Testing facilities like Alaska gave them great knowledge how to create harp in a much larger fashion. Couple of them might be something to do with cell phones, but these things are space in odd ways across Florida. There's 2 towers really close to each other here. That tower is right there and there is another one right there. And if I go a half a more mile, there's another one of these towers loaded with stuff. And what I'm getting at that these are not just for cell phones. I think the bottom tier cell phones.
I think that's our cell phones. And that is hard. They put all of it together. Same with these two towers. I believe the bottom part is cell phones and the top part is heart.
And no matter what, when these devices are turned up, I get cell phone service way farther offshore than I ever have. We've never gotten cell phone service outside, like, you know, 9 miles. And when they have this stuff turned up, I can get it out there, you know, 12, 13 miles. Big difference. And when they shut it off instantly, you lose service out there, shrimping offshore.

That's about 15, you know, 14 miles. So we're a long ways offshore getting signals where we should not be getting signals. We have commercial fish out here since cell phones have been there. Analog phones was the only one that gave us good signal outside, you know, 9 or 10 miles. But when they can turn these powers up and when I see it turned up, you see the heart waves, the waves in the sky, the ripples, the so called gravity waves.

Speaker 0: Hello, Freedom Fighters. I want to explain what is going on in the video that I created controlling the hurricanes with next rad radar systems with some really incredible powerful music. But I wanted to explain what these machines are doing. This is a next rad radar system. I'm going to rewind a little bit.
You can see how it creates storms. Everything is just electricity. It's all about electrifying the atmosphere with these devices, and they can create rotations with these devices that becomes hurricanes as well. Can you imagine living underneath this machine and it creating a storm over top of you then dissipate in a distantly when they want to? This is a hurricane coming ashore in that 2,008 with the same devices here that's about to wipe out this cold front that would have pushed the storm offshore, but they wanted to wipe out the cold front.
But they can control and manipulate these storms with those devices that are completely covering our states. They just put a new one up at the mouth of my river right on the coast. Here's going to be the same thing with Ike. They can push it with this technology. Some of these are faster than the other ones and the ways.
I don't have good computer programming here, but you'll see how it destroys the cold front, flattens out a hurricane completely. Speaker 0: This geoenician idea in its simplest form is basically the following. You could put, sign particles, say sulfuric acid particles, sulfates, into the upper atmosphere of the stratosphere where they reflect away sunlight and cool the planet. There's lots of mystery in the details and there are some bad side effects like it partially destroys the ozone layer, and I'll get to that in a minute, but it clearly cools down. And one other thing, it's fast. I guess the thing I haven't said about this is it is absurdly cheap.
It's amazing how we can affect the planet. The one thing about this is it gives us extraordinary leverage. This improved science and engineering will, whether we like it or not, give us more and more leverage to affect the planet, to control the planet, to give us weather and climate control. Not because we plan it, not because we want it, just because science delivers it to us bit by bit. What
Speaker 2: is geoengineering? It's
Speaker 0: really 2 very different things. One is ways that we would alter the amount of sunlight the Earth absorbs and so cool the planet, partly offsetting the effects of carbon in the atmosphere, and that's called solar radiation management or, in some technocratic way, SRM. And the other one is to take carbon out of the atmosphere, so called carbon dioxide removal.
Speaker 2: Before we get on to solar radiation management, let me ask you about the the carbon dioxide removal. A Royal Society report here in the United Kingdom back in 2009 said that no method of carbon dioxide removal has yet been demonstrated to be effective at an affordable cost with acceptable environmental impacts, and they only work to reduce temperatures over very long timescales.
Speaker 0: I think that's exactly right. And I can say that both as an author of that report and as somebody running a startup company trying to capture CO 2 from the air.
Speaker 2: Before we get into the pros and cons of it, how solar radiation management might work?
Speaker 0: Conceptually, it's simple. The doing it is not the hard part. But you could use aircraft or other methods to deliver, literally tons or millions of tons of very small reflective aerosols, tiny particles, say to the upper atmosphere.
Speaker 2: Spraying them out at at a high altitude? Correct. Isn't one of the problems with the climate is and studying the climate is that it's incredibly difficult to know exactly how it works. It is very difficult to model.
Speaker 0: Sure. It's it's impossible to know exactly, but you can still learn a lot. So we actually ran a survey of almost a year ago now that took data high quality data from a 1,000 people in the UK, Canada and the US to try and understand public support for research on these technologies and, you know, what kind of political leanings, influence people's decision to be for or against. And in fact, we found pretty broad support for research.
Speaker 2: But that particular opinion survey that you're talking about, it also came up with a finding that 64% of subjects agree that humans should not be manipulating nature in the way suggested by solar radiation management.
Speaker 0: Exactly.
Speaker 2: Well, that would suggest that there isn't particularly broad support at the moment for the theory behind this.
Speaker 0: There's not broad support for doing it and I think that's quite a healthy thing. I mean, I'm one of the people who maybe starting 20 years ago most helped to open the door to get public conversation going on this data.
Speaker 2: How do you think in that case the public can be convinced, given that there is, as we saw with this project in Britain, tremendous skepticism even about research at what you say is a very, very benign level? Public opinion will evolve over a
Speaker 0: long time. And from my point of view, the goal is to try and make that public opinion be able to have be able to be shaped by facts as well as possible and also shaped by people's values. It's not to promote this. So actually
Speaker 2: Well, it is in part to promote this. I mean, you're a great enthusiast for this. And as you said, you have your own private company, which is
Speaker 0: And my private company works on a very different part of it, which doesn't suffer from these governance challenges.
Speaker 2: But it is all to do with the issue of geoengineering. I mean, no, it's an incredibly sensitive topic.
Speaker 0: And actually don't think my job is brilliant. My job is to help clear thinking and clear knowledge about the tools we have to regulate climate risk, among them this one. And I'm perfectly prepared to find that results show that we should never do this. So if it works, and again, we don't know it does, it provides some protection in the near term.
Speaker 2: Isn't there a problem though that you could end up with different effects in different parts of the world? I mean, you could, for example, find that although you're reducing the amount of, sunlight and the amount, therefore, that the earth is is warming up, rainfall is affected in different ways in different parts of the world.
Speaker 0: Absolutely. Essentially, the the scientists and technocrats, including myself, I guess, are helping to invent a thermostat knob. But it's much easier to invent the knob than to figure out who should be in charge of it in a world with many states.
Speaker 2: No. Indeed. And I want to come on to the governance, but I'm I want to ask specifically about the science of this, which is how far can you tell whether the effects of cellular radiation management are then going to cause perhaps a catastrophic loss of rainfall in a certain part of the world. At the moment, it seems to be hazy, this.
Speaker 0: I think it's not as hazy as that. So using exactly the same climate models as we've used to estimate the problems with CO 2 in the atmosphere, the underlying climate problem, we've applied those same models and safe techniques to look at this. And the results so far, I have to say, look pretty good. That's why we're paying any attention to it.
Speaker 2: Richard Branson himself, who owns the Virgin Airline Group, was quoted back in 2009 in The New York Times saying, if we could come up with a geoengineering answer to this problem, we could carry on flying our planes and driving our cars.
Speaker 0: It's going to cost a lot of money.
Speaker 2: And you're you're I mean, let's be clear here. You and your company are after Branson's money.
Speaker 0: The cheapest thing to do is to use the atmosphere as a waste dump. And if we wanna stop doing that, we must have laws that restrict the ability to use the atmosphere as a waste dump.
Speaker 2: My question is, are you not concerned that you and your I mean, your company, Carbon Engineering, is looking for money from people like Richard Branson. It's funded, I think, in part by Murray Edwards who is a key figure in tar sands, which is seen as one of the dirtiest fuels on the planet. It is. Are you not slightly concerned about the people who you're getting into bed with?
Speaker 0: I'm happy to take money from serious folks who have a broad set of interests. No problem. First of all, I should say, for work on SRM, on these very high leverage technologies that have security concerns, I believe there should be no private action. There should be no for profit action. I believe it would make sense for SRM to actually restrict or eliminate the possibility of patenting
Speaker 2: Isn't your company involved in several patents at the moment?
Speaker 0: This is the difference. So for capturing CO2 from the air, that's an encapsulated small technology, which can be regulated by the normal laws. It's inherently expensive, so there's no risk of sucking all the CO2 out of the air because it costs so much. Any technology you have that removes CO2 will have local risks, maybe unacceptable risk. But those risks can be managed by the normal local risk management we have.
So I think that I'm happy to see private action on cutting emissions by making solar power or electric vehicles or capture from air. I'm not happy to see public action on technologies where there's huge leverage like putting particles in I'll tell you a little bit about some new work we've been doing, thinking about how you actually might put, aerosols in the stratosphere. The novel method we've been thinking about, or it's not novel at all, it's actually exactly what happens from aircraft contrails, is that we put a condensable a few, megatons a year of sulfur would be enough to produce sort of 4 watts per square meter radiating forcing directly out of the back of an aircraft. There's a huge literature in the nanofabrication world about making fine particles from low vapor pressure gas. And there's nothing very hard in terms of aircraft engineering.
If you go to aircraft engineers and we've done this, they say, that would be easy.
Speaker 1: We could do this if you want us to.
Speaker 0: We've mostly thought about sulfur, and there's a lot of good reasons to think about sulfur because sulfur is what nature does, at least in this version of the model. This is if you put sulfur in continuously, you actually get remarkably ineffective result. Nevertheless, there might be some good reasons to think about alumina. The big deal really is that alumina has 4 times the volumetric rate as sulfur, but roughly 16 times less the oxides. So it certainly just by spraying alumina vapor out which oxidizes.
So it certainly seems pretty cost effective and easy to do this with aircraft that are not very different from conventional aircraft. High class business jets like the Gulfstream have, wing designs that are very efficient. So with slightly different edging choices, they can easily deliver large, weights up to sort of 20 kilometers or a little higher and you could do that by either building new versions of these aircraft or even reengineering existing aircraft. We have engineering firms that can do it. So you go to an engineering firm and you this done.
They don't say this is hard or unusual. They say, okay. Yes. We could do it. Once you realize you can make things by direct condensation from vapor, then all sorts of different compounds are possible.
But it's much, much harder to actually figure out the environmental risks and effectiveness.

Speaker 1: when I got deep into the weather modification aspect of this story of geoengineering, one of the parts of the program that is very important that plays into the chemtrails is the precision of these actions in the atmosphere. These chemtrails are absolutely required, so they introduce the right energy at the right location for the right length of time. These trails are wires in the sky.
Speaker 3: The combined technologies like HAARP and the chemtrails were designed to work together as weather weapons.
Speaker 4: HAARP, the high frequency active oral research project, it is filled with phased array antennas. They steer microwaves into the ionosphere where they will activate all of the ions up there.
Speaker 3: They can use excitation waves that actually affect the metallic particles, so we've ionized the air column. They can heat it. They can cool it. HAARP has directional antennas, and they can focus their antennas on where they wanna move the jet stream, and they can hit the jet stream, and they create an artificial high.
Speaker 1: If you accentuate the high, if you amplify it a little bit, it's like building a mound of dirt. And you have a little creek or a little stream of water coming. You build the mound of dirt. That water is not going to go through it. So you build the mound and then that's going to impact storms that are inbound.
And so it's very easy to add those particulates of aluminum, barium and whatever else they want to put in there and as you add heat to that those particulates then radiate the heat into the atmosphere and it warms. And what does a warming atmosphere do? Boom. It expands. We see more intense droughts.
We see rainfall rates of 1 to 2 and a quarter inches an hour and sometimes even rainfall an inch and a quarter a minute. It's just unheard of. And so when you get the atmosphere capable of conducting this kind of electricity plus the engineers, you're gonna end up with weather that is extreme, and that's putting it kindly.
Speaker 3: When they move the jet stream, it then pushes up into the polar vortex. And the polar vortex really can only move when there's something impacting it like HAARP.
Speaker 0: They can heat up that ionosphere. So when the jet stream comes in, it hits that bubble and it diverts. The jet stream flow that is normal brings precipitation and brings the jet stream right into California.

Speaker 3: The jet stream got pushed off of the coast of California. It dried us up and took all our moisture away and pushed the jet stream north. And when it hit the polar vortex, it then was ricocheted straight down the east coast.
Speaker 0: What we've been getting, very warm, very dry conditions in California. But in terms of the arctic and in the midwest, it's swinging all of that moisture, all that cold air.
Speaker 1: You can kill a storm in place. That's easy to do with a heart. You will see the texture and the structure of the storm just melt. And it will become just this diffuse, amorphous, featureless mess. And that was one of the big epiphanies I had in forecasting, anticipating a winter storm coming through.
You've got to set forecast out that night, and you're waiting for the snow to start. You're waiting for the snow to start. And you're waiting for the snow to start and it just doesn't. And you go outside and you you see a warming zone begin to show up on the satellite loops. The clouds literally just begin to warm And then that collapses the potential of the storm to put down the moisture.

Speaker 1: The state of California is resorting to drastic measures tonight to combat its severe drought.
Speaker 10: We're in an historic drought, and that demands unprecedented action. It's for that reason that I'm issuing an executive order mandating substantial water reduction across our state.
Speaker 6: The drought has been going on for 4 years. We are entering our 5th year. In that time period, we have seen a shift of water rights from the hands of private people, private farmers into the hands of very large corporate agricultural groups that are buying up water rights silently.
Speaker 0: A lot of farmers are not getting the water supply. Right now Jerry Brown, the California governor, he's called for a state of emergency California. And what that does, it gives him the legal right to take any land and it also gives them the excuse to come in with corporations and corporatize the water.
Speaker 6: The state is using this drought as a means to take land that doesn't belong to them through imminent domain. They're using this drought as a means to prioritize conveyance to corporate agriculture over the private farmer. This is part of making corporate ag and corporations have more of a priority and more of an importance than the people. The people of the state of California use between 12 15% of the water in the state compared to corporate agriculture which uses about 85%. The water rate increases that the people have been experiencing are out of proportion compared to what corporate ag pays per acre foot for water.
All of the burden of this drought is all being placed upon the people of the state of California.
Speaker 9: Many of the farmers in this valley are not growing because they get allotments from the federal government. It's our water, but feds own everything.

Speaker 0: Not very far from Edgewood in historic Frederick, Maryland are the biological warfare laboratories. Here, men and women of science are doing basically the same type of work as in other government, university, and industrial laboratories. A combination of medical and public health research. While I was at Fort Detrick, was able to follow partway through an experiment to determine the effectiveness of an agent. Volunteers are important to the testing picture.
For many years, information has been needed on the effect of a biological warfare attack on man so that we can have a better understanding of how to defend ourselves against it. The volunteers were a picked group. They had received psychiatric interviews to determine their maturity and reliability as well as mental outlook. Medical histories and laboratory checks on the volunteers had been extremely stringent. Any history of a chronic disease, any allergic reaction, or nervous disorder was a cause for rejection.
Volunteers were given the opportunity to drop out and drop out at any drop out at any child at any time. I wish to watch the progress of the experiment from the control room. The volunteers had been positioned in cubicles on the outside of the test sphere, a hollow steel ball 40 feet in diameter in which a cloud of biological warfare agent can be generated. Through a series of controllable valves and a face mask, it was possible to expose a person in each cubicle to a measured volume of biological aerosol from the sphere. I said before, I was able to follow partway through the experiment, the final part.
As was expected, the volunteers were temporarily incapacitated, but within a short time, they were up and around completely recovered. They had the satisfaction of having played an important part in obtaining information, which would immediately be given to the public health service to bolster our defenses against disease. Research has led to many scientific findings beneficial to mankind, such as a perfected vaccine for controlling industrial anthrax, a usually fatal disease of cattle and sheep. Still another accomplishment, protective devices for the safe handling of disease causing microorganisms and their harmful products. Just a few of the many byproducts of biological warfare research.
Speaker 1: At the US Army Chemical Corps Proving Ground, tests were conducted using an F 100 aircraft equipped with an experimental spray device developed by one of the large aviation companies. One purpose of these tests was to establish the feasibility of producing BW aerosols in the most effective particle size range as a low level line source from high speed aircraft. Wind tunnel tests had shown that effective aerosols could be produced by discharging the BW agent into a high velocity airstream. To confirm the wind tunnel test data, an aerial mission was conducted using a BW incapacitating agent. Flying at subsonic speed, the F-one hundred disseminated the liquid agent along a 15 mile line upwind of the test grid.
Data from these tests were used to determine the effective coverage that could be expected with an operational type spray system employing the basic principles of the experimental device. This study showed that 1 fighter aircraft flying on the deck and dispensing 2 wing tanks of a liquid BW agent would cause infection in more than 50% of the populace in an area 125 miles long by 30 miles deep. 3 large aircraft could release sufficient agent to infect over 50% of the people in an area equivalent to a belt 140 miles wide extending from New York to Chicago, comparable to the total area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana.

Here, men and women of science are doing basically the same type of work as in other government, university, and industrial laboratories. A combination of medical and public health research. While I was at Fort Detrick, was able to follow partway through an experiment to determine the effectiveness of an agent. Volunteers are important to the testing picture.
For many years, information has been needed on the effect of a biological warfare attack on man so that we can have a better understanding of how to defend ourselves against it. The volunteers were a picked group. They had received psychiatric interviews to determine their maturity and reliability as well as mental outlook. Medical histories and laboratory checks on the volunteers had been extremely stringent. Any history of a chronic disease, any allergic reaction, or nervous disorder was a cause for rejection.
Volunteers were given the opportunity to drop out and drop out at any drop out at any child at any time. I wish to watch the progress of the experiment from the control room. The volunteers had been positioned in cubicles on the outside of the test sphere, a hollow steel ball 40 feet in diameter in which a cloud of biological warfare agent can be generated. Through a series of controllable valves and a face mask, it was possible to expose a person in each cubicle to a measured volume of biological aerosol from the sphere. I said before, I was able to follow partway through the experiment, the final part.
As was expected, the volunteers were temporarily incapacitated, but within a short time, they were up and around completely recovered. They had the satisfaction of having played an important part in obtaining information, which would immediately be given to the public health service to bolster our defenses against disease. Research has led to many scientific findings beneficial to mankind, such as a perfected vaccine for controlling industrial anthrax, a usually fatal disease of cattle and sheep. Still another accomplishment, protective devices for the safe handling of disease causing microorganisms and their harmful products. Just a few of the many byproducts of biological warfare research.
Speaker 1: At the US Army Chemical Corps Proving Ground, tests were conducted using an F 100 aircraft equipped with an experimental spray device developed by one of the large aviation companies. One purpose of these tests was to establish the feasibility of producing BW aerosols in the most effective particle size range as a low level line source from high speed aircraft. Wind tunnel tests had shown that effective aerosols could be produced by discharging the BW agent into a high velocity airstream. To confirm the wind tunnel test data, an aerial mission was conducted using a BW incapacitating agent. Flying at subsonic speed, the F-one hundred disseminated the liquid agent along a 15 mile line upwind of the test grid.
Data from these tests were used to determine the effective coverage that could be expected with an operational type spray system employing the basic principles of the experimental device. This study showed that 1 fighter aircraft flying on the deck and dispensing 2 wing tanks of a liquid BW agent would cause infection in more than 50% of the populace in an area 125 miles long by 30 miles deep. 3 large aircraft could release sufficient agent to infect over 50% of the people in an area equivalent to a belt 140 miles wide extending from New York to Chicago, comparable to the total area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana.

Bacteria studied in the biological warfare labs at Fort Detrick included anthrax, a deadly and highly infectious agent. During World War 2, the US government ordered 1,000,000 anthrax bombs from the base.
When the Cold War began, the CIA used the base to conduct secret mind control experiments on humans that often involved unwitting American citizens and Soviet prisoners. Shielded behind national security, military scientists freely tested cruel and illegal procedures on human subjects while searching for truth serum, as well as other drugs used in assassinating foreign leaders. In the end, the project ended in a failure, and it was shut down by the US government in the 19 seventies.

Speaker 1: when I got deep into the weather modification aspect of this story of geoengineering, one of the parts of the program that is very important that plays into the chemtrails is the precision of these actions in the atmosphere. These chemtrails are absolutely required, so they introduce the right energy at the right location for the right length of time. These trails are wires in the sky.
Speaker 3: The combined technologies like HAARP and the chemtrails were designed to work together as weather weapons.
Speaker 4: HAARP, the high frequency active oral research project, it is filled with phased array antennas. They steer microwaves into the ionosphere where they will activate all of the ions up there.
Speaker 3: They can use excitation waves that actually affect the metallic particles, so we've ionized the air column. They can heat it. They can cool it. HAARP has directional antennas, and they can focus their antennas on where they wanna move the jet stream, and they can hit the jet stream, and they create an artificial high.
Speaker 1: If you accentuate the high, if you amplify it a little bit, it's like building a mound of dirt. And you have a little creek or a little stream of water coming. You build the mound of dirt. That water is not going to go through it. So you build the mound and then that's going to impact storms that are inbound.
And so it's very easy to add those particulates of aluminum, barium and whatever else they want to put in there and as you add heat to that those particulates then radiate the heat into the atmosphere and it warms. And what does a warming atmosphere do? Boom. It expands. We see more intense droughts.
We see rainfall rates of 1 to 2 and a quarter inches an hour and sometimes even rainfall an inch and a quarter a minute. It's just unheard of. And so when you get the atmosphere capable of conducting this kind of electricity plus the engineers, you're gonna end up with weather that is extreme, and that's putting it kindly.
Speaker 3: When they move the jet stream, it then pushes up into the polar vortex. And the polar vortex really can only move when there's something impacting it like HAARP.
Speaker 0: They can heat up that ionosphere. So when the jet stream comes in, it hits that bubble and it diverts. The jet stream flow that is normal brings precipitation and brings the jet stream right into California.

Speaker 0: it brings storm systems with it. It brings rain.
Speaker 3: The jet stream got pushed off of the coast of California. It dried us up and took all our moisture away and pushed the jet stream north. And when it hit the polar vortex, it then was ricocheted straight down the east coast.
Speaker 0: What we've been getting, very warm, very dry conditions in California. But in terms of the arctic and in the midwest, it's swinging all of that moisture, all that cold air.
Speaker 1: You can kill a storm in place. That's easy to do with a heart. You will see the texture and the structure of the storm just melt. And it will become just this diffuse, amorphous, featureless mess. And that was one of the big epiphanies I had in forecasting, anticipating a winter storm coming through.
You've got to set forecast out that night, and you're waiting for the snow to start. You're waiting for the snow to start. And you're waiting for the snow to start and it just doesn't. And you go outside and you you see a warming zone begin to show up on the satellite loops. The clouds literally just begin to warm And then that collapses the potential of the storm to put down the moisture.
It's done. It's shocked.

The water rate increases that the people have been experiencing are out of proportion compared to what corporate ag pays per acre foot for water.

Speaker 0: In the 20th century, clouds were seeded by numerous countries around the globe with various chemicals to produce rain. China was just doing this over the summer in Beijing to make sure that there weren't any, rain that there wasn't any rain during the Olympics. But all this has changed dramatically with the U. S. Military's secretive research and plans to control the planet's natural weather.
This has not been given very much, press. And we have to remember that we are have a corporate owned press where 85% of radio, television and print media is owned by 5 corporations. So they're not going to talk about things that are of really serious consequence and that's somewhat of the blessing a mixed blessing of the Internet, but there's certainly plenty of information on weather modification. The air force is on record as saying, quote, they want to control the weather by 2025, and we are not talking about just seeding the clouds for rain. Weather modification means, quote, any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior or dynamics of the atmosphere.
And as of April this year, there are more than 150 different weather modification programs around the world. Since about 2000, the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy have been spraying the entire United States Sky with a toxic brew of chemicals and other biologic agents. Just want to show you something. We have 2 different kinds of trails in the sky right now. 1 are called contrails.
How many of you know what contrails are? Contrails are would have been around, from the, ends of planes since World War II. These are very, very short exhaust trails that usually evaporate within a few minutes. You just look up at the sky and you'll just see a jet sometimes with 4 trails, but it evaporates pretty quickly. How many of you know what chemtrails are?
Nobody. The military and some commercial planes are spraying us with what are called chemtrails. Military and some commercial jets have been fitted with huge barrels of at least 49 different kinds of documented chemical poisons. Among other documented ingredients in this toxic man made clouds are pathogenic molds, fungi, weaponized viruses and made in some places like, the secret site at Fort secret site at Fort Detrick, Maryland, which is supposed to be a cancer site, but there are a number of scholars and professors tracking this that have big questions about this.
Barium and nano aluminum particles. What do these do to the human body? Barium is an alkaline earth mineral. It was discovered in 17/74. At low doses, it can act as a muscle stimulant.
At high doses, It detrimentally affects the heart and the nervous system. Barium is toxic to all mammals, and that means not just humans. Aluminum, which is the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust, is known to diminish kidney function and destroy brain cells and cognitive function. Just think about it. Just between the aluminum and the mercury that we're breathing all the time, we've got already a serious issue about, brain function and cognitive function.
There is also documented evidence that the aluminum in chemtrails is released as nanoparticles and that when they reach the earth environment for wildlife in lakes and streams, it's causing serious problems with wildlife there. Researchers are also finding that nanoparticles interfere with the growth of plants. Nanotechnology is totally unregulated. Just this past, month, a new research report, came out, showing and documenting for the first time that these nanoparticles actually go through the skin. But I wanted to explain what these machines are doing. This is a Nexrad radar system. I'm gonna rewind it a little bit.
You can see how it creates storms. Everything is just electricity. It's all about electrifying the atmosphere with these devices and they can create rotations with these devices that becomes hurricanes as well. Can you imagine living underneath this machine and it creating a storm over top of you then dissipate in a distantly when they want to? This is a hurricane coming ashore in that 2,008 with the same devices here that's about to wipe out this cold front that would have pushed the storm offshore, but they wanted to wipe out the cold front.
But they can control and manipulate these storms with those devices that are completely covering our states. They just put a new one up at the mouth of my river right on the coast. Here's going to be the same thing with Ike. They can push it with this technology. Some of these are faster than the other ones and the delays.
I don't have good computer programming here. But you'll see how it destroys the cold front, flattens out a hurricane completely. Then they can just push it off, dissipate it, Make it do whatever they want. They can stall it out. Some truly incredible technology has been developed.

Then they made it take a hard right turn.
I remember the storm very well. The next one that comes to shore, these meteorologists will say we've never seen a storm that was dry on the right side before. This is so unusual. While they know it was next red radar systems that was electrifying the atmosphere that was destroying the rain in this massive hurricane system. They actually were slowing it down from the North while they were dissipating it from the South.

Speaker 0: In the 20th century, clouds were seeded by numerous countries around the globe with various chemicals to produce rain. China was just doing this over the summer in Beijing to make sure that there weren't any, rain that there wasn't any rain during the Olympics. But all this has changed dramatically with the U. S. Military's secretive research and plans to control the planet's natural weather.
This has not been given very much, press. And we have to remember that we are have a corporate owned press where 85% of radio, television and print media is owned by 5 corporations. So they're not going to talk about things that are of really serious consequence and that's somewhat of the blessing a mixed blessing of the Internet, but there's certainly plenty of information on weather modification. The air force is on record as saying, quote, they want to control the weather by 2025, and we are not talking about just seeding the clouds for rain. Weather modification means, quote, any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior or dynamics of the atmosphere.
And as of April this year, there are more than 150 different weather modification programs around the world. Since about 2000, the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy have been spraying the entire United States Sky with a toxic brew of chemicals and other biologic agents. Just want to show you something. We have 2 different kinds of trails in the sky right now. 1 are called contrails.
How many of you know what contrails are? Contrails are would have been around, from the, ends of planes since World War II. These are very, very short exhaust trails that usually evaporate within a few minutes. You just look up at the sky and you'll just see a jet sometimes with 4 trails, but it evaporates pretty quickly. How many of you know what chemtrails are?
Nobody. The military and some commercial planes are spraying us with what are called chemtrails. I want you to look at the and oftentimes before there's a weather front, there are heavy assaults from these plains just before weather front has changed and comes in. Military and some commercial jets have been fitted with huge barrels of at least 49 different kinds of documented chemical poisons. Among other documented ingredients in this toxic man made clouds are pathogenic molds, fungi, weaponized viruses and made in some places like, the secret site at Fort secret site at Fort Detrick, Maryland, which is supposed to be a cancer site, but there are a number of scholars and professors tracking this that have big questions about this.
Barium and nano aluminum particles. What do these do to the human body? Barium is an alkaline earth mineral. It was discovered in 17/74. At low doses, it can act as a muscle stimulant.
At high doses, It detrimentally affects the heart and the nervous system. Barium is toxic to all mammals, and that means not just humans. Aluminum, which is the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust, is known to diminish kidney function and destroy brain cells and cognitive function. Just think about it. Just between the aluminum and the mercury that we're breathing all the time, we've got already a serious issue about, brain function and cognitive function.
There is also documented evidence that the aluminum in chemtrails is released as nanoparticles and that when they reach the earth environment for wildlife in lakes and streams, it's causing serious problems with wildlife there. Researchers are also finding that nanoparticles interfere with the growth of plants. Nanotechnology is totally unregulated. Just this past, month, a new research report, came out, showing and documenting for the first time that these nanoparticles actually go through the skin. Well, if you breathe them, whether they go through the skin or whether you're inhaling them, it's still a problem, a serious problem.

Speaker 0: We have freedom of information in both British Columbia and Canada. So I first inquired from the province because I was relatively close response from the federal government. I requested the information through the freedom of information legislation in about 2013, I think it was, And it was 2014 in March when I finally got a response. I got 47 pages of which 10 were blanked out completely and 6 or 8 had, comments, this information cannot be provided for you under section whatever of the Freedom of Information Act. So I didn't get all the information.
There's a lot out there that they haven't told us, but they told me enough that it basically confirmed for me and for all of those that the report was provided to, that yes, it was happening and I think there needs to be more an awareness among the people. The more we talk about chemtrails, what's happening, we're being rained upon with aluminum, berry, all of that. And the effects, of course, we're feeling here as well. It's recognized in the report from the federal government Canada that this will affect geoengineering as they call it, chemtrails, solar radiation, whatever you wanna call it, will affect climate. It's reflecting back the sunlight, but it also recommends or recognizes in the report that it's gonna have different effects in different places.
The moment governments admit that this is happening because of what it is they're doing, There's a liability. There's a responsibility, and that for them is a problem. So as long as the people are relatively quiet and they're more interested in a football game or baseball game or whatever it is today, as I said earlier, create an awareness. And I point to the sky every time I see the chemtrails, and whomever with me will know that those are chemtrails. If I'm not doing it, my wife will certainly do it.
Brilliant points it out every time to everyone, and that needs to happen. I guess for the most part, the populace still thinks that governments can't do that to us. It's impossible that it's happening. Mhmm. If the government came out or the bureaucracy or or whatever came out and said, we're, very involved in genetically modified foods, or we're creating chemtrails which means that you're being rained upon with aluminum or whatever, that would probably not go over too well.
That would be politically very unpopular. You would have an outcry. You would have a protest. You would have a mini revolution. So they're gonna try and keep it down as much as possible.
You're not gonna see a whole lot of politicians or bureaucrats jumping on it. The pressure is gonna have to continue on. There's gotta be a lot of it. And obviously, the result will be, enormous public awareness. Once aware, they're gonna fight it.
