And he was the man who wrote the bioweapons treaty that governs The United States, that basically says you can't deploy bioweapons on civilian populations. So he knows intimately what a bioweapon is what it does.

So Sasha said, you know, she, she believes well that that there's there's a problem with the death. I think it's concerning that he died suddenly, when his voice in that context would be the most damning, the most unanswerable voice. And I don't, I just want to add, it's not in a vacuum, the lawyer convening and you know, leading the prosecution, I believe for this trial was arrested in very, and detained in very severe circumstances. Let's also not forget that we are already seeing the slow creep of programmable money.
The Bank of England is working on a digital pound and has been for a few years and there are active conversations now about linking spending capabilities to your digital identity. And we now know that that was a case of familial Alzheimer's disease. In other words, this person had genetic predispositions to develop Alzheimer's disease. Now, what we've found since, of course, in our research is that people with familial Alzheimer's disease have more aluminium in their brain tissue than we've almost ever recorded in any other individual. Wow!
So, what that suddenly looks like is that predisposition to Alzheimer's is predisposition to the accumulation of aluminium in brain tissue. Wow. And that was one of the reasons why, you know, after two decades of my own research, in 2017 I wrote a paper for the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease Reports where I said categorically, unequivocally, no aluminium in brain tissue, no Alzheimer's disease. I qualified it by saying within the normal lifetime of an individual Because the fundamentals of Alzheimer's disease could certainly occur in extreme age. If one was to live one hundred and twenty-one hundred and fifty, then other toxins would produce some sort of similar type of response.

No significant excess mortality was observed during the first year of the pandemic (2020). However, some excess cancer mortalities were observed in 2021 after mass vaccination with the first and second vaccine doses, and significant excess mortalities were observed for all cancers and some specific types of cancer (including ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, lip/oral/pharyngeal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and breast cancer) after mass vaccination with the third dose in 2022. AMRs for the four cancers with the most deaths (lung, colorectal, stomach, and liver) showed a decreasing trend until the first year of the pandemic in 2020, but the rate of decrease slowed in 2021 and 2022. I previously explained that I have not changed my stance, despite what has been said. The assignment I received is painful, but I must carry it out. We are assessing what needs to be done, led by the NCTV, especially in light of the coronavirus crisis and future obligations.

Dan hebben we het over deze extra investering waar een hele grote overlap, zo niet een volledige overlap zit. En dan hebben we het over andere zaken die we nu in kaart aan het brengen zijn van wat nou als de situatie escaleert, wat nou als we aan onze NAVO-verplichting moeten voldoen, wat nou als het nog verder escaleert. Dat ben ik allemaal in kaart aan het brengen en onder leiding van de NCT zullen wij in het voorjaar dus voor de volgende begroting, dus niet deze begroting, maar voor de volgende begroting met dekking en oplosmuur komen.

Speaker 0: Finally, I need to talk about cancer, particularly colorectal cancers. In addition to the increase in all cause excess deaths in highly vaccinated countries since the gene based injectable rollout, there has been observed an alarming and significant increase in cancers. These cancers have been termed colloquially turbocancers. Obviously, this is not a scientific term, but reflects the different aggressive biological nature that seems to be being observed by the public as well as clinicians. Despite recent articles claiming that the sudden growth in cancers is not new, such as the Gaslighting article in the Daily Mail reporting on a baffling increase in trend in data from 1990 to 2019, There was a clear dramatic increase that occurred in 2021 shortly after the rollout.
A robust study recently published from Japan, now redacted by the Journal after significant pressure, showed cancer related excess mortality in vaccinated populations. Cancer is being observed within all ages. It is my assertion shared by many expert oncologists and clinical colleagues around the world that the cancers we are seeing are extremely aggressive and are of a different biology. One study showed this dramatic increase, particularly in younger ages through 2021, 5.6% increase 2022, a 7.9% increase. I've noticed aggressive widespread recurrences in previously successfully treated bowel cancer cases that I consider cured.
Many metastases in these cases are unusual or atypical. Middle aged and elderly people are presenting with out of the blue aggressive stage 4 colorectal cancer who are incurable and die within weeks or months. In many of these cases, the entire liver appears to be filled with large round tumor masses. It is horrific to see on a weekly basis in IMBT. In my experience, it is rare for colorectal cancer to be as aggressive in elderly.
Usually, sporadic cancers that are diagnosed are still operable when they present. Elderly patients rarely present with stage 4 disease, and certainly not in the way I've started seeing. Recently, we've seen 3 patients presenting with synchronous cancers, that is 2 separate bowel cancers in different areas of the colon presenting at the same time. This was previously considered rare, less than 3%. 1 of 1 was middle aged, otherwise fitting well with 2 bulky, locally invasive cancers, and one was very elderly with 2 primary cancers and liver metastases.
Many of my multidisciplinary team colleagues, fellow surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and specialist nurses, have all acknowledged to me the sudden change in patterns and dramatic increase in these aggressive incurable advanced cancers that we've observed in these past 2 years. However, none of them can offer an explanation. Various theories have been suggested. So what then is causing the sudden increased incidence in the other 92% that we're seeing? Number 2, Western ultra processed diet obesity in sedentary lifestyles.
Whilst these things have undoubtedly played a major role in the steady increase in cancer over the past 3 to 4 decades, they do not explain the post 2021 sudden increase and change in biology, aggressive nature. This post 2021 increase cannot be explained by a sudden population wide change in environmental toxins. Ultra processed foods are not new. We already had an obesity epidemic prior to COVID 19. Number 3, lockdowns causing delayed diagnosis and suspended cancer screening programs.
The post-twenty 21 surge in aggressive cancers in all ages cannot be blamed on lockdown and delayed diagnosis. As I showed earlier, during the COVID-nineteen pandemic, we did not stop our 2 week wait for colorectal pathways. We diagnosed and treated more rather than fewer cancers during lockdown as the only pathway that GPs can access. Therefore, this argument of staged migration or missed or died or delayed diagnosis does not hold true for colorectal cancer. Furthermore, colorectal screening services were only stopped for a few months of the first and second wave.
In any case, there is no valid argument that the increase is due to stopping screening, given we are seeing a particular increase in cancers in much younger people, 20 to 45 years of age. Screening services for colorectal cancer and breast and others typically starts at 60 years. Number 4, there's a close temporal association of the increasing cancers and the rollout population wide mRNA COVID 19 genetic injections. The evident correlation fulfills the majority of the 9 Bradford Hill epidemiological criteria for causation. There are multiple plausible mechanisms that have been proposed by which cancer could be induced or potentiated, accelerated by the mRNA gene injections, including unacceptably high levels of bacterial plasmid contamination, the discovery of the SV 40 tumor promoter, disruption of the p 53 tumor suppressor, etcetera.
These mechanisms are discussed widely by scientists and clinicians, such as doctor Kevin McKernan, professor Angus Doug Leach, doctor William Mackas, and doctor Ryan Cole, a US pathologist, and many others, and have been discussed on numerous international calls. More generally, the shots are clearly causing generalized immunosuppression. The immune system is grossly underestimated its complexity and importance in tumor surveillance in destroying mutated cells before they become cancers. Recently, other doctors have told me how they are seeing sudden recurrences of cancers that have been cured 10 or even 15 years earlier. I submitted over 20 yellow cards from June 2021.
I could have submitted many more, but it was becoming very apparent that the MHRA was ignoring the data. I've never been given any feedback on any analysis of my cases or even acknowledgment, except for 2 or 3 cases where further clarifying information that I'd already provided was requested. I was given no information back from the MHRA to indicate that they were looking at yellow card data or analyzing it. Despite this, the safety signal from both the MHRA and the VAERS system in the United States is unprecedented and undeniably obvious. Presenting this information formally, I've received mixed responses.
More recently, in my more departmental morbidity and mortality meetings, there's been a more open acknowledgment that perhaps some observed events, such as ischemic bowel cases, may have been related to vaccines. I've had a number of conversations with 2 colorectal colleagues in other areas of the country who've had similar shared experiences and are in agreement with the observed patterns of thrombotic, infective and inflammatory, and malignant disease. I've had the opportunity to give a presentation to an international surgical meeting in London in March 2023. At the end, I was congratulated on my perceived courage in standing up and speaking about these concerns. There was general agreement in the room, 30 or more surgeons.
Many offered acknowledgment and similar observations, but had been unwilling to raise their concerns for fear of repercussions. In fact, a rather alarmed eminent retired surgeon present stated it was our duty to raise these concerns. In conclusion, the data are clear that COVID 19 vaccines are neither effective or safe. My own personal observations have been increasingly backed up by other data around the world and research studies, as well as expert opinion in other centers. I personally demand that these injections and any promotion of them be stopped with immediate effect.

They create Salk's vaccine, and guess who's the first guy to test it? Doctor Ochsner in New Orleans at the Ochsner Medical Foundation. Things that you need to know about Ochsner. He used to be he was a surgeon. He was very famous for being an anti cancer guy.
He used to tell medical students way back when that if you this patient has lung cancer, I want you to come and see it because you'll never see another case in your life. That's how rare cancer was in the 1900 to 19 twenties. 1951, he brings the vaccine into the amphitheater. The surgical amphitheater calls the entire medical staff of Ochsner. He brings his grandson and grandchild in there, and he injects both of them with the cutter vaccine.
His grandson died in 7 days of polio. His granddaughter gets polio in her leg. She doesn't die. Okay? Everybody who's ever trained in New Orleans knows about this story.
Now Ochsner is the first ever National Cancer Institute doctor. I told you he's the anti cancer doctor. So after he does this to his grandchildren, he then turns around and tells the industrial military complex because that's who is developing this, that look, we need to slow our roll down. We need to get this right. We need to fix the problem.
So they casually turn all the science over to a doctor named doctor Bernice Eddy at the NIH. Doctor Eddy does all this work from 51 through 5354. DNA gets discovered, and guess what doctor Eddie finds out? All the original polio vaccines that Salk came up with were all tainted with SV 40, and no one knew it because DNA hadn't been discovered yet. So she tells everybody in the NIH, she tells everybody in the FDA that this has gone on.
And what does the industrial military complex do, my friend? They fucking passed the jab out to 300,000,000 people in the world, and they created the whole epidemic of cancer. And guess what? Did the industrial military complex allow Bernice Eddy to tell this story to anybody? No.
So guess what Bernice Eddy did? She got canceled before Becker, 25 years before that. What did she do? She gave a talk in, I think, it was 1955 at the New York Academy of Sciences. And at the end of the talk, she drops the little nugget that I just dropped to you.
That, oh, by the way, all the polioviruses were are were, contaminated with s v 40. And this is before COVID, but it's also now explains to you why I didn't trust anybody during COVID. When I saw there was two legal definitions, I knew that Pfizer was gonna use the SV 40 promoter, but I had no way to prove it, my friend. None. Speaker 0: The medical landscape is absolutely dominated by COVID vaccine injuries, disabilities, and deaths. And every day, they come pouring in to the clinic 1 by 1 by 1. I do multiple entries in VAERS, vaccine event reporting system, per day. Wow. Remember in Rochester, PA Deborah Conrad, who was fired for doing VAERS entries at, one of the major hospitals in Rochester.
And, you know, I I do it every day. And people have to understand when we do a VAERS report, we are subjecting ourselves to, scrutiny. Because if there's any falsification on these, it's subject to federal fines or imprisonment. This is this is very important. And, you know, more than half of the VAERS entry is on the doctor making the entry.
So I've determined in the case today, I determined I examined a woman who's an executive, woman in her late thirties who suffered Guillain Barre syndrome from COVID 19 vaccinations. Absolutely ruined her life. So, you know, when I make that determination, I am laser, you know, precise on this because I know the consequences are high. None of those other people you mentioned in the health freedom movement have ever told America they've done a VAERS entry, let alone seen and examined someone who's taken the vaccine or suffered vaccine injury, disabilities, and death. So I'm seeing it firsthand.

Speaker 0: Robert Kennedy junior called me one day and said Donald Trump wants me to go to the NIH and bring all of our issues around vaccines straight to the NIH. He said we should probably team up on this because you're really loud and you seem to have a lot of good information. Let's put our information together, and let's work as a team. And so in early 2017, I was sitting at the NIH across from Tony Fauci. Didn't really even know who the guy was at that point.
And Bobby was sitting across from Francis Collins, and we laid out all of the issues we saw with the vaccine program, all of the lack of testing. We said, you know, is it true that you have not done a single safety trial on any of the childhood vaccines? Said what? No. I mean, because honestly, we've looked.
We can't find a single double blind placebo trial of any of the childhood vaccines that are on the market today. Have you ever done that study? And they were kinda quiet, a really long silence. And eventually, Tony Fauci and Francis Collins admitted, we don't do safety trials, placebo trials, because it would be unethical. It would be unethical to test these products that we put into children.
It'd be unethical to give it a safety test. And so, it's never been done. I've been saying it for 8 years, and everyone in the camera, it's never been done. And every one of these news agencies will say, oh, that's misinformation. Show me a double blind placebo trial done prior to licensure on any childhood vaccine.
You can't do it. No. Instead instead, you'll call Paul Offit, who makes money off of vaccines, or Peter Hotez, an expert who makes money off of vaccines that sold this stupid concept to the world. We'll ask the shills to defend their product. So in the end, at the NIH meeting, they said, okay, it'd be unethical to do safety trials.
I said, great. Why don't you just do a comparative study then? If that's unethical, let's not put anyone at risk. You're sitting on a database of 10,000,000 people called the VSD, the Vaccine Safety Data Link. Why don't you guys just do how about this idea?
Take all the unvaccinated people, tens of thousands of them, and then compare them to all the vaccinated people and ask some really simple questions. Who has more cancer? Who has more diabetes? Who has more ADD, ADHD? Who has more autism and Tourette's and lupus and leukemia?

Speaker 0: Last year, I was successful in having the senate inquire into the prospective terms of reference for a royal commission into the government response to COVID nineteen. The inquiry was held and I thank senator Paul Scarr for his even handed treatment of the process and for producing with the Secretariat an excellent report. Outstanding. After hearing and reading testimony from multiple high qual highly qualified witnesses, every one of whom called for a Royal Commission, the committee did in fact recommend a Royal Commission be held. This was their report, 128 pages of honesty, decency and common sense.
Last week, the government provided this response to the inquiry report, 1 and a bit pages. Here's what it says. The government does not support a Royal Commission. The government does not support working with the State Governments on an inquiry. The government does not support the proposed terms of reference.
The government does not support any further public involvement in the inquiry process. How can we have an investigation when the government says it does not support working with the state governments, yet it's got an inquiry underway right now that is that is not considering the state governments? Instead, the Albanese Labor Government will continue with their cover up inquiry comprising 2 bureaucrats and a university academic closely involved in the COVID response. Shame. The government is letting bureaucrats and academics investigate themselves.

And they also want to for people who are called, like, trusted flaggers, that's how it's described in the European law. They want those folks to have access to these platforms as well. And that what they mean by that are these sort of outside quasi governmental agencies who tell these platforms what they can and cannot print about things like vaccine safety. Right?
And then we found out more about that where they're where they're openly talking about censoring true information. So, yeah, we're still finding out a lot of stuff about this, and I think there is more to find, unfortunately, which is which is kind of disturbing. For that, they have people they call trusted partners, who determine for them who are allowed to make determinations about content, or whose whose determinations they will take seriously. So yeah. If you look at the Digital Services Act, it's a lot like the recommendations of the Aspen Institute, and it's got a lot in common with the Restrict Act here in the States. Speaker 0: Exactly what I did with this check data because this check data has a gap between Moderna and Pfizer. And so I minded the gap just like they've been telling me all these years it's finally paid off. This mind the gap thing is finally it's paid off because the gap is consistent no matter what the age range, no matter what date you're injected, and no matter what date you die, there is a 1.3 mortality gap that is Pfizer or sorry that that Moderna is 30% more likely to kill you and that is consistent now. So it can't be the efficacy because it's got more drug. And, Denny Rancourt did a study on various and he found 30% higher mortality if you got, if you got Moderna.
Interesting. And some biological plausibility because you you have higher active ingredient you're gonna have higher kill power and I just discovered today that Pfizer looked at using the same 100 microgram dosage of, active ingredient. But you know why they stopped? They did they backed down and went to 30 micrograms. Why?
Because 100 was too toxic. So everything aligns with this story and the 1.3 number is so amazingly consistent no matter what 5 year age range. We looked at all these 5 year age ranges. We looked at the time series doses 1 through 3. So 1.3, 1.3, 1.3, 1.3, 1.3, 1.3.
It's like this data is is sending a message. The only way in, my only chance is to get it published in a peer review journal and then to get it into the news. I spent 9 months at that stage literally eating, breathing, sleeping, speaking to 2 Pfizer whistleblowers, speaking to eminent scientists in expertise I didn't have around immunology and vaccine development. Of course, I had the, understanding of cardiology, you know, better than anybody in in this particular field, in this particular area. And when I did that research and looked at it, I first of all concluded that there absolutely needs to be a suspension of the vaccine because, what happened by the summer of 2022, and this is actually the the most crucial and important piece of data on its own which should have been enough to suspend it and actually suggest that it probably shouldn't have been rolled out in the first place, is that those trials that were done by Pfizer and Moderna, which led to the all the media reports, 95, 100% effective, you know, the approval by the regulator, the rollout, the coercion, the mandates, they were reanalyzed by some very eminent scientists, including the associate of the BMJ, the one of the world's top epidemiologists.
And they published in the journal Vaccine, which is the premier journal for vaccines. And they were able to get new data that was made available on Health Canada's website and the FDA in America's website. And what they did in their reanalysis of the original high quality clinical trials is they found, Steve, you were more likely to suffer serious harm from taking the vaccine at a rate of 1 in 800, that meant hospitalisation, disability, or a life changing event, then you were to be hospitalized with COVID. And this is during the early phase. Right?
This is during the more the most most lethal strain.

Speaker 0: Yes. Well, absolutely well. They put all age groups together. So on average in all age groups, that's a very good question. But what's missing is that actually, okay, is there a benefit that's greater than harm in certain age groups?
But we can indirectly answer that in a second. So that was the original trial. So on average, it was more harmful than beneficial. Okay? A 1 in 800 harm rate for a vaccine is completely unacceptable in the sense that we have pulled other vaccines in the past for much less harm.
The swine flu vaccine was suspended globally because it was found to cause Guillain Barre syndrome, a debilitating neurological condition in 1 in a 100000 people. Rotavirus vaccine was pulled in 1999 because it was found to cause a form of bowel obstruction in children at 1 in 10000. So you've already got a harm rate of 1 in 800 irrespective of right? So that first and foremost should be a red flag to say hold on this is this is too much.

Speaker 0: The science itself has been under probably a bigger public assault in terms of its validity as a result of the COVID pandemic than I can ever remember in my lifetime, certainly. Is it damaging when everybody on social media suddenly becomes an epidemiologist, wherever it may be, any different types of science you like, or medical expert, whatever. When they when their views get amplified like Terence Howard, if they're completely wrong, they get amplified and shared gazillions of times as this happened here with all of the things that he said. Is it damaging to the integrity of science when that happens? And is that a unique problem with social media amplifying amateur scientific and medical views?
Speaker 1: It's a very interesting question. I I would think that we would begin somewhere else. The greatest damage is when we amplify pseudoscientists who happen to be official pseudoscientists. So when you take a director, of NAIA, National Institute For Allergies and Infectious Disease, and you take that person's contradictory pronouncements and you amplify those, then suddenly everybody has to learn what mRNA is because they're trying to make a decision for their child, and suddenly you've thrust them into advanced biology because you've amplified pseudoscience coming out of the National Institute of Health, or the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, DTRA. The failure and the pseudoscience is coming from inside the house.
The problem is when a Francis Collins and an Anthony Fauci in private emails can turn their dissenting colleagues, fully competent expert, dissident colleagues like Jay Bhattacharya and his colleagues at Harvard and Oxford, and overnight, they become fringe epidemiologists. Right? So more or less, what you're seeing is not a failure of science. What you're seeing is a failure of science to disavow public health. Public health is not science.
Public health is an incredibly bizarre field that tries to straddle 2 worlds of actual truth and the noble lie.

I think with heart attacks and excess deaths, I think it's gonna go on for years because if we've accelerated heart disease from a baseline Mhmm. They were before the vaccine, they were gonna drop dead of a heart attack in 20 years, say a middle aged person, is now maybe having 1 in 5 years or 10 years or even less.

You can do things to at least reduce that risk and that's important. But other things like, for example, 1 of the most eminent oncologists in his field who's also an immunologist and has a rare expertise is Angus Dalglish, professor Emeritus professor from St. George's University in London. He's made it quite clear, and there are now data even coming out from Japan suggesting that certainly there is a clear link with people who had boosters, who had more than 2 doses, immunosuppression, and increased cancer. Right?
So all of this is now coming we need we need complete transparency. We need to look at the raw data of Pfizer. What did they know from the beginning? But we need all these scientists to come together and say, listen. We now know this is these are the problems.
We need who is more vulnerable, who is not vulnerable. Yeah. These are the tests to be done. These are the solutions. Yeah.

Speaker 0: The government regulators have been bought off by big pharma. I think that's what you're saying when you you say that this entanglement has occurred. You you said agency employees are actually getting royalties, getting payments on vaccines and drugs that they approve. Is that true?
Speaker 1: Yes. There's a couple of things happening with FDA. About 50% of FDA's budget comes from, regulated industries, so mainly the pharmaceutical industries. You have agency capture on steroids. The principal objective of FDA today is to serve the mercantile interests of pharmaceutical companies.
For example, the Moderna vaccine, NIH owns half of that vaccine, 50%. So the 1, 000, 000, 000 of dollars of that vaccine makes, half of that goes to NIH, the agency, but there's also individuals, at least 4, and I maybe 6, individuals who work for NIH, who are high level deputies under Anthony Fauci, who get to collect a $150, 000 a year forever, not just for their lives, but their children. As long as that mRNA, technology is on the market, they're gonna be making money from it.

Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yes. I I received my vaccine injury from my 3rd Pfizer shot, which was my booster shot on the 8th January 2020 2. I, started with, pericarditis but the inflammation was much further spread than just in my heart.
It went through to my lung lungs and further to other parts of my body, including my brain, Over a period of about 5 months, I was quite acutely unwell spent multiple trips into hospital, it's been about 6 weeks in hospital overall, trying to recover from just that initial acute acute injury. But since then I am now chronically ill disabled from from the vaccine. I am no longer able to work or drive or do many things that all really affects my whole body. My capacity to think and speak, my ability to walk, my regulatory system is completely disorganized. Yeah, so it's a major catastrophic impact on myself and my family.
Speaker 0: And have you received adequate support from the medical community in terms of your injuries?
Speaker 1: I have had varied levels of support. I was very fortunate. Unlike many peep people, my GP recognized my injury to begin in with, and I am actually grateful to my GP that I am alive because she recognized I had a vaccine injury. But but, I have had interactions across multiple hospitals and with many specialists and not all of those have been as positive. I have only just received some of my medical records back and in some of those records, I've seen that, some of the gas sliding of me that that that has been done to many of the vaccine injured was also done to me me where the doctors who were saying one thing to me me about what they were being quite supportive to me, face to face with in my medical record.
They were writing things about me me suggesting that I was having some kind of psychological event whereas I have got a long list of experts who have looked at my case and have attributed it to the vaccine. So so that that that is very typical for the vaccine injured, particularly women particularly women my age and we make up a large number of the vaccine injured that it is very easy to gaslight us with that that kind of statement. Yeah.

Speaker 1: week. Well, thank you, madam deputy speaker. And can I congratulate my honorable friend, the member for devises, for securing this urgent question, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to update the house? I want to start by making 3 promises. First, the government will only accept the accord and targeted amendments to the international health regulations if they are firmly in the United Kingdom's national interest, and no text has yet been agreed.
We will only accept the accord and amendments by the World Health Assembly and adopt them if they are firmly in the UK's national interest to do so. Secondly, this government will only sign up to measures that respect our national sovereignty. And 3rd, under no circumstances will we allow the WHO to have the power to mandate lockdowns. This will be unthinkable and has never been proposed.
Speaker 0: Can I say how much I appreciate the commitments that the member the the minister has just made? And I want to acknowledge the good work that he has been doing in government and indeed his predecessors ahead of the World Health Assembly that meets next week. And I'm very pleased to hear the commitments that he's just made. My concern, madam mister speaker, is not with the government's position, but with the WHO itself. And I appreciate his point that it's member states leading these proposals.
That's worrying in itself. But we know from the drafts that have been submitted in recent months what the real agenda of the WHO is. They want to have binding powers over national governments to introduce all sorts of restrictive measures on our citizens. They want to be able to direct the health budgets of member states. They want to introduce global digital health passports and other measures.
And this is the organization that aspires, in the words that are still in the draft treaty that we have, to be, and I quote, the directing and coordinating authority on international health work, including pandemic prevention and response. And I appreciate no text has yet been agreed, which is why it's important that we have this debate. But the proposals in the latest draft that was published last month are concerning enough, and they require national governments to agree to a whole series of commitments which will be binding under international law if the UK signs up to them. Surveillance of the health of the population. Commitments on funding both in the UK and abroad.
The, emergency authorization of new vaccines speeded up authorization processes to give, some vaccines to the WHO to distribute, potentially the authorization of national governments to introduce compulsory vaccination of travelers and a very wide discretion given to the director general of the WHO to act on his own initiative. Madam, dear speaker, the government still has the opportunity to oppose the treaty and the regulations as they're currently drafted. We appreciate we we await to see the final text in the coming days. But can I ask the minister to clarify very explicitly from the dispatch box what the government's red lines are? I heard what he said.
Could he go a little further in the detail on what he means? Secondly, will the government oppose any text that abides this or future government in how it responds to health threats? And finally, crucially, will the government comply with CRAG, the requirement to put the treaties to a ratification vote in parliament?
Speaker 1: Well, thank you, madam, devil speaker. And can I thank my honorable friend for the constructive way that he and other parliamentarians have engaged with this subject matter and the challenges it presents? As I said in my opening remarks, no text has, yet been agreed. I set out some of our negotiating red lines. I am happy to confirm from the dispatch box that the current text is not acceptable, to us, and therefore, unless the current text is is changed and refined, we will not be, signing up.
My honorable friend asks about how the treaty will be, ratified if we reached a position which the UK government could agree to. The UK treaty making process means the accord is, of course, negotiated and agreed by the government. Parliament, as you will know, plays an important part in scrutinizing treaties under the CRAD process and determining how international obligations should be reflected domestically. But it's important to remember that because the exact form of the accord has not yet been agreed, the parliamentary and the adoption process will depend on which article of the WHO constitution the accord is adopted under.

Speaker 0: It's absurd for us as elected officials to vote on prescriptions, you know, for different, illnesses. It's absurd. Then let's give of doctors. Why why should we have a doctor, you know, doctors if we have to agree and negotiate in a political parliament, the kind of medical treatment people should take, you know, against against an illness. It's absolutely absurd.
The at that point, I was in a minority, and this group that I kind of represented, we were in a minority. But at the end of the day, the time, unfortunately, I would say, proved us right. And we are where we are right now in the European Union. For example, just to understand the situation right now, countries with the highest vaccination rate have the highest mortality rate. So 5 years before the pandemic, they came up with an average of deaths, and then they compared the average of deaths before the pandemic with the average of deaths per month after the pandemic.
So now in many Western European countries, more people are dying now than they died during the pandemic. Countries with the highest vaccination rate have the highest mortality rate. Countries with the lowest vaccination rate, like like Romania, have the lowest, mortality rate. So how who can explain this? Why does Romania have such a low vaccination rate?
First of all, I I would say the main reason was that people did not trust the government. I mean, we've been through to the regime. And when the government says, well, I have these, you know, wonderful people for you, you take it and you will be saved, like, caution, I would say, from the people. And then I would say that myself and, my partners, political partners from another party from from the Romanian parliament, AUR. What I was doing in the European parliament, they were doing in the euro in the Romanian Parliament.
So we were constantly using, you know, different procedures just to, find out what was going on. They use in the Romanian parliament all the all the loopholes in the rules of procedure just to, postpone the the piece of legislation that was kind of mandating the, the people to be vaccinated. We took it to the streets. Okay? So when people start calling and say, look.
If you vote for this, I will not ever vote for you and for your party anymore. So they realized that, you know, the majority of the population are against it. And, they refused to pass that piece of legislation. So for that reason, we did not have a mandate in Romania, one of the fewest Europe European Union countries that did not have a mandate. So whomever wanted to be vaccinated, they had the option to do it.
I mean, we had, like, 30 some percent of the people being vaccinated in Romania. But the reality right now, the data is showing that the countries with the highest vaccination rate have the highest mortality rate. Countries with the lowest vaccination rate have the size the lowest mortality rate. What was the reaction of fellow EU parliament members to your position? Depends.
Members of the parliament from the Western European countries, they looked at us and they said, you guys are, like, unbelievable. You are against science. You know, you're risking people's lives. Are you telling us that our governments want to kill us? So I remember I talked to someone from Finland.
I mean, for them, and Sweden, for them it's like inconceivable. It was inconceivable that the government could pass something that would jeopardize the life of their own citizens. They haven't been through a totalitarian regime. We've been through that. That's the reason why we were more cautious.
I mean, out of the 4 people that that started the first press conference, myself was from Romania, Eastern Europe. Ivan Cincic was from Croatia, Eastern Europe. Christine Anderson, she was from Germany, but she came from East Germany. And then we have Francesca Donato from Italy who was a former judge. So she knew kind of, you know, she had the proper values, I would say, when it came to, to human rights and stuff.
So we started this, but I have to tell you that now many many of our colleagues are approaching us and telling us that we were right because they have adverse effects. And I told to some of them. I said, you should go public and tell everybody about it. Well, you know, it's gonna look bad. At the European Parliament, you can go to any private, hospital, you know, and get whatever treatment you want.
The European Parliament will pay for it. And I told them, I said, the majority of the people do not have the coverage that you have. So at least use your experience and tell them, you know, especially for women to go and test themselves and stuff.

Speaker 0: Is that what we're seeing, I'm convinced, is the tip of the iceberg. The tip of the iceberg. The biggest published series of myocarditis before the pandemic, across decades decades of accumulating data was 500 cases. In my practice before the pandemic, I had only seen 2 cases of myocarditis and one of them was fatal. Now, there are papers laying at it all in the British medical journal open, 18,000 cases in a single manuscript.
I am seeing dozens and dozens of cases in my practice. I have well more than several 100 cases with myocarditis. That is how common it is. And it's sad to say, I don't have a chance to see all of those who've died of a cardiac arrest. In the Hoelscher paper that I've quoted, the cause of sudden adult death syndrome is very likely to be vaccine induced myocarditis.
And it may be so sufficiently subtle, it couldn't be detected on an MRI even if we got one. Do we have a hint that the vaccines fundamentally alter metabolism of the heart? And it was published by Nakahara and colleagues demonstrating in 700 vaccinated, 300 unvaccinated, uniform abnormal cardiac positron emission tomography scans in the vaccinated. The the myocardium normally prefers free fatty acids as a substrate, it shifts to preferring, a diseased pattern substrate, 18 fluorodeoxyglucose, almost like an ischemic pattern. Maybe there's micro aggregation of red blood cells and some degree of chronic ischemia in patients who've taken the vaccine.
We don't know. All I can tell you is in this study, it's very disturbing. 100% of the cardiac PET scans are abnormal. Obviously, smaller fractions, exhibits symptoms. But I have seen cases evolve and present now 3 years after the vaccine with documented cardiac arrests 3 years after vaccination.
So it appears as if we're seeing just the tip of the iceberg. The US FDA regulations on genetic products say that our window of regulatory concern is at least 5 years, and it may be at least 15 years after the injection. So I think we should, you know, be very sober about this that we're looking at a very long period of time of concern for patients as the public wakes wakes up to this literature is that the messenger RNA is physically in the heart. That's been shown by Crossen and colleagues at Harvard. The spike protein is physically in the heart shown by Bohmier and colleagues, both of them cause inflammation.
Schreckenauer and colleagues have shown the messenger RNA is directly toxic to the cardiomyocytes as doctor Milhone has indicated. So this is clear. It's it's absolutely proven that messenger RNA and its product, the spike protein, cause myocarditis. It's my inference that all messenger RNA products are likely to cause myocarditis. The heart seems to be a target for messenger RNA, nonspecifically, probably because of myocardial blood flow, and other features.

So what they found is that there was a particular, on female reproductive health and female cancer insurance billing codes. They found that menstrual disorders, codes trend had trended down from 2015 to 2019. And that post 2021, the billing data for these insurers showed a massive bump upwards for fertility problems. There was a total of $577,000,000,000 taxpayer dollars spent on COVID response by federal and state governments. Speaker 0: Meanwhile, global research had been detecting risks associated with COVID 19 mRNA vaccines. Data continued to surface on adverse events, including myocarditis, acute cardiac injuries, Bell's palsy, encephalitis, and other blood clotting events. Even the FDA themselves identified safety signals among seniors following COVID 19 vaccine administration. To this day, this evidence is largely ignored and often smeared as hysteria or myths. Americans are not pharmaceutical guinea pigs.
Based on years of evidence across the world and lack of transparency from the FDA and CDC, I called for a halt to the use of mRNA COVID 19 vaccines earlier this year. In 2022, governor DeSantis petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for a statewide grand jury to investigate crimes committed against Floridians related to COVID 19. This year, the first interim report of these findings revealed exactly what we are here today to discuss. They concluded that mask mandates and lockdowns did more harm than good, resulting in depression, excuse me, substance abuse, and suicidal behavior. The jury also found that higher excess mortality occurred in lockdown areas, and that CDC COVID 19 hospitalization data were likely inflated due to financial incentives that impacted reporting.
Unfortunately, the WHO is in the process of drafting a pandemic treaty. This treaty would expand the power, their power, in response to a pandemic. And this would have pernicious implications for the sovereignty of the United States and our citizens here. Under the leadership of governor DeSantis, Florida has always been a leader in protecting personal freedoms. I'm honored to be here today to discuss these issues.

And I'm afraid that title is really quite self explanatory. The Japanese researchers are strongly suspecting and give good evidence for increased instance of several types of cancer especially after the 3rd booster dose of vaccine. Now, let's get straight down to the detail on this and you can decide if you want to watch the rest of the video. I'm just gonna read you a few of the main points out here.
This is from the conclusion of the study actually. It says there's a statistically significant increase in age adjusted mortality rates of all cancer and some specific types of cancer namely ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, liporal pharyngeal cancers, pancreatic, and breast cancers were observed in 2022 after 2 thirds of the Japanese population had received the 3rd or later doses of SARS coronavirus 2, messenger RNA, lipid, nanoparticle, vaccines. Now I'll just leave you with these graphs, that was breast cancer, that was pancreatic cancer, that was lip or pharyngeal, that was prostate, leukemia, ovarian, and excess mortality altogether.
