I hold an unpopular opinion in Westminster: I don't care about the human rights of foreign paedophiles. It's frustrating to see British judges defending those who have come to our country and abused children. They should be deported to face punishment in their home countries. We need to change the law, enforce sanctions, and reconsider foreign aid. It's time to take a strong stand against these offenders and make it clear that the British public will not tolerate such actions. We must act decisively and publicly.

@RupertLowe10 - Rupert Lowe MP

This is seemingly an unpopular opinion to take in Westminster, but I do not care about the human rights of foreign paedophiles. Why are British judges proactively defending this vermin? They came to our country, they abused and raped children. Deport them - they can rot in prison there. Their own Governments can decide how to appropriately punish them. Change the law, enforce sanctions, cancel foreign aid. Do what needs to be done to remove these savages from our country. Do it loudly and do it publicly. Show the world. The British will not tolerate it.

I don't care if the rest of the world likes us, but I do care if they respect us. Right now, Britain is a joke. As an example, the Labour government set aside only £10,000,000 for local inquiries into the rape gangs. This year, we sent £133,000,000 to Pakistan in foreign aid. I want to scrap every penny of it, or at the very least, use it as leverage to force the Pakistani government to accept their deported rapists and criminals. The British government needs to prioritize the British people.

This year alone, we sent a hundred and £33,000,000 to Pakistan in foreign aid. My view, scrap every single penny. The West's only hope lies in observing the actions of Elon Musk, Donald Trump, and their associates. Keir Starmer's preference for a struggling Europe over a dynamic, deregulated America is concerning. Musk's actions are revealing widespread fraud within Western governments, a consequence of excessive central planning and quantitative easing. This central planning breeds fraud. By exposing and eliminating this fraud, Musk aims to unleash private enterprise, sparking innovation and growth, allowing the West to return to its strengths. We will innovate and grow again once we get rid of the fraud.

And if you look at what Elon Musk's doing, he is exposing the fact that at the center of the Western government now, there's huge amounts of fraud because we've become too centrally planned. That's what happens when you get central planning, you get fraud. It's what happens when you get quantitative easing, you get fraud. And what he's doing is he's going to ultimately expose it, get rid of it, and that will release private sector enterprise, and then we will start to do what we the West is good at. Video Transcript AI Summary
The mass exploitation of young working-class girls by predominantly Pakistani men is a disgraceful chapter in our history. We have failed these victims, and accountability is essential. There should be deportations not only for the perpetrators but also for family members who knew about these crimes. Those in authority who ignored or concealed these actions must face prosecution, not just dismissal. Many offenders have been returned to the same communities as their victims, which is unacceptable. We need decisive action, including the deportation of foreign nationals who commit serious crimes and those who enter the country illegally. A clear message must be sent: unauthorized entry will not be tolerated.

I do not say this lightly, but it makes me ashamed to be British. We failed those girls, and heads must roll. I want deportations, not just for the rapists, but also the family members who are aware of their heinous crimes. If that results in tens of thousands of deportations, then that is what must happen. I want prosecutions for anyone in any position of authority who knew about these savages and did nothing, or even worse, concealed their crimes. Not just their dismissal, criminal prosecutions must follow. Many of these monsters have even been been released back into the same communities where the children they raped reside. Words appropriate on this stage cannot adequately describe what I think of these beasts. I don't want thoughts and prayers from government. I want action. I find the lack of transparency from the Ministry of Justice outrageous. I've been seeking crucial data regarding Pakistani rapists, including deportations, prison status, and reoffending rates, along with a breakdown of nationalities involved in gangs. Their response indicates they don't have this information readily available and claim that examining individual court records would be too costly. This shows a clear disinterest in providing the data. I believe we need a comprehensive national inquiry with all information made public to end this cover-up.

@RupertLowe10 - Rupert Lowe MP

This is outrageous. I've been pushing the Ministry of Justice for data on the following. How many Pakistani rapists... - Have been deported? - Are still in prison? - Did not serve a custodial sentence? - Are back in the same community as their victims? - Had previous convictions? - Have reoffended? With a full nationality breakdown of those involved in the gangs. The response? The requested information "is not centrally identified in the data systems relevant to these questions." "It is also not possible to identify an offender’s nationality from the centrally collated convictions data." They say the examination of individual court records would "incur disproportionate costs." Essentially, they don't have the data and aren't interested in finding it. We need a FULL, FREE and FAIR national inquiry, with ALL data made publicly available. The cover up MUST end.

I questioned the minister about why my constituents should continue paying full council tax when their democratic rights are being undermined. I believe that once polling day passes, those unelected councillors lose their legitimacy. My inquiries were not well-received in Parliament, and I was cautioned about my language. I'm frustrated with the restrictions on open debate. With elections being canceled, my constituents are outraged, and I will voice their concerns. Democracy may be costly and inconvenient, but voting must happen, regardless of the potential outcomes.

@RupertLowe10 - Rupert Lowe MP

I put these questions to the minister - why should my constituents continue to pay full council tax, when their democratic right is being stripped from them in May? Remember, no taxation without representation. What should we call these unelected 'councillors'? In my view, they cease to be elected once polling day has passed... These questions were not welcomed in Parliament. I was told to be careful with my use of 'language'. I am utterly sick of this policing of fair debate. Elections are being cancelled. My constituents are furious. I will raise those concerns in Parliament. Democracy is expensive. Democracy is inconvenient. Democracy is awkward. If we're worried about cost, why bother with elections at all? Voting MUST go ahead, even if those in power won't like the outcome.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Given the historical context of "no taxation without representation," constituents from Great Yarmouth have two questions for the minister. First, why should they continue paying council tax beyond May without elected representatives? Second, what term should be used for unelected councilors after May? In response, the minister clarifies that the council members performing functions have been elected. It's important to avoid miscommunication regarding their status. Most councilors are dedicated public servants aiming to represent their communities. While they are elected, there may be a consideration to extend their terms to facilitate elections for a new shadow unitary authority, which has local support.

Speaker 0: Given the fact that the Americans went fought a war of independence on this slogan, no taxation without representation, my constituents of Great Yarmouth would like the answer to 2 questions from the minister. The first question is why should they continue to pay their council tax beyond May when they will not be represented by elected people? And the second question is by what name do they call these unelected councilors after May? Speaker 1: Minister. So we need to be clear that the members who will discharge the functions of the council and the executive have been elected. Yeah. The idea that they're not elected, I'm afraid, is not accurate. And we need to be careful with the use of language, on some risk. Because I believe I'm sure that I'm sure the member believes that most councilors are good public servants who are coming to local government for the right reasons to represent their community, and we shouldn't be targeting them unnecessarily. So to be clear, they were elected, but we might take the view if they meet a criteria that their period of office should be extended to allow election to a new, shadow unitary, authorator. And on that basis, the whole local people support it.

I've urged the Government to cancel foreign aid and restrict visas for Pakistan until they agree to take back all Pakistani citizens involved in the rape gangs. The Foreign Office declined my request, emphasizing the contributions of Pakistani people to UK culture. This isn't about diversity; it's about justice for the victims of these heinous crimes. I want the British Government to do everything possible to deport those responsible and ensure they serve their sentences in Pakistan.

I've pushed the Government to cancel foreign aid, restrict visas and impose other measures on Pakistan until they accept the return of ALL Pakistani citizens involved in the rape gangs. The Foreign Office has refused the request. The opening line in their official response to me? "We recognise and appreciate the great contribution of Pakistani people to the diverse culture of the UK." This is NOT about the benefits of 'diversity'. This is about delivering justice to those degenerates who raped white British children on an industrial scale. I would like to see the BRITISH Government doing EVERYTHING in its power to deport those Pakistani citizens responsible, and ensure they spend the rest of their days behind bars - in PAKISTAN.

I am filled with anger at the savages responsible for these horrific acts. A victim recounted how a police officer dismissed her claims, coerced her into dropping charges, and left her in a dangerous environment. Officials wrongly believed the girls were complicit, while they lived in fear of severe abuse. Whistleblowers revealed that children were openly targeted, and staff hesitated to act, fearing accusations of racism. Disturbingly, some local officials appeared to protect abusers, and in tragic cases, fathers seeking to rescue their daughters were arrested instead. The full article is crucial to understanding this issue.

@RupertLowe10 - Rupert Lowe MP

Words cannot adequately describe my hatred of the savages who did this. Please read every word, from @SAshworthHayes. One victim claims a police officer told her she was a liar, pulled the police car over, persuaded her to drop charges, ripped up the paperwork, and dropped her off at a restaurant where girls and abusers used to gather. As one officer said, “the view was that they were little slags”. Officials believed “the girls were happy, or complicit in it. The sense was that if there had been any offence it had been by the girls, for luring the men in.” Meanwhile, girls lived in terror. The Casey review heard about crimes including “rape with a broken bottle and girls being ordered to kiss perpetrators’ feet at gun point” Whistleblowers reported that children as young as 11 were collected from care homes by abusers and by taxis with “no attempts to disguise what they were doing”; staff failed to intervene, terrified of being called “racist”. The taxi drivers, in turn, sometimes met these girls “on official council business”, when they were “taken by cab from the home to the schools”. Witnesses told inquiries that Pakistani heritage councillors had “a disproportionate influence in the council”, and in one case a councillor was alleged by police officers to have “influenced our operations”. At one point, a local taxi driver allegedly arranged for an abused girl to be handed over by her abuser – a relative of his – to a police officer without prosecution. He would later become a Labour councillor. In another case, a victim described how she was in a car with an abuser when they were stopped by an Asian police officer, who spoke to the abuser in a non-English language but didn’t try to stop him driving around with an underage child. "Girls as young as 11 were raped by large numbers of male perpetrators, one after the other”. Yet in at least two cases, when fathers tracked down their daughters and attempted to rescue them, the police arrested the fathers. I believe anti-white racism should not be tolerated in the civil service. I've reached out to every government department to inquire about job placements that exclude white individuals. This so-called 'positive action' feels like discrimination. We need to call it what it is—racism. Instead of focusing on diversity, let's prioritize hiring the best-qualified candidates. While they promote a modern civil service with inclusivity, my main concern is ensuring a competent workforce.

@RupertLowe10 - Rupert Lowe MP

Anti-white racism should not be tolerated in the civil service. I've contacted every Government department/ministry to question how many jobs have been filled through the exclusion of white people. They use 'positive action' to essentially discriminate against white people. Call it what it is - racism. Here's a mad idea... Give the job to the best qualified person. They talk of creating a 'modern Civil Service', with 'a diverse workforce and culture of openness and inclusivity'. I do NOT care. I want a COMPETENT civil service.

The British people demand answers regarding the grooming gang scandal. Will the government commit to deporting all guilty foreign nationals and their complicit family members? Will dual nationals implicated in these crimes have their citizenship revoked? There should be a pause on Pakistani visas and foreign aid until the Pakistani government agrees to accept deported criminals. A full investigation into officials who failed to act is necessary, along with a task force to address these issues. How many girls have been raped, and how many are still involved with these gangs? Regular updates on prosecutions and a breakdown of the nationality and immigration status of offenders should be published. The government must ensure transparency, protect whistleblowers, and consider lifelong sentences for those involved in the cover-up. The victims deserve justice, and the public deserves to know the truth.

Speaker 0: Thank you, madam deputy speaker. Given that the opposition amendment has been accepted, I'm I'm not gonna stand here and outline my disgust of what has happened with regard to the historic grooming gang gang scan scandal. The British people want answers, so I'm gonna ask questions of the Labour Party and several of them. Will the government commit to urgently deporting all guilty foreign nationals involved, including family members who were aware of the crimes and therefore complicit. Wives, sisters, mothers, cousins, if they knew and said nothing, these individuals are just as guilty as the rapists themselves. Will the government commit to stripping citizenship from dual nationals implicated and deport them as well? Race or religion must protect nobody. Will the government commit to pausing all Pakistani visas and foreign aid into the country until the Pakistani government agrees to accept any of its deported citizens that have perpetrated these crimes on British soil and also imprisons these rapists and their accomplices in Pakistan however they see fit. Will the government undertake a full investigation into officials who had knowledge of these crimes yet failed to act. Establish a specified task force to root out this this wicked evil. Don't just fire these vile individuals, prosecute them. How many girls estimated to have been raped? Is there a tally for the overall number of rapes? Horrifyingly, it may well be in the millions. We just don't know. How many vulnerable young girls estimated to still be involved in these gangs? If there is no estimate estimate figure, why not? Will a regular update be published detailing ongoing prosecutions and sentencing? Will the government publish a full nationality breakdown of those convicted for such offenses, along with the location of their crimes? How many known foreign rapists per town per region? Will they publish a breakdown of the immigration status of those involved? On what grounds were they in the UK? Do they have previous convictions? How many foreign nationals found guilty of being released but not deported? And how many reoffenses I'm I'm gonna carry on if that's right. How many reoffenses have occurred since release? How many of these monsters are walking on the same streets as the girls they raped and abused? One report suggested a victim had come face to face with her rapist in the supermarket. Is the government comfortable with that? How many of the foreign rapists were in receipt of any form of state benefit? How how I'm gonna carry on if that's right. How many released currently receive any state benefit? How many children have been born following a rape from these men? How many have been given access to the child against the mother's wishes? And how many have used the child as a route to remain in the UK? Will the government commit to preventing this in future? How many deportations have been blocked due to the rapist's right to a family life or other ECHR influences? Will the government set up a dedicated, confidential, and accessible official process for whistleblowers to safely raise their concerns regarding foreign rape gangs, ensuring it is safe, secure, and easy to find? Will the government release all court transcripts relating to these cases so the British people can understand just part of the horror for themselves? How many of these documents have been hidden due to the cost of release? This should not be an obstacle to transparency on these trials. Will lifelong sentences now be considered for those British citizens involved in the crimes, but also those in positions of power who acted to cover up the scale of the abuse? Which politicians, local and national, had knowledge of these events but failed to act? Again, going as far as to actively conceal what was truly happening. These are the facts that the British people want to know and the British people deserve to know. All of these questions have also been submitted in written form, and I look forward to receiving open, transparent answers. The mass rape of young, white, working class girls by gangs of Pakistani rapists is a rotting stain on our nation. This is not about Elon Musk. This is not a bandwagon of the far right. This is about the victims in ensuring swift and brutal justice is delivered to those demons responsible. It is about distinguishing between right and wrong.
