5G just rolled out in Europe, China, and North America. Microwave radiation cripples innate immunity and increases inflammation. It's the perfect fuel for a viral pandemic. We have to stop it. 5G: Fueling the Corona Virus https://buff.ly/3acJe9P

Almost two years ago, @RobertKennedyJr re-posted a video of me speaking out at a medical freedom event. That video was seen by millions of people - then pulled off of YouTube as "misinformation." Everything I said was 100% correct. https://www.bitchute.com/video/GavtRkDZVZmD/

Today is my first day using DMSO personally. I am combining it with chlorine dioxide. So far, I feel great, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to feel. I'm trying DMSO because @MidwesternDoc keeps writing about it and I had always thought that MSM would...

give me the same results. I am now wondering if DMSO has its own effects, based on a comment he made to me on one of his articles. I'll be recommending DMSO to patients in the coming weeks and months, and will be sure to tell the world what we find in terms of...

1. How it compares to MSM 2. Any adverse reactions we observe 3. Any positive outcomes we are able to achieve that had eluded us before Thanks to @MidwesternDoc for getting me to take a look at this and expand what I'm doing in my practice! Being willing and able to...

Fluoridation of water is absurd. And municipal water slowly poisons millions of Americans every day. Here's how (and why you should avoid tap water at all costs): Let's start with fluoride... There are plenty of other elements we could add that would have beneficial effects. For example: Higher levels of magnesium, calcium, and potassium protect us from many diseases... Including heart disease, the number one killer in America today. We also know that the higher the level of lithium in your drinking water, the lower your risk of death by suicide. All of these minerals are safe and have no side effects in trace quantities, yet we don't add them to our water. And public health experts still refuse to accept that water fluoridation is a mistake. They refuse to reconsider the science, despite an abundance of evidence contrary to their dogma. While they staunchly defend fluoridation... They completely ignore dangerous contaminants that aren't filtered out by our water treatment systems: • Lead • Fluoride • Nitrates • Bromate • Chlorine • Cadmium • Aluminum • Giardiasis • Pesticides • Phthalates • Carbofuran • Microcystin • Sulfonamide antibiotics • Volatile organic chemicals • Dichlorofluoromethane and aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) ...just to name a few. All of this could be mitigated by more sophisticated filtration technology. Don't even get me started on the lead poisoning in Flint, Michigan... Thousands of years after the ancient Romans struggled with lead poisoning, American public health experts still can't handle it. Do you really want to trust your water quality to these people? They can’t even protect you from a problem we've known about for over two thousand years. And lead is just the beginning. Fluoride is a much bigger story, and who knows how bad the rest of the common contaminants of American water supplies really are.

There’s a war on testosterone. Society wants to keep you: • Weak • Flabby • Submissive Avoid these 7 testosterone killers (so you can reclaim your health): — EMF Electromagnetic radiation disrupts how water works in your cells. It’s like running your car on dirty fuel. Stay away from: • Cell towers • Wireless routers • Wireless headphones Turn off cell phone WIFI at night and keep devices on airplane mode. — Poor sleep Quantity AND quality matter in sleep. Optimize your sleep environment by: • Blocking all light • Keeping your room cool • Avoiding background noise • Limiting water intake before bed — Artificial light Blue and green lights at night disrupt circadian rhythms and suppress melatonin. Fight this by: Avoiding all screens after 8pm Getting direct morning sunlight Using red and infrared light therapy Here's one often overlooked... — Head trauma This can come from: • Contact sports • Auto accidents • Trips and falls Even witnessing physical violence or experiencing emotional abuse can cause chronic low testosterone. If any of these are the case for you, it's essential to get help. — Chronic stress Stress is necessary for growth. But when it’s chronic it raises cortisol levels. As more cortisol is produced it steals pregnenolone away from producing testosterone and other steroids. The antidote: Make relaxation a daily practice. — Environmental toxins Toxins disrupt your testosterone and other hormones. Avoid these known poisons at all costs: Heavy metals Petroleum products Fluoride in tap water Plastic bottles and containers Then focus on the sauna to eliminate them. — Endocrine disruptors These can produce estrogen and tank testosterone. Stay away from: Glyphosate Herbicides Pesticides Plasticizers Opt for organic foods and replace plastics with glass. — 7 testosterone killers to avoid: • EMF • Poor sleep • Artificial light • Head trauma • Chronic stress • Environmental toxins • Endocrine disruptors — If you found this post helpful, follow me @StillmanMD and repost to spread the word.
