Let's do a quick exercise of how this is going to go for the #RES and $RPR: Current Market Cap divided by the Permanent Drip Fund. At $4.79 per $XRP, the PDF fully backs the value of $RPR and a limit buy order is placed for the total supply divided against the PDF or currently 0.003436 $XRP per $RPR. Now lets see what happens if we do our Utility of Reaping while the $RPR price sits on the PDF wall; We sell 900,000 RPR per month (with 100k to dev), and because we sit on top of the PDF we know exactly how much XRP that would generate: 3,092 $XRP The 900,000 $RPR sold is immediately burnt because it was sold into the PDF. Of the 3,092 $XRP generated 25% to the PDF would add an additional 773.1 $XRP to the PDF. This would mean a 'slight' reduction of the PDF and per $RPR value. But Wait* There's more (Sorry). The $XRP Generated is doing multiple 'jobs'. We do not know how much of the $XRP generated was used to vote for Reaping $RPR itself, but it's a reasonable expectation that some amount is being used to decrease the total supply. Every $RPR vote means a higher base value in $XRP. Currently (pre-Debt-Reaping) we see significant votes towards constricting $RPR supply. Post Debt Reaping, it is essential to remember that up to 50% of the $XRP generated is used to make payments towards $RPR holder's debts, giving them a lower monthly liability and greater financial means. Additionally, we need to anticipate the detachment of the PDF and the DRIP stimulus. XLS-30D AMM will bring the ability for the PDF to produce interest, and with a very conservative 0.25% yield per month, the PDF would overcome the DRIP stimulus. Once that happens, 50% of funds generated go to the principle of the PDF, while interest between Reaping periods is paid to $RPR holders. At just 1% monthly yield, the PDF would currently bring in 4,215 XRP; 25% more than a Reaping sale if we are sitting on the PDF floor price. Naturally, between the Debt Reaping, token burning, and Passive $XRP payments, it would be very difficult for $RPR to stay on the PDF Floor price, but even if it did, it would still be a solid place to be. As always, this is NOT financial advice, but if you understand the technological inevitability of $XRP, you know it will perform well.
