Not disagreeing with what you published here, but there is a more, real reason why George Soros stays: Soros launders the money for Congressmen, US Senators. Step 1: Congress approves the money expenditures, 2) the US Treasury sends out wires/checks to pay, 3) thousands of NGO's (and other entities) get the money, disperse to other entities including offshore (including politicians whose wives or relatives are getting big salaries at NGOs), 4) money floats around, 5) gets back to the Congressmen, US Senators and their buddies. 🚨Breaking: County Election System Secretly Modified Without State Approval - Private Software Sends Live Data to Outside Servers Fun fact at the end. Outagamie County, Wisconsin uses an ES&S voting system. They entered into an unlawful contract with Crowdstrike (and Falcon) - yes the same Crowdstrike who did up Hillary Clinton's closet servers to commit crimes, then hid those servers from the FBI. The same Crowdstrike directly tied in with the DNC email hack. 1) CrowdStrike Terms and Conditions confirms they provide Falcon EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) to the County encompassing: a. automated detection, language on p.62 Falcon EPP includes automated threat detection and response features, meaning it scans the EMS in real-time and acts when it detects suspicious behavior. b. This makes the software actively interfere with the EMS system and is not just a passive logger-it has the ability to make decisions automatically c. telemetry collection (process of recording and transmitting the readings of an instrument) d. threat response functions (p. 62) 2) The “Falcon Platform” logs and analyzes: -Execution scripts -Network telemetry -File system and process activity -Commands and binary usagee -Logins, URLs, MAC addresses (p. 62–63) 3) Customer data and machine-generated logs are uploaded to CrowdStrike’s servers and retained (pp. 59–60, 64–67). 4) The agreement disclaims any warranty of accuracy or uninterrupted service, and CrowdStrike is not liable for breaches, tampering, or surveillance consequences (pp. 36–39). 5) CrowdStrike/Falcon is not certified by WEC, nor mentioned in any certification memo, and its software was not tested as part of any EMS system. 6) I verified ties between: CrowdStrike, CIS, CISA, and Falcon EPP Entity. 7) Contracting Intermediary is theCenter for Internet Security ("CIS") who also is part of the Falcon contract for counties. 8) The tool being deployed logs and responds to EMS server activity; integrates with CrowdStrike telemetry servers. 9) Legal Implications: No WEC rulemaking under Ch. 227 administrative rule making for any of these products. 10) No mention of Falcon/CrowdStrike in ES&S certification applications. 11) EMS is altered by endpoint telemetry and possible auto-response software, none of this is certified. Page: 62–63 of the agreement language: a. The Falcon Platform “collects telemetry data” of: -User logins -Process execution -File access -Commands executed -Network behavior -Binary usage and MAC addresses b. Telemetry Collection found on Page 62: “CrowdStrike’s Products are designed to detect, prevent, respond to, and identify intrusions by collecting and analyzing data, including machine event data, executed scripts, code, system files, log files, dll files, login data, binary files, tasks, resource information, commands, protocol identifiers, URLs, network data, and/or other executable code and metadata.” This describes telemetry collection - the process of gathering system activity logs from the EMS. 12) Execution Profile / Metric Data is defined on Page 58–59 Quoted Language: “Execution Profile/Metric Data” means any machine-generated data, such as metadata derived from tasks, file execution, commands, resources, network telemetry, executable binary files, macros, scripts, and processes... that is collected during the course of CrowdStrike providing Offerings." 13) So Outagamie County deployed an unlawful remote-access tool that can: a. Transmit logs to third-party servers, b. Initiate quarantine or shutdown actions, c. Insert software agents not evaluated under § 5.91(10) 14) This software watches everything the EMS does, like: a. What programs are running b. Who’s logging in c. What files are changing d. What commands are being typed e. It sends all that information to CrowdStrike’s servers somewhere else 15) Even more, this watchdog can sometimes take action on its own, such as: a. Locking files b. Shutting things down c. Quarantining (freezing) parts of the system d. Stopping things it thinks are threats 16) Meaning: The EMS is no longer the same system that Wis. Election Commission approved, because another piece of software was added that: a. Watches everything the EMS does b. Sends private info to an outside company, companies c. Can take control of parts of the system without anyone at WEC knowing d. CrowdStrike/Falcon is actively monitoring everything happening on the EMS computer and sending those logs to its servers 17) All huge, because the law says the voting system has to be safe, secure, and fully approved before it’s used. Wis. Stats 5.91(10) "It is suitably designed for the purpose used, of durable construction, and is usable safely, securely, efficiently and accurately in the conduct of elections and counting of ballots." 18) And took a look at Wis. Stats. 5.905 about software requirements. And federal HAVA, and NIST 800-53, and FISMA (critical infrastructure), and the National Defense Authorization Act Section 889. 19) Thus the CrowdStrike Falcon: a. Collects telemetry from EMS machines including login activity, command execution, and network behavior, b. Uploads it to CrowdStrike servers, and c. Does this automatically, outside the Wis. Election Commission’s oversight or certification. d. These features were never disclosed in ES&S certification paperwork, not reviewed by WEC under Wis. Stat. § 5.91(10), and never approved via Chapter 227 administrative rulemaking. 20) Execution Profile / Metric Data is defined on page 58–59 (Exhibit A: Data Security and Privacy Schedule) Quoted Language: “Execution Profile/Metric Data” means any machine-generated data, such as metadata derived from tasks, file execution, commands, resources, network telemetry, executable binary files, macros, scripts, and processes... that is collected during the course of CrowdStrike providing Offerings." This confirms that network telemetry and command logs are routinely collected from the "protected" ES&S EMS voting system. 21) Endpoint Services Agreement (attached via link here for you to read yourself) Telemetry Collection / Logging Confirmed on Page 1–3 a. CrowdStrike Falcon is described as continuously monitoring EMS systems, collecting logs, and providing SOC visibility. b. The contract explicitly states it captures logs and events from covered endpoints. c. Implication: This confirms that Outagamie County installed remote logging and telemetry software onto its EMS system without WEC approval. 22) 2. Remote Upload to Third-Party Servers is confirmed on page 3 a. All event data collected by Falcon is transmitted to CrowdStrike-controlled cloud infrastructure. b. This includes EMS system logs, login events, network access patterns, and threat detection logs. c. Implication: Election logs are being uploaded to private third-party servers - breaking chain of custody, violating certification boundaries, and never disclosed in ES&S application materials seeking original cert. 23) Autonomous System Actions (Auto-Response / Quarantine) is confirmed on pages 3–4 a. CrowdStrike has the ability to quarantine, delete, or isolate EMS files based on automated threat detection rules. b. Implication: The EMS system may be interrupted or modified without operator input - a material system change that WEC never reviewed or certified under § 5.91(10) (neither agreement has any WEC certification to it) 24) Fun fact: ES&S voting systems company out of Omaha Nebraska sold their system/machines to Outagamie County with certification stickers on them. The EAC forced ES&S to tell the county (and other counties) to remove those certification stickers! 25) Outagamie County's ES&S voting system connects to the internet, per the sworn depositions of former County Clerk Jeff King, current County Clerk Kelly Gerritas and Verizon employee Jill Mangless. 26) I believe the Falcon Endpoint Services platform is the software version of an Albert Sensor. 2025 WI Supreme Court election - Republican Brad Schimel 1,063,244 votes he lost, by 10% points 2023 Democrat Janet Protasiewicz 1,021,370 votes she won, by 10% points, 2 years ago. The data I'm looking at is showing absentee ballots being fed into the system to keep liberal Susan Crawford ahead at a certain rate. ... almost as if an algorithm was at work. Liberal Susan Crawford did not win the election last night. See how she committed election fraud at the end of this tweet. 2023 WI state supreme court race Brown County (Green Bay) results on the right. ~77,000 voted. Note the percentages. 2024 WI state supreme court race Brown County results on the left. ~100,000 voted. Virtually the same percentages. ...almost like an algorithm is running. 62.7% voted for the referendum requiring voter ID to be in the state constitution. Yet liberal Susan Crawford "won" with Democrat politicians only having 21% approval rating nationally. And Crawford outright stated that she would repeal the existing statutory voter ID law passed in 2015. Liberal Susan Crawford committed massive Smurfing, i.e. criminal money laundering. A 45-page criminal complaint was filed before the election to the FBI. In addition, Patriot Jay Stone filed a 10 page complaint to the Wis. ETHICS Commission. And Patriot Julie Seegers filed a Judicial Complaint to the Wis Judicial Commission. Smurfing is a scourge on our elections across the country. 2/ George Soros in Oshkosh Wisconsin and another surprise ending. There are not 70 district attorneys being controlled by George Soros and using federal taxpayers' monies.....there are 95! I found them and began creating a list, it is below. Look at this email from Fair and Just Prosecution non-profit Director Miriam Aroni Krinsky (in image below also) to all 90 (at the time) prosecutors: "All: Thanks to the many of you who brought your voices to the joint statement FJP issued last month with over 90 elected prosecutors pledging to use their settled discretion and not criminalize personal healthcare decisions. HUGE questions abound: Jenna Rae of TMJ4 News said they began counting mail-in ballots at 8:45am. What? State law permits ballot processing to begin at 7am. Second source said they began at 8:39am. What is going on Paulina Gutierrez? She is the city election clerk, and she is a disaster! #Milwaukee What say you Mayor Cavalier Johnson? @MKEmayor TMJ4 News says from 8:45am until 4:45pm they only ran 31,000 through the 13 tabulators. What the heck? They have many high speed tabulators, the DS950 model runs 280 ballots per minute (and yes have to account for feeding in times, etc., but still). 31,000 divided by 280/min = 111 minutes, or 1.85 hours. From 8:45am plus 1.85 hours = 10:36am Paulina had 12 other tabulators. She could have had 31,000 ballots fed in within 20 to 30 minutes, yet it took her until 4:45pm. Eight hours!!! Exclusive: I just filed a sworn complaint with the Wis. Election Commission against the City Clerk of Kenosha. She only tested 1 out of 36 ES&S tabulators for the election tomorrow. State law(s) required her to test all of them, with the public noticed in advance and an opportunity for them to be present. She did not do this; she claimed she tested the other 35 tabulators the days before. But admitted she did not follow the law in providing the mandatory notice to the public in advance of the date and time. These voting machines cannot be used in the election tomorrow. Here is the notice statute: "7.15(1)(d) Prepare the necessary notices and publications in connection with the conduct of elections or registrations." Here are the mandatory machine testing and also notice requirements: "5.84 Testing of equipment; requirements for programs and ballots. (1) Where any municipality employs an electronic voting system which utilizes automatic tabulating equipment, either at the polling place or at a central counting location, the municipal clerk shall, on any day not more than 10 days prior to the election day on which the equipment is to be utilized, have the equipment tested to ascertain that it will correctly count the votes cast for all offices and on all measures. Public notice of the time and place of the test shall be given by the clerk at least 48 hours prior to the test by publication of a class 1 notice under ch. 985 in one or more newspapers published within the municipality if a newspaper is published therein, otherwise in a newspaper of general circulation therein. The test shall be open to the public. The test shall be conducted by processing a preaudited group of ballots so marked as to record a predetermined number of valid votes for each candidate and on each referendum. The test shall include for each office one or more ballots which have votes in excess of the number allowed by law and, for a partisan primary election, one or more ballots which have votes cast for candidates of more than one recognized political party, in order to test the ability of the automatic tabulating equipment to reject such votes. If any error is detected, the municipal clerk shall ascertain the cause and correct the error. The clerk shall make an errorless count before the automatic tabulating equipment is approved by the clerk for use in the election. (2) Before beginning the ballot count at each polling place or at the central counting location, the election officials shall witness a test of the automatic tabulating equipment by engaging the printing mechanism and securing a printed result showing a zero count for every candidate and referendum. After the completion of the count, the ballots and programs used shall be sealed and retained under the custody of the municipal clerk in a secure location." I also submitted public records requests to the same City of Kenosha Clerk for system logs of the tabulator testing, copies of the test decks of ballots fed in and other information. "Apparently the modem uses the same broadband as police and fire department" according to one of the three eye-witnesses (who attended the public voting machine testing of 1 tabulator). BOMBSHELL - the United States Postal Service recently changed the delivery method of absentee mail-in ballots! They are hiding the evidence of absentee mail-in ballot fraud - by not allowing the evidence to be created in the first place. Here's how and what changed: You can't get the absentee mail-in vote ballot images from the USPS because they are not sending them to the central sorting facilities! Normally, you mail a letter to someone or a bill goes out, it goes to your local post office, then it gets to a central sorting facility. Wisconsin for example has six: Madison, Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Green Bay, N. Illinois and Eagan MN that sorts/handles all mail. Even if mailed to your neighbor 1 house over, that is how the system works. Obama did this in 2011-2012, consolidating the USPS to have less total facilities. Then, the USPS began consolidating its central sorting facilities in August 2022 and continued through February 2023. The consolidation plans included moving delivery operations from over 200 "spoke offices" to 21 regional Sort and Delivery Centers. Where absentee mail-in ballots should go through a central sorting facility: where each and every one would get scanned and an electronic image created. BOMBSHELL: a telecon was held for the higher ups in the USPS, and the order trickled down to all the faculties NOT to send the ballots to central sorting. Meaning no electronic images are being created! Confirmed at three locations in Wisconsin, confirmed at one Regional office of the USPS, confirmed at one location in Colorado. And, it explains why they denied me my FOIA request for said images: because there are none. See letter they sent me attached here. If you remember in 2020 the UPSP was caught deleting evidence of these very electronic images. Still this day they still have not produced them. The UPSP recently directed, less than a month, post offices to NOT send absentee mail-in ballots to central sort. But instead take them to the election clerks. Meaning again: no electronic ballot images are being created in the first place. The USPS is doing this on purpose. And who did this? Amber McReynolds, an Obama/Biden plant at the USPS. We purchased the absentee ballot request list, from March 1st 2024 until a couple of days ago. Registrants on the list: 744,076. We removed the Inactives bringing the number down to 380,050 and here is what we found: 2,777 permanently moved out of state 2,325 address not deliverable and not found in the USPS database 7,571 incorrect or missing secondary (missing APT #5 for example) 513 door not accessible 976 single receptacle drop for mail for all residents at same physical address 97 No secure location at all to leave mail 13 Registered to a US Post Office street address 1,251 vacant for more than 90 days (person not rec. mail for more than 90 days, not necessarily an empty house) 31 Registered to a commercial address such as a UPS, Fedex store 3,408 Duplicates (needs to be checked, sometimes father/son but they omitted suffixes) 275 Moved but left no forwarding address 168 At high rise building but not housing 442 Identified as a business location, but not commercial 10,877 Not all components of the address match up to what is in the USPS database 30,724 in total These are ACTIVELY registered voters in Wisconsin who this year requested an absentee ballot for the Nov.5th election. We must ban absentee voting just like Mexico has, as did Germany, Ukraine, Russia, France and all of South American countries. And like China did, oh wait, communist China doesn't have elections - silly me. Explosive election fraud information from Patrick Byrne. Most shocking video I have seen about election fraud in the last four years. Waukesha County WI using corrupt ballot printer to have ballots printed. As is Delaware and Lancaster counties PA, DuPage county IL Michigan Election Resources (MER) in Kalamazoo, MI had/has ballot printing contracts for several counties across the USA. What they have been doing is overage printing, i.e. a county orders 300,000 ballots yet MER would then print 325,000. Selling the extra 25,000 to the bad guys. Michigan Election Resources Printing Services Kalamazoo, MI 100 followers 11-50 employees (from their LinkedIn page) Image attached is from one of their proposals, using the four counties named above as references. MER prints for numerous counties across the nation. This is what truck driver Jesse Morgan was hauling: a batch of these illegal ballots. From New York down to Lancaster, PA. But he was the wrong driver/truck and the paperwork was messed up, he could not unload. That is when he opened up the back of the truck and discovered the filled out ballots. Kicker: he was in Lancaster PA to drop the load of fraudulent ballots to the Postal Service. That is how they were getting the phony ballots back into the system. Shocking History of Dominion Voting - How Obama rigged the creation of Dominion Voting Co. I need help in identifying who wrote this stunning article below, wish to give them credit. Since 2009, Dominion Voting Systems operated from 215 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON, M5T 2C7,Canada – an office space of the radical Tides Foundation. This building houses (or housed until a few months ago) a Toronto office of Tides Canada and a Tides’ incubation space for leftist groups. Dominion Voting Systems Corp. is the Canadian company behind the ballot switching software. Dominion was founded in 2003, with a mission to provide electronic voting systems friendly for progressives. Because of such partisanship, it languished with almost no customers for the next 5-6 years, until the Obama administration came to power. In 2010, the Obama administration confiscated electronic voting systems assets (software, intellectual property, manufacturing tools, customer base, etc.) from two established American companies, and gave them to Dominion. At the same time, Dominion got some employees and assets from a foreign EVS company, tied to Hugo Chavez. Its software has been used by some 40% of the voters in this elections, mostly by Democrat-controlled states and election commissions. Apparently, no protections were put in place against ballot switching, deletion, or creation. According to Dominion’s own website, it software was used in “battleground” states and the largest Democrat states, including MI, GA, AZ, NV, NM, CO, AK, UT, NJ, CA, NY. Dominion Early History Dominion Voting System Corp., was founded in Canada in 2002-2003 with an openly progressive mission – to develop electronic voting software which would not just process ballots, but also “mobilize voters” – a popular slogan of the Left. It is not clear what products or services the company has developed. It found almost no buyers, until Obama was elected in 2008. In 2009, New York ordered a few dozens of systems from it. In 2010, Obama’s DOJ (Holder – Mueller) took the EVS unit, purchased from Diebold, away from the market leader ES&S, and gave it to Dominion. This gift included the installed base of about 30% of the US electronic voting systems (EVS) market. Within two weeks, Dominion also acquired Sequoia, which was formally spun from Smartmatic, but ties between these two companies remained. Smartmatic is a UK based EVS vendor, whose software was used by Chavez to “win” the Venezuelan referendum in 2004. Smartmatic’s unit Sequoia faced troubles in the US. Those troubles quickly ended when its assets were purchased by Dominion. Thus, the new Democratic party created a pocket pet corporation, gave it the lion share of the US electronic voting systems market. Dominion is ideologically aligned with the Democratic Party, owes it everything it has, dependent on it for most of its business, and needs it in power to avoid prosecution for corruption. Sounds like a conflict of interest. Electronic Voting Using electronic voting machines has always been controversial. The pros for electronic voting – saving working time of the ballot counters – are minuscule. The cons however are infinite. Because software is inherently complex, non-transparent, and volatile, there is always a risk of significant errors. There are also suspicions and doubts about election results. The complexity of software and hardware on which voting machines run has been continually increasing, aggravating these concerns. At the beginning of 2009, there were four major US EVS suppliers: ES&S, Premier (a unit of Nixdorf-Diebold), Sequoia (linked to Smartmatic), and Hart Intercivic. The market size was a few hundred million dollars a year and growing. EVS vendors competed among themselves and against traditional pen and paper voting. There were no barriers to entry for other competitors, other than government’s regulations. Electronic voting, which sounded like a good idea in the 1980s is so no more. Electronic voting machines and their vendors were under criticism for many years. In 2007-2008, this criticism materialized in the SEC, DOJ, and states lawsuits against the voting machines vendors. Diebold was catching flack for having a prominent Republican party supporter among their top executives. It spun its EVS unit as a separate company Premier, and was looking for a buyer. The existing vendors were burdened with liabilities, including DOJ investigations. This opened up an opportunity for the Obama administration. Technical Vulnerabilities of EVS Systems The voting software developers can easily insert code, changing numbers in favor of or against one candidate. No hacking is necessary. The malicious code can be designed to pass tests and to be triggered only at the time of a real election, automatically or manually. Both case are possible even the the machine is disconnected from the internet and has no ordinary I/O devices. The malicious code can be activated manually in real time by inserting a ballot or another paper with a pre-defined QR or image code. An audit of the source code is necessary, but not sufficient. Dominion software runs on Windows, and the malicious code can be hidden in any part of the operating system. Malicious code can be hidden in the firmware, too. If a state wants to take risks and to rely on testing and the source code audit, they should be conducted with the participation of technically competent representatives of both parties. If the system passes testing and auditing, the machine image must be securely stored. All supplied machines must have exactly the same hardware and the software as the audited system. As far as I know, thorough tests and source code audits are conducted very rarely, if at all. Further, the vendors are not required to use only the audited image, and are allowed to update the software almost at will. That means that election commissions are forced to blindly trust the vendors. Blind trust is always wrong and invites abuse. But even “trust but verify” is applicable only to trustworthy vendors. Dominion Voting is the opposite of trustworthy. The only real solution to the vulnerability of EVS is not to use them at all. Manual ballot counting has no software vulnerabilities, and is much cheaper. Virginia appears to be the only state that decided to use only manual ballots. How Dominion went from nothing to everything in two weeks In September 2009, ES&S acquired Premier [8], without any objections from the DOJ. But in March 2010, the Obama’s DOJ (Eric Holder – Robert Mueller) forced ES&S to “sell” Premier’s assets to Dominion, but to keep its liabilities. In addition, ES&S was forced to license to Dominion some of its software, in perpetuity and free of charge. The pretext for the DOJ action was antitrust. The “Sale” This is how the assets transfer was structured, per DOJ [1] (March 8, 2010). “WASHINGTON — The Department of Justice announced today that it will require Election Systems & Software (ES&S) to divest voting equipment systems assets it purchased in September 2009 from Premier Election Solutions Inc. in order to restore competition. The assets to be divested include the means to produce all versions of Premier’s hardware, software and firmware used to record, tabulate, transmit or report votes, including the Assure 1.2 system, and a license to better serve disabled voters. The department said that today’s settlement will restore competition in voting equipment systems in the United States… “ “In order to restore competition” sounds funny, because the same document also required ES&S to not compete against the buyer (with exceptions). “… the acquisition substantially reduced competition as it combined the two largest providers of systems used to tally votes in federal, state and local elections in the United States. ES&S’s acquisition of Premier made ES&S the provider of more than 70 percent of the voting equipment systems in the United States. The department said that because the cash value of the deal between ES&S and Premier was $5 million, far below the mandatory reporting threshold for mergers under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, the department’s investigation of the transaction did not begin until the companies had combined their assets and dismantled many of Premier’s operating divisions.” Sounds like a poor pretext. The DOJ has been investigating these companies even before the merger, and was aware of it. Further, the DOJ does not allege that the merger has not been reported. Even so, why not simply demand unrolling the merger? The DOJ provides a poor excuse to demand divestiture rather than a normal unrolling. “Under the terms of the settlement, ES&S must divest all of the intellectual property associated with all versions –past, present and in development –of the Premier voting equipment systems to another company. ES&S also must divest all Premier tooling and fixed assets, as well as inventory of parts and components. In order to allow the divestiture buyer to better serve disabled voters, ES&S must also grant a fully paid-up, irrevocable, perpetual license to use the AutoMARK, ES&S’s ballot marking device for which Premier had a limited license prior to the acquisition. The buyer of the divestiture assets will have the right to modify and improve both Premier products and the AutoMARK.” Thus, the Obama’s DOJ stripped ES&S not only acquired Premier assets, but also coerced it to license rights to its pre-merger product. “ES&S must sell the divestiture assets to a buyer approved by the department.” This is not selling. This is confiscation multiplied by corruption. “The settlement prohibits ES&S from bidding on new voting equipment system contracts using the Premier equipment. [transferred to Dominion]” Wait, didn’t they say that the purpose was to increase the competition? “The department also required that ES&S grant the divestiture buyer an opportunity to compete to provide services to Premier customers currently under contract with ES&S, giving customers the option to switch to the divestiture buyer or to remain with ES&S … ES&S also must provide access to knowledgeable Premier employees and agree to offer a supply agreement to allow the divestiture buyer time to establish its own manufacturing of voting equipment systems.” The approved divestiture buyer, Dominion Voting, is not mentioned in this press release. But this quote shows that the DOJ has already determined the “approved buyer,” and knew that it had no manufacturing base. After the “Sale” Dominion announced the acquisition of the Diebold products on May 19, 2010 [2] and the acquisition of Sequoia Voting assets on June 4, 2010 [3]. Dominion also hired much of its personnel, probably retaining ties to extremely sketchy Smartmatic. Sequoia/Smartmatic systems had been used in the Venezuela 2004 referendum, which Hugo Chavez “won”. Smartmatic is a British company with Hugo Chavez ties, headed by “Lord” Malloch-Brown (former UN Deputy Secretary-General, UNDP, UNHCR, VP of Soros’ Quantum Fund, and Vice Chair of Soros’ Open Society Foundation) [7], and linked to electoral scandals all over the world [5]. In August 2009 (corrected), the rough breakdown of the EVS market in the US was (per Brad Friedman): 40% ES&S 30% Diebold/Premier 20% Sequoia/Smartmatic 10% Hart Intercivic 0% Dominion Voting Less than a year later, after the “antitrust” actions of Obama’s DOJ, it became: 50% Dominion 40% ES&S (restricted in competing against Dominion) 10% Hart Intercivic Thus, the DOJ’s actions did the exact opposite of its words. An elections system vendor should be non-partisan, in a demonstrable way. Dominion is not just partisan, but hyper-partisan in favor of the Democrat party, or even its pocket vendor. Dominion has many more ties to the Democrat party and its prominent supporters in the US and abroad, which are not covered in this article. Software Development in Serbia Dominion develops much of its software in Belgrade, Serbia. Russia is a close friend to Serbia, if not its only one. If anybody sincerely thought that Putin wanted to hack American elections, their first location of interest would be the offices of Dominion Voting in Belgrade, rather than the Trump Tower in New York. By the way, Serbian and Russian languages use the Cyrillic alphabet. Most letters have the same Unicode encoding in Serbian and Russian (the Basic Multilingual Plane, range 0410-04FF). If any election officials found Cyrillic text on a Dominion voting machine in 2016, it was probably left by its developers in Serbia. Remarks This is the Agreement between Michigan & Dominion, including specs of many Dominion products (PDF, 161 pages). Wi-Fi connection and even a dial up modem are offered as an option. Swedish telecom giant Ericsson agreed to plead guilty and pay a $206 million fine for breaching its deferred prosecution deal with U.S. authorities by withholding information about its alleged misconduct in Iraq and other countries. In 2019, Ericsson admitted to accusations of bribery and other wrongdoing in multiple countries and paid a record $1 billion fine under a deferred prosecution agreement struck with the U.S. Department of Justice. The deal allowed the company to avoid a criminal conviction but required it to report any potential wrongdoing and submit to the scrutiny of an outside monitor over a three-year period. The computer motherboards in the Dominion Voting systems are made in a Chinese plant 60 miles outside Beijing. All suppliers shipping material to support a U.S. Government program must comply with DFARS 252.247-7023. All cargo intended for a US Government contract must be shipped on a U.S. flag ocean vessel with no exception. The rated bill of lading must be sent to MARAD and the Contracting Officer within 7 days of the vessel sailing from the port of origin. A rated bill of lading is an ocean bill of lading from the ocean carrier (not an agent) that contains the cost of the freight transportation. All this is not happening. From team member. A typical motherboard contains the CPU, memory, storage, ROM BIOS, chipsets, cooling fans, peripheral connector slots, connectors for peripheral devices, the battery backup and the power connector. It is illega to use communist Chinese parts such as a motherboard in critical infrastructure. It violates federal FISMA for one. Back to the article: clarifying by chance Brown County (Green Bay) ES&S machines were ordered without the modems. 30 other counties out of our 72 counties do use modems, most wireless ones, some are analog. However, Justice Gableman is correct that nefarious activity did take place in Green Bay with Mark Spitzer Rubenstein. Here are photos of him on Nov.3, 202 in Green Bay's central count. In advance he had the KI Convention Center, where the count took place, run him a private router line from the floor up to his 8th floor hotel room. He was receiving election results in real time, from a technician who worked the KI Convention Center. And why, in a central counting room on election day was Rubenstein on a laptop? Let's all do that - take your laptops to central counts this coming November. He was not authorized to be there, just a private citizen from Brooklyn, NY. Earlier on he had a name tag stating he was a city employee - he never was. The city clerk of Green Bay is very corrupt, Celeste Jefferies. She is still there.
