Data collected by Near Intelligence, a troubled data broker with defense industry ties, reveals that nearly 200 mobile devices of individuals who visited Jeffrey Epstein's island left a trail of data pointing back to their homes and offices. The data includes coordinates that pinpoint the exact routes taken to the island and the movements of visitors within Epstein's property. The data also suggests that visitors likely lived and worked in various locations throughout the US and other countries. The data was obtained using an intelligence platform called Vista, now known as Pinnacle.

Release the names. Forward: “Jeffrey Epstein's Island Visitors Exposed by Data Broker NEARLY 200 MOBILE devices of people who visited Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious ‘pedophile island’ in the years prior to his death left an invisible trail of data pointing back to their own homes and offices. Maps of these visitations generated by a troubled international data broker with defense industry ties, discovered last week by WIRED, document the numerous trips of wealthy and influential individuals seemingly undeterred by Epstein’s status as a convicted sex offender. The coordinates that Near Intelligence collected and left exposed online pinpoint locations to within a few centimeters of space. Visitors were tracked as they moved from the Ritz-Carlton on neighboring St. Thomas Island, for instance, to a specific dock at the American Yacht Harbor—a marina once co-owned by Epstein that hosts an ‘impressive array’ of pleasure boats and mega-yachts. The data pinpointed their movements as they were transported to Epstein’s dock on Little St. James, revealing the exact routes taken to the island. The tracking continued after they arrived. From inside Epstein's enigmatic waterfront temple to the pristine beaches, pools, and cabanas scattered across his 71-acres of prime archipelagic real estate, the data compiled by Near captures the movements of scores of people who sojourned at Little St. James as early as July 2016. The recorded surveillance concludes on July 6, 2019—the day of Epstein’s final arrest. 11,279 coordinates obtained by WIRED show not only a flood of traffic to Epstein’s island property—nearly a decade after his conviction as a sex offender—but also point to as many as 166 locations throughout the US where Near Intelligence infers that visitors to Little St. James likely lived and worked. The cache also points to cities in Ukraine, the Cayman Islands, and Australia, among others. Near Intelligence, for example, tracked devices visiting Little St. James from locations in 80 cities crisscrossing 26 US states and territories, with Florida, Massachusetts, Texas, Michigan, and New York topping the list. The coordinates point to mansions in gated communities in Michigan and Florida; homes in Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket in Massachusetts; a nightclub in Miami; and the sidewalk across the street from Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The coordinates also point to various Epstein properties beyond Little St. James, including his 8,000-acre New Mexico ranch and a waterfront mansion on El Brillo Way in Palm Beach, where prosecutors said in an indictment that Epstein trafficked numerous ‘minor girls’ for the purposes of molesting and abusing them. Near’s data is notably missing any locations in Europe, where citizens are safeguarded by comprehensive privacy laws. The data on Epstein’s guests was produced using an intelligence platform formerly known as Vista, which has now been folded into a product called Pinnacle. WIRED discovered several so-called Vista reports while examining Pinnacle’s publicly accessible code. While the specific URLs for the reports are difficult to find, Google’s web crawlers were able to locate at least two other publicly accessible Vista reports: one geofencing the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands and another targeting Saipan-Ledo Park in El Paso, Texas. The Little St. James report features five maps, one of which reveals locations of devices observed on the island over more than three years prior to Epstein’s arrest. Two of the maps indicate the inferred “Common Evening Locations” and “Common Daytime Locations” for each device that had visited the island. According to the Vista report, these metrics are meant to show visitors’ “most frequented location on weekdays” as well as weeknights and weekends.”

Forward: “A group of Jeffrey Epstein victims sued the Federal Bureau of Investigation for failing to stop his sex-trafficking despite receiving reports as early as the 1990s. In a suit filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court, a dozen Jane Doe plaintiffs accused the FBI of negligence. The women said they wouldn’t have become victims of Epstein if the bureau had properly investigated him. The FBI ‘failed to take appropriate action and botched and covered up investigations for years,’ in violation of its own rules, the women alleged. They are seeking court permission to proceed with their suit under pseudonyms to protect their safety and privacy. The FBI didn’t immediately return an email seeking comment on the allegations.”

In a 2015 project for the Chinese government, McKinsey-led think-tank Urban China Initiative advised deepening cooperation between business and the military, pushing foreign companies out of sensitive industries, and boosting China's technological prowess. The recommendations, which were part of the government's research for its Five-Year Plan, included accelerating the conversion of military technology into civilian use and promoting the growth of China's domestic cloud computing industry. McKinsey has downplayed its relationship with the Chinese government since facing political pressure in the US.

Treasonous: “McKinsey-led think-tank advised China to deepen co-operation between business and the military & push foreign companies out of sensitive industries as part of a project for the central government in 2015. The recommendations in a book by the Urban China Initiative, commissioned by the Chinese government’s central planning agency, were among dozens of policies it proposed to boost the country’s technological prowess, according to a review of the work, which has not previously been reported in western media. …formed part of the Chinese government’s research for its 13th Five-Year Plan covering 2016-20. The Five-Year Plan included the ‘Made in China 2025’ policy that increased tensions between Beijing and Washington. McKinsey shut down UCI in 2021 and has played down its relationship with the Chinese government since coming under political pressure in the US, where lawmakers have questioned if consulting in China conflicts with the firm’s work for the US Department of Defense. In all, it made 61 recommendations across 14 different technologies. One chapter covered advanced materials — a class of product including speciality metals and other materials used in cutting-edge manufacturing — where it recommended China “accelerate the conversion of military technology into civil use [ . . . and] promote the two-way transfer and dissemination of military-civil material technology’. A reliance on foreign suppliers to build China’s cloud infrastructure could lead to the theft of sensitive data from military, economic and government departments and undermine national security, according to another chapter, so that the country should ‘strive to grow its domestic cloud computing industry and prevent core technologies from being controlled by foreign companies’. The book also advocated for the Chinese government to provide more financial support for domestic internet of things companies so they could ‘eventually take control of the industry from foreign firms’.”

Speaker 0: Thanks to the witnesses for being here. Mr. Stearnsfeld, if I could just start with you, did I hear you say in your opening statement, I'm gonna quote you now, we have the industry's most rigorous client selection policy. Did I get that right? Speaker 1: We believe that to be true, senator. Speaker 0: How is it then that you end up with so many clients who are state owned Chinese corporations hostile to the United States? Speaker 1: Thank you, senator. So the basis for my, answer was we've invested over $700,000,000 over the last several years, to put in place a rigorous client selection process that looks at a whole series of factors. Speaker 0: Well, let's talk about some of your clients. Like the China Communications Construction Company, this is a firm that is blacklisted by the United States government. This is a state owned enterprise that is responsible for building artificial islands in the South China Sea, probably in direct contravention of international law, certainly in direct contravention to United States security interests. You helped them develop their 5 year plan. Why is Speaker 1: that a good idea? Senator, our work in China, overwhelmingly works with, multinational companies, including many of those being US, and private sector. Speaker 0: No, actually, you've advised 22 of the 100 biggest state owned companies in China. That's according to the New York Times. Let's talk about another one, the Chinese Ocean Shipping Company. That's a state owned conglomerate that's played a key role in China's naval expansion, I'm quoting from NBC News here, and Beijing's bid to extend its global reach. This company has been given special status by the CCP and forms the core of China's defense industrial base. This company has provided logistical support to the Chinese Navy's escort operations in the Gulf of Aden and experts say, I'm still quoting, it serves as the maritime logistical arm for the People's Liberation Army. You're advising them. How much money did you make on that contract? Speaker 1: No, senator. We're not advising them. Neither Did Speaker 0: you ever advise them? Speaker 1: Historically, we advised on none of the topics that, you had highlighted. Speaker 0: You you didn't advise the Chinese Ocean Shipping Company? Speaker 1: Not on the topics you described, sir. Speaker 0: Why is it a good idea to advise them at all? They're a state owned enterprise engaged in activity directly contrary to the security interests of this nation. Speaker 1: And they are no longer a client of ours, sir. Speaker 0: Why did you advise on 22 of the 100 biggest Chinese state owned enterprises? That number, I Speaker 1: don't believe is accurate, senator. Speaker 0: Has nothing to do with money, does it? Speaker 1: I don't believe that number is accurate, senator. Speaker 0: How much money do you make off the United States government? Speaker 1: I don't know the size of our work with the US government, senator. Speaker 0: I do. In 2021, you made more than $850,000,000 in consulting work for the federal government with the Department of Defense as your top client. When you bid for those government contracts, did you disclose your work for these Chinese state owned enterprises that were conducting activity adverse to our national security? Did you disclose it to the Department of Defense? Speaker 1: Senator, we take, OCI incredibly seriously and have even gone beyond what is required around disclosures. Speaker 0: So that's a yes? Speaker 1: We take it incredibly seriously. We made all appropriate disclosure, senator. I'm happy to come back to you on any any details, specific to the work that we do on the Department of Defense. Speaker 0: That's that's not what that is not what news reports have found and news agencies who've looked into this. In fact, to quote NBC News again, in bidding on contracts with the Department of Defense, the US Navy, Customs and Border Protection, you did not disclose your work with Chinese enterprises in apparent conflict of interest. A report in 2021 showed, December of 2021, that you admitted to providing services only for provincial and local governments in China, but not for the central government in China. My question is, why should you be able to get any contracts in the United States government? If you're gonna advise foreign nations who are hostile to us and make gobs of money off of them, why should you be getting US government contracts? Speaker 1: Senator, we've never worked with the Chinese Communist Party or the central government in China to the best of my knowledge. Speaker 0: You're working with state owned enterprises. This is this is China's not a democracy. They own these companies. These companies are doing the bidding of the Chinese military and you're making money off of it hand over fist. My question is, I guess if you wanna do that, I guess it doesn't violate the law. But I just wonder why is it that you should then be able to turn around and make 800 $50,000,000 in 1 year alone off the American taxpayer? I mean, explain that to me. Speaker 1: Senator, our work with the federal government, we stand behind. We bring Well, Speaker 0: I'm sure you do. It's incredibly lucrative. That's the problem. You make gobs of money off of our enemies, and then you turn around, you make gobs of money off of us. It's outrageous frankly. Listen, you shouldn't be doing any work with the Chinese Communist Party, and any enterprise that they own or have have some share in. You shouldn't. And if you were serious about ethics, you wouldn't be doing it. But it's particularly outrageous that you then make money, almost a $1,000,000,000 in a year off the United States government, including the Defense Department. Now I am go I have introduced a law that would prohibit you from doing just this and I will continue to push it until we get a vote on it. Now let me ask you about one of the things since I've got you here. And I have to tell you, since I'm I represent the state of Missouri that has been absolutely devastated by the opioid crisis. And I know you don't know a lot about that because speaking of money, McKinsey has made an unbelievable amount of money off of the opioid crisis. Let me ask you about this New York Times report, which found that McKinsey proposed paying a $14,810 bounty to pharmacies for each opioid overdose. Is McKenzie proud of that work? Speaker 1: Senator, our work was designed to actually reduce opioid abuse. Speaker 0: Really? Let me ask you about this. I think we've got a poster of this. We sell hope in a bottle. This is an advertising campaign you came up with. We sell hope in a bottle. That's for opioids. Hope in a bottle. You help Purdue Pharma market them to children. The Massachusetts attorney general has filed a lawsuit that has all of these disclosures in it, describing how McKinsey consultants recommended and pushed Purdue to turbocharge OxyContin sales. McKinsey urged the Sacklers, owners of Purdue, to make a clear go, no go decision to turbocharge the sales engine. The consultants pushed the board of directors to turbocharge the sales engine, to drive up the sale of opioids that is killing people left and right. Is McKenzie proud of that work? Speaker 1: Senator, as I had stated in the house, we we saw we were too slow in seeing the epidemic unfold around us. You helped cause the epidemic? Our no, senator. Speaker 0: Really? You don't think that helped cause the epidemic? You don't think marketing these drugs to doctors and children helped cause the epidemic? You don't think you have any part in that? Speaker 1: Senator, what I can say, including the state of Massachusetts, is we were the first to actually reach a settlement with all all states. Speaker 0: Well, sure. I mean, sure. When you're over a barrel, what are you Speaker 1: doing for victims right now? Senator, we've reached agreement with states and municipalities. Speaker 0: Have you set up a compensation fund? Are you sharing some of your profits with them? Speaker 1: Senator, the the settlement details are public. Speaker 0: Well, I'm I'm asking you. I mean, have you have you set up a compensation fund, share some of your prodigious profits with the victims who the lives you help destroy. Speaker 1: Senator, our substantial settlements go to exactly that cause. Speaker 0: You know, I've sat here and I've listened to your responses to my colleagues and it's it's the same old thing over and over. You don't want to be accountable for anything that you do. But I tell you what, this is unforgettable and, frankly, unforgivable. And your work right now, taking money from this government as you help the Chinese Communist Party, is absolutely unforgivable, and I will not rest until it is illegal. Thank you, mister chairman. Speaker 1: Thanks, Senator Hawley. Senator Hassan? Speaker 0: I want to thank you, Chairman Blumenthal and Ranking Member Johnson.

The speaker concludes by suggesting that CEFC covered up payments to the Biden family and that Joe Biden didn't want the American people to know about his connections to the Chinese Communist Party. They also mention the president's alleged bribes from Burisma and ask for the text messages and FBI memo to be entered into the record. A professor then briefly discusses the issue of influence peddling and the potential crimes associated with it.

Speaker 0: Today, we're going to bring the facts. Today, we are going to bring the evidence. In 2017, the Joe Biden family teamed up with Chinese company CEFC to make 1,000,000 off of granting access to Joe Biden. Hunter even arranged for Joe Biden to share office space with the CCP aligned company CEFC. My Democrat colleagues say none of this is relevant because Joe Biden wasn't vice president while his family deal did these shady deals. Turns out that's complete and total bullshit. It's a lie. Hunter Biden referred to access to his father as the keys to his family's only asset. Those words are going to come back and haunt Hunter Biden and his family forever. Yesterday, the Ways and means committee released an FBI memo on the interview they had with Tony Bobolinski, a former bar Biden partner in crime. I'll read a bit of that right now. The work conducted by CEFC, Guilliar Walker, Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Yi over the preceding 2 years was discussed in detail. In particular, CEFC was closing significant investment deals in Poland, Kazakhstan, Romania, Oman, and the Middle East during this period of time. Period of time is in reference to the years 2015 and 2016 when, guess what, Joe Biden was vice president. As an aside, Rob Walker, in previous testimony, also confirmed that Joe Biden attended a meeting with the head of CEFC. So now we know CEFC was working with the Biden family while Joe Biden was vice president, and I'll continue reading from Tony Bobolinski's report, which says, and I quote Bobolinski, Hunter Biden and James Biden did not receive compensation because Joe Biden was still vice president during this time period. There is a concern it would be improper for payments to be made to Hunter Biden and James Bylen Biden by CEFC due to its close affiliation with the Chinese government. Hunter Biden and James Biden both wanted to be compensated for the assistance they had provided to CEFC's ventures. In particular, they believe CEFC owed them money for the benefits that accrued to CEFC through its use of the Biden family name to advance their business dealings. The Bidens, coincidentally, were paid over $1,000,000 by CCP affiliated Chinese company, CEFC, shortly after Joe Biden left office as vice president. Now we know why, because it was back pay. I'm gonna show another image. This is a text message between Hunter Biden and Gang Wendong, an agent of CEFC. Hunter says, my uncle will be here with his brother, in all caps, who would like to say hello to the chairman. He goes on, Jim's brother, if he's coming, wants to say hello. His uncle's brother, I wonder who that could be. I can't quite figure it out. Hunter puts brother in all caps, and it doesn't take a genius to figure this out. But since I'm not always dealing with geniuses in Washington, DC has has been illustrated today. I'll spell it out. The brother of Hunter, Hunter's uncle, Jim, is Joe Biden. Why was Hunter so secretive about his father? I'm gonna tell you why. It's because Joe Joe Biden didn't want the American people to know he and his family were getting paid 1,000,000 and 1,000,000 of dollars from a company closely tied to the Chinese Communist Party. CEFC knew paying Biden family members was bad, so they covered it up. Hunter knew Joe Biden hanging out with CCP businessmen would be a bad look, so he tried to pull a genius move on us with this whole my uncle's brother bullshit. We already know the president took bribes from Burisma. I also wanna add betraying your country is treason. Mister chairman, I ask unanimous consent to enter into the record this text message between Hunter Biden and Gong Lindong and the FBI memo regarding their interview with Tony Bobolinski showing Joe Biden's connections to CFC during his vice presidency. Speaker 1: Without objection, so ordered. Speaker 0: Professor Turley, we got 30 seconds. In your experience in reviewing cases of fraud. The people who are conducting legitimate business usually go through these efforts and hoops to keep their foreign entanglements hidden. Speaker 1: Yes. The the the issue with with with influence peddling is that, it can, in some circumstances, be legal, but it's not something that necessarily is made Public. The public does not buy into the idea that you can sell your family brand if it's influence peddling. So what happens with influence peddling is that you often have the commission of crimes to conceal it, and to take steps so that it's not public. That may include, but it's not necessarily the reason in this case, but it may include The failure to pay taxes. The failure to register as a foreign agent. And part of the purpose of an inquiry is to see if there is a linkage between those acts and more importantly, a linkage to the president.

Speaker 0: Yesterday morning, the Harris County elections administrator said the office received several requests from election judges Claiming they had run out of paper for the ballots, Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum said yesterday he could not explain the cause for the paper shortage and said his office had millions of pages of paper to be used for this election. We just received a statement from the Harris County Elections Office. It reads, quote, Once we complete our canvassing process, we will turn our attention to a post election review and report. Tonight at 8 o'clock, there will be a 2nd hearing of the day, that includes some of the parties who were involved in all of this. As you can tell, this, is far from over, far from resolved. Back to you. Speaker 1: Yeah. The drama continues tonight. Thank you so much, Matt Doherty. And

If a voter's tabulator is not working, they can put their ballot into Door 3. This is the secure process used in most counties in Arizona, accounting for about 20% of locations. The machines are tested before each election, but this issue was unexpected. Technicians are working to fix the problem, and it's important to note that not all tabulators are affected. The key is that everyone can still vote, and redundancies are in place to ensure no one is disenfranchised. The tabulators are dispersed throughout the county, not concentrated in one area.

Speaker 0: If they have a ballot, what can they do if their tabulator is not working? Yes. But once they have checked in, they voted that ballot. If for some reason it's not going through the tabulator, we're asking them to put it into Door 3. That is the secure process that we have in place. And like Steven just said, that's how the majority of counties in Arizona handle it. Is it 20% or 20%? We have about 20%. So those those numbers have shifted a little bit. About 40% Somewhere around there. Yeah. 40% is about 20%. I know people are gonna say, okay. Shouldn't this have had all been perfect? So walk me through the testing on this and, I guess, what happened? So again, yeah, we we test these machines. That's part of the process. We go through it for every election. And, in this particular instance, This is something, you know, we didn't anticipate, like Steven said, but we have the redundancies in place. And it's also important for people to know that we've got techs out there. They're doing what they can to get these back online. So remember, it isn't like every it's not like both of the tabulators in this 20% of locations for having these issues, may only be 1. Again, it may be 1 out of 5, 2 out of 5. So the key for everyone to understand is everyone is still getting to vote. No one is being disenfranchised, and we've got redundancies in place. They're they're not they're not in one particular area of the county. They're dispersed.

Harry Waite openly admitted to illegally requesting absentee ballots for Racine mayor Corey Mason and Republican assembly speaker Robin Voss in an attempt to expose a voter fraud loophole. Two of the three ballots he received were from individuals who gave him permission, while the third was Mayor Mason's. The Wisconsin Department of Justice is investigating the matter, but Waite believes someone should have caught the issue before the ballots were sent out. Mayor Mason believes Waite's actions are an attempt to make voting more difficult in future elections. Waite plans to return the unopened ballot to city hall.

Speaker 0: I admittedly openly admit that I committed a crime. Speaker 1: That's what Racine County man Harry Waite told 12 news Thursday when he admitted to illegally requesting Racine mayor Cory Mason and Republican assembly speaker Robin Voss's absentee ballots to be sent to his own address to try to prove a voter fraud loophole. Come Friday Speaker 0: These 3 ballots were were received today. Speaker 1: 2 of them are from people who gave Waite permission to request their ballots. The third is Racine mayor Corey Masons. Speaker 2: I think Harry Waite needs to be arrested For his crime. Speaker 1: The Wisconsin Department of Justice is aware of the crime releasing this statement which reads in part DOJ has been in contact with DA Hansen and we'll be investigating this matter. But Waite says he believes someone should have caught this before the ballots were sent out. Speaker 0: Don't you think that name, Corey Mason, would have flagged her to Say, hey. Something's wrong here. His absentee ballot is being shipped to Union Grove. Speaker 1: There are investigations right now into mister Waite's crime. Do you think that the election commissioner clerk's office needs to look Further into what went wrong here that allowed him to get these ballots. Speaker 2: Yes. So what went wrong is Harry Waite. It's actually really important that nobody loses their right to vote or the ease with which they can get an absentee ballot or participate in early voting because Harry Waite committed a crime. Speaker 0: They don't care about the voter. They're more worried about me embarrassing them. Speaker 1: Mayor Mason believes Waite is trying to make voting harder in upcoming elections. Speaker 2: So if people wanna make sure that there's A way to make sure that we're aware of it now that Harry Waite and his compatriots seem willing to be doing these sort of shenanigans, I think that's fine. But again, It can't make it harder for people to vote. Speaker 1: So, Courtney, I know you reached out to the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Any response to your request for comment? Joyce, I have not heard back from the elections commission yet. However, Waite does tell me that he plans to return the mayor's unopened ballot to city hall.

4/ This attack conveniently shifts blame away from the GOP leadership trifecta of Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy & Ronna McDaniels, who all failed miserably in: (1) ensuring midterms were secure; (2) early voting & mail-in ballots turnout ops; (3) funding GOP nominees; etc. https://t.co/RcabeeiUid

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

5/ This Trifecta cannot lead the Right through the current climate as they’re bought/compromised or fail to recognize the “new normal” in US politics Never-Trumper Mitt Romney’s niece failed to secure elections in 2020/2022. McConnell & McCarthy champion neocon/globalist policy https://t.co/aPL5C0RhCk

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

6/ There is no reason to believe the “new normal” in US politics will end. Since 2015, there’s been a concerted attack by corporate media, the DC Alphabet Boys & the globalist Uniparty to seek the destruction of not only President Trump, but anyone that supports his agenda. https://t.co/CSvrGHZeKx

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

7/ The “new normal” of US politics: 1. Corporate media blackout of GOP populist candidates/policies/ideas; 2. Smearing GOP populists as Nazis/extremists; 3. Leftists outright refuse or delay debates until the last minute as to not damage uniformed early vote totals; etc. https://t.co/xxjqUPtlqJ

The outcome of elections is often influenced by the mechanics of the election process and access to communication channels. Republicans face challenges in getting their message across as they have limited media outlets compared to Democrats. This affects their ability to win elections. Democrats have more control over the election machinery and the American media, giving them an advantage. It's not about ideology, but about who holds power. Republicans need to address these issues by investing in communication channels and advocating for fair election rules. The recent election in Pennsylvania highlighted the impact of early voting, with a majority of Democrats voting early compared to Republicans. These problems can be fixed, but first, they need to be acknowledged.

Speaker 0: They think he was more impressive than the guy who spent his career doing heart transplants? Probably not. You gotta give him credit for at least knowing who they were voting for, and they voted for John Fetterman. He won anyway. What does that tell you? It tells you that in some cases, candidate quality is not actually the most important thing. What is? Well, the mechanics of an election. They matter. In fact, they matter sometimes more than any individual running in the election. The way people vote makes a big difference to the outcome. And so, by the way, there's access to channels of communication. Why does that matter? Well, because you can say whatever you want, but if no one hears you, you're not really speaking, and that's the case for Republicans. So often, as it's night, Republicans communicate their message unencumbered on a single cable television channel and a handful of relatively low traffic websites. That's it. The rest of the American media amounts to a gigantic filter designed to distort Republicans or say it's a campaign apparatus, and only the Democrats have it. But you can whine about that. Oh, the media are liberal. But it's not about liberal or conservative. It's about winning elections, and Democrats can win because they have that. So if Republicans want to win elections too, they might spend some money to fix that to achieve parity. So to restate, as of tonight, Democrats have far more control of the election machinery and almost total control of the American media, and Republicans don't. These are not ideological problems. It's not a question who's right on the issues. That's settled, certainly in our mind, but probably in the minds of even people who would vote Republican if it occurred to them, but it doesn't because they don't know what they stand for. These are questions, again, not of who's right or who's wrong, but of who makes it into elected office, of who wields power. And many on the right don't seem to understand this at all. They don't care about the details. Two and a half years ago, the last administration, its Republican allies in Congress, watched passively seemingly in glassy eyed sedation as the Democratic Party used the pretext of COVID to rewrite election laws around the country in order to get its own candidates into office. They didn't do it by accident. They knew what they were doing. Last night, those laws, many of which are still on the books, paid off generously. John Fetterman bombed in his one public debate. You saw it. He humiliated himself. He made a mockery of the election, but but it didn't matter by that point. Thanks to early voting, Federman's margin was already in the bank. Nearly 70% of Democrats had voted early in the Pennsylvania races, only 20% of Republicans did. So, okay, it's over, but it doesn't need to be repeated. These are fixable problems. You can get your message out. You can force the other side if you try hard enough to agree on fair election rules, but you can't do any of that unless you acknowledge these problems exist.

8/ I will tentatively support Trump if he runs in 2024, because Trump is a transformational candidate & “business as usual” or “Trump-lite” won’t suffice to deal with the rot & corruption in DC Trump is the heart of the base & best able to counter these nefarious tactics/players

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

9/ Pre-2016, many issues now embedded in US conscious were believed to be settled or third rail (e.g. border crisis, NATO/EU funding, China, endless wars, media propaganda, etc.) Trump changed the conversation, while ending political dynasties (e.g. Clinton, Bush, Cheney, etc.) https://t.co/AwUxEqZhNX

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

10/ Trump exposed the GOP Neocons/RINOs/Globalists, but these entrenched actors still worked to sabotage his first term. “America Last” is now helping Beijing Biden’s Leftist agenda (e.g. Inflation Act, Infrastructure Act, Leftist activist judges, border crisis inaction, etc.). https://t.co/oYUnHuNjmQ

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

11/ Trump was able to awaken the political consciousness of a class of forgotten Americans betrayed by DC elites for decades Prior to COVID Tyranny, the US projected strength, was a respected/feared power on the world stage & had a booming economy that worked for all Americans https://t.co/t9ANxzpb0V

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

12/ Real wages for blue collar workers outpaced the desktop class. US energy was unleased. Geopolitical rivals were countered (e.g. China, Russia, Iran, etc.). Leftist CRT & LGBTQ infiltration in public schools was exposed. The Border/Opioid crisis became a mainstream issue. https://t.co/oK7hHaNLfN

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

13/ There are clear concerns that Trump must address before he has my full support. He must provide a list of his 2nd term cabinet nominees (like his SCOTUS list); however, I have less concern regarding cabinet betrayal as the traitors have now all been exposed or jumped ship. https://t.co/69ZwbebNHJ

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

14/ Trump must be clear that Kushner/Ivanka will have no role in a second term. Although Kushner was able to secure Middle East peace & justice reform deals, he was a net negative & cannot be afforded any influence/position in a second term. There must be no questions. https://t.co/g6AmPnVR56

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

15/ Trump must be clear regarding COVID policies Although I believe attacks on this front are disingenuous as Trump’s cabinet was looking for any reason to invoke the 25th Amend. He was baited into lockdowns by public health “experts” & the UK’s alleged “herd immunity” failure https://t.co/cur3zckjAE

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

16/ Blue states/cities were always going to lock down Most still refused to reopen even after Red States were open for months This was the excuse needed for a massive election overhaul to game early voting & mail-in ballots to secure low info voters via Leftist turnout orgs https://t.co/J07IA3zJg9

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

17/ I’ll never take the COVID-19 jab, but without it, the US would still be closed. COVID fanatics fought re-opening even after the jab. Let whoever wants it take it every 6 mos. For better or worse, Trump is tied to it, but he’s been clear it shouldn’t be mandated/forced. https://t.co/VYDRyVxuih

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

18/ Trump was repeatedly attacked for attempting to reopen, but he didn’t stop states from pursuing this path This wouldn’t have occurred under Hillary Clinton. Clinton’s BigGov would’ve used COVID to erode states’ rights & enforce apartheid via the farce of combatting COVID-19 https://t.co/UucE2KuaDe

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

19/ Trump could do little to combat the “Summer of Love” 2020 riots that caused billions in damages & killed/harmed countless innocents.   Corporate media gaslighted the masses into believing these were peaceful protests & ignored assaults on the White House & federal courts. https://t.co/op11sY9h2o

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

20/ Trump’s cabinet refused attempts to restore order.   The 25th Amend loomed if he acted alone to restore order in Blue states/cities that encouraged riots & immediately released bad faith actors.   Hollyweird & Democrats had legal/bail funds to ensure Leftist terror continued. https://t.co/AKXJZ16HCJ

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

21/ The Uniparty machine sought to destroy Trump, but he weathered the Russiagate withhunt, Ukraine impeachment hoax, Jan 6 show trial, BigTech censorship, fake Alphabet Boys’ news leaks, etc. Even now, Trump must defeat the Soros-backed NY withhunt & special prosecutor rumors https://t.co/yFA8iA9XJM

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

22/ If one thing is certain, Trump is a fighter & committed to America First Now battle-tested & experienced, his second term will seek to rein in the Alphabet Boys, use schedule F to purge ideologues in BigGov agencies, secure the border, counter China, unleash US energy, etc https://t.co/DZexIjAQSY

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

23/ I respect DeSantis. He’s a great governor; however, DeSantis is not the transformational candidate needed in these dire times. DeSantis & the RW populist movement doesn’t exist w/o Trump. His policies are Trump-derivative, but fail to address rot in DC & Alphabet Agencies. https://t.co/Ksu0zd82ZM

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

24/ If not for Trump’s endorsement of DeSantis in FL’s 2018 GOP primary (where he was trailing) & general election campaigning, an alleged closeted methhead would have been in charge & kept FL closed. With President Hillary, BigGov would have cracked down on reopening. https://t.co/887G7SuXoD

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

25/ The DeSantis win in FL was resounding, but expected   He secured FL’s election integrity prior to 2022   His numbers were also buoyed by the conservative exodus from Blue States/Cities to FL the last few years   This means little in the context of 2024 & energizing the base https://t.co/dwPjajPYcU

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

26/ Other than cable news, DeSantis hasn’t faced the full brunt of the Uniparty machine.   Its focus remains on Trump. It must destroy Trump before moving on.   As “Trump-lite”, DeSantis has little reason to attack the swamp & rein in the excesses of the Alphabet Boys & BigGov.

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

27/ DeSantis doesn’t inspire the same diehard loyalty/appeal that won Trump 2016 & turned out +14 million more votes in 2020 despite “election fortification”.   He’s untested/unprepared for the viciousness of attacks that will come & w/o independent wealth to defend against same.

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

28/ DeSantis has also been coy in regards to establishment snakes & $ backing him.   Although FL was non-competitive, Globalist Uniparty $$ funneled in to build DeSantis a presidential war chest, while conveniently failing to fund RW populist candidates (e.g. Masters, Kent, etc.) https://t.co/lojH97nHqC

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

29/ This $ from Citadel’s Ken Griffin, Robinhood’s Paul Tudor Jones, etc. most likely came with strings = Trump-lite & don’t rock the boat.   Griffin & Tudor Jones allegedly worked backchannels to harm ordinary investors to save Melvin Capital’s Gamestop, AMC, etc. short plays. https://t.co/yhR5ORNFqJ

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

30/ Furthermore, we’ve seen the reemergence of NeverTrumpers/RINOs/Neocons & Corporate Media to push DeSantis.   These are the very same snakes that profited off of globalist policies that destroyed the US & fought Trump’s “America First” agenda at every step https://t.co/mgPMQ2LrUz

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

31/ DeSantis lack of independent wealth is concerning not only because it leaves him unable to fend off the Uniparty, but also because it’s more reason for him to “go along to get along” & receive the post-office golden parachute awarded to past presidents that sold out the US. https://t.co/8masXffgVX

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

32/ Although IMHO disloyal, I have no issue with DeSantis running in the 2024 primaries. It’ll make both Trump & DeSantis better by forcing DeSantis to answer questions on foreign policy & whether he intends to deal with the DC Swamp, Alphabet Boys, BigGov, HigherEd, etc.

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

33/ Furthermore, it’ll force Trump to answer questions regarding his COVID policies, past failures & how he will overcome same in a second term. I believe Trump will rise to the occasion & overcome, unless the GOP adopts the DNC’s superdelegate system to disenfranchises its base.

@ProdigalThe3rd - Prodigal

34/ Based on the foregoing, I will support Trump if he decides to run in 2024. We need a transformative candidate that will finally root out the vipers that are profiting off of extracting the wealth of this nation.

Attorney General Beau Biden defended a Delaware judge's decision to sentence Robert H. Richards IV, a DuPont family heir, to probation after he admitted to raping his 3-year-old daughter. Biden stated that the case against Richards was weak, and the plea deal offered by prosecutors was appropriate. The case has gained international attention, leading to calls for the removal of Judge Jan Jurden and threats against her. Some members of the Delaware legal community have supported Jurden, citing her consideration of Richards' potential difficulties in prison as a mitigating factor. Richards' ex-wife, Tracy, filed a lawsuit seeking damages for the rape of their daughter and accusing him of sexually abusing their toddler son. Initially, Richards was indicted on two counts of second-degree rape, which carried a minimum sentence of 20 years in prison. For more information, visit delawareonline.com.

Speaker 0: Attorney general Beau Biden today defended the decision of a Delaware judge who sentenced the DuPont family heir to probation after he admitted raping his 3 year old daughter. Biden, in a letter to the news journal, said the case they had against Robert h Richards the 4th was weak EC, and prosecutors offered an appropriate plea deal. The case has attracted international attention, which has led to calls for the removal of judge Jan Jurden and threats against her. Others in the Delaware legal community have come to the defense of Jerden for the 2009 sentence in which she noted that Richards would not fare well in prison as a mitigating factor against jail time. Richard's case came to light last month when his ex wife, Tracy, filed a lawsuit seeking damages for the rape of his daughter from ages 3 to 5 and accusing him of admitting to sexually abusing his toddler son. Biden's office initially had indicted Richards on two counts of second degree rape, charges that carried a minimum 20 years in prison. For more on the story, visit delawareonline.com. Robert h Richards the 4th, an heir to the DuPont family fortune, raped and sexually abused his 4-year-old daughter. Despite being charged with two counts of second-degree rape, he received no prison time. Instead, he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge, paid a fine, and promised to attend a treatment center. This went unnoticed for 6 years until it became public, causing outrage. The judge and the acting attorney general faced criticism for their handling of the case. Convicting someone for crimes against young children is difficult, as young victims are not considered strong witnesses. This allowed Richards to receive a lenient punishment compared to jail time.

Speaker 0: Robert h Richards the 4th raped and sexually abused his 4 year old daughter for the last time. As he had before, he warned her to keep this a secret, but this time she didn't. She told her grandmother, who told her mother, who told their pediatrician, who told the police. Richards was arrested and charged with two counts of second degree rape, punishable by a minimum prison term of 20 years. But Richards, an heir to the $13,000,000,000 DuPont family fortune, didn't get anywhere near the minimum of 20 years in jail. In fact, He got none at all. He plead guilty to a charge of rape in the 4th degree, paid a fine of $4,395 and promised to attend a high end treatment center in Massachusetts, which he technically couldn't because he wasn't allowed to leave the state of Delaware. So that's where he stayed, receiving psychiatric care and group counseling for sex offenders. And this all stayed under the radar for 6 whole years. During Richard's sentencing, Moore called the 6 foot 4 nearly 300 pound Richards a somewhat gentle person and argued he would not fare well in jail. Hours later, Richards walked away from Delaware Superior Court a free man. But now that this was all made public, people wanted answers. Judge Jan Jurden took much of the heat. Getting so many threats, She ended up hiring private security detail. In addition, Beau Biden, acting attorney general at the time also received much scrutiny. So much so, he published an op ed in Delaware's The News Journal defending the punishment. Meaning, If this case went to trial and Roberts was found not guilty, he would have walked away free without any restrictions. But by not bringing the case to trial, The court was able to nearly guarantee he would be registered as the sex offender, receive counseling and be on probation and parole. Speaker 1: One thing that I found out when I was talking to an expert who looks at crimes against children that it is Very hard to convict someone when the victim is a minor and is very very young because children at very young ages are not really considered strong witnesses. So in the case of the rape of a minor, It is easier for someone to make a case that they are not guilty. In Robert's case, He had already pleaded guilty. But again, the current system kind of enabled him to get away With a smaller punishment in comparison to jail time.
