It is great that the BFA reflected given that the Ministry of Health provides millions of dollars to BFA despite the crumbling health system and people in genuine need of health care being on long waiting lists. I was talking to my husband this evening about the BFA removing their posts about eating and smearing pooh and we talked about when my son got out of Tauranga Hospital a few years ago after having bad gastro following sushi. The Ministry of Health @tewhatuora (it may appear I have been blocked today from at least Facebook- see screenshot in the comments) telephoned me after he was released from Tauranga Hospital and said that he could not attend school. I asked why and they said that he did not have the ability to wash his hands as he had special needs. I challenged that, and as the caller had never met my son, we practice handwashing at home. How does this sit with you and our taxpayer money being spent directly on posts about eating and smearing pooh and apparently the Ministry of Health indirectly funding other funders? This is not about who you love. There's an incredible lack of medical curiosity about investigating this. The TGA take the reports. Yep. Apparently, there have been 144, 000, adverse reaction reports. But that's a drop in the ocean compared to the number of actual adverse reactions that there are because a lot of them aren't being reported because certainly in the early days they weren't being recognized. So there is so much that needs to happen to engage with people who have suffered vaccine injuries and for us to move forward. Speaker 1: And then when the adverse reactions, happen and people try to make a claim and some people, their lives have been destroyed. Speaker 2: 3 years. 3 years, I have suffered and they said you don't fit our compensation scheme. Speaker 1: The criteria are extremely narrow, and it doesn't anywhere near cover the breadth of adverse reactions that people are suffering. Speaker 2: Karen, we're going to continue with you on the panel as well. But Jackie, I want to thank Speaker 0: you for sharing your story. Speaker 3: There is so much to learn. Firstly, listen to patients when they tell you something has happened to them. I've got so many patients who have sought me out because they know that I'm interested in dealing with people who have had a vaccine injury or who suspect they've had a vaccine injury. Many of them have gone to hospital with chest pains, palpitations, feeling extremely unwell, they They had ECG in the standard test. They were told everything is normal. You're just anxious. Go home. I've had other people really struggling to find their medical practitioners who will listen to you and engage with them. What we need to see is a high level of medical curiosity, we need a high level of engagement with people who have suffered a vaccine injury, they need to be studied, we need research funding and we need to be able to have safe health care. I can continue to work in general practice because we wear N95 respirators, we have HEPA filters in each room, we have screening of patients for symptoms, we are able to provide telehealth, so there are ways that we can provide safe health care. We because the TGA never gets back to anyone. They compile this data but they don't actually follow-up. They don't know how long these vaccine injuries have gone on for. They don't yes. They they don't go back to people and say, you know are you still suffering what's happening with you now there is no system to do that so there is so much that needs to happen to engage with people who have suffered vaccine injuries and for us to move forward. Speaker 2: And to provide compensation because the compensation scheme is hopeless. Speaker 3: Well, the other thing too, I'm trying to help people who are, presenting to me with, vaccine injuries that have been, actually said by their specialists with vaccine injuries and and I try to help them with Speaker 2: the forms that they're filling out. Speaker 3: Most people do large amount of documentation so some people have got piles of documentation that they arrive with, and something like 90% of the the compensation claims that have gone in gone in and that's an example of the sort of documentation that people have to say these are the hospital admission reports, these are my specialist reports, these are my, results that I've had from blood tests, from MRIs. The amendments which have been worked on behind closed doors since early 2023 should have been released yesterday, being 27 January 2024. Why has the Ministry of Health, via the Public Health Agency, redacted information about the WGIHR their OIA response? They are claiming that the reason to withhold satisfies section 9(2)(h) of the Official Information Act 1982 as there is legal privilege. Where is the transparency given we fund the Government and our elected representatives are meant to represent us and be accountable? If there is nothing to see, they should release the information. The Coroners Court requested confirmation of a 93 day timeframe for deaths following the CV19 vaccine. The MOH replied that there was no timeframe. Interestingly, the Coroners Act was amended in 2022. My submissions are set out in the comments. https://t.co/fkrT65Dg04

As per my Jan 2022 open letter, the Minutes of the CV19 Vaccine Technical Advisory Group dated 11/5/21 recorded an “unprecedented” levels of injuries & 4 signals, including myocarditis. 8 months later the MOH issued an update for myocarditis – this was too late for Rory Nairn. https://t.co/92HyqM82KG

I will do a follow on OIA to see if 5,942 sudden deaths in a year is normal or not. Let me know if you know how to access this information quicker than going through the OIA process.

Sudden deaths responded to by Police - a Official Information Act request to New Zealand Police My name is Samantha Bright and I am requesting the total number of deaths in the past year attended to by police please. I am particularly interested in if possible how many units attended, their response times, their time on scene and if St John attended. I am attempting to study these collaboratively with St John statistics to open a discussion into the potential of a designated unit to free up Police units to attend other jobs.
