I’m following the case of a longtime Maricopa County prosecutor who faced criminal charges for prosecuting Antifa. The Pinal County Attorney has exonerated her, despite pressure from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and former Sheriff Penzone. However, her law license was suspended for two years, which still needs to be addressed. Mainstream media has ignored her exoneration while focusing on the bar trial against her. I intend to keep reporting on this situation to ensure justice is served and her reputation is restored.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

Here's the latest in the fascist lawfare against this longtime Maricopa County prosecutor merely for prosecuting Antifa. The Pinal County Attorney has exonerated her of all criminal charges, which the sleazy MaRICOpa County Attorney's Office was encouraging and the sleazy former MaRICOpa County Sheriff Penzone was pushing. However, Sponsel's law license was suspended for two years and so that still needs to be reversed. As you can guess, not a single MSM outlet has covered her exoneration, nor the exoneration of the five Phoenix Police officers involved. Not one. 🤡🤡🤡🤡 But the MSM all piled on and heavily covered the bar trial against her, selectively. And I'm the only reporter who actually provided the full story there. I'm going to stay on this. The courts need to do the right thing and reverse the sleazy bar disciplinary judge's opinion suspending this longtime prosecutor with an impeccable reputation; I remember doing court coverage for her back in the 2000s. https://arizonasuntimes.com/news/pinal-county-attorney-exonerates-former-maricopa-county-prosecutor-of-criminal-charges-who-prosecuted-antifa-along-with-police-officers/ralexander/2024/11/15/

Pinal County Attorney Exonerates Former Maricopa County Prosecutor of Criminal Charges Who Prosecuted Antifa, Along with Police Officers | November 15, 2024 The Pinal County Attorney’s Office (PCAO) declined to prosecute former Maricopa County prosecutor April Sponsel, whose license was suspended by the State Bar of Arizona for bringing charges against Antifa. PCAO also rejected charges against several Phoenix Police officers involved in quelling a riot by the gang in 2020. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) had recommended to PCAO to charge the six after the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO) suggested there was wrongdoing. arizonasuntimes.com

I've written a second article about the outcomes of the 92 election cases challenging 2020 election corruption. It highlights that judges often ignored evidence and did not investigate claims of election fraud, with many admitting in their rulings that the lawsuits weren't about fraud. The narrative that proof of fraud is necessary is misleading; in the past, elections have been overturned for minor legal violations. As I discussed in my first article, judges have ruled in favor of plaintiffs based on the mere possibility of fraud. Thanks to Patrick Byrne for motivating me to complete this report.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

Here is a second article I've written about the outcomes of the 92 election cases challenging 2020 election corruption. This one focuses on the fact the judges didn't consider evidence and didn't look into whether there was election fraud or not - many of them even admitted it in their rulings that the lawsuits weren't about election fraud. It's a red herring by the left that you need to prove election fraud - countless elections were overturned in the past for merely small violations of law, and as my first article went over, judges ruled in favor of our plaintiffs in several cases because there was merely the possibility election fraud might occur. Thanks to @PatrickByrne for encouraging me to do this report or I would likely have never gotten around to it.

Outcomes of 92 election cases from 2020 reveal judges did NOT review evidence or address election fraud. @Rach_IC reports: https://arizonasuntimes.com/news/outcomes-of-the-92-election-cases-from-the-2020-election-reveal-that-judges-didnt-review-evidence-or-address-election-fraud-part-2/ralexander/2024/03/14/

March 14, 2024 | Outcomes of the 92 Election Cases from the 2020 Election Reveal That Judges Didn’t Review Evidence or Address Election Fraud, Part 2 The Arizona Sun Times examined the outcomes of the 92 election cases challenging illegalities in the 2020 election and determined that contrary to reports in the mainstream media, almost all of the judges did not consider evidence of election fraud. This was in large part because the lawsuits didn’t allege election fraud, which is a very specific crime that usually requires a lot of discovery. Lawsuits challenging election outcomes generally cite other laws that are broken, which has long been considered sufficient to overturn elections. Judges issued their rulings in the 2020 cases without getting into the evidence or much discovery. arizonasuntimes.com

I've written one article about the Tina Peters prosecution trial, and it's already been taken down by Facebook. It's astonishing, especially since I have a background as the former Maricopa County Elections attorney, a former prosecutor, and years of experience in journalism, including being on the editorial board at the University of Arizona Daily Wildcat. It seems that no matter how qualified I am, being a conservative journalist means facing censorship as if my work doesn't exist.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

Wow. I've only written one article so far on the Tina Peters prosecution trial, and Fascistbook is already taking it down. This is unreal, not only am I the former Maricopa County Elections attorney and a former prosecutor, but I have been a journalist for years, and not just a wannabe journalist but even going back to law school I was on the editorial board at the University of Arizona Daily Wildcat. I guess it doesn't matter how qualified you are on a topic as a journalist, if you're a conservative they will 1984 you out of existence as if you aren't even writing articles. 🤡🤡🤡🤡

Speaker 1: But I wanted to have a little chat with you because a lot of you probably out there in America think that, what the fuck is going on in Arizona? Well, I'm gonna tell you what's going on in Arizona. The the attorney general was handpicked to do exactly what she's doing. Right? When Richard came to powers aboard a soup not board of supervisors, because he can't even record her, he had one primary function. Right? And that was to tame Republicans who said what's happening in our elections is bullshit because a lot of people in Arizona see what's exactly going on with our elections. And it's primarily related to ballot affidavit envelopes. Right? The mail in ballots is really when the crux of our problem started. That and when they got rid of the precincts and they went to centralized voting. So you got thousands of people now who can no longer participate in our election. Right? Steven Richer failed at his primary task. He failed at his primary task of taming republicans. Right? Making Republicans think, oh, looks as they're all hushy cushy goody goody. Right? Who the fuck is Steven Richer anyway? He was a democrat in Chicago, claims to be a libertarian out here, but he's a total authoritarian dickweed who wants to censor your speech, especially as it relates to your elections. Right? Well, he failed. And hence, we've got the attorney general of the state of Arizona. Can't remember what the fuck her name is but she's Mark Elias's little fufu lapdog. What is she doing, folks? She has brought out what we call the repressive state apparatus. Right? All societies have an ideological state apparatus and a repressive state apparatus. Society should govern as America typically generally does, based on its its ideological state apparatus. Schools, reproducing society. How do we reproduce society? Well, you know, it ain't what they're working for because we don't buy their bullshit so they brought the repressive state apparatus. Right? That is rule by force. That's what's happening people. You've got an attorney general who wants to rule by force, you know? She wants to govern by decree. She wants you to sit down and shut the fuck up. Right? If you ask questions about your elections, no matter how clearly, blatantly fraudulent they are, she will throw your ass in fucking jail. She will take your job. She will destroy your family on it. And that's the repressive state apparatus, folks. That's the fun part of society. The police, the law enforcement, the military. Right? They're taking your society folks. They don't like you asking questions and so they're gonna shut you up by making examples of everyone who asks questions, including John Eastman. Right? Come to Phoenix. He was indicted to be arrested. What kind of bullshit is that? Did he need to be arrested? Yes. Why? Because they want to scare people and tell them to sit down and shut the fuck up. If you're an attorney in state of Arizona and and and you just sit on the sidelines and you don't, you know, you wanna get involved, You're a pussy motherfucker. Right? Before long, you're gonna be nothing more than a goddamn bureaucrat pushing paper on behalf of a government that tells you what to do. Joseph Stalin had a legal system folks, Mao Zedong had a legal system. Study history folks, if you don't know what an ideological rap an ideological state apparatus is versus a a repressive state apparatus, you need to go back to school because we need to start governing by our ideological state apparatus and we need to get Arizona's attorney general the shit out of people's ass. With that, peace, folks.

In the disbarment trial of Jeffrey Clark, Garland Favorito presents his audit findings of the Fulton County election. The audit revealed a 60% error rate and discrepancies between tally sheet totals and ballot images. Falsified tally sheets were found, showing impossible ratios favoring Biden. Additionally, a significant number of duplicate scanned ballots were discovered. The absence of ballot images for 17k votes raises concerns. Creating votes without corresponding ballot images is deemed impossible and akin to fabricating votes.

In the disbarment trial of Trump's former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark, VoterGA's Garland Favorito is going over his audit of the Fulton County election. His audit - 60% error rate - results did not match ballot images. Tally sheet totals didn’t match the ballot images. Found falsified tally sheets - 100 to nothing for Biden. Some were 200 to nothing, a technical impossibility. Whereas the ballot images showed a 60-40 ratio of Biden to Trump. https://voterga.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/VOTERGA-Raffensperger-Congress-Letter-Refutation.pdf

They found 200k duplicate scanned ballots, but ongoing research has bumped that number up to 375k. The hand audit count was short - 17k votes had no ballot images. Dr. Spock confirmed that in the Raffensperger case, called them Cast Vote Records.

A ballot image is necessary to create a CVR. It’s not possible to have more votes than ballot images. It’s like creating votes out of thin air.

In the ongoing California bar hearing, witness Justin Grimmer is attempting to downplay the significance of the decline in signature rejection rate in Georgia's 2020 election. However, his own numbers align with the Geels report, revealing a substantial decrease in rejected ballots compared to 2016. This decline, solely due to signature rejection, amounts to a 46% decrease and 6,500 votes. This issue alone accounts for more than half of Biden's margin of victory in the state. The lackluster evidence presented by the California bar is disappointing and embarrassing.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

So far the California bar's aggravating witness Justin Grimmer is testifying about something that Eastman already thoroughly refuted in testimony on Oct. 24. Basically, Grimmer is trying to say that the decline in signature rejection rate in the 2020 election in Georgia wasn't very significant. But he has the exact same numbers of ballots rejected that the Geels report found - a huge decrease in ballots rejected compared to 2016. Eastman said Grimmer likes to point out that if you only look at the signature verification category, it declined from .28 percent in 2016 to .15 percent in 2020, Grimmer is acting like that's not much of a decline. But it’s a 46 percent decline in rejection rate attributable only to signature rejection. Eastman said that amounted to 6,500 votes, “more than half the total margin [that Biden won by] in the whole state on just that one issue.” If this is the best the California bar has for aggravating evidence, it's really sad and embarrassing.

The California bar accuses Trump's attorney, John Eastman, of lies. Eastman clarifies that he suggested delaying certification for state legislatures to investigate, not demanding Pence reject votes. The bar distorts his actions, but even if he advised rejecting slates, there was legal precedent to do so.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

The California bar's charges against Trump's attorney John Eastman are just riddled with lies. Eastman is going over them one by one, and here's how he refutes this one - "On January 6, 2021, before the Joint Session of Congress began, Pence publicly rejected respondent’s proposed plan in a written statement that concluded: 'It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not.'” Eastman explained that he had suggested to Pence that he could DELAY the certification to allow the state legislatures to investigate, he wasn't demanding that Pence decide not to count certain votes. The bar is having to twist and distort what Eastman actually did to try and make him look worse - but even if he had advised Pence to reject slates, this trial has conclusively proven there was substantial legal and historical precedent to do so.

In the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman, he is discussing how Georgia continued counting ballots at the State Farm Arena without observers present on election night, sending them home without telling them they were reconvening, which violated Georgia law, so they were counted illegally. In response to a friend's claim about Georgia defendants admitting the election was a hoax, it's understandable they would take plea deals to avoid long prison sentences. While I haven't analyzed the cases, @SidneyPowell1's book "Licensed to Lie" sheds light on corrupt prosecutors. The left often overlooks important details, like the violation of the Law of Large Numbers and the election anomalies favoring Democrats. Reputable polls, such as Rasmussen, predicted Trump's victory in these states. Democrats manipulate debates, omit key details, and rely on fallacies to win.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

My lefty friend messaged me this about some of the Georgia defendants taking plea deals: "They’re all admitting it was a hoax under oath and with evidence and you still believe it." Well, if I was in their shoes facing long years of prison time, I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing, I haven't analyzed the cases closely yet but if anyone knows this area better than anyone, it's @SidneyPowell1 who wrote "Licensed to Lie" about corrupt prosecutors. I responded to him with this regarding my position - https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/article/martin-niemoeller-first-they-came-for-the-socialists You see, it's very easy to take the left's position if you only listen to their clichés and ignore everything else. They'll say "of course the big cities went for Biden heavily, they're heavily Democratic, they did a big GOTV effort there, and Trump has become really hated by the left." Makes sense superficially, in a vacuum, right? What they cleverly leave out is things like the violation of the Law of Large Numbers, how all the "anomalies" in the election favored Democrats. They also leave out the fact that reputable polls like Rasmussen all had Trump winning in those states - in Arizona, Rasmussen had Trump winning by 4 points a few days before the election, beyond the margin of error. Similarly, Rasmussen's exit poll after the 2022 election had @KariLake winning by 8 points - that's not just beyond the margin of error, that's an insane amount ahead. During Trump's trial, his attorney clarified that their focus was on illegal and unconstitutional activity by officials, not election fraud. Courts have ordered new elections in cases of lawbreaking, without requiring proof of fraud. This article highlights such cases and refers to it as "election corruption" instead of "election fraud" to counter the left's games. Fraud hasn't been proven, but the dismissal of Kari Lake's lawsuit shows voter disenfranchisement no longer matters. @Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

During his disciplinary trial, Trump's attorney John Eastman said his involvement with 2020 election lawsuits focused on the illegal and unconstitutional activity by officials, NOT election fraud, since “fraud has to be pled with particularity and until you get to discovery that is very difficult to do.” The left constantly gloats that fraud hasn't been proven in these cases, but the reality is courts order new elections when there's been regular lawbreaking, the laws don't require a showing of fraud. I cited a bunch of previous cases in this article - it was no problem for these judges since the new elections weren't benefitting Republicans over Democrats. https://townhall.com/columnists/rachelalexander/2022/12/26/the-dismissal-of-kari-lakes-election-lawsuit-shows-voter-disenfranchisement-no-longer-matters-n2617566 I've started referring to it as "election corruption" instead of "election fraud" for that reason; although we all KNOW it's fraud, the left is playing games.

In Trump's disbarment trial, attorney John Eastman explained that he advised Pence to consider delaying the certification of contested electoral slates for state legislatures to investigate fraud. This contradicts the bar's case, as Eastman did not advise rejecting the electors. The meeting's tone changed, indicating Trump and Pence were only considering a delay.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

In his disbarment trial, Trump's attorney John Eastman is explaining how after he told Pence it would be foolish to reject the contested electoral slates, but should look into merely delaying the certification so the state legislatures could investigate the fraud, he could tell the tone of the meeting changed and it no longer appeared that Trump or Pence were considering rejecting the electors, but only possibly delaying them. This is utterly destroying the whole premise of the bar's case that Eastman told Trump and Pence to reject them.

A legal scholar's belief in election fraud during the 2020 election is discussed, suggesting it shouldn't be dismissed as a conspiracy theory. The response highlights past attacks on the US Capitol, questioning the focus on the January Sixth incident and mentioning instances where perpetrators were let off the hook.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

If I could say only one sentence about the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman, after watching the first six weeks of it, this would be it: The fact that one of the top constitutional legal scholars in the country - possibly the #1 on the right - is convinced there was massive election fraud in the 2020 election, means it cannot be blown off as a "conspiracy theory."

@4freedom1USA - Crystal M Stanley

Not only was the January Sixth incident not the worst insurrection in the history of the United States, it wasn't the worst attack in the history of the US Capitol, not even close. It wasn't even in the top half dozen. As the Capitol has been blown up on multiple occasions. in the 1950s, Puerto Rican nationalists broke into the Capitol and started shooting congressmen. Five of them were injured in that. And what happened later on to those people? Jimmy Carter, liberal darling, let them off the hook. What happened to the weather underground when they came in and blew up the Capitol, blew up part of the Capitol? Well, Bill Ayers basically got off the hook for his involvement with Weather Underground and went on to become a mentor to Barack Obama. What happened to the half dozen mostly left -wing attacks? We don't even remember them.

If you're on this call, you might be inclined to like that working group. Disruptions all about the smaller actions that can make up our movement. So they're about connecting people to affinity groups And then thinking through how do we take action to actually disrupt business as usual. Speaker 0: Who's involved and to what extent? We don't know. But what we do know is that our insider inside the Sunrise Movement and other radical organizations was able to give us recordings of Zoom Zoom chat meetings involving shutdown DC. So called peaceful protesters and outside agitators, including members of the Democrat Party, federal employees, and government contractors are coordinating street actions with intergovernmental involvement. Black Lives Matter shut down DC, the Sunrise Movement, Antifa factions, and many, many more are involved. They call themselves affinity groups and they coordinate their compartmentalized actions together. In one meeting, they're discussing and training for high risk actions. Speaker 5: I really wanna hear from, Shut It Down DC about this. Do you do we have any plans for how to respond if there's a coup? Speaker 0: Keke Green, the cofounder of Black Lives Matter DMV DC and a trainer with momentum. In this Zoom chat, the leadership from several far left organizations can be seen talking about their plans. Speaker 3: Yeah. We we, have been in, discussion for a couple of months about how to respond to different contested election scenarios. First step is that we we think that we need to start the the post election phase in the streets. Tell him. Hi, Speaker 0: Aaron. Hey. What's that? Speaker 3: Yeah. We We need you to stop talking now. Speaker 0: Patrick Young is one of the main organizers for shutdown DC who participated in training sessions for the Sunrise Movement, where they, as the wide awakes, plan to protest outside Lindsey Graham's house. We are going to senator Lindsey Graham's house, at 6 AM. We'll be there from 6 to 8 with Sunrise DC. Good morning, my people. We reported about this planned event prior to it happening by obtaining a recording of their training session. Our information was able to get law enforcement on the scene to keep the agitators from vandalizing and breaking into the senator's home. This is why when we received this footage And all the surrounding documentation and further investigation into the participants, we knew to take this serious. Speaker 5: I heard someone in the chat talking about revolution time, and so I encourage, you know, for all of us to be fighting for revolution before today, today, tomorrow, afterwards. Speaker 0: In another meeting, they are scheduling their plan of action between election night an inauguration. Speaker 3: So we're inviting people to come to BLM Plaza, anytime after 4 PM on election night. And, we're gonna watch what's going on together. Speaker 0: They reveal a massive and ambitious plan of taking over the White House, Washington DC in general and shutting down Congress. Speaker 3: On 5th, we're gonna, shut down the White House. Speaker 6: So let's say we want to shut down the White House and make sure nobody goes in and out, right? We would need to have Matt, the White House, know every access point so we knew we're going to blockade it. But then we would need more people to support that. So we might say Black Lives Matter Plaza and, the African American Museum on the Mall Constitution are public assembly sites so we can quickly move large numbers into zones of potential conflict. So we're talking about what would it take to surround the White House and have people do stuff. We can divide it up easily with affinity groups. On 6th, we're going to shut down, larger parts of Washington, DC. Congress is planning on coming to town and passing laws again and like having business as usual and we're saying there's if if we're in a coup, there's no time for business as usual. Is there a scenario that might play out that would cause us to all go and shut down an airport? Speaker 3: Members of Congress that are coming in, we're going to meet up at the airports or at Union Station and send them back to where they came from until we deal with the the situation that we're in. We're going Speaker 6: to see potential fighting all over the country or in some hot spots, right? We've already seen that. And so how do we work together across the country to help support each other no matter where we are and to maximize our impact by doing similar things on similar days at similar time. We have to be willing to put our bodies on the line and take on some discomfort, sacrifice, risk in order to change things. So again, chaos is a soup by which change emerges. Let's get cooking. If there should be a coup, we should be clear. Like, just gotta go. Trump's gotta go. In order to achieve what they did, they knew they had to take over important government buildings. I think we don't have a lot of experience taking over government buildings. We might need to think about that. And I know as I said earlier how you know, we may find ourselves in the streets with people with different tactics than ours. But like, there may be some people that are willing to break the windows to get into government buildings. Like, if that's what we need to do, we shouldn't fight about that. Let's do that. Let's take over the buildings. War has got fighting. And then knowing that if some of the other folks emerge that are going to fight back that We need to stay out of their way. We might need to figure out in advance how to build some agreements. And if there are people that are willing to put their body between the white militia and a bunch of people that are mobilized. I want to do nothing other than support them, have their back. You know, you can always stick right to this is like disabling vehicles. Taking action against property, especially property that's designed to hurt us, is violence. I think it's smart sometimes. I think spray painting cameras that are security cameras trying to track us could be smart. Speaker 2: And I don't say this because

In the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman, physicist and auditor John Droz just said that the Nevada forensic audit found over 130,000 instances of voter fraud. Berkeley law professor John Yoo explains how the electoral college was a compromise in selecting the president, as the founders rejected Congress determining it. In 1796 and 1800, VPs Jefferson and Adams played a role in accepting electoral slates. Originalism expert Ackerman shares a similar view.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

Berkeley law professor John Yoo testifying at the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman is going over how the founders had a big fight over how the president would be selected, ended up with the electoral college as a compromise. He said that is originalism expert Ackerman’s view too in his article (https://scholarship.law.gwu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?httpsredir=1&article=1627&context=faculty_publications…). The founders rejected the option that Congress determines it, which would have been more of a parliamentary system. Hence why it appears that VPs Jefferson and Adams made substantive determinations about accepting electoral slates in 1796 and 1800.

In Trump attorney John Eastman's disbarment trial, new evidence emerges on 2020 election fraud. Election officials admitted breaking the law by mailing ballots to nursing home residents.

Now that Trump's attorney John Eastman is allowed to present his defense in his disbarment trial, it's frankly incredible all the evidence coming out about election fraud in 2020 that was never allowed to come out in the election challenges. Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Judge Michael Gableman, who the legislature contracted with to conduct a small investigation into the election, is currently discussing the bombshell revelation about how election officials removed the requirement to have bipartisan observers present when collecting votes from nursing homes, and so the sheriff referred the election officials for criminal charges. The election officials (WEC) said during a meeting that was videotaped that they knew they were breaking the law by telling the clerks to disregard the law and just mail the ballots to nursing home residents.

In Trump's disbarment trial, explosive testimony revealed that the $88 million provided by Zuckerberg's CTCL to Wisconsin's cities violated the law. CTCL employees had access to voter information, influencing the election. Illegal votes were cast in drop boxes placed away from clerks' offices. The aim was to defeat Trump, as stated by the Zuckerbergs. The trial continues with more revelations.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

The testimony by the first witness Trump's attorney John Eastman called to put on his side of the case in his disbarment trial has been nothing less than explosive. The trial ended for the day with more bombshells. He revealed that the Zuckbucks, $8.8 million from Zuckerberg's Center for Tech & Civic Life (CTCL) provided to Wisconsin's five large cities, violated the law. He said he doesn't call them "grants," he refers to it as "employment contracts," since the CTCL employees actually go work with the clerks' offices and get to see information about voters that the public can't access as easily (the public has to pay $12,500 for voter roll info, only gets a snapshot of that instant, and usually has to wait 4-5 days for it, so there's no way to determine whether someone was made active 2 weeks before the election then deactivated 2 weeks after the election). Also since if the clerks don't comply with CTCL's requirements, they have a huge penalty of giving money back. Those CTCL employees are able to determine if a voter was likely to vote for Trump or Biden. They were allowed to see voters who had requested ballots but hadn't returned them, then go chase them down to get their ballots. The CTCL employees were "embedded" in the clerks' offices and "running the elections." Yet the Zuckerbergs had made statements they wanted to defeat Trump. He also said votes were "illegally cast" that were dropped off in the drop boxes, since the drop boxes violated the law by not being placed near the clerks' offices - which the WI Supreme Court reaffimed; instead the clerks let CTCL dictate where they must be placed. The guy the Zuckerbergs hired to run this had written a book on how to defeat Trump, where he said the election would be won dueling it out block by block in these types of big cities.
