The Global Disinformation Index worked to harm The Federalist because we so effectively push against left-wing information operations perpetrated by much of the media. As an American victim of this evil group, I'm glad to see this.

@UnderSecPD - Under Secretary of State Sarah B. Rogers

WE'VE SANCTIONED: Clare Melford. She leads Global Disinformation Index (GDI), a UK-based organization that monitors websites for “hate speech” and “disinformation”. If you question Canadian blood libels about residential schools, you're engaging in “hate speech” according to Melford and GDI. This NGO used @StateDept taxpayer money to exhort censorship and blacklisting of American speech and press. They also joined the deleterious EU Code of Practice on Disinformation.

I am trying to come up with a reasonable explanation for why Chris Wray’s FBI sat on this info on the ***pipe bomber*** while spending millions of dollars and moving heaven and earth to destroy the lives of grandmothers who entered a public building on a workday.

@Techno_Fog - Techno Fog

From the Pipe Bomber FBI Affidavit: The FBI tracked Brian Cole's bomb making equipment purchases to Home Depot and WalMart. His cell phone pinged the area of the RNC and DNC on January 5, 2021. His car was placed a half mile from the bombs on January 5. https://t.co/go7mKyqZme

Perkins Coie was the Marc Elias-linked law firm used as a pass through for Democrats Russia collusion hoax. A good start to what should happen to them.

🚨 NEW: President Donald J. Trump signs an executive order suspending the security clearances for employees at Perkins Coie — which played a key role in the Russia hoax. "This is an absolute honor to sign." https://t.co/0twjGR6lwO

Video Transcript AI Summary
My administration is prioritizing ending lawfare and the weaponization of government, and holding those responsible accountable. Perkins Coie, a law firm involved in lawfare and unlawful DEI practices, is one example. I've watched it take place, and what they've done is terrible. It's a weaponization against a political opponent and should never be allowed to happen again. This executive order will suspend security clearances and access to certain federal resources for that law firm. We will also launch a holistic review of unlawful DEI practices at some of the nation's largest law firms, about 15 or more. It's an absolute honor to say we are taking these actions.

Speaker 0: Sir, your administration has made it a priority both to end lawfare and the weaponization of government and also to hold those who have engaged in lawfare accountable. One of those, one of the law firms that, has been involved in that is called Perkins Coy. That's also a law firm, that has engaged in unlawful DEI practices. This executive order will suspend Speaker 1: And I've watched it take place. Speaker 0: This executive order will suspend security clearances and access to certain federal resources for that law firm and also launch a holistic review of unlawful DEI practices at some of the nation's largest law firms? Speaker 1: This is an absolute honor to say. What they have done is in it's just terrible. It's a weaponization. You could say weaponization against a political opponent, and it should never be allowed to happen again. And you're looking at about 15 different firms? Speaker 0: That or more, sir. Yes. Okay.

Vance: Liberal reporters are welcome to ask questions, as are fresh voices and new media, but "if you're a propagandist with a Democratic Party, then we're going to treat you like a propagandist with a Democratic Party." https://t.co/SZvGQgKWzP

Video Transcript AI Summary
We're carefully considering which reporters attend our events. While we welcome questions from all, those who act as propagandists for the Democratic Party will be treated accordingly. We've already seen a shift in who is present; many new media representatives and young voices are emerging as key players in news. For instance, Carolyn engaged with Matt Boyle from Breitbart, highlighting the changing landscape. Traditional outlets like MSNBC and CNN are losing viewership, especially among younger audiences, who are drawn to new media that asks real questions rather than pushing propaganda. Joe Rogan, once aligned with Bernie Sanders, exemplifies this shift by focusing on inquiry rather than ideology. Unfortunately, mainstream media seems uninterested in this approach.

Speaker 0: I actually think that we are looking very seriously about which reporters show up because if you're a reporter, even if you're biased towards the left, absolutely, we wanna answer your questions. If you're a propagandist for the Democratic Party, then we're gonna treat you like a propagandist for the Democratic party. And 1 of the things that I think we've already done, again, we're only eight days into this thing, is you know who it's not just who's not there, it's also who is present. And Carolyn had a lot of new media folks, a lot of young people who represent, I think, the vanguard of news media in this country. She gave Matt Boyle from Breitbart a question yesterday. These are actually some of the people who are driving news in 2025 in America. And I think, frankly, the MSNBCs, the CNNs of the world, they should take the hint. Your viewership is way down. Your ratings are abysmal. Why is it that especially young people are tuning into new media? Maybe it's because instead of engaging in propaganda, the new media is asking real questions. I mean, Joe Rogan, one of the biggest voices in American media now, he was a Bernie bro eight years ago. This is not like some crazy right wing guy. This is just a person who's asking questions. And unfortunately, the most of the old old media, they're just not interested in that.

Was shocked to see Sen. Klobuchar falsely claim today "police officers" were "killed" on J6. Just a brazen lie. It's literal fake news. One year ago Rachel Maddow falsely claimed J6 protesters had "bludgeoned to death" a police officer. Complete lie. And never corrected.

@0rf - Matt Orfalea

Rachel Maddow's Jan 6 coverage 1. Cut out the part of Trump's speech where he told the crowd to march to the Capitol "peacefully" 2. Called the riot a "murderous siege" 3. Forwarded the demonstrably false claim that MAGA "terrorists" "bludgeoned to death" a police officer https://t.co/3fqxlfoCqJ

Video Transcript AI Summary
It's crucial for everyone to forget what was said that day. A call was made to march to the Capitol to peacefully express voices, but it escalated into a violent siege. Congresswoman Jamie Herrera Beutler highlighted the severity of the situation, noting that a Capitol police officer was killed by the mob, which also defaced symbols of freedom. The rioters were actively searching for the vice president and the speaker of the house.

Speaker 0: It's very much in his interest for everybody to forget what he actually said that day. Speaker 1: I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard, and we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not gonna have a country anymore. Speaker 0: And so they went to the capitol to fight like hell for Trump just like he told them, which of course turned in to the violent and murderous capitol siege. Congresswoman Jamie Herrera Beutler, she actually did something, I think, very helpful today. She put the spotlight back on something that I think hasn't received nearly enough attention. She said, quote, the violent mob bludgeoned to death a Capitol police officer. They defaced symbols of our freedom. These terrorists roamed the Capitol, hunting the vice president and the speaker of the house.

DOJ says they showed "restraint" by not charging 400 more Americans that FBI wanted them to go after -- for walking near but not in the Capitol. Just sick beyond belief how FBI was obsessed with this for years.

@kyledcheney - Kyle Cheney

DOJ also revealed that it had declined about 400 cases recommended by the FBI because of an early decision not to charge people whose only crime was to enter the restricted perimeter of Capitol grounds. https://www.politico.com/news/2025/01/06/january-6-cases-donald-trump-00196501

At yesterday’s DOGE meeting with House Republicans and some Senators, there was a strong focus on addressing government waste, with many members expressing enthusiasm for improving efficiency. However, @chiproytx pointed out a contradiction, noting that two-thirds of those present had previously voted for measures that contributed to the current bureaucratic issues. He urged everyone to recognize their role in the problem and commit to avoiding such actions in the future.

@MZHemingway - Mollie

So according to multiple sources at yesterday’s DOGE meeting with House Republicans and a handful of Senators, nearly everyone got up to speak about how awesome it would be to tackle government waste. Members were eager to jump on the new “government efficiency” bandwagon, even the swampiest of swamp creatures. At the end, @chiproytx, apparently got up and told everyone that it sounded great but that it was time to be honest with themselves. That two-thirds of the room, including many of the speakers, had voted for all the omnibuses and CRs and supplementals that created the completely out of control bureaucracy that is harming the country. He said they'd met the enemy, and it was right there in the auditorium—and they all should collectively acknowledge the problem and agree they were not going to do that kind of thing any more. #TruthtoPower

YES to Cooke’s comment below. With the widespread media freak out about the fairly even-handed SCOTUS ruling on immunity, just remember that the media lie functionally about everything, and they will stop at nothing to secure power for their political movement.

If you’re looking for a broader takeaway from all this, take how the press covered up Biden’s infirmity because it wanted to protect the Democrats, and apply it to literally every single thing that it does, on any topic, in any year, in any circumstance, forever.

The certification of elections is an important check to ensure integrity. The current Democrat/media opposition to this process is concerning for the future of free and fair elections. It is common for administrators to withhold certification until certain criteria are met.

@MZHemingway - Mollie

One of the checks on elections is for election administrators to not certify them until they're satisfied they're done properly and with integrity. The Democrat/media war on this part of the process today is EXTREMELY dangerous if you care about free and fair elections.

@MZHemingway - Mollie

It is quite common for administrators from one or both parties to withhold certification until they're satisfied that, for example, all ballots are in and all ballots were counted properly and that election locations were up and running properly, etc. etc.
