@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just so everyone knows. Shelby Pierson from DNI was involved in DARPA monitoring of GA elections. Thought I would repost this gem. She knows more than she lets on.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

This MAY be my biggest post. Was DARPAs EA program looking and GA Elections Network as early as Feb 2020? They found intrusions/abnormal traffic on networks. Even evidence of Command Control activities from Sate/Local Networks. Did DHS/FBI ignore/stonewall? & whitewash report? https://t.co/YhgADDxi7E

I want to remind everyone to be cautious about recounts. Fulton County deleted all images from their EMS server and rescanned, using an untested logic and accuracy server with remote access. They also deleted the signature verification server, which included absentee ballot applications, shifting many signature checks to Peachtree for "research" away from server oversight. It raises questions about how they conducted signature verification after deleting the server. I appreciate the media's tendency to create their own narratives.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

A reminder. BEWARE OF RECOUNTS. Fulton County deleted all the images from their ems server and rescanned. Then proceeded to use an untested logic and accuracy server that had remote access. (Upload images?) Prior to this they deleted the signature verification server which also had absentee ballot applications. Which shifted many signatures checks to Peachtree for “research” outside the sight of servers. How did they do signature verification if they deleted the server by the way? “Before the media starts their own stories.” Love that line.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker states a mistrial is appropriate due to the prosecutor's actions. They express confusion, questioning if the prosecutor is being disingenuous or purposefully hiding information. The speaker avoids directly accusing the prosecutor but suggests their experience should prevent repeated instances of withholding information. They find it hard to believe the behavior isn't intentional, unless the prosecutor is disorganized and assembling the case haphazardly during the trial. The speaker apologizes but says the case presentation is making things difficult. A recess is called, and a ruling will be given upon return.

Speaker 0: Mistrial is appropriate. And I'm asking I mean, I can't figure out what it is. If it's disingenuous, if it is that I mean, I don't I don't want to malign the prosecutor standing in front of me right now. So I'm not going to say the possible things that it could be, but it is baffling to me that somebody with the number of years of experience that you have, time after time after time continues to seemingly purposefully hide the ball to the extent you possibly can for as long as you possibly can. And I really don't want to believe that it is purposeful, but honestly, after a certain number of times, you start to wonder how it could be anything but that unless it is just that you are so unorganized that you are throwing this case together as you try it. And I am sorry to say that, but this case is being made much more difficult for everybody because of the haphazard way in which it is being presented. I'm I'm gonna take a recess for a few minutes. I'll have a ruling when I get back.

Fulton County elections lied under oath about not scanning envelopes, as revealed by emails and receipts. The absence of signature verification raises concerns, especially with the deleted absentee server. The GA Secretary of State's Election Director, Chris Harvey, is aware of Fulton County's non-compliance, suggesting complicity. Additionally, former CISA DHS employees involved in setting up the BlueCrest absentee machines have questionable financials and potential conflicts of interest. Fulton County's actions raise suspicions of incompetence and withholding evidence, similar to the situation with withheld ballots. Ralph Jones, in charge of absentee ballots in Fulton, has a history of corruption and deception. It is crucial to prevent politicians from hiding behind third-party investigations.

(1/2) 💥 FULTON LIED UNDER OATH. Fulton Co elections, under oath, said they didn’t scan any envelopes. Here it is. Emails saying they scanned them for signature verification. Receipts as always. (Maybe they shouldn’t have deleted the absentee server) https://x.com/theanderspaul/status/1712920923723231366?s=46

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Adding this for my own reference. The sig verification was BlueCrest. They appeared to crop sigs way before hand. Just trying to put it all together. Also another server goes down w project files. next tweet. I feel like this is important for people looking at discovery https://t.co/nhLpbIKioG

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

This is HUGE. Fulton Co. admits they never scanned any envelopes (they likely did and are lying) but this means that they NEVER did signature verification. Remember these counties adamant about no one looking at screen and remember deleted absentee server. https://t.co/rkKsJTCY3a

Speaker 0: 43 says the outer I'm I'm trying to make sense of this. Under the heading, I've got 72 hours future. A 150 hours redacted. Speaker 1: What is Speaker 0: is that in reference to something different than the 57100 hours? 57000 hours? Speaker 2: Yes. So the The the signature exemplars, that's the 57000 hours and the absentee ballot envelopes. That's the 72 hours. Speaker 0: Okay. Let's start with the envelopes. And remind me what would be redacted if they are redacted. What would be unredacted? Speaker 2: Okay. Do you wanna explain the algorithm? Speaker 0: And, if you could identify yourself for the record. Speaker 3: Yes, sir. Mariska Bodderson, The executive assistant and the board director board secretary. Excuse me. Speaker 0: And so, what needs to be redacted off these that effectively doubles of time to produce them. Speaker 3: On the old envelope, there is, the date of birth. Speaker 2: Okay. Speaker 4: I couldn't hear. I'm sorry, Ryan. Speaker 0: The date of birth. Speaker 1: Oh, that's not good. I'm sorry. Speaker 2: If I can just, give an explanation as to the redaction process. So Usually, when we we'd make a copy of something, we'd take a a magic marker, we'd strike through. But usually, if you hold that paper to the light, you can still see some of the information. So what happens What Speaker 1: did he just say? Speaker 2: Copy And possibly redact again. And that's what causes the extra time. Speaker 0: Because your plan is to produce these in physical form. You're not just gonna send them in a PDF? Speaker 2: Well well, the envelope the envelopes themselves, they are in a physical format, and You actually have to do them 1 by 1 because they're No. They aren't. Envelopes. So if you try to scan them in in batches, they will just jam in the printer. Okay. Speaker 0: What do you think was, Speaker 4: this is This is where I I think I can short circuit this tremendously. I think Toby, my understanding from talking with my my colleague earlier is that the BlueCrest sorting and signature verification team was not operational. So I didn't really want new scanned images. I wanted the existing scanned images that were done on November 3rd for purposes of signature verification. So my understanding is that did not occur because the BlueCrest verification machine is not working for the 2020 general. Speaker 1: Called it. Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 2: I'm I'm not commenting on if Speaker 1: you go this way, it takes a short while. Yeah. Speaker 0: Alright. We've got someone It's Speaker 1: not that. Do I Speaker 0: know who that is? Speaker 1: Not me. It's not me this time. Speaker 0: It's not us. Mister Alexis Speaker 1: We're on YouTube. Speaker 2: On on whether or not the BlueCrest machines were were working. We we didn't use the BlueCrest machines, at that time period. Speaker 1: So you spent a $1,000,000 on equipment and intended Speaker 0: by mister Floyd is for the image any images produced by this machine on this date. Your responses, you don't have any in your possession. Speaker 2: That's correct, judge. Speaker 0: So so they're Speaker 1: This is big. This is big. Yeah. Give me a second. Speaker 4: Give me a second, your honor. Sure. Speaker 1: So the Bluecrest Sorter is used to sort scan all the envelopes when they came in. They bought, I think, 2 of them for over a $1,000,000, And they're saying now that they didn't use them. I think I talked about this on Badlands Daily this morning or maybe it was on Speaker 4: I I can have my tech guy appear on-site under this under the ex supervision. He can write a script. Once that can once we scan all the files, we can, have a script that automatically blocks out the date of birth. That is the that is PII under Georgia law. Well, we stopped Speaker 0: Well, we're done. We're jumping back in time went to the envelopes. Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 4: So on Speaker 0: the on the envelopes, you're saying that you think you have a more efficient way to redact them. Speaker 4: Correct. I have a more efficient way, but I just my colleague is saying that they didn't do signature verification using the, Bluecrest sorting and signature verification machine? Correct. Okay. And so Speaker 0: Does that still in the 57000 hours? That's Speaker 2: I'm sorry. Are we on to the next one? Speaker 0: Oh, we haven't gotten there. Okay. We're still just on the 100 and 50 hours. Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay. Speaker 1: That's huge right there. Speaker 0: And is that where the blue crest becomes relevant? Speaker 1: So how did they Speaker 0: I'm looking at mister Floyd's team. Speaker 1: How did they verify signatures? Speaker 4: Your honor, Speaker 1: Doesn't sound like they did, Bryce. Speaker 4: Sorting and signature verification machine would take the ballot envelope and scan it and create an image of it. Image appears on screen with a signature exemplar, And the 2 are compared that way. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 4: So my understanding is now the BlueCrest sorting and signature verification machine was not working or No. We just we Speaker 0: didn't use it. Speaker 1: They did they Then how did Speaker 0: you verify signatures? So for the item you're requesting to obtain for the scans of all the outer envelopes. They're gonna have to they would have to rescan those again Speaker 4: is what we're hearing. Well, it sounds like they weren't they were never scanned to begin with. Boom. Speaker 1: I don't Speaker 4: know. I'm I want the scanned version Right. That we had on that day. Speaker 0: So are there any are there any documents in the county's possession of these items having already been scanned. Speaker 2: Not that I'm aware of, but I can check at Woah. Headquarters and see if they do have it. Speaker 0: Okay. So the difference here is not so much that Speaker 3: Go back Speaker 1: to headquarters. The whole Speaker 0: new rescanning is what was scanned and is still in your possession from that date. Speaker 2: Woah. Are Speaker 0: we are we fine? Are we making the distinction here? Speaker 3: Nothing was scanning, honor. Speaker 1: Nothing was Okay. What? Speaker 0: We're absolutely clear. We're talking about the outer return envelopes in November 2020. Speaker 1: This case is gonna get destroyed. Speaker 0: So where does that leave your subpoena requests? Speaker 4: I think you're

In Georgia, there are concerns about the destruction of election system documents without proper documentation. Servers related to video, signature/absentee applications, and EMS were destroyed. There are also allegations of fraudulent absentee ballot applications being hidden or deleted by Fulton County. The lack of backup servers and the ability to operate remotely during the recount are also questioned. The Director of Elections is criticized for pretending to be unaware of the situation.

The controversial renewal of FISA raises concerns about the use of experimental programs by private companies like GTech to help the FBI obtain warrants on US citizens using private data. Issues with Enhanced Attribution and spoofing have led to the resignation of the head of EA. The FBI brings their own data and runs it through the system to obtain warrants, but safeguards are needed. The use of unproven tech in various cases, including Russiagate and election hacking, is worrisome. There are questions about the accountability of the program and potential stonewalling by CISA/DHS. The possibility of spoofing and the lack of consequences for findings reported to DHS CISA are also raised.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Given the controversial renewal of FISA; THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. DID PRIVATE COMPANIES WITH GTech USE EXPERIMENTAL AND UNPROVEN PROGRAMS during Intelligence Community demonstrations/hackathons to help the FBI get WARRANTS ON US CITIZENS using PRIVATE data? https://t.co/vVfoGaQHtY

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Background: There ARE issues with Enhanced Attribution. The head of EA steps down over concerns over spoofing. They even say the Crowdstrike (RussiaGate) method has these issues too. They have ALL of our data from Telecom COs. The head of it steps down over issues w spoofing. https://t.co/xVaY0bwvnD

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

In this case the FBI BRINGS THEIR OWN DATA. They run it through the system and then get warrants. I will pause here. This could be good for the IC. I just want safeguards. After Alpha Bank Russia Hoax/ reading the stepping down email. I have HUGE concerns. There are also FP/FN https://t.co/ZcMFObaLkz

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

During the expansion, GT did numerous Demos/ "Hackathons" for the IC. The previous report in '18 included 12 transition partners. FBI WFO/pitt, AF, uscycom, NSA, GT, Kudu/Cynnovative. The last two are private for profit entities invested in its success. Now BILLIONS at stake (21) https://t.co/ExXUqVGvTX

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Why is this important? THEY USE THIS UNPROVEN TECH FOR EVERYTHING. Russiagate, Special Counsel, ELECTION HACKING, VOTING MACHINES, DOMINION COVID, BURISMA etc. Question. Was this used in Earlier State Dept. Exec Office attribution? Could this be spoofed to increase credibility? https://t.co/X5pIhJKGJZ

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

I am going to pivot. Lets say the program is on the up and up. I have gone over how Angelos Keromytis is hand picked by Fuchs/Becker of GASOS to be on the GA SAFE commission, despite no election experience. What happens when they find something and report to DHS CISA? NOTHING. https://t.co/Zu9Cgbsu82

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Does CISA / DHS STONEWALL DARPA GT Requests? Even with the limited data sets, they found numerous vulnerabilities; Iranian & Russian Activity on state/local election networks. They wanted more. This is a maybe. Keep in mind GC for EAC is from GASOS and lots of ties b/n CISA GASOS https://t.co/5Jbg1CPwVn

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Also big question..Given the remote access vulnerabilities with GA election equipment and Phishing emails etc. If someone was caught or there was a real investigation not hidden behind an NDA . Was there enough data points to blame Russia or Iran. Could you spoof this?

The ACLU collaborated with GASOS and Fulton County to process ballot applications. They introduced votebymail.io, where users register and submit their applications. The ACLU outsourced voter registration and absentee ballots to Fulton County. They also demanded ENET access in every precinct to cancel absentee ballots. The ACLU sought a way around the requirement for poll managers to call the registrar if someone requested an absentee ballot and voted in person. They were placed in every precinct with iPads and internet connections to cancel mail-in votes. Timing of the memorandum and ownership of votebymail.io raise questions. The ACLU likely obtained voter information from accidental leaks.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Teaser 2: Did the ACLU create the biggest ballot harvesting operation ever while also processing your application? They were in direct coordination w GASOS & Fulton co through a memorandum of understanding to apply and register you, request your ballot, and potentially count it

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

How did we get to a place where the ACLU GA pretty much could dictate their level of involvement in Fulton Co. They had the GASOS blessing from minor infractions by Fulton County in June; two infractions that come to mind are 1000 people who voted twice and 250 missing ballots.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

First the ACLU is worried that the previous way they submitted applications would be haulted, via email. They confirm what types of applications will be processed. and on cue. They introduce votebymail . io

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

What do they do? Well as advertised you register on their site; then they send in your application,...and request your absentee ballot.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

It should be noted that the ACLU is very aware of the process. They understand ballots are coming from Arizona through Runbeck and then is transitioning to being printed by Fulton County. They also inquire if they are tied to Runbeck after the SOS contract...why? I dont know.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

When its all said and done.. Fulton Co outsourced voter registration and absentee ballot as to the ACLU...What is the next request? Why would the ACLU care about the turn around time? Why do they demand to have ENET access in every precinct w the power to cancel absteen ballots

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

To take this a step further. Richard Barron states, you cannot print from a Ballot Marking Device, what can you do? In person absentee application same day vote. Why would anyone take a slower route than early in person voting? You still seal in envelopes..

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

To do this, you need to be registered. The online portal doesn't upload your id (i think) which is why the ACLU ensures that IDR voters dont need id in person. If they are processing the apps, they can just bypass. this. How this issue comes up two days before in person? no se?

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

What is the last hurdle the ACLU needs to get around; GA LAW clearly states that, if you requested an absentee ballot and then vote in person; you have to get a poll manager to call the registrar and its documented. The ACLU demands something in writing pretty forcefully.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

What is the work around and the next thread; How the ACLUE was placed in every precinct with an ipad and internet connections to ENET to cancel mail in votes. Keep in mind in the CVR data, there are thousands of absentee ballots that are shown turned in, that are cancelled.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

There are other issues with timing of this memorandum. A. its signed by a secretary. This also is before the county attorneys sign off and well before and BRE meetings. Before the big ask of ENET access/cancel privileges, Barron says he brings to the board. I watched, they dont.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Here is something for the conspiracy theorists. Votebymail is weirdly .io. Who owns .io Ethos Capitol. Who owns Ethos Capitol? This guy Chihade; Who is he? an advisor to World Economic Forums Klaud Schwab; I am not a WEF conspiracy theorist, so I dont make much of it. Just humerous to me. A thousand gaps to draw any conclusion. I just didn't know what .io was. I was looking for the who owned the domain to it. It is now shut down.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Forgot to mention: The ACLU likely has all your voter information from an "accidental Leak" by the GA SOS. They had everything they needed to register you to vote and request ballots. including drivers licenses. Fulton County's election irregularities in Georgia have come to light. They deleted crucial video evidence, ignored election laws, and mishandled absentee drop boxes. The police department denies having any video, contradicting internal emails. Ballot harvesting and illegal voting are suspected, along with unverified ballots being counted. Late ballots were miraculously remembered, and duplicate batches were scanned. Homeless and out-of-state voters were exploited. Dominion employees operated tabulators, while counties struggled. Duplicates and gaps in ballot IDs raise concerns. Raffensperger's lies to the Jan 6 Committee are exposed. The ACLU and Dominion's involvement is questioned. Fulton's election equipment had remote access, and files went missing. DARPA's involvement in network control is revealed. These revelations demand further investigation.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

It took me about a year to get them admit they deleted the video after being lied to by their elections department.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

As promised; Dropping more Fulton Docs. We know Fulton deleted 30 days of drop box video in 2020. They say they fixed this by creating a new long term server. They also said Elections felt notified IT. I don’t do IT but that takes days /is costly. NO EMAILS/ RECORDS EXIST. 🔥🔥🔥

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Lying to the Georgia Elections Board.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Fulton County Lies about having absentee drop box video and absentee drop box totals to people with Open Records Request right after the election. https://t.co/i6zxnUIWyc

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Fulton Co 3rd party Investigator Finds that Unverified ballots were being moved to verified pile to be counted. Skipping verification process. Fulton PD either unaware of deleted video, or considers this part of their "robust security architecture" lol https://t.co/5gXHCDVO8X

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Fulton PD denies having any absentee drop box video despite internal emails saying they kept absentee drop box video in a long term retention folder. They needed it to investigate complaints...Which they did investigate. https://t.co/jvPastcy2u

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just adding potential evidence of ballot harvesting/ illegal votes to the long list of Ignored Fulton irregularities. Did these ballots even reach their destination; Illegal PO Boxes and gov buildings? I suspect the bulk of illegal ballots are the two families in 1 house variety.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Fulton CONTINUES to laugh at GA election officials in 2022 while flaunting election law. The Elections Dept dropped the monitoring of absentee drop boxes. And didn’t record chain of custody logs. At this point is it obvious the GA GOP doesn’t care or is complicit.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just to add to the thread. Fulton had one late ballot get rejected. Every other late ballot that came in; The voter miraculously remembered and voted in person. It wouldn’t be that implausible if there weren’t only one late ballot rejected out of 500,000.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

I didn’t know until recently about Fultons magic tabulators that are able to scan batches from multiple locations at once. About 100 batches they scan twice. They even sent identical pictures of tabulator tapes to match the duplicate batches.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just register the homeless at a street corner they said. https://t.co/2mUuGqOoeX

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just dead people turning in votes and then having them cancelled in almost every county in GA. When did this cancellation occur? Why are they all the 7th ballot that is sent out in every precinct in Fulton?

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Did you move away from GA. Have no fear. Even if you have been out for years. You can continue to vote in GA. And if you don’t. Someone will do it for you. You don’t even need to register for a absentee. We have all the data from purposeful leaks and breeches from the Sec of State’s office.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Did the polls close in your county? It’s okay. In many counties thousands of people illegally voted after early voting officially ended. People likely just printing out ballots and adjudicating them or fraudulently filling them out. Small chance they already adjudicated a first batch and needed more for an official batch without an adjudication record. If you know you know.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just adding to thread of misconduct. Dominion employees operating tabulators and doing the adjudications of counties while the counties flounder around not knowing what they are doing; by design.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

The mysterious Post #s. Duplicate post #s (there should be one per voter I think) are assigned to two different voters. Over 80k duplicates. Why hasn’t anyone looked into this? I’m still not sure of significance. But the data doesn’t add up. Would love a second opinion.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Just updating the thread for those following: Raffensperger lies repeatedly to the Jan 6 Committee. https://t.co/ddkxumD7Kp

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

So. The ACLU registered/requested absentee ballots for you. Then processed your application. Had the authority to cancel your vote in enet. Possibly ran the usb drives (to places other than English st) Runbeck printed ballots. Dominion did adjudications. What did Fulton do lol?

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Meant to attach this. ACLU thread on absentee ballot applications.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Forgot to add this to my thread. (And attach link) Adding for organizational purposes. Dominion can change ballot ids after the fact. Import ballot images. (They only transferred results on Election Day ) and Dominion essentially ran elections at the local level in some counties

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Blue crest contract. Are they related to Ballot IDs and Post IDs. Gaps in Ballot IDs. We’re new ballots printed the day old ballots were received?

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

First time voter questions. Especially Stephens County late ballots. (In comments at end of thread. Will do separate thread )

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

The official post on Stephens county. Organized.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

How much my research has evolved over time. Just an ordinary guy who wanted an explanation. Remote access to Fulton election equipment; equipment that processed absentee ballot applications, had access to easyvote/ENET. Also coordinated to hide investigative details behind NDA.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Did Fulton delete election related absentee ballot images/data and obstruct signature verification when they decommissioned this server. When people complain and they reinstall it, Files are missing.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Did DARPA see command and control indicators from state and local networks. Apparently yes. Command and Control means they take them over. A big thread that ties in CISA EAC DARPA and the GASOS connection.

Fulton County Elections faced a cyberattack, with remote control of equipment and file deletions. GASOS conducted a questionable investigation under NDA. FBI report? Fulton hesitates to share passwords. ACLU's consent order altered election laws, allowing cancellation of absentee ballots. Abnormal network traffic observed. Technical issues persisted. The house of cards remains uncertain.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Really Fulton County and GASOS!? Someone hacked the Fulton County Elections network and took control of election equipment remotely and deleted files from ENET, GASOS did a crap investigation under an NDA with Fortalice while discussing avoiding discovery. Did you report to FBI? https://t.co/tzUgb0VZLS

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Oh, to analyze, they need the password of a user. Fulton is a little hesitant to give. Oh wait, Cause they are all the same. Every County's election equipment, same. ACLU Enet accesible laptops, shared. Oh and when told to change pass cause of time frame, GA says dont https://t.co/PB1A0PMCyD

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Oh and this is a potential Fulton Election machine hack being looked at by Angelos Keromytis. Is this investigated and reported to the FBI or CISA? nope. https://t.co/2Yb2RLrcrl

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Oh Hey, Ga under Cyberattack. It would be funny if it wasn't true. As I said, I am going to be more liberal w docs now. And there are more. There ARE agencies in the federal government that are aware of abnormal network traffic and were watching. the extent and details not sure. https://t.co/6kb9pSX0ot

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

For the more technologically gifted. Fulton was having huge issues with bandwidth. VPNs. And processor usage. Should people be just winging it writing batch codes to fix super user errors. Apparently on the fly programming is fine. (Could be normal. Out of my scope) https://t.co/HZC9YRim1U

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

For everyone not in the know, since this is getting traction. The ACLU, through a GA AG Consent order, bypassed GA legislature to change election law. GASOS/Fulton approved of the ACLU being able to CANCEL your absentee ballot ap, cancel your ballot, and Full Enet access. https://t.co/bYD6OdJMtj

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

The question is; Where are we at in this house of cards?

The July 1, 2021 Halderman report reveals Dominion voting machines have numerous vulnerabilities, confirmed by CISA. All machines were cloned from an outdated system with known vulnerabilities. Passwords are easy to bypass, and malware and antivirus software are out of date. Hash and logic tests were likely fraudulent, and changes made were untraceable. Machines were accessed remotely and could be manipulated from QR codes to ballot projects. There was only one generic log and pass for all changes made.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

To all the people who are reading the Newer July 1 2021 Halderman report discussing the plethora of Dominion vulnerabilities. This is a must read. It’s the supplemental. I would argue it’s more important. It’s after he had access to Coffee Co machine. A 🧵 https://www.scribd.com/book/647698564

Vulnerabilities now confirmed by CIsA: mind you they were forced by the court to look at these; EAC previously approved. Great work guys. The system is more vulnerable than the old system. What are some of these vulnerabilities ?… I’ll go through a few. Easy to bypass password.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

All machines were cloned from one machine. That one clone was outdated from 2019 and had known vulnerabilities. Why would you clone a system with known vulnerabilities? And so it goes. Says Billy Pilgrim. I say to cope with my lack of surprise.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Cloned in 2019 with a version of windows from 2015. Yup. That needs numerous critical updates. Hundreds of patches. Hackers scan systems for uplatched systems. DHS and CISA claimed to do this. How did they not catch this?

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

What do you know. One of the vulnerabilities involve a usb stick. The GASOS office literally said. Sure use these old usb stick in an email. They used usb sticks for storage. For updates. Some new. Some old. GASOS saying it’s cool. Oh yeah. Malware and antivirus out of date too.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Oh. Remeber those hash and logic and accuracy tests. They were likely fraudulent too. Next… windows can be encrypted. They chose not too. No passwords necessary to copy or extract data.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Everything could be manipulated from QR codes to ballot projects to reading and scanning ballots. Oh. And if any changes were made. There was only one generic log and pass that everyone had so it wouldn’t be traceable.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Even better. Remember. These are not supposed to be connected to the internet … oh wait.. they were accessed remotely. And guess what. You can install malware remotely if you didn’t want to stop by old English street in Atlanta.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Remote access to English Street server by Dominion employees while other dominion employees were sitting at the adjudication desk. https://t.co/LFKT4JlB2i

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

This is on top of the Dominion people staying days after the election to do adjudications, with what appears to be minimal oversight. And remote access to the Election Management Software; that the Fulton IT person was unaware of.

Georgia's election machines were reportedly run by Dominion employees, who also handled adjudication with minimal oversight. They instructed officials to improperly dump ballots in suitcases and leave them unwatched. Dominion's subcontractor, Knowink, ran the poll pads and allowed people who submitted absentee ballots to vote again. The election could have been run entirely by Dominion.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

Your damn right Georgia.. "we have a problem right? The head of elections in GA admits that with some regularity Dominion actually ran the election machines, not just the software. They scanned the ballots, they ran the TABULATORS, andthey handled the ADJUDICATION. Clown Show

This is on top of the Dominion people staying days after the election to do adjudications, with what appears to be minimal oversight. And remote access to the Election Management Software; that the Fulton IT person was unaware of.

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

On top of Dominion employees instructing local election officials how to do their jobs; improperly mind you. They told them it was fine to dump ballots in suitcases and leave them unwatched This is a real complaint from a seasoned election worker. Given how important ballots…

@TheAndersPaul - Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle

I mean quite literally. They could have run the election from start to finish. They ran the poll pads which had issues the first day of advanced voting. Often allowing people who submitted absentee ballots to vote again. Knowink is a subcontractor of Dominion. Then ballot marking…
