Speaker 0: Hi. I'm Brandy Vaughn. And for those of you who don't know me, I have been an activist speaking out against s p two seven seven here in California. Wow. What happened to our rights?
Yeah. How did I sit back and let this happen? Yeah. Yeah. This is a very slippery slope.
In this fight, I have been under a little bit of heat, and I wanted to document this just in case. I wanted to show some of the intimidation tactics that I've been under. There is a lot of shady stuff that goes on behind the scenes. I got involved in this fight because I used to work for Merck here in Santa Barbara where I live. And I worked there from 02/2001 until 02/2003, and I sold Vioxx for Merck.
Vioxx was eventually taken off the market and it was proven that Merck had knowledge that it increased heart attacks and stroke by two times and it injured and killed a lot of people. It was eventually pulled off the market and I lost a lot of faith in the healthcare system. I went to Europe then I came back with a six month old son. I was bullied at the pediatrician's office in San Francisco when I asked to see vaccine inserts and questions about them. That was a huge red flag for me because I already had mistrust of doctors and healthcare system in general and pharma.
And so I did a lot of research and that was four years ago and that was where my vaccine research started And I realized that they were not very safe actually and not very effective and I chose not to vaccinate my son. So when I heard about SB277 in California, I decided that it was important to that my voice was heard and that I was speaking up against it and part of the fight. So when I made that decision three months ago, I know that I knew I was gonna take some heat for it, but I wasn't quite sure how much heat. And so I'm making this video today to describe the intimidation tactics that have been used against me to try and silence me. The first one happened when I was coming back from the cap itol, a rally in Sacramento against s p two seven seven.
We're not going away. We're not going away. We're not going away. And I came home with a friend to my Heidi key being on my on my doorstep open to the key. And the story behind this was a year ago when I bought my house, I hid that deep in the bushes.
And six months, ago, I had looked for it because I thought, well, it's probably not a good idea to have a key to my house outside my right outside my door. I couldn't find it, but when I came back from Sacramento that one time, it was about two months ago, that the key was on my doorstep open to the key. That day, I had my locks changed and I called an alarm service and I installed a $3,000 alarm system two days later. So what happened apparently is someone opened the door, the front door, went through the front door, picked the lock, and my alarm went off. And they immediately disarmed it with the master code, which nobody had but me.
I made sure nobody else had that code. And they disarmed it at the panel with that code. Panels inside. According to the alarm company, at 03:45 in the morning, somebody entered in through the front door, the alarm went off. They disabled the alarm by putting in the master code right away into the panel.
And then at 03:46 in the morn in the morning, my hallway monitor sensor went off. So someone went down the hall. And then at 03:48, someone opened my dining room window and then closed it right away. And then if you notice, the dining room window actually faces out towards the backyard, which is much more private than the front door, which they used to enter that time. And then they went over to the keypad, entered the code again, and then left through the front door at 03:49.
After the incident, I talked to some security experts who have actually done intimidation for corporations and they explained a few things. They said, well, a) they were probably tapping your place. So, everything I say and do in here is listened to, if not watched. And then opening of the back, window because it's a much private, more private way to get in for future reference. For future visits.
When I did return home and the the police came in and made sure nobody was here and then I came in after the alarm was set off after the break in. And what I did notice was they had left the this window unlocked like this And before I left, for Sacramento all of the windows and doors were locked, double locked actually. I went through twice to make sure that they were locked. So after that happened, I, didn't really feel comfortable sleeping in my house again, because of course they could come in and disarm my alarm whenever they wanted. There wasn't really another way to secure, the system.
I changed the code but again who knows how they got the code in the first place. The security expert is pretty convinced that the house is tapped, my phone is is being listened to, my conversation, my text messages and then, my computer, all both my computers as well. The next thing that happened actually was with my computer. So, one of the things that the police wanted to know was if anything was taken in the break in. Of course nothing was because they weren't here to take anything.
I did have a computer here in a hiding spot and when the police were here, I did actually come and look to make sure the computer was still here. And it's here above the microwave is its hiding spot. It's not a place anyone would know to look for the computer and it's not, you know, in being here only four minutes. Two days later after that happened, after the break in happened, I walked into my place to move some stuff out and the computer was taken from its hiding place and put in the middle of the floor. And so I came back home to pick up some stuff.
I wasn't staying here any longer. And that message was there which was obviously very scary because clearly somebody had been listening in if not watching where as to where the computer was. So after that I decided that it would be best to get out of town and I left, town for a couple of weeks and really went off the grid for part of good part of that. So after the computer incident, and leaving town for two weeks, The day that I came back, I had a friend come with me and him and I arrived at my place and found a ladder open right in front of my door looking into the windows, the bedroom window. Now this is my ladder, but this ladder lives in the garage.
So it was clear that somebody had accessed the garage, brought out the ladder through the side of my house, opened it, looking right up into the window, and this happens to be the only window that I had blinds open. So that was quite a message. The security experts said, wow. What a better message than than to say we're watching you. And this actually happened the day that I came back into town.
So they clearly knew that, well, it happened the night before. They clearly knew when I was coming back. The neighbor who was feeding my dogs came over after half an hour after we found the ladder, and she's like she asked, so what's with the ladder? And I said, I don't know. I mean, I didn't put it there.
And she said, well, it wasn't there yesterday. So it means that it happened the night before I came back into town after two weeks. So clearly, they are watching. The next incident, was just two days later and that's in the garage. This Buddha was on the floor.
Normally, the Buddha is pretty heavy. It was on here on top of the the dog cage, holding the towel, to cover it up at night for the dogs. So it was taken off of here and there's really no way it could have fallen because I mean, it's actually really heavy and if it had fallen, it would have fallen, you know, some different way. But I walked in and I found it right there on the ground. The pictures were also knocked over.
So then two days later, I noticed it first through the kitchen window, and it's not something I have ever seen before, but there is a duck on my table. And when I talked to the security experts, said, I don't understand the duck. And then it came to me that I had been on my phone having a lot of conversations about people asking me, you know, are you staying at your house? What are you gonna do? And I used the term repeatedly, well, I I'm not staying at my house.
I feel like a sitting duck because they can get in at any time and, you know, I'm a sitting duck. And so that was actually quite disturbing to come home to. Now I have a duck. I have never seen it before. It's not mine.
Nobody else is having access that would bring a duck. It just it's a clear message that, again, they are watching me. And the intimidation is quite, you know, intimidating, and it's quite scary. So after all of these intimidation tactics, it's very hard to feel safe and secure, but I am not gonna go away. I mean, I'm not gonna be silenced because these are important issues, and we need to expose what's really going on behind the mandatory vaccination bills.
It has nothing to do with public health. It has everything to do with profit. And I hope that we can all continue this fight. It's a long we may have lost the battle, but we still have a war to win. And, hopefully, by documenting this intimidation, they won't be able to get away with it in the future with me and with anyone else who speaks out.
There is some evil going on here. We need to hide it. Yeah.

Speaker 0: And I don't know if what I saw implies a, another shoe is going to drop. How many of these Chinese sleepwalkers have to end up in the U. S. Before some other phase kicks off. What was the involvement of COVID?
Is it just happenstance? Or is there something about the COVID crisis that is in some way connected to what we are now? What do you mean? This is a place we have to be extremely careful. I I'm just looking at the various puzzle pieces and trying to imagine what they could mean.
We know that SARS CoV 2 was the product of Dual use research, which was bio weapons. The spike protein in the so called vaccines was taken from SARS CoV 2. So it is also the product of bioweapons research. Now, Again, I will say it again because I'm concerned that people will take it as a conclusion rather than a hypothesis. This is only a hypothesis.
And when I say it's a hypothesis, it doesn't mean that I believe it's True. It means that I believe it's plausible. The the vaccines that people got. You may remember, I think we talked about it the last time I was here. People who get more than 3 of these shots Have an interesting effect that, none of us saw coming, which is the triggering of something called IgG 4.
Ig means immunoglobulin. It's a synonym for antibody. IgG is a class of immunoglobulin, and IgG 4 is a very interesting subclass. IgG 4's purpose, its biological purpose, is to turn down an immune response. So, if your body is reacting to something it shouldn't react to, the nature has granted as a mechanism for turning down that reaction so that you don't die from from an allergy effectively.
This is what allergens do as they try to trigger that attenuation signal in order to get the body to stop reacting to something that it shouldn't be reacting to. The fact that these shots seem to trigger the production of IgG 4, is fascinating. It could just be an unexpected consequence that nobody saw coming. But If you think about what it is that the folks who try to produce biological weapons want, they want a weapon that separates populations. In other words, a weapon is no good.
If it's not contagious, then you have to drop it on enough people to matter. That's difficult. If it is contagious, then your own population risks getting it. So the problem is there's not a good design mechanism to deal with that. But if The mRNA vaccines produced an attenuation signal in people who got more than 3 of these shots.
Then, conceivably, that attenuation signal could cause that population of people to be induced not to react to a pathogen. If you just added the spike protein to it, presumably, it would trigger that signal. So Here's why I'm mentioning all of this arcane biology. The Chinese did not vaccinate their population with mRNA technology or anything based on spike protein. So those two populations are now different in this regard, which, Again, might mean nothing.
But what we learned so painfully in the battle against the mainstream narrative over these so called vaccines is that The reason that I say so called vaccines, and I try to say it every time, is because what these things turned out to be is gene therapy. But that doesn't even quite cover the problem with them. They're gene therapy in the sense that they introduce a genetic message into your cells they get your cells to translate it. But there's also a part of our bodies that absorbs messages in a whole different way. It's our immune system.
Our immune system literally evolves on the scale of hours to days when you get an illness. That's how we fend off illnesses that evolve so rapidly. And so The message that was injected into so many people was like a firmware update.
Speaker 1: It was a firmware update that caused The immune systems of those people to take up
Speaker 0: a new way of viewing the world. And that new way of viewing the world Seems to have produced this attenuation signal in response to the antigen, the spike protein antigen. So am I seeing a mirage? Let's hope so.
Speaker 1: So just to Trying to flesh out or put in non specialist terms what you may be suggesting, it's plausible That this was all an effort to make one population effectively immune from some new bioweapon and another population susceptible to it? That what you're saying?
Speaker 0: That is what I'm saying. And, again, all it is is possible. Right. I have no evidence that this did happen except for the odd fact of this IGT force.
Speaker 1: But why didn't the Chinese use mRNA vaccines?
Speaker 0: I don't know. It is, let's put it this way, nobody should have. Of course. It was a technology that was just simply not fit for human consumption. But One does not know.
And further, we got a lot of nonsense out of China that caused people, including me, to be more frightened of SARS CoV 2 than was warranted.

Speaker 0: You remember the videos of people collapsing dead in the street. Right? That was nonsense. So I don't know who's who on this playing field, and I don't know what they want. But To the extent that there seemed to be an absolute obsession with injecting absolutely everybody with These so called vaccines, that was conspicuous.
That did not seem like, just greed and a desire to sell more shots.

Speaker 0: It was bizarre. And the fact that we specifically, Sisted on vaccinating the entire military and threw people out who wouldn't take it. We vaccinated all of our frontline workers. I mean, and at the time, I remember I said to Heather, on our show, I said, even if these are Wonderful shots. It seems insane given that we don't know what their long term impacts are that we would vaccinate all of anybody with them.

I mean, if you clearly have men dressed as Trump supporters walking around inside the capitol on the other side of police officers who are, to one extent or another, not engaged with them, like they're not concerned about them, then you have Right. A a set of closed doors, like exterior doors and interior doors closed, and you have police officers positioned outside and then in in between the two doors and then on the inside of the second set of doors, doors won't open yet. What time was this? Video.
This was a a couple of videos that, like, Trump was still speaking. And then on the inside, look like Trump supporters walking around in groups of 5 or 6. So these would be clearly separated physically and by doors and by police officers from the guys on the outside. So any reasonable man would come to the conclusion when you have videos of the doors being opened and police officers allowing Trump supporters that had gathered at the door to now enter, no violence, just walking in. Come on in, some fist bumps, and and come in at second set of doors open, and then there's a group of Trump supporters on the steps, interior steps saying, come on.
This way. This way. What does that say? Reasonable man would look at that and say, this was a coordinated effort by law enforcement to to have these people come in. So who was that?
It had to be you know, I think various forces and part of the whole agenda of the of of the FBI with their involvement of this whole thing. We have other evidence, specific observations of police officers, Capitol Police, or Metro, both entering rooms in here in the capitol in uniform and coming out as Trump supporters and construction workers. So You've seen that? E yeah. So Why has that video not been released yet?
One would say that's a pretty good clue. Yeah. The the other reason that we believe it's just practical to have someone that knows how to get around. I mean, you know yourself, you can't walk around this place and know where you're going. You have to be here for years years.
Capitalism ace. That's right. And it's incredibly difficult to get around. You have to know where you're going. So you had to have people that that were very familiar with the the capital itself in order to lead some random groups of citizens that have come from every corner of the country, in many cases, never been to DC before, much less walked around in the capitol.
So it it just makes sense that the Trump supporters that were leading the way and were clearly already inside the capital before the doors were opened we're working in coordination with the FBI agents and assets that were embedded into the crowd, in some cases, and these groups had been embedded for months. This is ugly stuff we're discussing, but the American people deserve to know the truth, and I intend to see that it happens.

However, the Biden administration has now warned Texas, it has until tomorrow to allow Biden's border agents back into Shelby Park and the ability to remove Texas' razor wire as it sees fit. A federal attorney writes to Texas attorney general Ken Paxton that the supreme court ruled in favor of the Biden administration ending a temporary restraining order that prohibited Biden's border agents from touching Texas razor wire in and around Shelby Park. The Biden administration In the letter to Texas reads in part, the supreme court restored the department's right to cut and move the concertina wire placed by Texas in order to perform their statute statutory duties. In sum, we require full access to the Shelby Tark area currently obstructed by Texas by January 26, 2024. Please confirm that the state will provide US border patrol with the access described.
Now the Biden administration goes into detail about the access it wants. It wants access to Shelby Park, also the nearby boat launch and the international bridge. For 2 weeks now, Texas governor Greg Abbott has seized this hot spot for illegal immigration and kicked out the feds, arguing in part that president Biden actually wants an open border. Governor Abbott says president Biden's lawless border policies has allowed more than 6,000,000 illegal immigrants to cross the southern border in the 3 years. So Abbott has used his authority to declare an invasion, writing in part, that authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes the federal statutes to the contrary.
The Texas National Guard and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority to secure the Texas border. And this morning, the US speaker of the house and at least 6 other Republican governors from various states are backing, Texas governor Greg Abbott. And the speaker of Taos says the US House will do whatever it can to support governor Abbott. So the showdown continues. Yes.

Speaker 0: It's laughable that you would or anyone would describe Davos as protecting liberal democracy. It's equally laughable to use the word dictatorship at Davos and aim that at President Trump. In fact, I think that's absurd. But I'm going to step aside from that constructive criticism and instead answer your question. And I'm going to be substantive here.
President Trump, if he's the next president, for that matter, I think whoever the next conservative president is going to take on the power of the elites, which I mentioned earlier. But there the thing that I want to drive home here, the very reason that I'm here at Davos is to explain to many people in this room and who are watching with all due respect, nothing personal, but that's your part of the problem. Political elites tell the average people on 3 or 4 or 5 issues that the reality is X when in fact reality is Y. Take immigration. Elites tell us that open borders and even illegal immigration are okay.
The average person tells us in the United States that both rob them of the American way of life. They're right. President Trump will take that on behalf of the average American.
