Speaker 0: Founded in part by the Rockefellers, the United Nations has been acting as a de facto world government since 1945. Starting in the 19 fifties, the UN began funding scientists to measure for carbon dioxide. And in 1992, they drafted what they describe as the international legal instrument for the conservation of biological diversity and outlined their plans to seize control of land under the guise of climate conservation, known as agenda 21, because they wanted to accomplish their goals by the 21st century. But by 2015, they were failing and officially pushed their deadline back with agenda 2030. In 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation published scenario for the future of technology and international development, wherein they outlined 4 different ways of achieving their goals, which they wrote, once crossed, these axes create a matrix of 4 very different futures.
In 2020, they crossed the axis into the lockstep matrix. In 2022, at their 15th convention on biological diversity, COP 15, the UN increased the amount of land they plan to steal to 30% by 2030. Their 30 by 30 plan will require the displacement of 1,000,000. So far, the direct confiscation approach is working in Europe. The Dutch farmers have been peacefully protesting, but they are being shot at by the police.
And so the government isn't stopping, which is why the direct approach won't work in America. Less than a year after agenda 21 was drafted, the US Federal Government attempted stripping away constitutional land rights from the Bundy family in Nevada. It was fought in the courts for decades and resulted in a peaceful protest with armed protesters. To avoid a gunfight, the feds backed off and adapted their plans. In 2008, the Rockefeller Foundation published America 2050, a strategy to reclaim natural resources and reform the federal role in land use policy.
The America 2050 documents outline which areas of the country will be depopulated and which areas will be politically absorbed into 10 new mega regions. The Rockefellers envision most of the depopulation to occur in the central corridor of the United States. These are the same states that experienced the most COVID vaccine deaths, a massive area that is not included in the America 2050 infrastructure map and excluded from the new high speed rail system planned. A big part of Rockefeller's America 2050 is the high speed rail in America plan, which requires the use of existing railways for its implementation. Some are suggesting that this is why we are seeing so many train derailments.
There have been over a dozen derailments and chemical spills on railways in just the past few months. Some of which, like the one in East Palestine, are highly suspicious. And these chemical spills could be used as an excuse by the state to evacuate you from your homes and steal your land. The Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, commonly known as Superfund was enacted by congress in 1980. The Superfund provides the EPA with the authority to seize control of private lands for long term remedial response actions during the event of a toxic disaster.
If what we are being told about the chemicals that were burned and released into East Palestine is true, then the EPA could plausibly shut down a massive area, and Cleveland can house the dislocated Ohioans in their 15 minute cities, while the government cleans up the mess and accepts the land as payment. Speaker 1: It is laughable, and that is what you should take away from this. It's not a real crisis. Obviously, nitrogen isn't a problem, especially not when you consider the fact that, well, the Netherlands, like I said, is such a small piece of land. Yeah. We have car.
Neighbouring countries, Belgium and and Germany, that don't have to implement any of these measures, but the Dutch government is doing it. And the real reason obviously behind it is that the Dutch state wants the farmers land because probably there are a couple of reasons. So the farmers, first of all, they're a group in society that are very self reliant. They are basically ungovernable in that sense. You know, they own a lot of the Dutch land, and they, well, they produce agricultural product.
They have livestock. They produce beef. And what's interesting to know is that the Dutch minister who has pushed this nitrogen law. He has a brother-in-law who is the owner of the Dutch online supermarket called Picnic. Guess who invested $600,000,000 in picnic last year.

I'm curious what's planned for this incredibly productive ag land, given that he believes developed countries like America, quote, shouldn't eat any red meat. How are his land purchases related to those aspirations.
Now, of course, he then went on to tell Fox News that ownership of farmland matters. No one has buying it up more than Bill Gates. He now owns 270,000 acres, making him the largest owner of farmland. So can we pull up the map? I'm sorry.
I'm going out of order a little bit. But this is actually a current map of where Bill Gates does own all of this farmland. So I'm not one to think that, you know, testifying in front of congressional committee is going to do very much. We've seen that the congress doesn't have the power to, like, put people in jail. It can recommend things to justice departments or other criminal investigations.

Critics say the proposed agreement would give the WHO authority over health care, trade, and other aspects of our lives. Well, joining us to explain more is Reggie Littlejohn. Miss Littlejohn is president of Women's Rights Without Frontiers and cochair of the stop vaccine passport task force.
Hi, Reggie. Before we discuss how this ties into US law, What would approval of this zero draft agreement mean for people worldwide?
Speaker 1: Well, I believe that it will mean the of a worldwide, totalitarian, biotech state. So these these Instruments. They don't wanna call it a treaty because they are deliberately trying to subvert the United States and the other countries' treaty processes.

So this is, is not a good alliance at all. And in terms of the supply chains, They they are also wanting to take, control over the intellectual property. Speaker 1: This is something that just came to my attention on Friday from another from an international law expert that this, National Defense Authorization Act, Which was ran through at the very end of the last Congress, contains within it something called the International Pandemic Preparedness Act. And I think most people in congress don't even know about this, but that act contains a loophole in it, which he argued, and I agree, Makes it that whatever the World Health Organization passes is automatically made law in the United States. Again, subverting Our our senate. So this needs to be opposed. And in fact, I think that the entire World Health Organization attempt to take over The world, really, through vaccine passports, that's another thing that they want to do.

Largely as a result of the conference, they adopted 4 major items, The Rio declaration on environment and development, the lengthy action plan referred to as agenda 21, The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the nonbinding but authoritative principles for the management and cons conservation Of forest resources. In addition, the conference adopted the UN biodiversity convention which the administration decided not to join at this time, and this was due to con to concerns about intellectual property and also the decision making and funding mechanism.
The administration has already made a good beginning in implementing the results of the conference. And as during the talks on climate, The administration pledged $75,000,000 for related projects in developing countries, including the development of national plans. The president announced that the United States would have our own national plan on climate ready by the end of the year in order to start international consultations in January of 1993. The president announced a Forest for the Future initiative to double worldwide forestry assistance beginning with a $150,000,000 additional US contribution. The administration is preparing for consideration by the UN General Assembly of establishment of the sustainable development commission called for Rio and is working on an Khan.
Interagency basis to formulate further plans to implement the other recommendations of the conference. The good start made by the Khan. Administration shows that the United States is serious about international cooperation to address global environmental problems. The The resolution before us calls for similar measures to implement the recommendation of real conference. The State Department does support the provisions of this resolution Which are fully consistent with US policy toward implementing the results of the IR summit.
Missus Pelosi should be further commended for attitude on the issues that were raised by the department at an early stage in the consideration of this resolution. Mister speaker, I was also appointed to the Earth Summit's observe as an observer, a delegation. Although I did not actually attend the conference. I did follow the proceedings very carefully. Recently, I have the opportunity to contribute to an article on these matters to a magazine called Michigan International Lawyer.
