The City of York Human Relations Commission has falsely labeled me as violent for exposing concerning statements made by local teachers. I will be addressing this with my lawyer. I highlighted Billie Jean Miller, a guidance counselor who claimed not all killers are mentally ill, and Susan Binder, who expressed indifference towards a shooting victim. I also called out Craig Copas, an art teacher who shared a video glorifying revenge. These individuals are influencing our children, and I urge others to take action.

'Happened to him.' The speaker contends that 'you know, sometimes revenge at dispatch are cold.' They express that they hate to to celebrate someone's death, but argue that when you talk about guns rights and you talk about how much the second amendment matters to you and then it impacts you, like, what do you expect? 'Blade.' The remarks imply a connection between staunch gun-rights advocacy and personal consequences, suggesting that the outcomes of gun-rights beliefs are tangible for the individual. The tone blends resignation about violence with a belief that ideological commitments influence real-world events, encapsulated by the question 'what do you expect?' and the final sign-off 'Blade.'

Elon, please reach out. I'm grateful for your efforts, especially with X and in Pennsylvania. I believe forming a new party could harm Republicans by splitting votes, leading to Democratic majorities. The Libertarian and Green parties have struggled for years to gain traction. I’m committed to supporting candidates who align with President Trump’s agenda and want to build a populist Republican Party focused on America First. I also shared my cell number with you. Additionally, I presented on voter registration in Harrisburg, and we’re making strides in Pennsylvania.

@ScottPresler - ThePersistence

Elon, please call me. From purchasing Twitter & creating X, to all of the work you did in Pennsylvania, I’m beyond thankful for you. Creating another party — especially one that harkens love for America — will only take votes away from Republicans. This will lead to democrat majorities in the House, Senate, & White House. The impact will be undoing anything we will be able to accomplish in the next 4 years. Furthermore, look at the libertarian & green parties. They have been working for years & still don’t have complete ballot access. Even with a lot of funding, it takes time & several elections to even have a seat at the table. I promise to help primary & defeat Republicans that don’t codify President Trump’s agenda. The way forward is creating a populist Republican Party centered on an America First agenda. I direct messaged you my cell phone. Help us 1) Remove inactive voters from the voter rolls 2) Bring voter ID to all 50 states 3) End Ranked Choice Voting 4) End automatic vote by mail 5) Return in-person voting to Oregon 6) End jungle primaries 7) Bring party voter registration to states that don’t have it i.e. GA, MI, TX, WI 8) Close primaries to make it more difficult for democrats to choose our nominees

Today, I learned about a troubling issue in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, where Republican voters received mail-in ballots dated for 2024 but from last year's presidential primary. This mistake seems to be affecting only Republicans, raising concerns about the integrity of the elections office. I’m calling for a full investigation by the Department of State and Attorney General Dave Sunday. Additionally, Democrat Commissioner Bill Gaughan's comments about conservatives being "ignorant" and his claims of a "top-notch" elections office seem contradictory given this error.

@ScottPresler - ThePersistence

‼️PROBLEM IN PENNSYLVANIA‼️ CC: Scranton, PA Today, a Republican voter received his mail-in ballot for Lackawanna County. There’s only one problem: the ballot is dated 2024 & is from LAST year’s presidential primary. We’ve heard from several other Republican voters that they also received a ballot from LAST year. How many voters received the wrong ballot? Why is this only happening to Republicans? How did no one from the Lackawanna County Board of Elections catch this mistake? It’s worth noting that this is a blue county, where we recently flipped congressional district PA08 from 🟦🔜🟥. Democrat Commissioner Bill Gaughan is also on record calling conservatives “ignorant” & “stupid.” Lackawanna is the same county where employee Rick Notari celebrated the assassination attempt on President Trump’s life. This is a county with a history of discrimination against Republicans. I’m calling for a full investigation by the Dept. of State, as well as Attorney General Dave Sunday. I’ve reported this to the proper authorities. Thank you to @PreamboS for bringing this to our attention. I hope this inspires even more Republicans to vote in the May 20th Pennsylvania primary.

@ScottPresler - ThePersistence

Democrat Commissioner Bill Gaughan not only said that conservatives are “ignorant” & “stupid,” but he falsely claimed their elections office is “top-notch.” Top-notch elections offices do NOT make the mistake of sending out ballots dated from LAST year. https://t.co/YfPSzOaPUs

And if you vote no to them, you'll kick three of them off the bench. They allowed our businesses to be shut down during 2020, they allowed mail in ballots to come after the election day in the twenty twenty election, so these are people that are kind of ruling against liberty and ruling against keeping us open. In 2018, Democrats took control of the House and impeached President Trump in 2019, hindering his agenda. While I'm grateful for Trump's re-election, I see a risk of history repeating itself. Republicans must stay focused on voting and winning elections to avoid losing the House in 2026, which could lead to another impeachment. I worry about voter turnout in off-year elections and the possibility of Trump only having two years to govern. I urge voters in Lancaster County, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia to support Republican candidates this election season.

@ScottPresler - ThePersistence

We Need To Have A Talk In 2018, democrats took control of the House. Then, immediately in 2019, they impeached President Trump. Without the House, Trump couldn’t legislate & his agenda was thwarted. I’m grateful that we re-elected President Trump, but I see history repeating itself. Understandably, Republicans are celebrating. However, unless we remain focused on getting out the vote & winning elections, it’s a very real possibility that Republicans lose the House in 2026. If that happens, democrats will impeach President Trump — again. All of your dreams for legislative victories will be dashed to pieces. I fear that Republicans are going to stay home. I fear that Republicans aren’t going to take off-year elections seriously. Most importantly, I worry that President Trump will only have 2 years to govern — not 4. Lancaster County, PA, I ask for your vote for Josh Parsons on March 25th. Wisconsin, I ask for your vote for Brad Schimel on April 1st. Pennsylvania, I ask you to vote ❌NO to retention to 3 democrat Supreme Court Justices this November. New Jersey, I ask for your vote for a Republican governor this November. Virginia, I ask for your vote for a Republican governor this November. We won the battle, but it will take constant vigilance to win the war.

I want to highlight a serious case of voter fraud involving three officials from Millbourne, Pennsylvania, who were federally charged for illegally adding voters to the rolls in 2021. Council Vice President Md Nurul Hasan, Council member Md Munsur Ali, and former Council member Md Rafikul Islam conspired to change the addresses of non-residents to enable fraudulent voting. Despite losing a write-in campaign, Hasan was re-elected in 2023. This situation underscores the need for vigilance against voter fraud and calls for legislative action, including voter ID requirements.

@ScottPresler - ThePersistence

‼️Pennsylvania Democrat Voter Fraud‼️ 👉EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS👈 3 Millbourne (Delaware County, PA) officials have been *federally* charged w/ illegally adding voters to the rolls in 2021 to win their elections: ▪️ Council Vice President Md Nurul Hasan ▪️ Council member Md Munsur “Mithu” Ali ▪️ Former Council member Md Rafikul “Jibon” Islam Millbourne only has approximately 1,200 residents & is mostly registered *democrat* — whoever wins a primary usually wins in November. Hasan ran in the democrat primary for mayor, lost, & then conspired w/ Ali & Islam to do a write-in campaign. HERE’S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING Between October 5th & October 18th, Hasan used the PAOVR (Pennsylvania Secretary of State online voter registration website) to change 16 voters. Voters, who did not live in Millbourne — & who had been previously registered in locations outside of Millbourne — had their addresses changed using the PAOVR website. “The website can also be used to request a mail-in ballot, which can be sent to any address in the world.” Hasan provided one of four different email addresses on these voter registration changes, including emails controlled by Ali & Islam. The mail-in ballots were sent to addresses that Hasan, Ali, & Islam could access. Then, after receiving the mail-in ballot, the 3 would write-in Hasan for mayor, seal the envelope, & either forge the signature or have the voter sign in. While ultimately losing the write-in campaign in 2021, Hasan was re-elected to borough council in 2023. In total, Hasan, Ali, & Islam falsely registered nearly three dozen non-Millbourne residents & cast ballots for them. 👉PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR👈 We are falsely told that voter fraud doesn’t exist. We are gaslit by the democrats to believe that no mail-in ballots are used fraudulently. ▪️Share this story w/ your state legislators in the Pennsylvania General Assembly ▪️Share this story w/ your county commissioners, as well as your county Boards of Elections ▪️Respectfully, sternly, & peacefully also let these bodies know that if anyone cheats in future elections, they will be caught & prosecuted ▪️Ask your legislators to sponsor legislation for voter ID ▪️Make a plan to vote ❌NO to retention this November for democrat Justices Wecht, Donohue, & Dougherty

Here’s the hit piece CNN did on me. How is registering voters “controversial”? I must be doing something right. https://t.co/GC4Pc4WlFn

Video Transcript AI Summary
Scott Pressler, a controversial conservative activist, played a crucial role in Donald Trump's victory in Pennsylvania by targeting specific groups like the Amish, frat guys, and hunters through his PAC, Early Vote Action. He emphasized the appeal of mail-in ballots to the Amish, highlighting their privacy. Pressler gained attention for his activism, including his presence at the Capitol on January 6th and his involvement in election controversies. He celebrated the success of flipping Bucks County to a Republican majority, asserting that they won fairly. Pressler's political approach has evolved from social issues to focusing on voter registration and mobilization. He maintains connections with figures like Laura Trump and Elon Musk, while building a dedicated following.

Speaker 0: Tonight, quote, the Amish delivered. Those are the words of a man few people know, but a man who was key to Donald Trump's win in Pennsylvania. The controversial conservative activist, Scott Pressler, who's involved in the group Gays for Trump, a vocal election denier, goes by the Twitter handle, The Persistence. He helped deliver that all important must win state for Trump in large part by focusing on, as he says, the Amish, frat guys, and hunters, among other groups. And Pressler, as our Ellie Reeve reports, is just getting started. Speaker 1: Everybody, just big smile and look cute. Okay. Yeah. Speaker 2: Cheese. Cheese. Scott Pressler is the kind of political figure only possible in the Trump era, going from social media influencer to actual proximity to power. Speaker 3: Scott. Scott. Scott. Speaker 2: Pressler is taking credit for turning Pennsylvania red. He created a PAC, early vote action, to register voters and targeted the Amish, frat guys, hunters, and other groups. His PAC got a $1,000,000 donation from Elon Musk. So walk us through how Speaker 1: you do it. When I tell the Amish that they can vote a private secret ballot that is mailed to their house and they don't have to have their buggies seen going to a polling location, they love the mail in ballot. Speaker 4: But a lot of people sort of come up as social media influencers, and then they fizzle out. And you actually, you know, took the opportunity and started doing something quantifiable. Speaker 2: He was at the capitol on January 6th and at Trump's return to the scene of his near assassination in Butler. Speaker 3: President Trump took a bullet for us. Speaker 2: Last week, Pressler was in Bucks County, Pennsylvania because of a controversy over what ballots would be counted in the senate recount. A frustrated county commissioner had said some misstated and unsigned ballots would be counted despite the rules. Speaker 5: If I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it. Speaker 2: This went very viral in part because of Pressler. She apologized at the next meeting. Speaker 5: The passion in my heart got the best of me, and I apologize again for that. I made a mistake. Speaker 2: But by then, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had ruled those ballots wouldn't be counted. Pressler and his fans had won, yet they turned out anyway, and the room had a kind of intense vibe. Speaker 6: Do you Speaker 2: think the 2020 election was stolen? Speaker 6: This definitely was stolen. Speaker 2: Okay. So can you explain something to me? Why if they can steal an election, why would they steal it once but not this year? Speaker 6: Because people were onto them. The divisions and the Democrats made it very hard for them to try and steal it again. Speaker 3: Thank you to every single patriot that showed up today. You're rich. Speaker 1: I think what you heard today is the frustration of people that have been told they are election deniers. And here we have a sitting commissioner that's an election denier, and we have, currently sitting senator Bob Casey that is also an election denier. And it's almost karmic. And, yes, that's why in part we were here to take a victory lap. We won, and we did it fair and square. Speaker 2: If we take that commissioner's words in the worst possible light, let's say she truly meant rules don't apply and she could count ballots that shouldn't be counted. She still failed to steal the election. Right? Like, you guys still won Pennsylvania and Bucks County. So help me reconcile that with the with your past with the stop the steal movement in 2020. Like, why could it have been stolen once but not a second time? Speaker 1: Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. If we let them get away with doing this now, they'll do it in 2026. They'll do it in 2028. This was us peacefully putting our feet down and saying, no. Enough is enough, and we're not going to allow you to do illegal and unlawful actions. Speaker 2: And we're Speaker 1: gonna hold you accountable. Speaker 2: Ready? 1, 2, 3. Speaker 1: Cheese. Come. Speaker 2: I noticed that when you urge people to action, you often include the, word Peacefully. Is that to avoid another Jan 6 type incident? Speaker 1: With all due respect, it's to avoid people like you guys saying that I'm anything but. My motto is to just be super cute, have my data and facts, treat everyone with love and respect, and as you can see, an army of people will follow. Speaker 2: And it was a small army, which included followers of a Korean church led by rapper King Bullet Head. Speaker 4: Fight my fight. Speaker 2: So when you're up there speaking, it almost seemed like you're taking a bit of a victory lap for turning Pennsylvania and this county red. Speaker 1: Absolutely. A lot of people questioned our voter registration. They said, Scott, you know, flipping Bucks County to a plurality of registered Republicans, that's not gonna translate into results. And and, yes, a little bit of the victory lap was here to say that for the first time since 1988, we flipped this county and have voted for president Trump. It's kind of, you know, saying to people, no. We're we're the real deal. Speaker 2: Pressler first got attention in 2017 when he worked for an anti Muslim group and organized marches against Sharia despite there being no Sharia law in America. He was also involved with Gays for Trump. You described yourself as a a data guy. Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 2: But early in your career, you were more of kind of like a social issues culture war guy, like Gays for Trump or, act for America. Can you tell me about that shift in your career? Speaker 1: I, have grown in how I approach politics. I see my work in my evolution in politics as the latest foundation, and now I am meticulously building on that and esoteric understanding of how politics is going to win elections. Focusing on demographic groups, get them registered, get them mobilized, get them out to vote. Speaker 2: Twice, RNC officials have indicated they would hire him, but it hasn't worked out. Still, he's built a loyal fan base. Have you spoken to president Trump since the election? Speaker 1: I've spoken to Laura Trump. Speaker 2: What'd she say? Speaker 1: Our conversations out of respect to her and the Trump family are private, but she was congratulatory. Speaker 2: And what about Elon Musk? Speaker 1: I think he's a wonderful human being. Speaker 2: Have you talked to him since the election? Speaker 1: We've we've messaged. Nothing consequential. Speaker 4: Don't see the miracle. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

VICTORY! Disgraced Bob Casey has officially conceded in Pennsylvania. Congratulations to Senator-Elect Dave McCormick! We won’t forget that democrat Bucks County commissioners tried to steal this election. We’re still coming for your seats. https://t.co/eDQzsWKIjr

I called Dave McCormick to congratulate him on his election to the U.S. Senate, marking a close race decided by less than a quarter of a point. I appreciate the efforts of thousands who ensured every eligible vote was counted, including election officials across all counties. Our organization mobilized 350 staff and over 1,000 volunteers to assist voters with ballot issues, ensuring their voices were heard. Thanks to our legal work, nearly 1,000 eligible voters in Philadelphia will have their votes counted. I am grateful for the support of my family, campaign team, and Senate staff throughout my 28 years in public service. I have always fought for the people of Pennsylvania, guided by the belief that public service is a trust accepted in honor. Thank you for the privilege of serving you.

Speaker 0: I just called Dave McCormick to congratulate him on his election to represent Pennsylvania in the United States Senate. As the first count of ballots is completed, Pennsylvanians can move forward with the knowledge that their voices were heard, whether their vote was the first to be counted or the last. This race was one of the closest in our Commonwealth's history, decided by less than a quarter of a point. I'm grateful to the thousands of people who worked to make sure that every eligible vote cast could be counted, including election officials in all 67 counties. When a Pennsylvanian takes the time to cast a legal vote, often waiting in long lines and taking time away from their work and family, they deserve to know that their vote will count. That's democracy. I'm proud of the work we've done since Election Day to enfranchise voters across the state, matter whom they voted for, and to ensure that the democratic process could unfold. In just a few days, we built an organization of 350 staff across the state, joined by more than a 1000 volunteers who helped more than 6000 Pennsylvania voters make a plan to fix small issues with their ballot so their vote would be counted. From the 100 year old woman in Butler County who voted in every election since she was eligible, to the 19 year old in Montgomery County who cast her ballot for the very first time, we made sure those voices were heard. And we stood up against efforts to silence and disenfranchise voters in every corner of the Commonwealth. Thanks to our work in the courts, nearly a 1000 eligible voters in Philadelphia will have their votes counted, despite efforts to throw them out. This work mattered and I'm grateful to the many people who helped with this effort. As you know, no public official serves alone, and I've been blessed by the love and support of my wife Therese and our daughters Elise, Caroline, Julia and Marina all these years. I especially want to thank my campaign manager, Tiernan Donahue, our campaign staff and our supporters for all the work they did to help my 2024 campaign, and all those who worked on and supported my previous campaigns over the years. I also want to thank my current Senate staff, led by my Chief of Staff, Kristen Gentile, for their exemplary public service to the people of our Commonwealth and all the previous staff who served with me dating back to 2007. But most of all, I want to thank the people of Pennsylvania for granting me the privilege of serving them for 28 consecutive years in public office as Auditor General, State Treasurer and United States Senator. Every day I served in public office, I fought for Pennsylvania workers, our children, seniors, people with disabilities and our veterans. During that time, I've been guided by an inscription on the finance building in Harrisburg, all public service is a trust given in faith and accepted in honor. Thank you for the trust you've placed in me for all these years. It's been the honor of my lifetime.

I’m urging District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce to investigate the numerous voter registration applications submitted on October 21st to the Luzerne Bureau of Elections. Lancaster County recently uncovered a fraudulent operation involving 2,500 applications, many submitted just before the deadline. Notably, most applications submitted by Beth McBride were dated back to June. I want to know how many applications were submitted in Luzerne, if they’ve been processed, if any are fraudulent, and whether there’s any connection to Lancaster. I encourage everyone to contact the DA for an investigation.

District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce, Are you going to investigate the numerous voter registration applications turned in on Monday, October 21st, to the Luzerne Bureau of Elections? Lancaster County uncovered a voter registration fraud operation (2,500 applications that were turned in on or right before the deadline & the majority were fraudulent) connected to an organization that began canvassing in June. ‼️According the Manager Ramilda Crocamo, most of the numerous applications turned in by Beth McBride on October 21st were dated back to June. (Why did she wait until the last day to return these forms?)‼️ ➡️ How many applications were turned in to the Luzerne Bureau? ➡️ Have those been processed? If they have, were any of them fraudulent? ➡️ Are these applications linked in any way to Lancaster? I encourage everyone in Luzerne County to reach out to DA Sanguedolce & peacefully demand he investigate. *Luzerne County ran out of paper on Election Day in 2022 — Beth McBride was the acting Director of Elections at the time

The FBI is investigating this matter, which seems to be an attempt to sow distrust in mail-in ballots among Republicans in a key Pennsylvania county. In Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, ballots were thrown into dumpsters in 2020, and in 2022, polling locations ran out of paper, disenfranchising voters, resulting in a settlement payout to affected voters. In 2024, there is a confirmed backlog of 1,000 unprocessed voter registrations and a shortage of mail-in ballot requests. Voters may not receive and return their mail-in ballots by the November 5th deadline. Additionally, a Republican candidate's name was misspelled on over 6,000 ballots, which were then canceled and replaced, raising concerns about voter awareness and the receipt of multiple ballots by some individuals. A lawsuit will be filed against Luzerne County, the Luzerne County Bureau of Elections, and the Luzerne County Board of Elections, alleging 14th Amendment rights violations and voter disenfranchisement. There are 22,000 unregistered and more than 5,000 unregistered mail-in ballots.

Speaker 0: Mhmm. You're welcome. Thank you. Okay. Sorry about that. Go right ahead. Good afternoon. Scott Pressler, Jenkins Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. In 2020, ballots were thrown into dumpsters in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. In 2022, polling locations ran out of paper disenfranchising voters. And in fact, a settlement was just done with Luzerne County paying out to voters that were in fact disenfranchised. Now here we are in 2024, and we have a backlog still that we have confirmed of 1,000 of unprocessed voter registrations. And we have also heard that we do not have the number of mail in ballot requests. I wanna be clear. This is not a left or a right issue. There are people who expect and demand that their mail in ballots to be sent to them. If these mail in ballots are waiting until 29th, which will be sent out perhaps into November, these voters may not have their mail in ballots returned in time by 8 pm on November 5th. That is dangerous to our constitutional republic, and it is disenfranchising the voters that this board represents. On top of that, we have a candidate, a Republican candidate, whose name was misspelled this year on over 6,000 ballots. Those ballots were canceled by some voters that have already voted. They were sent another ballot. Do these voters all know that their voices have been canceled? Do they know that they have to turn in a secondary ballot? And why are some of these voters receiving more than one ballot? I don't wanna have to do this, but here today, I stand before you with a complaint in my hands. I intend to file a lawsuit against Luzerne County, the Luzerne County Bureau of Elections, and the Luzerne County Board of Elections, all three entities. The 4th the 14th amendment right is guaranteed for all. And in Luzerne County, our people are being disenfranchised. They have the right to vote. They have the right to vote either in person on election day or in person on demand mail in ballots at the Luzerne County Board of Election Office or by mail. Voters have been disenfranchised in this county repeatedly year after year after year. And still, we're not hiring more staff in this county. And and we're hearing from this board the the offer of having more help. And I just I would I welcome our our manager here in Luzerne County. I hope that you guys are gonna take up that offer. 22,000 unregistered, more than 5,000 unregistered MIB. I care about the people of Luzerne. I care about the people of Pennsylvania. Thank you for the opportunity to speak today. Thank you.
