Fani Willis RICO Case - WORST Trump Indictment Yet! WATCH, LIKE, AND SHARE!

Video Transcript AI Summary
In this video, the speaker criticizes the indictment against Donald Trump and 18 others for racketeering. They argue that the use of racketeering charges is an attempt to tie Trump to the actions of his allies and lawyers, rather than proving his own guilt. The speaker questions the intent and evidence presented in the indictment, particularly regarding Trump's phone call to Brad Raffensperger. They argue that the indictment infringes on free speech and attempts to criminalize legitimate actions taken to address potential election fraud. The speaker expresses frustration with the lack of action from Georgia legislators and accuses them of benefiting from election fraud. They conclude by expressing their offense at the indictment and calling Fannie Willis corrupt and criminal.

Speaker 0: You know, Donald Trump likes to give people nicknames as a way of mocking them and knocking them down a peg. Right? Like sleepy Joe Biden and crooked Hillary and Ron DeSantimonious. And he tried to do it with Fanny Willis by calling her Phony Fanny, you know, thinking that that's really clever. When in reality, This woman doesn't need a nickname because her name is Fannie. Her name's literally Fannie, synonymous with the word ass. Okay? So her parents already did the work for us. We don't need to make fun of her any more than her parents already have. Alright. So, Fannie, whose name is utterly ridiculous. Let's let's talk about how ridiculous the indictment is that came down yesterday. So The grand jury voted to indict Donald Trump and 18 coconspirators for racketeering Racketeering, a charge which is traditionally reserved for mob bosses, gang leaders, child and human traffickers, people at the center of an established criminal enterprise. Usually, this is a charge used to cast a wide net over a bunch of people that work in concert with one another to commit crimes at the behest of a leader. Right? And and usually, the leader is not the one that commits the crimes. He is the one that directs the others to commit the crimes as a way of, keeping himself out of trouble. Right? You know, like a mob boss. And what Fannie Willis is attempting to establish with this indictment is that Trump and his team of lawyers and allies who went around collecting evidence of election fraud to submit into court cases, you know, to challenge the election legally and holding press conferences and hearings in the swing states, you know, presenting the evidence to legislators to try to compel them to act upon it, all of that was part of a, an intentional effort to defraud, you know, the American people and these legislators and strong-arm state officials to keep Trump in power. And I gotta say, out of all the indictments so far, none of them have offended me quite as much as this one because you are trying to make the argument that Trump, exercising his First Amendment right, these lawyers and allies that were going around collecting evidence to prove to the American people and these legislators and the courts that the election was stolen so that it could be addressed through legal means, that that is not only illegal, but it's the akin to a, you know, a mob boss directing a criminal ization. It's so ridiculous that this is an accusation being leveraged against the former president who's now the Republican front for 2024. Election interference doesn't even come close to what's going on right now. Now I read the indictment, and I have a lot to say about it. So stick around, and we're gonna get right into it. But first, a message from the sponsor of this show, Goldco. With the war in Ukraine, inflation Being out of control and the country being $30,000,000,000,000 in debt, it's starting to look like 2008 all over again. Now before we even pull up the indictment, I wanna point out the fact that Fannie Willis bringing Rico charges in and of itself proves to me that Donald Trump did nothing wrong. Now I know that sounds crazy, but hear me out. So Rico is what you bring when you have a mob boss or a gang leader who themselves has not commit any crimes but instead directs a bunch of pawns or workers or, you know, gang members to perpetuate crimes on behalf of themselves to advance the agenda of the criminal enterprise. Right? When you got nothing on the mob boss, What you do is you use Rico to cast a wide net over all of these people and try to tie the actions of the lower level pawns back to the leader, the head of the enterprise. Right? So that in and of itself tells me that they have nothing on Trump and are instead trying to tie the actions of a bunch of other people, his lawyers, and his allies back to Trump. So Fannie has set herself up here where she has to, one, proved that Trump and his allies were acting as a criminal enterprise, which per the Georgia Rico statute means that they acted with a pattern of criminal behavior to advance the agenda of the criminal enterprise, right, which is difficult in and of itself. And 2, she has to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that all of these so called coconspirators were acting at the behest of Donald Trump rather than acting independently on their own accord. And, again, beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard of evidence here because these are criminal charges. In a simple matter, it's, you know, based on a preponderance of evidence. But in a criminal trial, It's beyond a reasonable doubt, which is an extremely high burden of proof. And so with that beyond a reasonable doubt, burden of proof in mind, Let's read the introduction to the indictment. She says defendant Donald Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other defendants charged in this indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they and this is very important right here. And they knowingly and willfully joined the conspiracy to fully changed the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit 2 or more acts of racketeering tearing activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the state of Georgia, and in other states. So that last part was Also very important where she said, commit 2 or more acts of racketeering activity because in order to establish that Trump and his allies were a criminal enterprise. She has to show a pattern of criminal activity. Right? So there has to be at least 2 crimes that were committed, and they have to be committed, you know you know, in concert with one another. But the really, really important, thing here is where she says that Trump and the other defendants knowingly and willfully tried to unlawfully changed the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. So knowingly is a keyword and unlawfully is a keyword because she has to prove intent. She has to prove that Trump and the other defendants knew that the election was not stolen and that they were unlawfully trying to change the outcome of the election. Now the first thing I think about here is that call to Brad Raffensperger, right, where Trump said, I need to find 11,000 something something votes. So she uses that as a piece of to perpetuate that Trump tried to convince Brad Raffensperger to, violate his oath of office. Right? So she has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt intent that Trump, when he made that phone call, was trying to persuade Brad Raffensperger to change the outcome lawfully. So for one thing, it's gonna be nearly impossible for her to establish that Trump's intention was for Brad Raffensperger to overturn the election, because he never told Brad Raffensperger to find him votes. The media has misquoted him so many times. They said that Trump told Brad Raffensperger, I need you to find me votes, when in reality, Trump said, I need to find votes. He never said I need you to find me votes. He said I need to find votes. So he never even compelled Brad Raffensperger to find him votes. That's a completely fictitious made up thing. Trump was presenting evidence to Brad Raffensperger and asking him to do something about it. And, you know, in order to establish that Trump unlawfully asked Brad Raffensperger to violate his oath of office and overturn the election, Fannie Willis is putting herself into the territory where she has to prove that the election was not, in fact, stolen. Because think about it. Is it a violation of Brad Raffensperger's oath of office to address, fraudulent votes? And or is it a violation of Brad Raffensperger's oath of office to certify a rigged election? I would argue that certifying a rigged election is a violation of your oath of office not addressing the fraud and certifying the actual winner after the fact. So Fannie Willis has boxed herself in in so many ways, having to prove that there was a crim criminal enterprise having to prove intent, having to prove that the election was not stolen, she's put herself in quite a bit of a pickle here. And so much of the evidence in this indictment falls under the First Amendment. I mean, she literally includes tweets from Donald Trump where he tells people to watch OANN. She includes text messages from Mark Meadows where He tells, Georgia state officials to expect a call from Donald Trump. I mean, some of the stuff in here is so ludicrous that if this goes forward, then we don't have free speech in this country anymore. This indictment attempts to make it illegal for a presidential candidate after an election to call on state officials to hold a special session and investigate potential fraud. It attempts to make it illegal for a presidential candidate's attorneys after an election to hold hearings before the General Assembly in the swing states and present evidence of fraud to the state legislators to try to compel them to do something about it. It attempts to make it illegal. Tweets. It attempts to make, phone calls illegal. This is the most abhorrent and egregious and offensive indictment that we've seen yet by far. And you know what the saddest part is? The legislators in Georgia, Brian Kemp, they have the power to not just defund the district attorney and shut down this investigation entirely but remove her from office, and yet they just sit there and do absolutely nothing. Just like the, US Congress, they have the power to defund Jack Smith's investigation, and they've done absolutely nothing. These people don't care about the constitution. They don't care about the first amendment because they're all beneficiaries of election fraud. All of them, all of these people sitting in office doing nothing about it, there's a reason and the reason is because they are there because of the election fraud apparatus, and they don't wanna shake the tree because they know that they're going to be attacked and persecuted just like Donald Trump. Anybody that stands up and grows a set of balls and tries to fight back against these Marxist communists, they are going to attack you until you're you're completely obliterated. So we have a bunch of cowards just sitting back and doing nothing as Marxist communists that that hate this country, that hate the constitution, trample all over our rights. And, I mean, This is just absolute, utter insanity. And like I said, man, this indictment offends me more than any other. Fannie Willis, whose name is some synonymous with ass, is a corrupt, egregious, abhorrent criminal. And, this is just absolutely unacceptable. I cannot believe that this is happening in this country, but here we are. So ladies and gentlemen, I don't really have it in me to continue down the line With all the ridiculousness inside this indictment, I just wanted to give you guys a brief overview. And maybe we'll go into further detail, later, but this is just as much as I can muster at this moment. So I wanna thank you for tuning in. Please leave a like on this video. Donald Trump and codefendants indicted for inspecting voting systems in Coffee County, Georgia. GOP observer's affidavit reveals scanner issues with 6000 ballots, all for Republican candidates. Dominion tech called, attempts to fix failed. Suspicion of remote alteration. Independent research team investigates.

🧵THREAD: Donald Trump and several co-defendants have been indicted for inspecting the voting systems in Coffee County Georgia… Want to know what REALLY happened in Georgia?!

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

Let’s read some snippets from Cathy A Latham’s SWORN affidavit. These allegations were submitted under penalty of perjury! 👇 Latham was present as a GOP observer during early voting along with Misty Hampton (who later allowed Trump's legal team to come inspect the scanner). https://t.co/H8CRUajIDx

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

During early voting, Elections supervisor of Coffee County informed Latham that one of the scanners at the Douglas precinct was rejecting 6,000 ballots. They decided to process these absentee ballots at the central count on election day, along with the overseas ballots. https://t.co/9fdcQMMkME

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

At the central count scanning room, 3 people were present. 1) Misty Hampton (Coffee Election Supervisor) 2) Ernestine Thomas-Clark (Democrat observer) 3) Latham (Republican observer). Upon scanning, the scanner gave a QR CODE failure message. https://t.co/y5JeAKAI8T

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

Dominion tech Samuel Challandes from Colorado was sent in and suggested that they wipe down the scanner with a cloth and blow compressed air on the optical lens, which they did several times to no avail. https://t.co/sE8J55YGEa

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

WOAH! At this point they noticed an interesting "coincidence". ALL (meaning every single one) of the 5,800 ballots that was giving a QR CODE FAILURE, were for the three Republican candidates: Kelly Loeffler, David Perdue, and Bubba McDonald! Gosh, that seems odd! https://t.co/oN2x1lYx0H

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

Mr Chaney (board chairman) gets angry and demands for the Dominion tech to call his boss and fix this! Chaney starts threatening to bring in news agencies and expose the failure of dominion's ICP scanner. Challandes calls his boss Scott Tucker on speaker first, then steps out of the room alone...

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

Challandes comes back and stands next to the scanner, smiling ear to ear, and tells them to wipe down the machine one more time, ensuring them that THIS TIME it's going to work. https://t.co/vR40TCUnD7

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

They perform the same wipe down that they had tried countless times already, and what do you know? THIS TIME, it worked. Chaney, Hampton, Latham, and Thomas-Clark are all left dumbfounded, and suspicious that Challandes and/or his boss Tucker remotely altered the machine. https://t.co/YJ9dfKFsne

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

So, to anyone who says that these election workers were working on behalf of Trump to alter the outcome of the Coffee County election, think again. They gave access to an independent research team to figure out what the hell happened that night. (Please share this thread)

Stacey Abrams' claims of a stolen election in Georgia have not led to an indictment by Fani Willis. Abrams expressed her concerns about election integrity, stating that she witnessed Kemp stealing elections and refused to concede. She believed the erosion of democracy was unjust and insisted she won the election but was denied the position. Abrams argued that the system was rigged and defended using strong language like "rigged" and "steal" because there was evidence to support it. She blamed Brian Kemp's malfeasance and mismanagement for her loss.

@TheNickyMo - nick moseder

Why hasn't Fani Willis indicted Stacey Abrams for falsely claiming that her election was stolen in Georgia?! Here are some of the things she said before and after the 2018 election. "I'm watching Kemp steal elections in real time.” “I don’t concede that I lost.” “I will not concede because the erosion of our democracy is not right." “I did win my election; I just didn’t get to have the job.” “The system is rigged.” “I don’t think it’s dangerous to use the words rigged or steal because we can actually back it up.” “I would be the governor of Georgia but for the malfeasance and the mismanagement of Brian Kemp.”
