It appears that the blowback from this interview was so severe that she felt she needed to justify why she did it. This is essentially Jeffrey Epstein saying, oh, I I was having these underage girls come in and give me massages, but I didn't know they were under the age of 18. Silly me.
These are guys who were looking for young women. And Emma, she looks very young. As you can see, how can a grown man in his mid thirties or older look at this girl and say, oh, yeah. Clearly, she's overage. The responsibility is the adults to make sure that she's overage.
So let's talk about the law in Florida regarding statutory rape and what this actually means. In Florida, anyone over the age of 24 cannot have sex with someone under the age of 18 years old even if the person under the age of 18 years old lied about their age. Ignorance is not a defense. Even if they lied about their age, it is the responsibility of the adult to figure out the true age of the minor. This is the law.

That is just an image that she put together with the costume that she had. That doesn't exist. She was not a sex worker in this sense. So this is starting out really bad. She's gaslighting people into thinking that Emma was this sex worker when, in fact, the worst that she actually did was do topless pictures on on OnlyFans.
Speaker 2: The first case involves a man who I am not going to name, and the only reason I'm not going to name him is because at the time of the allegations against him, Emma was, in fact, a minor. And that, of course, is relevant. So we just want to be ethical here.
Speaker 0: So she wants to be ethical here, and she's protecting the man who has been convicted of a sex crime against two different minors because there was a minor involved. However, she has no problem saying what the minor's name is. So she has no problem saying Emma's name, but she's not mentioning the actual name of Keith Fox.
Speaker 2: Throughout this episode, by the way, you're going to hear some beeps when I'm discussing this case. If I accidentally say his name, we intend to just beep it out.
Speaker 0: Keith Fox was a 57 year old man who was convicted and sentenced to twenty four years in prison for sexually abusing two girls under the age of 18. Emma was a 15 year old girl. He was a 57 year old married man who was sexually abusing her. A private investigator captured images of Keith Fox sexually abusing Emma through a window. So he was caught red handed.
And if you look this case up, you're gonna know that there's absolutely no possible scenario in where she falsely accused this man of anything.
Speaker 2: And not expose his name so that people can look up the case because, as I said, she was underage at the time.
Speaker 0: And they don't want you to know his name because if you look this case up, you're gonna see that she clearly did not frame him.
Speaker 2: There were two girls that were involved in that case, just to be clear, and one of the girls admitted flat out to having an outright sexual relationship with him, including sexual intercourse. Now let's talk about Marlon Fisher. Who is he?
Speaker 0: So let's talk about Marlon Fisher. He was a 34 year old man, and he met Emma one month after her sixteenth birthday. And all of the chats that you're gonna see here, these chats allegedly come from Marlon illegally accessing her phone and taking all of these chats off of her phone. So this is a child predator, 34 years old, dealing with a woman who is 17 years old and ignorance is not a defense, remember. She can lie about her age, but in Florida, the responsibility falls on him.
And he has a history here. And though the actual case was dismissed, there was another person who took him to court and filed a petition for stalking. So this isn't the first time he's had issues.
Speaker 2: So this is a text message that Marlon Fisher is alleging that Emma Gabi sent to people regarding him. Now to be clear, before I read this text message, I am about to reach you a lot of text messages that apparently came from Emma Gabi and other people throughout this episode. As a general disclaimer, these text messages are a part of cases that are pending and have been submitted to the courts. They have signed affidavits swearing that these are true. I independently, of course, have no means to individually authenticate these messages and to say to you that these are definitely real and I'm holding the phone.
So you are going to have to trust the people that are submitting them.
Speaker 0: Pause. We have to trust child predators. That's what she's saying right here. We have to trust that a man who was 34 years old having sexual intercourse with a girl who's 17 years old, which is statutory rape, we have to trust this man has given an honest affidavit.
Speaker 2: So going back to text message, the first one reads from Emma Gabi, again, out to all of her friends, I need to open up and tell you all something because I owe it to you, the people I care about. You have each moved me so much in my life that I am able to do it. I have a problem. I am a pathological liar. My life started in Kazakhstan where I grew up in a loveless orphanage.
We were picked up facing away from the caretakers, so we never developed love. I never learned how to hug, smile, kiss, touch, or be close to anybody. I was adopted by incredible people named Mona and Bill who saved me from a life of abuse. I had a beautiful childhood because of them. When I was 11 or 12, I began to dissociate and resent them.
I felt unwanted and like I had no family, so I began to rebel, doing drugs and meeting lots of different people.

And to give context to that message, the context that was provided by Marlon Fisher, she was asking Marlon Fisher if wearing her butt plug would set off the courthouse metal detector when she needed to go through in order to meet with the district attorney who was prosecuting person that I just told you about, which is why it's relevant.
Speaker 0: Yeah. I don't even understand the point of this. What she's doing is she's shaming a child. She's shaming a troubled child for having these, you know, sexual kinks. And that has nothing to do with the fact that she was allegedly trafficked to Romania.

Speaker 2: Now, Marlon Fisher began to suspect that she was lying about her age. Now remember, is serving a presence prison sentence. His life has pretty much been destroyed here. But the pattern of behavior, again, this is coming from Arlen Fisher, was used on him represents the same pattern of behavior that she used against her other victims.
Speaker 0: Okay. So pause it right here. Because jail John, who is Keith Fox, he was caught on film, and he was convicted. There is no scenario here where she misled him. Ignorance is not a defense.
That's why he was convicted and why he was actually sent to prison because in Florida, that doesn't matter. She lied about her age. So what? It was your responsibility. That's why they convicted him and actually sent him to prison.
Additionally additionally, if Fisher once finds you know, if he starts questioning her age, that's where you sever the relationship. You don't continue a relationship with someone when you start to suspect that they might be a minor. You're gone. You bounce. I mean, the fact that he's hanging around is suspect.
Speaker 2: Believe that that was induced into an illicit sexual relationship with a minor under false pretenses. According to Marlon Fisher performed deviant sexual acts in the bedroom, such as urinating on her during intercourse.

Speaker 2: Well, it ends with Emma Gabi filing documents against Marlon Fisher. On 09/16/2019, she walked into Palm Beach County Courthouse and filed a temporary injunction for protection against domestic abuse against Marlon Fisher under what he claims are false pretenses.
Speaker 0: So what we have here is the second situation where Emma has accused someone formally. The first one was Keith Fox, and I believe it was her mother that started that in motion, but he was convicted. He was convicted. He did it to another girl. He was caught on film.
He was convicted. There's no question that was not false. Now we have the second person here who she did go to the police and file some sort of an accusation. Notice it was not kidnapping and it was not human trafficking as the Tates love to claim. So we have one that was actually convicted, so that's not false.
And we have a second one, which has nothing to do with human trafficking or kidnapping.
Speaker 2: She filed a restraining order under oath in Florida state court where she accused Marlon Fisher of severely abusing her. Marlon Fisher, distraught, did not know what to do. Now, just as a reminder, they've engaged in BDSM according to him.

Speaker 2: She wants to engage in BDSM, and so now she is claiming that she has been abused. You can imagine this obviously presents some suffering.

Speaker 2: The next case, and I wanna be clear here, I have seen people online circulating saying that this woman, that Emma Gabby caused a man to commit suicide. I wanna say that that is something that is an allegation that I would not stand by.
Speaker 0: So Candace says she wouldn't stand by this, but then she continues to go into it. She obviously wants to plant that seed to make you think, well, maybe she was involved. So Dustin Milner was a 35 year old depressed man who was having sex with a 17 year old girl, which was Emma. He also has a a criminal history. He got a felony for unauthorized possession of an identification card.
So it looks like at one time, he also had a fake ID. So 35 years old, with a 17 year old. Now according to the Florida lawsuit, there's no actual evidence that says that she's involved. They're basing it on the brother believing his thought is that she may have been involved. And I can understand where he might be coming from, where he's trying to make sense of the suicide, and he wants to put the blame somewhere.
So, obviously, he's gonna place it with her, but there's no actual evidence that she was involved.
Speaker 2: So there is no evidence here that could back this up. She didn't tell him to kill himself.
Speaker 0: Okay. So she just said it. There's no evidence to back this up. Candice said that herself. And it's also important to understand there is no accusation here.
She did not accuse him of trafficking, of kidnapping, or any particular crime. He, unfortunately, committed suicide, and there's no evidence to actually back that up.
Speaker 2: And so I just wanna make it clear that in digging into this, I didn't feel comfortable suggesting that she made him commit suicide.
Speaker 0: But you talked about it anyway.
Speaker 2: Moving on to a young man named Tyler Henssel.
Speaker 0: Okay. So Tyler Henssel, the young man who was 35 years old, and you can see that at the bottom of the screen there. She highlights something in yellow, but if you go down and look, you can see that Tyler was 35 years old and Emma was 17 years old. Now Tyler alleges that he thought she was 26 years old, but again, ignorance is not a defense. The responsibility falls on him.

Speaker 2: Indicating to Hensel, like to Martin Fisher before him, that she was into BDSM and insisted on calling him daddy in the bedroom. At one point, when the two of them were alone, Gabby even jumped on top of Tyler Hensel initiating sexual contact. Henssel, who was not into this kind of degrading behavior, often rejected her demands for more aggressive sexual contact conduct.
Speaker 0: But he still had sex with her, there's no way, looking at her picture, are you gonna think that she is 26 years old back when she's 17 years old? That's not gonna happen. And I hate the fact that she keeps shaming her for her sexual kinks. That's not a crime. Speaker 0: Okay. Pause. So there were no accusations made against Tyler Henzel. So now we have two of the men where there were no accusations made. One of the men was actually convicted.
So we have one man where accusations were made and it was not about human trafficking or kidnapping. So one. We have one man where she's made an accusation against. And technically speaking, he was 34, she was 17, that is statutory rape. So she would have been within her rights to actually make that complaint.
Speaker 2: Then we have the defamation of Joel Friedman, that she defamed a man named Joel Friedman, and this is an actual text message. How do we know about this defamation against Joel Friedman?
Speaker 0: Alright. So Joel Friedman is a 39 year old man. Again, Emma was 17 years old. And how did you learn about the defamation? Surprise.
Through Fisher, the child predator. And also, Friedman had a history of of drug abuse. He's actually, been brought up on charges for drug abuse. One of the charges was possession of cocaine.

Marlon Fisher says, as you clearly understand, nobody cares that you have a boyfriend, but if you'd like to tell him that he raped you, by all means. Speaker 0: Pause. Yeah. We need to go back on this because she's talked about Candace has talked about five men here. And let's kind of, put this in context with the Tate saying that she's accused seven men of kidnapping or human trafficking.
Speaker 3: That was gonna be another conversation as to whether women can go around and accuse seven, eight, nine, 10 people of of kidnapping on their feet whenever they don't get the handbag they want. So this all began with a girl accusing us of kidnapping her, a girl we have the CCTV to prove was never kidnapped. Isn't it interesting that she's accused seven other men of kidnapping her in her life?
Speaker 0: So Keith Fox, he was convicted. There's no question. There was no false accusation there. Dustin Milner, there was no accusation. Tyler Hinzel, there was no accusation.

This is her pattern of behavior before she ever meets a single Tate brother. Again

Speaker 2: It is extraordinary, Carl. Before I do that, I can't do this segment without acknowledging my own role in the system that promoted vaccine mandates. There will be a strong, public view, that those who choose not to get vaccinated, need to, there needs to be some sort of incentive stick, perhaps, through the current programs, including no jab, no pay, to to make that happen. I think I think as a a general principle, we could all agree that mandates have a time limited, role in a pandemic. The the the dispute and the question will be how long, should that time be and and what is a reasonable level of community vaccination, to achieve before we we abandon mandates?
My view, not quite at the moment. I agree entirely that they're time limited.

Speaker 0: Here we can see a chart that looks at the total world population over the last several 100 years. And at first glance, this is a bit scary. We go from less than a 1,000,000,000 in 1800, and then 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7,400,000,000 And where we are today is happening even faster. So let's look at each one of these and see how we can get this down to 0, probably one of these numbers is going to have to get pretty near to 0. First we've got population.
The world today has six 0.8000000000 people, that's headed up to about 9,000,000,000. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, Reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15%. I came across articles that showed that the key thing you can do to reduce population Growth has actually improved health. What we found out is that as health improves, families choose to have less children.

And we can see that instead of continuing it actually flattens out. Another way to see that is through this rate of population growth. And you can see that in the 60s that reached a pretty high number over 2% per year. And it's now come way, way down that pawns rolling, here at this conference. Now 11,000,000,000 people still a lot, But the good news is that the faster we improve health, the faster family size goes down And so we can feel great about saving those lives.

Speaker 0: The QR code. Welcome back to Unsensored. With me, Rosanna Lock, with Sydney of the Piers. He's still on holiday, getting a well earned break. Now Father Ted co creator, Graeme Linehan, is apologizes and u turns over canceling a comedy show he was set to appear in.
The Leith Archers pulled the plug on the Comedy Unleashed event after it received complaints that Mr. Linehan was on the bill. The least archer to source. Their decision had not been influenced by online activists and that the comedians' views just didn't align with their overall values. The Dublin born writer has been an outspoken critic of transgender self identification.
Leith Arches, this venue in Edinburgh, is a vocal supporter of the LGBTQ plus community. So where is the line being drawn here on freedom of speech? When does it become hate speech or it's just comedy comedy where free rein is the name of the game. Well, Graeme Linehan joins me now live from Edinburgh to talk a little bit more about this. Graeme, thanks for making the time here in the studio.
I'm joined by human rights campaigner, Peter Tatchell and socialist and author, Grace Blakely. We'll get to their views shortly, but first, let's have a dive into this with, Graeme. I've got to ask you, Graeme, did you expect this?

Speaker 0: ask you quite frankly, is it a strategy do you think, not necessarily by you, but by the comedy group to get more attention for this comedy show because if it is, it's been very successful. You've announced that there's gonna be another venue for this, one more fitting. You've directed people to the ticket sales. You've had a lot of publicity over the last 24 hours talking about this. Was this all strategized?
Speaker 1: Well, we'd already sold out. So, you know, why don't we try to sell more tickets? When we sold out, The venue, I don't think we've moved into a bigger venue. It may be slightly bigger. But we just took what we could get.
I'm not sure whether you've heard that question through completely. It doesn't really make sense.
Speaker 0: Well, I'm thinking I'm thinking it through like this, Graeme. It's a very LGBTQ a key friendly venue. It's very publicly that way. Your name was kind of kept back until the last minute. It was gonna be offensive to that community, to that venue.
That must have been that must have been known by the group that put this together.

Amy Chaloner was at the heart of Stonewall when Stonewall was introduced itself by d in institutions across the country. So, he's just one example. The inventor of the TransFlag has written, so called erotic stories about your girls.

Speaker 0: I mean, do you understand the difference here between because what, you know, this has turned into an argument about whether comedians can be risque and controversial and dark in their humor, which, of course, they can be. Of course, I understand dark and controversial views make comedy. But I just, is there a difference though between airing outright offensive political views on Twitter and the artfulness of bringing dark opinion into comedy.

Speaker 0: But do you not understand why why your Twitter output and why your your commentary of the last few years has led you down this path of being constantly canceled?

You've been listening into that. Peter, I'll come to you first because I know you've got some history with Graeme as well. He's made acquisitions to you online. He was bringing up Stonewall then. Reminded of you is you're an LGBT activist and campaigner.
What do you make of all that?
Speaker 2: Well, what Graeme likes to do is highlight the bad actions of a handful of people who are not representative of the trans community or the wider LGBT community. That is very, very wrong. It's like those, far right extremists who highlight terrorism by Muslims to tar and demonize the whole Muslim community. That is totally and utterly wrong. We have to say that trans people deserve dignity and respect.
Giving them dignity and respect doesn't take away the rights of anybody else and this is a community where the hate crime figures have soared in recent years fueled by toxic rhetoric from people like Graeme and many others And I just look at the kinds of responses that they generate. They generate against me. I'm not even trans, I'm just a trans, have I? And if I make any statement in support of trans people, I get threats to kill me, rape me and castrate me by people who support Graeme and other trans critics. Now, I'm sure Graeme would not agree with that, but he is fueling a toxic atmosphere and I know from my trans friends, one of the reasons why he is in ice is because no trans person is willing to put themselves in the firing line and have threats to bomb their homes, to kill their children, to murder them and their partners.
This is shocking and I just wish we could have a quiet, considered rational debate. We can disagree, but let's do so respectfully without demonizing other people without making these inflammatory statements and, you know, Graham must know, you know, he was axed from Twitter Because he made violent threats against other people, he was subjected to a police order over harassing people. He is not behaving in a way that is responsible and respectful.
Speaker 0: If I could have got another word in Edgeways, but there's a point at which sometimes, you know, if I'd asked another question, you would have just started listing more allegations, there. But I wanted to speak to him, Grace, about exactly that. Do, you know, do you not see, the fanning of the flames to the wider community.
Speaker 3: I think you've handled that well. I question, to be honest, the decision to have him on at all because this is a prime example of what people say when they say I've been canceled. They mean when they say I've been canceled. The idea that because You have views that are so objectionable because you debate in a way that is so just grating, quite frankly, and and rude, insulting, talking over people, unable to have a civilized conversation, unable to just look at the fact to kind of take into account people's rightly very, like, sincere feelings over this. And you then say, oh, and a private institution has stopped has stopped playing my show.
Therefore, that's an abuse of the right to free speech, which, course, it isn't the right to free speech is something that's guaranteed by the state largely protect to protect against tyranny from the state. It's to prevent things like what we're seeing at the moment with protesters being put in jail for just the act of protesting. And then because of that Ferrari, he then gets more publicity on shows like this to air his utterly abhorrent views. Yeah. That is cancellation in a nutshell.

Speaker 2: the right of free speech people with whom I disagree about an often defended Christian fundamentalists who've said horrible things about gay people, but I think they have a right to express that view providing it's written law. What's interesting about people who are trans critics is they accuse others of doing bad things to them But they do exactly the same to others. So they're complaining about the very things that they do to other people.
Speaker 0: And I would like to pick up, but we're going to cross back to Graeme shortly. The point about having Graeme on and platforming him, I see where you're coming from, Grace. But if we do believe in free speech, listening to the views we even find objectionable, I do think there
Speaker 3: is a This is my point, though, about the free speech debate, which is that free speech, again, it's part of the liberal it's the framework of liberal democracy and the idea is you have the right to freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and those things are guarantors against tyrannical rule largely by the state. It doesn't mean that you are owed a platform. It doesn't mean that a private organization has to give you a stage. It simply means that if the state were to put you in prison for saying something, that would be unconstitutional.

And therefore, while not forcing anyone to get vaccinated. Enforcement measures in place will make sure that everyone is vaccinated.
I chose to make sure that all the incentives, travelers across the country need to be fully vaccinated, people coming into the country need to be fully vaccinated. We're there, don't get to work in the public service, don't get to go to movie theatres or gyms or restaurants to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated And that's exactly what they did.
