Some believe the president is being cagey because not all MAGA embrace Netanyahu's "bomb fetishes." Some within the MAGA base do not want the U.S. engaged in foreign conflicts, prioritizing American interests. While acknowledging policy differences, one speaker applauds any group steadfast in a diplomacy-first posture. However, this group's reluctance to commit the military overseas doesn't extend to America, as some believe President Trump should deploy the military in the streets of LA. The MAGA mindset appears to be, "We didn't vote for foreign wars. We voted for civil war." Some believe the battle for America will take place in Los Angeles and that the city is occupied, requiring force to retake it. The strategy is to inflate the threat the country faces to rile up the base, making the left a legitimate military target. They are looking for any pretense to use force against Democrats.

Speaker 0: Perhaps the reason why the president is being cagey about all this is because not all of the MAGA are embracing Netanyahu's bomb fetishes. Speaker 1: We cannot be dragged into inexorably dragged into a war in The Middle East. We put America first, and that means American interests Speaker 0: first. Speaker 2: Our MAGA base, they do not want The United States to be engaged in this. Speaker 3: I don't know anyone that wakes up and and thinks about bombing Iran. Speaker 0: She doesn't know anyone who wakes up and thinks about bombing Iran. I gotta tell you. I don't think she knows anyone who wakes up and thinks. But credit. They enjoy that. But you know what? I'm gonna say this. This may surprise some people, credit where credit is due. I certainly have tremendous policy and in some instances, space laser differences with these folks. But I applaud any group that is steadfast in a diplomacy first posture. The only problem with their posture that I see with it is their reluctance to commit America's military to fighting drawn out and often pointless wars doesn't seem to extend to America. Speaker 2: President Trump should fully deploy the military in the streets. Take back the streets of LA. Do it and do it fast. Speaker 0: Doesn't wanna be in Iran. He wants to be in LA. He doesn't wanna deploy the military overseas. He wants to save the military for the real threat, us. He's not being hypocritical, just fucking mind blowing. The MAGA mindset appears to be we didn't vote for foreign wars. We voted for civil war. Speaker 1: This is a war. The battle for America was gonna take place in in Los Angeles. The only way to win here is to double and triple down. Speaker 3: The current war that we are seeing waged by the Democrats, by the foreign nationals waving Mexican flags. Speaker 1: The city of Los Angeles is an occupied city. It is time to retake the cities of this country. It is time to use force. What the Speaker 0: They are looking for any pretense. They are looking for any pretense to sick their robot dogs on Democrats. And the strategy that they're using is to inflate the threat that this country now faces. To so rile up their base as to make the left in this country represented by over 75,000,000 votes in the past presidential election as a legitimate military target for The United States Of America. It's a strategy that's been used before to gin up military conflict.

“It will be dismissed instantly without argument because of Section 230.” @JasonFyk explains why people like @JamesOKeefeIII are unable to sue Wikipedia to takedown their obvious smear profiles. https://t.co/pZJthacURq

Video Transcript AI Summary
Section 230 protects Wikipedia from lawsuits. Lawyers have stated that a suit against Wikipedia, even in a case of a damaging entry, would be instantly dismissed because of this section. While this is currently true, it is not the case in the third, fourth, and fifth circuits. Judges reflexively dismiss such cases based on established case law, turning Section 230 into immunity from suit, which it is not. According to Speaker 1, the ninth circuit won't allow a case to proceed to fix this. Speaker 1 believes Supreme Court intervention is needed. A judge stated that until the Supreme Court weighs in, lower courts cannot fix the issue in California, circumventing due process and First Amendment rights.

Speaker 0: But you can't sue Wikipedia because of section two thirty. Here's the important factor in your suit. I've talked to numerous lawyers about, specifically. Not that I I I don't think it applies to me. I think my Wikipedia entry is there's nothing in it that's over the top defamatory and damaging, although it's not perfect and get something's wrong. But James O'Keefe's is a really great example. It is ridiculously bad. I talked to a lawyer and said, what if James sued Wikipedia because that's their byline? And the response from every lawyer is, it will be dismissed instantly without argument because of section two thirty. You won't even get a foot in the door. Right. How do you challenge? Speaker 1: And that is currently true. At least in California, it's not true in the in the third, fourth, and fifth circuits now. Right? But reflexively, these judges are just tossing it because the case law that has been established over the past two and a half decades is done exactly that. It's turned it into an immunity from suit when it's not immunity from suit. And my court, my circuit, when I was in the ninth circuit, they won't touch it. They will not let me in the door to fix it. So that is why we absolutely need the supreme court to step in here because until the supreme court does. I mean, the judge even ironically, the judge even said that until the supreme court weighs in on this, this is the final say on this matter. Meaning, even the court said until the supreme court fixes this, we can't get it fixed in California. Meaning, forget everybody's due process rights and their first amendment rights. The courts are just circumventing them.

I’m shocked by the horrific treatment of a 12-year-old girl and the subsequent cover-up. Tim Pool defends Elon Musk’s support for Tommy Robinson, who brought attention to the UK police's failure to address grooming gangs, while Piers Morgan condemns them.

@TimcastNews - Timcast News

“They put a pump in the anus of a 12 year old girl to expand it so multiple men could rape her and your country covered that up and then told me Tommy was the bad guy.” Tim Pool pushes back on Piers Morgan demonizing Elon Musk’s defense of Tommy Robinson for exposing the UK police’s grooming gang coverup.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Tommy Robinson is not the freedom fighter many in America believe him to be. He has a criminal record, including convictions for violence, fraud, and contempt of court related to defaming a Syrian refugee. While he has highlighted issues with grooming gangs, his methods and character are deeply problematic. The conversation shifts to the UK government's failure to address these grooming gang scandals, which has led to public outrage. Some argue that this creates a narrative where Robinson is seen as a whistleblower, but it's essential to separate his actions from the broader issues of government accountability. Understanding Robinson's legal history and the context of his convictions is crucial for forming an informed opinion. Political correctness may have influenced the handling of these cases, but that doesn't excuse Robinson's behavior or misrepresentation.

Speaker 0: Genuine about his desire to want free speech to return. I am concerned that he doesn't quite understand, or maybe he does but doesn't care, just how powerful his battering ram is when he tweets things like free Tommy Robinson, who is to most people in my country, an extremely insidious individual who should absolutely not be free right now. Speaker 1: Why should Tommy not be free? Speaker 0: Well, because he's not the the Nelson Mandela freedom fighter that most people in America seem to think he is. He's a convicted football hooligan who beat up a policeman and got convicted of that. He was convicted of passport fraud trying to get into America, convicted of mortgage fraud, convicted of convicted of 2 contempts of court where he nearly wrecked trials involving the rape gang suspects when they were on trial, nearly literally avoiding justice for the girls in those cases. He's now in prison. Nothing to do with the rape gang scandal, but entirely to do with his defamatory conduct towards a 15 year old Syrian refugee boy who he first of all defamed trying to make him the villain of a video where he'd been bullied. This ended up with the Syrian refugee boy suing him, winning a £100,000 in damages, nearly £1,000,000 in costs. And the judge telling Robinson, do not repeat these lies. And then he repeats all the lies in a movie that he produces as a so called journalist, and he goes to prison for contempt of court, which he knows he's committing. So on every level, you can agree with his message about the rape gang scandal where he's been right like a lot of people, but you can also think he's about the most despicable messenger imaginable. Speaker 1: So they're we have to This Speaker 2: is Lincoln. How is the play? The challenge. Speaker 0: Right. We we we don't Speaker 1: we don't believe you because for decades believe me. Speaker 0: What have I said was wrong? Speaker 3: What was wrong? Facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. Speaker 1: They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. Speaker 3: They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're facts. They're Speaker 0: facts Speaker 1: Because how long has been going on UK, these these these grooming gangs were being covered up. As The Telegraph reported, it was covered up to present the image of successful multiculturalism where fathers were being threatened with arrest. Then you come to me, and you say all these things about Tommy Robinson. And I tell you this. Maybe you're right. I have no idea. I'm not from the UK. I'm seeing this story that's been bubbling up for some time now about how your country allowed little girls to have their bodies to be I I can't even describe the things that came out in those transcripts. Despicable. Yeah. Or unsensing. It's not a Despicable is an understatement. It was torturous I agree with you. Poor government that so when I see Elon say something like, this country is the government of this covering this up, the police covering this up Speaker 3: He's right. Speaker 1: I'm sorry. And and right. So when people when I see Tommy Robinson in the United States and again, I'm not telling you you're wrong. I'm saying we don't believe that the attacks against Tommy are all entirely based on he's a bad guy who did bad things. You may be right. I don't know. I'm not from your country. What I see is your country covered this up. The things that were done to these little girls, I'm gonna say it. They they put a pump in the anus of a 12 year old girl to expand it so multiple men could rape Speaker 3: her, Speaker 1: and your country covered that up and then told me Tommy was the bad guy. And so I'm just like, look, man. I don't know. But when I heard that, I said, the US should be sanctioning the UK or doing whatever they can to remove all of those from power. I think they deserve prison for covering this up. Speaker 0: Yeah. But okay. I think if you don't mind me saying, you're you're I think you're you're conflating 2 things, and that's my point. I totally agree with everything you've just said, but I also believe that there is a completely weird misunderstanding of who Tommy Robinson is and what he represents in America because he's because he's managed to position himself very cleverly, as this kind of freedom fighter. He's only in prison because he blew the whistle of all this stuff, so they've silenced him by putting him in prison. None of that is true. Just as Speaker 1: Except you did silence everyone else, and I I shouldn't say you. Sorry. I apologize for that. But your government was actively covering this up. So it creates a plausible scenario when Tommy Robinson is locked up over and over again, and people are like, here's a guy calling out the grooming gangs. The government is actively covering up, and now they're imprisoning him. By all means, I don't know about his trials or what happened to Speaker 0: the prison sentence. You're a smart guy. All I would ask is I just think it would be reasonable for me over here in the UK to say to all my American friends, just go and look at his criminal record, see what he was actually convicted of and why, and draw your own conclusions. And then I would say, then hang on. Then I would say, go and look at the judge's verdict in the defamation case where you'll see a very, very well, it's just worth it's actually worth 20 minutes of your time. Speaker 3: Because what Speaker 1: what you'll under well, there'll be no underlying crime. Speaker 2: Elon Musk wants you all to do. I'm sorry. Alright. Tara, what? Tim, like, don't let the facts get in the way of a good story as an expression of the evening journalism. Speaker 1: Fact that they they they pulled 34 charges with beyond Speaker 2: the statute of There is no evidence that they resisted prosecutions out of political correctness. They there the the person who was the actual chief prosecutor has supported no. You're mis well, whatever, Tim. I don't know Speaker 0: if you fair to be fair, Cara. To be fair, on that point, there is there is a growing body of thought across the board, actually, that political correctness did contaminate the local council well, hang on. Hang on. Let me finish. I'm moving to your point. Said that. Let me hang on. Let me finish that it did contaminate the thinking of local councilors telegraph. Of the police who clearly were corrupt in some cases, of senior government people as well, that there was a general fear that enveloped them all, that they couldn't take the action they felt they should take because the repercussions would be they would be branded a bunch of Speaker 2: racist In the time
