Speaker 0: China has been pursuing laser weapons development for over 6 decades with particular attention going into anti satellite capabilities. According to the Financial Times, China has been building the capability to seize control of a satellite, rendering it ineffective to support communications, weapons, For intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance systems. According to the US government, China is practicing to take away its huge Advancing satellite technology by damaging or hijacking military satellites to deny them in wartime. This is understandable as neutralizing or hijacking enemy satellites would have massive strategic consequences in wartime. China is already in possession of ground based laser systems with wildly varying degrees of power.
Some able to strike targets in space. These weapons reside in anti satellite laser facilities spread across China. 3 of these facilities have been discovered, and the 1 in the Korla East Test Site in the Xinjiang province was caught red handed in some seemingly shady act. 2 anti satellite laser weapons in the facility were found To be unusually active when foreign satellites were overhead, a sign that China could be using laser weapons to electronically probe them. With 1 in 3 satellites in space belonging to the US, this is quite significant.
In addition to the ground based laser weapons, China has developed another directed energy weapon, one that could jam or destroy satellites in space using a 5 megawatt wave burst. Another interesting capability of the DM SHORAD is its level of intelligence. The Self Protect High Energy Laser Demonstrator Program or SHIELD for short is delivering a laser weapon that can be fitted On fighter jets. According to the acting director of AFRL's directed energy directorate, Kent Wood, Lance and its sister subsystems Represent the most compact and capable laser weapon technologies ever delivered to the service. According to Tyler Griffin, a Lockheed executive, LAANC is the Smallest, lightest, high energy laser of its power class that Lockheed Martin has built to date. An interesting weapon, no doubt. The world awaits its unveiling and official specifications.
Navy, ship based. The US Navy is installing laser weapons on 9 destroyers destroyers to evaluate the usefulness of lasers in sea based warfare. The headliner of these weapons is the high energy laser and integrated optical dazzler with surveillance or Helios. Helios is a 60 to 120 kilowatt high energy laser weapon developed by industry leader Lockheed Martin, whose 40 year experience in directed energy hadn't gone unnoticed by the Navy either. Helios' development contract amounting to 100 $50,000,000 was issued in 2018.
And by 2022, the weapon was ready for installation, testing and trials. Helios would counter targets from over 5 miles away and scorch them to disable core components and put them out of service. It then triples as a tool to support long range intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance by having Its sensors become part of the Navy's most advanced surface combat system, Aegis.

Alright, everybody. So, I was in California around 2015, and, there was an unusual fire. I literally had to evacuate the Paradise Fire From Sacramento, California. I left because I no matter how much I slept, I was tired even though I was staying indoors. And Sacramento is only, you know, like, 60, 70 miles from Paradise.
So this is the the heat map as far as where the fire started and the time it started. I'm gonna note over the parts that were interesting. The most part It's there's this section right here. Everybody keeps on talking about directed energy weapons. And, a lot of people in Paradise, California believe there is some sort of unusual what energy weapon that was used in the area.
So what I did was I superimposed this this, national park map over a Google Maps map. And this is kind of what it looks like now. I'm not sure how recent these satellite images are. But this area, as you see, lines up with the Quites River And and and Olympic area. As I transition that over, you can see there's some unusual scarring here area where that fire actually started.
So I zoomed in more on Google Maps which I will in a second here. I'll show you in Google Google Maps, how how this looks in real time. So this is that area I was talking about on Google Maps. Again, from the map I showed you earlier, This area was the hottest or the beginning of the fire start. I mean, this fire spread really fast.
So how does this area look now after the after this incident happened? If we look in and zoom in here, the scarring, there could be some scarring you could interpret here if there was an energy weapon. I'm going to zoom in even more as much as I can. And there is a line map here that is kind of Going like this, you can see that these these colors right here. This is this is kind of a weird pattern, in my humble opinion.
But then again, I'm not an analyst as far as, as far as scorched earth or whatnot. So as you can see there, we zoom in here and we see these patterns here. So the next question I was asking was was what is the size of this area? And how does the size compare to something That potentially could have happened in, in Maui. So if we just measure this this mark here, I'm going to measure the diameter first.
And I just clicked on Google Maps how to measure it. So let's just say this this thing was about this wide here. Whatever this this incident was, this is roughly. It's not perfect obviously. So if we zoom in here right now, this is about 1353 feet.
And this the SCAR, obviously, Assuming it is an energy weapon, which I don't know. But I'll let you figure that out. The scarring goes from here about here to here. So it's about 1300 feet wide. And it's about maybe 4,005 45 100 feet long, at least at least from the map I was looking at, with that red mark that initially the initial fire started near Bob Creek along the Equites River in Paradise, California area.
Again, this is called the Paradise Fire basically. So now we're going to look at Maui. And I've been here before. Maui is a beautiful place. My sympathy goes out to the to the people who have lost friends and family there.
My prayers are going out to you. And, I hope the island comes together and everybody comes together to help you guys get back on your feet and, And you'll from this this terrible disaster that happened. But, as I zoom in here, I'll go into the, the size of the area. I'm going to switch this to satellite mode. The fire was here.
And I'm gonna go back into the satellite mode. And I'm gonna select measure. And I'm gonna I'm gonna measure the The distance about in this area to see if this is about the same size. So let's just say it looked like from the what I was studying that this area was the one that was hit. And, if we look at the distance, it looks like it started around here.
This is what I'm getting from the best information I can. So if we measure just just the measuring from it. If it goes from, say for example, I'll zoom in a little better. This area here to this area here, That's about 1,421 feet. So, that's about the same width of something that could if the same thing was attacking it.
Assuming again, I'm not making any claims that this was a directed energy weapon. I'm just trying to figure out if if it has the same footprint. And here's another distance here. I'll clear these markers out here. And, I'm going to turn off the, actually I'm just going to measure this distance.
It looked like it hit from about here to here. This is what I'm guessing. That's about a 1 1 mile. Between here and here, if we if we clear these off, it looks like it's another, so I can clear this this one off. Just this distance right here, that's about 3,700 feet or whatever.
So if The Paradise Fire was a potential directed energy weapon. And this Maui, Lahaina Was a directed energy weapon? The chances are that it's the same footprint, the same, the same distance and diameter of damage basically. So I'm going to show you some of the videos that that have been uploaded to Twitter from from this this this mess. So this is another video that was uploaded as far as close-up damages.
And if you look at this, It looks like some of them could be steel girders. Right here. To me, this looks like steel. These things right here. These look like steel.
These look like steel beams right here. What is the temperature to melt steel? It's around 2,000 500 degrees. To bend it, maybe less. I'm not really sure.
But, temperature's around 2,000 something degrees. And, again it looks like steel was was bent here somehow. And Wildfires burn at around 1500 degrees at the Fahrenheit at at the at the most. And again, I'm going to change my pin over here. Steel damage here.
Whether the weight of the building would collapse from steel, I don't think that's the case. Something, a tremendous amount of energy, it looks like, I hit this thing here or this area. As we as I move the video forward, another very unusual thing is this right here. The dog. I'll zoom in on the dog.
This poor dog. The dog, normally dogs are pretty resilient. If there's an emergency or fire, they're going to run away from it. Or they'll fall people. The scary part about this is it looks like this dog was burnt in place.
It looks like he got burnt to a crisp really quickly. And, again, it's it's really unusual that The dog wouldn't be able to get away from a fire. And, even if the dog got smoke inhalation, It looks like this pose here is just really really unusual how it it's like he just got stuck in his tracks or something and Burnt. So this is what's what's really suspicious is this, the position of the dog. It's not like he was hiding and and gasping for air.
Normally dogs when they get injured or they'll they'll try to go home or whatever or try to have their their owners help them. But this happened so quickly that Whatever hit him, hit happened happened to him so quickly that he didn't have time. He didn't have a chance. Again, here's a close-up of the dog. I'm sorry.
I'm showing this. This poor dog. So, here he is Just stuck in a pose. And again, more destruction there. So if this was a, directed energy weapon, it would need some sort of launching platforms such as space or whatnot.
And are there satellites or whatnot that could potentially potentially cause, do they have the geo, a non geosynchronous orbit or something like that that can pass over certain areas such as California or or Hawaii area. So this is you track all the satellites online. I mean, this is just a random one I picked with something that's flying over Hawaii. That doesn't mean that I'm thinking this is a, a satellite that's that's, going over. But the all the satellites should be publicly Logged obviously through GPS data.
You could go to, the satellite area and see if The satellite website and see the the orbits. I can't go through historical orbits on it. I can't see what were the orders were 30 days ago. I wish there was that feature. If somebody knows, please ping me about that if you get track to orbits.
But if it was a a launch platform From space, which is a possibility if if it was a directed energy, it'd probably have some sort of satellite orbit. It would be hard to cover up. My heart and prayer goes out to the people in in Maui. I'm so sorry this happened to everybody there. Please, everybody watching this video, help them out as much as you can if you're area.
