Exclusive dashcam video captures the moment a red semi truck plows into multiple vehicles on the Westbound 10 Freeway in Ontario, just after 1 PM yesterday. The California Highway Patrol says the big-rig driver is a 21-year-old man who is under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. The crash involved four semis and four passenger vehicles, with one of the cars exploding into flames. Three people were killed and four others were taken to local hospitals for treatment. The collision occurred just east of the 15th Freeway, prompting the shutdown of all westbound lanes for more than twelve hours and triggering a citywide rush-hour gridlock as drivers tried to navigate the backup. The incident occurred near the Ontario Airport, likely delaying travelers heading to flights. The severe wreckage not only disrupted the evening commute but also created a substantial traffic bottleneck that affected thousands of motorists as they searched for alternate routes and real-time updates. Authorities described the sequence as occurring on the Westbound 10 Freeway, with the crash resulting in significant damage across multiple vehicles and the fiery collapse of one passenger car. The investigation centers on the driver’s alleged impairment, with the 21-year-old in custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs as responders continued to assess the scene and determine why the semi and other vehicles collided in rapid succession. Residents and travelers in the Ontario area faced long delays as routine operations were disrupted, and the crash scene required extensive police and emergency response coordination. The reported fatalities and injuries underscore the crash as a major incident with substantial consequences for the freeway corridor and the nearby airport vicinity. Authorities have not disclosed further details about the victims or the full extent of the injuries, but the CHP confirmed the arrest and the impairment suspected in the incident. Investigators will likely review dashcam footage, truck data, and witness statements as they work to reconstruct the moments leading up to the collision and determine the sequence of events that caused the chain reaction on the westbound lanes of the 10 Freeway.

Speaker 0: Now take a look. This is exclusive dashcam video, that is now the subject of several law enforcement investigations shows the moment a red semi truck plowed into a number of vehicles on the Westbound 10 Freeway in Ontario just after 1PM yesterday. Yesterday. The CHP told the LA Times the driver of this big rig is a 21 year old man who is now under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. A total of four semis were involved and also four passenger vehicles, one of them exploding in flames. Three people were killed and four others were taken to local hospitals. This horrific crash happened just east of the 15th Freeway and shut down all westbound lanes for more than twelve hours. Thousands of drivers were tracking the gridlock just as the evening commute was getting underway. It also happened near the Ontario Airport, so the crash likely delayed people that were trying to get to their flights.

I describe an off-duty Milwaukee officer who, after a fender bender, is struck by the other driver. The officer draws, fires, and stops the aggressor with the opening volley, then finishes him as he tries to maneuver. I note that taxpayers save money and that cops train for this, but for civilians, once you stop the return fire, you should create space fast and get home safely. What do you think?

@Mrgunsngear - Mrgunsngear

Off duty Milwaukee police officer gets into a fender bender and the other driver gets out and strikes the officer in the face with his pistol. Cop draws his gun and opens fire appearing & strikes the aggressor in the opening volley of fire. Aggressor then attempts to maneuver on the officer but he's got plenty of rounds in his EDC gun and finishes off the aggressor saving taxpayers millions of dollars. Obviously the officer did a good job here as he won the gunfight which is ultimately what matters but my $0.02 for the non LEOs out there - if you find yourself in a similar situation and your initial volley of fire stops the bad guy from returning fire create space immediately as fast as possible. Cops are trained to do what this officer did but as a normal person you've already won the gunfight by stopping his return fire and your job is to get home to your family safely in this situation IMO. The FBI released video footage from the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's death, which Deputy Director Dan Bongino claimed clearly showed Epstein alone in his cell. However, video forensics experts suggest inconsistencies between the video, government officials' statements, and a DOJ Inspector General report. The video, from a camera monitoring the Special Housing Unit, captures a sliver of the staircase leading to Epstein's cell. It shows Epstein being escorted to his cell block at 7:49 PM, but the camera's limited view makes it impossible to confirm no one else used the stairs afterward. Experts noted a cursor appearing on screen at 11:21 PM, suggesting the video may have been screen-recorded and edited. Metadata analysis indicated the video was stitched together from two clips and saved multiple times. A minute of footage is missing at 11:58 PM, attributed by Pam Bondi to a nightly system reset, though the full, unedited footage has not been released. The video also raises questions about access to Epstein's unit. Despite claims that the unit was secured and required a key, the video appears to show someone entering without staff assistance. The video ends at 6:40 AM, after Thomas discovered Epstein and Noel called for help. The DOJ and FBI have not provided further clarification.

Speaker 0: This month, the Federal Bureau of Investigation released the primary video used in the investigation of the death of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Deputy director of the FBI, Dan Bongino, described that video on Fox and Friends just weeks before its release. Speaker 1: There's video that when you look at the video, and we will release. That's what's taken a while on this. We are working on cleaning it up to make sure you have an enhanced Right. And we're gonna give the original so you don't think there were any shenanigans. You're gonna see there's no one there but him. There's video clear as day. He's the only person in there and the only person coming out. You can see it. Speaker 0: We showed this video to multiple video forensics experts who agreed what the FBI and others have said is simply not true. That video and other evidence led to the conclusion by the government that Epstein's death on 08/10/2019 was suicide. An analysis in consultation with video forensic experts suggests multiple inconsistencies between statements from government officials including Bongino, a report from the Department of Justice's Office of the Inspector General into Epstein's death released in 2023, and the tape itself. These inconsistencies, while not contradicting the conclusion Epstein died by suicide, do introduce questions that the government so far has declined to answer. We'll show you those in a moment. First, let's break this all down. Epstein was held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Lower Manhattan in a unit separate from the general population known as the Special Housing Unit or SHU. The unit has three wings, each with two levels. Epstein was held in the upstairs L tier of his wing. That tier is accessed by a set of stairs from the central common area. Directly adjacent to those stairs is the officer's station where on duty corrections officers spend most of their time. The inspector general report says several cameras in the unit were streaming a live feed to a remote location in the prison, but no one was watching them. Malfunctioning equipment meant only one camera recorded the general area. That camera captured part of the common area, including the officer's station and a sliver of the staircase leading to Epstein's cell. The footage begins at 07:40PM, the night before Epstein's death. You can see staff and inmates moving about preparing for the nightly lockdown. That's the officer station in the background. Only two employees have been publicly identified. Tova Noel, a corrections officer pulling a double shift that began at 4PM, and Michael Thomas, a materials handler who won't arrive until midnight. Epstein is seen for the first and only time on camera at 07:49PM when the Department of Justice said he was escorted to his cell from another wing of the unit. It's important to note here, you don't actually see Epstein ascend the stairwell to his cell block. Remember what Dan Bongino said. Speaker 1: There's video clear as day. He's the only person in there and the only person coming out. You can see it. Speaker 0: Let's zoom in and play that again in slow motion. Here's the sliver of stairs. Epstein is here with his escort, and they walk off screen. When the FBI released the video, they said anyone entering or attempting to enter the tier where Epstein's cell was located from the common area would have been captured by this footage. But with the primary entrance here, the pathway from the entrance to the stairs is completely out of view of the camera. For the next hour or so, corrections officers and inmates are seen moving about preparing for all prisoners to be locked down. At 08:21, another inmate is seen being escorted toward the stairs leading to Epstein's cell area. No movement is detected on the stairs again. By 08:24, all of the inmates appear to have been taken to their cells. Noelle told the inspector general she visited Epstein's cell at about 10PM. You can see her head in that direction here, albeit closer to 10:30, but not climb the stairs. The rules require rounds to be made every thirty minutes, but according to the report, this was the only time anyone checked on the inmates that night. There was even a sign printed on orange paper posted on the guard station saying mandatory rounds must be conducted every 30 on Epstein as per God. This was because of concerns about his risk for suicide. At 10:38PM, the report says someone, probably Noel, carries a bundle of bedding or clothing up the stairs. It's a rare instance the video does catch movement on the stairs, but barely. Let's see that zoomed in and in slow motion again. Several of the video forensic experts we spoke with were skeptical about the report's conclusion and thought that the video could be showing an inmate walking up the stairs. Authorities say this was the last time anyone approached his cell block until his body was discovered the next morning. Again, while the video does not contradict that, experts who viewed the video say the limited field of view makes it impossible to definitively conclude that no one used those stairs in that time period. Beyond this, there are other issues our investigation and others have uncovered. At 11:21PM and thirty four seconds, a cursor appears briefly on screen indicating the video may have been recorded with a camera or a screen recording and was not an export of the raw file. The FBI said it had seized the prison's hard drive five days after his death and had released the full raw footage this month. Two experts told CBS News the video's metadata, which tracks how a file is created and changed, shows it's made from two clips stitched together in editing software. Those experts also say the video was edited and saved multiple times. Next up, the now famous missing minute. At eleven fifty seven and thirty five seconds, an individual appears on screen from the direction of the main door. It's likely this is Michael Thomas arriving for his midnight shift and replacing the other staff member on duty who'd been working from four to midnight. Noel was starting a second shift of eight hours. From that point on, only Noel and Thomas were on duty during the critical window when Epstein is believed to have died. At 11:58 and fifty eight seconds, the video jumps to midnight and the aspect ratio of the video changes slightly. Another indication it may have been edited. Zooming in and playing back in slow motion, you can see a slight shift in the shape of the figure standing or sitting around the officer's desk, but otherwise nothing changes. Attorney General Pam Bondi attributed the missing minute to a nightly reset of the security camera system. Speaker 2: There was a minute that was off the counter, and what we learned from Bureau of Prisons was every year, every, night, they redo that video. It's old from, like, 1999. So every night, the video is reset, and every night should have the same minute missing. So we're looking for that video to release that as well showing that a minute is missing every night. Speaker 0: That additional video has not been released and a government source has alleged to CBS News the FBI and other agencies are in possession of the full un edited footage. Why the FBI did not release that is unclear and the agency offered no comment. Importantly, the inspector general gives no indication there was a minute missing when their team reviewed the video. Surmise the male staffer working the four to twelve shift would have left during the missing minute based on the report, leaving just Noel and Thomas, but that is not seen on camera. Serious problems with the government's investigation and witness statements don't end there. The report says the unit was secured by two doors, one requiring a key held only by Noelle and Thomas. Noelle told investigators no one could enter without her physically opening that door. But here's where it gets tricky. Let's look at this one example, 4AM, Noelle remains in full view of the camera, yet seconds later someone walks in and it appears neither Noelle nor Thomas let her in. The report is silent on this apparent contradiction. And even if there was no other key, both Noel and Thomas had ample opportunities to let someone in. At least a half dozen times, one or the other of them exits the camera frame in the direction of the door, all without explanation. We shared this with our forensic experts who agreed there was no way to conclusively determine from the video whether an unseen visitor was or was not let into the Epstein unit. Although both Noel and Thomas have said no one else entered. At 06:22, either Thomas or Noel walk off screen again and reappear carrying food trays. Breakfast for the prisoners. At this point, based on the autopsy results, Epstein is believed to already be dead. According to Thomas's account, he arrived at Epstein's cell to deliver his breakfast and found him in a seated position, his buttocks an inch from the ground held up by a torn sheet tied to the bunk bed in his room. At 06:30, someone rushes in from off camera according to the report. This was Noel returning to the desk to call for help after Thomas discovered Epstein. Epstein's body was quickly removed from the cell, only Noel and Thomas witnessed him hanging. At 06:40AM, the video ends. Epstein's body is not seen being removed. Both Thomas and Noel have said they played no role in Epstein's death. They were charged with falsifying documents, but those charges were dropped as part of a plea deal. Additional clarification could come from a second camera mentioned in the report. It recorded an elevator bank in the same unit, although the report stated that it did not cover areas that would have included access to Epstein's cell, it would at least show a missing minute. We reached out to the Department of Justice to see about obtaining that footage. They referred us to the FBI, who referred us back to the Department of Justice. Neither Thomas nor Noel responded to our inquiries through their legal representatives. For a case that demanded transparency, it's yet another muddled chapter, raising more questions than it answers.

What was the story behind Georgia Senator Colton Moore being arrested today after attempting to enter the senate floor this morning? Well, I looked into it and apparently it was because of this speech he gave in 2024. The speech has some pretty insane, if true, allegations in it against Jon Burns (the guy who then banned Senator Moore). I rise in strong opposition to Senate Resolution 687. We must reflect on the words of Martin Luther King Jr., who said that an injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. This resolution seeks to memorialize one of Georgia's most corrupt leaders. I recall the case of Haley, who was brutally raped and never saw justice because her attacker hired David Ralston as his attorney. There are many similar cases, including a mother who lost her daughter to a drunk driver defended by Ralston. Ralston has delayed justice for numerous victims, profiting from legislative loopholes he created. As lawmakers, we are meant to protect the vulnerable, yet Ralston turned a blind eye to the truth. His actions have harmed countless individuals seeking justice.

My fellow senators, I think to bring a comparison to who this man was, we should first look at one of the greatest Georgians to ever live, a man who is globally recognized as a symbol of justice. Who am I talking about? Martin Luther King Junior. A man what did he say? He said an injustice anywhere was a threat to justice everywhere. Powerful words that we should think about as we vote for this resolution. Because this body is about to perpetually memorialize, in my opinion, one of the most corrupt Georgia leaders will ever see in our lifetimes. I first remember learning about a girl named Haley when I served in the chamber across the way. Haley was brutally raped, sodomized in her living room by a man her family trusted. That man was Jason Brothers, and he hired speaker David Ralston as his attorney, not to defend him, but to protect him from justice. You see, for nearly a decade, this case rocked on and Haley became terminally ill, never seeing justice. Her family once walked in on her in a bathtub with blood as she contemplated suicide. And you probably say, senator, well, that's just one case. Where can you go with that? But, no, there were several more. There was a case of a lady who lost her daughter in her arms as she bled out because a man was driving drunk. Destroyed the woman's family, but she wasn't able to get justice because the man charged with the DUI hired speaker David Ralston as his attorney. You see, there was a man named Derek Key who, for 10 years, delayed cases after molesting a 14 year old child being protected by David Ralston. Now, how did David Ralston do this? We heard about him being chairman of judiciary non civil. Well, back in 2006, there was a bill called Senate Bill 503. The man created the legislative leave and then profited off of it, making 100 of 1,000 of dollars protecting people from justice. You see the truth is hard to hear. Speaker 1: Senator. Mister president. We got we got we got decorum, you know, rules here in this chamber. I think you've made your point, sir. So if you could just go ahead and wrap up, we'd be appreciative. Speaker 0: Mister president, I know it's hard to hear, but there were thousands of case delays. And make no mistake, these egregious examples I've given is no semblance of morality. You see, we, as lawmakers, are supposed to protect the vulnerable, Mr. President. We're supposed to protect children. We're supposed to protect law enforcement officers. Think about the law enforcement officers who were assaulted and weren't able to get to justice because of this man. You see, the speaker turned a blind eye to what we as legislators know to be truth. And records show that after he was speaker, he did not attend another court case. You see, he had more than a 164 clients because if you're not trying those clients, you just pick up more and more of them. No court. Less work. He had an operation. He was running an industry, mister president, and all he was using was a simple form letter sending it to the court referencing the code section that the man created in 2006. Speaker 1: Senator. Senator. Not the time or place. Not the time or place. Speaker 0: Mister Go Speaker 1: ahead and yield the will, senator. Speaker 0: At your request. Speaker 1: Thank you, senator.

I'm not an expert on Georgia state politics, but it seems that if Mr. Moore were elected, he should have access to the House chamber. Recently, State Sen. Colton Moore, a Republican from Trenton, was arrested after refusing to comply with a ban on entering the chamber imposed by the speaker last year. He reportedly got into a scuffle with staff and Georgia State Patrol officers before being handcuffed and taken to a police car headed for Fulton County Jail.

In 1992, the Ruby Ridge incident involved the FBI, US Marshals, and Randy Weaver's family after Randy was arrested on federal firearms charges and became a fugitive. A shootout resulted in the deaths of a US marshal and Randy's 14-year-old son, Sam. The next day, Randy's wife, Vicky, was also killed. Randy was later sentenced to 18 months for failure to appear in court. Sarah and her sisters won a $3.1 million settlement in a wrongful death suit against the government. Sarah used her portion to buy land in Montana. Experiencing depression, Sarah's friend Maria introduced her to Jesus Christ, leading to a profound change and relief from depression through reading the Bible. As Sarah grew closer to God, her marriage ended in divorce in 2007. She remarried in 2010. Sarah emphasizes the importance of forgiveness, including forgiving those responsible for the deaths of her brother and mother, hoping they find the same freedom in Christ she has found.

Speaker 0: The Ruby Ridge incident of 1992 was an infamous standoff involving the FBI, US Marshals, and the barricaded family of Randy Weber. Earlier, Randy was arrested on federal firearms charges for making sawed off shotguns. After he missed his court date, Randy was declared a fugitive. He also refused to allow federal agents on his property. That's when bad turned to worse. His daughter, Sarah, was only 16 years old. Speaker 1: I remember our dog sounding the alarm. Just they started barking, and I thought, oh, well, maybe somebody's coming up to visit. Maybe it's a friend of mine, which is always exciting for us to have company. Speaker 0: Down the path from the house, US Marshals confronted Randy, Sarah's brother Sam, and a friend named Kevin Harris. Sarah heard gunfire. Speaker 1: And that shocked me and freaked me out. So I knew something bad was happening. Speaker 0: The US marshal who fired the first shot and Sarah's brother Sam were shot and killed in the skirmish. Speaker 1: He had no idea what he was running into that day. He was 14. He's my best friend. Speaker 0: The standoff continued until the next day, and there was one more victim. Sarah's mother, Vicky, was shot and killed while standing on her front porch. Sarah was standing right beside her mom when it happened. Speaker 1: Where I was, where she was, where dad was, and where I should be dead because I was right next to her. I struggled with that for a lot of years. Why am I still alive? Speaker 0: Randy was sentenced to 18 months in prison for his original failure to appear in court. Sarah and her sisters moved to Iowa to live with her maternal grandparents. Speaker 1: It was hard though because they were grieving. We were grieving. It was a totally different world than we were used to. I felt like an alien most of the time, so it's hard to make friends anyway. And then to carry all that stuff, it was tough. Speaker 0: Sarah finished high school and moved with her sisters to Grand Junction, Iowa to be with her dad who had been released from prison. Speaker 1: Having him home was a huge relief. Huge. I was very, very excited about that. Speaker 0: 3 years later, in a wrongful death suit against the federal government, Sarah and her family won a $3,100,000 settlement. $100,000 to Randy and $1,000,000 to each daughter. Speaker 1: My thought was, really? Like, would you trade your mom and your brother for that? Speaker 0: Sarah used her money to buy some land in Marion, Montana. She and her fiance, David, moved there in 1997. Speaker 1: I miss the mountains. They were in my blood. Speaker 0: In 2001, Sarah and David had a son, Dawson, and moved into their new home. It should have been a joyous occasion, but Sarah was miserable. Speaker 1: I thought, well, you know, if I can just get in the house, I'll be happy. It was always the next, if I can just do this, I'll be happy. I gained £60 with my pregnancy, and it was like, if I can just be thin again, I'll be happy. My then husband handed me a pen and a piece of paper and was like, write down what's gonna make you happy. And I had nothing I could write down. I didn't know. I was sick and tired of being depressed. I had hit rock bottom and I didn't know where to go from there. And I started to search and one day, my best friend, Maria, from Ruby Ridge, I've been friends with forever, came to visit me. Speaker 0: It was perfect timing. Maria told Sarah about the joy and peace found only in Jesus Christ. Speaker 1: She looked me in the eye, and she said, I know Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. And she didn't argue with me, and she didn't try and debate things with me. She just made that statement, and that would not leave me alone for anything. I had known her for years, and I I trusted her, and I believed her when when she said it, even though I didn't really know who he was. Speaker 0: Sarah suddenly had the urge to read her bible. Speaker 1: I went to John 316. It was the only verse I'd ever known, and I read it. And what happened was the beginning of a huge change for me. I felt my depression start to just to lift. I I wanted to read more and more and more of the bible. It was like god was speaking directly to me. It was life changing. It was freedom. It was peace. It was joy. It was everything that was missing. It was that that hole in my heart just started getting filled up. Speaker 0: As Sarah grew closer to God, her husband grew further away. Speaker 1: The more I chased after God and in his will for my life and the closer I got to the Lord, it seemed the bigger the gap got in my relationship. Speaker 0: Sarah and David divorced in 2007. Speaker 1: And it really challenged my my faith, and God showed me that he was faithful through it. Speaker 0: She married Mark on Valentine's Day of 2010. Speaker 1: Every day is an adventure. Life now, every day is an adventure with God and with my husband. Speaker 0: As God had forgiven Sarah, she understood that she needed to forgive others, including the men who killed Sam and her mother. Speaker 1: If Jesus can go through that on the cross and forgive me, then, of course, I can forgive anyone, anything. What I would like to get across to everyone watching is that forgiveness, hands down, is the point of this story. It's it's the reason I'm talking about Ruby Ridge again. I'll never forget what happened, and I live with what they did every single day. But my hope for them is that they would find the same freedom in Christ that I have found. You know, I don't know what God has in store for me tomorrow, let alone, you know, years from now. And that's what's so awesome. It's what's so exciting because I know I can trust him with my life, and I'm never alone.

I find it unusual that a US Senator is in Ukraine recruiting foreign pilots for their air force, but maybe this is just the "new normal" in 2024. So we're gonna get these jets in the air sooner rather than later, and we're looking for pilots who are willing to fight for freedom as the Ukrainians train their own pilots. So my message is we need to be all in. Here's what I wanna see happen in 2024, calendar year 2024. I wanna see an invitation issued to Ukraine to join NATO. So I'm a have, dinner with the new secretary general Thursday. I'm a bring this up. I'm asking president Biden, before you leave office, make sure this invitation gets issued. There'll be another supplemental, I hope, in December, and it will be a military centric supplemental. The weapons that they're using here are made in America creating American jobs. And every weapon we give, the Ukrainians are used to full effect. We've learned a lot about our own weapon system by providing them to the Ukrainians what works and what doesn't. So I'm hoping that in December, we can have another infusion of weapons provided by the United States to help the Ukrainians fight in 2025.

I reviewed new bodycam footage from an officer responding to the incident involving Crooks and Trump. The video reveals a few key points: there was no ladder on the wall, an officer could have been boosted onto the roof, but some attempts were unsuccessful. Many law enforcement officers were present when the shooting occurred. I have questions about who the officers were addressing when they yelled "show me your hands," possibly Crooks, and why the bodycam footage cuts off right as the officer reaches Crooks' body.

@Mrgunsngear - Mrgunsngear

New (to us) bodycam video taken from a responding officer that begins roughly 2 mins after Crooks shot Trump then was subsequently shot. It shows a few things: -lack of ladder positioned on the wall -it was possible for an officer to be "boosted" up on the roof -however, that likely wasn't super easy as some failed at their attempt (perhaps earlier reports of officer having rifle pointed at him are correct?) -lots of law enforcement officers were on that side of the fence when the shooting happened Questions: -who were the officers yelling "show me your hands" to? It appears it was Crooks but I can't say for sure from the video. If so, that raises more questions... -who made the decision to cut the bodycam footage *right* as this officer arrives at Crooks body? Why did they make that decision to hide that from the public? #trump #ButlerFarms #TrumpAssassinationAttempt

Officers responded to reports of a suspicious person on a roof with a weapon. Two officers tried to reach the roof, one boosting the other. The officer on the roof saw the armed individual, who then pointed the weapon at him. The officer fell while trying to defend himself, sustaining injuries. Both officers radioed for help, alerting everyone on the channel about the threat to the former president. The timeline between the radio call and the shot fired at the president is unknown.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Did in fact see an individual on the roof with a weapon. Speaker 1: He saw the shooter? Speaker 0: He did. Speaker 1: Your officers are on patrol. They hear that there is a suspicious person on the roof top. What did your officers do? Speaker 0: So our officers in the area started to converge on the building. My understanding is they did a full perimeter walk of the building. Weren't able to see up on the roof. 2 of the officers went to what appeared to be the lowest point from ground to roof. 1 of the officers actually boosted the second officer up high enough for him to grab hold of the roof. When he was able to pull his head up over the roof, he did in fact see an individual on the roof with a weapon. Speaker 1: He saw the shooter? Speaker 0: He did. Speaker 1: And what did the shooter do? Speaker 0: Turned towards him, had the barrel of his weapon pointed at the officer. Speaker 1: At that point, the officer's hanging on Yes. To the side of the roof Yes. Unable to pull a gun out. Speaker 0: Unable Speaker 1: to Unable to defend himself. Unable to reach his radio. Speaker 0: Any of that. Yeah. Yeah. Strictly defensive movement for him to lower his head, duck, lost his own grip, right, fell approximately feet to the ground. Speaker 1: That's a steep drop. Speaker 0: That's a good drop. Yes. Speaker 1: Did he get hurt? Speaker 0: He did. Speaker 1: In that moment, did they realize there's a threat right now to the former president? Speaker 0: They did. So both the boosting officer and the officer that fell were both on the radio, indicating that there was an individual on the on the roof that did in fact have a weapon. Speaker 1: Who did they radio? Speaker 0: So there was a blanket tactical channel. Speaker 1: Everyone heard it. Speaker 0: Everyone who was on that tactical channel heard it. Yes. Speaker 1: How much time between that radio communication and the gun being fired at the former president? Speaker 0: That I don't have that information.

I shared a longer version of the video I posted earlier, which begins before President Trump was shot. The audio starts around the 1:30 mark. It seems to show the officer that the Butler town director mentioned, who allegedly fell off the roof because he couldn't hold himself up and draw his gun while facing Crooks with a rifle. I'm left wondering why this video was withheld until now; it seems odd.

@Mrgunsngear - Mrgunsngear

Longer version of the video I posted earlier. This one actually starts prior to President Trump being shot. Unfortunately the audio doesn't start until around ~1:30 mark. This certainly appears to be the officer that the Butler town director claimed fell off the roof because he was unable to hold himself up and draw his gun at the same time whilst Crooks pointed his rifle at him. Assuming that's true, why would they withhold this video until now? Odd... #trump #TrumpAssassinationAttempt #Butler #ButlerFarms #police #SecretService

Bodycam footage reveals the killing of Airman Roger Fortson was a result of responding to the wrong apartment. While Fortson opened the door non-threateningly, he was shot dead. The incident highlights the need for change in holding officers accountable and reevaluating the use of force. The militarization of police forces has shifted their training, and de-escalation should be prioritized over opening fire. These executions are unacceptable and must be addressed. #USAF #RogerFortson

@Mrgunsngear - Mrgunsngear

Bodycam footage of police killing Air Force Senior Airman Roger Fortson, 23, has been released after responding to the wrong apartment. The "news" article I quoted earlier today was apparently wrong and therefor my statement that they broke the door down to gain entry was wrong so I just want to ensure I take ownership for that as I was going on the information I had at the time. The video clearly shows SrA Fortson opened the door. However, he also answered the door in a non threatening manner. Doesn't point the gun at the officer and his body language wasn't threatening nor aggressive yet the cop shot him dead regardless. Killing Americans inside their own home because they're holding (not pointing, not communicating threats, etc... but just holding) a gun is morally unacceptable and un-American. However, in most states it's not legally unacceptable. This must change. These officers need to be held accountable. What would happen if the exact same thing happened but the cop was a regular citizen. They'd be charged with murder. This should be no different in these situations. Before the GWOT and militarization of our police forces they were trained to de-escalate first. In this situation "drop the gun! drop the gun!!!" etc while orienting the service weapon on the citizen in case they didn't follow lawful orders would be appropriate. Opening fire to de-escalate is not the answer. Policing is an inherently dangerous job but these executions are unacceptable. #USAF #RogerFortson
