And these election records are created automatically out of out of hand there. Absentee ballots are out of scope for this particular rule. So, what's the problem and what's the solution? This is going to be very simple, like ballot images, CASCO records and audit logs on the card, election record retention law. And, I know election record retention law. And, I know that claim came up on another case yesterday, and I I think I agree with it was remember, because I always said that she did not agree, and I think she was she is right. I think that was overstated yesterday, but I'm gonna show you the clear plain text of the law today. And so their proposed solution is simply to modify the rule to comply with the clear plain text of federal and state election record retention law.
