The connection between teeth and body never ceases to fascinate me Throughout this week I’ve had on and off weird feelings in my stomach which is really odd for me/never happens I noticed the last 2 days a certain tooth on my bottom row was sensitive when I chew Today I consulted this trusty chart that I’ve used for over 4 years to map connections between my teeth and organs, and what do you know…. The 1 specific tooth in question (34) connects to the stomach! Your body is always talking to you but unfortunately Western culture doesn’t take these kinds of health practices seriously. Generations of people are missing out on what could be genuinely life-changing information for them! Is this lackadaisical or on purpose to control and disempower? Who knows…. Now, the reason for my stomach feeling a bit weak recently hasn’t been totally understood by me yet. I’m still figuring it out. But what I do feel good about is basically being validated by this practice, and I encourage others to save and consider this chart the next time they experience a change with their teeth Knowledge is power. 👋🏼 ERASE THROAT TICKLES 👋🏼 The familiar sensation that many associate with “sickness” is often a signal that your immune system is TIRED Thank your body for the warning, then: 1. Sea Salt + hot water gargle for 3 minutes 2. 5,000mg Vitamin C 3. 100mg Zinc Picolinate or Bisglycinate 4. (eat a small snack so you don’t throw up from the Zinc) 5. Sunlight or red light on the outer throat for 10 minutes 6. Sunlight or red light on the inner throat (mouth open) for 5 minutes 7. SLEEP 8. Black Seed Oil 2 tsp after waking The WORST thing you can do when your throat tickles is panic, and think you’re “sick” Because — YOU are not “sick”. You are You! The brain, because of negative programming, can spiral out of control off of a tiny symptom from the body. This makes a big problem out of a simple signal Never claim that You are anything besides healthy. The body takes words very literally and will affirm any situation that you claim Worry will exaggerate and worsen symptoms Your body simply needs true rest (physical or emotional) and has given you a clue via a physical sensation.
