They created a disease overnight to sell you pills. In 2017, medical authorities lowered "normal" blood pressure from 140/90 to 130/80. Suddenly, 31 million healthy Americans became "patients." Here's the blood pressure scam they don't want you knowing:🧵 https://t.co/oIBsT4VQCj

I've learned that statins, often marketed as essential heart drugs, are actually causing significant harm. They generate over $14 billion annually, with many Americans on them due to expanded guidelines. Statins can lead to muscle breakdown, cognitive issues, and even increase diabetes risk. They stress the liver and, in rare cases, trigger autoimmune conditions. Many people don’t need them, as evidence shows high cholesterol doesn't necessarily shorten life. It's crucial to address health holistically and question the motives behind these prescriptions.

Big Pharma's newest money maker: Statins. They're pushed as "life-saving" heart drugs, but here's what I learned as a trained pharmacist: They're systematically ruining your body. Here's what they don't want you to know about Statins: https://t.co/RgPX8gCp3D

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

1. The $14 billion money machine Statins generate $14.1 billion annually - projected to hit $17.3 billion by 2027. 25% of Americans over 45 are on them. During my time in pharmacy, I saw how the industry expanded guidelines to create more customers. More patients = more profit.

Millions of healthy Americans are taking statins due to corrupt cholesterol guidelines. In 2001, the National Cholesterol Education Program lowered the threshold for high cholesterol, and again in 2004, qualifying millions more for statins. Eight of nine panel members writing the 2004 guidelines had financial ties to statin manufacturers. In 2013, the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology updated guidelines, removing the LDL threshold and qualifying over 70% of healthy Americans for statins. Many panel members had financial ties to statin manufacturers; Jennifer Robinson received over $3 million from statin companies after the 2013 guidelines. Studies used to make recommendations were designed and funded by statin companies and are not publicly available. Statins have side effects like liver dysfunction, renal failure, and dementia. Dr. Jon Abramson suggested focusing on diet, exercise, and avoiding smoking instead of converting millions into statin customers.

Speaker 0: Tens of millions of healthy Americans are needlessly taking statin drugs because the cholesterol guidelines are pretty corrupt. In 02/2001, the National Cholesterol Education Program lowered the threshold for what was considered to be high cholesterol. So literally overnight, millions more healthy Americans now had high cholesterol making them eligible to take statins. But it gets a lot worse. In 02/2004, that same panel decided to lower the LDL threshold again, qualifying millions more healthy Americans for statin drugs. Now what's corrupt? It was soon discovered that eight of those nine panel members that wrote the 2004 cholesterol guidelines had direct financial ties to statin manufacturers. But that's not even the worst part. In 2013, the cholesterol guidelines were updated one last time by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. They lowered the cholesterol criteria even more by removing the LDL threshold altogether. These new updated guidelines now meant more than seventy percent of healthy Americans qualified for statin drugs, bringing in billions of more dollars of revenue literally overnight. However, unfortunately many healthy people who have high cholesterol are going to continue to take their statins because their doctor told them to, even though their doctor is more than likely receiving financial kickbacks from drug companies when they prescribe statins like Lipitor or Crestor. So if the twenty thirteen cholesterol guidelines aren't backed up by any reputable data, why then did the panel members lower the threshold for how many healthy Americans should be on a statin? Because once again, a majority of the panel members had direct financial ties to statin manufacturers. Several of them had dozens of financial relationships to big pharma alone. One panel member, Jennifer Robinson, received more than $3,000,000 from statin companies following the release of those twenty thirteen guidelines. But this is the absolute worst part. The studies the panel members used to make their recommendations were designed and funded by none other than the statin drug companies themselves. And those studies are not available to the public or even your primary care physician to review. And surprisingly, this is completely legal, so we just have to trust that the drug companies have our best interest at heart. Now, it's unfortunate knowing that tens of millions of healthy Americans are needlessly on statin medications when they are known to have massive side effects. Liver dysfunction, acute renal failure, cataracts, dementia, neuropathy, depression, aggression, and more. So who can we trust? It's up to us to take our health into our own hands. And I'll end it with this: In response to those twenty thirteen cholesterol guidelines, Doctor. Jon Abramson wrote an article in the New York Times where he concluded by saying, instead of converting millions of people into statin customers, we should be focusing on the real factors that undeniably reduce the risk of heart disease healthy diets, exercise, and avoiding smoking.

2. They literally break down your muscles 10% of statin users experience muscle pain and weakness. In severe cases: Rhabdomyolysis - where your muscles break down and damage your kidneys. I know this happens because statins deplete coenzyme Q10, essential for muscle function. https://t.co/azMkzVBz9j

The speaker states they would never take statin drugs because cholesterol is not the cause of plaque in arteries, claiming cholesterol is our friend. They cite confirmed statin drug side effects including muscle symptoms, abdominal issues, skin rashes, hair loss, decreased platelets, sexual dysfunction, mental and emotional problems like depression and suicidal thoughts, inflammation, cognitive issues, diabetes, and ineffective exercise. The speaker suggests that instead of focusing on lowering cholesterol, the focus should be on preventing plaque by addressing the actual causes: sugar and seed oils. They claim that eliminating these will avoid many health problems. The speaker also mentions natural foods and supplements can help with cardiovascular health and lower cholesterol. More information can be found on their newsletter, longlifehealthylife.substack.com.

Speaker 0: If I were to make a list of things that will never go into my body, statin drugs, cholesterol lowering drugs, would be very high on that list and there are a number of reasons for this. One of them is that cholesterol is not what causes the plaqueing of the arteries. In fact, cholesterol is our friend, not our enemy. I won't go into that right now. I've talked about that on my newsletter. If you want more information on that, go to longlifehealthylife.substack.com. Now, all of this has been published in the medical journals. It's not new information. We do get new information periodically on new things that we know the statin drugs cause, but let me just give you a short list of some of the confirmed side effects of statin drugs. Muscle symptoms like aching, cramping, weakness, muscle wasting. Now, this affects the heart because the heart is after all a muscle. Abdominal symptoms, cramping, bloating, discomfort, diarrhea, skin rashes and hair loss, a decrease in the platelets, sexual dysfunction, loss of desire, erectile dysfunction, and other things. Also mental and emotional problems like depression, suicidal thoughts, inflammation, generalized inflammation and inflammation that affects the liver and the pancreas. You don't want your liver and your pancreas to become inflamed. Problems with cognition, difficulty concentrating, memory loss and confusion. Diabetes, yes, that's been confirmed. That was published in all the medical journals years ago that the statin drugs can cause diabetes and high blood sugar. Statin drugs can also create a situation in your body in which the exercise you do is not effective, is not having the intended effect. But think about the philosophy behind this. It's the way we work in our society. This is the way we think. Instead of attacking the causes of the problem, we simply do something for the symptoms. So instead of thinking, I want to lower my cholesterol, what can I do to lower my cholesterol? Why don't we think, what can we do to avoid plaquing of the arteries? Because ultimately that's what the whole cholesterol concept is about, it's a myth. It's wrong and it's been proven to be wrong. I went online this morning and counted 64 studies confirming that cholesterol is not our enemy. Cholesterol doesn't cause plaque in the arteries, the statin drugs are harmful, etc. So, what do we do about the actual causes? Well, here are the two big ones, sugar and seed oils. If you eliminate sugar and seed oils, you will avoid all kinds of health problems. And then there's a whole long list of natural foods and supplements that you can take that would be beneficial in many ways, not just in terms of arterial health, cardiovascular health. And if you're still concerned about your cholesterol levels, then there are natural things that can help to lower cholesterol as well. As I said, I've got a lot more information on this subject on my newsletter, longlifehealthylife.substack.com.

3. Your brain needs cholesterol to function Many users report: • Brain fog • Confusion • Memory loss Cholesterol isn't the enemy - your brain is 25% cholesterol. When you artificially lower it with drugs, cognitive function suffers. But they won't tell you that. https://t.co/nxLUI2aPmj

The speaker claims they have elevated cholesterol but do not need a statin because they eat a significant amount of saturated fat from animal meat and avoid seed oils, which raises LDL cholesterol. They believe a classically trained doctor would recommend a statin, but elevated cholesterol does not mean increased cardiovascular disease risk. The speaker claims that eating in this way means they are metabolically healthy, or insulin sensitive. They assert that medical literature shows elevated LDL is not a significant cardiovascular risk factor in healthy individuals with high HDL, low triglycerides, and low fasting insulin. They also claim there is no evidence that statins lower cardiovascular risk in healthy individuals like themselves, but statins will increase the risk of negative side effects.

Speaker 0: I have elevated cholesterol, but I don't need a statin. Here's why. In many people like myself who eat a significant amount of saturated fat from animal meat and avoid seed oils, LDL cholesterol rises. If I went to a classically trained doctor, they would beg me to take a statin, but my elevated cholesterol does not mean that I am at an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Eating in this way means that I am metabolically healthy, aka insulin sensitive. The medical literature is very clear that in healthy individuals with high HDL, low triglycerides, and low fasting insulin, elevated LDL is not a significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease. And there is no evidence that in healthy individuals like myself, taking a statin to decrease LDL cholesterol lowers cardiovascular risk. But taking a statin will increase my risk of many significantly negative side effects.

Speaker 0: All right, I'm going talk to you about eight reasons why I do not prescribe statin drugs, even though I'm a board certified cardiologist. And this is contrary to most cardiologists who push statin drugs because that's all they know. So let's go through this one through eight. Number one, statin drugs lower CoQ10 levels. CoQ10 is critical for mitochondrial function so we can produce energy and all the other positive things that happen in the electron transport chain. Number two, statin drugs inhibit the production of what's known as heme A, also a vital component of the electron transport chain, specifically cytochrome c oxidase. Number three, statin drugs inhibit dolachol. Dolachol is a very important molecule found in the substantia nigra in the brain. And when you have depletion there, you can run the risk of Parkinson's and other midbrain disorders. Number four, statin drugs, of course, lower cholesterol levels and cholesterol is critical to produce vitamin D. All of our hormones, our digestion, every cell is loaded with cholesterol. This is a major problem. Number five, statin drugs can cause liver damage. Number six, statin drugs can cause muscle damage. Number seven, statin drugs can cause brain damage. And finally, number eight, last but not least, statin drugs do not address the cause of why people have cardiovascular disease. Statin drugs are proven in one study to increase the chances of people over age 65 dying. That's JAMA 2017. And ultimately, even studies that show benefit, it's a little teeny tiny benefit, which means if we're only reducing the risk from five percent to four point nine percent, we're leaving four point nine percent of people at risk, and that leads to a lot of people being sick and dying unnecessarily.

5. Your liver takes a beating Statins can raise liver enzyme levels, indicating liver stress or inflammation. If you're already: • Drinking alcohol • Eating processed food • Taking other medications You're playing Russian roulette with your liver health. https://t.co/kZdOPguPmq

Video Transcript AI Summary
If you take statins, know that 85% of your cholesterol is produced by the liver, and statins work by telling the liver to stop. The body raises cholesterol for a reason, often as an anti-inflammatory response. Statins also block CoQ10 production, which is needed for energy. This can increase the likelihood of peripheral neuropathy by fourteen hundred times and cause hypothyroid symptoms like fatigue and brain fog. While many patients can lower cholesterol naturally, those who cannot come off statins should take 200-400mg of CoQ10 daily to minimize damage. The goal is to find the root cause of why the body is raising cholesterol.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: If you're on a statin medication aka cholesterol lowering medication, you need to watch this video to the very end. And there are two things you need to know about when you're taking a statin med. Number 85% of all the cholesterol your body uses is not from your diet. It's made in your liver. And the statin just tells your liver to stop producing cholesterol. That's it. But remember, your body's smart. It's intelligently raising cholesterol for a reason. So you've got to get to the root cause of why the body's doing what it's doing. Most of the time, it's because the patient's inflamed and cholesterol acts like an anti inflammatory. So it's the body's actually trying to protect itself by raising cholesterol. The second thing you need to know about is not only does it block cholesterol production, but it blocks co q 10 production. This is necessary for energy production. You have a fourteen hundred times more likelihood of developing peripheral neuropathy, nerve damage, when you're on a statin. But you can also have all the hypothyroid symptoms like fatigue, you're tired, brain fog, right, because you don't have enough co q ten. Now we have thousands of patients that can lower the cholesterol naturally, but there are some people that just cannot come off a statin med. So this is what you need to do. You need to take two hundred to four hundred milligrams of CoQ ten every single day to minimize the damage from the statin. It doesn't prevent it, but it minimizes it. Okay? But at the end of the day, let's find out why the body's responding the way it's responding, and then we can actually get people their life back.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

6. Autoimmune nightmare In rare cases, statins trigger autoimmune conditions where your immune system attacks your own muscles. This doesn't stop when you quit the drug. It requires aggressive treatment just to manage… Sometimes for life

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

7. The corruption runs deep Doctors who receive money from Big Pharma are significantly more likely to prescribe brand-name statins over cheaper generics. During my time in the industry, I saw this firsthand. It's not about your health - it's about their paycheck.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

8. Most people don't need them For primary prevention (healthy people), the evidence is weak. A 2019 study found 92% of people with high cholesterol actually lived longer. Yet they push statins on anyone with "elevated" numbers. Why? Follow the money.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

9. Your body can heal itself If your cholesterol is high, address the root causes: • Manage stress • Walk 8,000+ steps daily • Lift weights 2-3x per week • Prioritize 7+ hours of sleep • Cut ultra-processed foods & seed oils

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

The truth they don't want you to hear: Most people taking statins don't need them. The risks often outweigh the benefits. As someone who worked inside this corrupt system, I've seen the damage these drugs cause while making billions for Big Pharma. Question everything. Your health depends on it.

I left my pharmacy career after realizing the dark truths about America's healthcare system. It's not about health; it's about profit, with a focus on treating symptoms rather than root causes. Big Pharma influences everything, and doctors are overworked by insurance constraints. Prevention is ignored, and our food is filled with harmful ingredients. We're overmedicated and undernourished, especially in mental health care. Real healing is often silenced. To achieve true health, I advocate for lifestyle changes and taking control of our well-being.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

This dark truth made me quit my pharmacy career... America spends more on healthcare than any country in the world. Yet we're the sickest, most overmedicated population in history. Here's exactly what's wrong with America's Healthcare System (& how they maximize profit): https://t.co/2IDJWUUuxT

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

1. It's Not Healthcare. It's Sickcare. The system doesn't care to keep you healthy. Why? It profits when you're sick. Doctors are trained to: • Prescribe pills • Treat symptoms • Perform procedures Not to address root causes, optimize nutrition, or prevent disease. https://t.co/9qdOenVxVf

Hospitals need to make money and grow economically. A problem arises if patients heal without pills or surgery because the hospital and doctor are in trouble. If you help people heal in a way that isn't billable, you've worked yourself out of a job.

Speaker 0: The hospital needs to make money. They need to make money. They need to they need to grow economically. They need to grow economically. And the problem there is that if you figure out a way to help patients heal, and that in that way doesn't include a pill or a surgery, well, then the hospital and the doctor are in big trouble because if you figure out a way to help people heal and you can't charge them for it, well then you've just worked yourself out of a job.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

2. Big Pharma Runs the Show The pharmaceutical industry: • Spends billions lobbying Congress • Influences FDA decisions • Funds medical schools They don't want cures. They want customers. Repeat patients = recurring revenue. I saw this firsthand working in Pharmacy. https://t.co/FwwzJ6iXLF

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

3. Doctors Are Overworked & Underpaid by Insurance The average doctor visit is 13 minutes. Why? Because insurance companies dictate: • What treatments they can offer • How long they spend with you • Which tests are "covered" It's quantity > quality… Not care. https://t.co/Rgvb2wTEXL

Video Transcript AI Summary
As a physician, the speaker expresses frustration with traditional health insurance where patients are billed for each visit, and doctors profit from patient illness. Direct primary care offers an alternative: patients pay a monthly subscription, potentially as low as $70, for unlimited access to the physician. With direct primary care, patients don't pay per visit, and the doctor doesn't profit from increased patient visits. The speaker believes this model saves doctors time by eliminating billing and insurance issues. Patients should seek out direct primary care physicians for a better healthcare experience. The speaker advocates for physicians and patients to collaborate in removing healthcare from the health insurance system to ensure affordable, high-quality care for everyone.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: You're upset with health insurance? Well, I'm a physician and I'm just as upset as you are. In my previous career at a non profit healthcare institution, every time I would see a patient, they would get a bill. And if they came to see me more often because they were sick or injured, they would get more and more bills. The difficult thing is I would also get paid more the more times patients came to see me. So the patient was having to pay and I was profiting off of their illness. Direct primary care does not work this way. In direct primary care, patients pay a monthly subscription to be a part of my practice and it can be as low as $70 and they have unlimited access to me as a physician for anything that they need. There are no bills for coming to see me. If you need something, I am there. I don't get paid more the sicker you are, and you don't have to pay more if you need to see me and have access to more health care. More doctors need to look into providing health care in this way because it saves you as a physician so much time thinking about billing or dealing with insurance agencies. And for patients, you should all look out for direct primary care physician. Your experience will be nothing like you've ever had in traditional healthcare. So I think we all need to work together as both physicians and patients to remove healthcare from the health insurance complex and to start working together to access high quality and affordable healthcare for all.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

4. Prevention Is Ignored 80% of chronic diseases are preventable with: • Diet • Sleep • Movement • Stress management But those aren't billable. So prevention gets ignored. The greatest lesson I learned from pharmacy school. https://t.co/kg3Mmuyy1r

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

5. The Food Industry & Healthcare Work Together The same companies that make ultra-processed food… Also fund healthcare institutions. They create the disease, then profit off the "cure." This isn't a healthcare system. It's a disease management business. https://t.co/pI0J5qYvsm

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

6. Our Food Is Full of Toxins In the US, we allow ingredients that are banned in 30+ countries: • Seed oils • Artificial dyes • Hormone-disrupting preservatives These drive obesity, cancer & infertility. & the FDA approves it. The exact ingredients fueling our health crisis.

America's food is banned in 30 countries and is allegedly killing people. Lay's potato chips, for example, have different ingredients in America versus Europe. Over 10,000 food chemicals are allowed in the American food system that are not allowed in other countries. This makes it easier for food companies and gives products longer shelf life due to the chemicals. When people lobby for healthier food choices, the food industry lobbies against it with millions of dollars.

Speaker 0: America's food is banned in 30 countries. The food is killing people. Oh, yeah. It's definitely killing people. If somebody were to buy a bag of Lay's potato chips versus buying it in Europe and look at the ingredients, they're totally different. They will make the healthier version for another country. There's over 10,000 food chemicals that are allowed in the American population or food system that aren't allowed in other countries. It makes it easier for food companies, gives them longer shelf life because they're putting so many chemicals in. So anytime we lobby for healthier food choices in our school systems, in our neighborhoods, the food industry is going right behind them with billions and millions of dollars saying, no. We can't do that.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

7. We're Overmedicated & Undernourished Over 66% of Americans take at least one prescription drug. Yet: • 1 in 2 are vitamin D deficient • Nutrient testing is rarely done • Most lack magnesium, omega-3s, zinc We're not deficient in pharmaceuticals… We're deficient in real health.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

8. Mental Health Is a Pill Mill Anxiety? Depression? ADHD? Here's a prescription. No mention of: • Trauma • Nutrition • Gut health • Lifestyle habits Real mental health requires healing. Not just numbing symptoms. Drugs help you survive, not thrive. https://t.co/lSgFAq4k48

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

9. Real Healers Get Silenced • Holistic doctors • Functional medicine • Nutrition-focused practitioners They're often: • Mocked by media • Shadowbanned online • Attacked by medical boards Because they threaten the profits they make off of us.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

10. What You Can Do Instead You don't need to be dependent on a broken system. You can: • Learn how to cook real, whole foods • Get sunlight & fresh air every day • Prioritize 7-8 hrs of deep sleep • Take control of your stress • Walk 8,000+ steps daily • Lift weights 2-3x weekly This is how you actually get AND stay healthy.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

With all this being said... RFK becoming the new secretary of health is a huge step for America. Finally having someone who cares about the health of Americans more than the profit. With him going against big pharma... I'm optimistic about the future of American healthcare. https://t.co/dhP8870P0f

Americans are dying earlier than people in comparable countries, and chronic diseases are on the rise. A big part of the problem is the U.S. diet, where the government approves poisons in food that end up in every supermarket aisle. For example, the harmful yellow dye tartrazine (Yellow Dye #5), originally made from coal tar, is found in many foods, including those considered healthy, like popcorn, mac and cheese, and even vitamins. Tartrazine is linked to tumors, asthma, developmental delays, neurological damage, ADD/ADHD, hormone disruption, gene damage, anxiety, depression, and intestinal injuries. Other countries restrict or require warning labels for tartrazine. Tartrazine is just one of at least a hundred chemical poisons allowed in children's food. The combined effects of these chemicals have never been studied. Removing these chemicals could lead to immediate health improvements. The government has banned eight chemical additives that cause similar conditions, all under President Trump. The speaker claims that Democrats have allowed these poisons to remain in food, benefiting big food, big ag, and big pharma. The speaker and President Trump plan to stop the mass poisoning of American children and make America healthy again.

Speaker 0: This is what most Americans innocently put into their bodies these days and most alarmingly into the bodies of their children. And it's no coincidence that Americans die earlier than Canadians or Germans or Italians or Japanese or Koreans or Australians or most any other comparable country. And it wasn't always that way until the early nineteen nineties. Our life expectancy was the same or better than other developed countries. Then suddenly, more and more Americans began suffering from chronic diseases, from obesity, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, Alzheimer's, heart disease, and all kinds of autoimmune diseases, our maternal mortality rate soared to the highest of any developed country on earth. Same with infant mortality. Like the frog in the slowly boiling water, we didn't really notice as we got sicker and sicker. We 've grown now to accept chronic disease conditions as normal. But now in 2024, we're finally waking up to this cataclysm, and we're asking ourselves, how in the world did this happen? A big part of it is our diet. Restaurants that serve contaminated food are fined or shut down. But when it's the government that approves the poisons in our food, a few people get very, very rich, and the toxins end up in every supermarket aisle. Let me show you what I mean. Doritos, Cheez Its, Captain Crunch, gummy bears. Everyone knows that these are junk foods, so maybe you wouldn't be too surprised to see that the ingredients include a lot of poisons, including a harmful yellow dye called tetrazine or yellow dye number five. What you may not know is that this dye was originally made out of the sludge that's left over when you turn coal into coke for blast furnaces. It's called coal tar, and I've actually sued many big industries for legacy contamination of coal tar all around the country because it's so toxic and it's so harmful to the environment and human beings. A century ago, it was just an obnoxious industrial byproduct that everybody was trying to figure out ways to get rid of. One of the ways that they did that was by paving roads. But then a British chemist figured out that the coal tar could be used to derive fabric dye. And if fabric dye, why not food? Food manufacturers began using it to cover up the discoloration of low quality foods that they wanted to pass off on unsuspecting customers. They didn't know back then that this yellow dye, tartrazine, causes tumors, asthma, developmental delays, neurological damage, ADD, ADHD, hormone disruption, gene damage, anxiety, depression, intestinal injuries. Well, we know it now. We've known this for decades. That's why tartrazine is heavily restricted in other countries. In some countries, foods with tartrazine have a warning label that it may cause ADHD in children. Today, it's made from petroleum, not coal tar. Either way, it's crazy to add this to your kid's favorite foods. It doesn't even change the flavor. This yellow dye isn't just a junk food. It's in the foods that we consider healthy. It's in everyday kids snacks like popcorn, mac and cheese, fruit snacks. It's in sports drinks like Gatorade and so called vitamin water. It's even added to chicken broth, to corn, to pickles, to mustard, and to yogurt. And so, of course, our kids get sick, and we lovingly feed them chewable vitamins which have surprise tartrazine. And so the cycle continues until the coughs and asthma kick in, at which point you go to pick up some cough syrup. And, yeah, you guessed it, tartrazine. I've been picking on tartrazine today, but that's just one of at least a hundred chemical poisons that our health agencies allow into our children's food. I can make video just like this to talk about red 40, BHA, BHT, potassium bromate, chemical after chemical, and on and on and on. If just one of them can cause all of these problems, imagine what they're doing in combination. That has never been studied. If we took all of these chemicals out, our nation would get healthier immediately. We'd have fewer sick days. We'd have better focus. We'd have less anxiety. Our kids would learn more easily. We'd lose weight. We'd have more energy. We'd have fewer tumors and longer lives. It's not all dark. Over the past sixteen years, the government has banned eight chemical additives that cause cancer, genetic damage, asthma, and many of the other self conditions as tardigine does. And you know what's interesting? All eight of those crucial steps forward in our kids' health were taken under president Trump. But the Democrats who claim to be all about health care have stood by watching other countries ban these poisons and make our kids sick, asthmatic, hyperactive, and depressed. They left them on every supermarket shelf in America. They even used your tax money to put them in your kid's school lunch. So their big food and their big ag donors probably gave them all that golden handshake and the big money hug, and their big pharma donors probably called them up and thanked them also because now they're gonna make billions selling Adderall, Prozac, and rescue inhalers. Enough is enough. President Trump and I are gonna stop the mass poisoning of American children. Together, we're gonna make America healthy again.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English

The Bottom Line: The U.S. healthcare system is built to: • Keep you sick • Maximize profits • Keep you dependent If you want real health, you have to take your power back. They won't save you. You have to save yourself.

Achieving permanent fat loss requires adopting simple habits. Consistent quality sleep is crucial, as poor sleep affects hormones and energy levels. Best practices include avoiding alcohol, aiming for 7 hours of sleep, and maintaining a cool, dark room. Daily movement, such as walking and playing, boosts fat loss. Following the 80/20 rule, eating nutrient-dense foods most of the time and indulging occasionally, helps maintain a balanced diet. High protein intake aids in feeling fuller, building muscle, and burning calories. Staying hydrated with 2-3 liters of water per day curbs unnecessary snacking. Lifting weights builds muscle and improves metabolic health. Find a program you enjoy and make it a habit.

The secret to permanent fat loss? Great habits. Here are 6 stupid simple habits you must adopt to achieve fat loss forever:

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English | Lean Body Coach

95% of people fail at sustained fat loss. You make some progress... Then you gain it all back... but why? It's because you didn't build sustainable habits. Do these 7 things to drop fat once and for all:

1. Consistent quality Sleep Poor sleep comes with consequences: • Increasing insulin resistance • Lowering NEAT (less energy to move) • Raising ghrelin (high hunger hormone) • Lowering leptin (appetite lowering hormone)

Best practices for sleep: • NO ALCOHOL • 7 hours a night is ideal • Warm shower before sleep • No screens 1 hour before bed • Sleep in a cool temp and dark room • Sleep and wake at the same time daily

2. Daily movement Moving more is the simplest way to boost fat loss. No you don't need to: • Spend hours doing cardio • Spend 2 hours a day in the gym You need N.E.A.T.

NEAT = non-exercise activity thermogenesis Think: • Walking • Standing • Nature walks • Playing with kids • Playing with friends • Doing stuff around the house A rule of thumb for movement is aiming for 8k+ steps per day. Stupid simple right?

3. Apply the 80/20 rule 80-90% of the time eat: • Nutrient-dense, whole foods • Lean meats, fruits, veggies, etc 10-20% of the time eat: • Alcohols • Less nutritious foods (pizza, ice cream) The key to sticking to this is controlling your environment...

Control your environment: • Shop the perimeter of the grocery store • Only drink and get treats during outings • Don't keep alcohol and junk in your pantry Striking a balance here is key, 24/7 strictness is a quick way to quit for most.

4. Eat high protein People who want you fat and sick will tell you protein is bad. The truth is that protein helps: • Stay fuller longer • Build more muscle (anabolic) • Burn more calories (thermogenic) Aim to eat 1g of protein per lb of lean body weight daily.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English | Lean Body Coach

Great protein sources: • Eggs • Dairy • Meats • Seafood • Protein powders Not-so-great protein sources: • Nuts • Beans • Oat milk • Peanut butter Eat a great source of protein every meal.

5. Drink more water Staying hydrated is too easy to not do to boost fat loss. How does water help, you ask? Most times, you aren't hungry, just thirsty. Plus, the more you drink, the more trips to the bathroom you make... More calories in your pocket.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English | Lean Body Coach

How to make hydration a habit: • Aim to drink 2-3 L of water per day • Drink a glass of water with every meal • Drink water immediately upon waking • Drink water when you feel hungry between meals

6. Lift weights Lifting builds muscle which improves your metabolic health. Every pound of muscle is worth 5-7 more calories daily. This adds up over time. My recommendation is to lift 3 times per week. That's simple, but here's how to make it easy for yourself.

@TheWarEnglish - Warren English | Lean Body Coach

Here's how you can make lifting easy to stick to: • Find a program you enjoy • Have an accountability partner • Block off time to lift in your schedule Unless you're an athlete, you want to make lifting enjoyable for yourself. Experiment and find what works best for you.
