Here is Grok’s deep search of the reported manifesto: seems to be heavily anti-religion in nature. Based on the analysis of the Cyrillic script on the right side of the notebook image, the text appears to be in Russian, given the character usage and recognizable phrase “ПРОИЗНЕНИЕ МАШИНЫ” (“PRODUCT OF THE MACHINE” or “MACHINE PRODUCTION”). The handwriting is cursive and somewhat irregular, which complicates a precise transcription, but I’ll provide a line-by-line translation of the legible portions, interpreting the text as a continuous narrative where possible. Note that some words are obscured or ambiguous due to the style and overlap with stickers, so this is a best-effort translation. Transcription and Translation 1. ПРОИЗНЕНИЕ МАШИНЫ • Translation: “Product of the Machine” or “Machine Production” • Notes: This sets a thematic tone, possibly referring to a system, mechanism, or industrial process. 2. Я ВИДЕЛ СВОИ МЕЧТЫ ОБ ИЗМЕНЕНИИ • Translation: “I saw my dreams of change” • Notes: Suggests a personal vision or aspiration, possibly idealistic or revolutionary. 3. КОГДА ТЫ НЕ ПОНИМАЕШЬ • Translation: “When you don’t understand” • Notes: Implies a disconnect or frustration, perhaps directed at an audience or system. 4. ЭТОТ МИР НЕ ДЛЯ ТЕБЯ • Translation: “This world is not for you” • Notes: Could indicate alienation or a belief that the current order excludes certain individuals. 5. И ВСЁ ОТНОСИТСЯ К ВЛАСТИ • Translation: “And everything relates to power” • Notes: Points to a critique of authority or control, a common theme in manifestos. 6. ВЫ ВИДИТЕ СИЛУ В ЭТОМ • Translation: “You see strength in this” • Notes: Possibly an accusation or observation about others’ perception of the system. 7. НО Я ВИЖУ ЛОЖЬ • Translation: “But I see a lie” • Notes: Contrasts the speaker’s insight with others’ acceptance, suggesting disillusionment. 8. ЭТО МЕСТО ЛЬЁТ ЖИЗНЬ • Translation: “This place drains life” or “This place pours out life” (context-dependent) • Notes: “Льёт” (lyot) can mean “pours” or “drains” metaphorically. The former might imply creation, the latter depletion—likely the latter given the tone, critiquing a life-draining environment. 9. Я ХОЧУ ИЗМЕНИТЬ ЭТО • Translation: “I want to change this” • Notes: Reinforces the earlier mention of dreams of change, indicating intent or resolve. 10. НО РУКИ МЯГКИЕ ОТ ВЛАСТИ • Translation: “But my hands are soft from power” or “But hands are soft from authority” • Notes: Ambiguous—could mean personal weakness due to privilege or corruption by power, or a general observation about those in control.

Let’s take @Alladdin1983 work and go a little deeper. Hedge funds, $100 in office expense and universities begging for tax payer money, they giving it away to other universities - just so they can come back and ask for more money. The Research Foundation has $72 million in hedge funds… against what? Why are they using tax payer money to bet against the stock market? They have another $117 million invested in global stock funds. And $89 million handled by private firms. Then consider 2 of their 5 paid contractors are Banks. As mentioned earlier, half their funding comes from tax payers, funneled into the foundation from a dozen other universities.

This on top of the $17 million in travel, $7.5 million in meetings and conferences, and $100 million in office expenses… how much timer does one company need? https://t.co/Lr72FYY9KX

Climate-smart crops and seeds now account for $3,922,786,628.23 in US tax-payer funded grants. One the largest of these is to expand use of the seeds. I touched on this earlier this week - that Obama administration changed reporting regulations if food alterations were labeled for climate benefit. This can include hand pollination for specific traits, genetically altered, or genetically modified seed. The import of these crops are banned by many countries including China, one of the world’s largest buyers of soybean. More than $200 million has already been paid out in the first three months of 2025. I have included the very loosely worded designation on what is eligible for one sect of grants. When attempting to view all the USDA’s related grants the site is now restricted. @DOGE_USDA
