Speaker 0: You know, I am always going through my x speed and my Instagram feed, and every once in while, something just jumps out and punches you. I know you've had this experience, like, right in the face, and that's what happened to me. Chief nerd, wanna give a shout out, Puts out a lot of great posts. But this one, that was put out was of a video that apparently we've played on the show. I was so irate when I watched this video. I forgot we already played this a couple of months ago. But as I watched it, this is, you know, one of the heads of Pfizer being asked about the knowledge and the science around this vaccine that we're about to give to everyone on Earth. I just couldn't help but think about Steve Colbert last week and his rant and how irate he was that, you know, you would stop mRNA and stop science and stop in its tracks and f u and all of that. In the face of that, I want us all to watch this video and say, if this is science, then God help us. Take a look at this. Speaker 1: Clearly, we're thinking in terms of micrograms the way we would think of proteins as a way of inducing an immune response, and yet the purpose of mRNA is to induce protein production. So is mRNA just more efficient at making cells produce protein? Or how should we think of micrograms in terms of the amount of spike protein that's produced by the cells? Can you kind of clarify that? Speaker 2: Yeah. I'll leave to Moderna to describe the nature of how they address their vaccine dosage. But I think, obviously, we don't have a complete understanding of the nature of the way that vaccine works in terms of producing immune response. So you have to go by the results. And the results are that in the setting of giving a three microgram dose, we had low reactogenicity compared to placebo. And after a third dose, just as in adults at higher doses, we're getting an immune response that's comparable. It may well be the children we've seen certainly in that we are able to go down to a lower dose in children and the expectation is perhaps they have a more robust response. That seems to be the case based on giving a ten microgram dose to five to eleven and three micrograms to younger. Speaker 1: But have you ever measured the amount of protein that's produced as a result of the mRNA and how many cells are producing it and how persistent that production is for a given microgram of mRNA. That's a pretty broad question. You know, that's Speaker 2: I think that's obviously, you know, an interesting question to better understand the mechanism. And I would say, you know, it's somewhat academic in the setting of what we're trying to achieve here in terms of getting an immune response and a safety profile. It's satisfactory, but worthwhile for people to pursue. Speaker 0: I I I hope that everyone that watches the high wire has now looked at enough science and had us talk about enough that you see how outrageous that is. I just want you to think about as we look back what we went through. This was a product that they decided should be forced on every single person in the world. You would lose a job here in America if you didn't take it. And the senior vice president of Pfizer's vaccine development department says, we don't really have an understanding of how this vaccine produces an immune response. We don't know how it works. We just know when we get this much, it seems to get a reaction. When you do that much, it gets a different reaction. I mean, I have said this. This is like children. You didn't know anything. You didn't even know how it worked before you said, let's go ahead and take a gene therapy, turn it into a vaccine, not have any idea how it works, but it seems to be creating some antibodies somehow. And then the next question, how much protein is being produced? Cause we're not injecting the protein the way we used to that would create the response. Now our cells are just gonna start manufacturing the spike protein. How much are we gonna get? Wow. I mean, you're getting a little out of line there. Speaker 0: Yeah, sorry. This is Natalie Thornburg, Lab SME and NCIRD. So there are, we have done quite a lot of antibody studies. There's a lot of published antibody studies. The manufacturers have done a lot of antibody studies looking at antibody responses after vaccination and infection. And most people do produce very robust neutralizing antibodies, which do seem to correlate with protection. The issue with upper respiratory virus infections is immunity tends to not be sterilizing for any upper respiratory virus infection or after vaccination just because of the dynamic way the immune system works in infection happening at a mucosal surface and evolution of viruses. So it's hard to come up with a very specific number to say this is the level of neutralizing antibodies that will protect a person against infection. And then it's additionally difficult to establish a number because the dynamic nature of a person's antibody response and that their antibody response today might not be protective tomorrow or against a lineage that emerges a week from now. So, yes, neutralizing antibodies protect us, but it's such a dynamic environment with the viruses and waning immunity that a test today can't necessarily predict your susceptibility one week from now. You just made some statements about correlation between antibody or neutralizing antibody and protection, But I'm trained in this area and have worked on the development and performance of correlates protection analyses, for instance, for flu. Are there any well defined characterized correlates of protection for COVID? Yes or no? The answer is no. There are no clearly defined by standard methods of correlates of protection for COVID. And in this banding about of correlative protection as a term, I personally find offensive as somebody who's had to deal with this and live in this world for years and years and years. Speaker 0: What was Putin's intention in the war? Not the propaganda that's written about this. Oh, that they failed and he was gonna take over Ukraine. The idea was to keep NATO. And what is NATO? It's The United States off of Russia's border. No more, no less. When the Soviet Union ended in 1991, and an agreement was made that NATO will not move one inch eastward. Now what happened after 1991, the United States decided there would be no end to eastward enlargement of NATO, and the decision was taken formally in 1994 when president Clinton signed off on NATO enlargement to the East, all the way to Ukraine and into Georgia. So the NATO enlargement, as you know, started in 1999 with Hungary, Poland, and The Czech Republic, and Russia was extremely unhappy about it. But these were countries still far from the border. So the next round of NATO enlargement came in 02/2004 with the three Baltic states, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Slovakia. At this point, Russia was pretty damn upset. So as everybody recalls, in 02/2007, president Putin said, stop. Enough. And, of course, what that meant was in 02/2008, the United States jammed down Europe's throat enlargement of NATO Ukraine and to Georgia. This is right up against Russia. And Russia protested because if Russia decided to have a military base on the Rio Grande or the Canadian border, not only would The United States freak out, we'd have war within about ten minutes. And a month later, a war broke out. That gets Georgia destroyed. And starting in 02/2010, the US put in Aegis missile systems in Poland and then in Romania. And Russia doesn't like that. In 02/2010, Viktor Yanukovych was elected on the platform of neutrality. Russia had no territorial interests or designs in Ukraine at all. What Russia was negotiating was a twenty five year lease for Sevast Opol naval base. That's it. Not for Crimea, not for the Donbas, nothing. Furthermore, the justification was that, we had a pathogen Based on modeling here in the UK at Imperial College, it had a 3.4% case fatality rate and we would potentially be seeing Mass graves, people dying in the streets, vans full of bodies outside of hospitals, etcetera. Instead of informed consent about the truth of these products In their developmental state, their immature developmental state, we were given a series of lies. Those lies included that these products We're safe and effective, of course, without actually qualifying what safe and effective was. HV one is essentially completely resistant to the immune response provoked by these boosters quote unquote That was designed for a strain that is historic and has already been made extinct by these other ones. So there is absolutely no evidence that these quote boosters provide any protective effectiveness against HB one. We have only hope.
