Anyone who was in school before this time period like I was can attest to there not being a mental health “crisis” like we have today. But after that time, what happened? There was a massive increase in prescriptions for children starting in 1994 and going through 2001, with a HUGE increase after 1999. In 1999, Tipper headlined a mental health summit where she expressed that early intervention was key. (She suffered from depression and took medication). 1999 was also when the first major school shooting in Columbine occurred. One of the shooters was taking Luvox, a psychotropic antidepressant. It’s the meds. And the Gores not only caused the climate hysteria, they’re responsible for the over medication of children. It’s. The. Meds.

We are now in the second generation of this crisis of over-medicating children. Parents who were put on meds as kids, from my observation, seem to think immediately that their kids also need to be on meds. This is a crisis. It’s the meds.
