This Clintonista cooked the entire lie. Hillary approved it. The FBI ran with it. Trump was framed. America was played. Speaker 0: Good afternoon, everyone. Speaker 1: Good afternoon. Speaker 0: We have a lot of news today I have quite a few announcements for you, so let's get to it. First, on behalf of the president and the White House, we express our deepest condolences to the family of New York police officer Islam, who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of his fellow New Yorkers. As the funeral services are held in New York City today, everyone at the White House is keeping the officers' family, friends, and fellow NYPD law enforcement officers in our thoughts and prayers. The president has always and will always proudly stand with our men and women in blue. May god bless officer Islam and the other individuals who were tragically killed in this senseless act of violence. In other news, president Trump's working visit to Scotland was a huge success. In less than forty eight hours, president Trump brokered the biggest, most impactful trade deal in history and prevented a war in Asia for the second time since he took office. We have never had a president who wields the full power of The United States to negotiate good deals for our country and its people like president Trump. This is what maximum leverage looks like. On the peace front, president Trump helped deliver an immediate and unconditional ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia. The two countries were engaged in a deadly conflict that had displaced more than 300,000 people until president Trump stepped in to put an end to it. The president spoke directly on the phone with the acting prime minister of Thailand and the prime minister of Cambodia to inform both leaders that unless they brought their conflict to an end, there would be no trade discussions or agreements with The United States. Almost immediately afterward, a peace was brokered that will save thousands of lives and allowed for trade negotiations with these countries to resume, and they have. The president has now ended conflicts between Thailand and Cambodia, Israel and Iran, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic Of The Congo, India and Pakistan, Serbia and Kosovo, and Egypt and Ethiopia. This means president Trump has brokered on average about one peace deal or ceasefire per month during his six months in office. It's well past time that president Trump was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. I know the topic of Israel is on the everyone's mind. I have an update from special envoy Steve Wittkopf, who I got off the phone with this morning. Special envoy Wittkopf and ambassador Huckabee had a very productive meeting with prime minister Netanyahu and other officials today in Israel on the topic of delivering much needed food and aid to Gaza. President Trump is a humanitarian with a big heart, and that's why he spent sent special envoy Wittkopf to the region in an effort to save lives and end this crisis. Tomorrow, special envoy Wittkopf and ambassador Huckabee will be traveling into Gaza to inspect the current distribution sites and secure a plan to deliver more food and meet with local Gazans to hear firsthand about this dire situation on the ground. The Special Envoy and the Ambassador will brief the president immediately after their visit to approve a final plan for food and aid distribution into the region, and we will provide more details for all of you once that plan is approved and agreed on by the president of The United States. On the trade front, the president secured a historic trade agreement with the European Union that puts America first and fundamentally strengthens the economic relationship between the two largest economies in the world. This deal delivers on two of president Trump's core promises on trade, supercharging America's manufacturing capacity and opening up foreign market access to American businesses. The deal guarantees that American businesses will have unprecedented levels of access to the European Union markets to export our American made goods. Also, as part of this agreement, the EU will purchase $750,000,000,000 in US energy to strengthen our energy dominance, reduce European reliance on adversarial sources, and narrow our trade deficit with the EU. The e EU will also make new investments of $60,000,000,000 in The United States in addition to the more than 100,000,000,000 the EU companies already invest in The US every year. All of these massive purchases and investments will happen by the 2028. What we are watching is president Trump rebuilding the greatest economy in the history of the world and turn it and and simultaneously proving the so called economic experts wrong at every turn. Media pundits set a trade deal with the EU this monumental and beneficial to America would be impossible, but president Trump made it happen. The so called economic experts repeatedly said that the American economy would be in a recession this summer. Well, summer is here. It's almost over, and that recession does not exist. Yesterday, in fact, real GDP growth in the second quarter increased at a 3% annual rate, significantly above expectations. President Trump's America First policies are driving economic growth as he always said they would, and this growth is being driven by the private sector, not the government. Federal government spending fell for a second straight quarter, while real business fixed investment rose by nearly 2% following its first quarter surge. President Trump is rightsizing government spending, reversing the damage done by the Biden administration in allowing the private sector to flourish. The same so called experts claimed that president Trump's tariffs would spike inflation and hurt American consumers, but consumer spending growth just accelerated and inflation remains right on track. For the past five straight months, core inflation has come in below market expectation and remains in line with the Fed's 2% inflation target target. Meanwhile, customs and tariff revenues have already totaled more than 150,000,000,000 since president Trump took office, leading to the first June budget surplus in nearly a decade. Those revenues will skyrocket even further starting tomorrow when new reciprocal tariff rates take effect. President Trump is restoring America's economic sovereignty by reducing our reliance on foreign countries, boosting investment in The US to the tune of trillions of dollars and creating hundreds of thousands of high paying jobs for the American people. With America finally put first on trade and the largest middle class tax cuts in history and other pro growth provisions of the One Big Beautiful bill beginning to take effect, the American economy will boom like never before over the course of the next three and a half years, thanks to the president's vision. Finally, as you all know, the president signed an executive order earlier this year to solve the problem of of exorbitant pharmaceutical pricing. According to recent data, the prices that Americans have been paying for brand name drugs are more than three times the price other similar similarly developed nations pay. The president is determined to solve this problem and took further action today. He has signed 17 letters to pharmaceutical companies CEOs, and I would like to read you one of these letters to the CEO of Eli Lilly. All of these letters will be provided to you following this briefing. This is to the CEO of Eli Lilly from the president of The United States. On May 2025, I signed an executive order delivering most favored nation prescription drug pricing to American patients to stop global fleet freeloading and guarantee that Americans pay the same prices enjoyed by other developed nations. Right now, brand name drugs in The United States are up to three times higher on average than anywhere else for the identical medicines. This unacceptable burden on hardworking American families ends with my administration. Most proposals the Trump administration has received to resolve this critical issue promised more of the same, shifting blame and requesting policy changes that would result in billion billions of dollars in handouts to industry. Moving forward, the only thing I will accept from drug manufacturers is a commitment that provides American families immediate relief from the vastly inflated drug prices and an end to the free ride of American innovation by European and other developed nations. Accordingly, I'm calling on Eli Lilly and company and every manufacturer doing business in our great country to take the following actions within the next sixty days. Extend the most favored nation pricing to Medicaid, guarantee most favored nation pricing for newly launched drugs, return increased revenues abroad to American patients and taxpayers, provide for direct purchasing at most favored nation pricing. The president's team, including secretary Kennedy and administrator Au, stand ready to implement these terms. The president expects to further engage with them immediately in good faith to deliver relief for American families. Make no mistake, a collaborative effort towards achieving global pricing parity would be the most effective path for companies, the government, and American patients. But if you refuse to step up, we will deploy every tool in our arsenal to protect American families from continued abusive drug pricing practices. Americans are demanding lower drug prices and they need them today. Other nations have been freeloading on US innovation for far too long, and it is time they pay their fair share. I look forward to your binding commitments to each of these goals by 09/29/2025, and my team stands ready to assist with implementation questions. Thank you for your immediate attention to this vital national priority. Signed, president Donald j Trump. Again, to the CEO of Eli Lilly, this letter in its form has been, designed for each of the 17 major drug and pharmaceutical companies in The United States, and we're happy to provide you the full list. And I believe you will see all 17 letters popping on Truth Social very shortly, so you can look out for those. And I'm happy to take any further questions. Before we get to questions, I do have one other announcement from the White House and from the president. We are proud to announce that the construction of the new White House Ballroom will begin. For one hundred and fifty years, presidents, administrations, and White House staff have longed for a large event space on the White House Complex that can hold substantially more guests than currently allowed. President Trump has expressed his commitment to solving this problem on behalf of future administrations and the American people. The White House is one of the most beautiful and historic buildings in the world, yet the White House is currently unable to host major functions honoring world leaders in other countries without having to install a large and unsightly tent approximately 100 yards away from the main building's entrance. The White House State Ballroom will be a much needed and exquisite addition of approximately 90,000 total square feet of innately designed and carefully crafted space with a seated capacity of 650 people, which is a significant increase from the 200 person seated capacity in the East Room of the White House. In recent weeks, president Trump has held several meetings with members of the White House staff, the National Park Service, the White House military office, and the United States Secret Service to discuss design features and planning. President Trump has chosen McCreery Architects as the lead architect, which is well known for their classical architectural design and based right here in our nation's capital. The construction team will be headed by Clark Construction and the engineering team will be led by AECOM. The project will begin in September 2025 and it is expected to be completed long before the end of president Trump's term. President Trump and other donors have generously committed to donating the funds necessary to build this approximately $200,000,000 structure. The United States Secret Service will provide the necessary security enhancements and modifications. The White House Ballroom will be substantially separated from the main building of the White House, but at the same time, its theme and architectural heritage will be almost identical. The site of the new ballroom will be where the small, heavily changed, and reconstructed East Wing currently sits. The East Wing was constructed in nineteen o two and has been renovated and changed many times with a second story added in 1942. White House chief of staff provide Susie Wiles has provided the following statement. President Trump is a builder at heart and has an extraordinary eye for detail. The president and the Trump White House are fully committed to working with the appropriate organizations to preserve the special history of the White House while building a beautiful ballroom that can be enjoyed by future administrations and generations of Americans to come. In the White House, we will continue to provide the American public and all of you in the press, with updates on this project at white house dot gov slash visit. And if you go there shortly, you will be able to see renderings and visuals of what this ballroom will look like, both the exterior and the interior. I have provided some photos for all of you in the room today. This is the interior of the ballroom space. It's quite beautiful. And then this is the exterior of the ballroom space. As you can see, it will come off of the Executive Mansion as it sits today, and the East Wing will be modernized and renovated. We're happy to answer any further questions on that, Jennifer. Since you're so eager, I will go to you. But first, as always, I want to start with our new media seat, Ben Weingarten. Why don't you go ahead, Ben? Speaker 2: Thank you. In light of the, release, the declassification of the annex to the derm report today, beyond any potential prosecutions, the outcomes of which will likely be uncertain, what does the president believe justice for Russiagate ought to entail? Might it include restitution for those whose lives were upended as a consequence of Russiagate and perhaps a major reorganization of the national security apparatus? Speaker 0: Well, I think a major organization of the national security apparatus, at least here at the White House within the National Security Council, has indeed taken place and the president entrusts, his current CIA director, John Ratcliffe, and our ODNI director, Tulsi Gabbard, to make the necessary changes to ensure classified intelligence, especially that could implement or or hurt, the national security of our country, does not make its way into the hands of irresponsible actors who wanna politicize that intelligence for their own end. Since you brought up the declassification, report that was put out by senator Grassley today, I'm glad you brought it up because this should be a story every outlet in this room should be covering. This is further evidence that Hillary Clinton approved the Russia hoax against president Trump. Her campaign financed it. Again, she approved it. And the FBI and the CIA were both weaponized to, as our director of CIA has said, accelerate, this hoax against then candidates and former president Trump. To answer the heart of your question, the president wants to see justice serves, and he trusts the attorney general and the department of justice to to implement that justice and hold these people accountable. Speaker 2: One more question briefly, if I may, on a totally different topic. There's been legislation reintroduced in the House and Senate on designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. The Muslim Brotherhood is considered by many to be the fountainhead of Sunni Islamic supremacism from which Hamas and other groups have spawned with a nexus to domestic organizations as well. Does the president support designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization? Speaker 0: Frankly, I'm not sure because I haven't talked to him and I would never want to get ahead of the National Security Council on specific designations. It sounds like something this administration would support, but we can get a firm answer for you. How's that? Speaker 2: Thank you. Speaker 0: Thanks for being here. Jennifer, go ahead. Eager Beavers. How much of the East Wing will Speaker 3: be torn down? The entire East Wing or just parts Speaker 0: of it? So the East Wing is going to be modernized. Construction will take place. And for those who are housed in the East Wing, including the office of the first lady, the White House military office, the White House visitors offices, those offices will be temporarily relocated while the East Wing is being modernized. Speaker 3: Modernized. And then on on Israel Gaza, there are some reports that negotiations with Hamas might not be continuing. Did you get any updates from Steve Witkoff on that? Speaker 0: I did. Special envoy Witkoff is actively talking with our counterparts in Israel about that, and he wants to give some grace to the president so he can fully brief the president on what he's learning on the ground in both Israel and Gaza. But the president put out a very strong statement on Truth Social this morning, which I'm sure sure you saw, and he said the quickest way to end this entire conflict, the humanitarian crisis that we've seen, and the crisis in Israel that, of course, started on October 7 when Hamas brutally kidnapped and raped innocent Israelis. That that terrible terrorist attack is for Hamas to surrender, to release all of the hostages, and to end this conflict. And that's what the president wants to see. He's made that very clear. But the special envoy will be in Gaza tomorrow, as I shared with you previously. Josh. Speaker 1: Can you give us a little more clarity on the tariff timing? You said that the reciprocals will take effect tomorrow. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: Does that include the new auto rates, for instance, on Japan, Korea, the EU? Is this all coming effective tomorrow? Speaker 0: So the countries some of the countries you just mentioned, Japan, South Korea, they have bespoke trade deals that the president cut, which just to backtrack for a second, Josh, we promised that the president would negotiate with countries all around the world to cut tailor made trade deals depending on those countries' challenges, how badly they've ripped off The United States Of America and our manufacturing industry and our work for force in the past, and he has done that. Of the our 18 major trading partners, two thirds of those trading partners have a deal. We've sent out 17 letters to countries around the world. And the rest of of those countries that either do not have a deal or have a letter, they will be hearing from this administration by the midnight deadline tonight. So, yes, tomorrow, August 1, the reciprocal rates will be going into effect. If more deals are cut between now and midnight, I will never count out the president. You've seen him do it before. He cut three deals in one day very recently. So we'll we'll see what happened. I do know foreign leaders are are ringing his phone, realizing this deadline, is a real thing for them tomorrow, they're bringing offers to the table. Speaker 1: And we were reporting that the president wants to meet David Solomon of Goldman Sachs today. Can you say what they'll discuss, if anything, at that meeting? Speaker 0: I won't discuss the president's private meetings from this podium, and it hasn't taken place yet unless he gives me liberty to do so. Speaker 1: And finally, have you talked with the President about his position on the stock trading ban bill before Congress? He obviously had pretty loaded comments about Senator Hawley. There's some reporting that they've since spoken. What is his position on the current status of Speaker 3: that ruling? Speaker 0: The president has spoken to senator Hawley who called him, and the president took that call. As the president said in the Roosevelt Room yesterday, conceptually, he, of course, supports the idea of ensuring that members of congress and and United States senators who who are here for public service cannot enrich themselves. And the reason that this idea to put a ban on stock trading for members of congress is even a thing is because of Nancy Pelosi. I mean, she is is is rightfully criticized because she makes, think, a $174,000 a year, yet she has a net worth of approximately 413,000,000. In 2024, Nancy Pelosi's stock portfolio, this was a fascinating statistic to me, grew 70% in one year in 2024, and her portfolio outperformed every single large hedge fund in that same year and even more than doubled the returns of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. So think the president stands with the American people on this. He doesn't wanna see people like Nancy Pelosi enriching themselves off of public service and ripping off their constituents in the process. As for the mechanics of the legislation and how it will move forward, the White House continues to be in discussions with our friends on Capitol Hill. Emily, in a new seat today. Speaker 3: Thanks, Caroline. I wanted to ask about this report that the president wants to host a g twenty meeting at Trump Dorel. How is he going to do that considering all the preparations that have been going on in South Africa? And also, would that be seen as his business is possibly profiting from hosting this kind of meeting? Speaker 0: I would reject that premise entirely. We have announcements and details forthcoming on the g twenty, but my understanding is, no firm announcement is ready to be made at this time. I did see the report, but we're not in a place to confirm it just yet. Speaker 4: Michelle? Just on the tariffs, what are the logistics for imposing those? Does the president have to sign an executive order Mhmm. Speaker 0: Tonight? What's the timing of that? Yes. And he will be signing an executive order, at some point this afternoon or later this evening. And as always, we'll keep you posted when that happens, and it will be released from our office. Speaker 4: And are there some of these countries that have had have they all had contact with US officials, or are there some countries that are gonna get letters that have had no opportunity to negotiate with The Speaker 5: United States? Speaker 0: Well, there's a lot of countries that I know have reached out. I believe it's upwards of 200 countries around the world have reached out to the trade and tariff team. Of course, as I said previously and the president said, we're gonna prioritize our key trading partners, which we have done. Like I said, of the eighteen, two thirds of those we have cut these tailor made deals with. But I do know that the trade team has been working around the clock to try to be in correspondence with as many countries as possible. But if they haven't heard from us yet, they will in the form of a letter or an executive order by midnight tonight. We'll go to the back. Sure. Go ahead. Speaker 6: In the back left. Speaker 3: Thank you. Amanda. Yes. Speaker 5: Thank you very much. I have a question to ask about The US Amanda, you can go ahead. And South Korea having negotiations at having negotiation between South Korea and The United States. Concluding yesterday, president Trump stated on his SNS truth social that he would announce the specific details of the investment in The United States at the South Korea United States Summit in two weeks. My question is, is this part of negotiation a final agreement, or is further negotiation necessary? Thank you. Speaker 0: Yes. As you know, the president met with, representatives of The Republic Of South Korea here at the White House yesterday, and they did in fact reach a deal. And South Korea will pay a 15% tariff rate, including 15% on autos, while providing historic market access to American goods like autos and rice. Korea will purchase a $100,000,000,000 in American energy by 2028, and the centerpiece of this deal is that South Korea has agreed to invest $350,000,000,000 at the president's direction to revitalize American industry. 90% of those profits will go to the United States government to help pay down our debt and for other matters at the president's choosing. So it was a very successful meeting yesterday. Speaker 5: Do you have any set up to further US South Korea summit pay? Speaker 0: I'll I'll get you something on that. I don't have it at my fingertips. Okay. Amanda. Speaker 6: Thank you, Caroline. There are a number of congressional Republicans who have raised the alarm about the fact that roughly 80% of pharmaceuticals are either manufactured or their precursors are manufactured in either China or India. There are some pieces of legislation, some recommendations, which include either onshoring, near shoring, or friend shoring, those those components of that. Do you know if the president intends to throw the weight of the executive behind that? Speaker 0: I don't have any updates for you at this time. I do have an update on our EU trade deal. I stand corrected. It's not 60,000,000,000 in investments. It's $600,000,000,000 in investments. I wanna make that very clear. And I personally watched the president behind closed doors with the European president in Scotland negotiating this deal, and he got the most juice out of that squeeze that he could, and he was constantly looking out for America's interest. So I just wanted to clarify that one point. Deanna. Speaker 7: Thanks, Caroline. For the countries that don't have a deal yet, should we be looking at the April 2 chart at all, or is he negotiating and talking about having a set tariff rate, Speaker 0: you know, 10%, 20%? Those discussions are taking place with the trade team today. And, again, we'll provide further guidance with that executive order once it will it is signed, and and you'll the answer to that question will be in that executive order. Speaker 7: Is he looking to provide any more extensions today after, you know, his phone call with Mexico? Is there any other conversations like that? Speaker 0: I do know that other foreign leaders around the world have reached out. And if you if the president decides to share the conclusions of those calls with all of you, he will do so himself. But I do wanna reiterate what the president said about Mexico. Mexico is still paying tariffs. They're paying a 25% tariff on fentanyl, 25% tariff on cars, a 50% tariff on steel, aluminum, and copper. And additionally, Mexico has agreed to immediately terminate its non tariff trade barriers of which there are many. And as the president said, we will continue to talk to Mexico over the next ninety days with the goal of signing a larger trade deal. The key to this, again, is Mexico has agreed to terminate those non tariff barriers and to continue to work with us in good faith. Mexico is a very unique situation of all the other countries around the world because, of course, we share our southern border with Mexico, which we've seen an increase in cooperation between Mexico's president Claudia Scheinbaum and our administration on clamping down on drug trafficking and human trafficking at the southern border. We appreciate those efforts and will continue to work in good faith and to continue to have these trade discussions as well. Joey. Speaker 8: Yeah. Thanks, Caroline. Just clarifying a previous question. President Trump has indicated he's been looking at either 15% or 20% baseline universal tariff. Has he landed on one of those yet? Speaker 0: Ms. I won't get ahead of the President on that baseline announcement. Speaker 8: And then secondly, what did Treasury Secretary Bessette mean yesterday when he called the new Trump accounts for newborns a backdoor to privatizing social security. Does the administration view this, new Trump accounts as a way to, in the long term, perhaps privatize, social security? Speaker 0: What the secretary of treasury was saying and what this administration believes is that these Trump newborn accounts, which is an incredibly creative and great, provision that was in the one big beautiful bill for newborn babies and families and future generations of Americans, will help supplement, not substitute, Social Security. The Trump administration is wholeheartedly committing committed to protecting Social Security. The president did it in his first term. He's doing it again in this term. But these newborn accounts are another revenue stream for young people to watch their money grow throughout their lives and to one day be able to access those funds so they can hopefully build a home and live the American dream. Jake. Speaker 2: Just one follow-up on the tariffs and Speaker 9: then whatnot. Is the president at all considering extending the August 12 to China deadline at all? Is that is that in consideration? Speaker 0: So, look, on China, you heard from the president on Air Force one when we were returning from Scotland. You've heard from the treasury secretary as well, ambassador Jamieson Greer. They just spent two days in Geneva for their third round of talks with China. And the current policy, the current trade program that we have going with China right now as it stands will decrease our deficit by $5,000,000,000 this year. So we are moving in the right direction when it comes to China. And secretary Besson and ambassador Greer continue to be in direct communication with our Chinese counterparts. Speaker 9: But is the deadline is it is is extension on the table potentially from the August 12 deadline as it stands? Speaker 0: I don't think so, but I'll let the secretary of sec treasury speak on that because he's leading these negotiations. Reagan, go Speaker 10: ahead. Thanks, Caroline. There's growing frustration that more of Trump's nominees haven't been confirmed. Why does the president think Senate Republicans are so behind, Speaker 11: and has he Speaker 10: had any further conversations with leader Putin about it? Speaker 0: The president has had many conversations with his friends in the United States Senate about, advancing his nominees, his judicial nominees through this process. It is critical that we get, these good attorneys, in these positions so that we can end the weaponization of justice, so we can, have true law and order in our country. It's unfortunate the Democrats are playing political games, but the president has made it clear to senate Republicans they need to do everything in their power to advance the president's nominees as well. Kelly, go ahead. Speaker 12: Caroline, thank you. Two questions real quickly. Sure. Nigeria, congressman Chris Smith, Republican from New Jersey, is calling upon the president of The United States to do something in terms of proposing perhaps sanctions on Nigeria for the persecution of Christians living in the northern part of Nigeria by radical Islamic groups. Has he contacted the president yet, and do you know if there's any action that the president will take? Speaker 0: I'm not tracking a call between the president, and the head of Nigeria. I know the president wholeheartedly condemns the persecution of Christians or, frankly, of people of any faith all over the world, but I don't have any updates for you in terms of sanctions in this part Speaker 12: of the world. My second question, Caroline, deals with immigration here in America. As you know, lot of deportation has been going on. ICE has been going after violent criminals that are here illegally and rightly so. In the midst of that, there are some evangelical pastors who are stating that it may have gone to a point of being indiscriminate and actually getting innocent people like members of the clergy. Has the President and has ICE looked at that to see how they can actually go after those violent criminals, but also make sure that members of the clergy are still, not being deported? Speaker 0: Well, look, the administration has always maintained the position that anyone who illegally crosses our nation's borders is subject to deportation. That's just the law of the land, and we must be a nation that enforces our laws. But the priority from ICE, of course, is to, deport, detain, arrest, and remove, violent illegal aliens and criminals from our country. And they have been doing that at the rate of thousands of illegal violent criminals every single week, in Democrat run sanctuary cities where these illegal violent criminals have been given a safe haven and have essentially been immune from our nation's laws under the previous administration. That's not happening anymore because of this president and secretary Noem and the Department of Homeland Security, and we are going to be a nation of laws. And as we've said repeatedly, if you came here illegally, you are subject to deportation, but the priority are those public safety threats that we must remove from our Speaker 11: communities. Caroline, thank you so much, Caroline. Two questions. So Wakhamas hardness its position in Israel provides aid. Do you have any new information on the hostages that need aid too? And second question, we heard president Trump criticized president Macron and prime minister Stomer for their statement about recognizing a Palestinian state. What is the president position on recognizing a Palestinian state, and will he recognize Israeli sovereignty in Judea And Samaria? Speaker 0: I can answer both of those questions for you. On the second question about a Palestinian state, the president expressed his displeasure and his disagreement with the leaders of France, The United Kingdom, and Canada. He feels as though that's rewarding Hamas at a time where Hamas is the true impediment to a ceasefire and to the release of all of the hostages. So to your first question, the president wants to see all of the hostages released. He cares deeply about this. He has met with many of the former hostages, many of the families of those who have loved ones who are still being held hostage in Gaza. I have met with them too. It is absolutely devastating what these poor people have been through, and the president is always thinking about them. And that's why he's designated his special envoy Steve Whitkoff, who's doing a tremendous job to release the hostages and to end this conflict. But the president has always said the the last remaining hostages, now there are 20 living hostages, in Gaza, will always be the hardest because Hamas is unfortunately using these innocent people as bargaining chips. But nevertheless, we are committed to seeing this come to an end. Speaker 11: Thank you. Speaker 13: Thank Thanks, Caroline. Part of settlement with Brown prohibits it from performing transgender procedures or prescribing hormone puberty blockers, that type of thing. Will eliminating these types of procedures be a priority for the Trump administration in negotiations with other universities? Speaker 0: I can tell you that ending the chemical castration of children in our country is a priority of this administration. We've talked to many of these universities about it, but we've also the president has also taken very strong action to cut off the funding for any medical institution in this country that provides those barbaric procedures. The Brown University agreement, since you brought it up, is yet another win to root out anti Semitic behavior on our nation's college campuses and unlawful racial discrimination. Brown has agreed to no longer allow unlawful racial discrimination in admissions or university programming. They have agreed to provide access to all relevant data and information to rigorous rigorous rigorous rigorously assess compliance with its commitment to merit based admissions, and they will pay 50,000,000 over ten years to state workforce development organizations that comply with anti discrimination laws supporting regional economic growth and career opportunities. Brown will also adopt the definitions of male and female from president Trump's executive order defending women in gender ideology extremism for women's sports, programming, facilities, and housing. Brown will no longer perform gender reassignment surgeries on minors or prescribe them puberty blockers or cross sex hormones, and Brown will take steps to improve the campus climate for Jewish students and combat antisemitism on their campus. This is yet another huge win for American students, and for those who who love our country and wanna abide by our country's laws. On the topic of defending, women from gender ideology extremism and helping women's sports, The president will be signing an executive order at 04:00 today with some very famous professional athletes whom I'm sure you all know. And that executive order will be focused on strengthening athletics in our country and making America healthy again. And we are going to reimplement the presidential fitness test in America's schools, which is, I think, something all Americans can get behind. So you'll hear from the president in two hours, and we will see you all there. Thank you. Speaker 2: Now I learn. Learn my lesson.

I’m alarmed by the ongoing judicial battles against Trump, which I believe are undermining our democracy. It seems that unelected judges are sabotaging his presidency and blocking his executive orders, particularly regarding birth tourism and border security. I see a pattern of increased nationwide injunctions since Trump took office, which I view as a coordinated attack on America First policies. The situation feels like a constitutional crisis, and I’m frustrated that Congress isn’t taking action to address this judicial overreach. The stakes are high for our republic.

Nationwide injunctions allow a single federal judge or a small group to halt Trump administration policies, even with weak legal justification. An injunction issued in one jurisdiction, like Maryland, can halt implementation of a law across the entire country, not just locally. A new parallel court system could be created to specifically handle requests for nationwide injunctions.

Speaker 0: Nationwide injunctions mean that one lone federal judge or a small group of them can entirely block everything the Trump administration wants to do even if their legal pretext is somewhat flimsy. And that means if something happens in Maryland, they're not just issuing an injunction of the Maryland jurisdiction. All of America must stop the implementation of said law because what happens in Maryland? It's a nationwide injunction for something where the violation or the thing in question is happening locally. You see, they could create a new parallel court system whose only purpose is handling requests for nationwide injunctions.

Nationwide injunctions occur when a district court judge blocks a law or order from being implemented nationwide, despite their jurisdiction typically covering only one state or part of one state. These injunctions were once uncommon, with six issued during George W. Bush's presidency and twelve during Obama's. However, their frequency increased significantly during Donald Trump's first term, with 64 being issued. At the current rate, this number could be surpassed in the first year of a second Trump term.

You see nationwide injunctions used to be rare. There were just six of them under George W. Bush's term. There were 12 of them during Obama's presidency, but there were 64 of them in Trump's first term. And at this current pace, he might top that figure in the first year of his second term.

Abuses like these led to President Trump's executive order.

And and there are certainly evidence out there that there are some countries, surprise me if it was China, that are in fact sending people here to give birth, so that at some point, they can take those children who have been living back in China, for, you know, many, many years and bring them back to The United States and then claim that they are that the people that are coming back to The United States are in fact US citizens by dint of the fact that they were born on our shores. I believe it is exactly abuses like that among many, that led president Trump to enter the executive order that he did. Alright. That's John

Speaker 0: The case concerns birthright citizenship. One of the first orders of the Trump administration was an announcement that this administration is henceforth reinterpreting the meaning of the fourteenth amendment. The fourteenth amendment dates back to the end of the civil war. Its first clause reads, quote, all persons born or naturalized in The United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of The United States and of the state wherein they reside. Now the Trump administration announced that from now on, the children of illegal immigrants, tourists, and temporary guest workers are not automatic US citizens. That order didn't take effect, though, and that's the other issue being debated today.

Video Transcript AI Summary
One key question is whether a federal judge can block a presidential policy nationwide. The administration argues this creates an unfair playing field, forcing the government to "win everywhere" while plaintiffs "can win anywhere." Justice Sotomayor responded skeptically, saying the administration's argument "makes no sense whatsoever," and that it would limit the ability of federal courts, and even the Supreme Court, to issue nationwide relief. She asked what would happen if a president issued an executive order to take away everyone's guns, and whether courts would have to "sit back and wait for individuals to sue one by one." The administration also argues that the Fourteenth Amendment's birthright citizenship provision was meant for freed slaves, not immigrants.

Speaker 0: Selena, what stands out to you from questioning so far? We never know what justices are are thinking, but sometimes it's interesting to hear the questions they choose to Speaker 1: ask. Yeah, Diane. Well, as you were just outlining, I mean, one of the key questions here is can an individual federal judge then block a presidential policy nationwide? And the administration here is arguing that the ability to do so creates an unfair playing field saying, quote, this forces the government to win everywhere while the plaintiffs can win anywhere. Now justice Sodio So Sodio Mayor had very skeptical response. She had a tough line of questioning. She said that the administration's argument, quote, makes no sense whatsoever, saying that this would not only limit the ability of federal courts, but also the supreme court to issue nationwide relief. She also made an interesting analogy saying, what would happen if a new president issued an executive order to take away everyone's guns? She asked if in that case, the courts would have to, quote, sit back and wait for individuals to sue one by one to challenge the constitutionality of such an order. Now the administration is also arguing that the fourteenth amendment's provision of birthright citizenship at the time of its passage was meant for freed slaves. It was not meant to apply to immigrants to The United States.

Injunctions were not universally applied until the 1960s, with *Wertz* in 1963 identified as the first instance, according to the speaker's interpretation of *Trump v. Hawaii*. A dispute exists regarding *Perkins v. Lukens Oil* from 1940. The speaker cites cases like *National Treasury Employees Union*, *Perkins v. Lukens Oil*, *Frothingham*, *Massachusetts v. Mellon*, and *Scott v. Donald* to show courts have historically limited injunctive relief to the plaintiffs in the case. Universal injunctions were rare even in the 1960s, with a surge occurring around 2007, particularly in the Ninth Circuit concerning environmental claims, as highlighted in a cert petition for *Summers v. Speaker 0: Injunctions used. We believe that the best reading of that is what you said in Trump against Hawaii, which is that Wertz in 1963 was really the first universal injunction. There's a dispute about Perkins against Lukens Oil going back to 1940. And, of course, we point to the court's opinion that reversed that that that universal injunction issued by the DC circuit and said it's it's profoundly wrong. Now if you look at the the the cases that the either party site, you see a common theme. The cases that we cite, like National Treasury, Treasury's Employment Union, Perkins against Lukens Oil, Frothingham, and and Massachusetts against Mellon, going back to Scott against Donald. And all of those, those are cases where the court considered and addressed the sort of universal, in that case, statewide, issue of provision of injunctive relief. So when the court has considered and addressed this, it has consistently said, you have to limit the remedy to the plaintiffs who are appearing in court in complaining of that remedy. So we survived until the nineteen sixties without universal injunction. That's exactly correct. And in fact, those are very limited very rare even in the nineteen sixties. It really exploded in 02/2007 in our cert petition in Summers against Island Institute. We pointed out that the Ninth Circuit had started doing this in a whole bunch of cases involving environmental claims. Justice Alito? You began by outlining what you

Well, Alex Thompson and I were on the case as were lots of other reporters trying to figure out what was going on behind the scenes. But the bottom line is the White House was lying, not only to the press, not only to the public, but they were lying to members of their own cabinet. They were lying to White House staffers. They were lying to Democratic members of congress, to donors about how bad things had gotten. And in fact, Alex and I started writing this book after the election of twenty twenty four, and we spoke with more than 200 people, most of whom almost all of whom were Democrats and almost all of whom wouldn't be honest with us or wouldn't be candid with us until after the election. And then after the election, we found out all of these things that when you looked at what was going on with president Biden at the time, it probably doesn't surprise you the extent to which he was deteriorating. But now we have anecdotes and facts about what was really going on behind the scenes, with details that Democrats wouldn't share with us until after election day.

Remember when Biden froze onstage and Obama whisked him away while fact-checkers yelled “cheap fake”? It was evidence. The crowd gasped; spin doctors spun. Coverup looked sealed, but receipts refuse to die. Eyes open, America—truth stands. The dam is cracking fast. 4/11 https://t.co/YtTjWNJt8z

President Obama tugged on President Biden at a fundraiser, leading him off stage. Obama's team said he was impatient to leave and didn't want to leave without Biden. The Biden White House called the video of the incident a "cheap fake," which the speaker claims was a common tactic when videos showed Biden acting unusually. Attendees at the event, including Congresswoman Annie Custer and John Favreau, thought something was wrong when Biden walked towards the edge of the stage. They worried Biden was not going to make it.

Speaker 0: Look. And you bring up president Obama because there was a moment at that fundraiser, and that fundraiser really was a key moment for a lot of people, in this history, which you so brilliantly document. But but president Biden walked down to the end of the stage of this fundraiser for a moment. You can see it right there and seem to stare a little blankly into the crowd, and then president Obama tugged on him. You saw that tug and led him off the stage. So you you just said you spoke to a lot of people who were there for that. What else did they tell you about it? Speaker 1: Well, Obama's side of that story is he wasn't sure what was going on, but he just wanted to get out of there. And he wasn't gonna get out of there without Biden, so he grabbed him, and and it was more just his impatience than anything else. But other people who were there and we should note that the Biden White House falsely, when people showed that clip and asked what was going on, said it was a cheap fake. They did this all the time when there was video that seemed to show Biden acting in an or unusual, seemingly out of it way. They would call it a cheap fake. It was not fake. It was actual video. And people in the arena who did not see the horrifying scene behind the stage, but in the arena, congresswoman Annie Custer, John Favreau, former Obama speech speechwriter, and others, just from that event and Biden walking towards the edge at the stage thought, oh my god. Something is wrong here. He's not gonna make it.

Lara Trump believes Jake Tapper owes her an apology for his on-air comments. She says Tapper not only denied Joe Biden's cognitive decline, which she believes was obvious, but also insinuated that she was mocking Biden's stutter, which she claims she didn't know he had. Trump says this led to public criticism, including an op-ed by Captain Sully. She attributes this situation to the reason why the legacy media has lost the trust of the American people. She suggests Tapper was either a poor journalist who was blind to Biden's cognitive decline or complicit in covering it up, and is now trying to profit from claiming he was duped by the White House.

Speaker 0: Lara Trump is here. Lara, do you think Jake Tapper owes you an apology? Speaker 1: Well, you can see for yourself in that clip. It wasn't just enough for him to deny the cognitive decline that was obvious to everybody with eyes and ears in The United States Of America and, quite frankly, around the world, Jesse. He had to go a step further. He had to shame me and insinuate in a in a astonishing insinuation that I was mocking someone with a stutter. Nobody knew Joe Biden even had a stutter, I don't believe. But that got me a lot of hate from a lot of people. Captain Sully went on to write an op ed to shame me even further after that interview. So I'm expecting a full throated public apology at any point. I'm holding my breath from Jake Tapper and maybe from captain Sully as well. But this is the reason that the legacy media has lost the trust of the American people. Only about 25% of the country believes these people anymore and thinks they can actually trust them because there's only one of two options here. Either Jake Tapper is just about the worst journalist who's supposed to investigate and research and, I mean, maybe was totally blind for about five years there. Or he denied like they all did, tried to cover up what we all saw ourselves. And now that he can make a buck off of it, now all of a sudden, he was duped by the White House. It's absolutely ridiculous, of course, Jesse.

And I never had the experience of anything other than a guy who brought to the table a lot of good ideas about how to solve problems. So to the extent people are now saying, well, we thought about whether he should have a wheelchair, which I understand is one of the things that was said, I never heard any of that. I never saw any of that. All right. Fair enough.

Chuck Schumer allegedly denied a "plan b" involving Barack, Nancy, and Hakim if things went south at the debate. The speaker questions whether "go south" meant Biden had a malfunction or simply didn't perform well. They believe Schumer's concern about optics, rather than Biden's potential cognitive decline, reveals a lack of character. The speaker argues that the decline was evident for years, citing videos, speeches, and the Hur report, and calls the denial and cover-up outrageous. They claim people argued Biden could serve four more years until the debate made it untenable. The speaker believes this is the greatest scandal in modern American political history, involving deception about a sitting president. They question who was making decisions on behalf of the country while Biden was allegedly impaired, and accuse people of lying about it publicly. The speaker insists on knowing why this happened and who was making decisions behind the scenes.

Speaker 0: If things go south at the debate, me, Barack, Nancy, and Hakim have a plan b. Schumer would later deny it. To it's a political problem that we have here. Speaker 1: Did he mean go south at the debate in that Joe Biden totally, you know, had a malfunction the way we saw, or did he mean just go south at the debate like he doesn't perform well? The fact that It could have been both. The fact that he was only concerned about the optics and not about the fact that the president of The United States might be in cognitive decline, might be mentally impaired, to me speaks volumes about the lack of character of Chuck Schumer. But the idea that we did not know about this for the years leading up to the presidential campaign, we all saw it with our own eyes. Video after video, speech after speech, statement after statement, the her report. The fact that we have people saying today, oh, I I didn't know. We had no idea is outrageous. That's number one. Number two, the cover up is outrageous. And number three, people were arguing with a straight face that this man could serve four more years until, of course, it became untenable at the debate. Honestly, you know, Jake and Alex have done a great service here. This book needs to be written. These stories need to be told because we've lived through the greatest scandal in modern American political history. The cover up of the decline of the president, the argument that he could serve four more years. If he were in office today, if he had somehow won and were in office today, you'd have the same people on TV today saying, he's fine. Behind closed doors, he's fine, and you know it. You know it. It wasn't just deception about a campaign. The man was the sitting president of The United States. There's more at stake here than just politics. There's in the moment decision making. Was the country at risk? Who was making decisions on behalf of the country? Because, obviously, the president was impaired, and there were people who knew it. There were people those same people were lying about it publicly. And now the real question is, who was making decisions behind the scenes? You can't just move past it. Speaker 0: Hello, everybody. For It's nice. Nice plane. Everyone having a good time. We'll be back in Washington soon. We have a lot of good news to report, and, you'll be hearing about it. Probably not now, but you'll be hearing about it. We've had some good things coming out of the many war zones that were created by Biden and a group of incompetent people. But I think we have some pretty good news, so we'll talk about that later or tomorrow. Any questions? Any plans to speak Speaker 1: with president Xi this week? Speaker 0: No. No plans to speak to him, but China and our people are talking about different things. Speaker 1: You said that you didn't make any mistakes in your recent one hundred days. Was it really mine from both the Azure National Security Advisor? Speaker 0: No. It's irrelevant. It's not a mistake or not a mistake. It's not a big deal. So what He fine, and where he is, he'll do a good job. Speaker 1: What made you Speaker 0: lose confidence? I don't consider that. I didn't lose confidence in him. Why did I lose confidence? Going to the United Nations, me, if I had a choice for myself of doing, I'd rather have that job than the other. Speaker 1: Did he resign on his own or did he? Speaker 0: He didn't resign. He didn't resign. So I just moved him. There was no resignation. You people are so bad. You know? You're trying to make a big deal out of something. That's not you are so bad. That's interesting. That's why nobody watches you anymore. Who are you with? Speaker 1: Mister president. Who are you with? I'm with First. You're with who? Speaker 0: First. First. I didn't know there was such a Speaker 1: this one. This one the first first one. Any trade deals coming this week? Speaker 0: It could very well be. Nobody understands. We're negotiating with many countries. But at the end of this, I'll set my own deals because I set the deal. They don't set the deal. I set the deal. They've been ripping us off for years. I set the deal. So Every country, almost without fail, friend and foe, has been ripping us off for years. So we're meeting with almost all of them, including China. And at the end, I'm setting the deal. I keep saying, when are you gonna this is not like a big deal that's gonna be signed. In some cases, we'll sign, but we don't have to have said it. I'm gonna be setting the deal. I'll be setting a terror. You keep asking the same question. When will you agree? It's up to me. It's not up to them. It's up to me. Now they don't have to deal with us, which is okay because we lost under Biden, we're losing $5,000,000,000 a day. Think of it. $5,000,000,000 a day. Now we're not dealing with China at all because the tariff's so high that they basically can't deal. And because of that, we're saving billions of dollars. Yeah. But just and I'm not saying this to be a wise guy when you to be mean. I don't wanna Speaker 1: be mean to hear, you know, Speaker 0: good professional. But you do keep asking me that same question. It's not like we're gonna sit down in an ivory room and we're gonna just he's gonna say there'll be some of that, very little. I don't see a lot of it. At some point in the next two weeks or three weeks, I'm gonna be setting the deal. I'm gonna say that such and such a country has had a tremendous trade surplus, surplus their way, with us. They've taken advantage of us in various ways, and we fully understand what they were doing. We we were being led by people that were not very They were able to be taken advantage of, but I can't be taken advantage of. So at some at a certain point, I'll be just setting a certain tariff number. What's it? What's Speaker 1: On that far, on H that they're still not getting medicines. And, you know, Speaker 0: it's Well, that shouldn't be happening. But, the other thing, other countries should be helping us with that. And, I'm a big fan of getting that solved. But, you know, we're the only country. Where are the other where is France? Where is Germany? Where are these other countries? Nobody does anything but The United States. And we spent, you know, billions and millions of dollars. So they should be helping also. But as you know, we did a waiver. You know that. Speaker 1: Right? Right. But there Speaker 0: is something can't help that because if we did a waiver, then you have to get your people to act properly in the waiver. But I do ask, why are we the only country doing it? Speaker 1: Mister president, what's your what's your timeline on the rest of your judicial nominations? And what's your criteria on the Speaker 0: Which nominations? The future of judicial nominations for the Speaker 1: judge positions? Speaker 0: Well, we're putting them in rapidly. We're trying to get very good ones. I mean, we need judges that are not gonna be demanding trials for every single illegal immigrant. We have millions of people that have come in here illegally, and we can't have a trial for every single person. That would be millions of trials. The people elected me in a landslide with every single we won every swing set. We won everything there is to win by big numbers. Not only swing set. We won the popular vote by millions of votes. They elected me. This was the number one issue. And now we have judges that are radicalized, and they're they're crazy. Because they want us to have if you believe this, they want us to have a trial for every person that came in illegally into our country. So they come into our country illegally, and then we're supposed to take weeks, I guess, and months to have a trial on every criminal that we have murderers all over the country. I don't think the supreme court will stand for that. I can't believe it. Because you know what? If they do, we're not gonna have a country. Go Speaker 1: ahead. How will you make sure that the judges that you appoint are never gonna Speaker 0: All you can do is do the best you can. You know, you you try and appoint the best people to being judges or anything else that you appoint. But so far, you know, I'm very disappointed with the decisions that come out, and mostly from the people appointed by others that made. But it's just so hard to believe that you have a murderer. Many you know, we have 11,888 or whatever the number is. We have thousands of murderers in this country. We're getting them out. And they say, we don't want them out. We want them to stay in our country until they have a trial. Trials take years. They take years. It's so crazy. We won't have a country left. We can't have that happen. Speaker 1: It's so crazy. It's the only I can do. Who are with? The Wall Street Journal. Speaker 0: That's right. Well, you you people treat us so badly. Wall Street Journal has truly gone to hell. Go ahead. It's a rot 10 newspaper. Already looked at What I said, it's a rotten newspaper. Speaker 1: Are there any updates to talk to the 100? Speaker 0: I wouldn't tell the Wall Street Journal because it'd be wasting my time. There are talks, but I I don't wanna talk to the Wall Street Journal. But look, Wall Street Journal is China oriented, and they're really bad for this country. Speaker 1: Did you say you want a fair deal? Did you say you want a fair deal with China? What is a fair deal? I think you want that too. Speaker 0: Well, you know, want a fair deal with China, but China's been ripping us off for many years. So maybe something should be thought about, you know, little bit of retribution. China's been ripping us off for many years ever since they started. To me, I think the worst thing that Richard Nixon ever did. Was he Speaker 1: right now And it was Speaker 0: a Nixon. You know, he's the one that got it started, Speaker 1: and they've taken advantage of it. That were you Mexicans? No. Speaker 0: So Mexico is saying that I offered to send US troops into Mexico to take care of the cartel. She wants to know, is that true? Do you think I'm gonna answer that question? That's what I'm asking, I'll see. I will answer it. It's true. And I should think that was true. Because they should be they are horrible people that have been killing people left and right, and have been they've made a fortune on selling drugs and destroying our people. We lost three hundred thousand people last year to fentanyl and drugs. They're bad news. Yeah. That's true. If Mexico wanted help with the cartels, we would be honored to go in and do it. I told her that. I would be honored to go in and do it. The cartels are trying to destroy our country. They're evil. And, you know, we had three hundred thousand people die last year from fentanyl and all of that. We had hundreds. We had millions of people brought into this country that shouldn't be here. The cartels brought them in. So if she said that I offered to do that, she's a % right. And were you disappointed that Speaker 1: she denied that request that she doesn't want? Speaker 0: Well, she's so afraid of the cartel she can't walk. So, you know, that's the reason. And I think she's a lovely woman. But the president of Mexico is a lovely woman, but she is so afraid of the cartels that she can't even think straight. What I'm what I'm all I'm saying is that that you don't that a young lady, a 10 year old girl, nine year old girl, a 15 year old girl doesn't need $37. She could be very happy with two or three or four or five. I would I would let's not waste a lot of time. It's still one question. What else? Well, if that I don't know about it, but I'm honored if that's Speaker 1: the case. If they're gonna name a road after me, Speaker 0: if that's the case, I'm honored. Thank you very much. So what Speaker 1: do say you're asking me? Go ahead. Concerned to be a real road and national security concern? Speaker 0: Well, I have a lot of people that want the job, I can tell you. It's I mean, a lot people say it really works in with what Marco is doing. But we have a lot of people I'm gonna be naming somebody, Speaker 1: but we What's the name of the guy? Speaker 0: I would say within six months. Speaker 1: Would you like Would you press on that? You would Speaker 0: do the permanently, but I don't I think it's, you know, it's an appropriate job. Speaker 1: Are you considering Steven Miller? Are you considering Steven Miller? No. Steven Miller is at Speaker 0: the top of the totem pole. I mean, I think he sort of indirectly already has that job. You understand? Because he has a lot to say about a lot of things. He's good. He's a very valued person in the administration. Steven, go Speaker 1: for So we've reached a hundred days. What do you see as your main agenda item to the next one? Speaker 0: I think we had the greatest hundred days in the history of our country for an administration. I think we've done more. We've gotten rid of woke. We're strengthening up our military. Think of it. Six months ago, we had the worst numbers in the history of our military for joining up joining our military and police. Now we have the best numbers we've ever had. Just think of that. It's not even possible. Inflation's down. All costs are down. Everything is down other than as Tristan said, the thing that you carry the babies around in, but that's up 3%. Energy's down. Gasoline's down. Nobody's ever seen anything far ahead of schedule. So people that were paying a lot for groceries, they're paying a lot less. Interest rates are even down. We have a very stubborn Fed, I mean, Fed should lower, but that's that's okay. But interest rates are down. Mortgage rates are down. That's pretty amazing. So we've done I think I don't think there's ever been a better opening hundred days. We have a lot of fake polls where they interview Democrats, not Republicans, but I'm meeting more Democrats. I had a pollster that said to me, a legitimate pollster, John McLaughlin, top person. He said he's never seen polls that were so fake before, where they overweight the Democrats. And I only bring that up because I think it's something that should be said. It's a it's a shame how dishonest the media is. The media is corrupt and they're dishonest, and they're so bad for our country. Thank you very much, everybody. Speaker 1: Thank you. What's your opinion on the popular support?

I’m shocked by the hit-and-run incident involving Illinois Democrat Jackie Traynere, who struck a young boy in a crosswalk and fled the scene. Witnesses confirm she accelerated through a red light, hitting the child, then left without calling for help. Despite clear evidence, she received only a minor ticket. There are allegations of a cover-up by local officials, and public outrage is growing. I’m demanding accountability and transparency, as it seems political privilege is shielding her from the consequences of her actions.

Speaker 0: To kinda cancel altogether, and it was Speaker 1: a weird time weird time Speaker 0: to live through, and it's strange that it was five years ago. Speaker 1: You ever know where Speaker 2: the I Speaker 1: love the Green Bay Packers soundbite comes from? That that I'm infamously placed in there. Years ago, we were doing Waddle and I went to Bristol to fill in for Mike and Mike like on the fourth of July holiday. Sure. And we're on Ryan Rizzillo's show. Well, it was SVP at the time but SVP was on vacation too. Rizzillo was solo hosting and he was asking us about the NFC North. Yeah. Way back when. Got it. And I predicted that the Packers would win, and I said, I love the Green Bay Packers, and it sound like he's lived forever. Speaker 0: Well, it's a good origin story. I'm sure I'm sure Rosolo was impressed. Yes. I love Rosolo. He he he's awesome. Yeah. He he's great. Alright. Speaker 1: What do we got, Jack, around the NFL? Big news of Speaker 2: the morning. Jonathan Allen, the defensive tackle from Washington, signed with the Vikings on a three year sixty million dollars deal. I was going through it this morning that I haven't been tracking the odds as much recently, but I noticed the Bears right now have better odds to win the division than the Minnesota Vikings do. Right now, would you take the Bears over the Vikings? Speaker 1: Not me because I I'm not gonna get hurt again. I'm not being burnt again. I I they need to prove it to me. I could be happy with the moves but not willing to place a bet on the Bears to beat the Vikings. The Vikings were supposed to be the rebuilding team last year and they went out and they had a great year. So, I show me first, then I'll start making big time predictions for you. Speaker 0: I'll take the shot, Jack. If Oh, no. No. Is right. Speaker 1: This is very good. Speaker 0: This is Ben. Sorry. Sorry, Jack. Sorry. I I thought we're still doing Sharknone shot. I'll say this. If Ben Johnson is who we think he is as a head coach, then, yes, the Bears will be better this season than the Vikings. If we are questioning whether or not Ben Johnson's the guy, then Minnesota, I think, will still be the better team. I think Johnson will get the most out Caleb Caleb Williams and I think towards the middle portion of this upcoming season, we're going to have to have the conversation. Is Caleb the best quarterback in the division? I hope so. And if that's the case, then yes, they will be a better team. Speaker 1: I hope if we're talking about that, That would make me so happy. He has the talent, right? We know that. Speaker 0: So now it's you have to to kind of harness what he has. Don't try and do too much. Have the offensive line be solidified throughout the season. Ben Johnson helps him out. I I think it can happen. And I don't think I'm like pie in the sky wishful thinking on this. I think it's legitimate that Caleb can be that. Speaker 2: Justin Fields agreed to a two year forty million dollar deal with the New York Jets. This seems like to me a disaster waiting to happen. I I just, this doesn't, it doesn't seem like it's going to end well. What do you guys think about Justin Fields new home? Speaker 0: I agree with you. I I think, you know, good for Justin to get that contract and to be named a starter when you sign somewhere. I don't know. Like, are we planning on Justin Fields starting all 17 games for the New York Jets next season? I think that that's unlikely. I would set the over under at, like, 13 and a half. Like, does he make it he he's gonna get hurt at some point because he runs too much and we've seen that as Bears fans. He can't make it through a full season without getting injured. I I just don't. I agree with you, Jack. It's I would imagine he's gonna struggle and the Jets are gonna struggle. Speaker 2: The offensive line is average at best. They just lost Davante Adams. This will be a good running team because they have good running backs. Speaker 1: He gets reunited with his college team. Maybe we had great chemistry. We'll we'll see if that happens in the NFL level. I like, Justin Fields still brings out, like, big time emotion. You either think he's never going to be the guy, and I'm pretty much in that camp. I I I think he's got roles. I don't think he's ever going to be a franchise quarterback. And then you've got guys who feel like he's been given the raw deal in the NFL. This is a guy named Sam Block. What a sound is it? Speaker 0: Good old Sammy. Listen to Speaker 1: this tweet. Everyone doubted him. Everyone hated on him. Everyone slandered him. Everyone mocked him. Everyone laughed at him, and the New York Jets believed in him. Here comes angry Justin Fields. Look out. Oh, angry. That that was a tweet yesterday, and, like, who slandered him? Speaker 0: Who slandered Justin Fields? Who hated Justin Fields? We wanted to see him do well. He just didn't play. I mean, last year with the Steelers, a much better franchise than the Chicago. Speaker 1: Green's gonna like, Green's been obsessed with him because Justin Fields? Yeah. Because of the splash plays. And I feel like if you've watched the Twitter highlights and the splash plays in that every of the 60 or 70 offensive plays in a game. Yeah. You think higher of him because of that or because like the record was his starting record was last year without watching some of the throws and I I texted Green yesterday. You're going to think differently of him after watching him for an entire game and you're you're going because he's always booked Heath. He used to say, I don't understand why the Bears are giving, getting rid of them. Right. Right. And I I said to him, the one thing we know here, we may not know a good quarterback in town but we know when a quarterback isn't going to work. I'm not, I majored in that. Speaker 0: Yeah, just Tom Greeny to enjoy football Zach Levine. Second best quarterback available for the recycled cats. What you think? I'm just saying. If if not, Fields did who? Who was the Jeff's deck? That's true. I I I Speaker 1: guess there's there's that way Hunter and how do feel if Speaker 0: you're in Rogers that, you know, the Jets didn't want you they wanted Justin Fields. I don't understand this thing about the splander. Have people did people not watch Justin Fields as a Bears quarterback? And you're right. I think it's a lot of it is led by people out of town who don't know, and they saw the highlights. Unfortunately, most of field highlights were him, like, running 65 yards for a touchdown. It's not like he's standing tall in the pocket, you know, making these incredible throws. He will, he will like once every 10 throws pull out one where you go. Oh, wow. Yeah. There's that one that Speaker 1: was really great. You know, more of that, please, and I think it's in him, and that's why you believe. So there still aren't throws that make you jaw drop. There he's just not consistent enough. He's he's 26 Speaker 2: years old. Like, I'm not Speaker 1: ruling out that he makes some Gino Smith, Sam Darnold, where he switches a flint and suddenly he's a good quarterback. I just don't think this resort is Speaker 2: the place to do that because they don't have the infrastructure to help him develop like that. Speaker 0: You know, as a passer, his high school tape looks better than his NFL team. Speaker 1: I think you're right, you know? He like, we talked about Speaker 0: him and Lawrence. Both of the, both of Speaker 1: their high school tapes probably look better. Yep. Remember those were the two chosen ones in that in that class. Speaker 0: They they were one, two, from like age 16 all the way through college. The one, two prospect of that recruiting class. So, I I'll give here Fields. You know, two years ago against the Cardinals in the snow, isn't it where he found DJ Moore in the back of the end zone in the corner on a beautiful throw? He can do it every once in a while but the problem is in the pocket when he is frazzled, something gets lost in the the computer. Yeah. We're just trying to figure out a defense and that's where it shuts down your entire offense because you can't make a decision and then it all crumbles from that point on. So, you're a team that's quote a running team, yeah, he he may be serviceable for the Jets as as a team that's run first but in games where they're behind, there's no chance. You're not gonna be able to come back. Speaker 2: What else you got? Courtney brought up an interesting name that I honestly hadn't really even thought about for the last month. She said Keenan Allen is still maybe on the radar. Do you think he do you think he is on the radar? Would you bring him back? I heard that with you guys yesterday. Speaker 1: I wouldn't. And Waddle has has guided me through this one that he just feels that Caleb now would be up to Ben Johnson to coach this out of him and it should have been coached out of him last year. Just look to him and then look to others when Cole Kmet may have been open. Part of the problem with Cole was Kim didn't see him open a lot of times. Yeah. And I want Roma Dunze to be him in his prime. You know what I'm saying? I want I want Keenan. I want those balls to go to DJ Moore and Roma Dunze and then the others to Cole Kmet and then find the third receiver that fits Ben Johnson's offense and who could block. And hopefully, he could find a speed guy too, whether that's Tyler Scott or someone else. Speaker 0: I know that Roman Dunte is bigger than Aminran Se Brown, but I hope They come back at the Bears price. I don't have a problem with that. Speaker 2: Interrupting real quick with some minor breaking news. Yeah. Yeah. It's minor. Women will thrive to the Vikings for five years, dollars eighty eight million. So, they another, they have another big signing this morning. Speaker 1: It's it's and it's it's it's something interesting to bring up with Breer and we'll do that next. So, Will Fries was on the radar for the Bears. A lot of people wanted him. Did you want to pay that guy who's who looks to be good? He hasn't been great. 80, what'd you say? Speaker 2: 88,000,000? 80 8 million over five years. Speaker 0: Do have a guarantee? Speaker 2: Don't have that. Guarantee yet. Speaker 0: It's what it is. $20.28 for is what they spent. Right? Speaker 1: Lot of money for a guy who hasn't he's coming Speaker 0: off broken leg too, and that's maybe why this Speaker 1: car market, they got out of them. They traded for 10. Okay. We'll talk to Albert Breer coming up next the 08:00 hour. Captain Jay Hood on spring trading Tuesday is brought to you by the village of Bolingbrook. Nobody at this radio station does a better job as spokesperson of Peggy for the city Speaker 0: of Bolingbrook.

Mayor Mary Basher called Gary Franchi to address errors in his reporting regarding a hit-and-run incident involving Will County Board member Tranere. Basher clarified that she and Tranere were rivals, having run for the same mayoral position. She stated that the accident was reported, and all laws, rules, and regulations were followed. The state's attorney was consulted, and Tranere was treated no differently than anyone else. Tranere self-reported the incident, and Basher believes procedures were followed according to Will County law. The state's attorney was notified and approved the handling of the case. Basher denied any conspiracy or cover-up. She was informed of the incident the same day it occurred, possibly within a few hours. Initially disheartened, she allowed due process to take its course. Basher emphasized transparency and equal treatment, wanting to avoid any perception of political rivalry influencing the situation.

Speaker 0: Just got a phone call from the mayor of Bolingbrook, Mayor Mary Basher, and she says that there's some errors in my reporting, so we're gonna just give her a callback and try to clear this up. Speaker 1: Hello? Speaker 0: Hi, this is Gary Franchi returning your call. We're actually live right now. I wanted to let you know that. I saw your message about an error in our reporting. So I just wanted to kind of clear the air hear your response to the charges that were filed and why felony charges were not pursued for a hit and run? Speaker 1: Well, I I don't know about the police portion. I know that, you know, that the the accident was reported. And according to the laws and the rules and the regulations, they were all followed. But I think the part that I wanted to, clarify for you, especially, and I- I don't know if you followed our politics, but myself and Administrator Tranere, Will County Board member Tranere, actually ran for the same mayoral position. So there's more of a rivalry, if you will, than there is a friendship. This was followed. The rules of the laws was filed. The state's attorneys, you know, was was also spoken to about this to see what needs to be done. Actually, this is she was treated no differently than anyone else, and to have done anything differently would have been to treat her differently than any other person. Speaker 0: No. She Speaker 1: was she was she Speaker 0: was cited for failure to yield, but she did leave the scene of a hit and run and a child was involved. So I'm just curious who made the call to basically bring that charge of failure to yield and not, you know, fleeing the scene of a hit and run? Speaker 1: Again, she, came in and it was a self reporting as you saw on the police report. I think everything was there. So, again, checking with the law, it followed the procedures that needed to be taken. And that's just the way it is in Will County. I can't speak too much to that because, again, one, it's an open case. Sure. But, two, I am not versed in the law and why they allow things and why they don't allow things. You know, obviously, you know that our state, with all the safeties and everything else, has, has changed over the recent year. But state's attorney was notified. This is what we got approved with. And she followed the letter of the law, and there's no conspiracy theory as was indicated. But I found it particularly just wanted to make sure that you understood. Speaker 0: I appreciate it. Speaker 1: Because it looks like you you did do your due diligence, and I just wanted to provide that clarification that there's there's no friendship. There's no cover up because of the right And I hate to use that word rivalry. We were obviously two people running for the same position. Speaker 0: I understand. Now, with respect to the notification process, if a public official's involved in something that, I mean, people are outraged by this. I mean, it's obviously going viral across the web and we're getting lots of different reactions from people, but what's the notification process? Did you were you made aware that she was involved in this? When did you become aware of this? Speaker 1: Well, again, our police department followed letter of the law of where she did self report, and there is a particular time frame that is given for you to be able to go to the closest, police station and report an accident. And that that is what I'm told that happened and took place within minutes of this occurring. Speaker 0: Okay. But when but did you get a phone call or anything that that that she was involved in this accident? Speaker 1: I did not right away get a call, but I was informed of it shortly thereafter. Speaker 0: Yes. Like like, the same day or within an hour or thirty In Speaker 1: the same day. I I to be honest with you, I I could have been, like, within an hour, two hours, three hours in our debrief of the morning. Speaker 0: And what was your initial reaction when you found out? Speaker 1: You know, that's a good question. As a person, you know, I was, disheartened, to be honest with you. But, again, as, you know, following the letter of the law, understanding that it was followed, and I let due process take its course. Speaker 0: Okay, well, wanna thank you for taking the time to call me and to clear the air and answer my questions. I sincerely respect that. Thank Speaker 1: appreciate you returning the call. And again, you know, the key thing was to, I I just wanted to make sure that because I did look at your site that I know that you are researching for clarity, and I appreciated that. And I wanted to provide that clarity that absolutely, no intent of any kind of cover up. As a matter of fact, it's more just trying to be transparent and treating it like everyone else and not overly doing anything because then it would be perceived as political rivalry, which it is not. Speaker 0: Okay, all right, we'll make sure that we make a note on our thread and any of our reporting that we had the conversation. And again, I thank you for taking the time to reach out and clarifying. Speaker 1: Absolutely, thank you so much, have a great evening. Speaker 0: You too, bye bye. Okay, there you have it. Now you know their side of the story.

Speaker 0: Hey, Speaker 1: Alex. How are you? Speaker 2: Good. How are you? Today. Speaker 1: How are you? Doesn't this sunshine feel so good? A couple of things I wanna point out. Great economic news this morning despite all of the naysayers in the media and also all of the so called experts. The CPI index report came out this morning, and inflation is down. In fact, more inflation is down to the lowest level it has been in four years. This is just the fifty two days of president Trump taking office. We saw airline fares fell. We saw the cost of gasoline is down as well. We also saw a $1,000,000,000 investment this morning from GE Aerospace. We saw Asahi, the Japanese beer company, announced that they're gonna move manufacturing and investments to the great state of Wisconsin in response to president Trump's twenty five percent tariffs on steel and aluminum, which you all know, went into effect last night. So this is all good news for the American people, and it also shows that you can effectively utilize tariffs to bolster your industries here at home while driving down the cost of living for the American public through deregulation and through energy. And we know president Trump is intent on passing his big tax cuts later this year. We're calling on congress to do it. We also had a big win on Capitol Hill last night. As I talked to you all in the briefing yesterday, the president strongly supported the continuing resolution. He continues to support the continuing resolution. Now the ball is in senate democrats' court. Do they want to shut down the government, or do they wanna keep it open and funded for the American people who need this government to continue moving, to continue building on the momentum president Trump has created? It's up to them. See what they do. They hope we hope that everybody on the senate side will help to pass this bill, so we can continue doing the business of the American people. I'll take a couple questions. Well, I think I talked about this yesterday, and I think the president sure. The president has also addressed the stock market yesterday. It's a snapshot of a moment in time. And we expect there will be good days and there will be bad days, but ultimately, Wall Street and Main Street are going to benefit from this president's policies as they did in his first Speaker 2: And Caroline speaking of Wall Street, Caroline. Speaker 1: Education Sure. With layoffs at 50%. Can you confirm that critical services will be cut, for instance, reassuring American families with kids with disabilities that their programs will not be cut? Yes. The secretary of education, Linda McMahon, who's doing a tremendous tremendous job, by the way, has assured the American people of that, and these cuts are a promise made and a promise kept. There is no reason that we should be spending more than most developed countries in the world, and our education system is failing. If you look at our nation's report card of eighth graders are not reading at the rate that they should. Fourth graders are not learning math at the rate that they should. And so we have a problem with our education education system. Nobody disagrees with that, but a lot of people seem to disagree with actually doing something about it and changing the status quo. So the president wants to return education back to The states, empower those closest to the people to make these very important decisions for our children's lives, and that's this is a first step in that process. Speaker 2: Caroline, speak out with Wall Street. Seems that president Trump has put the onus on Russia to engage in the ceasefire. If that ceasefire is broken, is there any type of enforcement mechanism in place that president Trump would enforce on Russia if they break up ceasefire? Speaker 1: Well, that's obviously a grand hypothetical question that I won't comment on because we're not there yet. The current state of play is that Ukrainians have agreed to a ceasefire. The Ukrainians have agreed to the peace plan that was put on the table yesterday in Saudi Arabia by the secretary of state and our national security adviser, who I just spoke with before coming out here, and he informed me that he has had a call today with his Russian counterpart, and the president's team continues to be engaged. As you all know, mister Witkoff is traveling to Moscow later this week, and we urge the Russians to sign on to this plan. This is the closest we have been to peace in this war. We are at the tenth yard line, and the president is expecting the Russians to help us run this into the Speaker 2: end zone. Would president Trump call president Putin an encouragement to to engage in a cease fire? Speaker 1: I don't have a readout on the president's calls, but as the president always does, if that call happens, he will let you guys. Speaker 0: Everyone. Yes. What does the president have at before his office? Yes. Speaker 1: He will be here tomorrow, and I suspect the president will provide guidance on that meeting after it takes place. But, I'm quite confident as he always does when it comes to NATO. He will urge the NATO secretary, the president's belief that, NATO countries need to pay their fair share for their own defense. We have been, spending billions and billions of dollars on NATO, which, the president agrees with so long as other countries are paying their fair Speaker 0: share of the dollar. 5 percent still his commitment, like, what he expects from the European countries? 5% of GDP for the matter? Speaker 1: Last time I spoke with him, that was his commitment. Speaker 2: Sarah, speaking of your answers Thank you. Speaker 3: Does the president have any response to the ITC arrest of Rodrigo Duterte and the former president? Speaker 1: I have not spoken to him about that, but I can get back Speaker 2: to him. Speaker 3: Well, separate question then. There's this March 13 deadline for departments to submit their agency reduction plans. Can you give us an update on that? Is there any foot dragging from any places within the federal government? And when do you expect these guys to go? Speaker 1: Everybody is working together as one team. This is a goal that every cabinet secretary across the board agrees with. We have to reduce our workforce. We have to make our bureaucracy more efficient. And then when March 13 deadline hits, we can talk about that. Karen, let's the on the Speaker 2: May 8, you mentioned yesterday that this is a transition period. How does the White House measure this in terms of when can you not blame it on former president Biden? When does it fully Speaker 1: become president Trump's responsibility? Well, we've only been here for fifty two days, but certainly the president is working hard every day to, again, bring down the certainly cost of living which Speaker 0: we see is already happening. You see the cost of x is going down, cost of gasoline is going down, because of the massive deregulatory efforts of this president and also the fact that we are Speaker 1: delivering on this promise to drill, baby drill already. You saw this past weekend, the National Economic Advisory put out a report that because of the regulations we've already slashed in just fifty two days, we've saved American taxpayers $180,000,000,000. That comes out to about $2,000 per American household. That's in fifty two days. So the president is working diligently. He's working hard on this every single day.

I just stepped outside my home in Chicago after 2,896 days in prison, thanks to President Trump's pardon. I unleashed my anger at the corrupt political machine that tried to erase me, calling out the rigged courts and weaponized prosecutors. I firmly stated, "I NEVER SOLD A SENATE SEAT!" and labeled the charges against me as a political hit job by the Obama-Biden administration. I see parallels with Trump's situation, and I'm ready to fight back against the weaponized justice system. The corrupt elites have failed, and I'm just getting started.

🚨 BLAGOJEVICH UNLEASHED—PRESS CONFERENCE OUTSIDE HIS HOME AFTER TRUMP PARDON! 🚨 Rod Blagojevich just stepped outside his home in Chicago and TORCHED the corrupt political machine that tried to erase him. 2,896 days in prison, and now he’s free, thanks to President Trump’s full pardon. Standing alongside his wife and daughters, he delivered a SCORCHING rebuke of the rigged courts, weaponized prosecutors, and deep-state thugs who railroaded him. “I NEVER SOLD A SENATE SEAT!” Blagojevich thundered, slamming the fake charges as a sham political hit job orchestrated by the Obama-Biden crew. The real crime? Daring to negotiate in politics—the same “wheeling and dealing” that Lincoln himself used to pass the 13th Amendment. And here’s the kicker—they used the SAME tactics against Trump. Fabricated charges. Media smear campaigns. Lawfare. Blagojevich says Trump saw through it all and acted to END the injustice. Now, Blagojevich isn’t just walking away—he’s DECLARING WAR on the weaponized justice system that’s out to destroy political enemies. He’s got the names, the tapes, the receipts—and he’s ready to EXPOSE IT ALL. The corrupt elites FAILED. The deep state LOST. Blagojevich is BACK, and this is just the beginning. I'm deeply grateful to President Trump for my pardon. He's always helped me without asking for anything in return. My eight years in prison were a nightmare, stemming from false political charges. President Trump recognized the injustice. My family and I will never forget his kindness. This was a political attack, and I maintain my innocence. I never broke any laws. The weaponization of prosecutors for political purposes is a grave constitutional crisis. I’m committed to fighting for justice. I'm writing a book about my experience, a journey from the governor’s mansion to prison. My faith and family sustained me. I plan to continue consulting and writing, and I hope to help President Trump reform our justice system. I haven't decided about running for office again; my wife is against it!

Speaker 0: Okay. Thank you very much. Patty hung you there back. Well, I just have a stickiness. On behalf of my wife, Patty, and our daughters, Amy and Annie, we both together, and our daughters as well wanna express our deepest and most profound and everlasting gratitude to president Trump for what he's done today for the full presidential pardon. I think about my relation with president Trump, and it's really well, he's always doing things for me, and he never asked me to do anything for him. I had a chance to be on a television show, and, then he ended what was a long, long, hard nightmare. After two thousand eight hundred ninety six days in prison, nearly eight years, president Trump pulled me out of there, and now he did this. And, all I can tell you is that, president Trump is a man who, when he sees things that are wrong, he writes them and puts an end to them. And, Patty and I, Amy and Annie will always be grateful to president Trump and never ever forget his kindness to us. A long time ago when I was here in this house and Patty and I and our babies were asleep, 06:00 in the morning, we got a phone call. I thought it was a practical joke by my friend, state senator Jimmy Vallejo, telling me they get a warrant for my arrest. It wasn't him. It was the FBI, and that was the beginning of what was and has been a long, hard nightmare for my family and for me. All through through this long, hard process, two trials, eight years in prison, I never ever wavered my determination to prove to the people of Illinois and anybody else who's listening that I broke no laws, crossed no lines, never took a penny. It was all politics, routine political conversations that were begun by then president-elect Obama who sent an emissary to me to talk about making what this appellate court called a routine political deal when they reversed the so called sale of the senate seat. They were fake charges, and the big lie was told by the prosecutor and his office that did to me and my family what they did. But it's over. President Trump saw what happened, and how interesting understanding between people to sort of understand that something isn't right and something is wrong. Terrible thing that they did to me, a Democrat governor, even worse what they did to a Republican president, president Trump. And, his resilience, his strength, his fortitude, his unwillingness to give in is an inspiration and an example of the kind of leader that he is. I could never give in. I wanna say to the people of Illinois two things. Number one, I never raised your taxes, and number two, I didn't do it. It was all political talk. And so I wouldn't give in because I love my wife. I love my daughters. I'll always honor and revere the memory I have of my late parents and the values they taught me. And I could never give in and sell the people of Illinois out and let these corrupt prosecutors criminalize things that are routine and legal in politics and take you away from me. To all of the Democrats out there who voted for you twice in elections, Democratic, voters who voted for me in two elections as governor, I wanna thank you. For all of those Republicans out there who voted against me in those two elections, I wanna particularly thank you for the second election. Had there been more of you in that one, I wouldn't have gone where I ended up going. But most importantly, I wanna talk a little bit just about what's, I believe, the greatest constitutional crisis in American history since the civil war, and that is this weaponization of prosecutors for political purposes, rigged courts, a broken justice system that is historically been racist in America, now has become weaponized in America. And I also wanna say, how law fair and the misuse of the power of prosecutors in the courts must never be part of the political process. Abraham Lincoln said it right when he talked about government of the people, by the people, and for the people. And that's what's at stake here. And so moving forward as we learn from the past without bitterness, always remembering, I, wanna simply say that I'm determined to do whatever I can as a private citizen, volunteer my time and efforts to do the best I could to fight for justice and to, and do what I think is right. I'm gonna wrap it up and introduce my lawyer, Leonard Gooden here, in one second. But I'd like to share a quick little story about, my early days in prison, way back in 02/2012, '2 thousand '13, '2 thousand '14, when they put me in a prison behind a barbed wire fence, the inmates call it the razor wire. This is fresh in my mind because I'm writing a book about that experience, and I can't help but forget the things that you know, some of the experiences I went through. And I remember one of my first visits to see Patty and our kids, and our little Annie was still only eight years old. And before going in to see my family, there's a there's a fee you have to pay, a price you have to pay before you can see your family that's being searched. Full body cavity cavity strip search going in, a full body cavity strip search going out. And while I was doing one of those undignified things, a kindhearted correctional officer, one of the prison guards, a man who was raised in the black churches and had a deep abiding faith in the Christian faith, told me a story. He advised me, go read Genesis chapter 38 to 50. Story of Joseph. And at the end of that story, a man who was innocent was condemned to prison, but god favored him and pulled him out. At the end of that story, Joseph says to those who persecuted him and had trumpet do with what happened to him, his brothers would sold him out. He said, what you meant for evil, God meant for good. I truly believe that as bad as this has been, I can't begin to tell you how blessed and fortunate I've always felt to be able to walk through life with Patty. It's been a most gracious thing. She defied the odds. Two days after I was arrested, the Vegas Odds Makers had a nine to one that she was gonna leave. She didn't leave. She stayed. After eight years of incarceration, when better than 90% of women, whether they're wives or significant others, and a man's in prison for more than four years, they don't stick around. So I've been blessed and fortunate to have fallen in love with and walked through life with my loving wife and our daughters. It's faith, hope, and love that brought us home. And so grateful to the people who've been supportive of of us, who've been so kind with their words of encouragement through all those hard years. And, again, above all, one more time, let me tell you from the bottom of my heart, how deep my appreciation and gratitude is for president Trump. I believe president Trump is well on his way to being the most consequential president in American history since Franklin Roosevelt. He is gonna change things and make things better. And among the things he's gonna change, I believe, is gonna save our democracy by putting a stop to weaponize prosecutions for political purposes and law fear. Thank you. Leonard? Rod, real quick. Do you want the ambassadorship to Serbia? Could you comment on that? Are you in line with that position? No comment. Speaker 1: Are you gonna run for public office now that you're party? Speaker 0: She's here. No comment. Speaker 2: Are you going for a mayor? Speaker 1: Because the president don't put any position in his company. Alright? Speaker 0: Look. You're asking me political questions about whether or not I want to run for public office. I haven't thought about that. I'm so grateful for what president Trump did for me and for my family. Patty's made it abundantly clear that I ever do that again. I'm quoting you. She said, I'll be doing that with my second wife. And, I sure don't wanna lose her. Speaker 1: Do you think speaker Madigan is a victim of the weaponization of prosecutors? Oh my god. Speaker 0: I, I'm not gonna comment on that, and I haven't been following that. Goenner, come talk, please. Then I'll answer more questions. Speaker 3: I met Rod in 02/2011. I've been fighting for his freedom ever since, and this is a a happy day. And I just wanna say there's not many people that come through the federal system and can actually come out the other side, with their house, with their family intact. It says a lot about the strength of this man and this amazing wife, Patty, Patty that he has. And, I just also wanna say this is a case, that was built on a political deal that was never a crime. He never should have done a day, and, thanks. I I also thank president Trump for doing the right thing. This is what pardon power is supposed thank you all for, for for the support, and and it's been my honor, to get to know these people. Speaker 0: Leonard, what what's the communication been like with the White House in recent days? Do you comment on how Speaker 3: I have no comment Speaker 1: on that. Speaker 0: How did you find Can I say something about Leonard? He's not only a good man, he's a great lawyer. And, it's been a real pleasure and an honor having him represent us and and, the appeal that he wrote. I would spend hours in prison rereading his appeal, something like 90 something pages. It was very meticulous. He's a great writer, good short sentences. But most of all, he's just a good effing guy, and what a great experience it's been with Leonard. Even though every step of the way, we lost every step of the way in that second rigged corrupt trial run by a judge who was a political hack. Speaker 1: How did you hear? Did Trump call you directly? You have to talk to Iran. That's what I mean. I How did you find out? Did did Trump call you directly? Speaker 0: And I'm gonna try to call president Trump myself and personally thank him. But Patty and I were, spending quiet evening at home two Saturdays ago, and the phone rang. And, someone that I know through the Trump campaign was his calling. He was calling, and I answered it. Really a good guy, very effective. And I said, hey, Sergio. How are you doing? Congratulations on your big position. And he said, hold on a minute, Gov. An old friend would like to say hi to you. And then I got on the phone, and it was president Trump. And, he told me that that this is what he was gonna do, and, and so we've known him for a couple of weeks. And, again, what can I say? He's just he's just a great effing guy. Speaker 1: What is your strongest feeling right Speaker 0: No. No anxiety after it will lead me through. You know, one benefit of that experience is that nobody can hurt you anymore after they do that to you. And you you face that, and you have to endure that. And, you know, people ask me sometimes, well, what do you think is your greatest accomplishment in life? Is it being governor? And my answer is no. Not even close. My greatest accomplishment is falling in love with Patty and having our children and standing up to these corrupt prosecutors never giving in, never ever giving in to the threats, the extortion, the shakedown, and the offers of leniency. If I'd be willing to say what they want me to say, I wouldn't do it. And I wouldn't do it because, as I said, my children, my wife, my late parents, me, and the people of Illinois, and your right to vote for me or against me. I was defending the right of all of the people out there who wanna vote against me because it's their decision. The right of the people that choose their leaders in elections, free and fair, and not have them taken promise or interfered with by weaponized prosecutors who've turned themselves into political hitmen. Speaker 1: Do you remember the wheeling and dealing conversations, though, that got you in trouble at all? Speaker 0: Not at all. That's good government. The first mayor Daley used to say good politics is good government, and good government is good politics. And Abraham Lincoln was our greatest president. Maybe Trump will surpass him, but Abraham Lincoln was our greatest president because he was a master of politics, and he was able to govern because of his political skills. And the slaves would not have been freed had it not been for Lincoln's great skill at politics. The thirteenth amendment Speaker 1: would have never passed Speaker 0: had not Lincoln engaged in wheeling and dealing to make it happen so that he can get those senators to support the thirteenth amendment. So no. Not at all. What I was doing was trying to do right by the people. Speaker 1: And by the way, 98% Speaker 0: of those FBI tapes that talk about all the potential deals we talked about, including the ones leading up to my arrest, that proves Patrick Fitzgerald is an effing liar when he said he was stopping a crime spree before it happened. On the night before, in the days before, you ought to hear those tapes and what I was about to do and what he stopped. So maybe now maybe now we can get some of those tapes played, and you see that this prosecutor Shar, the lead prosecutor in court, how he directly lied to the jury when I was testifying about what was on those tapes, and they wouldn't let me play the tapes in court to corroborate what I was saying. And he goes and tells the jury, go back in the jury room and listen to how many times he talks about the Madigan deal, which would have provided health care for people, public works, 500,000 jobs with a big capital project, public works bill, and a written promise not to raise taxes on the people. That was the deal. And Rahm Emanuel, the day before, I was told by my chief of staff, agreed to be the go between. And then the next morning, they come here at 06:00 in the morning with SWAT teams around my house and a hostage negotiator to arrest the sitting governor, the fifth largest state. What's the Speaker 3: difference for Cheryl protecting Barack Obama? Speaker 0: I don't know. But, Barack Obama's three o twos are still being covered up. Speaker 1: Governor, does it is it is it unconstitutional to for the state to bar you, for running across now that your convictions have been wiped away? Speaker 0: I believe it was always unconstitutional. Speaker 1: Will you challenge again? I know you lost that case in court. Speaker 0: I know, but look who's here. I don't know. I I I haven't thought that far ahead. This isn't about me running for office again, honestly. It is, however, a step towards me trying to serve my country some more and doing what I think is right now. Speaker 2: I think that's right now. What is the one thing you wanna do? Speaker 1: And you won't comment on the potential ambassadorship. What is next for you as you're passing? Speaker 0: Well, I think more of what I've been doing, I'm writing a book about the experience. It's a story that starts with one president. President Obama ends with another, president Trump. And most of the story is about a government prison with crips and bloods and gangster disciples. I've seen a little cartel drug dealers who look up to El Chapo, the drug lord. Like, my two daughters look up to Taylor Swift. There were murders in that prison they put me in for the first two and a half years. I went from a 50,000 square foot governor's mansion to a six foot by eight foot prison cell. I reached and searched for god and found him. I've learned that in in the sadness of life, that's something we often do is to search for god, and I found him. And it was my Christian faith that gave me the strength I needed to endure, to persevere, to overcome, and my love for my family. It really was faith, hope, and love. Saint Paul, first letter of Corinthians chapter 13. So I'm writing that book, and I I do some business and some consulting work and things of that sort, and I could keep doing that. And and I'll be as helpful as I possibly can be to president Trump and his efforts to save our democracy and make our country better. Speaker 1: Consulting work for who specifically? Speaker 0: Well, I mean, I've got private clients. I'm not I don't think they'd appreciate me. What Trying to get me fired or something? Speaker 1: What did you do on those two trips to Serbia? Speaker 0: Well, I met with president Vucic. You know, my father came from Serbia. Speaker 1: Who played for the trip? Speaker 0: My father came from Serbia, and I, was invited to go there and and be with him and and, and do some business. Speaker 1: What happens with your pension? Speaker 0: You know, Patty thinks about those things. I never ever did, and I still don't. They they took it away. I know that. Took my law license away, the sons of bitches. And, I shouldn't say that, but it was wrong. I I deserve my law license for standing up for the rule of law. And my pension, you know, I never really thought much about that. I still consider myself young, even though the number of years I've lived the lie that. But, you know, I don't know. I haven't thought about that. Did you wanna address dress that, honey? You don't have to Speaker 1: do it. No. No. No? Speaker 0: Well, you know, she kept us in our home, and she built her little business as a single mom all by herself. I miss my daughters growing up because of what they did, but she raised our two little girls beautifully. They're grown. They're they they both do great in school. They take after their mother. And, our older daughter is doing great. Her little one's doing great, and we're so blessed and grateful. And I really believe that what happened, it was for a purpose, something much larger than us. Speaker 1: What do you tell to all the innocent people that are in prison that they Speaker 0: don't have the lineup today? Yeah. I think it's very important for us to build on president Trump's first step, and the first step is that he was able to pass criminal justice reform. It was a Donald Trump who did that, not a democratic president. Donald Trump who big began the process of undoing the 1994 crime bill that Joe pard Joe Biden sponsored and Bill Clinton signed. I'd like to see us take a step a second step. I learned a lot of hard lessons from that experience I was in. It just reaffirmed. But I really knew but never really knew deeply, and that is that the criminal justice system is is is a racist system, and it disproportionately discriminates against people of color, particularly black people. And first time nonviolent drug offenders, nonviolent drug offenders first time, given these long sentences, almost impossible for them to have a chance at a second chance. President Trump began that process, a significant step with the Bush Step Act that led to the freedom for a lot of lot of people. I think there's more to be done, a lot more to be done. And I do think that they're part of that criminal justice reform needs to include holding prosecutors who abuse their power accountable for what they've done. And I think it's really important moving forward that we we do something like that. If I'm right and I am right, if you can use an unlawful standard as they did to get to get convictions for things that are legal, that the Supreme Court says is a first amendment protected right. If they can get away doing that, there's no difference between doing that and a dirty cop who plants a murder weapon to frame an innocent man. And so those cops who do that go to jail. How is it these prosecutors are immune from that sort of thing? Speaker 1: It was also announced today, that, Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, the justice department is not gonna prosecute him any longer. Do you see any parallels between your case and his Speaker 0: case? I I I see you'll see. I see. Yeah. No, man. You're wrong. I see, I see a parallel in that he upset some powerful people, political people, and all of a sudden, he became a target or something. And, apparently, they're talking about upgrades on a flight to Turkey or something. I don't know a lot about the details. I don't even have that, but I'm glad to hear that they're not gonna prosecute him because it all sounded like a bunch of baloney to me. Speaker 2: Are you glad that Charles Kushner got a part pardon Charles Kushner was accused of hiring a hooker to bait his brother-in-law. Speaker 0: Any other questions? About that. Alright. Speaker 1: Thank you. Pay your life to helping people of color get out of jail? Speaker 0: Yes. Very much. Yeah. I believe that's part of my destiny, and I believe I must do it. I do believe that. I believe I've been blessed with a miracle, but president Trump has been God's instrument. I believe that deeply, and I believe it's my calling. I very much do. And I hope to be able to work with the current administration in that direction. And I believe look. I know him enough. Speaker 1: I don't know him that well, but I know him enough to know when Speaker 0: he sees something wrong, he doesn't hesitate. This man, president Trump, asked to undo wrongdoings. And so a lot of it has to do with getting information to the people that have the power to make the decisions. And I think I could be helpful that way and do more than that, but certainly that. Speaker 2: As a Serbian, do you support president Trump standing up against Vladimir Putin in Ukraine? Speaker 0: Is that the same guy? Speaker 2: Yeah. It's the same Speaker 0: guy. Yeah. Nice to meet you. Yeah. I'm not going into foreign affairs. Are you crazy? That's I'm gonna know. Speaker 2: You're not gonna be a mess or the Serbia. Speaker 0: Anybody Leonard, you want anything you wanna say? Yeah. Anyway, thank you so much. Glad to see you guys again. In exchange for your pardon. He's never ever asked me for anything, by Speaker 1: the way. Speaker 0: I should point that out. Never ever Speaker 1: because you don't know Trump. Yeah. What does he want?

🚨BREAKING: Intel from a verified high-level source with TOP SECRET Special Access clearance just dropped BOMBSHELL info to us on the mysterious drones being seen across the U.S. These are OUR drones, tracking gamma rays linked to possible WMDs in a MASSIVE counter-terror operation! The "Office of Global Access" (OGA)—a shadowy 3-letter agency—has deployed advanced surveillance assets to hunt for a stray nuke or mass-casualty weapon hidden on the East and West coasts. 🚨MISSION OBJECTIVES: 1️⃣ Detect communications tied to the device. 2️⃣ Partner with law enforcement for rapid response. 3️⃣ Prevent mass panic while advancing intel operations. 💥ASSETS IN PLAY: Low-altitude surveillance aircraft scanning for signals. Special Ops units ready for instant action. Cyber Intel Teams analyzing terror networks. Sources say this could involve a submarine breach of our SOSUS warning nets or a WMD hidden in a cargo container or vehicle. The stakes are HIGH, and the government’s silence speaks volumes—they fear public panic. OGA’s advanced ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) tactics, including low-and-slow aerial monitoring, are actively in play. 👀 My source warns: “This intel is leaking NOW. FEMA is deploying over 350 trucks across six Michigan counties, confirming a military-backed operation initially classified as top-secret. This operation trained over 30,000 personnel for the arrest and detention of American citizens, with logistics mirroring military exercises focused on suppressing dissent. Oscoda, a decommissioned airbase, is now a key staging area. The alignment of FEMA's actions with military training raises concerns about federal overreach under the guise of emergency preparedness. This operation in Michigan may serve as a template for similar actions nationwide.

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

🚨BREAKING🚨 FEMA is deploying 350+ trucks across six Michigan counties, and the situation just got darker. A member of the United States military has corroborated maps posted online with their own from the operation. This isn’t speculation; it’s now verified. 🧵 https://t.co/brvovDaGId

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

2/40 The operation, initially classified as top-secret, was downgraded to unclassified earlier this year. Conducted in the summer of 2024, this operation wasn’t just a drill—it was dissident-related training involving federal agencies. Now, those plans are in motion.

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

3/40 Our military source revealed that the operation trained over 30,000 individuals nationwide. Its purpose? To prepare government forces for the arrest of American citizens and their detention in undisclosed locations. This isn’t a conspiracy—it’s documented. https://t.co/jvZb26M1F9

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

4/40 The counties involved—Eaton, Ingham, Ionia, Kent, Livingston, and Macomb—were chosen as part of a nationwide federal corridor. The routes align perfectly with Racine, Wisconsin. FEMA is now executing a plan drawn directly from the operation’s maps. https://t.co/QuV5B9Z5dE

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

5/40 The operation wasn’t theoretical. Its maps outlined scenarios involving mass arrests, transport routes, and detention zones. FEMA’s deployment of trucks and equipment in Michigan mirrors these plans exactly, according to our military source.

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

6/40 The summer 2024 training was explicit: the government practiced suppressing dissent. This included the simulated arrest of American citizens who opposed federal policies. FEMA is now implementing the logistical groundwork laid during that exercise. https://t.co/gp9aEE6s0L

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

7/40 Oscoda, Michigan, a decommissioned airbase, was identified during the operation as a key logistical hub. FEMA has now turned it into a staging area, deploying hundreds of trucks and resources. This is not disaster prep—it’s federal mobilization. https://t.co/UCoEk6tFUy

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

8/40 The operation involved military-grade logistics, including the coordination of routes, detention facilities, and staging points. Our source confirmed that FEMA’s actions in Michigan are following this exact blueprint. The maps don’t lie. https://t.co/WcxVHFIn6u

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

9/40 Military training at Fort McCoy during the summer of 2024 under CSTX (Combat Support Training Exercise) further corroborates this. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers trained for detaining citizens and riot suppression. This ties directly to FEMA’s Michigan actions. https://t.co/oWuhV8sI7Z

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

10/40 CSTX at Fort McCoy, documented with federal photos, involved scenarios of “angry citizens” and “notional riots.” The training emphasized preparing soldiers to engage with protestors—mirroring FEMA’s mass detainment logistics in Michigan. https://t.co/pmE7htyNFg

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

11/40 Next News Network recently exposed FEMA’s history of politicizing disaster relief, including directives to avoid homes with Trump flags. What we’re seeing now in Michigan is the next step in a much larger plan targeting dissenters. https://t.co/gobWIbxJG1

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

12/40 30,000 personnel participated in the training, according to our source, with the explicit purpose of learning how to detain American citizens during periods of unrest. The coordination between FEMA and other federal agencies is undeniable. This is real. https://t.co/mUIXGPj3qv

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

13/40 Speculation about underground routes and strategic sites like ferry systems and airbases suggests further coordination. Facilities along Lake Michigan and connected transportation routes were positioned for controlled access during federal mobilizations. https://t.co/3T0R3BXeCW

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

14/40 The staging of 350+ trucks is just the beginning. FEMA’s deployment involves heavy equipment, supply chains, and transport logistics. These are not the tools of disaster relief—they’re the tools of a government preparing for confrontation. https://t.co/3Nb1YoKnJg

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

15/40 Oscoda’s air base wasn’t chosen at random. During the operation, it was identified as a critical hub for detention logistics. FEMA is now using it exactly as planned, turning the site into a central point for their operations in Michigan. https://t.co/LbBHvXlc5a

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

16/40 Local reports claimed Oscoda was an unused migrant housing site. But the evidence points to broader federal purposes, including FEMA’s deployment of trucks and equipment. The disconnect between federal actions and local oversight raises serious questions. https://t.co/bhkelhJRlQ

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

21/40 The maps show more than routes—they reveal intent. FEMA’s use of corridors and staging areas mirrors military exercises that trained personnel to suppress dissent and detain citizens. The operation has moved from training to execution. https://t.co/jhXnWQFJFX

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

I’m facing serious allegations regarding my past as a teacher, specifically claims of inappropriate relations with a male student. These accusations suggest I left teaching to cover up a scandal, including visits to a gay bar and concerts. I’ve been accused of lying about my role at the school and my integrity is being questioned. The silence from me and my campaign raises concerns about accountability and transparency. A recent yearbook cover seems to hint at deeper issues. The pressure is mounting for me to address these claims as they gain traction.

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

🚨 ALLEGATIONS EXPLODE: Tim Walz, the Democratic VP nominee, faces shocking accusations from @DocNetyoutube, who claims @Tim_Walz’s teaching career ended over inappropriate relations with a male student. This isn’t just a smear—he was called "TOUCHDOWN TIMMY" for a reason. 1/15 https://t.co/k75Z9ZeE6A

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

According to @DocNetyoutube, the REAL reason Tim Walz left teaching wasn’t career advancement—it was to cover up a scandal. Allegedly, Walz had sexual relations with a male student, raising serious questions about his integrity. Is this why he avoids education issues? 2/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

@DocNetyoutube also claims Walz took this student to a gay bar and an Indigo Girls concert. These events allegedly led to a school board meeting to address his actions. Where’s the accountability? Where’s the transparency in the face of these disturbing allegations? 3/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Also troubling, Walz is accused of LYING about his role at the school. Instead of being the football coach, as he claimed, he was merely an assistant. If Walz lied about this, what else has he misled the public about? What else is he hiding? 4/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The nickname "TOUCHDOWN TIMMY" allegedly wasn’t about football after all. According to @DocNetyoutube, it was an inside joke about his inappropriate behavior with the male student. How many more lies are lurking in Tim Walz’s past? 5/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

This scandal is not just personal—Tim Walz is running for the SECOND HIGHEST office in the land. If these allegations are true, how can Americans trust him with power? His silence on these serious accusations speaks volumes, and the public deserves answers. 6/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

It seems Democrats have a pattern of sweeping scandals under the rug. First, it was Clinton, then Cuomo, and now Walz. How many more will the party protect at the expense of public trust? What does this say about the values of their leadership? 7/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

How long has the Democratic Party known about these allegations? Was this covered up during the VP vetting process? If Tim Walz can’t face these claims head-on, how can he be trusted with the future of our nation? 8/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Walz built his campaign on attacking Trump and JD Vance’s character, yet these allegations reveal the hypocrisy. The real question voters should be asking: who is the REAL Tim Walz, and what else is he hiding? 9/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

If Tim Walz can’t handle answering for his past, how can he be expected to handle the responsibilities of the Vice Presidency? These allegations demand a full investigation—voters deserve the truth. 10/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The school board meeting that allegedly took place to address these actions raises serious red flags. Did local officials turn a blind eye to the situation? Were there efforts to shield Tim Walz from the consequences of his actions? 11/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

In any other profession, these kinds of allegations would trigger immediate scrutiny. Tim Walz has been directly accused in a reply to his own post on X, yet he remains silent. Will the mainstream media pick up on these explosive claims, or will they be buried? 12/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

If these accusations are true, Tim Walz’s candidacy for VP could be in jeopardy. How will Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party handle this ticking time bomb? The American people deserve full transparency and accountability. 13/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

This isn’t just about one scandal—this is about trust. If the Democrats can’t vet their own candidates properly, what does that say about their fitness to govern? The truth must come out before the election, and the consequences will be severe if it does. 14/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Follow us as we continue to track this developing story. We’re committed to bringing you the truth that the mainstream media won’t touch. This is far from over. Stay tuned for more updates! 15/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

🚨 NEW DEVELOPMENTS: @DocNetyoutube drops major updates on the allegations against VP nominee Tim Walz. In August, @DocNetyoutube received a tip about Walz's inappropriate relationship with a minor. Initially skeptical, the tipster's details proved too specific to ignore. 1/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

According to @DocNetyoutube, the Harris campaign and VP account were contacted directly via email about these explosive claims. Crucially, the emails were sent BEFORE Walz’s connections to an Indigo Girls concert and his relationship with a student came to light. 2/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Interestingly, @DocNetyoutube claims that Gwen Walz, Tim’s wife, seemed to try to get ahead of the story in an unrelated interview. If true, this suggests a cover-up was already in motion before the media could even catch wind of these allegations. 3/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Schools in Nebraska and Minnesota were also contacted. While the Minnesota school praised Walz as "upstanding," Nebraska’s Alliance High School REFUSED to comment. Why? What are they hiding? And why won’t the mainstream media investigate? 4/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The timeline is critical here. @DocNetyoutube verified the tipster's claim that Tim Walz attended a 1995 Indigo Girls concert with a student. This happened MONTHS before Walz allegedly got a DUI. How much more of Walz’s past are we not seeing? 5/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Emails to the VP account and Harris campaign are preserved under the Presidential Records Act, timestamping @DocNetyoutube’s inquiry long before any mainstream media even touched the story. If these claims are false, why hasn’t the Harris campaign crushed this? 6/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Threats have started rolling in. According to @DocNetyoutube, after these revelations began to surface, he received multiple threats, some from brand-new accounts that had access to his personal information. Who’s behind this, and what are they trying to silence? 7/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

In a cryptic tweet WEEKS AGO, @DocNetyoutube asked followers: Would you let your kid spend the night at a teacher’s house and attend a concert with them? This question came BEFORE any media mentioned Walz taking a student to the Indigo Girls concert. Forewarning? 8/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Even more alarming, @DocNetyoutube alleges this all happened YEARS before Walz became an outspoken advocate for LGBTQ rights. What motivated Walz’s sudden shift in public advocacy? Was it genuine, or was it part of a larger cover-up for past misdeeds? 9/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Despite months of waiting for a response from Walz or Harris, @DocNetyoutube claims they’ve been met with silence or half-hearted denials. What does this silence mean? Is there any real defense, or are they just hoping this goes away before the election? 10/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

It’s now becoming clear that other journalists may have known about this story but chose to withhold the information. If true, the media has failed the public yet again by burying a story that could impact a potential Vice President. Why the cover-up? 11/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The circumstantial evidence is building. Walz was fired from his football coaching job in Nebraska, and a school board meeting was held in response to these allegations. Why was he fired, and what did the school board know? Why the silence from Alliance High? 12/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

This is not just an attack on Tim Walz, it’s a reflection of the pedophilia problem in both Hollywood and Washington. As @DocNetyoutube says, “it’s not just Democrats” — this is a systemic issue. How deep does this go, and how long will it be ignored? 13/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Tomorrow, @DocNetyoutube promises to release the full details of the story, complete with time-stamped emails and receipts. If the MSM continues to ignore this, it will be a damning indictment of their complicity. Stay tuned for the full story. 14/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

🚨 LATEST: @DocNetyoutube just dropped a bombshell piece of evidence. The 1995 Alliance High School yearbook cover titled "If The Walls Could Talk"—in a year when Tim Walz left under scandalous circumstances. This was Walz's final year at Alliance High. 1/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

It’s no coincidence that the yearbook’s title seems to reference Walz’s own last name—pronounced like "Walls." Was the school trying to send a message through this yearbook, hinting at the scandal behind his departure? 2/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

This yearbook was published the same year @DocNetyoutube claims Walz took a student to an Indigo Girls concert. If the walls could talk, indeed. What more is hiding behind the silence surrounding his exit from the school? 3/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Walz’s final year at Alliance High School aligns directly with this teacher-student scandal. While the mainstream media has been silent, this new piece of evidence may be impossible to ignore. What was REALLY happening behind those walls? 4/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The cover’s message is clear—there were secrets that the administration knew. The coincidence is too great to be overlooked. Were the students trying to signal that there was much more to Walz’s story than the public was told? 5/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Keep in mind, this was the same time that a school board meeting was reportedly held regarding Walz’s behavior. The coincidence of the yearbook cover and these disturbing allegations is impossible to ignore. 6/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Tim Walz has consistently lied about his background, from his role as an "assistant coach" to his handling of this alleged relationship. If this yearbook cover is any indication, the truth was buried long ago. 7/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Walz’s silence thus far, coupled with no official response from Alliance High School or the Harris campaign, is deafening. As this story continues to spread, it will be impossible for them to ignore the growing public demand for answers. 8/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The eerie timing of the "If The Walls Could Talk" yearbook cover and Walz’s sudden departure from teaching raises even more questions. With this new piece of evidence, it’s no longer a question of if the media will cover it, but when. 9/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

Alliance High School and the Harris campaign may be keeping quiet now, but as the story gains momentum, they will eventually have no choice but to respond. The silence only fuels speculation. How much longer can they stay in the shadows? 10/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

This yearbook cover is more than a coincidence—it’s a symbol. As the allegations continue to go viral, Walz and the Harris campaign will have to face the music. The public won’t settle for silence anymore. 11/15

@NextNewsNetwork - Next News Network 🇺🇲

The explosive nature of these claims has made it impossible for the mainstream media to turn a blind eye forever. Whether they like it or not, Walz and his allies will soon be forced to reckon with the truth. 12/15

As @DocNetyoutube’s investigation continues to reveal more details, the pressure mounts on Walz and the Harris campaign. They’ve been given a chance to comment, but their refusal to do so speaks volumes. 13/15

With each passing minute, the evidence against Tim Walz grows stronger, and the silence from his camp becomes more suspicious. The yearbook cover is just one part of a much larger, troubling picture that can’t stay hidden forever. 14/15 https://t.co/pK1uMfD1hw
