I shared an internal memorandum from Stellenbosch Municipality regarding a deviation from standard procurement processes to hire external legal assistance for reviewing an arbitration award involving PB Joubert, the Senior Manager of Water and Wastewater Services. This memo raises concerns about the justification for bypassing normal procedures, especially given the ongoing harassment issues linked to ME Kannemeyer, who has targeted Joubert. Iโ€™ve reconsidered my earlier stance on Kannemeyer and believe he should be removed from his position.

๐ŸšจCONFIRMED CASE OF ONGOING HARASSMENT AT STELLENBOSCH MUNICIPALITY This document is an internal memorandum from the Stellenbosch Municipality. It serves as an application and approval for a deviation from the municipality's standard Supply Chain Management Policy procurement processes to obtain approval to bypass the normal competitive bidding or procurement procedures for hiring external legal assistance. This is specifically for reviewing an arbitration award in a legal matter involving PB Joubert against the Stellenbosch Municipality. Mr PB Joubert is the Senior Manager of Water and Wastewater Services at Stellenbosch Municipality, the very position ME Kannemeyer was targeting in his racist rant. This internal memo suggests that Kannemeyer is circumventing the municipal SCM policy to challenge the award on review. Classified under "Emergency Dispensation," but the specific justification selected is an "exceptional case" where following the standard procurement processes is impractical or impossible. Is the dispensation of public money in municipal legal matters even allowed under these conditions for the procurement of legal assistance? I retract my statement about Kannemeyer not deserving to lose his job. He's been making work a living hell for people working at that municipality. Kannemeyer must go. Perhaps Mr. PB Joubert would like to have a conversation @SolidariDirk @solidariteit @Our_DA

I came across a troubling video of Alexander Kannemeyer, the HR manager for Stellenbosch Municipality in South Africa. He suggested making life difficult for white employees to force them to resign, aiming to replace them with black employees. This raises serious concerns about workplace bullying and the legality of such actions. This incident occurs alongside the implementation of stricter BBBEE laws by the South African government, which further complicates the situation for businesses.

๐ŸšจWATCH: In South Africa, Alexander Kannemeyer, who has been the Human Resources manager for Stellenbosch Municipality, was caught on video suggesting making life DIFFICULT for WHITE employees until they RESIGN in order to replace them with black employees. Imagine suggesting unlawfully bullying staff at work to get them to resign? This is on the back of even stricter racist BBBEE laws being imposed by the South African government on businesses. @BrentBozell @joelpollak @elonmusk @POTUS @RepTroyNehls @SecRubio @RepRonnyJackson @afriforum @RenaldoGouws @ConCaracal @solidariteit @SkyeZedA @Saxon_African

He cites concerns in "the infrastructure's directory" and says "we also have always whites in charge still in our technical services and services." He adds, "They don't have the paperwork." Speaker 0: Obviously, from my perspective, I will support I will support it. I feel we should have a at the second oh, well, the internal candidate. I would propose that we go for the internal candidate, the piece of our will write my report to him, and because she will have to sign off on the recommendation from from you guys. But I have a big concern that we every time when we appoint somebody and come back and we go to the highest school, and it's always a white label. I believe that we are never gonna get this organization right with people that type of attitude. We are not gonna transform, and and we're gonna struggle years and years. I agree that we are far off, that we need people to come in now that can lead us, but I don't think we should just do it because people outside are complaining. What about our internal stuff? Yeah. I I am a bit concerned within the infrastructure's directory where I have seen things happen, which is very concerning to me. I have made my sentiments done on video. I made it down to to to to to my director. I don't support the what is going on currently in certain sections of, you know, poststructure directors. I have a concern that we also have always whites in charge still in our technical services and services. I have a problem with that because the message we're sending out to especially internal service Yeah. They don't have the paperwork Speaker 1: or attend the bankruptcy. Correct. Yeah. Speaker 0: So I can, unfortunately, not support you. So I but I'm not the tenant. I can only advise. Yeah. But I'm gonna advice in a separate email to Emmett. So if she makes a decision contrary to what you guys decide, it may be that she now decided to take my advice. That's also I cannot support exactly every time appoint the best scoring candidate, and it's always the white man. Yeah. So we're not gonna go for to interface anymore. We're not gonna go. So we work through a question where we either make the life difficult for the person that came in or we and I'm not saying it's happening. I'm saying we make the life difficult for the person that came in, the person that resides, and afterwards, we get what we want. And I already told you I have a concern with certain things that's happening in that section. And look, I would like to I would Speaker 1: to cover that as much as possible, and I want to be very close with and, you know, to the sense where they are we also ask that you write out a statement of for the exit. And Speaker 0: the long Speaker 1: and short of it is they actually got up on my ground. Speaker 0: Yeah. Obviously, she's not gonna write everything because I had a discussion with this. So I'm not gonna write anything. Anything. Sure. That's why she came out. You're after that. Okay. Because I asked her to go and discuss it with me.

I came across a documentary by Carte Blanche that allegedly links a prominent South African politician to farm murders. The original video was removed from YouTube, and I couldn't find it on official Carte Blanche sources. Despite this, the topic is crucial for credible investigative journalism. The Facebook upload of the video has since gained 723,000 views, highlighting the public interest in this issue.

๐ŸšจWATCH: The following @carteblanchetv documentary linked a prominent South African politician to the farm murder phenomenon and featured on the prominent local TV broadcaster called MNET. The video was originally uploaded to Facebook with the caption: "The Carte Blanche documentary linking Julius Malema to farm murders. Carte Blanche erased all evidence of this report! This video was removed from YouTube, but I have a copy!" I have searched official Carte Blanche sources and can not find the official link to the video. I can neither confirm or deny the original uploader's statement of YouTube removing the video, nor speculate why I can't find the official source links. Be that as it may, with the international spotlight the phenomenon deserves, in the name of preservation and credible investigative journalism that Carte Blanche represents, I believe it's relevant to the conversation.

In February, there were 46 farm attacks resulting in 16 deaths, the highest monthly toll since 1990. Over 27 years, there have been 4,200 attacks and 1,878 deaths. Victims are often tortured. While 6% of victims are black, the National African Farmers Association links violent crime to rural life. Some white farmers blame politicians for inciting violence. Black First Land First doesn't support murders but understands black people's anger over stolen land. A conversation between an intelligence agent and a released prisoner, once jailed for farm murders, is under scrutiny. Julius Malema and the EFF did not respond to requests for comment. Farmers are increasing security measures, including farm watches and patrols. Many view the violence as a terror campaign to drive farmers off their land. Some claim the issue only gains media attention when white people are victims. There are concerns that South Africa will import more food than it exports, with 90% of land reform farms failing. Some believe equality should be reached by destroying all wealth, including food security. AfriForum won a court interdict against Julius Malema and the EFF, prohibiting them from encouraging illegal land grabs.

Speaker 0: Despite being the shortest month in the year, February saw the most far murders in a single month since 1990. In 46 attacks, sixteen people were killed. Over the past twenty seven years, there have been 4,200 attacks and 1,878 people paid with their lives. What makes these incidents different from normal crime patterns is that instead of waiting until there is no one home, they seem to deliberately wait for the victims to arrive. They are then often tortured in the most barbaric ways before being killed or left for dead. Black farmers constitute correspondingly, around six percent of those attacked or murdered are black. The National African Farmers Association says violent crime goes hand in hand with all rural life. Speaker 1: The rural attacks that is happening, that are happening on a daily basis, you can't understand. Whilst we are sitting here in Johannesburg, our mothers are being raped on a daily basis in our rural area. Our sisters are being attacked on a daily basis. It's not a private farm of mister Serfontein, of mister Yansi. The the criminals are attacking everybody where they see that is a soft target. Speaker 0: While white farmers agree that some attacks have other causes, they feel that reckless politicians trying to score points are adding fuel to the fire. Speaker 2: Because I don't have a car which Speaker 0: Black first land first say they don't support murders, but they don't have much sympathy with the white farmers. Speaker 3: We do understand that black people are upset and angry and rightfully so because land has been stolen historically and it needs to be returned. And so if black people are responding to that violence with violence, then they are well in their rights to take back land by any means necessary. Speaker 0: Inciting violence is one thing, but hiring assassins is another. We received a copy of a very interesting conversation between a national intelligence agent and a so called general of the notorious prison gang, the twenty eighth. He spent more than twenty years in jail for farm murders and was released in December. We invited mister Maleema to respond to us either on camera or in writing but simply received a one line reply from the EFF stating that the CIC is not available to take the interview due to his busy schedule. This very serious accusation is still unverified. But until Julius Malema responds, it remains extremely worrying. Farness farms in Levubu in the Sotpansberg. His neighbor was murdered recently. The children were still too traumatized to speak to us. They're trying to get the farm going again. One of the first farm murders in the region happened in the Bandelier Kop district. Ernest Breitenbach now lives in the same house his dad lived in before him. Speaker 4: They actually put the number plate off the bucket at his feet and stop lights. They tied it to his feet with electrical wire as well as the front flicker lights. They also tied on both sides of his head, and they actually left him like that. Speaker 0: All the farmers in the area helped to search for his dad. Speaker 4: My one cousin that was also with me, he actually came from the front, and and when I saw my father, I actually fainted. Speaker 0: This happened nineteen years ago, but Ernest will never forget that day. Speaker 4: And then we aren't totally over it at at the moment, but, it's still in our thoughts and our minds of, anything could happen again at any moment. And we have to prepare ourselves for any type of anything that could happen. Speaker 0: Herman also now lives in the house where his father was murdered. Speaker 5: The Speaker 4: was by and we look. Must look. The Speaker 0: remoteness of the homesteads coupled with attacks, torture, and murders changed their lifestyles forever. The farmers have been forced to take responsibility for their own safety. Fani is another Lovubu Farmer who has had to adapt. And every day at sunset, the idyllic surroundings make way for the same repetitive nightmare. Most farming communities now have a farm watch with the farmers doing their own patrols at night. All of Farnes' direct neighbors have suffered attacks. When an attack happens, all the other farmers are on the response team. This means that virtually every farmer has witnessed the horror perpetrated on a close friend. Many view the senseless and extreme violence as a terror campaign aimed at driving the remaining farmers off their land. Speaker 1: If you have observed a farm killing next to you or you from from a a farmer that you know, obviously, you will be totally discouraged, especially with your family, your your your wife, and your kids. Speaker 0: Ugly claims it only reaches the media when there are white people involved. Speaker 1: The people who feel that white farmers are really targeted are the ones who are making an unnecessary noise about the whole issue. We don't see this as a well, of course, any crime, we take it as as just any other crime. Speaker 0: To many farmers, their occupation is a calling, and central to that is our food security. Hendi Heldenhase from Tau SA says we will all feel the loss eventually. Aaron Strutz from Afri Forum agrees. Speaker 5: We're nearing the point where we import more food than we export. So and we also find that land reform, you know, farms taken from white people and given to black people, 90% of them have failed according to government. So farmers are employers and they are food creators, and and they have a very crucial role to play in this economy. And if farmers are not there anymore, the problems that we have or the debate about land reform would really be like an ant compared to an elephant if you compare this to the to hunger and the mass amount of poverty and the problems that this country would have if we did not have farmers. Speaker 0: But there's also another theory that instead of uplifting uplifting the poor, it's better to reach equality by destroying all wealth not equally owned, including food security. Speaker 3: Black people aren't food food secure. And so when people talk about food security is based on on their own anxieties and fears, fears that are unfairly intention their own wealth and not dealing with the peep with black people who are going hungry every single day. Speaker 0: This week, Afifuerim won a court interdict against Julius Malema. Speaker 5: We had Julius Malema and the leadership of the EFF coming out threatening that in April there's gonna be this big uprising and they're going to encourage or they actually started encouraging people to to engage in illegal land grabs. So what we've done at AFRI Forum together with AFRI Business was to approach the High Court to get a court order that prohibits Malema in person and the EFF as an organization to encourage people to continue encouraging people to do this. So in other words, if they do continue, that would effectively mean that they would be in contempt of court and they would be liable for criminal charges. Speaker 2: Afrikaner boys, the focus are done. EFF is coming for you, boys. Afrikaner boys, the ANC has made you to think this thing is still orange free state. This thing is not orange free state. This is free state. When we take over power, Africana males, you will know your place. Speaker 4: One cannot just, run away from anything. If you are born into it, that's the way it has to happen.

In recent discussions, some black podcasters have made extreme statements dehumanizing white South Africans, comparing them to animals and suggesting they are inferior. This aligns with the dehumanization step in Dr. Gregory Stanton's genocide framework, which highlights how such language justifies mistreatment. The podcast, hosted by @djsbu, featured NOTA Nhlamulo Baloyi, who made unfounded claims linking whites to Neanderthals. This perspective misrepresents genetic science, which shows all modern humans are Homo sapiens, with Neanderthal ancestry being minimal.

South Africans don't understand white people. Science shows white people are inferior, with Neanderthal blood. White populations are shrinking, along with their leadership and wealth. We are dealing with the weakest whites ever. We expect humanity, but whites are below human. It's like negotiating with a wild dog โ€“ you can't expect it to guard your house. We seek justice for stolen land and butchered people, but we're not out for blood. Why don't white people understand Ubuntu? They don't have a heart because they're incapable. You can't expect human behavior from a dog.

Speaker 0: The problem that South Africans have right now is that we don't understand white people. White people are inferior species to us. We are Homo sapiens. They've got Neanderthal blood in them. This is the science, and this is not science that was done by black people. It was done by them. You understand? Abu Clive, Dobie Lewis, they were eugenicists. They studied this, and they realized that they're inferior to blacks. The white population is shrinking and shrinking and shrinking and shrinking. For us, it makes no sense to descend into the savagery that they have. Whatever land that they're holding on to, either way, their numbers are dwindling. Whatever leadership that they had is dying out as well. And you know about wealth disappearing after the third generation that is passed down to, you know. So we are they're on the last generation. We're dealing with the weakest whites that the world has ever seen. So we expect to have, humanity. Unfortunately, by the strictest definition of what a human being is, white people are just below human beings. You are negotiating with an animal, a wild dog that you're trying to train to be tamed, to be. You who guards your house. You can never do that. So we're expecting from them. We're like, you stole our land. You you butchered our people and everything else, and we just want justice. We're not out for your blood. We're not chopping off your heads. We're not doing anything. Why don't you guys understand that? Why don't you guys have ubuntu? Why don't you guys have a heart? Heart? They don't because they're incapable of that. You cannot expect the same behavior of a human being that you're expecting of a dog.

I maintain that this aligns with Step 3: Dehumanization of the "10 Steps of Genocide," a framework developed by Dr. Gregory Stanton to describe the stages leading to genocidal violence, for genocide watch. Dehumanization (Step 3): This step occurs when one group denies the humanity of another, comparing them to animals or subhuman entities to justify mistreatment. The explicit language hereโ€”"inhuman," "literal dogs," "animals," "wild dog," "just below human beings"โ€”directly dehumanizes white South Africans, portraying them as lesser beings unworthy of empathy or rights.

Clive Derby-Lewis had nothing to do with the original studies which NOTA makes this claim from. He was only a member of the Conservative Party The idea that whites descend from Neanderthals while blacks are solely Homo sapiens stems from a conflation of outdated racial theories with modern genetic findings. Early eugenicists like Francis Galton speculated on these racial hierarchies without the benefit of modern genetics. This is not supported by mainstream science, which confirms that all modern humans are Homo sapiens, with Neanderthal admixture being a minor component in some populations due to interbreeding after migrations out of Africa around 60,000โ€“100,000 years ago. His entire argument is based on nonsense he presents as fact.
