He said it was guaranteed with his nod and the payment wasn’t a listing fee but a consulting fee. 1 week before listing the Bittrex team went ghost. I have txt messages going back to 2017 regarding this.

You didn’t have a contractual agreement guaranteeing the listing aside from a “nod” of assurance? 3. If you did, why didn’t you take legal action for breach of contract? Just delete this tweet boss
