Joe Biden didn't want Black children in White schools, but according to the left, Biden is not racist. https://t.co/0S0u7OX4w9

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker argues that the issue of busing is not about north versus south but rural versus urban. They believe that busing in urban areas does not make sense due to integrated facilities but segregated neighborhoods. They predict that young black leaders will support their stance and that pushing busing will set back the civil rights movement. The speaker emphasizes that only federal courts can determine constitutional violations in school desegregation cases and that specific intent to segregate must be proven before busing can be ordered.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: We keep talking about this thing as being north versus south. That's not the issue. It is rural versus urban, and most of the busing that's taking place to date is taking place in rural areas, whether be administratively ordered or court ordered. Now we're moving into applying the same standards to urban areas, and it is a standard that doesn't make sense. It doesn't apply. It doesn't hold. We're moving from trying to in this in in in urban areas, we've had integrated facilities, but segregated neighborhoods. And in rural areas, we've traditionally had integrated neighborhoods but segregated facilities. And they've applied the same standard and the same test. So this north south thing is not really the issue as professor Nathan Glaser at Harvard has indicated, as doctor, Armour of the Rand Corporation, as James Coleman, as I just tell 3 days of hearing 22 days of hearing in judiciary committee on another bill I have beyond this that deals with busing. And there is uniform opinion of those who testified that it is not a north south, it's an urban rural question, a distinction. But no matter what your intent, there are going to be those who say it's a it's a segregated thing. It's a it's a question of of race and that you have set back the movement of desegregation of schools. How would you answer that? The way I answer that is I predict that the young black leadership of America will overwhelmingly decide with me. I predict that in 1980 84, my position will be totally vindicated by the sociologist and by the civil rights after you know, I come from that side of the track. That's where I'm from. I was a defense lawyer. I handle civil rights cases. I sat in on route 40. I mean, I you know, I'm not I'm not from the other side of this, and I happen to think that the one way to ensure that you set the civil rights movement in America further back is to continue to push busing because it's a bankrupt policy. And that's that's that's that's why I think I'll be vindicated. I don't I don't include myself with pro or anti busing force. I think the only group that can determine whether or not constitutional violation existed, the federal courts of the United States of America. No one else has that right. Secondly, a federal court of the United States of America determining a violation of the constitution with regard to school desegregation cases must find that there is a specific intent to segregate before they can order bussing. That I abide by, that I legislate by, that I hold by, and they're they're the standards we should repair to. It's difficult to establish intent, but it's clearly possible. Factually, it can be established. The court has the Supreme Court 8 to 0, 8 to 0, ruled yesterday that they must find that. And you very well know as covering this area as long as you have that there is there are legal standards by which you bring in burdens of proof to establish whether or not there was a specific intent.

Rep. Chip Roy states the US Govt and Fauci lied about vaccine efficacy and forced mandates, affecting 2/3 of US workers. Over 1 Million injuries reported to the government. https://t.co/F1cJb9FXQy

Video Transcript AI Summary
Over 100 million Americans were required to get vaccinated for their jobs under federal mandates, which covered two-thirds of American workers. Claims of vaccine effectiveness were exaggerated, leading to a bait-and-switch situation. Despite promises of safety and freedom, over 1 million adverse events from COVID-19 vaccines have been reported, with only 11 compensated cases, while Big Pharma remains immune to liability.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Over a 100,000,000 Americans were forced to take a vaccine with a veiled threat, your job or the jab. Regardless of what radical progressive Democrats wanna claim, these vaccines were not voluntary. The federal government mandated vaccines for military personnel, health care workers, government contractors, and all businesses with more than a 100 workers. The Biden administration bragged that their mandates covered more than 2 thirds of American workers. The government lied about its efficacy and effectiveness to make these mandates more palatable. Doctor Fauci said it is as simple as black and white. You're vaccinated. You're safe. You're unvaccinated. You're at risk. Simple as that. Not sure the truth has borne that out. Former CDC director, Rochelle Walensky said the following, our data from the CDC today suggest that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick. They teased the prospect of freedom if we would just suck it up and do what they said. How did that work out? They were dead wrong and instead we got one of the biggest bait and switches of all time. We decided to inject 700,000,000 people with vaccines regardless of the risk COVID 19 poses to them. Here's the aftermath. A 1,000,000 adverse events from the COVID 19 countermeasures have have been reported to the government, only 11 have been compensated, while Big Pharma enjoys complete immunity from liability stemming from COVID 19 vaccine injury.

Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, gives testimony for the record Detailing ALL 3 Three phone calls he had with Nancy Pelosi on Jan 6th. His testimony directly contradicts Nancy Pelosi’s statements That She did not speak with Capitol Police the Chief on January 6th. #January6th #NancyPelosi

Video Transcript AI Summary
After leaving a location, I had three calls with Speaker Pelosi about getting people back into chambers. Speaker Pelosi's claim of not speaking with me is inaccurate. I cannot comment on whether Capitol security was politicized. I wish Speaker Pelosi had considered the challenges I faced before calling for my resignation. Former Sergeant at Arms believed we were prepared for a typical demonstration, not for the events that unfolded. We did not anticipate a member of Congress inciting the crowd.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Was when I left that location. As I was walking away, I met up with mister Stenger, and we started walking over to the Senate to go brief the Senate when, Jennifer Hemingway, I believe it was Jennifer Hemingway, handed me his cell phone, and it was Emily Barrett's cell phone calling her, and it was Speaker Pelosi on the other line. This is my second call with Speaker Pelosi, questioning the information I'd given to, Vice President Pence about when we can get back into chambers. I assured her that information was correct. I could get them back into chambers by 7 p. M, and the call ended. That was call number 2. Call number 3 was 6:25 p. M. I was over at the Senate from the secure location I mean, from where the Senate had been sequestered, and on a cell phone using Robert Caram's cell phone, They dialed leadership, who was over or off-site at a secure location, and I briefed all of leadership of the plans to get them back into chambers. That would have been call number 3 with Speaker Pelosi. Speaker 1: So you didn't have one call. You didn't have 2 call. You had 3 calls. So speaker Pelosi's comments that she didn't speak to are inaccurate. Speaker 0: That is correct, sir. Speaker 1: Let me let me shift gears and go back, as it relates to the optics of bringing people up to Capitol Hill and and running things up the chain of command ultimately to the speaker's office. Do you think speaker Pelosi's office, or speaker Pelosi herself, politicized capital security? Speaker 0: I I have no I have no idea on that, sir. Speaker 1: Okay. Any other clarifications you'd like to make as it relates to Speaker Pelosi's comments that you didn't speak to her? Speaker 0: I just, you know, wish she had considered that, wish she had considered some of the stuff that I've faced and the efforts I went through, to bring in the outside resources, on that day before she called for her resignation. Speaker 1: Thank you very much, for being here. I yield back. Gentlemen, yields, now begin our second round of question. I'll yield 5 minutes to the gentlelady from California, Ms. Torres. Speaker 2: Thank you, Chairman. Mr. Sun, I have here a statement, from it's testimony from, Paul Irving, the former sergeant at arms, and this is a testimony he gave to the senate, at a hearing. And he states on January 5th, Chief Sund and I participated in a web based interagency conference call with multiple law enforcement partners, the FBI, the MPD, the US Secret Service, the US Park Police, and the Military District of Washington, among other law enforcement agencies from the National Capital Region. Based on the intelligence and threat assessment, everyone on the call believe that we were prepared and the plant met the threat. So you were prepared for what you thought would be a typical, demonstration, a First Amendment demonstration on Capitol Hill, such as the women's march when we all wore our pink hats and came out and marched, against some of the efforts, of the president. What you did not anticipate none of you anticipated that a Republican member of congress would tell the crowd on stage, today is the day. American patriots start talk taking down names and kicking ass, and our ancestors sacrificed their blood, their sweat, their tears, their fortunes, and sometimes their lives. Are you willing to do the same? You didn't anticipate that, did you? Speaker 0: We we anticipated some minor skirmishes. We did not anticipate Speaker 2: But you didn't anticipate a member, a Republican member of Congress, to go on stage and incite the crowd like this.

Obama in 2009 discussed immigration, emphasizing it wouldn't be easy, requiring fines, English learning, and waiting in line for citizenship. The speaker contrasts this with the current situation, where anyone can enter the country, suggesting a return to Obama's approach.

Speaker 0: Here's a clip of Obama talking about immigration in 2009, and it's insane. Speaker 1: This is not gonna be a free ride. It's not gonna be some instant amnesty. What's gonna happen is you are gonna pay a significant fine. You are going to learn English. You are gonna go to the back of the line so that you don't get ahead of somebody who is in Mexico City applying legally. But after you've done these things over a certain period of time, you can earn your citizenship. I think the American people, they appreciate and believe in immigration, but they can't have a situation where you just have half a 1000000 people pouring over the border without any kind of mechanism to control it. Speaker 0: That was said in 2009. If you said that now, you'd be called a racist and a xenophobe, and look at the state of our southern border. Anybody and their brother, mother, and sister can come into this country. We should go back and listen to old school Obama.

G. Edward Griffin explains the difference between a direct democracy and a constitutional republic. The USA is a constitutional republic!🇺🇸 https://t.co/ZfjNvNaPrZ

Video Transcript AI Summary
A form of government is based on majority rule, but it can be dangerous. For instance, a lynch mob is an example of majority rule, where only one person disagrees and is silenced. This is pure democracy. However, a republic is different. It is a limited democracy that protects the rights of the minority. In a republic, a set of rules called the constitution is written to ensure that everyone follows them, regardless of temptation. This creates a constitutional republic.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Is a form of government based upon the principle of majority rule, period. End of discussion. Now that's not very complicated. Majority rule. It's easy to understand, easy to sell to the masses, and I might add, Deadly. For example, what would you call a lynch mob? That's majority rule. There's only 1 descending vote and he's at the end of the rope. Now that's pure democracy in action. Of the, wait a minute, you say. The majority should rule, yes, but not to the extent of destroying the rights of the minority. And now, ladies and gentlemen, we are no longer describing a democracy. We are speaking of a republic. A republic is a limited democracy. It's a form of government based upon the principle of limited majority rule. Limited so that the minority, even a minority of 1, can be protected against the whims and passions of the majority. And how do you protect the minority from the majority? You write down a set of rules on a piece of paper. You say, this we can do. That we cannot. At the top of the paper, you write the word constitution, and then everyone agrees to follow the rules no matter what the temptation. And when you're finished, you've created a constitutional republic.

Up until one point and then all of a sudden, the race is, all of a sudden. But his policy is not very for personality. We need to vote for policy. His policy are for everybody. And he's done so many things for African Americans. It's the 2nd chance act, low unemployment rate and it's given to, the historic black colleges. So we need to keep those policies and push forward Forward depository. Can keep that momentum and not vote different when they come up. The Democrats have nothing for us but death on their platform, and most of their platforms do nothing but, destroy the African American community. We know that. We say we wanna change, but we are afraid to make the change because of his personality. I get it. A lot of people don't like him. Forget about his personality. Think about his policy.

Speaker 0: Going on in Washington DC. This is outrageous. We have a US senator on the floor of the senate saying there is a foreign national with recordings of then vice president Joe Biden asking for bribes. Think about that. There are recordings that the FBI of the United States has. They have not taken action on it. They have not come forward. They tried to hide it from Republicans. This is total corruption, Jordan. But the reason why the Biden team gets away with this. The reason why Joe Biden and Hunter Biden keep getting away with breaking the law and being corrupt is because the media does not pressure them. There is no pushback from the media. But we're at the point that when the unite when the media in Washington DC doesn't push back on both parties, in DC doesn't push back on both parties, it really is like a regime style media. Yeah. Types of things we call out in other this is insane. This is the president of the United States. I, you know, where is the Washington Post fact checkers? Where are the New York Times reports?
