleblower moderators have come out and said their job was not to remove content, it was to allow as much content to go through as possible. - Last week text messages that were uncovered in legal discovery were published by the court where MindGeek employees said “The problem is that management does not want the rules enforced.” -Text messages also show employees saying that management instructed them to stop sending notices of child sexual abuse on P*rnhub to management, presumably so they could claim ignorance. -The depositions published last week confirm that P*rnhub was hiding child sexual abuse they knew about from authorities and not reporting any child abuse for over 13 years until the #Traffickinghub movement went viral. Not reporting CSAM is a criminal offense in Canada where their headquarters is. - The depositions confirmed P*rnhub wasn’t employing any industry standard technology tools to detect or remove child sexual abuse for over 13 years. - Legal discovery proved Pornhub had only one person employed 5 days a week to review flagged videos. -They had a backlog of 706,000 flagged videos. -They had a policy not to even review a flagged video until it has over 15 flags. -A victim could flag their rape 15 times without ever triggering a review of the video. -The CEO called their flagging policies “good and reasonable” in emails. -The CEO admitted in emails it was obvious that they were trying to hide their policies from the credit card companies. All of this was intentional company policy and practice. These were all decisions made by the owners and executives. (The comments on the image below are real P*rnhub user comments)
