Sanctuary jurisdictions are illegal, and governors Tim Walz, JB Pritzker, and Kathy Hochul have acknowledged harboring illegal aliens, violating federal law. I have the evidence to back this up. Watch my full remarks for more details.

Newsflash: Sanctuary jurisdictions are illegal. Radical governors Tim Walz, JB Pritzker, and Kathy Hochul have all admitted to harboring illegal aliens. That’s a violation of federal law, and I brought the receipts. https://t.co/uC7yAl4wjs

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker claims that sanctuary cities violate federal law and that individuals involved are committing a federal crime. They assert that these cities lack the authority under federal law and the Constitution to disregard even a civil warrant for someone who has violated a federal offense when a detainer notice is received.

Speaker 0: I'll answer for you. You do violate the law. You are sanctuary cities. And and every one of you sitting there, if you don't know that by now, you should know it walking out of here that you are actually committing a federal crime every time someone does that because you don't have the authority under federal law or under the constitution to negate even a civil warrant for someone who's violated a federal offense when you get a detainer notice.

The DC Cartel will attempt to ramrod a short-term omnibus through Congress in the form of a continuing resolution. Members have yet to see the text of the massive spending package. The House continues to be derelict in its duty to pass a balanced budget. https://t.co/MbYOJoAEpj

Video Transcript AI Summary
Hi, Andy Biggs here from Arizona's 5th congressional district. This week, we're set to vote on a continuing resolution that will extend spending for another three months instead of passing an annual budget. This ongoing issue contributes to our structural deficit and increasing national debt. The current resolution is packed with various policy issues, effectively turning it into a short-term omnibus bill. Unfortunately, this approach won't address our budget imbalance or eliminate poor policies; it merely adds more to secure votes. This highlights the dysfunction in Congress when we rely on continuing resolutions instead of a proper budget. I'll keep you updated.

Speaker 0: Hi, Andy Biggs here from Arizona's 5th congressional district. This week, we're supposed to vote on a continuing resolution, which will keep spending money out the wazoo for another 3 months, because we can't do an annual budget. That's Congress's problem. The problem that goes with it, of course, is that we have a structural deficit that keeps amounting national debt going. And this particular CR is now being laden with all kinds of policy issues that are being thrown into the mix to create effectively an omnibus bill. The problem is, of course, it's just a short term omnibus bill. And again, we're not going to help our budget balance, we're not going to get rid of bad policy, we're just going to add a bunch of other policy to kind of buy out votes. That's the dysfunction that comes to the United States when Congress continues to rely on a CR as opposed to a true budget. I'll keep you posted.

Government funding expires Friday. We’re expecting a vote on the 1,500+ page short-term omnibus on Wednesday. We still don’t have the text of the bill. The DC Cartel loves to operate in the shadows. The Swamp is deep and must be drained.

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) aid and abet illegal aliens crossing our borders. Who funds these NGOs? https://t.co/3b9QtnOSuX

Representative Andy Biggs reports from Arizona's 5th district at the border fence, near an encampment with tents and shelters. He highlights signs in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Chinese, that warn migrants about Border Patrol arrival times: 8 AM, 2 PM, and 8 PM. Biggs questions who is funding these encampments and notes that they are located on federal land. He states that this situation is unacceptable and promises to provide further updates.

Speaker 0: Hi. Andy Biggs here from Arizona's 5th congressional district. We're out here at the end of the the fence, a different location. And at this end, this is where we have one of these encampments where, an organization has put up some tents and shelters out here. They make sure there's water. But this is what they say, and it's in multiple languages, but this is in English. You can see it. Do not walk. Border patrol will come at 8 AM, 2 PM, 8 PM. And this is in Spanish, and it's got French. You know, you've got Chinese. You got a whole series of languages saying the same thing. And that's the question is, who's funding them? And that's really where we need we need to know that. And we're on federal land is my understanding right here, which is not acceptable either. I'll keep you posted.

The FBI has grossly misused FISA to spy on American citizens. In 2021 alone, the FBI misused FISA 278,000 times to creep on us. We can't let the FBI get away with this.

Radical Dem Rep. Jamaal Bowman just pulled the fire alarm in the House’s Cannon Building, which forced an evacuation and delayed votes. I view this as interfering with official legislative proceedings. He is an insurrectionist.

The DOJ is absolutely corrupt to its core—just look at my hearing yesterday afternoon. Three legal experts revealed to me that they had never seen the DOJ re-prosecute someone that had already been granted clemency. The DOJ is weaponizing its powers to target conservatives.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker asks if it is common for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to re-prosecute someone after they have been granted clemency or a commutation by the president. They mention that they could not find any instances of the DOJ re-prosecuting a commutation. Another speaker agrees and adds that they are not aware of any cases where re-prosecution occurs after a clemency grant.

Speaker 0: Does let me ask each of you, does it happen all the time as the gentleman just said, where a president grants a clemency or a commutation and then the DOJ says we're gonna go back, reinvigorate our prosecution against that person? Does that happen? I I did as much research as I could and I cannot find a single instance of DOJ reprosecuting a commutation. Not a single case. Mister Osler, did you find any case? You were of any case. As I said, I didn't do a systemic check, but I don't know of 1. No, I understood the question to be about hung counts generally where you don't have a commutation. Right, but that is not what he that's not the conclusion he drew, right? And, Mr. Professor Berman? Yes, I was struck because I'm not aware of any case, let alone cases happening all the time where there's a reprosecution after a clemency grant.

The new J6 tapes confirm to me that the FBI/DOJ must be defunded. Why aren’t the FBI/DOJ going after groups like Antifa and individuals who are blowing up pro-life centers? Talk about two-tier justice.

Video Transcript AI Summary
There were violent and rambunctious individuals who were overcharged and over sentenced. However, there is a lack of action against Antifa and those who attacked life clinics. They have even tried to infiltrate the Catholic church and targeted parents. One specific case involves a 70-year-old man with no criminal history who was charged with obstructing a congressional proceeding. He faces a 14-year prison sentence for this bogus charge.

Speaker 0: But, with the videos that are coming out, I know I've watched hours worth of videos and you've watched both of you, hundreds of hours of videos. The reality is what we're seeing is there were people that were were violent and rambunctious and and they should. They were charged. They were over sentenced. They were overcharged, but and that's the disparate treatment that we have there. Then you have others, this 1,000 people that Graves said he wants to go after. That's ridiculous. They're not going after Antifa. They're not going after people who blew up an attack, you know, probe, life clinics. I mean, this is they they've they've tried to infiltrate the Catholic church. They've they've, gone after parents, and yet, we have people like the one case that I was I was particularly interested in, a 70 year old man, this, a 70 year old man, no prior criminal history whatsoever. He's not convicted of anything, not even trespass, but he gets this bogus Charge, was not designed to do it, of obstructing a congressional, proceeding. He wants 14 years in prison for that guy. Unreal.

A District Attorney converting a misdemeanor to a felony after two prosecutorial agencies already said there was nothing there screams two-tier justice. President Trump deserves better.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The former president is being accused of converting a misdemeanor into a felony by the borough district attorney. However, two previous prosecutorial agencies have already examined the case and found nothing. This attack on the former president seems baseless and exaggerated, especially considering my experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney. It appears to be an over-the-top move.

Speaker 0: Former president for alleged hush money. What do you make of the case? Well, I think it's really interesting to watch, a a borough district attorney try to to convert a misdemeanor into a felony, and that's really what's happening here, especially after 2 previous prosecutorial agencies have looked at it and said there's nothing here. I I think it's really kind of a a specious attack, on on the former president and and, having been one who prosecuted and defended cases. It just seems a little bit, Over the Top, quite frankly.
