I explored the intriguing relationship between microtubules and topological qubits, highlighting the unique "2D hexagon close packing structure" of microtubules and their potential in quantum systems. The video illustrates how periodicity in microtubule lattices is achieved, with Type B lattices showing a "48 nanometer" periodicity and Type A lattices a "208 nanometer" periodicity. I found the approach of visualizing qubit patterns, particularly the concept of โ€œspherical linesโ€ and their interaction, to be a fascinating way to bridge biology with quantum computation.

This groundbreaking exploration reveals the intricate patterns within microtubules, a "2D hexagon close packing structure," and their potential role in revolutionary quantum systems. The video explains how periodicity emerges within the lattice structure of microtubules. It breaks down how a "48 nanometer" periodicity is achieved in Type B lattices and an even larger "208 nanometer" periodicity in Type A lattices. This highlights the structural complexity required for creating topological qubits. Through a unique approach, the researchers bypass conventional mathematics and focus on visualizing qubit patterns. They describe a method of generating โ€œspherical linesโ€ while introducing a key restriction: โ€œif they touch, they disappear.โ€ This principle simplifies the system and eliminates interference. The decomposition of patterns is also discussed. For example, starting with a gap of 8 leads to a decomposition of "85," and a gap of 7 results in "76." These findings underline the dynamic nature of microtubules in this experimental framework. Could this be the start of bridging biology with quantum computation? Dive into a world where biology meets quantum mechanics, and explore the untapped potential hiding within the microtubule lattice. Microtubules form a 2D hexagonal close-packed structure, with a dimer size of 8 nanometers. By repeating the first layer up to the 14th, a seam appears, resulting in a periodicity of 48 nanometers. Adjusting the hexagonal packing leads to a lattice configuration without breaks, requiring 26 cells for a periodicity of 208 nanometers. This indicates that a topological qubit needs a minimum resolution gap of 200 nanometers. The process involves creating lines in a spherical manner, where overlapping lines are counted as one. Using a gap of 8, which is a Fibonacci number, results in a decomposition to 85, while a gap of 7 leads to 76. This illustrates how different gaps affect the decomposition of lines.

Speaker 0: So microtubule is a, 2 d hexagon close packing structure, and, 8 nanometer is a is a dimer. Now we try to try to, form the topological qubit patterns, And, and if we if we repeat the 1st layer on 14th, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, up to 13, 14th, we find that there is a seam. So hexagon plaquen breaks there. So this is called a diplatus b. And if we want to start from one side of the blue and reach to the next end, we will find that 6 cell gap we will get periodicity, that means 48 nanometer periodicity, more than this we cannot create. Similarly, if we change the hexagonal close packing a little bit, we can get to lattice a where there is no break in the hexagonal close packing. And then 26 cells is required for to come back to the same point on periodicity that is 208 nanometres. So that means if there is a topological qubit, so you need minimum 200 nanometre resolutions gap. So we what we did is we did not consider any, any mathematics or something. We just took if we have a gap 2, that means one line starts, we count 1, 2. We draw the second one, and then the third one. In this way, we went on creating different lines, so it will be spherical lines continuously. So we call each lines as as one topological cubit. This goes one unit. Now, if you see, you'll find that, in gap 2, it is a direct overlap of 2 lines. So if you have a 100 lines on a particular space, you cannot differentiate how many lines are there. So that means we we take only one, restriction. That is, if they touch, they disappear. So we just neglect that possibility. So in this way, we have found that if you send 8 at a gap of 8, which is a Fibonacci, number, then you will find that when you come back and start, you will find it it decomposes into 85. If you send 7 gap, you get 76. In this way, decomposition occurs.

I explored the intriguing layers of existence beyond the physical realm in a clip featuring Itzhak Bentov. He discusses how we seem separate at the physical level, but as we ascend to higher levels like the soul and higher self, our energies begin to overlap, revealing our interconnectedness. At the highest spiritual level, we experience complete unity. This journey toward "godhood" is enlightening, reminding us of our deep connections and the nature of reality. If you're interested in consciousness and spirituality, this clip is definitely worth watching.

In this clip, Itzhak Bentov explores the interconnected nature of humans across different levels of being. Starting from the physical level, where we appear separate, he explains how this apparent separation diminishes as we ascend to higher levels like the soul, the higher self, and the spiritual realm. At the soul level, he describes how our energies begin to mingle and overlap. Moving even higher, to the level of the higher self, the overlap increases further. Finally, at the highest spiritual level, "everything and everyone is everywhere," leading to complete unity. This notion reveals a journey of evolution where we are all moving toward "godhood." Itzhak humorously reminds us, though, "it takes a yawn, so don't hold your breath." This process teaches us about ourselves and the profound nature of reality. If you're curious about consciousness, spirituality, and the interconnectedness of life, this clip is a must-see. Itโ€™ll make you think about how deeply connected we all truly might be. We exist on multiple levels: the physical, the soul, the higher self, and the spiritual. At the physical level, we are separate individuals. Moving to the soul level, there is some connection, as souls begin to overlap. At the higher self level, the overlap increases further. Ultimately, at the highest spiritual level, everyone and everything is interconnected, creating a state of omnipresence. We exist simultaneously across all these levels, though we may not be aware of it. Our evolution towards a higher state of being is ongoing, and the system itself aims to teach us about its workings.

Speaker 0: Physical bodies are here, another physical body, another physical body and this is Joe and this is Jim and this is Sarah, etcetera. Now clearly, on the this is the physical level, yes? Now on this physical level, we are separate. You sit there and I sit here and we're all separate. Now let's go another level. This level is slightly higher and let's call this the level of the soul, yes? Well, there will be some mingling here. Let's draw this person as extending to practically infinity this way. Now look what happens. At the physical level, we are separate. We are separate and there is this much distance between us. Let's say that on the soul level, this person extends this much and the other person gets slightly mixed in with him. That is the souls are, in a way, in touch with each other. Okay. They overlap these two lines. Now let's go now to the higher level and let's call this, say, the level of the higher self, which is kind of the boss of that soul. There, what we find is that this fellow's higher self extends this much and the other fellow's extends this much. There is more overlap between them. On the very highest level, which is the high spiritual level, we are basically overlapping completely. Everybody is overlapping everybody else. In other words, everything and everyone is everywhere. In other words, we have become omnipresent. This is the state of highly spiritual perfected beings or gods, you may call them. Okay? Okay. And so that we exist on all of those simultaneously. On all of those simultaneously. But we're not aware of it. And so whether we like it or not, we're all evolving towards godhood. But it takes a year, so don't hold your breath. Because at that point, you start understanding how the system works. And one of the good things about this system is that the system wants to teach you about itself.
