- Speaker 0 notes that vaccines and boosters are readily available, testing has been dramatically scaled with millions of rapid tests, and that 82 percent of adult Americans have taken the vaccine. He states that those not vaccinated are nine times more likely to be hospitalized or die from the virus, and emphasizes that the country is in a different place than a year ago, with ongoing work to fight the virus. - On the strategic petroleum reserve (SPR), Speaker 0 explains that the release totals 50,000,000 barrels, with 18,000,000 already congressionally required and accelerated by the president to provide immediate relief. The remaining 32,000,000 comes from an exchange, putting barrels on the market now in exchange for their return in the future. He describes the exchange as a tool matched to the current economic environment and notes the aim to lower costs for the American people, particularly gas prices ahead of the holiday season, while acknowledging the pandemic’s impact on the global cost of goods and gas. He also mentions pressing OPEC+ to increase supply and using every tool at the administration’s disposal to help working families. - When pressed about the 50,000,000 barrels figure, Speaker 0 refrains from further detail beyond the explanation that 18,000,000 were congressionally required and the rest come from the exchange arrangement. - On China, Speaker 0 clarifies that the president did not intend to separate China publicly, saying China may do more, but the president does not want to speak for any country. He notes that the president has had conversations with other countries and that the national security team has communicated with them; announcements will be made by those countries themselves. Speaker 1 asks whether the president spoke with Xi Jinping; Speaker 0 confirms they did talk, as referenced in a readout issued afterward, and that the president asked China to discuss helping with supply, without detailing further. - Regarding Ukraine, Speaker 1 asks for updates on White House assessments and plans for a possible phone call with President Putin. Speaker 0 says there is nothing to preview at this time, but reiterates that the United States remains in very close contact with European partners.

Speaker 0: So things are certainly different, than they were, one year ago, and boosters are readily available. And we've dramatically scaled scaled up testing and millions of rapid tests. So I would think we would encourage people. I would encourage people to look at the fact that now that vaccines are readily available, something eighty two percent of the country adults have taken, the opportunity to get vaccinated. You're nine times more likely to be hospitalized or die from the virus if you're not vaccinated. We are in a different place than we were a year ago. And, certainly, we have more work to do, but we're gonna continue the fight against the virus. Speaker 1: Go ahead. Back on the strategic petroleum reserve. The president made note of fact that this is the largest release ever, larger than after Hurricane Katrina, larger than after the nineteen ninety one Iraq war. The energy secretary, in response to Rachel's question, was not able to explain what impact this might actually have for drivers. So how did you arrive at 50,000,000 barrels? What where did that number come from? It's the largest release ever. Why? What's the goal? Speaker 0: Well, as I noted a a little bit earlier, Steve, 18,000,000 barrels of the sale was, in fact, already congressionally required, and the president's accelerating that, which is important for people to understand. Yes. It's a part of the largest release, but he just moved it forward several a couple of months to provide immediate relief as we work to ensure there's a bridge. The remaining 32,000,000 is from the form of an exchange, putting barrels on the market now in exchange for their return in the future. The exchange is a tool matched to today's specific economic environment. Again, would reiterate that we're facing a once in a lifetime recovery from a pandemic, which has impacted us in many ways, including the cost of some goods around the world, including the cost of gas, and increasing the supply, something we've asked OPEC plus member countries to do, and we will continue to press them to do. But we're gonna use every tool at our disposal to do that, and the president took this step because he's gonna do everything he can to lower cost for the American people. He knows that the price of gas is something that is impacting people as they go into the holiday season, as they're working and looking at their budgets, and that's why he took this significant step today. Speaker 1: I'm still curious how 50,000,000 was was was achieved was reached, but I wanna ask you also to follow-up on Alex's question about China. The president made a point of saying that India, Japan, South Korea, The UK would release, but he also said China may do more as well. Was he intending to separate China? Is China not publicly committed? You just said it a minute ago. I'm just trying to get some Speaker 0: They announced last week they that they were intending to, Steve. Speaker 1: So why would the president separate China when he said that India, Japan, South Korea, and The UK would, but China may be more? Is was he not wanting to speak for China? Speaker 0: He doesn't wanna speak for any country, but, again, you know, he's had conversations as our national security team has with any of these countries, and we'll let them speak for any announcements they have to make. Go ahead, Alex. Speaker 2: Did did president Biden bring up this topic with president Xi when they spoke? Speaker 0: They did talk about it, which I think was in the readout we issued afterwards. Speaker 2: But he specifically asked him to to to help out with Speaker 0: something? Talk about the supply out there. I'm not gonna detail it any further Speaker 2: than that. And secondly, on Ukraine, just a little bit more. Do you have any updates on us on on how the White House is assessing the situation there? Are there any plans for a a phone call, for example, with president Putin? Speaker 0: I don't have anything to preview along those lines at this point in time. I will reiterate that we remain in very close contact with our European partners.

“I didn’t want to escalate it further. I really just wanted her to go away and get away from my family.” Andrew and Lincoln Feltwell reflect on being berated by a woman at a Phillies–Marlins game over a home run ball, and the widespread attention the incident received online, on Monday’s “Finnerty.” @RobFinnertyUSA

At a Phillies–Marlins game in Florida, a routine ball scramble ended with a father handing the ball to his 10-year-old son, Lincoln Feltwell. Lincoln later got a signed bat from Harrison Bader after the game, and the Marlins gave him a gift bag. The exchange drew a confrontation with a woman with short dyed hair, nicknamed 'Philly Karen.' According to the father, 'A lot of profanity in front of my kids. Very vulgar. Bunch of that words, and she finished off with, that's my ball.' The father, Andrew, says, 'I don't know if I've got a son... I didn't wanna escalate it further. I just really just wanted her to go away and get away from my family.' Lincoln recalls, 'When I saw him get the ball, walk over to me, I was more than happy.' The Internet has not discovered this woman's identity yet. Lincoln's birthday is next Monday.

Speaker 0: A DEI in the outfield at a Phillies game against the Florida Marlins in Florida. Routine home run to left center field. There's a scramble to get the baseball. Several fans race over to an empty section where the ball landed. This happens literally every game throughout the Major League Baseball season. Everyone goes for the ball. Dad right there in the red shirt got the baseball for his young son who's turning 10, I believe, on Monday, which is tonight, so maybe tonight. Again, nothing unusual. I've done this for my son. But when this father handed the ball to his son, he was quickly confronted by that woman right there with the dyed hair. Social media nicknamed her Philly Karen. She's a woman with short dyed hair and those terrible black Rachel Maddow, Rosie O'Donnell glasses. The father wanted to avoid making a scene, so he handed her the ball, then she proudly clucked off, you know, walked away. After that, the clip went viral. The Miami Marlins and the Phillies both did something here. They gave this this young man, Lincoln, a Marlins gift bag. Phillies outfielder Harrison Bader got to talk to him after the game and gave him a bat. And this whole thing's just been totally it it's gotten so much attention. And joining us now for more is Lincoln Feltwell and his father, Andrew. Lincoln, so glad you could be with us as well. I didn't think you were gonna be with us. Andrew, good to see you. What did this woman say to you, dad, when when she walked over? Speaker 1: A lot of profanity in front of my kids. Very vulgar. Bunch of that words, and she finished off with, that's my ball. And the screaming was quite intense. She she's very loud. Speaker 0: Bruh Yeah. Speaker 1: Cool person. She's she's quite loud. Speaker 0: How old? Any idea how old? Could you gauge it? Speaker 1: Can't tell. 60? I don't I don't know. Speaker 0: Okay. The Internet has not discovered this woman's identity. Lincoln, how are you, bud? Good to see you. Happy birthday. Speaker 2: Yeah. Thank What Speaker 0: what was this like witnessing this? Speaker 2: I first, when I saw him get the ball, walk over to me, I was I was more than happy. I was excited to get one of our first home run ball balls Yeah. Out of all the games that we've been to. Speaker 0: And you got a baseball bet. Harrison Bader, did he give you that? Speaker 2: Yeah. He signed it for me. Speaker 0: I can see that. And I think the Phillies I think the Phillies are actually leading right now. They're playing right now as we speak. Would you like the ball back, Speaker 2: Lincoln? It would be nice to put it up, but if I had that ball at that moment, I wouldn't have this. So Speaker 0: That's that's that's true. Andrew, why did you give her that ball? And I've gone over this. We were talking about it today as a team. I I don't know if I've got a son. I don't know if I have that same self control. Speaker 1: You probably would if you were next to your nine year old. Speaker 0: You Yeah. Speaker 1: Most most dads would try and take that into consideration, and I'm glad I did. It was it's a, you know, teachable moment for him, and I didn't wanna escalate it further. I just really just wanted her to go away and get away from my family. Speaker 0: Yeah. She's screaming at you. It looked like she had terrible breath. Did you make eye contact with her after this all happened? Because that must have been a little strange. Speaker 1: No. I mean, went back to talking to everybody, and by by then, my phone had already blown up with family up in the Tri State area watching the game. And Yeah. Know, we seen Lincoln and, oh my god. What you know, what what is that lady doing and things like that. It it got it got pretty crazy pretty quick. Probably twenty minutes later, it was the beginning of going viral, and even all the people around me were showing me clips Yeah. Speaker 0: They were shot. Speaker 1: Like that. And my family in New Jersey was sending me, you know, link after link after link Speaker 0: Oh, yeah. Speaker 1: Screen recording, and, you know, we we laughed it up quite a bit. Speaker 0: I bet. Speaker 1: I gave it back to her to get her to go away. So Yeah. Speaker 0: And you did. But the Internet is gonna find out who this woman is. We're out of time. Lincoln, happy birthday. Is your birthday tonight, Lincoln? Speaker 2: Oh, no. Next Monday. Speaker 0: Next Monday. Okay. I knew it was on Monday. Happy birthday, Lincoln. 10 years old, Andrew. Thank you. Well done, dad. Appreciate you being with us. Thank you. Speaker 1: Appreciate Speaker 0: Information, truth is freedom, is Newsmax. It's real news for real people.

Rogers warned of concerns about access and time: 'My folks aren't fully comfortable saying they've had enough time to review all of the intelligence to be absolutely confident in their assessments,' and asked that if the product is to be 'CIA, FBI, NSA jointly authored' they need a process all could defend; otherwise, 'If NSA is intended to be a co author of this product... Speaker 0: Chris, good afternoon. Declassified by the office of the director of national intelligence yesterday and released publicly just moments ago is an exchange of emails initiated by Michael s Rogers, the four star admiral now retired who headed the National Security Agency in the second Obama term. Rogers wrote to his boss, then director of national intelligence James Clapper in 2016 to say that he, the admiral, had just returned from overseas travel and had received an update on, quote, our efforts to produce a joint product related to Russian attribution and intent for the DNC d triple c hacks. I know that this activity is on a fast track, Rogers wrote, to put together a product that can be provided to the president. I asked my team if they'd had sufficient access to the underlying intelligence and sufficient time to review that intelligence. On both points, Rogers said, my team raised concerns. My folks aren't fully comfortable saying they've had enough time to review all of the intelligence to be absolutely confident in their assessments, he wrote. I'm not saying that we disagree substantively, but I do wanna make sure that when we are asked in the future whether we can absolutely stand behind the paper that we don't have any reason to hesitate because of the process. If the intent is to create an integrated product, Rogers said that is CIA, FBI, NSA jointly authored that we can all defend, we need a process that allows us all to be comfortable. And I'm concerned we are not there yet. If NSA is intended to be a co author of this product, Rogers said also, I personally expect to see even the most sensitive evidence related to the conclusion. If your intent is to create a CIA only or CIA FBI authored product then Rogers concluded I will stand down on these concerns. On that email Admiral Rogers cc'd FBI director James Comey seen at screen left and CIA director John Brennan seen at screen right flanking the DNI James Clapper seated in the middle for their joint congressional testimony ten months before this email in February 2016. Director Clapper took a little over twelve hours to reply to admiral Rogers and when he did, he addressed Brennan and Comey as well suggesting they too during those twelve hours privately expressed views similar to those of Rogers. Clapper began, Mike, John, Jim, understand your concern. It is essential that we, CIA, NSA, FBI, ODNI, be on the same page, Clapper wrote, and we're all supportive of the report in the highest tradition of that's our story and we're sticking to it, quote unquote. This evening, Clapper continued, CIA has provided to the National Intelligence Council the complete draft generated by the ad hoc fusion cell. We will facilitate as much mutual transparency as possible as we complete the report, but time, Clapper warned, is not negotiable. We may have to compromise on our normal modalities since we must do this on such a compressed timetable. This, Clapper concluded, is one project that has to be a team sport, gym. This latest declassification by director Tulsi Gabbard's office comes after she referred these matters to the justice department for additional investigation. And attorney general Pam Bondi then directed the impanelment of a federal grand jury in Florida for that purpose. Chris.

'FED UP': Breaking down President Trump's F-bomb over the Iran-Israel conflict, @RobFinnertyUSA shows why the president is built different, frustrated and navigating world tensions created in-part by past U.S. leaders. https://t.co/WPaQlV0D2l

Video Transcript AI Summary
President Trump was reportedly upset with both Israel and Iran following a recent exchange of attacks, feeling Israel retaliated too strongly and quickly after a deal was made. Despite this, Trump reaffirmed that Israel would not attack Iran and that a ceasefire was in effect. The speaker highlights Trump's willingness to risk military involvement to defend Israel and achieve peace, contrasting it with past administrations' approaches. They also criticize Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for allegedly pushing for US military action in the Middle East, referencing his support for the Iraq invasion after 9/11. The speaker questions the extent of US involvement in foreign conflicts, particularly in Ukraine, and suggests that Americans are ready for an "America first" president focused on domestic issues. They contrast the support given to Ukraine with the problems faced in American cities, implying resources are misallocated. Trump has told Netanyahu not to expect further US military action in Iran.

Speaker 0: It was rare to see the president as upset, understandably, as he was early this morning. The man generally sleeps around five hours a night. And during those five hours, we somehow went from president Trump posting this right before he went to bed. This war could have gone on for years and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn't and never will. God bless Israel. God bless Iran. God bless the Middle East. God bless The United States Of America, and God bless the world. He goes to bed. Again, that was 06:02PM last night. But just after 6AM this morning, much different story. Speaker 1: I'm not happy that Israel's going out now. There was one rocket that I guess was fired overboard. It was after time limit and it missed its target. And now Israel's going out. These guys gotta calm down. Ridiculous. I didn't like plenty of things I saw yesterday. I didn't like the fact that Israel unloaded right after we made the deal. They didn't have to unload. And I didn't like the fact that the retaliation was very strong. But in all fairness, Israel unloaded a lot. And now I hear Israel just went out because they felt it was violated by one rocket that didn't land anywhere. That's not what we want, I'll tell you. And I'm telling you, I'm not happy about that Israel either. But as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs, the likes of which I've never seen before. The biggest load that we've seen. I'm not happy with Israel. You know, when when I say, okay, now you have twelve hours, you don't go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them. So I'm not happy with them. I'm not happy with Iran either. We have we basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the they're doing. Do you understand that? Speaker 0: Oh, that's why so many people voted for that guy right there. And it's a long sound bite, I know, but you had to hear the whole thing. And that's about as upset as you're ever gonna see Donald Trump. He is human. All presidents swear. You can look it up. After that, the president posted that Israel is not gonna attack Iran. Nobody will be hurt. The ceasefire is in effect. And according to the Associated Press today, both sides accepted the deal after Iran launched a final onslaught that killed at least four people early Tuesday morning, while Israel launched a blitz of airstrikes targeting sites across the Islamic Republic before dawn. The Times of Israel says that it was the other way around. Donald Trump was upset. He was particularly upset with Israel. But either way, two things are true tonight. Donald Trump and his new administration don't forget, this should still be the honeymoon phase. His new administration risked a lot on Saturday to help defend Israel. Yes. The world is a safer place today than it was on Saturday morning, but the Trump White House could have done exactly what Joe Biden and Barack Obama and George W Bush and Bill Clinton all did before he got there, which is essentially nothing. Appeasement, sending billions of dollars to Iran in cargo planes if you're Barack Obama and John Kerry and Joe Biden. Anything but get involved militarily. Anything that might hurt your chances at winning reelection. But Donald Trump is different, and he is willing to risk world war and the lives of US service members to help Israel and achieve peace. That cannot be understated. And the ceasefire doesn't last a night? It doesn't last a couple of hours? Are you kidding me? We support Israel, and we know that Israelis want this to end immediately. But what about Benjamin Netanyahu? Nobody wants to talk about that. The Israeli prime minister, who's the same Benjamin Netanyahu pressured the White House to use those bunker busting bombs in the first place. He flew to Washington. It's the same Benjamin Netanyahu pushed US involvement. And the same Benjamin Netanyahu said this about invading Iraq just after nine eleven. Speaker 2: If you take out Saddam, Saddam's regime, I guarantee that it will have enormous positive reverberations on the region. And I think that people sitting right next door in Iran, young people, and many others will say, the time of such regimes, of such chess bots is gone. There is a new age. Something new is happening. Speaker 1: That is speculation on your part or you have, some evidence to that effect? Speaker 2: The way to deal with the terrorist regimes among other things was to, apply military force against them. Speaker 0: Boy, oh, boy, was that wrong. Benjamin Netanyahu pushed The US to invade Iraq after 09/11. George W. Bush listened, and we did. And he pushed The US to attack Iran after October, but it didn't work out so well for The US the first time. But apparently, there were people in Washington back in 2002 who thought that this right here was a compelling argument. Same person, same speech. Take a look. Speaker 2: The more victories you amass, the easier the next victory becomes. The first victory in Afghanistan makes a second victory in Iraq that much easier. The second victory in Iraq will make the third victory that much easier too, but it may change the nature of achieving that victory. Speaker 0: What does that mean? Over 4,000 US service members have died in Iraq, and twenty years later, guess what? We've still got thousands of troops stationed in Iraq. Donald Trump is not gonna let that happen again. But on the same day, the president leaves the White House to fly to the NATO summit in The Netherlands this morning, it's hard not to be reminded of another war that is still happening right now in Ukraine, where more than a million people are dead or injured, a war that everyone was told to support more than three years ago when it was trendy to put Ukraine flags in your yard, the flag of a country that most people, by the way, still can't locate on a map. Members of congress started wearing those Ukraine lapel pins. Some would do it and not wear the American flag. Many Democrats even did this on the house floor after we passed yet another bill sending more money to Ukraine to fight a war that they're not winning. The point that we are trying to make is very simple. Americans support Israel almost unconditionally. According to a new poll this week, 76% of Republicans supported The US attack on Iran, and it was the same thing with Ukraine three years ago. Americans supported the Ukrainian cause. But for how long? Most Americans are generous, the most generous people on the planet, in fact. But there are limits to that generosity, and we are saying this tonight because no one else is. We've got enough problems here in America, and we think that part of the reason that Americans elected Donald Trump in November is because Americans are ready for an America first president. Peace through Trump overseas, yes, but a president focused on solving the problems in America first. Here's a question. Why are American taxpayers paying the salaries of Ukrainian first responders? Why are American taxpayers paying for Ukrainian pensions? We don't even have pensions in America anymore for the most part. Why are we subsidizing small businesses in Ukraine still? All of that made so much sense to Biden voters, but it never made any sense to us. When was the last time you walked around one of the streets here of one of the cities in our country? One of the cities that were absolutely once beautiful, a gorgeous American city. We went to San Francisco at this time last summer, and we went into areas the media don't want you to know about, areas that are just a few blocks away from hotels like the Ritz Carlton. This is in Kamala Harris' hometown, and this is what we saw. If you were doing drugs in public in front of a police officer Correct. You'd you'd get arrested. Speaker 1: You would get arrested and Speaker 0: I mean, there are people doing drugs right now in broad daylight. Correct. Speaker 1: Yes, sir. Yes. I did do this to the commandment to the they commanded to me. No. Did it because I care. Speaker 0: Alright. So why is The US Government subsidizing small businesses 7,000 miles away in Ukraine and not doing anything for small businesses here in The United States Of America? This is all part of the reason that Donald Trump won in November. He risked a lot on Saturday to do the right thing. If Americans died, if one of those b two bombers is shot down, if Russia and China declared war on The United States on Sunday morning, which was very much a possibility, this entire situation would look a whole lot different today, wouldn't it? It's also worth noting that Donald Trump spoke with Benjamin Netanyahu today on the phone and told him not to expect any more US military action in Iran. The message that the president sent to the prime minister of Israel was clear, and our message tonight should not be controversial. It is time for peace. Peace in Israel, and Iran, and Gaza, and Ukraine. It's time for peace in our time, and peace in all time. Speaker 1: Information, truth, is freedom, is Newsmax. It's real news for real people.

Speaker 0: An American oil company, a Utah mansion, and one of the world's most dangerous cartels all connected on paper. The Jensen family ran a legitimate business according to outward appearances, but prosecutors say it was a front designed to fuel terror against the American people. Our crime correspondent, Jason Meterra, has the shocking report. Speaker 1: What appeared to be just another South Texas oil operation was, according to authorities, a front for a massive international crime ring. Nearly 3,000 shipments of stolen crude oil were smuggled out of Mexico into The US, with part of the profits kicked back to the Jalisco new generation cartel. Speaker 2: I've been in the business many years, thirty years. My father was in the DEA thirty years. I have never personally seen such an innovative scheme. Speaker 1: The takedown effort was dubbed operation liquid death, and former DEA acting administrator Derek Maltz was on it from the start. At the center of it all, a company called Arroyo Terminals. But behind the business name, authorities say was a far darker scheme to relabel stone oil as waste, slip it through customs, and clean the dirty cash through a legitimate refinery. On paper, it looked like just another venture. In reality, it was bankrolling the cartel. Speaker 2: It's a very brilliant scheme, but at the end of the day, the scheme is making and generating hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars in revenue, and the cartels who are killing at record levels are benefiting. Speaker 1: That kind of money always leaves a trail. Federal agents followed it straight to a sprawling mansion in Salt Lake City. When they raided it in April, they allegedly uncovered the blueprint of a laundering empire. Phones, bank records, contracts, all supposedly tying the Jensen family to the cartel. Speaker 2: This is a foreign terrorist organization that we have a US business, in this case, the Jensen family, that was benefit in making tons of money supporting this foreign terrorist organization. You know, America's gotta realize the game has changed. Speaker 1: During the last administration, oil theft was allowed to flourish unchecked. Now federal officials are scrambling to address what has become a cartel cash cow. Speaker 2: On the diss administration, it's about holding criminals accountable for their actions. And in this case, shame on The US businesses that thought they were gonna get away with this scheme because it's just beginning to unfold. Speaker 1: Now James Jensen and his 25 year old son Maxwell are facing decades behind bars if convicted. But beyond the courtroom, a bigger question remains. How many more businessmen are playing the same game, just better at hiding it? Chris, most people don't realize that fuel theft is a massive cash pipeline for the cartels, helping bankroll their drug trafficking and the violence they unleash on both sides of the border. But that revenue stream just hit a wall called make America safe again. Speaker 0: Right on, Jason. Unlike, you know, Democrats who partnered with human traffickers and narco terrorists, the Trump administration, they're hunting them down. Right? Speaker 1: Yeah. A 100%. So just this week, the White House hit the Jalisco cartel leaders with a fresh round of economic sanctions, basically freezing any of their US based assets. And as for the Jensen family, they're now charged with providing material support to a designated terrorist organization. So that sends a loud and clear message to any American business thinking about jumping into bed with the cartels. Speaker 0: Mhmm. To quote the Mandalorian, this is the way. Jason Meterra from our Florida newsroom. Thank you, man. Appreciate the update as always. Speaker 1: Information, truth is freedom, is Newsmax. It's real news for real people.

"The pieces, when you put them together — there's something very dirty, there's something very, very corrupt there." Forensic Accountant Sam Antar exposes major alleged corruption between New York Governor Kathy Hochul and New York Attorney General Letitia James. @BobBrooks_NMX https://t.co/KVvaUjzLb1

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker claims corruption in the Democrat party is at an all time high. New York Governor Kathy Hochul spent $178,000 in taxpayer funds on private jet travel after signing legislation for fossil fuel companies to pay $75 billion for carbon emissions. The office of New York Attorney General Letitia James paid $483,000 to the law firm Davis Polk starting in April of last year, four months after Kathy Hochul's husband was hired by the company. James is under investigation from the DOJ for falsifying documents and claiming she legally lives at a property in Virginia for a better mortgage. Hochul then passed a new budget that includes $10 million in legal funds for James, paid for by New York taxpayers. Forensic accountant Sam Antar says a contract between the attorney general's office and Davis Polk was dormant until Hochul's husband joined the firm, after which money started flowing. After James got into trouble, she received $10 million from the state for a criminal defense. Antar believes there is something very corrupt happening and is expanding the scope of his investigation into Hochul's dealings with James.

Speaker 0: Welcome back in. Corruption in the Democrat party is at an all time high as we see Democrat leaders in blue states and cities get rich as their constituents in those areas can barely afford the price of living. Our next guest is exposing the frauds lining their pockets with campaign funds and tax dollars, such as New York governor Kathy Hochul. Turns out the governor has been living lavishly on taxpayer dime. Hochul, who signed legislation forcing fossil fuel companies to pay $75,000,000,000 for carbon emissions, has now spent $178,000 in taxpayer funds to go travel around on a private jet. But it turns out New York politicians, they're not just spending the taxpayer dollars. They're also getting rich using taxpayer dollars. The office of New York attorney general Letitia James has paid $483,000 in contracts to a law firm called Davis Polk starting in April of last year. Coincidentally though, those payments began just four months after William Hochul was hired by the company. William Hochul, obviously, know what the last name is, is the husband of Kathy Hochul. So fast forward to April of this year, Leticia James is under investigation from the DOJ for falsifying documents, saying she owed less property than she actually does as a way to secure lower interest rates. At the same time, James allegedly has been saying that she legally lives at a property in Virginia as a way to secure a better mortgage. Once this investigation was launched, corrupt Kathy Hochul knew it was time to return the favor for that $483,000 sent to her husband's employer. So last month, she passed a new budget, and it includes $10,000,000 in legal funds for defense funds for Leticia James paid for by New York taxpayers. Hochul claims New York Democrats are being targeted by Pam Bondi in the Department of Justice here. Speaker 1: And she came after me. They're coming after the attorney general. They're coming after a candidate for mayor. So the question is, when will pop Pam Bondi stop politicizing the Department of Justice and just do their jobs? Speaker 0: Think the better question for Kathy Hochul is when will New York Democrats stop stealing from the American taxpayer? And, also, we've already seen what Democrats use the DOJ for, and that, of course, was prosecuting president Trump while on his way to a second term. Joining me now for more on this, the man who's uncovered it all, forensic accountant Sam Antar. Sam, good to see you. Speaker 2: Thank you for having me on. Speaker 0: Yeah. Alright. Talk about this. We saw the post you made. It piqued our interest here. The the this funneling of the money here going on. Speaker 2: Oh, the triangle. Yes. Triangulation. Yes. Well, let's start in in February 2023. Okay. Actually, it's 02/2022. Speaker 0: Okay. Back it up one more. Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyway, there's a contract that's made between the attorney general's office and Davis Polk. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 2: It's approximately $325,000. Speaker 0: Great. Speaker 2: And in the meantime, Davis Polk is getting all kinds of money, $7,000,000 from various government agencies, but contract is dormant. Speaker 0: Right. I that's what I saw. Nothing was going on with it. Speaker 2: Right. Then Hochul's husband, William Hochul, joins the firm Speaker 0: David's father. Speaker 2: January 2, '2 thousand and twenty four. Speaker 0: K. Speaker 2: Right? The contract expires the end of the month of January, about twenty nine days later, thirty days later. The contract is then recorded, okay, on March 17, which is approximately four hundred and four hundred plus days after the contract was entered into. In other words, it was recorded and approved. It's kind of like it didn't exist until it existed. Speaker 0: Until it comes in. Speaker 2: Right. Now the contract gets extended because Holkel is there, William Holkel is there. Speaker 0: Bill Holkel comes in. Speaker 2: Right. And all of a sudden, starts flowing from the attorney general's account Four hundred and fifty four days after the contract was initiated, the money starts flowing in $483,000 give or take. Speaker 0: Okay. Now Okay. Yep. Speaker 2: Okay? Then we gotta fast forward. Okay? The money's there. It's flowing flowing to to William Holcker's law firm, Davis Polk. Then Tish James starts getting into trouble. You know, the US attorney's office, the the FBI, the Speaker 0: Things you helped expose. Things I helped expose. Okay. It's got a lot of traffic. Speaker 2: So around May, there was an announcement that the that the FBI was investigating. This is after it was already referred to the DOJ. And there was also an announcement of a grand jury proceeding. On that same day, Tish James gets a $10,000,000 allowance from the state of New York Yeah. To for a criminal defense. Now, listen, I was a criminal. I'm not a let's put it this way. The the pieces, when you put them together, there's something very dirty there. There's something very, very corrupt there. Speaker 0: So you're saying it looks fishy? Speaker 2: It is fishy. Doesn't look fishy. It is fishy. Speaker 0: Yes. It is fishy. So they get the $483,000. The money is coming into the to the law firm that Bill Hochul is at, okay, from Tish James's office. Tish James gets in trouble with the work you exposed. Yeah. Then all of a sudden, here comes this giant thing in the budget, $10,000,000 for Tish James to defend herself. Speaker 2: One back scratches the other. The problem in New York is that we have a corrupt one party state. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 2: I'm a democrat, and I don't like what's what's happening here. Speaker 0: We got about twenty seconds left. What what would be the next evolution in looking into Speaker 2: this the thing is, we peel at the layers when we do forensic accounting work. We keep on looking at the same things over and over again, things we might have missed, but also we expand out the scope. Right now, I'm looking into Hochul's dealings with Tish James. Speaker 0: Okay. Keep at it. Speaker 2: Thank you. Speaker 0: Kinda just, you you know, politicians being dirty politicians. That's what it smells like. Speaker 2: Alright. Yeah. But they make life exciting. Speaker 0: I guess they do. They give us something to talk about. I have a job because of it. Alright. Sam, good to see you. Appreciate it.

Advocates are calling for stricter licensing standards after an illegal migrant lost control of a flatbed truck, killing a 64-year-old man. NEWSMAX Crime Correspondent Jason Mattera has more. @JasonMattera https://t.co/dygl8R8ZDI

Video Transcript AI Summary
An Obama-era rule allows non-English speakers, potentially including illegal immigrants, to drive commercial vehicles, raising safety concerns. Jason Matura reports on the death of Scott Miller, killed by an illegal alien driving a flatbed truck. Miller's widow, Deanne, blames the system for allowing unqualified drivers on the road. American Truckers United exposed loopholes such as lack of screening, licenses for nonresidents, visa abuse, dangerous license swaps, and little accountability. An EAD card can be enough to obtain a CDL in some states. Truckers claim hundreds of thousands of licenses have been issued to foreign nationals, many unable to read road signs. These drivers' inability to read English impacts their capacity to read warning signs. President Trump signed an executive order to reinstate stricter licensing standards. Oklahoma has codified Trump's order and beefed up standards to protect residents.

Speaker 0: We often send a lot of time on this program talking about violent and deadly attacks on Americans by illegal immigrants in this country. It happens far too often. Speaker 1: And while we often talk about those attacks in terms of parks and on big city streets, it's also happening on our roadways because a rule president Obama put in place that allows people who don't speak English and maybe hear illegally to drive commercial Speaker 0: vehicles This doesn't make our highway. If I go to another country and I don't speak the language and I can't read the road signs, I'm gonna do the right thing and not try to drive. Yeah. Makes sense. Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah. Newsmax crime correspondent Jason Matura joins us with more. Speaker 2: Scott Miller, a devoted husband and grandfather, was sitting in traffic on his way home when a flatbed truck loaded with steel pipes barreled into the line of cars. Behind the wheel was Ignacio Cruz Mendoza, an illegal alien who lost control. The pipes broke free and crushed Miller to death on the spot. His widow, Deanne, says her life shattered in an instant, wrecked by a system that let an unvetted driver take control of a deadly rig. Speaker 3: My husband and I have been together for forty six years. I met him when I was 17. We were high school sweethearts, and I don't know life without him. He only got two years of retirement before he was killed, and we had plans. Speaker 2: Deanne is one of many left to pick up the pieces, a victim of a policy that handed the keys to an 80,000 pound truck to an unqualified driver. Her recent letter from American Truckers United to the US Department of Transportation exposes five glaring loopholes, lack screening of foreign drivers, licenses handed to nonresidents, visitor visa abuse, dangerous license swaps with other countries, and little accountability when noncitizens cause deadly crashes. Speaker 4: As soon as they were granted asylum, they were issued what's called an employment authorization document or an EAD card. That EAD card is all that they needed in order to go and apply to get a CDL in certain states. Speaker 2: Truckers call it a full blown crisis. They say that hundreds of thousands of commercial licenses have been issued to foreign nationals over the last decade. Many of these people can't even read road signs, putting lives in danger and sidelining American workers. Speaker 4: It's important for these drivers to be able to speak English, number one, so they can read our highway signs and warning signs, like lane closed ahead. In most of the accidents that we've seen of late, you know, there was an opportunity for the driver to change his behavior before the accident if he would have been able to read the signs. Speaker 2: Now the White House is stepping in. In April, president Trump signed an executive order to reinstate strict commercial licensing standards that were loosened by his predecessors and to empower officials to yank unsafe, non English speaking drivers off the road. Speaker 3: We need you, federal government, local government, state governments to get serious about this. Nobody should have to lose the love of their life like I lost my husband. Speaker 2: Mark Charlotte, here's the bottom line. There are a troubling number of foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds driving these 18 wheelers, and Americans, like Scott Miller, are dead because of it. Speaker 1: I mean, Jason, this is just unbelievable. I mean, requiring English to drive a semi should be a no brainer. I mean, if it but if the feds don't do anything about it or do enough about it, is there anything the states can do? Speaker 2: Yes. A great question, Mark. And states are stepping up. Oklahoma is actually leading the way. They've codified Donald Trump's executive order. They've also beefed up other standards, and here's why that is important. If a future administration does what the Obama administration did and got English requirements, which is nuts, then at least the states can serve as a backdrop to protect their own residents. Speaker 0: It just doesn't make sense if you can't read road signs or understand what's going on. You shouldn't be operating what could be a deadly vehicle. It doesn't make sense. Jason, thank you. Speaker 1: Thank you. Information, truth is freedom is Newsmax. It's real news for real people.

"There's something really fishy going on there." Victoria Toensing and Joe diGenova sound off on the plea deal and new photos of Hunter Biden speeding and smoking crack. @VicToensing @KatrinaSzish @RobAstorino https://t.co/QT1ARr7kyD

Video Transcript AI Summary
Victoria Tensing highlights the absence of two key documents: the written authorization from Merrick Garland to David Weiss specifying his authority, and the plea agreement between Hunter Biden and the Justice Department. She notes the discrepancy between Hunter's lawyer's claim that the investigation is resolved and David Weiss's statement that it is ongoing, emphasizing that plea agreements are typically filed alongside the charges. Joe DeGenova asserts that the Biden family has organized itself to commit crimes related to influence peddling. He points out the expiration of the statute of limitations on certain felonies, the alleged failure to execute search warrants requested by IRS agents, the claim that a US attorney informed defense attorneys about pending search warrants, and the fact that Tony Bubolinsky was never interviewed. He suggests the possibility that the US Attorney for Delaware may be part of the "organized crime family."

Speaker 0: Well, new photos show Hunter Biden speeding at 172 miles per hour, and another photo shows him smoking crack behind the wheel in Arlington, Virginia. Speaker 1: Joining us with their thoughts, former US attorney and chief counsel for the senate rules committee, Joe DeGenova, plus former chief counsel for the senate intelligence committee and senior justice department official, Victoria Tensing. Both are Newsmax contributors. And alright. So who wants to go first about, the formula one NASCAR hunter? Okay, Victoria. Uninfection. Speaker 2: Yeah. We've been we've been around the block on these kinds of cases, and and two things jump out at me, two documents that are missing. One of them is Merrick Garland says that he gave authority to David Weiss. David Weiss has said he had it and then he didn't have it. Well, that's real simple. Where is the written authorization from the attorney general specifying exactly what kind of authority he gave to David Weiss. There has to be one. There just has to be. The other is that Dave the Hunter's lawyer says, well, the matter the five year investigation has been resolved. That's a direct quote. And David Weiss says the investigation is ongoing. Well, those two can't be correct. One's one's wrong. Where is the plea agreement? Now you all for people who haven't done this, you all got the counsel that you're supposed to plead to, but there's supposed to be an agreement that says, in return for pleading to a, b, and c, the justice department won't pursue x, y, and z, and they have to specify it. And we have not seen a plea agreement, which is absolutely always filed at the same time as the counts. So there's something really fishy going on there. Speaker 0: Yeah. And, Joe, I want you to check out this. This is the latest headline from Newsmax.com on the Hunter Biden saga. Now congressman James Comer saying that president Biden influence peddling is organized crime. Do you think that's a stretch, or do you think it's valid? Speaker 3: Well, it's pretty clear that the Biden family has organized itself for the purpose of committing a series of crimes involving influence peddling, etcetera, etcetera. I mean, when you look at this case, just take a peek at it. I I've started to make lists because there's so many things. The the statute of limitations was allowed to expire on a group of felonies involving Hunter Biden and perhaps a number of other people. Search warrants were not executed when requested by the IRS agents. Leslie Wolf, the assistant US attorney, informed defense attorneys that search warrants were being sought of specific locations. And finally, Tony Bubolinsky was never interviewed. You know what? The organized crime family may very well include the US attorney for Delaware. Speaker 0: Alright, Joe, Joe DeGenova. Sorry about that. And Victoria Tenson, thank you so much, and happy fourth to both of you. Speaker 3: Happy fourth.

“She can’t undo what she did.” Forensic Accountant Sam Antar joined Lidia Curanaj to present evidence of Letitia James’ alleged false disclosures pertaining to various mortgages. https://t.co/SiKpI02H1Q

Video Transcript AI Summary
Forensic accountant Sam Antar, a self-proclaimed non-partisan Democrat, uncovered alleged financial discrepancies involving New York Attorney General Tish James. He claims James filed false financial disclosures to New York State, omitting mortgages and a property. Antar alleges that James listed mortgages that don't appear in property records and undervalued a Virginia property with $510,000 in mortgages, listing its valuation between $100-150,000. He also claims James misrepresented a Brooklyn property as a four-unit building when the certificate of occupancy indicates five units. Antar suggests James fraudulently claimed the Brooklyn home as her primary residence to obtain a lower interest rate. He says complaints overlap the units she claims to occupy, suggesting potential illegal sublets. He asserts every false financial disclosure benefited her financially. Antar dismisses claims of political motivation, stating James committed mortgage fraud and violated New York state law, regardless of who revealed it. He welcomes scrutiny of Governor Hochul and AOC next.

Speaker 0: Big Tish James pulling out the big guns and hiring Hunter Biden's former lawyer, Abby Lowell, to defend the fraud allegation she's now facing. Talk about hypocrisy at its finest, the same thing she tried to go after president Trump, the charges she is now facing that she inflated her wealth and more. Joining us now is the guy who uncovered it all. Right? Forensic accountant Sam Antar. Sam, first off, you are a democrat. Right? Yes. You are not politically motivated in this No. Whatsoever. What did you uncover? What made you to start what made you start looking? Speaker 1: It was a beginning of a long process of me looking at New York City Politicians and how they spend campaign money and taxpayer money, and also comparing their personal financial disclosures to New York State to the property records the public property records. Speaker 0: What did you uncover? Speaker 1: Okay. With Tish James, there was a few things that were uncovered. First, each one of her financial disclosures to New York State was false. She omitted mortgages from her disclosures, and she even omitted a property from her disclosures. The second thing I learned is that she has mortgages listed on the financial disclosures that do not appear in the property records. It's strange. Third thing I learned is that on one property in Virginia, she has about $510,000 in mortgages, but only she lists the valuation of only one to a hundred and $50,000. Her words, not mine. Another thing that I learned was that Tish James has a property in Brooklyn that she lists as four units, but it's five units under the certificate of occupancy. Yesterday, I visited the property with another researcher, Joel Gilbert. We looked at the, doorbells. There's five doorbells on the premises. I checked the records. There's five electrical units for each of the things. You can't you can't have a five unit building and then occupy two units and call it a four unit building. Speaker 0: And and she also claimed to live in a home that was her primary residence because if you if it is your primary residence, when you get a mortgage, then you get a lower interest rate. And then reporters went knocking on the door and found out they had never seen her there. So this woman is caught she's been caught red handed. Will big Tisch be changing into a big orange jumpsuit soon? What Speaker 1: do Probably. Probably. And she deserves it because, you know, when I saw the lawyer's response, Abby Lowell, I mean, I I couldn't have I couldn't have dreamed of a more incompetent response that he made in reference to the DOJ to the ref to the to the referral to the DOJ. Yeah. Okay. He's saying, woah. It was always four units on her Brooklyn property. I don't care if it was two units. Okay? The fact is is that the certificate of occupancy says it's five units. And then he points to a document that reflects the false information. Her handpaper Speaker 0: wants us taxpayers to foot the bill for her lawyers. She's saying that this is all a political witch hunt. She was on New York one. Here's what she said. I want you to listen to this, Sam. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 2: Let me just say to all New Yorkers and to all Americans, the allegations are baseless. The allegations are nothing more than a revenge tour. It seems to be based on some social media posts that I know were made by partisan political actors. Speaker 0: Partisan political actor Let Speaker 1: her frame it whatever way she wants. She committed mortgage fraud. She violated New York state law and filed false disclosures from New York state. Trump didn't do it. I didn't do it. MAGA didn't do it. Partisan actors didn't do it. She did it. Speaker 0: So you're not a partisan political actor? Speaker 1: You know something? No. But even if I was, it doesn't change the fact that she committed mortgage fraud. She can say anything she wants about me. Speaker 0: She really can. You released more documents this week. What did you find? Speaker 1: Well, there's there's quite a few. First of all, there were some complaints made about the units in her building. And it seems like those complaints overlap the the the, units that she claims to occupy. So is she really there? Who's filing these complaints in the department of buildings over peeling paint? Or is there sublets, illegal sublets? I don't know. But the these are the things that every time we dig, we every time we think we reach the bottom of it, we find a new bottom. Speaker 0: It's like you're peeling an onion back. She claimed the Brooklyn apartment was a four unit property. We talked about that. Official records say it's a five unit. She enabled or heard it then, get saved tens of thousands of dollars. So at the end of the day, this is all about her saving money, making money. Exactly. Speaker 1: Every single financial disclosure that contained false information, she benefited from financially. Speaker 0: Minute left. Are you ever worried? I mean, you're going after big Tisch. She's the attorney general. She's a top lawyer. Speaker 1: I had the FBI up my rear end during the crazy eighty days for ten years, and they taught me a good lesson. I'm not afraid of her or anybody else. Speaker 0: President Trump, he put out the tweet of your face. You're not even MAGA. What did you think about that? That's pretty cool. You have caught the attention of the president of The United States here. Speaker 1: Good. But irrespective of catching the attention of the president of The United States, she is guilty. She committed mortgage fraud. She filed false disclosures to New York state, and she can't undo what she did. She can point to anybody she wants. It doesn't matter. She was the one who put pencil to paper. Speaker 0: Sam Antar, go after governor Hochul next. Speaker 1: I wanna see what you find out Private jets. Oh. Like AOC. Speaker 0: Oh. Oh. AOC. That's a good one too.

As the "elitist" Democrat-corporate media class continues its anti-Trump crusade, its become clear, as @BobBrooks_NMX illustrates, that reversing their "junk" policies is what America desires. https://t.co/RMgYCUaGje

Video Transcript AI Summary
A new NBC poll indicates MAGA support is growing, with 36% of registered voters identifying as MAGA supporters, a 9% increase from last year. Among Republicans, 71% now consider themselves MAGA, up from 55% before the election. This is attributed to promises made and kept, as well as the Democratic Party's focus on issues like open borders, preventing deportations, and resisting Trump's trade deficit mandate. Democrats are portrayed as out of touch, living in coastal elite bubbles and ignoring the struggles of the middle class. UAW President Sean Fain supports Trump's tariffs, believing they will incentivize companies to reinvest in the U.S. The speaker highlights the decline of towns like Brownsville, Pennsylvania, due to past policies and emphasizes that Trump is trying to fix these issues through tariffs and other measures. Reviving these towns will take time, but it is worth the effort.

Speaker 0: I think tonight is cause for a celebration. We're almost one hundred days into president Trump's second term, and the make America great again movement is growing rapidly. Maybe it's bigger than ever despite all the complaining, blocking, and tackling, destruction really. The left is throwing at it. It keeps picking up steam because they can't stop what is right, what is moral, what is America First, and really what is common sense, everybody. President Trump at the Oval Office. Speaker 1: We're, run by and I don't say conservative. I don't say anything. We're run by people with great common sense. Yeah. Common sense. Because it's all common sense. It's not liberal conservative. It's common sense. Now Speaker 0: the reason I'm talking about this tonight is a new poll came out from NBC News, and you know it had to kill this network to publish this. It shows overall with all voters, regardless of which side you're registered with, there is MAGA growth. 36% of registered voters identified themselves as MAGA supporters. That is up 27% from the same poll taken last year, and we're only four months in. A 9% jump in a matter of months is pretty significant, I would say. Now the big shift comes from Republicans, obviously. Get this though. 71% of GOP voters consider themselves MAGA at this point. That is up from just 55% right before the presidential election. And I think it's a combination of a variety of things. Number one, promises made, promises kept everybody. That's what stands out the most. You voted for the president's agenda, and now you're getting it. Also though, it's this. The Democrats have really, after the election, after the fact, showed the country who they really are. The issues that they're fighting for, open borders, and preventing deportations of gang members, keeping men in women's sports, and also resisting president Trump's mandate to fix the trade deficits we face all around the world, fighting for the working class. And I think that might be the biggest one at this point because president Trump and company, they have already fixed the border. The numbers are way down. But Democrats don't get that because they have abandoned that part of the country or the new younger Democrats have never even been to that part of the country to even know what's going on. They are absolutely clueless, like in AOC. Living high and mighty on the coasts, educated at crazy Ivy League schools, white collar work in Democrat run cities where the 1% roles and everyone else is struggling to get by. That is their vision for this country. It is called dystopian. They have abandoned the middle class. Heck, even Sean Fain, the president of the UAW and someone who backed Biden is in favor of what Trump is doing with tariffs here. Let's listen. Speaker 2: We've been very clear. We do believe and and and we know when it comes to auto, when it comes to heavy truck and agricultural implement, we know that tariffs will influence these companies to do the right thing and reinvest in this country and reinvest in factories in this country. Speaker 0: You know, I I would invite some of those liberal anchors to travel to the towns of the forgotten people of America, like maybe where I'm from, Western Pennsylvania, and then maybe they would get it. Those people who claim to tell you that they know better have never left their coastal elite bubble, and really, they have no idea what they're talking about. They wanted to be on TV. I wanna be famous. I'm gonna post pictures of myself on Instagram. Look at me, everybody. That's really why all these people got into this game. And I wanna bring this up. I grew up near a town called Brownsville, Pennsylvania. Just left an impression on me going there and seeing it. This is what it looks like now. This is like a decade ago. It's a ghost town. You can see there is nothing left. And there are plenty of other towns on the brink of that all around this country thanks to junk policies that president Trump is trying to fix. And, yes, in my opinion, it is worth trying to right that ship. This is what people voted for. And when it comes to the tariffs, I wanna say this, towns, they didn't go under overnight. It took decades. You've all witnessed it. Watching sales in those factories decline, layoffs begin to happen, and eventually, the factories, they went on, they closed. The only problem is many of the products they make, they didn't go to funk. You still wear clothes. Right? Production of them, they just went overseas. This is a reckoning that has been in the works for years. Many politicians before president Trump talked about doing something about it, but he had the guts to tackle this, fixing things, and restarting that revival, everybody. It's gonna take some time. So just give it some time. Hang with this.

PSAKI: "There's no question if Russia were to decide to use chemical weapons there would be a severe reaction from the global community." https://t.co/TsSzQ0UWOJ

Video Transcript AI Summary
Following an intense seven-hour session, the US conveyed directly to China the consequences of aligning more closely with Russia. If China were to be an economic provider to Russia, they would only make up 15-20% of the world's economy, while the G7 countries make up more than 50%, giving the US and European partners a range of tools. This meeting, planned as a follow-up to the November call between President Biden and President Xi, was timely and important, especially given the invasion of Ukraine. If Russia were to use chemical weapons, there would be a severe reaction from the global community, the specifics of which would be discussed with partners around the world.

Speaker 0: So beyond that, I think as my colleagues just, just read out for you in a in a call that we delayed the briefing slightly to make sure you could all participate in, it was an intense seven hour session, reflecting the gravity of the moment, and it was an opportunity to be very clear about, what you've heard our national security adviser convey publicly, but more directly about, what the consequences would be. Speaker 1: And, you know, your colleagues have said that your deep concerns were conveyed about what would happen if China were to align more closely with Russia. Just big picture, if China does not heed The US's warnings, if they do move forward with this, how concerned do you that this is inching closer to the world war that the president has been warning of? Speaker 0: Well, I think what we're looking at here, one is if China were to decide to be an economic provider or to take additional steps there to Russia, they only make up 15% or 20 15 to 20% of the world's economy. The g seven countries make up more than 50%. So there are a range of tools at our disposal in coordination, with our European partners should we need to use them. But again, we are, don't have anything to update you on in terms of an assessment. This is obviously an area we're watching closely. While this meeting has been planned for some time as a follow-up from the November call the president the president had with president Xi, it was a timely and important moment to have this conversation, especially given the reports we've seen and and the and the invasion, of course, of Ukraine. Go oh, go ahead. One more. Go ahead. Speaker 1: One more quick follow-up actually to to Jackie's questions about chemical weapons. The president, as you noted, said on Friday that that Russia would pay a severe price. What would that price look like? Are we talking in the realm of more sanctions? Can you give us sort of any big picture about what that would entail? Speaker 0: That would be a conversation that we would have with our partners around the world, but there's no question if Russia were to decide to use chemical weapons, there would be a severe reaction from the global community.

President Trump is prioritizing America by implementing reciprocal tariffs, a concept with bipartisan support. Trump aims to reverse decades of being the "world's ATM," referencing his 1988 concerns about trade imbalances with Japan and other countries not paying their fair share. The US has become overly reliant on adversaries like China, even for essential items like pharmaceuticals. Between 2020 and 2022, US imports of China-based pharmaceuticals grew by 485%. China now owns the American generic drug supply. Trump is implementing discounted reciprocal tariffs, charging China half of what they charge the US. Critics predict economic disaster, but Trump supporters argue these tariffs are essential for long-term independence and are already incentivizing investment in American factories. Critics accuse Trump of promising to lower the high cost of living, but now, quote, crashing the economy. Countering claims that Trump will cut Social Security, supporters say he explicitly stated he would not. The speaker claims the media lies about Trump, while Americans support his actions.

Speaker 0: President Trump has turned the world inside out, upside down, and for good reason. For the first time in a very long time, we have a president who is putting Americans first. A president who is determined to make America wealthy again. Make America independent again. We protect the world. Send billions of aid around the world, and in return, we get ripped off by the world. We are done being the world's ATM. We are done being suckers. Trump's you do to me, I'll do back to you tariffs have been a long time coming. Here he is on the Oprah Winfrey show back in 1988. Speaker 1: And yet we we let Japan come in and dump everything right into our market and everything. It's not free trade. If you ever go to Japan right now and try to sell something, forget about it, Albert. Just forget about it. It's almost impossible. They don't have laws against it. They just make it impossible. They come over here, they sell their cars, their VCRs, they knock the hell out of our companies. And, hey, I have tremendous respect for the Japanese people. I mean, you can respect somebody that's beating the hell out of you, but they are beating the hell out of this country. Kuwait, they live like kings. The poorest person in Kuwait, they live like kings. And yet they're not paying. We make it possible for them to sell their oil. Why aren't they paying us 25% of what they're making? It's a joke. Speaker 0: Yep. And the joke has been on us for decades now. Did you know, by the way, that Trump was a Democrat? There was actually always bipartisan consensus that The United States should implement reciprocal tariffs from Nancy Pelosi to Barack Obama. Speaker 2: How far does China have to go? How much more repression? How big a trade deficit and loss of jobs for the American worker, and how much more dangerous proliferation has to exist before members of this house of representatives will say, I will not endorse the status quo. Speaker 3: We had a tire case in which they were flooding us with cheap domestic tires or or or cheap, Chinese tires. And we put a stop to it, and as a consequence, save jobs throughout America. I have to say that governor Romney criticized me for being too tough in that tire case. Speaker 0: Many democrats have championed this issue of tariffs and reciprocal, you know, you do to me what you what I do to you. For they've been doing this for talking about this for years. You just heard it right there. Even AOCs, BFF, Bernie Sanders, he criticized Republicans for allowing companies to build most of our products overseas. Speaker 4: Further, what they have said is that we need to not worry about manufacturing in America because what we should establish is a policy of unfetted free trade. We don't need tariffs. What we need is to allow corporate America the freedom, the freedom to throw American workers out on the street. Speaker 0: I mean, that's Bernie basically backing up what Trump is saying. I mean, we're tired of being the joke of the world. We have, if you've seen it, we've become more more and more reliant on our adversaries like like China. We saw it clear as day during the pandemic when we couldn't even buy masks or gloves. And guys, it gets even worse than PPE. Between 2020 and 2022, US imports of China based pharmaceuticals grew by 485 from $2,100,000,000 to 10,300,000,000.0. Under Joe Biden, our foes became stronger and richer while The US became weaker and poorer. And we, of course, became more reliant even when it came to our own medicine. The US China commission finding that China owns the American generic drug supply. They own it. Basic thyroid or blood pressure medications might be put into pill form in a lab in India, but the organic compounds, the actual key ingredients that are needed for those drugs, they come from China. And it's China who is buying Russia's oil, now surpassing Saudi Arabia. Pharmaceuticals, drugs, and and cars, oh my. We are truly screwed trajectory of this country, if it continued the way it was going under Democrat rule. And that's what these reciprocal tariffs by by president Trump are all about. Long term independence, long term success of this nation. Speaker 5: So it's 67%. So we're gonna be charging a discounted reciprocal tariff of 34%. Think, in other words, they charge us, we charge them, we charge them less. So how can anybody be upset? They will be because we never charged anybody anything, but now we're gonna charge. Speaker 0: We should have been charging them all along. Trump is you just heard him there. He's charging China half of what they charge us, and yet people are outraged in predicting this economic apocalypse. Markets sharply dropping overnight, futures plummeting, the fallout on your family's wallet. Democrats accuse the president of promising to lower the high cost of living, but now, quote, crashing the economy. Speaker 6: This policy so far in this country have caused chaos, and now they're making disaster actually, more probable. And what he has done is created an environment where our economy is gonna be shaken. And a lot of these people, as we've said already, who are predicting what's gonna happen if he stays this course could be disastrous. Speaker 0: Aren't these the same people who said that Joe Biden was mentally competent and fit and he should run again? I mean, if foreign countries want lower tariffs, then simply put, The United States, we should also get lower tariffs too. Speaker 7: The American dream is not let them eat flat screens. That the if Americans if American families aren't able to afford a home, aren't don't believe that their children will do better than they are. The American dream is not contingent on cheap bubbles they have from China, that it is more than that. And we are focused on affordability, but it's it's mortgages, it's cars, it's real wage gains. Speaker 0: And, you know, it feels scary. It's even unsettling to be a witness and be part of this historic shift. Right? Because when was the last time America really stood up for itself and said to the world, you know what? This is who we are. We're gonna put ourselves first. Take it or leave it. Speaker 8: You're already seeing the evidence that things are getting better. Egg prices are lower. Energy prices are lower. You've got trillions of dollars of new investment coming into the country. That's people who are building factories because they want to avoid the tariffs. Yeah. And that's the exact purpose of president Trump's economic policy. Speaker 0: Friday's job report far surpassed expectations by more than a hundred thousand. This is the left continues to meltdown over the stock market. What what about the fact that 6,000,000 Americans are now late on their mortgage payments? I mean, this is incredible. Where is the outrage over that? Mortgages. If that's the backbone of our economy, not the stock market, not even our four zero one k's, not even tariffs. Yet the fear mongering from the left, of course, with their the media, it it continues. President Trump, they wanna keep that banging that drum that he's the big, bad, orange boogeyman. Yet poll after poll, it shows that Americans support what Trump is doing every step of the way. Do not believe the lies. Do not believe the white woke mob you may have seen marching down the streets yesterday because it's a lie. Because the same media outlets that that are saying that Trump is so bad and he's destroying the economy, they spent 10 times more airtime covering the deportation of an alleged pro Hamas agitator than they did the deportation of that guy right there who who was a top MS thirteen gang leader. They're also the same fake news networks whose hosts also spew lie after lie about president Trump as well as Elon Musk. Speaker 9: He talked about cutting Medicaid, Social Security through Doge, bringing those issues up Actually, he never talked. He explicitly said in Green Bay, he would not cut Social Security. Well, That's exactly what he said. Talked at his rallies. No. No. Other people said about that. But, I was there. I watched them. Okay. He did not say he was gonna cut All Other people at his rallies, who worked for Doge, who worked for Elon Musk's organization, talked about those issues. No. I was at the rally. Not a one of them Speaker 1: said that. Speaker 9: That's what protesters said. But nobody there actually said that. Do you think that there are risks here? There are. People believe the lies that people say about that. Speaker 0: You see that with Scott Walker there, Abby Phillips? She wouldn't even concede that she was lying. She's been they lie to hundreds, millions of people, anybody that still watches them every single night. Imagine being a news anchor and getting fact checked on live TV and she still keeps her job. It's embarrassing. Yet all of the they they just keep doing it because there are no repercussions. No wonder their ratings though are in free fall because people are voting with their remotes. Because what you're witnessing with president Trump, folks, is is peak. I don't give a bleep what you think of me anymore. Right? It's time we had a leader like this. It's time. Because as we speak, Trump, he is holding a master class in the art of a deal. So to all of Trump's critics, when when the market shoots back up, when mortgage interest rates go down, when we see the housing crisis no more, all all the great things that he predicted, when that all happens, even when more manufacturing jobs come back to The US, be prepared to hear a lot of I told you so's.

"The only way to really combat it is to prevent it." Dr. Frank Contacessa sounds the alarm on a deadly, drug-resistant fungus infection in hospitals on "Wake Up America Weekend." @DrFrank273 @Betsy_McCaughey https://t.co/WsOnxxBStI

Video Transcript AI Summary
Candida auris, a drug-resistant fungus, is spreading rapidly in US healthcare systems, with cases increasing from a few dozen in 2016 to over 4,500 in 2024. The CDC has labeled it an urgent problem but has been criticized for not disclosing which hospitals are affected, instead referring to them as "hospital A." While healthy individuals are generally not at high risk, hospitalized and nursing home patients are particularly vulnerable. Some strains are resistant to all available drugs, posing a significant threat to immunocompromised individuals. The CDC's handling of the situation has eroded public trust. Preventing the spread through proper disinfection is crucial, as C. auris can persist on surfaces for weeks and resist standard disinfectants. New technologies like dry hydrogen peroxide systems offer continuous, non-toxic disinfection and can kill C. auris. These systems can be installed in HVAC systems to disinfect both the air and surfaces.

Speaker 0: A deadly fungus is spreading among US health care systems with no signs of slowing down. In fact, it's increasing by huge multiples. It's called Candida auris or some people just say C. Auris. It's a drug resistant fungus that was first identified in The US in 2016. But since then, the number of cases have increased very rapidly, jumping to four thousand five hundred and fourteen in 2024. So for more on this, we welcome in internist at CustomCare Medical, doctor Frank Contecessa. Good morning, Frank. Speaker 1: Morning, Betsy. How are you? Speaker 0: Good to have you here. So the CDC has labeled this problem urgent, but my beef is that the CDC, which I, as I mentioned, I called the Centers for Disaster and Confusion, has done so little to stop the spread of this fungus from just a handful of hospitals in New York and New Jersey to now over half the states in The US. And one of the reasons is that when they issue a report about this fungus, they call the site of the fungus hospital a. In other words, they won't tell the public which hospitals are struggling with this deadly fungus, which has a mortality rate of roughly fifty percent. Your thoughts. Speaker 1: Well, Betsy, that's true. And this is a rising concern. This particular fungus has actually doubled every year since 2016 from, as you said, a few dozen cases to now over forty five hundred. Just from a a national point of view, nobody needs to panic at this point because if you're healthy and, you had contact with this fungus, your immune system's gonna keep this in check. This is risk for hospitalized people and people in, places like, nursing homes and lawn care facilities. As for the reporting goes, you know, it's unusual because we usually have to report, hospitals get a report where you can actually look up that hospital and see what kind of infections have been spread in that hospital. So why they're doing it with this particular infection? I think it's because it's becoming resistant to a lot of treatments. So the concern is that, you know, we have a limited number of medications to treat infections like this, and some of these strains are actually resistant to all of the drugs. So if you're immunocompromised and you get this infection, there's really very little we can do about it, And I think they're trying to avoid panic. Whether that's the right thing to do or not, who who can say? But we we should have a right to know what our hospitals are are being infected with. Speaker 0: Well, that's right. In fact, in one case, a hospital in the Chicago area had an outbreak of C. Auris in the neonatal intensive care unit. One baby died. Three were sickened, but one died. Of course, any pregnant woman going into the hospital to give birth would wanna know whether C. Auris is rampaging through that hospital. Correct? Speaker 1: Absolutely. Absolutely. I'm hopeful. You know, as you said, the CDC has lost a lot of faith in people after the the way that COVID was handled. I know that I don't really trust what the CDC says anymore, but I hope that RFK junior will make some changes that will improve things, and I'm really hopeful for that. Speaker 0: I am too, and particularly that the CDC focuses on the much bigger problem of hospital infections overall, which kill a hundred thousand people in this country every year. That's more than from breast cancer and auto accidents combined. Right? That should be a major focus of the CDC. Speaker 1: That's right. And, you know, the population that you're talking about are at risk. So, you know, we really should be taking the measures to do that because infection control a a a resistant infection like this, the only way to really combat it is to prevent it. So the hospitals that are are having problems with this, we need to send in teams. They need to be taught how to properly disinfect because this particular Candida auris can live on surfaces for weeks, and it can also be resistant to the typical disinfectants that are used to clean surfaces. Speaker 0: Right. Speaker 1: So if you can if you can target those particular hospitals where, you know, it's still very limited, we need to go in there and teach these people how to clean properly and do proper prevention. Speaker 0: I'm so glad you underscored that because, in fact, there are new technologies such as dry hydrogen peroxide that can automatically, continuously, and nontoxically disinfect hospital rooms, including a kill rate against Candida auris well over ninety percent. So if hospitals install these systems in the HVAC, they can actually beat this nasty bug and the more common household, infections like MRSA and C. Diff that we hear about all the time. Speaker 1: You're absolutely right. And that technology is very exciting. Interestingly, an old patient of mine when I used to practice in New York was one of the inventors of that technology. But it is very exciting. This is something that you can actually attach, as you said, to the, air conditioning system that continuously puts out, particles of ions basically of peroxide, which can disinfect the air, go out and actually disinfect the surfaces without actually having to physically clean them. So that might be, something hopeful on the horizon. Speaker 0: And for more information, come to hospitalinfection.org for all of the information on C. Auris and other infections and how to protect yourself. Doctor. Frank Contecessa, thank you so much.

"Activist judges," @CarlHigbie points out — and apparently a "random staffer controlling an autopen" — have been running the country. As President Trump reverses lawfare waged against him, now declaring Biden's pardons "void" on the grounds of the prior president knowing "nothing about them," Higbie calls on Republicans to "actually solve the root problem here."

Video Transcript AI Summary
Trump declared Biden's pardons "void" because they were allegedly signed via autopen without Biden's knowledge or mental competence. Trump's action aims to challenge Biden's competence and potentially force a cognitive test. Trump's move also targets the January 6th committee, suggesting its members may have committed crimes related to deleted evidence, and that their pardons could be challenged. Critics accuse Trump of being obsessed with the January 6th committee. The speaker argues for reciprocal action against the left, citing examples like the Mar-a-Lago appraisal and changes to New York's statute of limitations. The speaker references Biden's past statements against pardoning his son Hunter, suggesting a possible disconnect. They also criticize figures like Fauci and General Milley. Speaker Johnson is cited as an example of Biden's alleged lack of awareness regarding executive actions. The speaker advocates for challenging double standards and holding activist judges accountable.

Speaker 0: Let's go. Finally, the White House has decided to fight fire with fire. Trump went and got a legal opinion that I'm pretty sure, I don't know, like, agreed with 70% of Americans, that they thought that Joe Biden had nothing to do with the back half of his presidency. Trump came out and said, yeah, Biden's pardons are pretty much null and void. Truthing out, quote, these pardons that sleepy Joe Biden gave to the unselected committee of pop political thugs and many others are hereby declared void, vacant, and of no further force or effect because of the fact that they were done by auto pen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them. But, and this is the very important legal part, he went on. More importantly, he, meaning Biden, did not know anything about them. The necessary pardoning documents were not explained to or approved by Biden. He knew nothing about them. This is the key. We know that Biden was not mentally there, despite the media's best effort to cover it up. That they by the way, they're all throwing him under the bus now to write books about it. Even Jake Tapper is literally writing a book about a decline in Biden that he helped cover up. Caroline Leavitt absolutely bodied Caitlin Collins from CNN today, basically saying, hey. Maybe you should have asked these questions while Biden was in office spilling oatmeal on his shirt with the auto pen running the country, but you didn't. Speaker 1: About his consent. Is on the record talking about issuing preemptive pardons to these people. But was he aware of the of his signature being used on every single pardon? That's a question you should ask the Biden Is there any evidence on that that he wasn't aware of it? You're a reporter. You should find out, Sean. Speaker 0: Weird noble concept. Hey. If reporters had actually asked the questions that they seem to all now know for a fact, we wouldn't have to litigate this. But here we are. And because we are, this is what I've been saying. Just start doing stuff. See what sticks. That's what the left did to Trump. Let's challenge this. I I can see how this court case goes. I imagine that somewhere in the discovery phase, they will have to prove Biden's competence. Maybe even order a new cognitive test, put him under oath, and ask him the details of these pardons. Right? I mean, was only, what, two months ago? Should be no problem. Right? If he if he was fit enough to pardon that many people, I feel like a president should remember basically his last act as the president. Right? You would think. And this is going to be a real litmus test. Trump is essentially asserting that Biden was a vegetable and had nothing to do with these pardons, and they were initiated by some random staffer. You look at the defense of this too. The same people saying that Trump is using the legal authority of this office to declassify documents was not legit. The Those are the same people that are saying the auto pen of a president who couldn't hold a press conference was legit. I mean, it's like the complete irony here. But the second part of Trump's post has the left in panic mode. He went on in his truth and said, quote, the people that did or that did may have committed a crime he's talking about those who got the pardon. Therefore, those on the unselect committee who destroyed and deleted all evidence obtaining to their two year witch hunt of me and many other innocent people should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact that they were probably responsible for the documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the worst president in our country, crooked Joe Biden. Like, this is genius. Just start prosecuting them. Like, there was never a pardon. J6 Committee, produce the evidence you garnered. Oh, you don't have it? You deleted it? Oh, okay. Pam Bondi charged them. What's their defense? Oh, we were pardoned. Were you? Yeah. We're challenging that. Now they have to litigate if the pardon was legit, and people like crying Adam Kinzinger is trying to play cool as a cucumber, but you can see him sweating. Speaker 2: So I just saw that Trump is, like, threatening the January 6 committee again. Listen. This dude knows. He knows that this is, like, the thing that embarrasses him. He won't admit it embarrasses him because he's trying to, like, pretend like he didn't do anything. He's obsessed. He's more obsessed with, like, me and Liz Cheney than his freaking golf score. Speaker 0: This is panic mode. These people staked everything on Trump not making it back into the position that he's currently in now, and he is Trump is very serious about making sure this never happens to anyone ever again. Forget retribution or revenge. I call it justice, but it's none of that. It's making sure it doesn't happen to you and I. Look. The left just did whatever they wanted when it came to getting him. They appraised Mar A Lago at $18,000,000 after they raided it, by the way, prosecuting him for a crime that the would be victim, the bank, was absolutely thrilled about the transit. There was no victim, and they prosecuted him anyway. Sexual assault claims. New York literally changed the law in order to remove the statute of limitations to prosecute Trump. These people were relentless. Forget all the stuff they did to him while he was in office, like the bogus Russian collusion. Forget that. You start putting people under oath, and this whole narrative that the left was, like, trying to put out that this was some somehow, like, an over virtuous mission to save democracy or whatever they try to lie about, this is totally gonna fall apart. And people are going to go to jail, which is what I voted for. It just I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. I actually don't even believe he knew about his son Hunter, to be honest. Maybe he did. I don't know. But maybe Jill Biden pushed for this pardon and be to keep him from blowing up the entire Biden syndicate. Who knows? But I would refer you to when Joe Biden said multiple times that he would not pardon his son Hunter. Speaker 1: Does the president, have any intention of pardoning him? We've been asked that question multiple times. Our answer stands, which is no. And have you ruled out a pardon for your son? Yes. From a presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son? No. I'm not gonna do anything. I said I said I abide by the jury decision. I will do that, and I will not pardon him. Speaker 3: It's still it's still a no. It's still a no. Speaker 1: It will always be a no. Speaker 3: It's still a no. Speaker 1: It will be a no. It it is a no, and I don't have anything else to add. Will he pardon his son? No. Speaker 0: Man, I do not miss that woman at all. She was terrible. But, look, if you take Joe at his word, which many Democrats did, he may not have signed this pardon. It's a legitimate argument. But you have a ton of people that are, rightfully so, in really deep trouble, and I hope they should be. January 6 committee, doctor Anthony Fauci, that guy just ruined the country. General Mark Milley, that guy went around. The president's back. President Trump's back and told the Chinese, an adversary of ours, that he would warn them if Trump ever took any action. Are you kidding me? Make him serve out the remainder of Jeffrey Dahmer's nine hundred year sentence for all I care. That's criminal. That's treason. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Biden probably didn't even know about any of these people get any of these people getting a pardon. I I bet they were pardoned by the same people who were running the country, the same people who were giving those orders and knew if those folks were ever charged, the ones who were pardoned, they knew their entire house of cards would come crumbling down, and Trump calls BS. And if you need any more convincing that this was pretty much the case across everything in the last two years, like, I'll be generous. I I could say four, but we'll just let call it the last two years. Speaker Johnson called this out too. Remember? Speaker 4: Sir, why did you pause LNG exports to Europe? He looks at me stunned with this, and he said, I didn't I didn't do that. And I said, mister president, you yes. You did. It was an executive order. Oh, you talk about natural gas. Yes, sir. He said, no. No. I you misunderstand. He said, what I did is I signed this thing to we're gonna we're gonna conduct a study on the effects of LNG. I said, no. You're not, sir. You paused it. I know. I I have the terminal, the export terminal in my state. I talked to those people this morning. You're this is doing massive damage to our economy, national security. It occurred to me, Barry, he was not lying to me. He genuinely did not know what he had signed. And I walked out of that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, we're in serious trouble. Who is running the country? Speaker 0: Yeah. You gotta put your foot down. If we don't challenge this, we can't root out any of these double standards, then then democracy doesn't actually matter. Because this country is being run by activist judges and unelected judges, by the way, and some random staffer controlling an auto pen. And while he's doing this, we we we need to start taking action on these judges. Don't just, like, get these things overturned. Okay? Let's actually solve the root problem here. Republicans do this all the time. They fight the fight at hand, and then they win sometimes. Don't address the actual reason we had to have the fight in the first place. How many times have we had the president's agenda stopped by one of these activist judges overturned or stayed or modified or whatever? And not one of these people have had any action taken against them. Get rid of these people. To quote Uncle Ben from Spider Man, great power comes with great responsibility. If these judges wanna issue an order that stops a president's act an elected president's action, you better make sure you're right. And if you're wrong, you should be removed from the bench. If these libs and these activist judges know that there's consequences, maybe they won't do it anymore. Speaker 5: He loves the constitution. He fights for what's right. He hates the bad guys. He's a freedom warrior. He's your freedom warrior. Watch Carl Higbee every weekday on Newsmax.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Sebastian Gorka discusses the defense of alleged "Aragua gang members," questioning why anyone would side with "foreign nationals who are rapists, murderers, child traffickers." He argues that cartel members are bad, America should have borders, and killing terrorists is good. Gorka claims that over 10,000 Americans were killed in one year due to illicit drugs flowing across the border, mostly fentanyl, which he equates to a war, justifying President Trump's use of the enemy aliens act. Gorka states that the Houthi rebels in Yemen are a terror group and that the US sent a clear message by responding to their actions. He says that US vessels had been fired upon more than 40 times and no American ship had been allowed to pass through that sea lane for the last year. He asserts that Trump dealt "death to the jihadis" after winning a golf tournament. He adds that the Houthis are capable because of Iran, and the message to Iran is to stop arming those proxies or face consequences.

Speaker 0: Alright. Sebastian Gorka is Trump's senior director for counterterrorism, and he joins us now from the White House. Good to see you, sir. The left and the media have have found a new charity case. They keep doing this. The poor innocent trendy Aragua gang members are now in need of their full defense. Speaker 1: It's truly stunning. Look. I'm a government official now, so I'm not gonna make political statements. But what kind of individual of any political color is on the side of the foreign nationals who are rapists, murderers, child traffickers? It it beggars belief. You you don't have to like the fact that my boss won 77,000,000 votes in the November election, but can't we agree on some things like cartel members are bad, that America should have borders and that killing terrorists is a good thing? It shouldn't be controversial, should it, Rob? Speaker 0: It's it's not it's not in in in the minds of most Americans, but as as we have seen time and time again, they keep finding these really low margin issues and deciding to fight on the wrong side of them, and it's it's it's amazing to watch. They've done this over and over again for the last several weeks. The the opponents of this, the ones that are complaining, are are saying that it is ridiculous to use the wartime enemies act in this situation. They they you know, they're saying that we are not at war with the country that these gang members came from, and this is ridiculous. And this and this is all in the courts now, and we're gonna see updates just like we saw today. There's gonna be it's gonna move from one way to the other. What do you what do you say to that to that contention that this is that this is not right? Speaker 1: 110,000 dead is what I say. When when I had the honor, the pleasure of having a TV show on Newsmax, Rob, when I was one of your colleagues, I decided for one of my episodes just to do the math on the back of an envelope. And I added up all those who were killed in action wearing the cloth of the republic since the cessation of World War two. So every soldier, airman, marine who died in Vietnam, in Korea, in Gulf 1, in Gulf 2, in Afghanistan. The total in seventy five years was a 3,000. That's the total. In one year of Biden, thanks to these organizations, thanks to these cartels, more than a 10,000 Americans were killed by the illicit drugs, mostly fentanyl, flowing across the border. So, if that's not a definition of war, more Americans dying in one calendar year than in seventy five years of combat, then I don't know what it is. And that's why president Trump is justified in using the enemy aliens act and every other tool of statecraft to finally secure America and protect our women, our children, and all those who wish to live here legally and as citizens. Speaker 0: You handle counterterrorism. The the Houthi rebels in Yemen are a terror group. They learned a lot about this White House over the weekend. We have images of the president down in Palm Beach fresh off the golf course kinda watching this all go down. I think the message was sent pretty loudly to The Middle East that America is no longer run by very weak apologists for this country like it has been for the last four years. Speaker 1: A very clear message was sent. If you haven't read the viewers, the president's truth social post, just after we initiated that counterterrorism, response, that defensive measure, you should. Why? Well, the fact is that there was no freedom of shipping. The sea lanes were held hostage by a bunch of terrorists. US vessels had been fired upon more than a 40 times. Not one American ship had been allowed to pass through that sea lane for the last year. That hurts us in terms of our national economy, free trade, and the global economy, and president Trump is not having it. And that's what he did what he did on Saturday. After he won that golf tournament, he came in, put on the headphones, and as a real commander in chief, he dealt death to the jihadis. Speaker 0: And it it seemed as as far as as we can tell, we don't have a lot of specifics about what was hit and how successful this operation was, but it did some heavy work. Right? Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely. And it sent a very clear message that last sentence from the president's post that we know why the Houthis are so capable. We know why they're launching missiles and drones against civilian shipping and also US military aircraft and vessels because of Iran. And the message to Iran was, you better stop it now. Stop arming those proxies or you will pay the ultimate penalty as well. Speaker 0: How how embarrassing that this was ignored for so many years by the last administration that we just that we just allowed this. No wonder the world thinks that they can walk all over this country. That's the way we've been run. Sebastian Gorka from the White House. Thank you so much. We appreciate it. Speaker 1: God bless. Thank you, Rob. Speaker 0: You know, everybody's reporting the same stories, the same spin. You turn the channel, it's always the same. But not us. We're different. We report the real news. No spin, just the facts. Turn to us, and you won't turn back. Speaker 1: Tune in to Rob Schmidt tonight on Newsmax.

"Please understand that if you have someone that takes away a child's innocence, that they are essentially murdering that person's soul." Rep. Anna Paulina Luna talks about her new bill that would give pedophiles the death penalty. @RobFinnertyUSA https://t.co/Ly9cZE0i4b

Video Transcript AI Summary
I've reintroduced a bill to impose the death penalty on convicted pedophiles and child sexual predators in certain states. It outrages me that some colleagues don't support this, hiding behind Supreme Court arguments. These criminals rob children of their innocence, murdering their souls. I hope my colleagues reflect and support this bill, which President Trump would likely sign. The US is a top country for child sex trafficking and pornography. This isn't about targeting the LGBT community, but if you're a pedophile, this applies to you. I agree with the decision to move the inauguration indoors due to the polar vortex. I urge visitors to stay and enjoy the festivities. Also, artificial food dyes like red dye number three, which is now banned, target children and should be removed entirely.

Speaker 0: Congresswoman, it's great to see you. Speaker 1: Nice to see you again too. Speaker 0: You just reintroduced a bill where convicted pedophiles and child sexual predators would get the death penalty in certain states. You're, quote, the days of inaction against those who prey on children and sexually abused adults are over. Pedophiles deserve the death penalty. They deserve to rot in jail where they belong. No mercy. No escape. Two out of three bills would require the death sentence. Do you expect this to pass? Speaker 1: You know, I'd be surprised if it doesn't, but you I wanna just voice my concern on this. When I first introduced this before president Trump had really mentioned it on the campaign trail, I was really shocked at the level of, my colleagues actually did not want to support this, and they hid behind the death penalty and really forcing the Supreme Court to argue this. And what I would say to those people is if we have a truly free and fair society and we use children and innocence as a marker on whether or not our justice system is functioning, please understand that if you have someone that takes away a child's innocence, that they're essentially murdering that person's soul, those people never recover. And so I would hope that my colleagues can really truly, reflect deeply on what their convictions are, that they will support this. And I think after talking to president Trump, I think that he wouldn't have an issue signing something like this into law, especially because he made similar statements on the campaign trail. Speaker 0: No. It's such a good point, Anna. They have to bear that cross for the rest of their lives. And I'll just a couple headlines. This is The New York Times. Pedophilia, a disorder, not a crime. The New York Times, again, the emerging psychology of pedophiles. And how about this for a book? A long dark shadow for minor attracted people and their dignity. Minor attracted people. Why would anyone try to normalize this criminal behavior? Speaker 1: You know, it's it's, I think, a more sadistic and dark thing that we really are facing as a country because, you know, The United States is one of the top countries in the world for child sex trafficking and then also child pornography. But I wanna point out that after I leftist were saying that I was somehow going to be going after LGBT members, and frankly, it's not true. The only thing that you would have to worry about is if you are a pedophile, yes, this applies to you. Speaker 0: I'm with you. The inauguration was just moved indoors. Haven't seen that happen in a long time. Was that the right move? Speaker 1: You know, it's going to be freezing. They're saying that there's a polar vortex coming down, to hit Washington. And so I understand president Trump's concerns. You know, I'm sure that there's a lot of people who've come in town. It doesn't necessarily mean they have to leave the city. There's going to be a ton going on this weekend. And obviously, being here during such a historical time, I would advise everyone, don't go home, keep your tickets, and, you know, enjoy the festivities of the city and what we have to offer. But I think it was overall the right call. Yes. Speaker 0: Yeah. I think and for security reasons, I've been thinking about it all day. I just I'm I'm happier that it's indoor. I wanna talk to you about this. I know that you are a new mom. I've got children. The FDA just banned red dye number three in all food, drinks, and medicine here in The US. And to me, that's the Bobby Kennedy effect right there. He's been calling for this for years. It causes cancer. It's banned in Europe. My question, why wait until 2027, '2 more years to implement this? Why not just do it immediately? Speaker 1: You know, we actually when I first got into congress, we started the legislation for this. We were told that we were going to face adversity on the farm bill if we introduce these pieces of legislation. So I actually had stuff focusing on parabens, so, and also red 40 as well as a number of other dyes that are artificial known to cause autism, sterility, all of that. You know, frankly, they shouldn't just stop at red number three. It's really weird that they're adding that in our food and it's largely targeting young children. And so I would say, dear Kellogg's, please remove that before we force you to. Speaker 0: Yeah. Absolutely. Ron DeSantis just picked Florida attorney general Ashley Moody to replace Marco Rubio. Take a listen. So that is why today I'm proud to announce that I am selecting our attorney general Ashley Moody to serve as our next US senator. Alright. So you know I lived down in Florida, right in your area for a long time. Love it. Miss it. Wish I was there now, actually. I don't get this. So DeSantis is out in 2026. I'm hearing today that Byron Donalds wants to run-in '26. Is Ashley Moody gonna run again, or is she just a placeholder? Speaker 1: I actually don't know. I actually have had the privilege of meeting, meeting AG Moody a few times on my own campaign trail, and, obviously, she's from the Tampa Bay area. But I actually don't know. I did just recently hear, though, about Byron Donald's intention to run for governor. And so I was teasing that, I think, earlier this year. I actually jokingly call him governor Donald. Obviously, Byron is in a MAGA, MAGA persona and someone that I think would do great for the state of Florida, but I haven't heard too many other names for running for governor. And, frankly, I know that the landscape in Florida is increasingly changing, especially being that we just saw some of our star talent raptured literally to the White House. And so I look forward to those, special elections that are going to be taking place really soon. And looking forward to see how the landscape in Florida really pans out in the next couple of years. Speaker 0: I am too. I wanna ask you about the Tampa Bay area. LA is a woke, DEI, mismanaged disaster. We saw that play out last week. Would you support the Olympics moving, the summer twenty twenty six Olympics, moving out of Los Angeles and moving to we always hear Miami, but I actually think the Tampa Bay Speaker 1: in Tampa. Speaker 0: I think it's better set up with Saint Pete in Tampa and the new, the Rays' new stadium going in. Would you support something like that? Because California is a disaster. Speaker 1: Yeah. Most certainly. I actually already made the public call and request for the Olympics to move it to Tampa. I would love to be a part of that host committee for Tampa Bay, not to mention we have some of the prettiest beaches in the world. I'm sure Matt Gates could argue that all day long with the Panhandle, but we have some incredible beaches in Saint Petersburg and the Clearwater area, and so we'd love to have them. Speaker 0: Yeah. Saint Pete Beach, Passagrille, the Don Cesar. That that that is Don't Speaker 1: burn the spot. Speaker 0: Yes. Exactly. So listen. Every Friday, I've had this gentleman on named doctor Steven Greer, and he's been talking about this alien disclosure. I wanna play you a sound bite. This is you, during a hearing talking about UFOs and UAPs. Let's listen. Speaker 1: Different government agencies from the military stating that UAPs are real, and then you have this aspect of technological advancements. For us, it is a national security issue to ensure that we know what's happening, but also too, I think it's silly from a mathematical perspective and also a religious perspective to think that human beings are the only creation that God did create. Speaker 0: Alright. So you were on the committee. I saw one of these drones. This is not a drone. This thing was not I've never seen any technology like this. I I got it on my cell phone. What's going on? What what can you tell us? Speaker 1: Look. I'm looking forward to the confirmation of Marco Rubio because as you know, the UAP investigations were not just bipartisan, but they are bicameral, meaning that it was both the house and the senate. And so from my perspective, you know, if you would have even addressed this ten to fifteen years ago, you would have been called nuts, a conspiracy theorist, and you probably would have kissed your political career goodbye. Speaker 0: Right. Speaker 1: I can tell you that regardless of where I'm at in the country, the number one, thanks and question that I actually get, is on my UAP investigations. But it doesn't just stop there. You know, since we conducted and launched these investigations via house oversight and I am a sitting member on oversight, we actually had many people reach out saying or claiming that they had information. I'm going based off of the releases and declassified information directly from the Pentagon as well as credible sourcing from witnesses that we've been able to discuss directly. And what I can tell you is you have to be careful of the disinformation, but there's definitely something out there. And so people joke that I'm the scully of the x files in Congress, but I would just say I'm doing my job. Speaker 0: Yeah. We went from we went from tinfoil hats to disclosure. Hope to see you on Monday. Ana Paulina Luna, congresswoman in Florida. Speaker 1: Thank you Speaker 0: so much. Appreciate it.

BREAKING NEWS: New FCC chair Brendan Carr has reversed the dismissal of complaints against ABC, NBC, and CBS regarding unfair media coverage of President Donald Trump. @alana_austin https://t.co/h6usk971we

Video Transcript AI Summary
Welcome back to National Report. Breaking news from the new FCC chair, Brendan Carr, reveals that President Trump's complaints against NBC, ABC, and CBS can now proceed. Carr has reversed the previous dismissal of these complaints, which include issues related to the coverage of the presidential election and a controversial 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris. The complaints against these networks will be actively reviewed, while the complaint against Fox has been dropped. Former FCC chair Jessica Rosenworcel could have prevented this reversal had she acted sooner. We have reached out to CBS, ABC, and NBC for comments but have not received a response yet. This development raises questions about media fairness in covering the Trump administration.

Speaker 0: Welcome back to National Report. We continue to follow the breaking news of the day coming from the new FCC chair, a Republican Brendan Carr. We're learning that president Trump's complaints against unfair airtime on NBC, ABC, and CBS News can now proceed. Speaker 1: And that means that these can be adjudicated if they do find some wrongdoing here. So let's get out to Alana Austin, who is gonna be following this for us here today. Alana, what is what what's your takeaway from this here? Speaker 2: Hi. Good morning. A new sheriff is in town. I believe that you said that just a few minutes ago. Certainly, we heard over the elections that there were concerns from voters about fairness and integrity to the system, about the media coverage. And we have learned through a source familiar that the new FCC chair, he has reversed the decision by the outgoing democratic chair of the FCC to dismiss complaints against several television networks. So Brendan Carr is now officially in charge of the FCC. He's reversing that 11th hour dismissal of presidential election complaints filed against ABC, NBC, and CBS, but not one against Fox. So that one is dropped. The CBS complaint involved the heavily edited 60 minutes interview with then vice president Kamala Harris, as well as demands to see the transcript. Now critics said these edits were deceptive and resulted in the democratic presidential candidate seeing a more flattering response on the US Israeli relationship. The ABC case in question involved the network's handling of the presidential debate and allegations that it was unfairly one-sided. The NBC complaint involved equal time rules as those regulations might have been applied to Harris's appearance on Saturday night live. The complaints against ABC, CBS, and NBC still can be adjudicated on their merits, and they will be live again with the FCC. Now a source familiar tells Newsmax that chairman Brendan Carr will put the ABC, NBC, and CBS cases back into pending or active status. The source also says the former democratic FCC chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel could have prevented the FCC from reversing course here if she had acted on this issue just a few weeks earlier. That could have prevented the new chair from reaching back and overturning the dismissals. In a statement issued just last Thursday though, Rosenworcel alleged that the complaints were attempts to weaponize the government over its licensing powers. Now the complaint against Fox was over 2020 presidential results that will not be brought back at this time. Now we reached out recently to representatives at CBS, ABC, and NBC, but we have not yet heard back at this hour. We will update you as soon as we receive a reaction from any of those 3 networks. Speaker 0: Alright. Alana Austin live for us from the Capitol with those details. Alana, thank you very much. We'll be watching to see what this means for fairness when it comes to these networks covering the Trump administration. Just think, they have an opportunity to write this course Right. When it comes to how you deter how you cover the president Trump and his executive orders and why he's making the decisions here. Speaker 1: Brandon Carr has said he they have to live up to their public interest and obligation to providing fair coverage, and this might be the first step in that and a and a warning shot to these the legacy media. We talk about it all the time. CBS, ABC, NBC. These are ones that have a big platform, a big audience. And for, Trump has argued this since 2016 that they've been unfairly covering him. We'll wait to see how these cases play out, how they're adjudicated. Information. Truth. Is freedom. Is Newsmax. It's real news for real people.

"It's time to put it on the floor and impeach Joe Biden." Rep. Mark Alford calls for President Joe Biden to be impeached after pardoning his son Hunter. @RepMarkAlford @EmmaRechenberg @Glasgow_Jon https://t.co/WUnM9utDZW

Video Transcript AI Summary
Thanks for having me. This president has diminished the office and is unworthy of respect. He’s a liar and a criminal, with millions funneled back to the Biden family, particularly regarding Ukraine. Biden's recent pardon of his son Hunter contradicts his earlier claims that no one is above the law. He abandoned allies in Afghanistan and caused chaos in our economy, allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the country. It’s time to consider impeachment. The timing of the pardon seems like an attempt to cover up wrongdoing. This administration is deeply corrupt, and the evidence of bribery is substantial. The current bureaucracy needs a thorough cleaning, and Trump’s upcoming cabinet choices aim to address this mess.

Speaker 0: Well, John and Emma, thanks for having me on. You know, I've always thought that we should respect the office of the president, but this president is not worthy of that respect. He has diminished. He has demeaned the office. In fact, he and his family are are so full of slime that Nickelodeon is going to sue for trademark infringement. This big guy is a liar. He is a crook, a criminal. 1,000,000 of dollars have been funneled back to the Biden crime family for 100 activity and influence, particularly in Ukraine, and now the head of the Biden crime family is pardoning his son. We know that president Biden lied when he said in May of this year and many times that no one is above the law and that he would not pardon his son Hunter, But he lied. And we all know he lied. We all know he would end up doing this. But then again, I had little respect for this president to begin with. He abandoned our friends and allies in Afghanistan, left 13 service members there to die on the walls of Abbey Gate. He he threw our our economy into chaos during his presidency. He never apologized to those gold star families, by the way. He wrecked our economy. He allowed the 12,000,000 or so illegal aliens into our great nation. You just heard Tom Homan talking about that, the work it's going to take to try to write that. Look. This president is way out of touch with reality, and, I I think it's time. Although we did try to impeach him, it went through the committee process and failed in September. I think it's time to put it on the floor and impeach Joe Biden. Speaker 1: Congressman, what do you make of the time of this pardon? It's about 10 years, maybe 11. Does that is it an admission of guilt that of what they were doing? I mean, he's pardoning him on these crimes that he's currently facing, but there's a lot of allegations about what happened, overseas. And this it covers his time with Burisma. But, also, what does this say about his does this tarnish president Biden's reputation? Because, you know, he said he wasn't gonna do this. He lied as you just mentioned. What does it do to his reputation as well? Speaker 0: I don't know if it's so much about his reputation. It's about CYA, and you know what the a stands for. He is trying to cover as much of his family's a as humanly possible. And I don't think this is gonna be the last part. And he still has his brother to deal with, and he may end up pardoning himself. This is a Biden crime family that is deep in it, deep in the corruption, and and bribery, 1,000,000 of dollars that we have proven through committees that has flown into the Biden crime family, over the years. The really the slime and sludge and the grit and the grind of the deep state in this administration, this ineffective bureaucracy, is about to be flushed clean. And I think you see that with the janitorial staff that Trump is putting together right now. The men and women, he is choosing to be in his cabinet to disinfect this entire sick and sad mess. Yeah.

Speaker 0: We've all seen the video, and we've all been wondering about this case. What could possibly have justified this shooting? I see no justification. And who is the cop who shot her? Why did they keep that from us? Well, finally, it has been unveiled, not by the US Capitol Police, but by NBC News. And there he is. Lieutenant Michael Byrd has come forward to speak, finally, about this case. He is the Capitol Hill police officer who shot Ashley Babbitt. I am joined now by Aaron Babbitt who is married to Ashley Babbitt. Aaron, a good friend of Newsmax. And Aaron, welcome back. I know you've known this name for a long time, but what do you why do you think he came public now? Made himself known officially? Speaker 1: You know, I don't I don't really know, Greg. I had my suspicions, you know, when it first came out that it was possibly gonna be a distraction from the dumpster fire going off in, Afghanistan right now, but seems like ISIS said hold my beer on that one. I was wanting to say I too am a, proud, you know, proud, member of the Marine Corps, you know, the that legacy. So like you, to lose those 11 marines in that dock today is just tragic. And now I gotta watch this and it'll be later tonight. So we'll see if my TV survives tonight. Speaker 0: It was a tough day for marines, marine. And, well, look, actually, if you're okay with it, we're on the East Coast. You're on the West Coast. We recorded the interview. It just happened on NBC News. We have it. We're gonna hear his voice for the first time if that's okay with you. Are you ready? Speaker 1: That's fine. I actually read it. Yeah. I read it in its entirety, so I'm prepared. Speaker 0: Alright. You've you've read the transcript and, now we're gonna see and hear him and he'll tell his story. Try to. Let's go. This is the shooter of your late wife, Ashley Babbitt, Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd. Speaker 2: Were you afraid that day? Speaker 3: I was very afraid. Speaker 2: What are you hearing on your radio? Speaker 3: I'm hearing about the breaches of different, barricaded areas, officers being overrun, officers being down. Speaker 2: Did you ever hear a call or a report of shots fired during any of this? Speaker 3: As a matter of fact, I did. There was reports of shots fired through the house main door onto the floor of the chamber. Speaker 0: So far neither here nor there. Any impressions, of him? Speaker 1: I don't have much of a impression of him. This was a soft guided handheld well rehearsed interview. We we all know that. But I did pick up 3 things out of, you know, when I briefly read that. One, he says that he couldn't fully see your hands, but I did also didn't know what was in her backpack. Her hands were first, dude. So you couldn't see her hands, but you're worried about her backpack. Again, you know, he says he was screaming and yelling. His his throat hurt so bad from yelling commands to stop. But he says he couldn't understand what people were saying on the other side of the door. So how would they expect to understand what you're saying if you're yelling? And then take it a step further. Take your damn mask off. If if you he's more worried about COVID than shooting my wife. If if this is a life or death situation, you're about to use your firearm, take your mask off. She could have been deaf. You never know. You have no idea. At that point in time, take your mask off and voice voice your, Speaker 0: Say it. Say it so you can be heard. You can't pull the trigger without issuing a warning, and I did not hear one. Listen, you've read it. Quite frankly, I I I have not seen the transcript. Here's, here's more of, Michael Byrd, the shooter of Ashley. Speaker 3: I was taking a tactical stance. You're ultimately hoping that your commands will be complied with, and, unfortunately, they were not. When you fired, what what Speaker 2: could you see? Where were you aiming? You're taught to aim for Speaker 3: a center match. The subject was sideways and I could not see her full motion of her hands or anything. So I guess her movement, you know, caused the, discharge to to fall where it did. Speaker 2: And what did you think this individual was doing at that at that moment? Speaker 3: She was posing a threat. Speaker 0: Posing a threat how? How? I I I I don't think I don't know if Lester pressed him on that. Speaker 1: He didn't. Why would he? Why would he? He said and there's another part of it was that, he had no idea what was on the other side of that door, but he still shot. If I work for this if I work for this guy, I'd be terrified to be around him. Speaker 0: He shouldn't have a gun. And by the way, I I understand that he's been losing his gun, throughout his career. He may have been disciplined for that. There's more from this interview. Speaker 2: As I said, your name is has been on the Internet for some time in an in an unofficial way. A lot of rumors, a lot of accusations, one of which is that you had some sort of political motive. You were you were a political operative. Speaker 3: I do my job for Republican, for Democrat, for white, for black, red, blue, green. Speaker 0: You're convinced, by the way, that this is the shooter. Right? I mean, Speaker 1: you Speaker 0: talked about the Internet. This is the guy. This is the guy. Speaker 1: Yeah. That's him. Speaker 0: Alright. Says he does it for both sides. It's kind of the thing to say, like you said, you know, it's been 7 months, he's crying. What'd you make of the tears? That's why I was wondering if he was going to cry. All these cops, they seem to cry lately. Speaker 1: They all cry. Yeah. Speaker 0: In these public settings. There's something kinda, I think, made up about it. Speaker 1: Well, he's he's complaining that, you know, he's getting threats. Join the club, bud. I've been getting them since January 7th, and the only thing I did on January 6th is become a widower. And I've had death threats and most hateful crap thrown at me every single day, sometimes 5 or 10 a day. So I I I don't have sympathy in that aspect. Speaker 0: There's, I believe one more from this interview with Lester Holt. Speaker 2: Capitol Police in their, press release, after exonerating you, said your actions potentially saved members and staff from serious injury and possible death. What was it like to hear those words, to see those words? Speaker 3: Those words meant a lot because that's exactly what I did on that day. That was my mission. That was what I prepared for. And it's rewarding and refreshing to hear that. Speaker 0: Aaron, I gotta ask you something. And, it might be awkward for us to talk about it, but, he happens to be African American, black. And I believe that that is a factor in why his name was not released by the Capitol Hill Police. In almost every controversial police involved shooting, certainly, if something of this magnitude, we find out the name of the shooter officially, but not in this case. Do you think there's a racial component to that? Speaker 1: I'm gonna respectfully not touch that one, Greg. I'm just gonna go with what I've said all along was that I I think that they've known it's been a bad shooting all this time. So they've kept him quiet and just tried to make it go away, but we're not going away. You know, the Capitol Police, they exonerated him. So DOJ DC Metro already called it good. You know, he's fine. And then we're supposed to believe the secret police department that doesn't respond have to respond to FOIA. It did an actual, you know, investigation that would hold water. Get the hell out of him, man. Speaker 0: Aaron Babbit, you have millions of supporters. Hang in there. And I'd like to put this website up, please. If you'd like to support Aaron and his family and their legal fight, www.givesendgo.com. Givesendgo.com/justiceforashley. Givesend givesendgo.com/justice for ashley. I understand that lawsuit is being prepared and will be filed at the appropriate time against the Capitol Police. Aaron Babbit, we are again sorry for your loss. This was quite a day. Thank you for joining us. Speaker 1: Thank you, Greg. Take care. Talk soon. Speaker 0: Alright, Aaron. And we will be right back.

Speaker 0: And this is when my problems started. In 1982, they lost the house, and Jill had to come to the lawyer's office and sign off the deed of a house in downtown Newark. It wasn't even our beautiful home at Oak Castle or my home at the beach that I owned corporately with friends. It was a house that was worth 35, $40, 000 and now it's worth a fortune. But here here is where the problem was. Frankie Biden of the Biden crime family comes up to me and he goes, give her the house or you're going to have serious problems. I looked at Frankie and I said, are you threatening me? And, needless to say, about 2 months later, my brother and I were indicted for that tax charge for $8, 200.

Speaker 0: Hit on something I think no one was really been talking about all that much, Rita, and that's what's the crime? There there hasn't been a a a an alleged crime at this point. They're just kind of doing this all for theater, all for show. Not to mention the fact this tactic is pretty clear. Yes. It's interference with, the election. Of course, it's trying to sully his name so that those independents who are thinking about getting back or or with Trump would think twice about it. But it's also designed to keep him off the campaign trail and to bleed him dry, financially so that he didn't have a lot of money to to wage war against the Democrats in this in this upcoming election. All those things are kind of coming together in in this spectacle that is the court, and there's really nothing there for the prosecution. Becker talked about doing this with other clients. As you said, this is kinda standard practice. And, also, let's be honest, the administration right now, Joe Biden, coordinates with big tech and the media all the time to try and get stories out or suppress various stories with the Hunter Biden laptop, with Joe Biden, with Jill, everybody else with the dog that bites everybody. So this is, like, not new in any form or fashion. There is no crime here. Remember, it was Biden's DOJ who looked at this and said, no. We're not gonna move forward here. It was Alvin Bragg's predecessor who looked at the same case and said, no. Nothing to see here. It's only because it's an election year, and it's only because it's Donald Trump who's ahead in the polls against Joe Biden that we have to go through these ridiculous cases. Speaker 1: Yeah. And in the meantime, Trump is also taking advantage of being in New York and campaigning. I mean, it's been amazing to see what's been happening before court and after court. David, what about the gag order? Because we're gonna have a hearing this week on it, and already they're saying that they have more than a dozen violations. And in fact, Trump made a comment about David Pecker saying he's a nice guy, and Bragg's team said, ka ching. There's another one. I couldn't believe it. I mean, is he not supposed to say anything? Speaker 2: I mean, I guess I just want him to be a deaf mute for the next 8 weeks. Right? You know, not talk about anything about your case. This is a total shame. It's unconstitutional. How are you possibly going to allow an individual or try to con kind of make an individual not speak at all about the case. You have to be able to talk about the case because you have an a right as an American to talk about it. But, you know, the judge doesn't wanna hear anything bad about himself. He doesn't wanna hear anything bad about his daughter. You're both conflicted terribly. The judge should not even be on this case because he has so many conflicts regarding his daughter. And look at all the bias decisions that he's done so far. I mean, pretty much, it's everybody in that courtroom against Donald Trump and his legal team. It's totally unconstitutional. I can't wait to see what the judge does on Tuesday. You know, and I'm sure he's gonna say, oh, well, Donald Trump violated this because he said something here, something there. That's gonna be appealed and the appellate division is going to rule in favor of Donald Trump. They have to. Speaker 1: Yeah. There's gonna be a lot of back and forth. I'm sure, appeal city, on so many issues out here. Before I let you go, Hogan, real quick, I have to get your reaction, because president Biden did an interview when he was in New York, with RadioShock jock Howard Stern about debating Trump, and he said something for the very first time. Let's listen. Speaker 2: Can I tell you a fantasy I had? If you I don't know if you're gonna debate your, your opponent. I am somewhere. I don't know when. I'm I'm happy to debate him. Speaker 1: I'm happy to debate him. First off, your reaction. And do you think that's ever gonna happen? I see you nodding, my Speaker 0: friend. Well, that that's that's where the staff was in the back going, no. Don't say that out loud. They're terrified of that juxtaposition of having someone like Donald Trump who's with it, who has policies that the people of this country actually support overwhelmingly. I think he's better on the economy, the border, crime. I think he's better on foreign relations because he is standing up next to someone in Joe Biden who forget for a moment the physical decline, the cognitive decline. He can't put together sentences when he has the questions and the answers right in front of him. He knows what reporter to call on. You're telling me he's gonna be able to stand up on stage for that long with Donald Trump? Listen. In these debates, what you wanna do is tamp down expectations. I understand that. However, I think the country, especially those on the right would love to see this because Joe Biden is lost without those speaking aids. Even when he has them, it's not good. And so standing side by side, if Trump can let that president speak, it's gonna be a real problem for them, not just with the cognitive and the physical decline, but the policy prescriptions are wrong for this country. They put America last and the people will see that. There is no way his staff wants him to stand up on that debate stage. Well

Video Transcript AI Summary
Lauren Boebert, a representative from Colorado's 3rd District, discusses the possibility of impeachment for President Biden. She states that if there is no impeachment inquiry, she will bring a motion to the floor for a vote on impeachment. Boebert believes there is evidence of bribery and corruption that warrants impeachment. She also emphasizes the importance of government oversight and funding, stating that agencies that do not respond to subpoenas or requests for information should not receive funding. Boebert asserts that the power of the purse should be used to hold agencies accountable.

Speaker 0: Lauren Boebert represents Colorado's 3rd District. She serves on the House Oversight Committee and joins me now. Lauren, you really turned the investigation talk into impeachment talk with articles of impeachment you filed against President Biden last month. Speaker McCarthy has been teasing and impeachment inquiry. Do you expect an impeachment vote when we return to Washington in September? Speaker 1: Matt, one way or another, we will have a vote On impeachment for Joe Biden because if we don't have an impeachment inquiry in the judiciary committee or any other committee for that matter, I will go to the floor once again with a privileged motion and force an up or down vote on impeachment for Joe Biden. Americans are tired of this. Article 2 section 4 says the president, the vice president, and all civil officers of the United States Shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. We have the evidence For the bribery, for the corruption, for this compromised president Joe Biden, Robert L Peters, whatever you wanna call him, We will have a vote on impeachment. Speaker 0: You heard it here. Lauren Boebert is gonna force the vote if the inquiry does not produce articles of impeachment for the House of Representatives. Congressman Boebert, we get exactly the government we are willing to fund. Many of our colleagues have sent strongly worded letters and tweets about the corruption we've witnessed. Government funding runs out at the end of next month. How does the oversight work intersect with this looming funding battle. Speaker 1: Well, certainly we have seen, the corruption in these 3 letter agencies. We have sent out subpoenas. We have subpoenas that are, in the hopper to be sent out and we expect those to be ignored. And so if those are ignored and they aren't responding to house oversight, if they aren't answering our congressional requests for information, these RFIs for Jack Smith for the January 6th defendants, for information regarding Hunter's art sales, federal Agency, telework, in person, work attendants, whatever it may be, then they should not be funded. We have the power of the purse And I want to make this very clear. We must use the power of the purse. If there are any agencies that have not given us the response the American people are owed for the subpoenas or RSIs. They should not be eligible for funding at the end of September. Speaker 0: Lauren Boebert says, Cut off the money if they don't answer our questions. Congressman Boebert of Colorado, thank you so much for joining us.

Gender transition therapy victim Chloe Cole: "I didn't need to be lied to, I needed compassion, I needed to be loved, I needed to be given therapy to help me work through my issues, not affirming my delusion that by transitioning into a boy, it would solve all my problems."

Video Transcript AI Summary
Chloe Cole, a victim of what she calls a medical scandal, shares her story in the hope of preventing others from experiencing the same harm. At 12 years old, Chloe began experiencing gender dysphoria and expressed her discomfort with puberty to her parents. However, she believes that her parents' decision to seek outside help led them down a path of deceit and coercion. Chloe was put on puberty blockers and later testosterone, resulting in irreversible changes to her body. She underwent a double mastectomy at 15 and struggles with the physical and emotional consequences. Chloe emphasizes the need for compassion and therapy rather than affirming a delusion. She urges society to stop telling children they are born wrong and to recognize the risks of this medical approach.

Speaker 0: My name is Chloe Cole, and I'm indeed Trent Schnee. Another way to put that would be, I used to believe that I was born the wrong body. And the adults in my life whom I trusted affirmed my belief, and this caused me lifelong irreversible harm. I speak to you today as a victim of one of the biggest Medical scandals in the history of the United States of America. I speak to you in the hope that you will have the courage to bring the scandal to an end And I'm sure that other vulnerable teenagers, children, and young adults don't go through what I went through. At the age of 12, I began to experience what my medical team would later diagnose as gender dysphoria. I was well into an early puberty, and I was very uncomfortable with the changes that were happening to my body. I was intended I was intimidated by male attention. And when I told my parents that I felt like a boy, in retrospect, all I meant was that I hated puberty, that I wanted this newfound sexual attention to go away. I looked up to my brothers a little bit more than I did to my sisters. I came out as transgender In a letter I sent on the dining room table, my parents were immediately concerned. They felt like they needed to get outside help from medical professionals, but this proved to be a mistake. It immediately set our entire family down a path of ideologically motivated deceit and coercion. The gender specialist I was taking to taking to see Told my parents that I needed to be put on puberty blocking drugs right away. They asked my parents a simple question. Would you rather have a dead daughter or a living transgender son? The choice was enough for my parents to let their guard down. And in retrospect, I can't blame them. This is the moment that we all became victims of so called gender affirming care. I was fast tracked onto puberty blockers and then testosterone. The resulting menopausal life and hot flashes made focusing on school impossible. I still get joint pains and weird pops in my back, but they were far worse when I was on the blockers. A month later, When I was 13, I had my 1st testosterone injection. It's caused permanent changes in my body. My voice will forever Be deeper. My jawline sharper. My nose longer. My bone structure, permanently masculinized. My Adam's apple more prominent. My fertility unknown. I look in the mirror sometimes, and I feel like a monster. I had a double mastectomy at 15. They tested my amputated breast for cancer. And I was cancer free, of course. I was perfectly healthy. There was nothing wrong with my still developing body or my breasts. Other than that, as an insecure teenage role, I felt awkward about it. After my breasts were taken away from me, The tissue was incinerated. Before I was able to legally drive, I had part I had a huge part of my future womanhood taken from me. I will never be able to breastfeed. I struggle to look at myself in the mirror at times. I I I still I still struggle to this day with sexual dysfunction. And I have massive scars across my chest and the skin grafts that they use that they took on my nipples Our weeping fluid today, and they're grafted into a more masculine positioning, they said. After surgery, my grades in school plummeted. Everything that I went through did nothing to address my underlying mental health issues that I had. And my doctors with their theories on gender Thought that all my problems would go away as soon as I was surgically transformed into something that vaguely resembled a boy. Their theories were wrong. The drugs and surgeries changed my body, But they did not and could not change the basic reality that I am and forever will be a female. When my specialist first told my parents That they could have a dead daughter or a live transgender son. I wasn't suicidal. I was a happy child who struggled because she was different. However, as I've seen after my surgery, I did become suicidal. I'm doing better now. But my parents almost got the dead daughter promised to them by my doctors. My doctors had almost created the very nightmare they said they were trying to avoid. So what message do I want to bring to American teenagers and their families? I didn't need to be lied to. I needed compassion. I needed to be loved. I needed to be given therapy to help me work through my issues not affirming to my delusion that by transforming into a boy It would solve all my problems. We need to stop telling 12 year olds that they're born wrong, that they are right to reject their own bodies and feel uncomfortable with their own skin. We need to stop telling children that puberty is an option, that they can choose what kind of puberty they will go through, just they can choose What clothes to wear or what music to listen to. Puberty is a right of passage to adulthood, not a disease to be mitigated. Today, I should be at home with my family celebrating my 19th birthday. And instead, I'm making a desperate plea to my elected rest my elected representatives. Learn the lessons from other medical scandals like the opioid process. To recognize that doctors are human too, and sometimes they are wrong. My childhood was ruined along with thousands of detransiters that I know through our networks. This needs to stop. You alone can stop it. Enough children have already been victimized by this barbaric pseudoscience. Please let me be your final warning. Thank you. Speaker 1: Today's your birthday? Speaker 0: It is. Speaker 1: You're a beautiful, brave woman. Thank you for being here.

The FBI is being criticized for not being transparent with Congress about their actions regarding a whistleblower's allegations. The whistleblower came forward because they were unsatisfied with how the FBI handled the information. The FBI is accused of covering up and not being forthcoming with Congress, who has the authority to oversee and investigate such matters. Congress should have access to the investigative materials, but the FBI is withholding them.

Speaker 0: What did the FBI do to follow-up on this comprehensive human source's allegation? And, you know, they're just not being forthright Yeah. With congress in terms of telling us what they did do. And you have to ask yourself, why not? Now, obviously, the FBI whistleblower, I think it's pretty obvious, came forward to Sandra Grassley because he wasn't satisfied with what the FBI did with that information, which is why he made that 10/23 form available to senator Grassley. So, again, we've got a FBI whistleblower that obviously wasn't satisfied with the with the investigatory actions of the FBI. And and now we have the FBI continue to cover up and not being forthright with Congress. You know, we we have legitimate and constitutional oversight authority. We also have investigatory, authority as well. We should be made we should have access to these types of, investigatory, materials, but the FBI is just hiding the ball on us.
