He is passionate about the country and wants to improve the lives of all people, making them safer and more prosperous. While some may perceive him as tough, particularly regarding certain tweets, it's important to understand that he needs to defend himself when attacked. His sole aim is the country's well-being. The world of politics can be mean and unpredictable, requiring toughness and resilience. The fashion industry prepared him for this, as he had to navigate Milan, Paris, and New York alone, necessitating strength and independence.

When he's attacked, he needs to fight back. He only wants good for this country. The business of politics could be very mean and cutthroat. It's very one day, yes, one day, no, one day, they stand behind you, one day, they don't. And it's business that you need to be very tough and have a thick skin. And the fashion business gave me that because I arrived in Milan all alone and in Paris all alone, in New York all alone. So you need to be very strong and stand on your own 2 feet.

Joe Biden and the Democrats don't get to use a sham trial to decide an election. The only verdict that matters is at the ballot box on November 5th. Vote Trump! https://t.co/YH4YDAyuQ7

Donald Trump was arraigned on 34 felony counts by a Manhattan grand jury, seen as a political persecution. The case is criticized as weak and politically motivated, with claims of corruption in the justice system. The prosecution is viewed as an attempt to hinder Trump's political career rather than seeking justice. The focus is on preventing Trump from campaigning and winning over voters. The belief is that the case is a strategy by Democrats to convict Trump, but his supporters remain confident in his continued success at the ballot box.

Speaker 0: Thank you for joining us here today. Earlier this afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned by a Manhattan grand jury on 34 felony counts. This case is an abomination. You know, it's obviously political. 7 years I've tried to come up with this case. They're just wrong on the law. Speaker 1: The only crime that Donald Trump is being prosecuted for is the crime of running for president. Speaker 0: Political persecution at the highest level. Speaker 1: They've quite frankly given up on trying to beat him at the polls. Either gonna steal it or stop it by law firm. Speaker 0: A democrat prosecutor elected on a get Trump platform. Speaker 1: What's going on here is a disgusting disgrace. It is war on Trump. It is war on the Republican party, and it is a war on the republic. Speaker 0: This case is the weakest case I've seen in 6 years of teaching, practicing, and writing about permanent law. Speaker 1: I doubt the New York indictment would have been brought against a defendant whose name was not Donald Trump. Speaker 2: This judge I mean, you don't need a prosecutor if you have a judge like this. This judge is not on the level. Speaker 0: It's a terrible case, but the judge has been pretty much a rubber stamp on everything that, Greg has wanted to do. They've they're perverting the system of justice. You know, that's where the danger lies. The corruption and subversion of our Speaker 1: institutions by the left. Speaker 2: This is the Democrats' entire strategy to confine president Trump to a dirty criminal courtroom and keep off the campaign trail where he can bring his winning message to voters across this country. Speaker 0: New York has become Speaker 1: a legal banana republic. They are so determined to get Donald Trump. Speaker 0: Look. Convicting Donald Trump, that's all they have. Speaker 1: I think they have no cards, and they're depending upon Trump getting convicted. Speaker 0: That Trump train doesn't show any signs of slowing down. The only verdict that matters is the verdict at the ballot Speaker 1: box.

Four minutes of CNN fact-checking Biden's lies. Brutal. https://t.co/vsWQwkMn49

Video Transcript AI Summary
President Biden claimed that the documents he stored in filing cabinets were locked, but photos from the special counsel's report showed a damaged box in his Delaware Garage containing highly sensitive, top-secret information about the war in Afghanistan. He also claimed that none of the documents were highly classified, but the special counsel's report stated that he possessed multiple highly classified documents, including some marked as top secret. Lastly, Biden denied sharing classified information with his ghostwriter, but the special counsel explicitly stated that he did share classified information from his notebooks with the ghostwriter. While the evidence does not show that Biden knew the information was classified, his claim that the special counsel did not say what he said is not a factual defense.

Speaker 0: While one thing that president Biden said is basically that he stored the documents in filing cabinets that could be locked. Let's listen. Speaker 1: All the stuff that was in my home was in filing cabinets that were either Doctor Abel, let Speaker 2: me know. Daniel? Just just not true, John. This report from the special counsel includes photos. Those photos include shots of a box, just sitting in president Biden's Delaware Garage, the special counsel described it as a badly damaged box sitting amid household detritus. So there was some material that was in Cabinets, locked or lockable as the president said, but all of it is certainly not. And that open unsealed damage box included, according to the special counsel, highly sensitive, top secret about the war in Afghanistan. Speaker 0: K. Another claim that president Biden made. None of the documents were highly Classified. Let's listen. Speaker 1: None of it was high classified. Didn't have any of that red stuff on. You know what I mean? Around the corners? None of that. Speaker 0: Daniel? Speaker 2: That claim that he Didn't have any material that was, quote, unquote, high classified is also not true, John. The special counsel's report says that the president possessed multiple highly classified documents that were indeed marked as being highly classified documents, including some marked as top secret slash SCI, sensitive compartmented information. That is a very high level of classification. For example, special counsel Herr, discussed 2 top secret documents about Afghanistan found in that open unsealed damaged box in the garage, One of which, Hearst said, contains highly sensitive info about military programs and another that contains info about sensitive intelligence and sources and methods. Now it's not clear, John, if any of those Biden documents had those colored borders we saw on classified docs that former president Trump had, I think is what president Biden was referring to, when he talked about red around the corners. But still, whatever coloring these documents had, the counsel says they were clearly marked as highly classified. And then I should add, Hoehr also said that investigators' analysis of Biden's own handwritten notes from his CHIME's vice president showed that these notebooks also contained highly classified info, though those were not marked. And Hirsch said a sampling of 37 Serbs found that, quote, 8 are top secret with sensitive compartmented information, 7 of which include information concerning human intelligence sources, plus 6 others That were top secret. Speaker 0: And then the third claim that he made, Daniel, there was that he did not share classified information with a ghost writer on a book he was working on. Listen to that. Speaker 1: I did not share classified information. I did not share it. With your ghostwriter. With my ghostwriter. I did not. Guarantee you did not. But what The council said No. I did not say that. Okay. Okay. Departure. Speaker 2: So he's entitled to say he didn't do it. He can defend himself. But he also said the special So counsel didn't say that he did share that classified info with the ghostwriter, except John, the special counsel did say that explicitly. Her wrote, quote, mister Biden shared information, including some classified information from those notebooks with his ghostwriter. So there it is in black and white. Now Hirt did elaborate that Biden shared classified info with the ghostwriter, by reading nearly verbatim from the notebooks on at least 3 occasions, including notes from meetings in the situation room. He did find that Biden, quote, at times, tried to avoid sharing classified info, like, by skipping over certain material as he was reading them to the ghost And Heard did write that the evidence does not show that Biden knew the info was classified. Nonetheless, even though the special counsel did clearly give him some material To defend himself with, this is not a factual defense. So he could say the factual stuff, you know, her said, didn't know it was intentional, etcetera. But declaring the special counsel So just did not say what he said, John, is not a factual defense. Speaker 0: Important to note, Daniel Dale. Always great to have you. Thanks so much.

Kash Patel exposes the unethical prosecutors targeting President Trump: "She was called one of the most corrupt people."

Video Transcript AI Summary
A former federal public defender and national security prosecutor simplifies the issue of charges against Trump based on laws like the Espionage Act and the Presidential Records Act. The location and movement of documents don't matter if Trump received them as President when he left the White House. The focus shifts to the lawyers on Jack Smith's special counsel team, particularly Karen Gilbert, who is accused of being corrupt and was reprimanded in a narcotics trafficking case. Gilbert allegedly wiretapped a defense lawyer's office and resigned after facing court repercussions. She is leading the prosecution.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: There's all sorts of stuff. Yeah. To me, look, as a former federal public defender in Miami and a national security prosecutor, it's a little simpler than that. It's what charges have they levied based on what laws. They're opposing the Espionage Act versus The Presidential Records Act, the latter supersedes the former. So it doesn't matter where they were and who moved it and how, if president Trump is the recipient of those as President of the United States when he left the White House. It's a pretty simple matter. What I'd like to talk about is some of the lawyers on Jack Smith's special counsel team. Remember, Jack Smith is the one who spearheaded the Bob McDonald case and got shellacked by the Supreme Court 9 to o. Governor Virginia. His deputy special counsel is Karen Gilbert, He was one of the most corrupt prosecutors to ever come out of the southern district of Miami. Right. A couple of other things. Jack Smith, we heard all about his investigation. It was very public who he was bringing in. Now why did he choose to go so public with what he was doing? Why do we get all these leaks out of his camp? Well, it's the same playbook that the FBI and DOJ have run, whether it's Russia gave impeachment 1, impeachment 2, Jan 6, what have you, if it favors a story That helps push their narrative. They leak the information relentlessly, whether it's classified or not. And what they don't leak, are there evidence of, are there Actions of corruption by the prosecutors bringing this case. And let me give you an example. The lead prosecutor, Karen Gilbert, Who was likely to be the trial attorney in the Southern District of Florida in 2009, was so reprimanded in a narcotics trafficking case that she had to retire from her position. And years later, she was promoted upwards at the DOJ. And now you find and don't believe me, go to the Ali Shagan case from 2009 and judge Gold In the federal district or the Southern District of Florida and look up Karen Gilbert. This is, she is, the Weisman to Jack Smith. And she has been pulling the reins on this investigation. And she was called one of the most corrupt people to guess what? She wiretapped the defense lawyer's investigative office to eavesdrop on the conversation between the defense attorney and the investigator. And before she got slapped by the courts, she resigned from her position. This person is leading this prosecution.
