A new preprint. Unfortunately it confirms my hypothesis that the Spike Protein causes seeding and accelerated amyloid formation of CJD associated human prion protein.

SARS-CoV-2 Spike amyloid fibrils specifically and selectively accelerates amyloid fibril formation of human prion protein and the amyloid β peptide bioRxiv - the preprint server for biology, operated by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, a research and educational institution biorxiv.org

The conversation discusses the long-term effects of SARS-CoV-2 and strategies to deal with them. It mentions the destruction caused by the spike protein and the similarities to AIDS. The conversation also touches on the reinfection rate, the need for relief strategies, and the potential benefits of zinc, teas, vitamins, and certain dietary components. Various studies and sources are shared to support these points.

🚨 My Most Important Work To Date A Universal “AIDS” SARS-CoV-2, the Spike Protein, and the Slow, Progressive Destruction of Infected Cells I dedicate this post to the memory of Luc Montagnier. JUST AS AIDS IS THE EFFECT OF HIV’S DESTRUCTION OF CD4 T-CELLS, ALL THE PATHOLOGIES BEING OBSERVED POST SPIKE PROTEIN EXPOSURE ARE THE EFFECTS OF THE SPIKE PROTEIN’S DESTRUCTION OF VIRTUALLY EVERY CELL TYPE! https://wmcresearch.substack.com/p/a-universal-aids

@plej_a I'm not even sure if "had COVID" is that important long term. Remember, up to 60% of those with HIV were asymptomatic...

@ReadThinkTweet2 - ReadThinkTweet

@Parsifaler @plej_a Most had Covid. And many get reinfected . It goes around, impossible to avoid if you aren’t an isolated hermit forever masked without family/kids. Every year we keep having it. Vaxxed or unvaxxed, nobody has long term immunity.

@ReadThinkTweet2 @Parsifaler @plej_a Yes, this is my question. What should people who had COVID in the past but do not have LC symptoms do now? I’m seeing plenty to be concerned about and plenty of panic-inducing data. If there’s anything that can help (like taking a round of Paxlovid), I want to know.

@LesismoreMc @ReadThinkTweet2 @Parsifaler @plej_a It seems not to be allowed to talk about relief strategies. Zinc is what virologists know to inhibit reproduction cycle in many nasty viruses. Zelenco told people. You are not defenseless! Also TCM Baicalin has potent functions for both viral families. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11027509/

Flavonoid baicalin inhibits HIV-1 infection at the level of viral entry - PubMed Baicalin (BA) is a flavonoid compound purified from medicinal plant Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and has been shown to possess anti-inflammatory and anti-HIV-1 activities. Zn2+ Inhibits Coronavirus and Arterivirus RNA Polymerase Activity In Vitro and Zinc Ionophores Block the Replication of These Viruses in Cell Culture Author Summary Positive-stranded RNA (+RNA) viruses include many important pathogens. They have evolved a variety of replication strategies, but are unified in the fact that an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) functions as the core enzyme of their RNA-synthesizing machinery. The RdRp is commonly embedded in a membrane-associated replication complex that is assembled from viral RNA, and viral and host proteins. Given their crucial function in the viral replicative cycle, RdRps are key targets for antiviral research. Increased intracellular Zn2+ concentrations are known to efficiently impair replication of a number of RNA viruses, e.g. by interfering with correct proteolytic processing of viral polyproteins. Here, we not only show that corona- and arterivirus replication can be inhibited by increased Zn2+ levels, but also use both isolated replication complexes and purified recombinant RdRps to demonstrate that this effect may be based on direct inhibition of nidovirus RdRps. The combination of protocols described here will be valuable for future studies into the function of nidoviral enzyme complexes. journals.plos.org

I have warned for years and take absolutely no joy in having been correct. I am, however, immensely grateful and thankful for those who have believed in and supported my work. https://www.mdpi.com/2227-9059/11/8/2287

‘Spikeopathy’: COVID-19 Spike Protein Is Pathogenic, from Both Virus and Vaccine mRNA The COVID-19 pandemic caused much illness, many deaths, and profound disruption to society. The production of ‘safe and effective’ vaccines was a key public health target. Sadly, unprecedented high rates of adverse events have overshadowed the benefits. This two-part narrative review presents evidence for the widespread harms of novel product COVID-19 mRNA and adenovectorDNA vaccines and is novel in attempting to provide a thorough overview of harms arising from the new technology in vaccines that relied on human cells producing a foreign antigen that has evidence of pathogenicity. This first paper explores peer-reviewed data counter to the ‘safe and effective’ narrative attached to these new technologies. Spike protein pathogenicity, termed ‘spikeopathy’, whether from the SARS-CoV-2 virus or produced by vaccine gene codes, akin to a ‘synthetic virus’, is increasingly understood in terms of molecular biology and pathophysiology. Pharmacokinetic transfection through body tissues distant from the injection site by lipid-nanoparticles or viral-vector carriers means that ‘spikeopathy’ can affect many organs. The inflammatory properties of the nanoparticles used to ferry mRNA; N1-methylpseudouridine employed to prolong synthetic mRNA function; the widespread biodistribution of the mRNA and DNA codes and translated spike proteins, and autoimmunity via human production of foreign proteins, contribute to harmful effects. This paper reviews autoimmune, cardiovascular, neurological, potential oncological effects, and autopsy evidence for spikeopathy. With many gene-based therapeutic technologies planned, a re-evaluation is necessary and timely. mdpi.com
